Nowadays, producers of sportswear are focused on the development of innovative products with an added value. The investigations covering the perception of tactile comfort are an important topic in the sportswear research domain, due to the fact that consumer purchases of sportswear garments are driven by visual and sensory perception. Therefore, additional efforts have to be done towards the interpretation of sportswear attributes with respect to human senses. The aim of this manuscript is to determine the attributes describing the tactile comfort for a set of sportswear knitted fabrics with the participation of a trained group of assessors, i.e. applying the subjective method. In the focus of the experimental part are the following fabric attributes: stiffness, roughness, stretchability and thickness. The tactile comfort of the knitted fabrics is evaluated using non-aged and artificially aged fabrics and conclusions regarding the effect of ageing are brought.

The ageing of sportswear materials provides the basis for the investigation of material performance under particular conditions typical for each sport. Previous investigations indicated that materials can be of high quality and perform optimally in the majority of global conditions, but still be inadequate in specific conditions of sports training. Therefore, materials intended for the production of sportswear should be tested under conditions that typify the environment in which the sportswear is expected to perform. The investigation presented in this paper focuses on the investigation of a set of materials used for the production of sportswear for professional and amateur training. For the purpose of the experiment is defined an ageing protocol that corresponds to the conditions under which indoor football is trained. Selected materials are exposed to ageing under the defined protocol. Both non-aged and aged materials are tested for a number of important properties, among which fabric thickness, surface mass, wetting rate, drying velocity, and bursting strength. In the manuscript is discussed the material deterioration due to ageing affected by material specifics and further guidelines for the production of adequate sportswear that will perform optimally are given.

Kvaliteta granične površine/međusloja kod primjene celuloznih vlakana (sa svojstvom visoke apsorpcije vlage te s tim u vezi i nekompatibilnosti s hidrofobnom matricom) najčešće se ispituje utvrđivanjem međuslojne smične čvrstoće kompozita ili čvrstoće površinskog prijanjanja polimera na pojedinačnim vlaknima. U svrhu ispitivanja kvalitete adhezije matrice i ojačala također se utvrđuje kontaktni kut skrutnute mikrokapljicepolimera na pojedinačnim vlaknima. Kako se za ojačanje polimernih kompozita veće čvrstoće uglavnom koriste ojačala tkana iz pređa, u radu je prikazan razvoj metode temeljene na računalnoj analizi mikroskopske slike, a zasnovanoj na analizi oblika, mjerenju dimenzija i kontaktnog kuta skrutnute kapi nezasićene poliesterske smole (različitih viskoznosti) definiranog volumena aplicirane na uzorke visoko orijentiranih pređa iz lana i konoplje. Utvrđeno je da adsorpcija polimera i oblik skrutnute kapi ovise o konstrukciji pređe, vrsti vlakana od kojih je izrađena i viskoznosti primijenjene smole.

In order to determine the rate controlling mechanism in multi-regenerated fixed bed of natural zeolite, two different approaches have been applied. The first approach includes qualitative determination of the rate controlling step based on the evaluation of the c/co value at the stoichiometric point. The second approach includes quantitative determination of the controlling mechanism by calculation of the overall mass transfer coefficient Ka, for different experimental conditions. The reusability of the fixed zeolite bed has been evaluated by repeating the sorption/elution processes in nine successive cycles using the column method.

Stjecanja i spajanja poduzeća kao strategija rasta poduzeća potkraj dvadesetog stoljeća sve više postaje strategija ulaska poduzeća na strana tržišta. Tome su uvelike pridonijeli intenzivni globalizacijski procesi kroz liberalizaciju i deregulaciju te privatizaciju mnogih društvenih i gospodarskih područja. U ovom su radu prikazane strategije ulaska poduzeća na strana tržišta, a posebno je izložena jedna od najsloženih strategija ulaska na strana tržišta (stjecanja i spajanja poduzeća) s aspekta upravljanja promjenama u post-akvizicijskom periodu. Istaknuti su rizici s kojima se suočavaju sudionici akvizicijskog procesa te ponuđeni odgovori kako upravljati istima.
