3. The influence of the impeller design features on the combined operating process of the torque-flow pump

Purpose. Evaluation of the effect of changing the width of the impeller blades on the characteristics of a torque-flow pump. Searching for the optimal blade extension into the free chamber of the pump. A torque-flow pump of the “Turo” type SVN 500/32 was chosen as the subject of the research work. Methodology. A number of numerical experiments were conducted to determine the flow structure in the flowing part of a torque-flow pump. The width of the impeller blade was chosen as a variable. Numerical experiments were carried out using the ANSYS CFX software package. The integral parameters of the researched pump were determined in order to build the integral characteristics. Findings. The structure of the general flow and toroidal vortex was studied and analyzed in the torque-flow pump. A flow model was built in a torque-flow pumps with basic and modernized design. A relationship between the parameters of the pump and the change in the impeller blade width was found. The width of the impeller blade was changed in the range from min = -20 to max = +100 mm. Originality. The paper researched the effect of additional hydraulic losses caused by the mismatch between the center of the toroidal vortex and the edges of the impeller blades on the integral characteristics of the torque-flow pump. Practical value. A significant increase in the operating parameters of the “Turo” type torque-flow pump was achieved with the help of modernization of the impeller design. This allows expanding the range of the pump’s operation. At the same time, it is not required to replace such expensive elements as the pump casing.

5. Assessment of soil contamination at playgrounds in residential areas

Introduction. Heavy metal pollution of soils in urban areas is a severe problem in many regions of Russia and other countries. The higher concentrations of heavy metals in playground soils represent a severe threat to children’s health. The lack of legislatively approved decisions on periodic monitoring of soil contamination in residential areas and on remediation measures does not ensure a favourable ecological situation in the urban environment. Materials and methods. The mass spectrometry method was used to analyse the gross content of heavy metals and arsenic in playground soils in residential areas of the Industrialny district of Perm in 2019. Results. The assessment of soil contamination with heavy metals and arsenic in the soils of playgrounds of residential areas of the Industrialny district of Perm indicated their unsatisfactory quality. The concentration of arsenic in the soil exceeded the MPC by up to 4.6 times, zinc-2.6 times; nickel-3.5 times; cadmium-1.7 times; copper-1.5 times. The total indicator of contamination of Zс and Zст of the soil corresponds to the permissible level. The level of soil contamination with heavy metals ranges from “low” to “moderate” based on the indicator of potential environmental risk. Limitations. The limitations of the study are related to the small number of soil samples on the territory of playgrounds and one-time sampling, which limits the interpretation of the data obtained to determine trends in soil pollution, as well as the absence of identified patterns of contaminants in soils from different sources of their inflow. Conclusion. The results suggest that it is necessary to monitor soil contamination in residential areas and implement timely remediation measures; it is necessary to make decisions at the legislative level on the soil quality management in residential areas to ensure a favourable ecological environment, taking into account domestic and foreign experience.

7. Trace Element Distribution in the Snow Cover of Different Functional Zones in Berezniki-Solikamsk Industrial Hub, Russia

The current study considered the distribution of trace elements in snow cover taking into account the functional zoning of the territory of Berezniki-Solikamsk industrial hub, Perm Region, Russia. The concentrations of 22 trace elements were determined in the dissolved phase of snowmelt using ICP-MS method. On the basis of on the background approach, it was found that Ni, Se, Cu, and Sn are actively accumulated in the snow cover. Snowmelt surface runoff during snow melting period significantly contributes to the total watershed discharge of rivers; therefore, the compliance with the Russian fishery quality standards was assessed. It was found that meltwater is the source of Cu, Mn, Se, Zn, V in surface waters. Significant concentrations of Pb, Cd, W, As, Se in snow are characteristic of conditionally background sites in comparison with average values of global concentrations of dissolved trace elements in river waters, and Se, W, Pb, Ni, As, Cd are characteristic of all functional zones. This study presented the possible sources of priority pollutants. The greatest technogenic impact was observed in the area of transport infrastructure development. Upon that, recreational and residential functional zones also experience significant anthropogenic impact. In order to create a comfortable and healthy urban environment it is necessary to implement the measures to restore these areas.

8. Features of nuto collection samples for selection of valuable sources in selection

The aim of the research is to determine the best sample of chickpeas by a set of characteristics of productivity, content of some components of chemical composition and resistance to diseases and pests. The object of research was 30 samples of seven species of chickpeas - Cicer arietinum L., C. Reticulatum Labizinsky., C. Judaicum Boiss., C. bijugum K.N. Rech., C. Pinnatifidum Jaub., C. chorassinicum (Bge) M. Pop., C. Yamashitae Kitam. collections of the National Center for Plant Genetic Resources of Ukraine (NCGRRU). Based on the results of the values of the objective functions, a ranking series of collection samples of different species of chickpeas is established. Among the 30 collection specimens, the Pegasus (UD0501164) and the Cicerrotundum (UD0500422) have the first rank. The second rank among the samples of the collection have six samples. According to the values of the results of the objective functions, they are arranged in the following order: UDO 500196 , Triumph (UD0501163) , Welfare (UD0501194) UDO 50207 , Luhanets (UD0500102) . The third rank has samples NEC 1506 (UD0501485) , UDO 500001 , NEC 1847 (UD0501486) , Hybrid 25 (UD0500015) , Flip97 – 220с , INIA45 . Among the foreign samples of the collection the highest rank in the samples ICCW 42 (UD0502028) , ICCW 8 (UD0501165) , ICCW 71 (UD0502026) , ICCW 9 (UD0501669) . Samples ICCW 42 (UD0502028), UDO 500022, X2001th 173-18, which have the highest values of protein content in grain: 24.5, 26.8 and 25.7%, respectively. Samples CP 66-1 (UD0500980) and Sierra (UD0501751) have the best oil content in grain: 7.6 and 6.8%, respectively. On the basis of the calculations on the set of features, the sample Cicer rotundum (UD0500422) C. arietinum was evaluated - good level - among the presented collection samples of chickpeas. Samples Pegasus (UD0501164), Dobrobut (UD0501194), Krasnokutsky 123 (UD0500101), UD0502017, NEC 1847 (UD0501486) and UD0500001 of the species C. arietinum were assessed as satisfactory.

9. Inventory of pollutant emissions into the atmosphere from gas turbine installations of gas pumping units

Development of a single method for inventory of pollutant emissions from installations based on the elaboration of existing methods for calculation of air pollution is an important scientific and practical task in the field of environmental safety. The main purpose of the study is to test and compare models of stationary emission sources and to assess air quality based on them. In the inventory of pollutant emissions, the following materials are used: direct measurements, which are based on direct instrumental measurements, and calculated measurements or combinations thereof. According to the direct measurements of NOx and CO emissions from the operation of gas turbines at the Valley compressor station with a nominal capacity of 1 to 50 MW, we found that: the actual emissions of NO and CO increase with the average load on the installation and the time of introduction into operation and date of issue and the actual values of the maximum allowable concentration of NOx (from 100.13 to 467 mg / m) and CO (from 16.08 to 444.88 mg / m) do not exceed the permissible levels of NO-500 mg / m and CO-250 mg / m according to the instructional documents. Comparison of these calculation methods showed the same results, which confirms the need for their systematization with the subsequent development of a single methodology. The distance of 106 m, where the maximum concentration of pollution in adverse weather conditions is expected, was obtained by the calculation method of determining the surface concentration of NOx and CO emissions from the installation. To assess the effectiveness of the methods for inventory of pollutant emissions into the atmosphere from gas turbines, we have developed a scheme of relationship between the object being assessed for efficiency and the object being serviced. Particularly noteworthy are the results and analysis of direct measurements of NOx and CO emissions, as well as the developed scheme for linking the inventory process for pollutant emissions into the atmosphere from installations. The actual concentration of pollutants can be estimated by measuring the background, although in this case it is impossible to exclude the influence of other neighboring and remote emission sources on the results of the air pollution assessment. Depending on the specific task, the results of computer simulation for given parameters of the external environment can also be used to assess the actual, retrospective or prospective conditions. Future conditions can be modeled only with the help of computer simulation. The method of air pollutant concentration calculation for emissions of enterprises does not consider all possible features of emission sources and, in terms of passive stationary sources and cold emissions, the algorithm needs to be clarified and the justifications in the paper indicate ways to make these improvements. Inventory is the first stage in the strategy of air quality regulation, as it provides information for the development, justification and decision-making in regulating the activities of gas turbines to reduce adverse effects on the environment and public health.

10. Differentiation of yield and grain quality of winter wheat varieties depending on agrotechnological techniques in the conditions of the Smolensk region

The research was aimed at studying the formation of the yield level, as well as the quality indicators of winter wheat grain, depending on the studied agricultural practices (the seeding rate, the dose of mineral fertilizers), as well as the suitability of grain for its further processing. The objects of research in the experiment were new varieties of winter wheat of domestic selection: Solnechnaya and Danaya. The highest yield was in the winter wheat varieties Danaya (5 million pieces/ha) and Solnechnaya (5.5 million pieces/ha) with fractional application of nitrogen fertilizers according to the scheme N30+60+30P90K90 kg/ha a.i. It was 6.17 and 5.68 t/ha, respectively. In terms of yield, the Danaya variety is higher than the Solnechnaya variety by 0.49 t / ha. Physico-chemical and technological indicators were the highest with fractional application of nitrogen fertilizers (N30+60+20+10P90K90). Thus, in the winter wheat variety, the solar mass of 1000 grains increased by 4.60 g; nature-by 42 g/l; protein content-by 1.10%; vitreous-by 10%; gluten content - by 8.6%. The grain of the Danaya winter wheat variety was distinguished by physical and chemical parameters. The difference between the varieties was: 5.57 g; 71 g / l; 14%; 1.6%; 8.5%, respectively. Nitrogen fertilizers with their fractional application at a dose of 120 kg / ha d. v. for both varieties increases not only the yield, but also the quality of grain suitable for food, baking and technological purposes.

11. Study of the collection of cabbage as a source material for breeding

The results of the study of the collection of cabbage at the Institute of vegetable and melon growing of the National Agrarian Academy of Sciences of Ukraine are presented. In Ukraine, the most widespread varieties are the varieties of the Central European group, which are valuable samples for breeding for yield and for resistance to head cracking. A collection of cabbage source material is needed to create high-yielding varieties and hybrids of different ripening periods, which are characterized by a high yield of marketable products. The collection contains varieties of white cabbage of early and late maturity, varieties of red cabbage, savoy, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and kohlrabi. The predominant number of varieties is represented by white cabbage, most of which are varieties of late ripening. It is white cabbage of late ripening varieties that is in greatest demand among the population. It was found that the marketability of heads of early ripening varieties of cabbage was mainly within the range of 80–90 %, and that of the late ripening period ranged from 90 to 100 %. In terms of yield and weight of marketable head of cabbage, late-ripening cabbage varieties exceeded early-maturing ones by 14 %. Plants of early-ripening varieties are small in size: the diameter of the rosette of leaves is not more than 60 cm. Late-ripening varieties in terms of the diameter of the rosette are medium (60–80 cm) or large (over 80 cm). Among the collection specimens of late white cabbage, the greatest breeding value are specimens of the Amager and Biloruska varieties, as well as the red cabbage varieties of the Langeideiker variety. Among the collection specimens of early white cabbage, specimens of varieties Ditmarska rannya and Gollandska rannya are of the greatest breeding value. Among the presented species diversity of cabbage, any species can be a donor of the duration of the growing season.

12. Yield and quality of cauliflower hybrids depending on the plant growth regulators usage

The article presents the results of the research conducted during the 2015– 2017 years. On the experimental field of the Department of Horticulture and Storage of V.V. Dokuchaev KNAU was determined the influence of the plant growth regulators on the formation of a marketable yield and the content of some components of the cauliflower hybrids chemical composition. The early ripening hybrids of cauliflower Livingstone F1 and Kul F1 were studied. The Humisol-super, Vympel, and Megafol were taken for the study. The experience was a two-factor: factor A was the features of the hybrid, factor B was drug treatment. The repetition was four-fold. Field experiments were carried out according to generally accepted methods. The cauliflowers` soil preparation and the plant care were carried out according to the generally accepted recommendations. Treatment with growth regulators was carried out by spraying plants during the growing season according to the manufacturers' recommendations. The first spraying was carried out after planting seedlings in the open ground; the subsequent spraying had been carried every 14 days. An option without treatment was taken as a control. As a result of the studies, it was found that treatment of cauliflower plants with growth regulators during the growing season significantly affects the yield of hybrids. Over the years of research, the highest yield of the Livingston F1 hybrid was obtained with the Megafol treatment, – 12,9 t/ha (+1,6 t/ha to control). The highest yield of the Kul F1 hybrid was 13,4 t/ha (+1,0 t/ha to control) during Humisol-super treatment. It has been proved that the usage of the growth regulators influenced the physical indicators of the commercial yield of hybrids. During the 2015–2017 years, the average weight of cauliflower heads increased by 2,1–11,8 % compared to the control, depending on the treatment. The Megafol had a greater effect on the hybrids. Plants` treatment with growth regulators increased the average volume of the hybrid head by 1,3–11,3 % compared to the control. In terms of influence on this indicator, Megafol and Humisol-super were the best drugs. It has been established that plant growth regulators affect the components of the cauliflowers' heads' chemical composition. The Vympel and Megafol increased the dry matter content in the Kul F1 hybrid by 1,0 and 1,4 %, respectively, compared with the control. The treatment of plants with the Humisol-super increased the ascorbic acid content in the heads of the Livingston F1 hybrid by 4,3 % compared to the control. It is recommended to apply the treatment of plants during the growing season with Humisol-super (1,5l/ha) and Megafol (2,3 l/ha) every 14 days to increase the yield and improve the physical parameters of cauliflower heads. Introduction Hemangioblastomas are rare, histologically benign, highly vascularized tumors of the brain, the spinal cord, and the retina, occurring sporadically or associated with the autosomal dominant inherited von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease. Children or adults with VHL disease have one of > 300 known germline mutations of the VHL gene located on chromosome 3. They are prone to develop hemangioblastomas, extremely rarely starting at age 6, rarely at age 12–18, and, typically and almost all, as adults. There is a plethora of VHL-associated tumors and cysts, mainly in the kidney, pancreas, adrenals, reproductive organs, and central nervous system. Due to a lack of causal treatment, alleviation of symptoms and prevention of permanent neurological deficits as well as malignant transformation are the main task. Paucity of data and the nonlinear course of tumor progression make management of pediatric VHL patients with hemangioblastomas challenging. Methods The Freiburg surveillance protocol was developed by combining data from the literature and our experience of examinations of > 300 VHL patients per year at our university VHL center. Results Key recommendations are to start screening of patients at risk by funduscopy with dilated pupils for retinal tumors with admission to school and with MRI of the brain and spinal cord at age 14, then continue biannually until age 18, with emergency MRI in case of neurological symptoms. Indication for surgery remains personalized and should be approved by an experienced VHL board, but we regard neurological symptoms, rapid tumor growth, or critically large tumor/cyst sizes as the key indications to remove hemangioblastomas. Since repeated surgery on hemangioblastomas in VHL patients is not rare, modern neurosurgical techniques should encompass microsurgery, neuronavigation, intraoperative neuromonitoring, fluorescein dye-based intraoperative angiography, intraoperative ultrasound, and minimally invasive approaches, preceded in selected cases by endovascular embolization. Highly specialized neurosurgeons are able to achieve a very low risk of permanent morbidity for the removal of hemangioblastomas from the cerebellum and spinal cord. Small retinal tumors of the peripheral retina can be treated by laser coagulation, larger tumors by cryocoagulation or brachytherapy. Conclusion We consider management at experienced VHL centers mandatory and careful surveillance and monitoring of asymptomatic lesions are required to prevent unnecessary operations and minimize morbidity.

The purpose of the work is to investigate the effectiveness of the use of physical condition control of students of special medical groups for the development of physical therapy programs. Materials and methods. 40 students of 1st and 2nd year students of National University “Lviv Polytechnic” and Zaporizhzhya State Medical University participated in the experimental studies, which on the basis of the medical examinations were assigned to a special medical group for the presence of diseases of the musculoskeletal system (scoliosis I, II and III degrees). The following methods were used in the research process: analysis and generalization of scientific literature and Internet data; analysis of medical records of students; instrumental methods of morphometric and psychophysiological studies; pedagogical observations; pedagogical experiment of ascertaining orientation; methods of mathematical statistics. The results of the study show that the application of theoretical and methodological provisions and recommendations of corrective measures in the system of test control of physical conditions in students of a special medical group in the practical work, on the basis of integration of specially selected means of physical therapy, enables to activate compensatory mechanisms, mobilize reserve mechanisms ability of the body to increase the competence to perform motor actions, helps to accelerate the formation of knowledge, skills, and elimination of defects motive sphere, eliminating the difference in indicators of psychophysical development between students of the main, preparatory and special medical group. Conclusions. The control of morphofunctional and psychophysiological indicators is an effective mechanism of correction of the physical condition of students of a special medical group with functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system and a necessary prerequisite for the development of complex programs of rehabilitation based on the use of therapeutic exercises.

Цель работы – оценить степень динамического восстановления движений оперированной конечности в течение II периода реабилитации средствами физической терапии у пациентов, которым выполнено эндопротезирование тазобедренного сустава и укрепление капсульно-связочного аппарата полипропиленовой сеткой. Материалы и методы . Проведено ретроспективное исследование историй болезней, рентгенограмм и лабораторных данных 47 пациентов, нуждающихся в восстановлении или укреплении капсулы тазобедренного сустава. Первичное эндопротезирование выполнено у 26 (55,3 %) пациентов, ревизионное – у 21 (44,7 %). Среди пациентов 27 (57,4 %) мужчин и 20 (42,6 %) женщин. Средний возраст пациентов составил 57 лет (от 20 до 86 лет). Результаты. На основе анализа результатов исследования отмечено, что качество жизни пациентов обеих групп, общее субъективное состояние сустава, показатели объема движений оперированной конечности, а также оценка клинико-функциональных результатов лечения по шкале Harris Hip Score (HHS) прямо коррелируют с выполнением предоперационных упражнений терапевтического характера и соблюдением послеоперационной реабилитационной программы физической терапии. Такая корреляция более существенна в срок 12 месяцев после хирургического лечения, через 24 месяца наблюдения показатели состояния оперируемого тазобедренного сустава в обеих группах пациентов существенно не отличались: 65,3 % – группа наблюдения, 52,2 % – группа сравнения через 12 месяцев после операции и 91,3 % и 81,0 % через 24 месяца соответственно. Выводы. Использование полипропиленовой сетки для укрепления задних капсульно-связных структур тазобедренного сустава приводит к расширению функциональных возможностей оперируемой конечности и восстановления пациентов, ускоряет процессы физической реабилитации после выписки из стационара. Доказана целесообразность тщательной предоперационной подготовки пациентов и активного ведения послеоперационного периода (комплексы терапевтических упражнений, информирование пациентов), что позволяет улучшить результаты хирургического и восстановительного лечения, избежать возможных осложнений при условии выполнения рекомендаций и комплексного применения средств физической терапии.

Methotrexate (MTX) is the immunosuppressive anti-inflammatory drug and the antagonist of the enzyme dihydrofolate reductase. Pharmacogenomic studies and clinical evidences suggest that altered response to MTX in patients with different diseases is associated with polymorphisms of genes that regulate folate metabolism. The purpose of the article was to analyze the methotrexate effect on the biochemical indices of psoriasis patients depending on methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase gene (MTHFR) polymorphisms. Effects of two single-nucleotide polymorphisms, C677T and A1298C, were studied. An increase of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activity above the normal level in the patients with both MTHFR gene polymorphisms after methotrexate intake was observed. In patients with CC, TT, CT genotypes for C677T polymorphism and AA genotype for A1298C polymorphism of MTHFR gene, significant differences in alpha-amylase activity before and after treatment with methotrexate were detected. Analysis of the biochemical indices of patients with arthropathic and vulgaris psoriasis showed that the positive effect of MTX treatment could be associated with wild-type alleles in both polymorphisms of MTHFR gene, while the ineffectiveness of methotrexate was associated with the dihеterozygous genotype. The largest number of smokers was found within the CTAA genotype group (37.5%), while no smokers were observed within TTAA patients and most of CCAA patients. The data obtained testify the utility of the individual approach to the psoriasis patients therapy taking into account genetic background.

21. Types of losses of Brussels sprouts during storage

The results of studies on the influence of weather conditions of the growing season on the formation of the content of some components of the chemical composition and physical properties of Brussels sprouts, as well as methods of packaging on the intensity of its losses during storage are presented. It was found that during storage of Brussels sprouts, weight loss occurs due to a decrease in the content of dry matter, partial evaporation of water, the development of microorganisms and due to drying of the integumentary leaves. Growing season conditions influenced the daily weight loss of Brussels sprouts heads during storage. Weight loss, intensity of water evaporation and development of microorganisms depend on the type of packaging, characteristics of the hybrid and some physical parameters of the cabbage heads. The daily weight loss of unpackaged cabbage heads averaged 0,86–1,02%. The use of inserts made of a film with a thickness of 40 mcm increased the storage time of the heads of Brussels sprouts up to 50 days with daily natural weight loss of 0,05–0,08%. In the structure of natural weight loss of Brussels sprouts, water evaporation accounts for 20,7 to 89,5%. The greatest losses are observed during storage of cabbage in open form – from 85,9 to 89,5%. Packing in polyethylene film reduced water evaporation, so the losses were 53,4–57,2%. Packing 0,5 kg in stretch film contributed to the lowest evaporation losses: 20,7–26,0%. Less intensively affected by diseases are products packed in 1 kg bags in polyethylene film bags with a thickness of 40 mcm. Regression analysis found that the best describes the experimental data of the dependence of GTK and daily weight loss during storage of cabbage in open form and in packing by a polynomial of the second order. When packing 1 kg in a polyethylene film and when using polyethylene liners, this relationship is straightforward.

Suitable ex vivo models are required as predictive tools of oromucosal permeability between in vitro characterizations and in vivo studies in order to support the development of novel intraoral formulations. To counter a lack of clinical relevance and observed method heterogenicity, a standardized, controlled and physiologically relevant ex vivo permeation model was established. This model combined the Kerski diffusion cell, process automation, novel assays for tissue integrity and viability, and sensitive LC-MS/MS analysis. The study aimed to assess the effectiveness of the permeation model in the sublingual formulation development of cyclobenzaprine, a promising agent for the treatment of psychological disorders. A 4.68-fold enhancement was achieved through permeation model-led focused formulation development. Here, findings from the preformulation with regard to pH and microenvironment-modulating excipients proved supportive. Moreover, monitoring of drug metabolism during transmucosal permeation was incorporated into the model. In addition, it was feasible to assess the impact of dosage form alterations under stress conditions, with the detection of a 33.85% lower permeation due to salt disproportionation. Integrating the coherent processes of disintegration, dissolution, permeation, and metabolization within a physiological study design, the model enabled successful formulation development for cyclobenzaprine sublingual tablets and targeted development of patient-oriented drugs for the oral cavity.

25. Lactose intolerance and its association with the exogamy degree among the population of eastern Ukraine

Aim. The aim of our study was to evaluate the relationship between exogamy degree and lactose assimialation among the population of Eastern Ukraine in the Kharkiv region. Methods. The analysis included information on consumption and assimilation of milk and dairy products by 733 people aged from 14 to 79 years were. Statistical analysis included Shapiro-Wilk test, Pearson fitting (χ2) criterion and Spearman’s correlation analysis. Results. The lactose tolerance (LT) phenotype was found in 69.5%, whereas lactose intolerance (LI) – in 8.8% (from 3.5% to 24.1% in different age groups). In the age group 30-39 years: LI frequency was 24.1% being 2.5-6 times higher than in other groups. The exogamy degree of parents (EDP) showed in the group aged from 30 to 39 years the first EDP was 15.4%, being 1.4-2.5 times less (p = 0,05) than in other groups. Among people with bone marrow disorders the proportion of people with the first and second EDP was 60.9%, being 2.1 to 6.0 times higher than in other groups. Reduced EDP or increased inbreeding level causes the similarity of the chromosomes and affects the density of contact points between them during meiosis, level of recombination can be increased and associated with multifactorial traits. Conclusions. The results can be explained by the effect of the inbreeding level reduction in the presence of a high level of exogamy of parents, which causes high genetic diversity. We present the results of a detailed study of the transversal geochemical zonation in the northern flank of the layered chromitites of the Main Saranovskoe deposit. The precision methods of chemical and mineralogical analysis of the core samples, as well as microprobe studies of chromite grains were used. The primary magmatic two level transverse zonation was established in the ore body. Zonation of the first level is characterized by decrease of Cr2O3 content along with ferrochromite and picrochromite minals, and increase of Al2O3 along with spinel and hercynite minals in the direction from the primary bottom of the ore body to the roof. Zonation of the second level appears as a hidden stratification within the ore body. It is characterized by a sinusoidal change of the component contents in chrome spinel. Magmatic zoning is complicated by the superposition of two processes: 1) metasomatic metamorphism with the release of the secondary chromemagnetite from chromite and origin of chrome chlorite from primary silicates, 2) hydrothermal processes with the formation of uvarovite-calcite veins. The obtained data allowed to detail the process of chromitite generation and to propose a model of ore formation. It supposes two types of stratification in the deposit: rhythmic with formation of ore layers and hidden within ore bodies.

Prussian blue nanozymes possessing peroxidase-like activity gather significant attention as alternatives to natural enzymes in therapy, biosensing, and environmental remediation. Recently, Prussian blue nanoparticles with enhanced catalytic activity prepared by reduction of FeCl3/K3[Fe(CN)6] mixture have been reported. These nanoparticles were denoted as ‘artificial peroxidase’ nanozymes. Our study provides insights into the process of their synthesis. We studied how the size of nanozymes and synthesis yield can be controlled via adjustment of the synthesis conditions. Based on these results, we developed a reproducible and scalable method for the preparation of ‘artificial peroxidase’ with tunable sizes and enhanced catalytic activity. Nanozymes modified with gelatin shell and functionalized with affine molecules were applied as labels in colorimetric immunoassays of prostate-specific antigen and tetanus antibodies, enabling detection of these analytes in the range of clinically relevant concentrations. The study of tolerance to lactose (LT) or lactase persistence (LP) in Ukrainians is necessary to identify the association of this trait with multifactorial pathologies, the formation of risk groups and food culture development. Theaimof study was to evaluate the genetic aspects of lactose deficiency in population and its relation with human pathologies on the example of a hip fracture. Material and methods:lactose intolerance phenotype was found in 9.7 % of Ukrainians and lactose persistence amounted to 69.4 %. In group of patients with fractures of the proximal femur frequencies were: 13910T – 0.34,13910C – 0.66, 22018A- 0.35, 22018G – 0.65. Distribution of genotypes was 0 % :67.6 % : 32.4 % for TT:CT:CC and 2.9 % : 64.7 % : 32.4 %, for AA:GA:GG. Deviation from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium was not observed. Results:when analyzed genotypes for both SNPs, we found the ratio - CTAA:CTGA:CCGA:CCGG being 2.9 % : 61.7 % : 2.9 % : 32.5 %. The linkage disequilibrium was estimated, D’ (r2) for SNPs analyzed was 0.209 (0.554). A half of patients had osteoporosis or osteopenia (n=50.0 %), but these pathologies were not observed in patients with the TTAA genotype. The values BMD of CTGA patients were 4049.8±38.7 and 4109.6±30.0 for CCGG patients. Conclusion:all patients with osteoporosis had a genotype CTGA, average value of BMD was 3795.6±43.8. CTGA-patients had following gastrointestinal tract disorders: gastritis (33.3 %), peptic ulcer (9.5 %), duodenal ulcer (9.5 %), stomach cancer (9.5 %). Распределение генотипов составило 0 %: 67,6 %: 32,4 % для TT:CT:CC и 2,9 %: 64,7 %: 32,4 % для AA:GA:GG. Отклонения от равновесия по Харди-Вайнбергу не наблюдалось.Результаты: При анализе генотипов обоих SNP было установлено соотношение CTAA: CTGA: CCGA: CCGG – 2,9 %: 61,7 %: 2,9 %: 32,5 %. Было оценено неравновесие по сцеплению, D’(r2) для проанализированных SNP составил 0,209 (0,554). У половины пациентов был остеопороз или остеопения (n = 50,0 %), однако среди пациентов с генотипом TTAA эти заболевания не наблюдались. Показатели МПК у пациентов с CTGA составили 4049,8±38,7 и у пациентов с CCGG – 4109,6±30,0.Выводы: Все пациенты с остеопорозом имели генотип CTGA, среднее значение МПК составило 3795,6±43,8. У пациентов с генотипом CTGA наблюдались следующие патологии желудочно-кишечного тракта: гастрит (33,3 %), язвенная болезнь желудка (9,5 %), язва двенадцатиперстной кишки (9,5 %), рак желудка (9,5 %). Гетерозиготные генотипы значительно увеличивают риск желудочно-кишечной патологии у пациентов с переломами проксимального отдела бедренной кости в пять раз, Близько 75 % світового населення втрачає здатність до толерантності до лактози в зрілому віці. Вивчення толерантності до лактози (ЛТ) або персистентності лактази (ЛП) в українців є необхідним для виявлення зв’язку цієї ознаки з мультифакторіальними патологіями, формування груп ризику та розвитку харчової культури.Метою дослідження була оцінка генетичних аспектів дефіциту лактози серед населення та його зв’язок з патологіями людини на прикладі перелому стегна.Матеріал та методи: Фенотип непереносимості лактози був виявлений у 9,7 % українців, а стійкість до лактози – 69,4 %. У групі хворих з переломами проксимальної стегнової кістки лезними частотами були: 13910Т – 0,34, 13910С – 0,66, 22018G – 0,35, 22018Г – 0,65. Розподіл генотипів становив 0 %: 67,6 %: 32,4 % для TT:CT:CC та 2,9 %: 64,7 %: 32,4 %, для AA:GA:GG. Відхилення від рівноваги Харді-Вайнберга не спостерігалось.Результати: В результаті аналізу генотипів для обох SNP було встановлено співвідношення CTAA: CTGA: CCGA: CCGG – 2,9 %: 61,7 %: 2,9 %: 32,5 %. The aim of the work was to evaluate the effectiveness of a physical therapy program for athletes specializing in team sports games with diaphysis fractures of the shin after intramedullary osteosynthesis. Materials and methods. Experimental studies were conducted with athletes in game sports (n = 58) with diaphyseal fractures of the tibia, who were treated in the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the Clinical Hospital № 7, Kyiv, SI “Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics NAMS of Ukraine”, sports clinic injuries of NUFVSU during 2014–2019. Methods of analysis and generalization of literature sources were used; method of anthropometric measurements to determine the comprehensiveness of a healthy and injured limb; goniometry method for measuring the available range of motion in the knee joint of a healthy and injured limb; myotonometry method to determine the tone of the quadriceps femoris; testing to calculate the symmetry index of the lower extremities (LSI ‒ Lower Extremity Symmetry Index); methods of mathematical statistics. Results. The developed complex program of physical therapy is a cycle of restorative measures that meet the achievement of previous functionality, meets the requirements for the level of motor skills, general and special physical performance of athletes, and meets their personal ideas about the quality of life. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the physical therapy program allows us to state that in BG the normative values were reached by 25 out of 29 athletes (86.21 %), in CG ‒ 19 athletes out of 29 (65.52 %), which indicates the high efficiency of the proposed physical therapy program. Conclusions. In the process of forming physical therapy programs for patients ‒ athletes with diaphysis fractures of the tibia after intramedullary osteosynthesis, therapeutic exercises should be grouped depending on the specific objectives of rehabilitation measures and their predominant focus: to restore motor function; to restore general physical fitness; to restore special physical fitness; to restore basic motor skills and abilities; to restore special motor skills and abilities in accordance with the specifics of training and competitive activities in sports games.

The purpose of the work is to evaluate the degree of dynamic recovery of the movements of the operated limb during the second period of rehabilitation by means of physical therapy in patients who underwent hip replacement and strengthening of the capsule-ligament apparatus with a polypropylene mesh.Materials and methods. A retrospective study of case histories, radiographs, and laboratory data of 47 patients requiring restoration or strengthening of the hip capsule was performed, of which primary endoprosthesis was performed in 26 (55.3 %) patients, and revision in 21 (44.7 %). Among the studied patients, 27 patients (57.4 %) were male, 20 patients (42.6 %) – female. The average age of the patients was 57 years (from 20 to 86 years).Results. Based on the analysis of the results of the study, we note that the quality of life of patients in both groups, the overall subjective condition of the joint, the volume of movements of the operated limb, as well as the evaluation of clinical and functional outcomes of treatment on the Harris Hip Score (HHS) directly correlate with performance preoperative exercises of a therapeutic nature and adherence to the postoperative rehabilitation program of physical therapy. Such correlation is more significant at 12 months after surgery, at 24 months of observation the indexes of the operated hip joint in the two groups of patients were not significantly different: 65.3 % of the observation group and 52.2 % of the comparison group at 12 months after surgery and 91.3 % and 81.0 % after 24 months, respectively.Conclusions. The use of polypropylene mesh to strengthen the posterior capsule ligaments of the hip joint enhances the functionality of the operated limb and restores patients overall, accelerates the physical rehabilitation process after discharge from the hospital. The expediency of careful preoperative preparation of patients and active management of the postoperative period (complexes of therapeutic exercises, informing of patients) is proved., Цель работы – оценить степень динамического восстановления движений оперированной конечности в течение II периода реабилитации средствами физической терапии у пациентов, которым выполнено эндопротезирование тазобедренного сустава и укрепление капсульно-связочного аппарата полипропиленовой сеткой.Материалы и методы. Проведено ретроспективное исследование историй болезней, рентгенограмм и лабораторных данных 47 пациентов, нуждающихся в восстановлении или укреплении капсулы тазобедренного сустава. Первичное эндопротезирование выполнено у 26 (55,3 %) пациентов, ревизионное – у 21 (44,7 %). Среди пациентов 27 (57,4 %) мужчин и 20 (42,6 %) женщин. Средний возраст пациентов составил 57 лет (от 20 до 86 лет).Результаты. На основе анализа результатов исследования отмечено, что качество жизни пациентов обеих групп, общее субъективное состояние сустава, показатели объема движений оперированной конечности, а также оценка клинико-функциональных результатов лечения по шкале Harris Hip Score (HHS) прямо коррелируют с выполнением предоперационных упражнений терапевтического характера и соблюдением послеоперационной реабилитационной программы физической терапии. Такая корреляция более существенна в срок 12 месяцев после хирургического лечения, через 24 месяца наблюдения показатели состояния оперируемого тазобедренного сустава в обеих группах пациентов существенно не отличались: 65,3 % – группа наблюдения, 52,2 % – группа сравнения через 12 месяцев после операции и 91,3 % и 81,0 % через 24 месяца соответственно.Выводы. Использование полипропиленовой сетки для укрепления задних капсульно-связных структур тазобедренного сустава приводит к расширению функциональных возможностей оперируемой конечности и восстановления пациентов, ускоряет процессы физической реабилитации после выписки из стационара. Доказана целесообразность тщательной предоперационной подготовки пациентов и активного ведения послеоперационного периода (комплексы терапевтических упражнений, информирование пациентов), что позволяет улучшить результаты хирургического и восстановительного лечения, избежать возможных осложнений при условии выполнения рекомендаций и комплексного применения средств физической терапии., Мета роботи – оцінити ступінь динамічного відновлення рухів оперованої кінцівки протягом ІІ періоду реабілітації засобами фізичної терапії в пацієнтів, яким виконане ендопротезування кульшового суглоба та зміцнення капсульно-зв’язкового апарату поліпропіленовою сіткою.Матеріали та методи. Така кореляція є істотнішою в термін 12 місяців після хірургічного лікування, через 24 місяці спостереження показники стану оперованого кульшового суглоба в обох групах пацієнтів суттєво не відрізнялися: 65,3 % – група спостереження, 52,2 % – група порівняння через 12 місяців після операції та 91,3 % і 81,0 % через 24 місяці відповідно.Висновки. Використання поліпропіленової сітки для зміцнення задніх капсульно-зв’язкових структур кульшового суглоба призводить до розширення функціональних можливостей оперованої кінцівки та відновлення пацієнтів, прискорює процеси фізичної реабілітації після виписування зі стаціонара. Доведено доцільність ретельної передопераційної підготовки пацієнтів та активного ведення післяопераційного періоду (комплекси терапевтичних вправ, інформування пацієнтів), що дає можливість поліпшити результати хірургічного та відновного лікування, уникнути можливих ускладнень за умови виконання рекомендацій і комплексного застосування засобів фізичної терапії.

The purpose of the work is to investigate the effectiveness of the use of physical condition control of students of special medical groups for the development of physical therapy programs.Materials and methods. 40 students of 1st and 2nd year students of National University “Lviv Polytechnic” and Zaporizhzhya State Medical University participated in the experimental studies, which on the basis of the medical examinations were assigned to a special medical group for the presence of diseases of the musculoskeletal system (scoliosis I, II and III degrees). The following methods were used in the research process: analysis and generalization of scientific literature and Internet data; analysis of medical records of students; instrumental methods of morphometric and psychophysiological studies; pedagogical observations; pedagogical experiment of ascertaining orientation; methods of mathematical statistics.The results of the study show that the application of theoretical and methodological provisions and recommendations of corrective measures in the system of test control of physical conditions in students of a special medical group in the practical work, on the basis of integration of specially selected means of physical therapy, enables to activate compensatory mechanisms, mobilize reserve mechanisms ability of the body to increase the competence to perform motor actions, helps to accelerate the formation of knowledge, skills, and elimination of defects motive sphere, eliminating the difference in indicators of psychophysical development between students of the main, preparatory and special medical group.Conclusions. The control of morphofunctional and psychophysiological indicators is an effective mechanism of correction of the physical condition of students of a special medical group with functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system and a necessary prerequisite for the development of complex programs of rehabilitation based on the use of therapeutic exercises., Цель работы ‒ исследовать эффективность применения контроля физических состояний студентов специальных медицинских групп для разработки программ физической терапии.Материалы и методы. В экспериментальных исследованиях приняли участие 40 студентов I–II курсов Национального университета «Львовская политехника» и Запорожского государственного медицинского университета, которые на основании данных медицинских осмотров отнесены к специальной медицинской группе по наличию заболеваний опорно-двигательного аппарата (сколиоз І–III степеней). В процессе исследования использованы методы анализа и обобщения данных научной литературы и сети Internet, анализа медицинских карт студентов, инструментальные методы морфометрических и психофизиологических исследований, педагогического наблюдения, педагогического эксперимента констатирующий направленности, методы математической статистики.Результаты. Применение на практике разработанных теоретико-методических положений и рекомендаций, коррекционных мероприятий в системе тестового контроля физических состояний у студентов специальной медицинской группы на основе интеграции специально подобранных средств физической терапии позволяет активизировать компенсаторные механизмы, мобилизировать резервные двигательные возможности организма, повысить компетентность выполнения двигательных действий, способствует ускорению формирования знаний, умений и навыков, устранению недостатков двигательной сферы, нивелированию разницы показателей психофизического развития между студентами основной, подготовительной и специальной медицинских групп.Выводы. Контроль морфофункциональных и психофизиологических показателей – эффективный механизм коррекции физического состояния студентов специальной медицинской группы с функциональными нарушениями опорно-двигательного аппарата и необходимая предпосылка для разработки комплексных программ реабилитации на основе использования терапевтических упражнений., Мета роботи – дослідити ефективність застосування контролю фізичних станів студентів спеціальних медичних груп для розробки програм фізичної терапії.Матеріали та методи. В експериментальних дослідженнях взяли участь 40 студентів І–ІІ курсів Національного університету «Львівська політехніка» і Запорізького державного медичного університету, які на підставі даних медичних оглядів належать до спеціальної медичної групи за наявністю захворювань опорно-рухового апарату (сколіоз І–ІІІ ступенів). Застосування на практиці розроблених теоретико-методичних положень і рекомендацій корекційних заходів у системі тестового контролю фізичних станів у студентів спеціальної медичної групи на основі інтеграції спеціально підібраних засобів фізичної терапії дає змогу активізувати компенсаторні механізми, мобілізувати резервні рухові можливості організму, підвищити компетентність виконання рухових дій, сприяє прискоренню формування знань, умінь і навичок, усуненню недоліків рухової сфери, нівелюванню різниці показників психофізичного розвитку між студентами основної, підготовчої та спеціальної медичних груп.Висновки. Контроль морфофункціональних і психофізіологічних показників – ефективний механізм корекції фізичного стану студентів спеціальної медичної групи з функціональними порушеннями опорно-рухового апарату та необхідна передумова для розроблення комплексних програм реабілітації на основі використання терапевтичних вправ.

Background Improved, multimodal treatment strategies have been shown to increase cure rates in cancer patients. Those who survive cancer as a child, adolescent or young adult (CAYA), are at a higher risk for therapy-, or disease-related, late or long-term effects. The CARE for CAYA-Program has been developed to comprehensively assess any potential future problems, to offer need-based preventative interventions and thus to improve long-term outcomes in this particularly vulnerable population. Methods The trial is designed as an adaptive trial with an annual comprehensive assessment followed by needs stratified, modular interventions, currently including physical activity, nutrition and psycho-oncology, all aimed at improving the lifestyle and/or the psychosocial situation of the patients. Patients, aged 15–39 years old, with a prior cancer diagnosis, who have completed tumour therapy and are in follow-up care, and who are tumour free, will be included. At baseline (and subsequently on an annual basis) the current medical and psychosocial situation and lifestyle of the participants will be assessed using a survey compiled of various validated questionnaires (e.g. EORTC QLQ C30, NCCN distress thermometer, PHQ-4, BSA, nutrition protocol) and objective parameters (e.g. BMI, WHR, co-morbidities like hyperlipidaemia, hypertension, diabetes), followed by basic care (psychological and lifestyle consultation). Depending on their needs, CAYAs will be allocated to preventative interventions in the above-mentioned modules over a 12-month period. After 1 year, the assessment will be repeated, and further interventions may be applied as needed. During the initial trial phase, the efficacy of this approach will be compared to standard care (waiting list with intervention in the following year) in a randomized study. During this phase, 530 CAYAs will be included and 320 eligible CAYAs who are willing to participate in the interventions will be randomly allocated to an intervention. Overall, 1500 CAYAs will be included and assessed. The programme is financed by the innovation fund of the German Federal Joint Committee and will be conducted at 14 German sites. Recruitment began in January 2018. Discussion CAYAs are at high risk for long-term sequelae. Providing structured interventions to improve lifestyle and psychological situation may counteract against these risk factors. The programme serves to establish uniform regular comprehensive assessments and need-based interventions to improve long-term outcome in CAYA survivors. The aim Assessment of safety, diagnostic, and prognostic value of a stress echocardiography protocol based on rapid pacing in patients with implanted permanent pacemakers and concomitant handgrip dynamometer method. There are no data in the literature on this type of modification of the stress test. Methods Rapid pacing stress echo tests with further handgrip were performed in 54 patients (33 females, aged 49-88, mean 72 +/- 8 years), using previously implanted permanent pacemakers. Left ventricular segmental contractility was assessed at rest, during 3 minutes pacing at the rate of 100/minutes, over 5 minutes at 85% of maximal age-predicted heart rate and then further at peak stage per 1 minute with the addition of a handgrip (compression of the dynamometer with a force equal to half the maximum strength of the patient measured before the test). The test was performed using only VVI pacing mode in 16 patients in whom atrial pacing was not possible. In the remaining 38 patients AAI/DDD pacing mode was initially used. Results No severe adverse effects were observed. Significant increase in heart rate comparing to baseline was achieved [74/minutes vs. 127/minutes (P < 00001)]. Wall motion score index increased significantly (from 1.07 vs. 1.15, p Conclusions The sensitivity and specificity of the stress test using the pacemaker and the handgrip method for all patients proved to be lower than the values obtained in other stress tests. However, the use of the handgrip method during stimulation caused an increase in mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Such an extension makes the pacing stress echo test more physiological. Moreover the stress test using pacemaker and handgrip method proved to be safe and well-tolerated by patients. The prognostic value of the negative result of the study research using stimulation from the patient"s pacemaker and the handgrip method was high in the 6 month follow-up

The following is presented in the study - the objective factors that determine the necessity to develop non-traditional renewable energy sources and the prerequisites for their development in Ukraine, the energy potential of renewable energy sources. Technologies for the use of geo-information modeling aimed at using the cartographic information base to solve problems of planning, making managerial decisions and developing the energy industry are proposed. Practical implementation of the proposed approach provides for the development of a complex of cartographic works for the needs of renewable energy, the creation of maps of various functional and thematic direction (inventory, valuation, recommendation, forecast) that reflect various aspects (resources, objects, conditions, factors, state and perspectives of industry development) and cover various areas of renewable energy (wind power, solar energy, bioenergy, hydropower geothermal energy). The analysis of the development of renewable energy sources and their use is carried out. The tasks of geoinformation modeling for needs of renewable energy sources and their use are determined. The problems of the development of renewable energy sources and their use in Ukraine are determined. The conducted researches can serve as the basis for works on the construction of a decision support system for optimizing the work of the power industry. The present study presents existing approaches to energy saving perspectives and geoinformation analysis of the conditions for the use of alternative energy sources in Ukraine.

The activation of distinct branches of the Wnt signaling network is essential for regulating early vertebrate development. Activation of the canonical Wnt/β-catenin pathway stimulates expression of β-catenin-Lef/Tcf regulated Wnt target genes and a regulatory network giving rise to the formation of the Spemann organizer. Non-canonical pathways, by contrast, mainly regulate cell polarization and migration, in particular convergent extension movements of the trunk mesoderm during gastrulation. By transcriptome analyses, we found caveolin1, caveolin3 and cavin1 to be regulated by Lef1 in the involuting mesoderm of Xenopus embryos at gastrula stages. We show that caveolins and caveolin dependent endocytosis are necessary for proper gastrulation, most likely by interfering with Wnt5a/Ror2 signaling. Wnt5a regulates the subcellular localization of receptor complexes, including Ror2 homodimers, Ror2/Fzd7 and Ror2/dsh heterodimers in an endocytosis dependent manner. Live-cell imaging revealed endocytosis of Ror2/caveolin1 complexes. In Xenopus explants, in the presence of Wnt5a, these receptor clusters remain stable exclusively at the basolateral side, suggesting that endocytosis of non-canonical Wnt/receptor complexes preferentially takes place at the apical membrane. In support of this blocking endocytosis with inhibitors prevents the effects of Wnt5a. Thus, target genes of Lef1 interfere with Wnt5a/Ror2 signaling to coordinate gastrulation movements.

Intelligence knowledge-based systems are important part of natural language processing researches. Appropriate formal models simplify developing of such systems and open new ways to improve their quality. This work is devoted to developing of intelligence knowledge-based system using model based on algebra of finite predicates. The model also isbased on lexicographical computer system which consists of trilingual and explanatory dictionaries. Algebra of finite predicates is used as formalization tool.Problems of distinguishing semantic entities is investigated during research. Method of resolving homonymy ambiguities is used to extract separate entities, thus allowing formalization of semantic relationships. In result formal model of intelligence knowledge-based system was developed.It was shown way to extend the model for different languages.

The article is devoted to the research of the torque-flow pump operating process. Its work is closely connected to the formation and stable functioning of the toroidal vortex. The theoretical bases of the formation of a toroidal vortex and the process of energy transfer in a torque-flow pump are considered in the research (vane and vortex components of the operating process). The fact of the presence of some additional hydraulic losses due to the mismatch of the location of the toroidal vortex center and the impeller blade edges has been established. The urgency of the paper is increasing the efficiency of torque-flow pump by improving its flowing part. The upgrade of the pump consists of the theoretical justification and practical implementation of the reduction of these additional hydraulic losses. In this aspect, the location of the impeller blade edge is aligned with the toroidal vortex center. The research was performed by conducting a numerical investigation. The calculations of a high specific speed torque-flow pump of three different design configurations of the impeller blades were performed. Practically confirmed increasing of the head (by 3.2 m) and efficiency (by 7-8%) of the pump with the second design of the impeller blades.

The paper raises the question of the possibility of reducing the energy loss of the stage of the centrifugal pump on the disk friction, the relative value of which for the stages of low and ultralow speed can be a significant proportion (up to 40%) of all losses. This is seen as one of the effective ways to increase the efficiency of such stages of centrifugal pumps.

Technical Features of the Architecture of an Electronic Trilingual Dictionary This article is devoted to the development of the software system used to create an English-Russian-Ukrainian terminological dictionary. Scanned and recognized documents in MSWord format were the input data for the dictionary. Issues which appeared during the parsing of the input data are analyzed and solutions using regular expressions are identified. This article also describes the scheme of the dictionary’s lexicographical database, and its classes of models, views and view models. In addition, a detailed description of the software system from a user’s perspective is included, the prospects for the usage of the dictionary are discussed, and the methods used during the development of the system are described. The software system is built using the design pattern Model-View-View-Model. Through the use of this pattern, internal logic is separated from user interface, thus changes made in different parts of the software may be independent. The developed software system allows users to edit, to fill, and thus to create new thematic transferable electronic dictionaries. The main advantage of the system is the equality of languages, i.e. each user can decide which language is to be major. Opracowanie oprogramowania trzyjezycznego slownika elektronicznego Artykul jest poświecony opracowaniu oprogramowania rosyjsko-ukrainsko-angielskiego slownika terminologicznego. Za wejściowe dane autorzy przyjeli zeskanowane i rozpoznane dokumenty w formacie MSWord. Bledy powstale w czasie analizy skladniowej wejściowych danych zostaly przeanalizowane, a autorzy wskazali droge ich likwidacji za pomocą regularnych wyrazen. W pracy zostala dokladnie opisana baza leksykograficzna danych slownika, zostaly opisane klasy modelu danych i klasy modelu prezentacji systemu. Oprogramowanie jest zbudowane w taki sposob, aby mozna bylo wykorzystac szablon projektowania Model-View-ViewModel. Dzieki wykorzystaniu tego szablonu interfejs uzytkowania jest oddzielony od logiki programu, co pozwala wprowadzac niezalezne zmiany poszczegolnych cześci oprogramowania. Sporządzone oprogramowanie pozwala na redagowanie, uzupelnienie i tym samym tworzenie nowych tematycznych slownikow przekladowych. Zaletą systemu jest rownorzednośc jezykow. Autorzy nakreślili zarowno sposoby wykorzystania samego slownika, jak i metody jego budowania.

Benzo[a]pyrene is a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon of well proved toxic effect on animal cells and tissues. We used chicken in ovo developmental model to verify its influence on selected parameters of the heart rhythm and on the antioxidative defense in the heart tissue. We determined that the dose of 1 mg/kg weight of eggs of benzo[a]pyrene strongly activates the glutathione-dependent antioxidative system, but it do not significantly affect the heart conducting system of the chicken embryo. We postulate that further study on the benzo[a]pyrene action during embryonic development of birds is recommended.

The competitiveness of agricultural enterprises on the international market depends directly on the professional and timely implementation of decisions of control. Its function stipulates for a number of actions, work out methods and tools which aimed at conservation the quality of agricultural products in the period of its storage and transportation in accordance with the consumer’s requirements.Construction of control by a recycling pattern is one of the practical ways to increase the effectiveness of control, when an object that is recognized as fit is subject to repeated checks. The major tasks in the construction of a statistical model of measurement control have been analyzed, a typical monitoring system, a sequential control structure, and its characteristics have been submitted. The suggested control significantly reduces the reject rate in the total mass of products.The obtained result of analytical dependencies is convenient for engineering calculations of other types of numerical control.An example of the application of sequential control of broccoli cabbage in its storage with helping with antiseptic preparations is given. The influence of various antiseptics on different varieties of broccoli cabbage is considered. Such a study helps the manufacturer find the best opportunities to improve the competitiveness of its products.

Parameters of the oocyte enucleation and fusion with somatic cell for producing of cattle cloned cetohybrids were studied. It was established that the electrofusion efficiency depends on strength, duration and set number of electrical pulse. The optimal parameters for Multiporator (Eppendorf, Germany) were determined: two consistent pulses DC electrical field each of 30 V field strength and 15 msec duration followed by the pulse of AC electrical field of 5 V and 10 sec duration. It was found that the first polar body serving as a marker for the chromosome position at «blind» enuclea-tion must not deviate from the chromosome location by more than 10 degrees. This paper proposes an approach for a 3D-Piezo Compensation Mechanism unit that is capable of fast and accurate adaption of the spindle position to enhance machining by robots. The mechanical design is explained which focuses on low mass, good stiffness and high bandwidth in order to allow compensating for errors beyond the bandwidth of the robot. In addition to previous works [7,9], an advanced actuation design is presented enabling movements in three translational axes allowing a working range of each axis up to half a millimeter. Based on the presented theoretical dimensioning and finite element simulation translational moves with higher bandwidth can be enabled, due to the parallel design approach of a 3D-Piezo Compensation Mechanism. For realization aspects piezo actuators are chosen due to their fast dynamics and high forces. The realization of the control loop is further outlined. In order to enable a good control performance the set-up of sensing the extension of the piezo actuator is detailed as well as the spindle position used in fast real-time environment. As a result the 3D-Piezo Compensation mechanism unit allows an active adaption of the spindle position in the range of micrometers. A description of the deployment of the compensation unit to a robot machining system as well as first experimental results conclude the paper and prove the proper functioning of the approach and outline the potential of the entire system. Measured robot paths are applied to the compensation unit and analyzed with respect to the reduction of robot path errors.

The conversion units and data transfer with frequency data coding are perspective for a reliability raising and transmission accuracy of the information in control systems, communication systems, computer networks etc. One of directions in creation of high-reliable microelectronic components of computer facilities and control systems is the development of multifunction frequency elements on the basis of nonlinear resonant circuits (NRC). The multifunctionality of such elements at their schematic simplicity is determined not by a number of components and complexity of structural organization (as in large integrated circuits), and purposeful usage of numerous effects having a place in nonlinear vibratory circuits. The results, obtained by the authors, gain the significance in modern conditions, when the semiconducting production process of large integrated circuits for microprocessors practically has reached a physical limit of decreasing the sizes of components and width of interconnections. Alternative can be only usage of artificial intelligence systems, the elements of the multivalued logic on the basis NRC can be applied to their construction. Experimental samples of such elements have been realized in the form of thin-film microcircuits in a standard body.

У статті розглянуто і проаналізовано можливий вплив типового нафтопереробного підприємства на навколишнє середовище. Визначено шкідливі речовини, що викидаються в атмосферу на нафтопереробном підприємстві, їх основні джерела та причини викидів у навколишнє середовище. Виконано розрахунок валових викидів шкідливих речовин в атмосферу для підприємста нафтопереробки. Також охарактеризовані технологічні заходи щодо зниження викидів шкідливих речовин та запропоновано основні засоби для зменшення негативного впливу майбутнього нафтопереробного заводу на навколишнє середовище. The article describes and analyzes the potential impact of a typical oil refinery on the environment. Certain harmful substances emitted into the atmosphere by neftepererab consultation, their main sources and causes of releases to the environment. The calculation of gross emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere for enterprises of oil refining. Also characterized by technological measures to reduce emissions of harmful substances and provides the basic tools to reduce the negative impact of the future of the refinery on the environment. В статье рассмотрено и проанализировано возможное влияние типового нефтеперерабатывающего предприятия на окружающую среду. Определены вредные вещества, выбрасываемые в атмосферу на нафтопереробном предприятии, их основные источники и причины выбросов в окружающую среду. Выполнен расчет валовых выбросов вредных веществ в атмосферу для предприятия нефтепереработки. Также охарактеризованы технологические мероприятия по снижению выбросов вредных веществ и предложены основные средства для уменьшения негативного влияния будущего нефтеперерабатывающего завода на окружающую среду.

Disturbances in Insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) and dysregulation in neonatal immune responses have been associated with typical neonatal diseases. Immunosuppression by IGF-I might be a key regulator of neonatal immune responses in infection and maturation. However, information on IGF-I serum levels, IGF-I-receptor (IGF-IR) and effects on functional properties of neonatal immune cells is scarce. Neonatal cord blood samples were stimulated with anti-CD3/anti-CD28, PMA/ionomycin or LPS in a whole-blood assay, while IGF-I serum levels and IGF-I receptor expression were assessed. Furthermore the effect of IGF-I on cytokine expression, apoptosis and the DNA binding activity of AP-1 and NFκB was evaluated. IGF-I serum levels were within normal range. The IGF-I-receptor was present on the surface of cord blood CD3+CD4+lymphocytes and cord blood CD14+monocytes. Upon stimulation the IGF-I-R expression on lymphocytes was significantly upregulated. The addition of IGF-I (100ng/ml) to whole blood cultures inhibited the secretion of IFN-γ from PMA/ionomycin-stimulated cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMC). While IGF-I did not influence apoptosis in our experimental setting, it led to a distinct decrease in anti-CD3/CD28-stimulated DNA binding activity of AP-1 and NFκB. Thus IGF-I may be a key regulator of neonatal immune responses in maturation processes and inflammation by suppressing proinflammatory Th1 responses. Future in vivo studies need to elucidate whether disturbances of the IGF-I serum level and IGF-IR expression are associated with susceptibility for infections and subsequent diseases in neonates.
