Nakon kratkog uvodnog pojašnjenja tematike, u radu je prikazana uticajna srednjovjekovna ličnost – šejh Bedreddin koji je djelovao na području Osmanskog Carstva u periodu između 14. i 15. stoljeća. Ličnost je obrađena kroz više segmenata kao što su: djetinjstvo, odrastanje, put ka misticizmu kao i njegovo obrazovanje. Pored toga, poseban fokus je postavljen na šejhovo pisano djelo – Varidat. Posebna pažnja je pridata šejhovim suparnicima, kojih je bilo nekolicina. Istaknute su i ostale prilike Osmanskog Carstva u periodu kada je djelovao ustanik šejh Bedreddin te kakav je odjek imao ustanak i na šta se odrazio nakon Bedreddinove smrti. Kroz interpretaciju poznate literature o šejhu, donosi se prikaz njegovog lika i djela. Kako je i u Turskoj i u Grčkoj primjetno svojatanje Bedreddinove ličnosti, a interes za lik i djelo šejha Bedreddina i dan danas izaziva veliki interes povjesničara i javnosti., After a short exposition of the subject in the introduction, this paper presents an influential medieval figure – Sheikh Bedreddin, who was active in the area of Ottoman Empire in the period from the 14th until the 15th century. His figure is examined through several segments: childhood, growing up, journey to mysticism and education. The paper puts in focus Shekih’s written work, Varidat. Special attention is given to Sheikh’s adversaries. The emphasis is also put on the other circumstances of the Ottoman Empire in the period of the insurgent Sheikh Bedreddin’s activity, as well as on the repercussions of the uprising and its effects after Sheikh’s death. This paper demonstrates Sheikh’s life and work through an interpretation of the famous literature about him. Since both Turkey and Greece evidently lay claim on Sheikh’s figure, the interest for the life and work of Sheikh Bedreddin still arouses interest of historians and the general public.

Standardni bosanski jezik pripada četveroakcenatskom novoštokavskom sistemu, od kojeg odstupa u prisutnosti silaznih akcenata u tuđicama, složenicama, genitivu jednine i akuzativu množine pojedinih riječi, neprenošenju akcenta na proklitiku, skraćenicama te dvosložnom refleksu jata. S obzirom na to da je uvjet da upotrebni oblik bude i normiran zapravo precizan opis kategorija, to se u ovom radu silaznom akcentu pristupa sistemski, tj. otkrivaju se moguće kategorije u kojima se silazni akcent javlja dosljedno izvan početnog sloga. Za konačno normiranje potrebno je ove kategorije ispitati na terenu, čime se ovaj rad neće baviti. Iz dosadašnjih istraživanja kao nedovoljno opisane izdvojile su se tuđice i silazni akcent u genitivu množine i vokativu jednine pojedinih riječi. S obzirom na to da se primjeri mogu grupisati prema sufiksima gotovo bez ostatka, a polazeći od teze da sufiksi mogu određivati akcenatsku sliku riječi, kategorije tuđica i riječi koje u genitivu množine i/li vokativu jednine imaju ili mogu imati silazni akcenat izvan početnog sloga kategorizirane su dakle prema sufiksima, koji su detaljno pobrojani. Korpus su činili opći rječnici bosanskog jezika, pa su date napomene i o trenutnom normativnom statusu pojedinih kategorija, od kojih su neke i normirane. Istraživanje je iznjedrilo i opći zaključak, a to je da se u bosanskom jeziku silazni akcenti izvan prvog sloga javljaju samo u trosložnim i višesložnim riječima., The standard Bosnian language has a four-accent New Shtokavian system, from which it deviates in the presence of descending accents in some borrowings, compounds, genitive plural and vocative singular of some nouns, non-shifted accents onto proclitics, abbreviation and two-syllable reflexes of yat. Given that the condition for the common speech to be standardized is a precise description of its categories, in this paper, the approach to the falling accent is systemic, ie. the possible categories where the falling accent occurs consistently outside the initial syllable are discovered. For the final standardization, it is necessary to examine these categories in speech, which this paper will not be covering. From previous research borrowings and the falling accent in the genitive plural and the vocative singular of individual words have been singled out as insufficiently described. Considering that the examples can be grouped according to suffixes almost without remainder, and basing off of the thesis that suffixes can determine the accent of words, the borrowings and words that in the genitive plural and / or the vocative singular have or may have a falling accent outside the initial syllable are therefore categorized according to the suffixes, which are listed in detail. The corpus consists of general dictionaries of the Bosnian language, so notes are given on the current normative status of certain categories, some of which are standardized. The research also gave rise to a general conclusion, which is that, in the Bosnian language, falling accents outside the first syllable appear only in three- and multi-syllable words.

Cilj ovog rada jeste na osnovu odabranog korpusa analizirati ispunjavanje evaluacijskih kriterija za uključivanje naučnih časopisa u bibliografsku i citatnu bazu podataka Scopus. Bibliometrijski pokazatelji za procjenu kvalitete časopisa ispitani su metodom komparativne analize na uzorku od ukupno tri bosanskohercegovačka naučna časopisa – Društvene i humanističke studije (DHS), Filolog: časopis za jezik, književnost i kulturu i Historijski pogledi. Rezultati rada pokazuju da časopis DHS slijedi zvanične smjernice za indeksiranje, što ukazuje na nedostatak uzročno-posljedičnog odnosa između evaluacijskih kriterija i ishoda recenzentskog postupka da u bazu uvrsti Filolog i Historijske poglede, a odbije Društvene i humanističke studije. Važnost ovih rezultata jeste u sistematizaciji kriterija za indeksiranje naučnih časopisa u specifičnoj bazi podataka i boljem razumijevanju procesa uključivanja u Scopus vodeći se komparacijom recentnih bibliometrijskih pokazatelja., Based on the selected corpus of journals, this paper aims to analyse the criteria for their inclusion in the bibliographic and citation database Scopus. The paper takes a sample of three scientific journals from Bosnia and Herzegovina – Social Sciences and Humanities Studies, Philologist – Journal of Language, Literary and Cultural Studies and Historical Views. The results of this paper show that the DHS journal follows the official Scopus guidelines, which indicates the lack of a causal relationship between the journal indexing criteria and its implementation in practice – indexing Philologist and Historical Views while rejecting Social Sciences and Humanities Studies. The importance of these results lies in the systematization of criteria for indexing scientific journals in a specific database, as well as in a better understanding of the Scopus inclusion process, guided by a comparison of recent bibliometric indicators.

Rad se bavi lingvističkim istraživanjima u ANUBiH, i to u dva pravca – organizacijom rada na lingvističkim ispitivanjima i analizom samih naslova objavljenih u publikacijama ANUBiH. U prvom dijelu prati se rad Odjeljenja istorijsko-filoloških nauka, kasnije Odjeljenja društvenih, pa humanističkih nauka, te Komisije za lingvistiku i Centra za leksikologiju i leksikografiju, kroz njihove najvažnije aktivnosti i projekte, uz rad Balkanološkog instituta, kasnije Centra za balkanološka ispitivanja. Drugi dio rada donosi pregled objavljenih lingvističkih tekstova. Na kraju je data bibliografija lingvističkih radova objavljenih u ANUBiH., The paper deals with linguistic research in ANUBiH in two directions – the organization of work on linguistic examinations and the analysis of the titles published in publications of ANUBiH. The first part follows the work of the Department of Historical-Philological Sciences, later the Department of Social Sciences, then the Humanities, and the Commission for Linguistics and the Center for Lexicology and Lexicography, through their most important activities and projects, along with the work of the Balkanological Institute, later the Center for Balkanological Studies. The second part of the paper provides an overview of published linguistic texts. In the end, a bibliography of linguistic works published in ANUBiH is provided.

Grigorovič-Giljferdingovi odlomci evanđelja (Grig-Giljf) predstavljaju najstariji očuvani fragment rukopisa bosanske crkvenoslavenske pismenosti pisan najvjerojatnije krajem XIII. stoljeća. Istraživanje u ovome radu ima za cilj potpuniji grafijsko-jezički i tekstološki opis Grig-Giljf. U skladu s tim, komentiraju se najvažnije grafijske i jezičke odlike, dok se na tekstovno-leksičkoj razini pokušalo utvrditi posrednike s kojih je Grig-Giljf prepisan, kao i filijacijski odnos prema drugim bosanskim evanđeoskim tekstovima. Na tekstološkome planu provedena je usporedba s kanonskim, bosanskim, srpskim, hrvatskoglagoljskim, bugarskim, makedonskim te ruskim crkvenoslavenskim tekstovima. U radu se donosi transkript teksta Grig-Giljf., Gligorovich-Gilferding fragments of the Gospel (Glig-Gilf) represent the oldest preserved fragment of the manuscript of the Bosnian Church Slavonic literacy written most probably at the end of the 13th century. The research in this paper aims at a more complete graphological, linguistic and textological description of Glig-Gilf fragments. Accordingly, the most important graphic and linguistic features are commented on, while at the textual and lexical level an attempt was made to identify the intermediaries from which Glig-Gilf fragments of the Gospel was transcribed, as well as a filial relation to other Bosnian Gospel texts. In terms of textology, a comparison was made with canonical, Bosnian, Serbian, Croatian glagolitic, Bulgarian, Macedonian and Russian Church Slavonic texts. The paper presents a transcript of the text Glig-Gilf fragments.

Na temelju dostupne arhivske građe i dodatnih izvora iz literature, u radu se sa sociolingvističkog aspekta u kontekstu imenovanja jezika i jezičkog identiteta pristupa analizi udžbenika bosanskih franjevaca Ambrože Matića i Augustina Miletića, kao primjercima iz korpusa naše početne udžbeničke literature, one koja se odnosi na rani period ili na sami početak bosanskohercegovačkog školstva savremenog (modernijeg) tipa, s ciljem sagledavanja identitarnih jezičkih pitanja koja su u uskoj vezi i s pitanjem narodnog identiteta. Polazna osnova je program državne (franjevačke) osnovne škole u Tolisi (Orašje), još od 1823. godine, na osnovu čega se može govoriti o značajnom jubileju kojim se danas mogu obilježiti dva stoljeća jedne naročito važne tradicije: zvanični bosanski jezik u počecima (u ranom periodu) modernog bh. školstva. Ovdje ćemo analizirati udžbenike s početka XIX stoljeća, u vrijeme kada još nisu zaživjeli procesi nacionalizacije i značajnijeg međusobnog identitarnog udaljavanja domaćeg stanovništva., Based on the available archival material and additional literature, this paper approaches the analysis of the textbooks of the Bosnian Franciscans Ambroža Matić and Augustin Miletić from the sociolinguistic aspect in the context of language naming and linguistic identity. The textbooks serve as examples from the corpus of our initial textbook literature referring to the early period or the very beginning of the contemporary (more modern) type of public schooling in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the aim of looking at identitarian language issues closely related to the issue of national identity. The starting point is the curriculum of the state (Franciscan) primary school in Tolisa (Orašje) from 1823, on the basis of which we can speak of a significant jubilee that today marks two centuries of a particularly important tradition: the official Bosnian language at the beginning (in the early period) of modern public schooling in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Furthermore, the paper shall analyze textbooks from the beginning of the 19th century, at a time when the processes of nationalization and significant mutual identitarian alienation of the local population had not yet taken root.

Ekskluzijsko pravilo u krivičnom postupku predstavlja mjesto konfrontacije ljudskih prava i utvrđivanja materijalne istine. Upravo zbog toga, problematika dopuštenosti upotrebe nezakonitih dokaza spada u najkompleksnija pitanja krivičnog postupka. Mnogo kontroverznih pitanja u sudskoj praksi Međunarodnog krivičnog suda u pogledu ocjene i upotrebe nezakonitih dokaza čini ovu temu aktuelnom u naučnom i stručnom diskursu. Ovo naučno istraživanje, prvenstveno daju kritičku analizu primjenjivog prava i sudske prakse u pogledu ekskluzijskog pravila u krivičnom postupku pred Međunarodnim krivičnim sudom. Kroz navedenu analizu, istraživanje ispituje da li široko postavljeno sudijsko polje procjene u procesu ocjene i upotrebe nezakonitih dokaza ostavlja prostor za arbitrarnost i nedosljednost u sudskoj praksi. U konačnici, intencija istraživanja jeste ispitati da li se primjenom uspostavljenog pravila izdvajanja nezakonitih dokaza ostvaruju ciljevi krivičnog postupka, jednako kao i ispitati reperkusije navedenog pravila na uživanje ljudskih prava osumnjičene odnosno optužene osobe., The exclusionary rule in criminal proceedings is a point of confrontation between human rights and the principle of material truth. Precisely because of this, the issue of the admissibility of illegally obtained evidence is one of the most complex issues in criminal proceedings. Many outstanding issues in the jurisprudence of the International Criminal Court regarding the assessment and use of unlawful evidence make this topic relevant in scientific and professional discourse. This paper primarily provides a critical analysis of applicable law and court practice regarding the exclusionary rule in criminal proceedings before the International Criminal Court. Through this analysis, research examines whether the broad judicial discretion in the process of assessing and using illegal evidence leaves room for arbitrariness and inconsistency in court practice. Ultimately, the intention of research is to examine whether the application of the exclusionary rule achieves the objectives of criminal proceedings, as well as to examine the repercussions of this rule on suspects’ or accused persons’ enjoyment of human rights.

U ovom se radu analizira struktura glagolske sintagme u bosanskom jeziku te se nastoji odrediti bazni položaj upravnih članova sintagme, njihovih argumenata, ali i adjunkta. Ponašanje strukturnih elemenata koji čine glagolsku sintagmu u bosanskom jeziku i mogućnost njihovog pomjeranja prati se u procesu deriviranja površinske strukture rečenice koja sadrži elidirano mjesto. Različita ostvarenja elipse objašnjavaju se jedinstvenim položajem pojedinih strukturnih elemenata i njihovom mogućnošću da projiciraju zasebne maksimalne projekcije koje, u procesu deriviranja površinske strukture rečenice, mogu biti ili obuhvaćene elipsom ili izbjeći elidiranje. U vezi s tim, u radu se ukazuje na različito ponašanje pojedinih vrsta glagola u procesu VP elipse u bosanskom jeziku, te se uspostavlja paralela s istim strukturnim elementima u engleskom jeziku. U radu se analiza navedenih pojava zasniva na principima i parametrima generativne gramatike., In this paper, by applying the comparative method, we attempted to point out the similarities and differences in the verb domain between the Bosnian and the English language. With respect to this, the possible argument structure of the verb phrase (VP) in the Bosnian language was analysed, as well as the behaviour of structural elements in the syntactic process of ellipsis. It was concluded that the VP ellipsis in the Bosnian language occurs very high up in the sentence structure, after the elements with strong features check those features. Also, the analysis carried out showed that in the Bosnian language auxiliary and modal verbs are not base generated in the same position, and that modal verbs, unlike in English, are generated lower than the enclitic forms of auxiliary verbs and can be elided. While VP ellipsis in Bosnian necessarily includes lexical verbs, with modal verbs being optionally elided, auxiliary verbs in their enclitic form remain outside the elided place. However, a special type of TP ellipsis in the Bosnian language also eliminates the enclitic form of the auxiliary verb, and only the subject with the feature of non-contrastive focus is realized phonetically in the sentence structure.
