To minimize environmental impact and costs, natural surfactants are suggested as an ecologically sustainable replacement for synthetic surfactants. The aim of this work is to evaluate the efficiency of low-cost saponin-based natural surfactant (SBNS) from Vernonia amygdalina (VA) leaves for enhanced oil recovery (EOR). Furthermore, the study investigated the IFT behaviour of SBNS at oil-water interface and the emulsion behaviour and oil displacement efficiency of SBNS. The SBNS was obtained via ultrasonic extraction of dried VA leaves in a water bath, centrifuging the obtained liquid mixture and freeze drying to evaporate to dryness. Thereafter, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and high-performance liquid chromatography were used to characterize the extracted SBNS. Moreover, tensiometer (Easy-Dyne KRUSS) was used to study the interfacial tension (IFT) behaviour of the SBNS at oil-water interface. Also, the SBNS ability to form stable emulsion in the presence of crude oil was determined. Finally, oil displacement by SBNS solution was investigated under simulated reservoir conditions (3000 psi and 100 °C) with high-pressure high-temperature (Fars EOR) core flooding equipment. The performance of SBNS was compared to commercial non-ionic surfactant 4-octylphenol polyethoxylated (TX-100). Experimental result indicated that the SBNS reduced the IFT at oil-water interface. The natural surfactant lowered the IFT of the oil-water interface from 18.0 to 0.97 mN/m. Moreover, emulsions formed with SBNS showed good stability characterized by a decrease in the median drop diameter with an increase in SBNS concentration. Finally, oil displacement test shows that oil recovery of TX-100 and SBNS increased by 9% and 15% original-oil-in-place (OOIP), respectively. Hence, SBNS is recommended as an appropriate substitute for conventional surfactant due to its inexpensive raw material, lower toxicity, and higher efficiency.

Due to the increasing construction of clay and marl hills in most areas of Tabriz (Iran), its characteristics in terms of resistance, and its tendency to liquefy during earthquakes, this city is at risk of landslides. This paper studies the landslide vulnerability of Tabriz using visual and statistical evidence. The evaluation of landslide susceptibility was performed using the evidential belief function model (EBF) and the index of entropy. The environmental impact assessment of landslides was carried out using the Promethean II model in three environmental, economic, and social phases. Finally, a landslide strategy plan for decision-makers was developed. The results of the analysis using the EBF model showed that 89.81% of the total area of Tabriz is located in a direct landslide vulnerability zone. The output of the receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve showed 83.3% accuracy of the EBF model. The impact assessment showed that for the environment, the geological criterion had an output weight of 0.396; for the economy, the road criterion had a weight of 0.477; and for the society, the commercial criterion had a weight of a 0.452; all were the most affected by landslides. The results of monitoring studies of the largest landslides in Tabriz in 1957, 1984, and 2020 showed approximately 41.65 m of land sliding over a period of 63 years. To our knowledge, this study is the first in the world to predict the environmental impact assessment and provide a strategy plan for Tabriz.

In this paper, a hybrid inverse distance weighted (IDW) and the imperialist competitive algorithm (ICA) was proposed for grade estimations in mining projects. Indeed, the coefficients of the IDW equation, power, and the influence distance were modified by applying the ICA algorithm. For this, an example was solved by using IDW, the ordinary kriging, and IDW-ICA. After successfully validating the IDW-ICA, the iron grades were estimated in the Baba Ali iron mine, the most prominent iron mine in the west of Iran. For this, after gathering data from thirty-two boreholes, the grade estimations were conducted using IDW, kriging, and IDW-ICA. Some statistical parameters, including the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE), root-mean-squared error (RMSE), and correlation coefficient, were used to compare the results. The higher value of the R2, 94.41%, the lowest values of MAPE, 17.4%, and RMSE, 4.19, of the proposed algorithm, revealed that the IDW-ICA could be applied as a new-fangled method for grade estimations in the mining projects.

The aim of study was to evaluate physicochemical properties of sewage sludge degradation under aerobic and anaerobic conditions in municipal wastewater treatment plant in Serkan, Hamedan province, west of Iran. The evaluated parameters included temperature, carbon to nitrogen ratio (C:N), total C, total N, moisture content, volatile solids, ash, electrical conductivity (EC), pH, and fecal and total coliforms. Experiments were conducted over a period of 100 days during which the sampling from the mixtures was performed every 5 days. Properties of the waste sludge and both treatments including windrow composting and anaerobic digestion were assessed at the initial stage, and during and end of the degradation period. The pH of the compost piles was found to be 6.28 at the beginning of the process and about 7–7.5 after 100 days in both treatments. Based on field observations, it could be concluded that after 14 weeks of degradation, compared with the aerobic degradation, the anaerobic digestion would yield a digestate of a higher quality with the final total nitrogen of 2.8%, final total carbon (TOC) of 44%, and C:N of 15.7. This higher rate of final total nitrogen and the lower amount of total coliform could indicate the suitability of degradation quality through anaerobic digestion. Based on the results, a substantial reduction was observed in C:N ratio, total carbon content, and the moisture content in waste sludge following degradation, while an increase in nitrogen content as well as pH was observed in digestate.

With the advancement of globalisation, urbanisation and environmental change, the outbreak of the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), as an infectious disease, has become a global threat. The entire world is continuously trying to adapt to the pandemic situation due to the sudden outbreak of COVID-19 and the lockdown phase, which has not been faced before. The fear of infection by such an unknown virus and the epidemic transformed the built-up environment and impacted various sectors of lives and livelihoods, which must be assessed in spatial perspectives. The objective of this research is to assess the multi-sectoral impact due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, it is designed to inspect seven essential sectors, namely, the economy, employment, education, transport, travel and tourism, health and environment sector-wise impact assessment of the West Bengal state of India. Taking the required COVID-19 data from the government website of India ( http://www.covid19india.org ; https://www.mygov.in/corona-data/covid19-statewise-status ) and West Bengal ( https://covidindia.org/west-bengal ), a methodology is proposed on an integrated framework for the multi-sectoral impact assessment. The study concentrates on West Bengal, as no study exists on the multi-sectoral impact assessment due to the COVID-19 pandemic during the 1st wave, especially using the geospatial platform. The economy, employment, education, transport, health, tourism and environment multi-sectors of West Bengal are selected in this research, as these sectors have built the economic, sociocultural and environmental pillars of the state. All these sectors have been seriously affected, and the nature of the impact is diverse and large. Before the vaccine comes into the hands of the common people of West Bengal and in a broad sense in India, the awareness should be increased at the grass-root level to fight against the pandemic situation and even after the post-COVID era. The application of geospatial technology used for the mapping and analysis of COVID-19 affects the related database to tease out the multidimensional study, which aims to plan future road maps, search for answers and learn to add further security to overcome the future virus attack.

In geotechnical designs, utilization of biopolymers in soil improvement is a considerable aspect in terms of sustainability. Sustainability, on the other hand, is known as being a predominant tread in the reduction of global warming. The implementation of biopolymers in soils is an eco-friendly approach besides of being a newly growing technology. In this study, the improvement of coarse-grained soils by means of utilizing xanthan gum biopolymer was aimed. Concordantly, large-scale laboratory model tests were conducted to analyze the effects of water content, biopolymer ratio, mixing method, improvement depth, and curing durations on bearing capacities. Eventually, up to 2.2 times bearing capacity increments were attained. Besides, 1.25% biopolymer ratio, 70 °C mixing method, 42 days curing duration, and improvement depth of 1.00 times the footing width (D) were determined as optimum values. Also, comparisons were conducted between xanthan gum and some well-known traditional additives. Bearing capacity for xanthan gum was obtained to be higher than those for fly ash and lime along with being almost the same as that of cement for which shorter durations were found to be sufficient to reach the desired criteria. The executed micro-structural analysis results supported the occurrence of both chemical and physical enhancements in the soil structure, as well.

Until 31 May 2020, more than six million confirm COVID-19 cases had been reported worldwide. Lockdown has resulted in significant air quality improvement, especially in urban regions. The lockdown has acted as a natural experiment empowering researchers, policymakers, and governing bodies. The present study focuses on quantifying and analysing the effect of lockdown on India’s metropolitan cities, namely New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, and Bangalore. The study analyses the phase-wise and diurnal variations in the air quality from 24 March 2020 to 31 May 2020 while focussing on-peak and off-peak duration concentrations. To investigate the reason behind pollutant reduction, correlation of drop percentages in pollutant concentrations with vehicle population, extent of construction activity, and meteorological parameters are analysed. The 24-h drop in PM10 and PM2.5 showed a high correlation (R2 = 0.97 and 0.72, respectively) with the city’s vehicle population. During peak hours, the inland cities (Delhi and Bangalore), with a more extensive vehicle fleet, recorded a higher drop in PM10 and PM2.5 concentrations than coastal cities (Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata). With respect to 2019 concentration, the maximum decrease in pollutant concentrations averaged across the five study locations was recorded in NO2 (46%), followed by PM2.5 (40%), PM10 (37%), and CO (19%). SO2 and O3 contrarily recorded an overall increase of 40% and 41%. These results wherein vehicular pollutants recorded the maximum drop indicate that reduced vehicular traffic primarily influenced air quality improvement during the lockdown. Biomass materials have been rapidly used in generating power, heating, and other industrial applications; the remains from the combustion of biomass materials, biomass ash, are being produced in large quantities rapidly. Accordingly, a method of consuming biomass ash, expanding new applications, and achieving resource utilization is urgently required. This research studies the basic properties of adding biomass ash in soils by examining the effects of water evaporation and the development of shrinkage cracks in soils. Laboratory evaporation tests have been carried out on soil samples with different quantities of biomass ash. The loss of mass is recorded to evaluate the effect of biomass ash on the behavior of water evaporation in the soil. Image processing technology and fractal theory are used to quantitatively analyze the development of shrinkage cracks on the soil surface. The results show that biomass ash can effectively reduce evaporation and crack development in soil. With increases in the biomass ash content, although the difference of residual water content is small, the evaporation time is increased with decreasing crack ratio. The addition of biomass ash greater than 5% has a significant impact (p ≤ 0.05) on soil evaporation, and the addition greater than 2.5% has a significant impact (p ≤ 0.05) on soil cracking. The time of evaporation with biomass ash addition amount of 2.5%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% increased by 10%, 22%, 32%, 43%, and 49% in turn, the crack ratio of which decreased by 12%, 42%, 65%, 72%, and 74%, respectively, over control samples.

Treatment and recycling of organic waste play important roles in an integrated waste management system by producing a stabilized material that can be utilized as a source of nutrients and as a soil conditioner. In this study, the viability of composting for the recycling of sewage sludge and also the possible effects of pretreatment under various conditions on the quality of the end-product were examined. Waste sewage sludge was obtained from a wastewater treatment plant in Hamedan, Iran, and was subjected to aerobic and anaerobic digestions. After analyzing the physicochemical properties of the digest, both treated sludges were composted. A third reactor was also set as control by direct composting of sewage sludge without pretreatment. The composting process was controlled by the measurement of the physicochemical properties of the substrate during and at the end of the process. The results of the analyses showed a substantial decrease in the C/N ratio, pH, volatile solids (VSS), total organic carbon, as well as pathogenic populations; however, a significant increase was observed in the ash and nitrogen contents in the compost obtained after anaerobic digestion. Accordingly, it was decided that the compost obtained, especially after anaerobic digestion, showed adequate degrees of maturity and stability and reflected characteristics, which based on national and international standards made it suitable for agricultural use.

Seven years after the launch of the first Sentinel-1 satellite, its data have been widely used in the scientific community. This study provides the first quantitative analysis of the visibility of the Sentinel-1 mission to the scientific literature through a bibliometric analysis of 1628 articles published in scientific journals during the 2014–2020 period. The main findings show that the number of Sentinel-1 mission-related papers increased significantly over the years, with an annual growth rate of 83%. Remote sensing is the most popular journal where 31.75% of the publication collection has been published. China and the USA are the two most productive countries with a share of 22.30% and 16.22% in the collection. Research based on the Sentinel-1 data covered a wide range of topics in geoscience disciplines. The use of SAR interferometry, focusing on the studies of landslide, earthquake, ground deformation, and subsidence, is the most important research direction using Sentinel-1 data. Image fusion of Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 observations for mapping and monitoring applications is the second most important research direction. Other popular research areas are glaciology, soil moisture, agriculture, rice monitoring, and ship detection. This study uses bibliographic data derived only from the Scopus database; therefore, it might not cover all Sentinel-1 related documents. However, this paper is a good reference for researchers who want to use Sentinel-1 data in their studies. The two Sentinel-1 satellites will provide scientific data for years to come, meaning that this type of analysis should be done on a regular basis.

Based on Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS) data, this paper selects ten variables, including height, gender, household registration, and age. Through the statistical analysis of 57,574 survey samples, this study finds that the average height of China’s population has increased by more than 10 cm in the past 100 years. Among the findings, the data indicate the average height of men born after the 1990s is 11 cm taller than that of men born after the 1920s, which has now reached 173 cm, and that the height of women is 10.93 cm taller, averaging 163 cm. The average height of the Chinese population reflects significant differences in gender, region or province, urbanity and rurality, and nationality, among other variables. The average height of men and women gradually increases with the increase of geographical latitude. Some economically developed southern provinces approach the average height of the North. This paper predicts that the average height of the newborn population will continue to have inertial growth in the next 20 years, and the newborn male population will reach the World Health Organization’s ideal height standard of 176.5 cm by 2030. The analysis suggests that geographic latitude and heredity are the determinants of body development. Geographical latitude difference is a super-variable for human mitochondria to regulate the proportion of heat outflow and ATP transformation. Historically, the population living in high-latitude areas of China migrates to economically developed low-latitude provinces such as Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Guangdong, which is the main reason why the per capita height in these areas is significantly taller than that in other southern provinces.

In recent 20 years, China has made a lot of efforts and achieved some results in air governance. However, it is not ideal from the result. Some areas of pollution also affect the daily life and physical and mental health of the people, which is an important environmental problem that China needs to solve. This paper presents a double star cooperative AOT inversion algorithm with complex background in urban area. Aiming at the difficulty of AOT inversion on urban area highlighted surface, the paper uses the double satellite remote sensing data and the atmospheric radiation transmission model to realize the inverse reflection of AOT parameters in urban area by using satellite remote sensing image processing. With the development of society, the progress of the times, and the rapid development of urbanization, the environmental pollution problems in some areas also follow. However, this problem is more difficult, because it involves many factors. At present, there is no comprehensive evaluation model to comprehensively evaluate various pollution situations. In this paper, we have carried out a detailed study on the typical model of mountain air pollution and the evaluation method of mountain air pollution. This work provides a practical solution for simulating the air pollution in mountain areas and analyzing environmental data. With the development of economy, people pay more attention to tourism, and the construction of tourism brand has become a trend. Higher and better service has become a new pursuit of consumers in the process of tourism, which makes more rural people get rid of poverty, and further improves the attention and protection of ecological environment. Therefore, this paper studies the assessment of mountain air pollution and the construction of tourism brand by using remote sensing image processing technology, which promotes pollution prevention and tourism industry development.

With the development of information technology, random forest algorithm has become one of the most widely used mining algorithms with its high classification accuracy. The classification performance of traditional random forest algorithm in the medical field is significantly reduced, and it will take longer to build multiple decision trees of random forest itself. In this paper, the South China Sea is selected as the research area, the groundwater cold water and hot water in this area are comprehensively investigated, and the formation conditions and genetic mechanism of the groundwater hot water system are deeply analyzed. As a traditional national sport, Wushu teaching has a profound cultural heritage, which is essential to promote the physical and mental health of college students. In order to speed up the development of Wushu education in colleges and universities, the following measures are put forward: strengthen the construction of Wushu teachers; enrich the content of martial arts teaching action; strengthen the docking of theory and technology; and make full use of the latest teaching methods to improve the quality of education. As an important part of China’s education system, the rapid development of university education in recent years has provided China with a large number of high-quality workers and highly practical technical talents. It plays an important role in China’s economic construction and rapid social development. Therefore, this paper uses the random forest algorithm technology to study the geochemical characteristics of the South China Sea and the content of teaching action simulation. Based on the research of random forest algorithm, this paper applies it to the study of geochemical characteristics of the South China Sea and martial arts teaching action simulation, which promotes the better development of martial arts teaching.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the diffusion and interaction of air pollutants in different cities, and point out a method to evaluate the efficient correlation between air pollutants in the data of cities and nearby areas, so as to establish the air pollution information of surrounding towns. In addition, this paper analyzes the weather forecast according to the mobile migration and the impact of rural green tourism. Tourism is increasingly becoming a tool for achieving sustainable development, especially from the perspective of poverty reduction. The number of overseas travel receipts increases and can be recognized as the easiest way to reduce poverty. Strategic research aims to use tourism to alleviate poverty a significant amount, but there is little understanding of macro levels of poverty alleviation, especially at different levels of poverty. Mature tourist objections require a consistently expanding assortment of items and markets. To be effective, this system requires a point by point comprehension of the degree of likely sightseers and utilization designs. Experimental examinations on the travel industry burning through the will, in general, utilize standard least-squares relapse for this reason. Most important of this technology, however, is that it is higher, has significant limitations, and is unable to distinguish below average tourists. Intra-digit regression also considers exploration of the overall conditional distribution of a given predictor response variable, thus producing a more comprehensive map of significant predictors.

In agricultural production, the critical basis and prerequisite are the environmental climate resources related to agriculture. Agricultural environmental-climate resources are also important factors to solve the problems of environment, resources, disasters, and population. However, due to the extensive distribution of environmental climate resources in the whole earth biosphere and the disorder in time and space allocation, it is almost impossible to obtain the relevant information about the changing trend of a particular area or a specific period the traditional monitoring technology. It is impossible to predict and timely monitor the environmental climate resources effectively. At present, spatial information technology is used to obtain the relevant information of the environmental climate change trend in a particular area and to monitor the environmental climate resources effectively and analyze and forecast the changing trend. With the help of relatively new technology, combined with the main characteristics of clothing design, this paper explores the relevant history of fashion design, its explicit form, and corresponding connotation, carries out in-depth and scientific research and discussion, and provides a new way for innovation of modern clothing by deconstructing the image characteristics of clothing. Also, this paper studies agricultural climate change and the distribution range of climatic factors related to agricultural production. The spatial surface characteristics of the agricultural climate elements are preliminarily obtained by remote sensing technology. The parameters reflecting the agricultural climate change and distribution are conveniently used—the trend and characteristics of agricultural climate change in recent years. The distribution in different regions and the main features of agricultural climate factors were obtained, which laid a good foundation for exploring agricultural regionalization and regional land resources development and production potential.

Many digital laws are interdependent, which can be explained by time series model. In addition to interdependence, they are also affected by other factors, showing a nonlinear relationship. Based on the statistical data of parameters, this paper studies the biomineralization in coastal areas. With the rapid development of modern industry, coastal cities with ports as the center are developing rapidly, and coastal leisure areas are also developing rapidly. Therefore, the coastal economy and a large number of immigration activities lead to the shortage of coastal resources near the city, which requires people to use specific manual intervention methods to protect and manage coastal resources. Biomineralization has attracted extensive attention and research in the field of materials science due to its relatively simple structure, excellent mechanical properties, and environmentally friendly synthesis conditions. Nacre of shells has always been a classic research topic of biomineralization. Due to the particularity of the profession, college teachers often have a certain degree of burnout, and this phenomenon is becoming more and more serious. This paper contains a large number of radar data information, analyzes the radar scattering characteristics of water masses in different imaging areas, such as quiet open area, wave area, agricultural area, and compares with the application of high-resolution SAR image extraction algorithm. We also use the data analysis of the data center to explore the evolution characteristics of the high-level and low-level atmospheric circulation and water vapor transport field before and after the beginning and end of the rainy season precipitation anomaly in Southwest China. Then, the low-frequency evolution characteristics of the precipitation anomaly series in the rainy season in Southwest China are analyzed, and eight phases are divided according to the 20–60 day intraseasonal oscillation of precipitation, which provides convenience for the transportation of low-frequency water and air. Thirdly, the method is applied to aerobic exercise. However, people with low blood glucose regulation are generally overweight, and drug treatment itself cannot change their health. Exercise has always been the most effective way of muscle strength training. If aerobic exercise and resistance exercise are combined, it can be combined exercise training. If the sequence and duration are long enough, excess sugar in the body can be burned. Training resistance can be used to improve muscle function and maintain strength. Therefore, the process of aerobic exercise is very important for people with poor blood glucose regulation, and it can also provide more meaningful and targeted concept development for the treatment of diabetes. In order to promote the development and application of SAR map, this paper studies the relationship between abnormal precipitation in rainy season and blood glucose regulation of teenagers during aerobic exercise, and applies it to the study of SAR map.

Groundwater is the only source of water for the development of oasis agriculture. However, due to the lack of scientific groundwater management and excessive exploitation, there are also varying degrees of problems in irrigation technology and crop planting structures, which have caused the oasis’s groundwater level to decline year by year, water quality deterioration, soil salinization, desertification, and vegetation degradation. With serious consequences, these problems continue to threaten the ecological protection and agricultural development of the oasis. This article focuses on the hydrological and ecological problems of oasis caused by over-exploitation of groundwater resources. Taking oasis as the research goal of this paper, combined with the ecological idea of “coordinating the development and utilization of water resources and ecological environment protection to achieve sustainable development”, this paper studies the data mining technology from the perspective of data mining, and focuses on the application and popularization of neural network in the marketing evaluation of the telecommunications industry. This article will introduce the development status and application fields of data mining technology and neural network technology, discuss the current status and future development trends of marketing plan evaluation methods in China’s electronic communications industry, and explore the current domestic telecommunications industry’s use of manual statistics and evaluation of marketing policies The author will use data mining, artificial intelligence, complex network analysis and other research methods to break through the boundaries of traditional user trend research. With the rapid popularization of the Internet plus China and China’s rapid economic development, machine learning is playing an increasingly important role in model research. This paper presents a cold start method based on a hybrid Dirichlet process model and isolated forest. As we all know, the soil rock mixed slope is between the slope of soil and rock, most of its structure is loose and has large porosity, high permeability, and poor slope stability. Compared with soil slope and rock slope, the research on soil rock mixed slope is not comprehensive enough. Based on the study of geological environment conditions of highway slope, the mechanical properties of soil rock mixed slope are tested by traditional boundary equilibrium method and numerical simulation method. The stability of the three-dimensional slope is systematically studied in this paper. Nowadays, the mental health of left-behind children is still the focus of social attention. In this paper, a special school for left-behind children in a city is selected as the research object. The school is located between urban and rural areas. Since the children who stay in the school are from urban and rural areas, they will be selected as the research objects. Compared with ordinary children, left-behind children are more likely to have concerns, and their psychological changes are difficult to predict. What is more worrying is the long-term mental health problems. This paper aims to find the correlation between sports games and left-behind children’s mental health by introducing sports games in order to provide some methods and theoretical reference materials for solving the mental health problems of left-behind children.

With the continuous development of social construction, China’s economy has a significant growth. But there is a problem of air pollution in mountainous areas. Statistics show that more than 70% of China’s cities exceed the air quality standard every year. Taking PM2.5 as the characteristic area of air pollution in a certain area, it is becoming the most urgent and important environmental problem in J urban agglomeration. At present, China has built a national ground monitoring network of air pollutants, but the existing monitoring stations are concentrated in urban areas. Suburban and rural areas without monitoring stations need to carry out air quality assessment, pollution prevention, and prediction, so these places have become “blind areas” for research. The factors that affect PM2.5 pollution are very complex, and the regional differences are also very obvious. It is difficult to determine the temporal and spatial distribution of PM2.5 concentration and the change mechanism only by using limited observation data at monitoring stations. The fuzzy multi-attribute of aerosol optical depth (AOD) products produced by satellite remote sensing provides an effective method to understand the distribution of air pollutants, pollutant diffusion, and pollution sources in a region. This paper also adopts the methods of field investigation, interview, and other investigation methods to investigate and analyze the ecological situation, the current situation of regional activities construction, and the existing problems of folk sports culture in China’s basin area. Based on fuzzy multi-attribute and mountain air PM2.5 detection, this paper applies it to the construction of folk sports activities, so as to promote the ecological environment development of Chinese folk culture.

Chain pillars are designed to provide support to the gateroads that are subjected to changing loading conditions in a longwall coal mine. The pillar and gateroad stability is significantly sensitive to the in situ stress and extraction-induced stress caused by the longwall panel. This paper presents the monitoring results of surrounding rock deformation and ground subsidence during the extraction of a coal mine’s first panel. The monitoring period of the surrounding rock deformation starts when the extraction face is 150 m away from the monitoring site until the extraction face passed the monitoring site for 465 m. Panel-scale models were generated for estimation of extraction-induced loading which was then applied to pillar-scale models. The monitoring data set was used to validate the numerical models that simulate the abutment stress conditions and surrounding rock response of the entry. The validated model was then applied to further analyze the stability of the pillars for various optimization plans. This paper demonstrates the potential of the validated model to assist mine engineers to design and optimize the chain pillars in the longwall coal mine.

Sand production has a direct effect on the hydrocarbon reservoirs during the petroleum production process. Sand particles produced in the production process lead to having certain negative results on the production of the well, and it also affects the subsurface service equipment lifetime, for example, well integrity, pumps, and flow line pipes. Production companies have used different techniques to manage sand production. Gravel packing is one of the most common techniques used by the companies. In order to sustain the sand ability to prevent sand production, selected sand used as a gravel pack should be under certain criteria and standards (API and ISO). In this paper, several tests have been conducted to test the ability of local sand samples that are collected from different areas in Oman to be potentially utilized in gravel packing. Wahiba sands in Sharqiya region in Oman are the area under study and different sand samples from different area locations have been collected. To test the eligibility of local sands, different standard tests have been conducted. These tests include particle size distribution, roundness and sphericity, acid solubility, turbidity, crush resistance, and density. As for comparison, an Ottawa gravel sand sample, used in gravel packing, has been also tested to find out its general features. The study region and other regions never studied in Oman provide local materials instead of importing gravel to be used for industries. In addition, this paper can be considered a new addition to the literature and the industry. Experimental findings resulted from testing Wahiba’s sands met the required specifications as the particle size distribution of size 40/70 has been reached after using the extra process of sieving analysis. Other tests of sphericity, roundness, acid solubility, turbidity, crush resistance, and density also met the International Standards Organization (ISO) standards. For blocks B, D, and E, the sphericity and roundness values are less than 0.6, acid solubility results are less than 3%, turbidity values are less than 250 (FTU), and crush resistance is less than 8%. Project cost as of local availability is the main advantage of Wahiba’s sands to be utilized in gravel packing applications.

This paper studies the real-time monitoring of rainfall and atmosphere characteristics and college students’ physical training based on target tracking algorithm. In this paper, we use the target tracking algorithm, combined with the GNSS observation stations of BJFS, LHAZ, URUM, CUSV, and PIMO, to calculate the change of rainfall atmosphere characteristics of ULUM station, and then get the PWV above the ULUM station, and compare the PWV obtained by the radiosonde station with the ground-based GNSS inversion results to verify the change of rainfall atmosphere characteristics based on the target tracking algorithm. In order to solve the problem of inaccurate tracking and positioning when the background is cluttered, a target tracking algorithm based on channel reliable local rank transform is proposed. The local rank transform feature combined with lab three-channel image is used to form 16-dimensional feature channel, from which the effective feature channel is selected for fusion to enhance the expression ability of the algorithm for target features. The experimental results show that, compared with the feature channel selected by reliability coefficient, the local rank transform feature channel selected by experience has better tracking effect in specific scene and more accurate position estimation of target. At the same time, with the transformation of China from a sports power to a sports power, sports training is scientific, science and technology help sports, and the guarantee system of sports science integration is gradually improved. The state attaches great importance to the role of science and technology in the training of college athletes, and has purchased a set of Firstbeat sports monitoring system to monitor the athletes’ heart rate in real time. A scientific research group is set up to provide scientific and technological services, record the heart rate of athletes during training and competition, so as to determine the “load characteristics” of athletes, and explore the monitoring of athletes’ training with heart rate as the object, so as to improve the training quality of athletes.

In this paper, we will use MATLAB to create a Markov model, determine the input and output membership functions of the study area, and import the data of the study area into the model. The ROC method is used to prove the accuracy of the sensitivity distribution map of mountain landslide disaster and the feasibility of the model in the sensitivity assessment of mountain landslide. It also shows the reliability and applicability of the selected factors. Based on GIS technology, the influencing factors of sensitivity coefficient of landslides in mountainous areas can be extracted. According to the spatial distribution characteristics of landslides, six influencing factors of landslides and their spatial distribution relationships are analyzed: height, slope, geological lithology, terrain curvature, terrain humidity index, and runoff intensity index. Training management combined with aerobic exercise is helpful to improve people’s body shape. The effect of “resistance training + aerobic exercise” training method adopted by experimental group 1 on body shape is the most significant. The arm circumference of the male experimental group increased, while that of the female experimental group decreased. In the training management, different combination methods of resistance training and aerobic exercise have no significant effect on the improvement of the muscle strength of the subjects after the experiment. By analyzing and comparing the changes of cardiopulmonary function indexes of the subjects before and after training, this paper expounds the training effect of blood flow restriction under different pressures combined with low-intensity aerobic exercise on cardiopulmonary function. In this paper, through the study of the Markov model and mountain landslide sensitivity, it is applied to aerobic training management, which promotes the better improvement of people’s body shape.

The main research content of this paper is VR visualization allocation algorithm which can realize memory optimization. The use of this algorithm can effectively reduce the redundancy of modeling and centralized processing of multiple models, reduce the time consumption, improve the efficiency of modeling, and ensure the smooth operation of VR visualization system. It is important to note that the economic development of the region will affect the visualization effect, especially when studying the water shortage in high-level areas, so in the actual water resource problem-solving process, the cross basin water transfer method is often adopted. The inter basin water transfer project needs to span the distance of time and space in the process of implementation. It has the characteristics of multi-objective, multi task, dynamic change, and unknown. These characteristics determine that the inter basin water transfer project is a complex and arduous task. Water diversion project is born to solve the uneven distribution of regional water resources, which can effectively solve the problem of water supply and consumption. In addition, the water diversion project can also improve the ecological conditions of the region and can also improve the quality of drinking water in the receiving area, so as to improve the quality of life of the people in the region. With the continuous progress of society, urban construction began to pay more attention to public art. This paper studies the current situation of public art in modern cities in China and puts forward plans and suggestions in line with China’s national conditions according to the actual situation and prospects the future development of urban art in China. Lifelong learning algorithm based on Bayesian model can receive data continuously and update the model dynamically in real time. It is suitable for the processing of scalability and data flow pattern. It is one of the hot spots in the field of machine learning. Aiming at the problem of continuous learning of data stream, this paper studies Bayesian model design, parameter reasoning, and multi-data processing. Then, according to the product operation of wavelet transform and short-term monitoring support vector machine, the precipitation dynamic estimation method of rainfall radar multiplier in mountainous area is proposed. Based on the precipitation data of East China in 2019 and the rainfall data observed by radar in mountainous areas, and taking the estimated time as the reference, the radar reflection and rainfall data in mountainous areas in the first 30 min are selected and converted into wavelet field as the training data, and then the dynamic precipitation estimation model is established by using vector medium, and the precipitation in mountainous areas is estimated at 6-min intervals. Finally, this paper makes an intervention study on college students’ mental health. The research object is a university student. The subjects are divided into two groups by using random clustering samples. There were 779 people in the experimental group; the other group was the control group, with a total of 355 people. This paper studies the detection of rare earth elements (REEs) in groundwater and the intervention of dance training fatigue based on synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging algorithm. Among them, the radar 3D imaging technology is to add a new synthetic aperture in the direction perpendicular to the 2D SAR imaging plane, so that 3D imaging can be carried out. The two-dimensional SAR plane image is obtained by two-dimensional matched filtering of the echo signal. It is the result of the projection of the real three-dimensional space on the range azimuth plane. Each pixel value of the two-dimensional SAR plane image is the result of the superposition of all scattering points with different heights in the same range azimuth unit in the three-dimensional space. There are geometric distortions such as overlap, shadow and stretch, which results in the lack of three-dimensional information. Groundwater is the main water source of the plain, accounting for more than 70% of the total water supply. The study of evolution law of groundwater chemical composition based on SAR imaging algorithm is not only helpful to provide scientific data for the sustainable development and utilization of groundwater in plain, but also helpful to further understand the hydrogeochemical process of groundwater in plain. The spatial distribution, temporal development and REE distribution of the main components of shallow groundwater and deep groundwater in North China Plain were investigated. Finally, according to the theory of modern physiology and traditional medicine about the research results of sports burnout, this paper selects the university students who specialize in sports dance as the research object and uses the methods of literature, question table, interview and mathematical statistics to investigate. It can be found that among the three kinds of sports burnout, physical burnout starts first, and then visceral burnout, the last is the sense of mental weariness. There are some differences between boys and girls in fatigue parts. Modern dance is more likely to cause chronic fatigue than Latin dance.

The soil–water characteristic curve plays a key role in the study of unsaturated soils, which is the basis of unsaturated soil theory. In the paper, three different test methods, including the pressure plate test, filter paper test, and vapor equilibrium test, are used to measure the soil–water characteristic curves in the full suction range of Hunan clay samples with different initial dry densities, and the Fredlund-xing (FX) model, Van Genuchten (VG) model, and Gardner model were used to fit and analyze the test data. The effect of initial dry density on soil–water characteristic curves in the full suction range is investigated, and the differences in the effect of different models on the fitting of soil–water characteristic curves in the full suction range are analyzed, and the feasibility of obtaining soil–water characteristic curves in the full suction range based on finite experimental data is discussed. The results show that the lower the initial dry density, the greater the volumetric water content of the soil sample in the lower suction range. In the medium suction range, the lower the initial dry density, the lower the volumetric water content of the soil sample. In the high suction range, the initial dry density has little effect on the soil–water characteristic curve. The FX model provides a better fit than the VG and Gardner models. The prediction of soil–water characteristic curves for the full suction range based on finite data depends on the selection of the model and the prediction range, and the FX model’s predictions are the closest to the measured values.

Then, ABAQUS is used to create a numerical finite element model of river ecological bank slope, and its stability is analyzed by numerical simulation. The main factors considered are the change of water level in the canal, the influence of precipitation, and the influence of ship waves. On the basis of finite element analysis, combined with multilanguage programming method, we completed the construction of river ecosystem slope stability early warning platform based on GIS and finite element technology. Secondly, the shallow root reinforcement and deep root vegetation anchorage are determined to improve the stability of the bank slope, so as to better guide the design and application of riparian ecological protection projects. Finally, the network prediction model is used to monitor the effect of weight loss, then find the maximum fatty acid strength of overweight people, and make Fatmax weight loss plan for overweight people. In addition, we will compare the effect of Fatmax weight loss exercise program on various body functions of obese people in normal and hypoxic environments, so as to provide reference for those who are going to lose weight. In this paper, through the study of network prediction model and river ecological slope stability, it is applied to the research of sports weight loss effect monitoring, which promotes the better development of sports weight loss.

According to the ICPP report, by the end of this century, global temperature will rise, leading to sea level rise and frequent extreme weather conditions, and ecosystem services and biodiversity decline, threatening global food supply and human safety and health. Soil organic carbon is the largest carbon pool in terrestrial ecosystems and plays an important role in global greenhouse gas balance. Enzymatic reaction is the rate-limiting step of SOC degradation. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the heating characteristics and the binding characteristics of SOC and soil enzymes. This relationship is very important for soil carbon sequestration and emission reduction. On this basis, combined with the adaptive weighted data fusion technology, this paper uses the clustering algorithm to optimize the dual sensor cluster to study the active components of mountain soil. With the development and popularization of the Internet, the Internet has become an important part of students’ study and life. A network learning platform can make smartphones become an important learning tool, so that students can learn new methods and teachers can provide new ideas and models of English teaching, and combine information technology to improve the efficiency of English teaching, thus greatly improving the students’ interest in learning. In this context, the traditional teaching evaluation method should be changed, and students should be regarded as the core part of classroom evaluation, so that teachers can have a more complete understanding of students, pay attention to students’ personal needs, and achieve the goal of obtaining high-quality education. Therefore, this paper analyzes how to effectively evaluate English teaching according to informatization, and puts forward several effective strategies.

In recent years, many cities in the world have been hit by the high temperature heat wave and suffered heavy losses. And many coastal cities have been affected to a certain extent. Through reasonable urban form and architectural design to cope with the heat wave, improving the city’s ability to cope with high temperature has become an important planning and mitigation strategy to adapt to urban high temperature. In this paper, big data is applied to the study of coastal weather characteristics. From the perspective of urban planning and architecture, the interaction mechanism of coastal weather characteristics is discussed by using quantitative analysis methods such as correlation analysis and spatial regression model, which provides an important basis for the planning and urban design of high temperature heat wave. Then, taking urban morphology parameters, land use parameters and LST as variables, Pearson correlation coefficient was calculated by SPSS and GeoDa tools, and a spatial regression model was established to explore the quantitative relationship between coastal weather characteristics and land surface temperature. In the Pearson correlation coefficient, the correlation between vegetation coverage and LST is the largest, showing a negative correlation, with the coefficient of −0.595; 595. In addition to coastal climate types, the correlation between building density and LST is the largest, the coefficient is 0.360, positive correlation, the correlation is the smallest. With the application of big data technology, the tax collection and management mode will develop in the direction of intelligence, efficiency, fairness, and accuracy. Big data technology will provide a new direction for the research of coastal meteorological characteristics and the optimization of urban enterprise finance and taxation. In this paper, through the study of coastal meteorological characteristics of big data, it is applied in the city enterprise financial tax, to promote the enterprise financial tax more standardized.

As an important research direction of feature extraction of geoscience data, remote sensing image target detection is widely used in land resource survey, environmental monitoring, disaster prediction, and many other fields. In view of the lack of semantic information in remote sensing image targets, the dense distribution of detection targets and the complex background are prone to imbalance between positive and negative samples resulting in low accuracy. This paper proposes an improved method based on the combination of self-attention mechanism and feature pyramid network (FPN). Feature up-sampling at the end of the Darknet-53 network of YOLOv3 is carried out twice, and an attention mechanism to each feature up-sampling is added to enhance the semantic information of the output layer and suppress other useless information. Then, feature pyramid network is used for multi-layer feature fusion to increase the weight of positive samples, improve the extraction ability of deep features, and alleviate the imbalance between positive and negative samples. Experiment with different target category is conducted on UCAS-AOD dataset and DOTA dataset. First, data enhancement is performed by performing operations such as color gamut transformation, image rotation, and image resizing and then tested on single, two, and four types of datasets. The results show that the improved network on a single type of dataset reduces mAP (mean average precision) by 4.38%, while the mAP is increased by 5.11% and 1.25% on the two types of datasets and the four types of datasets, respectively. It is proved that the method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the average detection accuracy of multiple types of targets in remote sensing images.

In this paper, we use Monte Carlo simulation method to estimate the intra group correlation coefficient of the whole group of random sample classification design and recalculate the sample size according to the intra group correlation coefficient. Using this method, we can easily calculate the correlation coefficient and sample size and use the ODS function of SAS software to get word output. Then random samples are classified. In addition, this paper analyzes the relationship between summer heavy precipitation and spatial-temporal variation of circulation rainfall by using daily precipitation data of meteorological stations, NCEP reanalysis data, and relevant circulation index. Singular value decomposition (SVD) method is used to analyze the spatial correlation between spatial-temporal variation of summer rainfall and 500 hPa geopotential height; with the help of wavelet coherence and cross wavelet transform, the relationship between summer heavy rainfall and Western Pacific subtropical high and the relationship between East Asian summer monsoon and South China Sea summer monsoon are analyzed. Finally, the temporal and spatial variation of heavy rainfall in summer in this area is analyzed. A reasonable virtual network mapping should take into account the heterogeneity of the computing environment and the diversity of virtual network resource requirements to achieve the goals of load balancing between computing nodes and minimizing remote communications. In response to this problem, this paper focuses on the optimization of mapping methods that take into account the heterogeneous computing environment and the diversity of virtual networks. This paper uses indoor physics experiments and discrete element software PFC2D to study the impact of soil-rock mixture and basketball endurance training management and obtain the direct shear characteristics of normal pressure, rock content, rock shape, and maximum rock size on soil samples. It provides an important reference for the analysis of the influence of soil-rock mixture and the management of basketball endurance training. Construct a multi-scale numerical model to study the influence of rock shape and maximum rock size on the shear characteristics and particle crushing characteristics of the soil-rock mixture. The shape of the rock has little effect on the shear strength of the soil-rock mixture; with the increase of the shape coefficient of the rock, the particle crushing rate gradually decreases. The tactical system of basketball is changeable. In a basketball game, the rapid conversion of offense and defense, high-intensity physical confrontation, high-intensity, rapidness, high accuracy, and long exercise time require every athlete not only to have the characteristics of solid basic skills but also excellent physical confrontation ability and excellent physical fitness, and endurance quality is one of the best criteria for evaluating athletes’ physical fitness.

Tourism resources excellent area and non-excellent area are relative and can be transformed into each other. The universality of the non-excellent areas determines that it is an inevitable trend to develop it under the current conditions of the times. This paper summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the non-optimal tourism resources, analyzes the definition and characteristics of non-optimal tourism resources, and summarizes the current development model of non-optimal tourism resources. At the same time, this paper conducts in-depth and detailed research on the development strategy of tourism resources in non-optimal areas in conjunction with the actual situation. Firstly, the external and internal environmental conditions are analyzed, the current development trend of the tourism market is sorted out, then the tourism resources are classified and organized, and profound comparative analysis and evaluation of tourism resources are made from the perspective of dynamic changes of geographical resources. At the same time, the tourism resources are comprehensively evaluated by expert scoring method, and the range of non-excellent areas of tourism resources is established from the perspective of dynamic changes of geographical resources. Next, then through quantitative analysis, various favorable and unfavorable factors in the process of tourism development are objectively summarized. Finally, the strategies of tourism micro-development are proposed from different perspectives, and some specific initiatives to achieve the micro-strategic goals. Combined with the theories related to non-optimal tourism resources, this paper argues that the micro-development of non-optimal tourism strategies can be carried out by establishing government-led mechanisms, preparing tourism integrated planning, implementing dependent and cooperative development strategies, improving tourism product systems, promoting tourism supply-side reform, and innovating promotional and marketing means, to realize the transformation from non-optimal tourism resources to optimal areas. This research paper not only enriches the theoretical research system of tourism resources non-excellent area but also has some practical guidance significance for the micro-development of tourism resources non-excellent area.
