U cilju suzbijanja prouzrokovača verticilioznog uvenuća paprike (Verticillium dahliae) u uslovima staklenika ispitivana je efikasnost dva konvencionalna fungicida, karbendazima i tiofanat-metila, i esktrakta morske alge Ecklonia maxima. Biljke paprike su inokulisane odbaranim izolatom V. dahliae u fenofazi kada je na glavnom stablu bilo potpuno razvijeno devet listova. Ispitivani fungicidi i esktrakt morske alge su primenjeni tri dana pre inokulacije biljaka paprike. Karbendazim je bio najefikasniji u odnosu na ispitivane preparate (69,64%). Ekstrakt morske alge je ispoljio veću efikasnost pri višoj koncentraciji (41,96%). Tiofanat-metil je takođe ispoljio dobru efikasnost u suzbijanju V. dahliae. Ekstrakt morske alge je ispoljio manju efikasnost u odnosu na karbendazim i tiofanat-metil, ali je ipak statistički značajno bio bolji u odnosu na kontrolnu inokulisanu varijantu., In order to control the causal agent of Verticillium wilt of pepper (Verticillium dahliae), the efficacy of two conventional fungicides, thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim, and seaweed concentrate (SWC) from Ecklonia maxima was evaluated in greenhouse conditions. Pepper plants were inoculated with selected V. dahliae isolate in the stage of more than nine fully developed leaves on primary stem. The tested fungicides and SWC were applied three days before inoculation of pepper plants. Carbendazim was the most efficient fungicide among tested substances (69.64%). SWC proved to be more effective when applied at 1.0% concentarion (41.96%). The use of thiophanate-methyl provided good Verticillium wilt control in pepper (60.71%). SWC was less efficient than thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim, but still significantly better compared to the disease control plot.

The sensitivity of 110 Cercospora beticola (Sacc.) isolates to carbendazime (benzimidazoles) and flutriafol (triazole DMI) was investigated. Isolates on PDA were obtained from diseased sugar leaves collected in 11 localities in Serbia during the August 2007. The medium effective concentration (EC50), the relative sensitivity (b) and the level of resistance (NR) in relation to the most sensitive isolate were calculated the method applied by Karaoglanidis et al. (2000). The obtained results confirmed already resistance of Serbian isolates of C. beticola to carbendazime, but for the first time isolates from Erdevik and Maradik showed a significantly decreased sensitivity to flutriafol., Ispitivana je osetljivost izolata Cercospora beticola (Sacc.), prouzrokovača pegavosti lišća šećerne repe iz 11 lokaliteta u Srbiji prema karbendazimu (grupa benzimidazola) i flutriafolu (grupa triazola DMI) tokom 2007. godine. Uzorkovanje je obavljeno tokom avgusta meseca. Za ispitivane izolate izračunate su srednje efektivne koncentracije (EC50), relativna osetljivost (b) i nivo rezistentnosti (NR) u odnosu na najosetljiviji izolat, po metodi Karaoglanidis i sar. (2000). Dobijeni rezultati su potvrdili već ranije dokazanu rezistetnost izolata C. beticola poreklom iz Srbije na karbendazim, ali po prvi put i značajno smanjenu osetljivost izolata poreklom iz Erdevika i Maradika prema flutriafolu.

Iz obolelih plodonosnih tela Agaricus bisporus prikupljenih u gajilištima šampinjona u Srbiji tokom 2003-2006. dobijeno je trinaest izolata Cladobotryum spp. Ispitana je njihova osetljivost na fungicide tiofanat-metil, karbendazim, ciprokonazol+karbendazim i flusilazol+karbendazim in vitro. Ispitivanje osetljivosti izolata na fungicide je pokazalo da su svi izolati visoko osetljivi na karbendazim (EC50=0,24-2,92 mg l-1), ciprokonazol+karbendazim (EC50=0,33-1,82 mg l-1) i naročito na flusilazol+karbendazim (EC50=0,02-0,11 mg l-1). Svi testirani Cladobotryum spp. izolati su bili umereno rezistentni na tiofanat-metil sa EC50 vrednostima u rasponu od 6,53 do 12,09 mg l-1., A survey of in vitro sensitivity of 13 isolates of the mushroom pathogen Cladobotryum spp. to the fungicides thiophanate-methyl, carbendazim, cyproconazole+carbendazim and flusilazole+carbendazim was undertaken. The isolates were collected from diseased fruiting bodies of Agaricus bisporus sampled from mushroom farms in Serbia over the period 2003-2006. Sensitivity to the selected fungicides was tested and all isolates were found to be highly sensitive to carbendazim (EC50 = 0.24 - 2.92 mg l-1), cyproconazole+carbendazim (EC50 = 0.33 - 1.82 mg l-1) and especially to flusilazole+carbendazim (EC50 = 0.02 - 0.11 mg l-1). All the isolates tested were weakly resistant to thiophanate-methyl and had EC50 values in the region of 6.53 to 12.09 mg l-1.
