Semantic consistency recognition aims to detect and judge whether the semantics of two text sentences are consistent with each other. However, the existing methods usually encounter the challenges of synonyms, polysemy and difficulty to understand long text. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a co-driven semantic consistency recognition method based on the fusion of Transformer and HowNet sememes knowledge. Multi-level encoding of internal sentence structures via data-driven is carried out firstly by Transformer, sememes knowledge base HowNet is introduced for knowledge-driven to model the semantic knowledge association among sentence pairs. Then, interactive attention calculation is carried out utilizing soft-attention and fusion the knowledge with sememes matrix. Finally, bidirectional long short-term memory network (BiLSTM) is exploited to encode the conceptual semantic information and infer the semantic consistency. Experiments are conducted on two financial text matching datasets (BQ, AFQMC) and a cross-lingual adversarial dataset (PAWSX) for paraphrase identification. Compared with lightweight models including DSSM, MwAN, DRCN, and pre-training models such as ERNIE etc., the proposed model can not only improve the accuracy of semantic consistency recognition effectively (by 2.19%, 5.57% and 6.51% compared with the DSSM, MWAN and DRCN models on the BQ dataset), but also reduce the number of model parameters (to about 16M). This study aimed to assess the expression of microRNA-374b-5p (miR-374b-5p) in tissues and cell lines of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and to evaluate the prognostic value of miR-374b-5p as well as its biological function in tumor progression.Materials and Methods: Expression of miR-374b-5p in NSCLC patients and cells was estimated using quantitative real-time PCR. The prognostic value of miR-374b-5p was evaluated using Kaplan–Meier method and Cox regression analysis. Gain-of-function and loss-of-function cell experiments were performed to examine the effects of miR-374b-5p on NSCLC cell proliferation, migration and invasion. A luciferase activity assay was used to confirm the target gene of miR-374b-5p.Results: miR-374b-5p expression levels were decreased in tumorous tissues and cell lines compared with the normal tissues or cells (P < 0.05). The expression of miR-374b-5p was associated with the patients’ tumor size, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (all P < 0.05). Effect of a pulsed electric current on the distribution of Al2O3 inclusions in liquid steel is explored; these inclusions ranged in size from microns to nanometres. When no electric current was applied the inclusions were randomly distributed in the steel. However, when an electric current was applied the inclusions were found in highlypopulated regions near the various interfaces. Moreover, this process applies to a wide range of inclusion diameters, in contrast to conventional inclusion removal methods which tend to apply to larger (>20 μm) particles only. Consequently, the application of pulsed electric current provides a method of removing inclusions from the steel and thereby, improving the mechanical, physical and corrosion resistance properties of the steel.

In the fierce competition economy environment, the Chinese high-tech companies have to maintain continuous innovation, in order to adapt to the rapid change of technology and customers’ demand. Simultaneously, the knowledge-intense era requires the companies to enhance the capability of creation and utilization knowledge. Therefore, both innovation and knowledge management (KM) bring company competitive advantages for sustaining development. In this condition, the integration of innovation and KM has become an important topic in academic studies. The objective of this research is to investigate the influential factors to KM and the impact of KM on innovation process. This research applies both quantitative and qualitative strategies by combining the methods of questionnaire and interview to collect data. Then using statistical analysis software SPSS analyzes the collected data. Through the quantitative analysis, the research finds that IT system, organizational structure and incentive system are all positively correlated to knowledge sharing and knowledge creation. IT system and incentive system make the contribution to the prediction of knowledge sharing, while organizational structure cannot. IT system makes the strongest unique contribution to knowledge sharing. In addition, all of the three factors make the contribution to the prediction of knowledge creation. Incentive system makes the strongest unique contribution to knowledge creation. From the analysis, and discussion of interview, the research finds that organizational culture, management system and the significance of employees also have positive impact on KM. In addition, KM positively influences innovation. Also, the research interprets the difficulties of implementation KM in Chinese high-tech companies and provides some advices on how to improve the performance of KM in innovation process.

We design and experimentally demonstrate a migration of electrically neutral particles in liquids driven by electric current according to the discrepancies of their electrical conductivities. A force from electric current to electrically neutral particles has been identified to drive the particles toward the lateral surface from the centre of suspension via three distinguishable zones, namely, pushing, trapping, and expelling zones. The driving force can overtake gravity in practical cases. The property of the force is found neither similar to that of the force in electromagnetophoresis nor similar to that of the electromigration force in terms of direction and magnitude. An expression for the force at the pushing zone has been developed based on the numerical calculation of the thermodynamics of suspension fluids. The excellent agreement between numerical calculations and experimental data demonstrates that our calculation provides fundamental and predictive insight into particles separation from the liquids. Therefore, it is possible to use the force in many engineering applications such as separation of particles according to the differences of their electrical conductivities.

A controlled motion of electrically neutral microparticles in a conductive liquid at high temperatures has not yet been realized under the uniform direct electric current field. We propose a simple method, which employs pulsed direct current to a conductive liquid metal containing low-conductivity objects at high temperature. The electric current enables the low-conductivity particles to pass from the centre towards the various surfaces of the high-conductivity liquid metal. Most interestingly, the directionality of microparticles can be controlled and their speed can be easily regulated by adjusting pulsed current density. We find that the movement may arise from the configuration of electrical domains which generates a driving force which exceeds the force of gravity and viscous friction. All of these features are of potential benefit in separating the particles of nearly equal density but distinctly different electrical conductivities, and also offer considerable promise for the precise and selective positioning of micro-objects or the controlled motion of minute quantities of surrounding fluids.

The dissolution, refinement and separation of the particles are one of the core metallurgical processes to control the quality of metallic materials. The dimensional changes and controlled motion of the particles have attracted great attention due to their important contribution to the corrosion resistance, service life and mechanical properties of metallic materials. In general, the dimensional change of the precipitates is controlled by heat treatment, while the separation or modification of the inclusions is completed by means of filtration, argon blowing and Ca addition. Sometimes, these methods are inefficient and can not meet the in-situ operation requirement in a particular working environment. This study aims to introduce a new idea of electropulsing metallurgy to achieve direct control for inclusions and precipitates, and this technique is efficient and green. The production of high-quality steels is achieved by the refinement and separation purification of the inclusions. The regeneration of the aged stainless steel used in nuclear power plant is obtained by the dissolution of precipitates. Therefore, electropulsing metallurgy provides a new technique to control the particle morphology and meets the needs for clean smelting purification and high-performance metallic materials fabrication. Scientific understanding of electropulsing processing, however, is limited. Some difficulties are highlighted here if the field is to make substantive progress.
