The purpose of this research study is to analyze and modify the current system of their office procedures, to have proper and organized procedures, and to give awareness and aid to prevent difficulties in the Accounting and MIS Department. Multiple methods were used in this research. Observations were done to monitor what takes place within. Interviews were also conducted on the department to gather detailed information about their services. A survey was also used on 13 respondents to gather information about the problems with their services. All the respondents agree that some of the employees are not graduates of accounting course, and they responded that they encounter unjustifiable adjustments due to inaccuracies on deduction, biometric records, late and absences of employees. The cashier is responsible for receiving payment from student, but the glaring problem is the long queues of students who are paying for their fees. Respondents agree that the cause of lengthy queue is the lack of man power, given that the accounting department has only three cashiers to cater to all students. All respondents answered that the MIS handling system malfunctions, and there is a problem about the payable balances of the students. The researchers recommended for the accounting employees to undergo seminars for further expansion of skill and knowledge in accounting field. Accounting clerk should provide general verification which is detailed computation before computing the salary. Utilizing the closed cashier windows during peak seasons, wireless number system and stanchion post. The MIS department should give attention on technical issues and monitoring regularly the balances.

Previous reports showed altered fatty acid content in subjects with altered sperm parameters compared to normozoospermic individuals. However, these studies focused on a limited number of fatty acids, included a short number of subjects and results varied widely. We conducted a case-control study involving 155 patients allocated into four groups, including normozoospermia (n = 33), oligoasthenoteratozoospermia (n = 32), asthenozoospermia (n = 25), and varicocoele (n = 44). Fatty acid profiling, including 30 species, was analyzed by a validated gas chromatography (GC) method on the whole seminal fluid sample. Multinomial logistic regression modeling was used to identify the associations between fatty acids and the four groups. Specimens from 15 normozoospermic subjects were also analyzed for fatty acids content in the seminal plasma and spermatozoa to study the distribution in the two compartments. Fatty acids lipidome varied markedly between the four groups. Multinomial logistic regression modeling revealed that high levels of palmitic acid, behenic acid, oleic acid, and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) confer a low risk to stay out of the normozoospermic group. In the whole population, seminal fluid stearic acid was negatively correlated (r = -0.53), and DHA was positively correlated (r = 0.65) with sperm motility. Some fatty acids were preferentially accumulated in spermatozoa and the highest difference was observed for DHA, which was 6.2 times higher in spermatozoa than in seminal plasma. The results of this study highlight complete fatty acids profile in patients with different semen parameters. Given the easy-to-follow and rapid method of analysis, fatty acid profiling by GC method can be used for therapeutic purposes and to measure compliance in infertility trials using fatty acids supplements.

Per orientarsi nel progettare un laboratorio teatrale si può procedere nel modo seguente. Bisogna innanzitutto guardare la storia del teatro. Bisogna in seguito chiarire bene che tipo di persona deve essere rapportata alla storia del teatro, ovvero chi sarà coinvolto nel processo laboratoriale che affonda le proprie radici e le propri presupposti teorici negli studi degli uomini di teatro. Nel nostro caso sono bambini e ragazzi in età scolare, che saranno differenziati ulteriormente in base alla rispettiva età evolutiva. È necessario inoltre concentrare l’attenzione su un particolare aspetto che ci interessa approfondire: nel caso della ricerca in corso, le emozioni.

Trattare del rapporto che intercorre tra teatro ed emozione vuole essere un pretesto per cominciare a fare chiarezza sulla metodologia che si adatta meglio a quel teatro che sta nella scuola. Dopo anni di studi e ricerche si comincia ad avere l’ambizione di poter pensare a un’esperienza teatrale che sia presente nell'esperienza del ragazzo a partire dal suo ingresso nella scuola materna per arrivare alla scuola superiore, entrando a pieno titolo nella struttura organizzativa didattica della scuola. Il teatro c’è sempre stato nella scuola, ma è molto spesso stato considerato come una aggiunta, fondata sulla buona volontà e sull'iniziativa del singolo insegnante.

L'articolo ripercorre alcune delle questioni chiave del teatro della scuola: pedagogia della situazione, pedagogia della corporeità, pedagogia del soggetto attivo; osserva le ricadute di tale impostazione sul lavoro degli insegnanti e le nuove competenze professionali che sono loro richieste. Infine, esaminando il caso del Franco Agostino Teatro Festival di Crema, riflette sulle valenze della ricaduta del teatro scolastico sui territori, con un'apertura fuori dal recinto chiuso della scuola , che in alcuni casi qui esaminati si è tradotta nell'invenzione di una festa urbana, capace di coinvolgere ampi gruppi e di favorire l'intensificazione di relazioni sociali nella prospettiva del teatro di comunità.

La presente proposta è il risultato attuale di riflessioni relative al confronto tra diverse sperimentazioni su campo e vuole essere un‘ipotesi di percorso da effettuare nel percorso formativo dei docenti della scuola di ogni ordine e grado.
