- Abstract
In this research paper, we delve into the topics of Speech Diarization and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR). Speech diarization involves the separation of individual speakers within an audio stream. By employing the ASR transcript, the diarization process aims to segregate each speaker's utterances, grouping them based on their unique audio characteristics. On the other hand, Automatic Speech Recognition refers to the capability of a machine or program to identify and convert spoken words and phrases into a machine-readable format. In our speech diarization approach, we utilize the Gaussian Mixer Model (GMM) to represent speech segments. The inter-cluster distance is computed based on the GMM parameters, and the distance threshold serves as the stopping criterion. ASR entails the conversion of an unknown speech waveform into a corresponding written transcription. The speech signal is analyzed using synchronized algorithms, taking into account the pitch frequency. Our primary objective typically revolves around developing a model that minimizes the Word Error Rate (WER) metric during speech transcription.

- Abstract
The operation, control and protection of EHV substations have benefited immensely from advancements in electronics, computers, information and communications technology. The use of IEC61850 compliant digital protection relays, digital energy meters, smart monitoring devices and other smart interactive IEDs are being extensively used in all EHV substations. The integration and convergence of developments in computer, communication, electronics technologies with power system control and protection have revolutionized the way substations are now being operated. Nowadays, 400 KV and above voltage class new EHV substations of Indian central and state utilities are invariably being designed with IEC61850 based SAS. However, new 132 KV class substations are still constructed without Substation Automation System owing to substantial cost implication SAS. Further, for the same reason a majority of old EHV substations in Indian power utilities could not be provided with SAS so far. This paper presents a case study on low-cost implementation of IEC 61850 based substation automation in old and smaller conventional hard wired 132 KV substations and thus converting them into smart substations. The paper begins with a brief description of a typical 132 KV class substation, followed by an introduction to Substation Automation system and IEC 61850 based SAS. Thereafter, the paper discusses design aspects of implementation of economically optimized SAS in conventional hard-wired Substations and discusses benefits of implementation of SAS in 132 KV class Substations. The paper concludes with a discussion of the benefits of adoption of IEC 61850 based substation automation system in conventional EHV substations.

Ayurveda is the science of life. Ayurveda is the science which emphasize on prevention of diseases more than cure of disease. It is an absolute science of lifestyle. In Ayurvedic classics Dinacharya i.e. “practice of daily routine” has been described as the correct sequence of routine one should follow to get a healthy long life. Dinacharya when followed as per the rules leads to balance in tridosha (i.e. vata, pitta , kapha ) and in this way directly affect the biological clock & Circadian rhythms of body. A well-practiced Dinacharya results in good balance between tryoupstambha which synchronize with Dhatu-Pakka & Dhatu poshan and in formation of Oja which is the main component behind Vyadhikshamatv (immunity) in Ayurved. Here an attempt has been made to present Ayurvedic concept Dinacharya in enhancement of immunity.

- Abstract
Introduction- Eosinophilia is a pathological condition often manifest cough, dyspnoea, allergic reaction, parasite infection and eczema etc. in human body. No such direct co-related disease is mentioned in Ayurvedic classes but may be aggravated due to vata-kapha predominant condition of the body. Material and methods – 30 patents of Group A- (15 patients) and Group B- (15 patients) were registered from OPD and IPD of Govt. Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Balangir, presented with cough, sputum, dyspnea, aggravation after exposure to cold climate, itching, red rashes, dry – cracked skin etc. Which are similar with the diseases Bronchial Asthma and Dermatitis. Blood sample show increased eosinophilia condition in DC, AEC, and were diagnosed as case of Eosinophilic patients. After diagnosis they were trial with Ayurvedic formulations of Haridra khanda in Group A- and Shirishadi yoga in Group B, given 5grms each thrice a day for a period of 30 days with water respectively. The subjective and objective parameters of assessment were evaluated in 15 th and 30th day from the day of initiation of trial up to 30 days in order to find the efficacy of both the trials by statistical paired ‘t’ test. Observation and results:- It has been observed that the trial drug Group-A patients is highly significant to reduce Eosinophil, A.E.C and ESR after 30 days of treatment with p-value <0.001. Discussion and Conclusion- Eosinophilia is a Tridoshaja vyadhi with the main involvement dosha- Kapha and Vata. Eosinophilia is mostly due to hypersensitivity reactions induced by different allergens.. Both the drugs had improved by reducing the levels of eosinophil, AEC and ESR in patients but Haridra khanda inferred better result as compare to Shirishadi yoga. No side effect was noticed during clinical study Haridra khanda, Shirishadi yoga.

- Abstract
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a network of intelligent heterogeneous objects that can communicate and share the data. Patients are required to attend the doctor on a daily basis in traditional models of healthcare. Both the patient and the medical personnel can find these traditional procedures inconvenient. The aim of this project is to create a smart IoT-based health monitoring system which have non-invasive sensors to read various health parameters and displays them on an LCD module in real time. The user can also transfer the data to the cloud to be safely stored and can share this data with doctor for treatment. Data can be live viewed from any location on the planet. Since the battery capacity of each system used in this project is minimal, it would reduce the power usage in order to prolong the life of the healthcare kit. The IoT-based hospital healthcare kit developed using an Arduino Uno, ESP8266, pulse rate sensors, blood oxygen sensor, ECG sensor, blood pressure sensor, and temperature sensor is described in this paper. As a result, IoT-enabled systems improve treatment delivery while also lowering costs by continuously collecting and analysing data.

Endometriosis is a chronic and benign gynecological disorder affecting women of reproductive age group. This chronic disease has a negative impact on the quality of life of women by causing symptoms like chronic pelvic pain, severe dysmenorrhoea, dyspareunia and infertility. Given a 10%-20% prevalence rate among women of reproductive age, it contributes to more than 100,000 hysterectomies worldwide each year. Aithough a number of medical managements are available at present but most of these produces adverse effects like induction of a hypo-estrogenic state, which further enhances infertility and unwanted menopausal-like side effects. Furthermore, recurrence of symptoms is common during treatment-free intervals. These major drawbacks of current treatments often lead to abandonment of medical therapy and calls for repeated surgical therapy. Present review article is an evaluation of currently available options and advances in medical interventions.

- Abstract
Total suspended solids (TSS) play a fundamental role in inland waters as different materials including contaminants and pollutants can aggregate to these solids and brought in suspension. This can alter the state of the aquatic ecosystem and the use of freshwater resources. For instance, excessive suspended sediment might condition primary productivity and can hinder water use in agriculture. Suspended solids are one of the most successful parameters that can be measured by means of remote sensing due to the effect of TSS on backscattering and water leaving radiance. Consequently, a variety of applications have been developed since the eighties; they have generally been build on empirical or semi-empirical methods which use reflectance at appropriate wavebands as correlates, or semi-analytical and quasi-analytical approaches such as the spectral inversion procedures which relies on the matching of spectral data to bio-optical forward models. Forward bio-optical modeling is used to show the response of water leaving reflectance depending on inherent optical properties of particles and TSS concentrations. Then, remotely sensed data acquired by different optical sensors are presented to show the performance of state-of-art algorithms for mapping TSS and turbidity in different aquatic systems located in Northern Italy, which include deep clear lakes, a system of fluvial lakes characterized by highly productive waters and a segment of the longest Italian river prior reaching the delta. Overall, the conclusions presented in this chapter encourage the use of remote sensing technology to improve inland water management, although new research efforts remain open to adapt bio-optical modeling to TSS to the variety of sensors used in inland water applications.

- Abstract
In this paper we have focused a variety of techniques, approaches and different areas of the research which are helpful and marked as the important field of data mining Technologies. As we are aware that many Multinational companies and large organizations are operated in different places of the different countries. Each place of operation may generate large volumes of data. Corporate decision makers require access from all such sources and take strategic decisions. The data warehouse is used in the significant business value by improving the effectiveness of managerial decision-making. In an uncertain and highly competitive business environment, the value of strategic information systems such as these are easily recognized however in todays business environment, efficiency or speed is not the only key for competitiveness. This type of huge amount of data are available in the form of tera-topeta-bytes which has drastically changed in the areas of science and engineering. To analyze, manage and make a decision of such type of huge amount of data we need techniques called the data mining which will transforming in many fields. This paper imparts more number of applications of the data mining and also focuses scope of the data mining which will helpful in the further research., Comment: International Journal of Computer Science, Engineering and Information Technology (IJCSEIT), Vol.2, No.3, June 2012, 16 pages, 1 table

- Abstract
Cloud computing refers to a paradigm shift to overall IT solutions while raising the accessibility, scalability and effectiveness through its enabling technologies. However, migrated cloud platforms and services cost benefits as well as performances are neither clear nor summarized. Globalization and the recessionary economic times have not only raised the bar of a better IT delivery models but also have given access to technology enabled services via internet. Cloud computing has vast potential in terms of lean Retail methodologies that can minimize the operational cost by using the third party based IT capabilities, as a service. It will not only increase the ROI but will also help in lowering the total cost of ownership. In this paper we have tried to compare the cloud computing cost benefits with the actual premise cost which an organization incurs normally. However, in spite of the cost benefits, many IT professional believe that the latest model i.e. "cloud computing" has risks and security concerns. This report demonstrates how to answer the following questions: (1) Idea behind cloud computing. (2) Monetary cost benefits of using cloud with respect to traditional premise computing. (3) What are the various security issues? We have tried to find out the cost benefit by comparing the Microsoft Azure cloud cost with the prevalent premise cost., Comment: 9 pages, 7 figures, Paper accepted for the 2010 International Conference on Informatics, Cybernetics, and Computer Applications (ICICCA 2010)

- Abstract
Secure Multi-Party Computation (SMC) allows parties with similar background to compute results upon their private data, minimizing the threat of disclosure. The exponential increase in sensitive data that needs to be passed upon networked computers and the stupendous growth of internet has precipitated vast opportunities for cooperative computation, where parties come together to facilitate computations and draw out conclusions that are mutually beneficial; at the same time aspiring to keep their private data secure. These computations are generally required to be done between competitors, who are obviously weary of each-others intentions. SMC caters not only to the needs of such parties but also provides plausible solutions to individual organizations for problems like privacy-preserving database query, privacy-preserving scientific computations, privacy-preserving intrusion detection and privacy-preserving data mining. This paper is an extension to a previously proposed protocol Encrytpo_Random, which presented a plain sailing yet effective approach to SMC and also put forward an aptly crafted architecture, whereby such an efficient protocol, involving the parties that have come forward for joint-computations and the third party who undertakes such computations, can be developed. Through this extended work an attempt has been made to further strengthen the existing protocol thus paving the way for a more secure multi-party computational process., Comment: 6 Pages IEEE format, International Journal of Computer Science and Information Security, IJCSIS July 2009, ISSN 1947 5500, Impact Factor 0.423
