This document was developed by the Mexican Wolf Interagency Field Team and outlines management options for initial release(s) and translocation(s) of Mexican wolves into the Mexican Wolf Experimental Population Area (MWEPA) in Arizona and New Mexico in 2017. The initial releases and translocations proposed in this document are consistent with:consistent with the 2014 Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Proposed Revision to the Regulations for the Nonessential Experimental Population of the Mexican Wolf. the 2015 Record of Decision for the Proposed Revision to the Regulations for the Nonessential Experimental Population of the Mexican Wolf, and the the 2015 Final 10j Rule - Revisions to the Regulations for the Nonessential Experimental Population of the Mexican Wolf.
