The Ukrainian Open University of Postgraduate Education (UOUPE) is a self-governing educational institution that aims to provide distance education for teachers in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and the integration of Ukraine into the European educational space. The UOUPE is based on a design-transforming nonlinear paradigm and a reflexive-positional approach, enabling a community of progressive educators who can respond to modern challenges and change their learning and professional practices. The paper presents the interregional cooperation project for teachers' professional development, which the UOUPE implements in collaboration with the Department of Philosophy and Adult Education of the Central Institute of Postgraduate Education of the University of Educational Management. The paper also reports the results of the first diagnostic stage of the project, which involved 120 teachers from different regions of Ukraine.

Effectively reducing climate change requires marked, global behavior change. However, it is unclear which strategies are most likely to motivate people to change their climate beliefs and behaviors. Here, we tested 11 expert-crowdsourced interventions on four climate mitigation outcomes: beliefs, policy support, information sharing intention, and an effortful tree-planting behavioral task. Across 59,440 participants from 63 countries, the interventions' effectiveness was small, largely limited to nonclimate skeptics, and differed across outcomes: Beliefs were strengthened mostly by decreasing psychological distance (by 2.3%), policy support by writing a letter to a future-generation member (2.6%), information sharing by negative emotion induction (12.1%), and no intervention increased the more effortful behavior-several interventions even reduced tree planting. Last, the effects of each intervention differed depending on people's initial climate beliefs. These findings suggest that the impact of behavioral climate interventions varies across audiences and target behaviors.

The surge in popularity of large language models has given rise to concerns about biases that these models could learn from humans. In this study, we investigate whether ingroup solidarity and outgroup hostility, fundamental social biases known from social science, are present in 51 large language models. We find that almost all foundational language models and some instruction fine-tuned models exhibit clear ingroup-positive and outgroup-negative biases when prompted to complete sentences (e.g., "We are..."). A comparison of LLM-generated sentences with human-written sentences on the internet reveals that these models exhibit similar level, if not greater, levels of bias than human text. To investigate where these biases stem from, we experimentally varied the amount of ingroup-positive or outgroup-negative sentences the model was exposed to during fine-tuning in the context of the United States Democrat-Republican divide. Doing so resulted in the models exhibiting a marked increase in ingroup solidarity and an even greater increase in outgroup hostility. Furthermore, removing either ingroup-positive or outgroup-negative sentences (or both) from the fine-tuning data leads to a significant reduction in both ingroup solidarity and outgroup hostility, suggesting that biases can be reduced by removing biased training data. Our findings suggest that modern language models exhibit fundamental social identity biases and that such biases can be mitigated by curating training data. The UCEP’s Monitoring Report for 2014–2019 provides an overview and quantitative assessment of Ukraine’s progress (as of the end of 2019) in the implementation of the set of commitments (as a structural unit of assessment) grouped by individual sectors in accordance with the Titles of the Association Agreement based on the criterion of belonging to a particular sector (Chapter) and with a clear link of the commitment to the articles of the Agreement, Annexes thereto, or provisions of other international agreements specified therein.

Cancerous tissues undergo extensive changes to their cellular environments that differentiate them from healthy tissues. These changes include changes in extracellular pH and Ca2+ concentrations, and the exposure of phosphatidylserine (PS) to the extracellular environment, which can modulate the interaction of peptides and proteins with the plasma membrane. Deciphering the molecular mechanisms of such interactions is critical for advancing the knowledge-based design of cancer-targeting molecular tools, such as pH-low insertion peptide (pHLIP). Here, we explore the effects of PS, Ca2+ , and peptide protonation state on the interactions of pHLIP with lipid membranes. Cellular studies demonstrate that exposed PS on the plasma membrane promotes pHLIP targeting. The magnitude of this effect is dependent on extracellular Ca2+ concentration, indicating that divalent cations play an important role in pHLIP targeting in vivo. The targeting mechanism is further explored with a combination of fluorescence and circular dichroism experiments in model membranes and microsecond-timescale all-atom molecular dynamics simulations. Our results demonstrate that Ca2+ is engaged in coupling peptide-lipid interactions in the unprotonated transmembrane conformation of pHLIP. The simulations reveal that while the pH-induced insertion leads to a strong depletion of PS around pHLIP, the Ca2+ -induced insertion has the opposite effect. Thus, extracellular levels of Ca2+ are crucial to linking cellular changes in membrane lipid composition with the selective targeting and insertion of pHLIP. The characterized Ca2+ -dependent coupling between pHLIP sidechains and PS provides atomistic insights into the general mechanism for lipid-coupled regulation of protein-membrane insertion by divalent cations.

Treating physicians in Europe have little experience on how to handle HIV-specific care under these circumstances. A framework is urgently needed that both defines and sets out strategies to handle the specific challenges for emergency support for people living with HIV, both those staying in Ukraine and those becoming displaced. The optimal allocation of the few available medical resources, primarily antiretroviral therapy, is necessary to best prevent individual morbidity and achieve population transmission control. Professional HIV networks play a central role to create, optimise, and execute support strategies. Through a rapid literature review we identified the key strategies needed to create a support framework, adapted to Ukraine's HIV epidemiology. We produce a unified support framework aiming to reduce the inevitable impact on Ukraine's HIV care cascade now, and when rebuilding it after the war.

The research is topical because of the mass inclusion of students in the digital world, the importance of listening comprehension in foreign language studies in higher educational institutions, the challenges of distance and blended learning. The aim of the study was to establish the effectiveness of digital technologies (Zoom, YouTube channel, Instagram, Kahoot, Google Forms, Padlet) in the development of listening comprehension skills in students of higher educational institutions (HEIs). The research involved qualitative and quantitative analysis of data, simulation. The author’s programme intended for the development of students’ listening comprehension strategies in HEIs was elaborated and experimentally tested in the course of the research. The implementation of the proposed programme allowed improving the level of respondents’ academic performance in terms of listening comprehension. The programme involved the adequate student participation, a differentiated approach, the variability of digital technologies used (Zoom, YouTube channel, Instagram, Kahoot, Google Forms, Padlet), providing opportunities for creativity. The programme implementation resulted in the increased number of students with excellent grades in listening comprehension by 11.7%, with good grades — by 25%. The study confirmed the positive attitude of students to the use of digital technologies in foreign language learning, outlined the conditions for the development of students’ listening comprehension strategies in HEIs. The research results can be used to develop students’ listening comprehension skills in distance or blended learning. The methodology for the article consists of a system of the following methods: hermeneutics, scientific analysis, deduction and induction, systematic, categorical and etymological analysis, logical and semantic, formal and logical. Research results. The authors are convinced that criminological policy as a sub-system of policy in the area of fighting crime directly depends on the effectiveness and stability of the mechanism of implementation of criminological activities of non-governmental organizations. At the same time, according to the authors, it is necessary to clearly distinguish between “public policy” and “State policy” precisely at the expense of subject composition. Taking into account this criterion, public policy is broader than State policy. Practical implementation. It has been proven that when talking about the criminological activity of non-governmental organizations, it is appropriate to use the concept of public policy, because it is within its framework that the criminological activity of non-governmental organizations can be conducted. Value/originality. In the future, a promising direction of scientific research is the study of information and analytical support and scientific support of criminological activities of non-governmental organizations.

Combating corruption offenses is one of the priorities of public policy not only in Ukraine but also in many foreign countries. The object of the study is the criminal law measures to combat and resistance corruption in Ukraine and some foreign countries. In carrying out this research, a comparative legal method is widely used. This method allows for a two-level analysis (empirical and theoretical) of legal systems of Ukraine and some foreign countries in terms of combating corruption by criminal law means. It also allows identify regularities of development of the criminal legislation of several countries and to establish correlation with the international standards of counteraction and prevention of a corruption criminal offense. During the conducted research it is revealed some disadvantages and advantages of Ukrainian legislation in terms of criminal law supply of effective means of preventing and combating corruption in Ukraine, it is found that modern criminal law of Ukraine meets international standards of anti-corruption policy generally, but there are some disadvantages in terms of unambiguous understanding of the elements of compositions of criminal corruption offenses, definition of terminological features, lack of a single conceptual approach within the legislative regulations at the level of criminal law and legislation.

Background: Patients with stable coronary artery disease and diabetes with previous percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), particularly those with previous stenting, are at high risk of ischaemic events. These patients are generally treated with aspirin. In this trial, we aimed to investigate if these patients would benefit from treatment with aspirin plus ticagrelor. Methods: The Effect of Ticagrelor on Health Outcomes in diabEtes Mellitus patients Intervention Study (THEMIS) was a phase 3 randomised, double-blinded, placebo-controlled trial, done in 1315 sites in 42 countries. Patients were eligible if 50 years or older, with type 2 diabetes, receiving anti-hyperglycaemic drugs for at least 6 months, with stable coronary artery disease, and one of three other mutually non-exclusive criteria: a history of previous PCI or of coronary artery bypass grafting, or documentation of angiographic stenosis of 50% or more in at least one coronary artery. Eligible patients were randomly assigned (1:1) to either ticagrelor or placebo, by use of an interactive voice-response or web-response system. The THEMIS-PCI trial comprised a prespecified subgroup of patients with previous PCI. The primary efficacy outcome was a composite of cardiovascular death, myocardial infarction, or stroke (measured in the intention-to-treat population). Findings: Between Feb 17, 2014, and May 24, 2016, 11 154 patients (58% of the overall THEMIS trial) with a history of previous PCI were enrolled in the THEMIS-PCI trial. Median follow-up was 3·3 years (IQR 2·8–3·8). In the previous PCI group, fewer patients receiving ticagrelor had a primary efficacy outcome event than in the placebo group (404 [7·3%] of 5558 vs 480 [8·6%] of 5596; HR 0·85 [95% CI 0·74–0·97], p=0·013). The same effect was not observed in patients without PCI (p=0·76, pinteraction=0·16). Thus, the need for a new philosophy of education is growing, namely, distance education in the context of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is gaining the most urgent importance. Revealed the activities of the Ukrainian Open University of Postgraduate Education "UOUPE", as the first in Ukraine self-governing (autonomous) educational institution such as a distributed university appointed in response to these acute social challenges. The project of interregional cooperation for the professional development of pedagogical workers is developed and opened based on the design-transforming nonlinear paradigm and reflexive-positional approach, as a challenge to solve current problems in the system of professional development of pedagogical workers, creating modern conditions for the rapid development of non-formal education. The interregional cooperation project is presented as a form of social interaction based on openness, accessibility, horizontal connections, and attitudes, during which a community of progressive educators able to respond to modern challenges and radically change educational approaches to their own learning and professional mission is formed.

The article is devoted to the analysis of some features of the investigation of football hooliganism. The current state and trends of football hooliganism are considered (including during the COVID-19 pandemic). The main problems faced by the investigation authorities during the detection and investigation of football hooliganism have been identified. In the process of working on the article, the scientific literature on informal youth groups, the fight against extremism, the investigation of group crimes of football fans was analyzed. The purpose of the study is to identify and study the features of the investigation of hooliganism committed by football fans. The object of research is the peculiarities of the investigation of hooliganism committed by football fans. During the writing of the article, the following methods were used: observation, analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, extrapolation, modeling, and information approach. As a result of the conducted research, the modern tendencies of football hooliganism are defined. Emphasis is placed on the peculiarities of the transformation of football fans. El propósito del estudio es identificar y estudiar las características de la investigación del vandalismo cometido por los aficionados al fútbol. El objeto de investigación son las peculiaridades de la investigación del vandalismo cometido por los aficionados al fútbol. Durante la redacción del artículo se utilizaron los siguientes métodos: observación, análisis, síntesis, comparación, generalización, extrapolación, modelado y enfoque de la información. Como resultado de la investigación realizada, se definen las tendencias modernas del vandalismo en el fútbol. Se hace hincapié en las peculiaridades de la transformación de los aficionados al fútbol. Se describen los principales problemas de detección e investigación del vandalismo en el fútbol, se desarrollan recomendaciones para la prevención y contrarrestar los delitos cometidos por los aficionados al fútbol.

The article aims to identify effective ways to combat bank fraud in Ukraine. Using the method of systematic analysis of theoretical experience, practical measures and international legislation in the field of combating banking fraud, the main factors influencing the bank fraud level are identified: financial instability of the banking institution, lack of information about the client's credit history, poor internal control, low level of corporate governance, lack of a standard procedure for customers verification, lack of a unified register of bank employees, imperfect legal regulators and a banking control system. The study allowed to identify the characteristics of an effective banking fraud combating system: a clear definition of the legal framework, regulation subjects and objects, strict and guaranteed liability for violations of laws, cooperation of structural units and regulatory authorities at the domestic and international level, state control of financial monitoring. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the successful experience of developed countries, comprehensive implementation of measures to combat bank fraud (at the legislative, bank management and technological level) will not only reduce the level of bank fraud, but also corruption, money laundering and terrorist financing rate.

The aim of the article is to conceptualize the philosophy of postmodernism, which unfolds, on the one hand, as a search for new forms of creative self-expression, and on the other, as a crisis of philosophical knowledge. The objectives of the study include the analysis of the concepts of postmodern reality, which is based on the formation of a new system of categories and concepts as a system of ways of constructing a new being - postmodernism, deconstructivism, simulacrum. This system of concepts includes a set of methods of cognition of reality - ontological-metaphysical, logical-axiological, critical-existential to understand the essence and existence of man, understanding their correlations and attributive system parameters, structure, substrate, characteristic of understanding a complex society. An ambivalent and contradictory current is represented, which has spread to many areas - politics, religion, science in search of an assessment of the cognitive capabilities of man and his place in the modern world. The purpose of the research is to reveal international practices, criminal law protection and the system of punishments for environmental crimes in the field of environmental protection. Main content. The paper uses a comparative method to study the criminal environmental protection international practices of some European Union countries, in particular Spain, Germany and Austria. In addition, the study of model criminal law standards of the EU made it possible to evaluate them as a factor that leads to the unification and universalization of the criminal legislation of the EU countries in the field of environmental protection, harmonization of criminal law and related sectors. Methodology: Research of materials and methods based on the analysis of documentary sources and regulatory legal acts of foreign countries. The dialectical method of cognizing the social reality facts is the basis on which the formal legal and rather-legal approaches are largely based. Conclusions. The absence of developed unified approaches to its unification and practical application in the countries of Europe and Asia has been established. The article aims to identify effective ways to combat bank fraud in Ukraine. Using the method of systematic analysis of theoretical experience, practical measures and international legislation in the field of combating banking fraud, the main factors influencing the bank fraud level are identified: financial instability of the banking institution, lack of information about the client's credit history, poor internal control, low level of corporate governance, lack of a standard procedure for customers verification, lack of a unified register of bank employees, imperfect legal regulators and a banking control system. The study allowed to identify the characteristics of an effective banking fraud combating system: a clear definition of the legal framework, regulation subjects and objects, strict and guaranteed liability for violations of laws, cooperation of structural units and regulatory authorities at the domestic and international level, state control of financial monitoring. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the successful experience of developed countries, comprehensive implementation of measures to combat bank fraud (at the legislative, bank management and technological level) will not only reduce the level of bank fraud, but also corruption, money laundering and terrorist financing rate.

The purpose of this article is to substantiate the nature of the relationship between the development of human capital (HC) and the development of the economy of Ukraine. Using the Granger test and cognitive modeling, the features of the development of HC in modern conditions and its influence on the country's economic development have been determined, and the dominant factors influencing the development and quality of HC have been empirically substantiated. The ambiguous nature of the influence of HC on the country's economy due to the inefficiency of spending in the field of education and health care has been established using the impulse modeling method. The positive impact of the development of HC on the development of the economy is leveled with the growth of investment in education and health care, which is due to the low efficiency of expenditures and the insufficient level of competence of state bodies.

Dynamic disorder of the lipid bilayer presents a challenge for establishing structure-function relationships in membranous systems. The resulting structural heterogeneity is especially evident for peripheral and spontaneously inserting membrane proteins, which are not constrained by the well-defined transmembrane topology and exert their action in the context of intimate interaction with lipids. Here, we propose a concerted approach combining depth-dependent fluorescence quenching with Molecular Dynamics simulation to decipher dynamic interactions of membrane proteins with the lipid bilayers. We apply this approach to characterize membrane-mediated action of the diphtheria toxin translocation domain. First, we use a combination of the steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy to characterize bilayer penetration of the NBD probe selectively attached to different sites of the protein into membranes containing lipid-attached nitroxyl quenching groups. The constructed quenching profiles are analyzed with the Distribution Analysis methodology allowing for accurate determination of transverse distribution of the probe. The results obtained for 12 NBD-labeled single-Cys mutants are consistent with the so-called Open-Channel topology model. The experimentally determined quenching profiles for labeling sites corresponding to L350, N373, and P378 were used as initial constraints for positioning TH8-9 hairpin into the lipid bilayer for Molecular Dynamics simulation. Finally, we used alchemical free energy calculations to characterize protonation of E362 in soluble translocation domain and membrane-inserted conformation of its TH8-9 fragment. Our results indicate that membrane partitioning of the neutral E362 is more favorable energetically (by ~ 6 kcal/mol), but causes stronger perturbation of the bilayer, than the charged E362.

The article deals with the actual issue of safety of a child aged 11-15 years. Its purpose is to define and describe key prerequisite for a child's safety at school (5th-9th grade), based on an analysis of the essence of the safety and results of empirical studies. The novelty of the article is due to the necessity to immediately search for prerequisites, factors, tools and other factors to counteract and overcome bullying in the educational environment. The article reveals the essence of child safety, as well as indicators that can be used to monitor 5th-9th grade pupils’ safety at school are outlined. Based on survey of teenagers and teachers, as well as correlated relationships, it has been determined that trust in teachers is a prerequisite for a child's safety in the educational environment and manifestation of social behaviour by pupils. Conclusions concerning instruments of establishing trust between pupils and teachers at school and ensuring their safety are formulated., У статті розглядається актуальне питання безпеки дитини у віці 11-15 років. Метою є визначення та опис ключових передумов безпеки дитини в школі (5-9 клас) на основі аналізу сутності безпеки та результатів емпіричних досліджень. Новизна статті зумовлена необхідністю негайного пошуку передумов, факторів, інструментів та інших факторів для протидії та подолання булінгу в освітньому середовищі. У статті розкрито суть безпеки дітей, а також окреслено показники, за якими можна контролювати безпеку учнів 5-9 класів у школі. На підставі опитування підлітків та вчителів, а також взаємозв’язків, було встановлено, що довіра до вчителів є необхідною умовою безпеки дитини в освітньому середовищі та проявом соціальної поведінки учнів. Сформульовано висновки щодо інструментів встановлення довіри між учнями та вчителями в школі та забезпечення їх безпеки.

It is clear that the impact of COVID-19 on the education system has been enormous. The article analyzes the problems of the crisis in the educational sphere during the COVID-19 pandemic, ways out of it and forms of support by governments of different countries and international organizations. The survey found that in an UIA global survey on the impact of COVID-19 on higher education worldwide, almost two-thirds of respondents who answered questions about their chosen form of education said that teaching was conducted remotely. This result is consistent with U-Multirank data,which show that almost 60% of universities worldwide reported online learning conditions in their strategic planning before COVID-19. The pandemic and the announced quarantine have made adjustments in the training of research and educational staff in almost all adult educational institutions around the world. The transition to online education using cloud services and modern Internet technologies has led to certain challenges in the system of professional development of research and educational staff. The article analyzes the approaches to online training in adult educational institutions in Ukraine. The results of the research have several significant implications for the science and practice of online education and its prospects for the system of professional development of research and educational staff. The object of research is the process of performing a fire mission by employees of the security forces in the presence of unauthorized persons in the direction of fire. The paper investigates the influence of the ballistic characteristics of weapons on the effectiveness of performing fire missions by security forces, taking into account the security of the use of weapons. The purpose of the use of weapons by security forces is usually the cessation of the offender or its detention. In this case, the deaths or injuries of a hostage or an unauthorized person as a result of the use of weapons should qualify as failure to fulfill the assigned fire mission. An analysis of the tactics of actions and features of the use of weapons by security forces indicates that the main reason for the danger of the use of small arms for unauthorized persons is the excessive distance of the bullet’s flight, at which it maintains lethal action. At the same time, with this the distance of the lethal action of a bullet is one of the factors that can be corrected. It depends on a combination of the ballistic characteristics of the weapon, namely the muzzle speed and the ballistic coefficient of the bullet. The analysis of known studies shows that the existing scientific and methodological apparatus for determining the effectiveness of firing does not allow to determine the effectiveness of the execution of the fire mission, taking into account the safety of the use of small arms due to the imperfection of the corresponding models. The model of the process of performing the fire mission has been improved by taking into account the influence of the ballistic characteristics of the weapon on the probability of hitting unauthorized persons, which makes it possible to assess the safety of the use of weapons. Вона залежить від сполучення балістичних характеристик зброї, а саме дульної швидкості та балістичного коефіцієнту кулі. Проведений аналіз відомих досліджень показав, що існуючий науково-методичний апарат визначення ефективності стрільби не дозволяє визначати ефективність виконання вогневого завдання з урахуванням безпечності застосування стрілецької зброї через недосконалість відповідних моделей. Вдосконалено модель процесу виконання вогневого завдання шляхом урахування впливу балістичних характеристик зброї на ймовірності ураження сторонніх осіб, що створює можливість для оцінювання безпечності застосування зброї. В результаті дослідження впливу балістичних характеристик зброї на ефективність стрільби з урахуванням безпечності застосування зброї встановлено, що існує необхідність максимального скорочення різниці між прицільною дальністю зброї та дальністю, на якій куля зберігає забійну дію. Усовершенствована модель процесса выполнения огневой задачи путем учета влияния баллистических характеристик оружия на вероятности поражения посторонних лиц, что создает возможность для оценки безопасности применения оружия. Основними компонентами, що входять до складу багатьох високоенергетичних композицій є нітраміни октоген та гексоген. Вирішення проблеми дефіциту зазначених компонентів можливе за рахунок використання зворотних ресурсів, які отримують за певною технологією утилізації твердого ракетного палива та боєприпасів, непридатних для подальшого застосування за прямим призначенням. Метою даних досліджень є розробка методу кристалізації вилученого з твердого ракетного палива октогену (нітраміну) із водного розчину диметилсульфоксиду (ДМСО) та отримання модифікованого нітраміну, придатного для використання у високоенергетичних композиційних складах (ВКС). У лабораторних умовах встановлено параметри процесу перекристалізації вилученого нітраміну з водного розчину ДМСО: залежність середнього розміру частинок речовини від швидкості обертання механічної мішалки і швидкості охолодження розчину. Виявлено, що для отримання кристалів модифікованого нітраміну необхідного розміру потрібно, щоб у процесі кристалізації швидкість обертання механічної мішалки знаходилась у діапазоні 200 – 330 об / хв, а швидкість охолодження водного розчину ДМСО не перевищувала 2 °C / хв. Додавання затравочних кристалів штатного нітраміну до 10 % (ваг.) і 0.5 % (ваг.) модифікатора (ізометилтетрагідрофталевого ангідриду) позитивно впливає на кристалічну форму модифікованого продукту та призводить до утворення кристалів переважно правильної ізометричної форми. The parameters of the process of recrystallization of the extracted nitramine from an aqueous solution of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) were determined in the laboratory: the dependence of the average particle size of the substance on the rotational speed of the mechanical stirrer and the cooling rate of the solution. The required crystal size of the modified nitramine is obtained in the process of crystallization with a rotational speed of a mechanical stirrer in the range of 200 – 330 rpm and a cooling rate of an aqueous solution of DMSO not higher than 2 °C / min, it was found. Addition of seed crystals of standard nitramine up to 10 % (by weight) and 0.5 % (by weight) modifier (isomethyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride) positively affects the crystalline form of the modified product with the formation of crystals of predominantly correct isometric form. Выявлено, что для получения кристаллов модифицированного нитрамина заданного размера необходимо, чтобы в процессе кристаллизации скорость вращения механической мешалки находилась в диапазоне 200 – 330 об / мин, а скорость охлаждения водного раствора ДМСО не превышала 2 °C / мин. Добавление затравочных кристаллов штатного нитрамина до 10 % (вес.) и 0.5 % (вес.) модификатора (изометилтетрагидрофталевого ангидрида) положительно влияет на кристаллическую форму модифицированного продукта и приводит к образованию кристаллов преимущественно правильной изометрической формы. During implementation, the techniques were tested for their performance and the best solutions were chosen for this project. All the techniques were gathered from earlier written literature on the topic and implemented in Java using default Java libraries. Analysis of the results proves that it is possible to create a complete spellchecker combining available techniques and that the quality of a spellchecker largely depends on a well defined dictionary.

Європа з 2016 по 2017 роки збільшила кількість цих земель на 1 млн. га, на Україні – тенденція до зменшення (- 92000 та за рік) [1]. Це пов’язано з низкою проблем, які постають перед вітчизняними органічними виробниками. Проте 2018 році в Україні нарешті був прийнятий новий закон про органічне виробництво. Цей закон надасть органічному сектору легальної визначеності, а технології органічного виробництва отримають офіційне визнання [2].

The object of research is the effect of the ratio of the components of the pyrotechnic mixtures and the pressure of the environment on the temperature of the products of combustion and their content in high-temperature condensate. This topic has its relevance due to the recent increase in the world of pyrotechnic articles of various purposes. One of the most problematic areas is the violation of fire safety rules during their storage, transportation and use. In these modes, their premature operation, resulting in the formation of high-temperature condensed combustion products. These substances collide in different directions and pose a fire hazard to the surrounding objects (buildings and structures of various purposes, timber structures, forests, parks, etc.).The study used a database on the temperature of combustion products of pyrotechnic mixtures and their contents in high-temperature condensate, which determine their properties in relation to fire risk during operation in external conditions. The data in the study were obtained as a result of standard thermodynamic calculations and were collected using known multiple correlation and regression methods in the form of statistical models.The obtained calculations established a significant influence of the ratio of the components of the pyrotechnic mixtures and the pressure of the environment on the temperature of their combustion products and their content in high-temperature condensate, which allowed to determine the optimal ranges of parameters of change. This ensures new results. For comparison, calculations were made with separate experimental data for which tungsten-rhenium thermocouples with special screens were used to prevent the adhesion of condensed products and probes for their selection. The results showed that the differences between them did not exceed 8–10 %., Об'єктом дослідження є вплив співвідношення компонентів піротехнічних сумішей та тиску навколишнього середовища на температуру продуктів горіння та їх вміст у високотемпературному конденсаті. Дана тема є перспективною у зв'язку із тим, що останнім часом у світі все частіше застосовуються піротехнічні вироби різного призначення. Одним з найбільш проблемних місць є порушення правил пожежної безпеки під час їх зберігання, транспортування та застосування. У зазначених режимах відбувається передчасна їх експлуатація, внаслідок чого утворюються високотемпературні конденсовані продукти згоряння. Дані речовини стікаються в різні сторони та становлять пожежну небезпеку для навколишніх об’єктів (будівель та споруд різного призначення, дерев’яних споруд об’єктів, лісових масивів, парків тощо).В ході дослідження використовувалася база даних про температуру продуктів згоряння піротехнічних сумішей та їх вміст у високотемпературному конденсаті, які визначають їх властивості щодо пожежної небезпеки під час експлуатації в умовах зовнішніх впливів. Дані, наведені у дослідженні, були отримані в результаті стандартних термодинамічних розрахунків і були зібрані за допомогою відомих методів множинної кореляції та регресії у вигляді статистичних моделей.За допомогою отриманих розрахунків встановлено істотний вплив співвідношення компонентів піротехнічних сумішей та тиску навколишнього середовища на температуру продуктів їх згоряння та їх вміст у високотемпературному конденсаті. Це дозволило визначити оптимальні діапазони параметрів зміни. Завдяки цьому забезпечується можливість отримання нових результатів. Для порівняння взято розрахунки з отриманими окремими експериментальними даними, для яких використовували вольфрамово-ренієві термопари зі спеціальними екранами для запобігання адгезії конденсованих продуктів та зонди для їх відбору. Данная тема является перспективной в связи с тем, что в последнее время в мире все чаще применяются пиротехнические изделия различного назначения. Одним из самых проблемных мест является нарушение правил пожарной безопасности при их хранении, транспортировке и применении. В указанных режимах происходит преждевременная их эксплуатация, в результате чего образуются высокотемпературные конденсированные продукты сгорания. Данные вещества стекаются в разные стороны и составляют пожарную опасность для окружающих объектов (зданий и сооружений различного назначения, деревянных сооружений объектов, лесных массивов, парков и т. д.).В ходе исследования использовалась база данных о температуре продуктов сгорания пиротехнических смесей и их содержании в высокотемпературном конденсате, которые определяют их свойства пожарной опасности при эксплуатации при внешних воздействиях. Данные, приведенные в исследовании, были получены в результате стандартных термодинамических расчетов и были собраны с помощью известных методов множественной корреляции и регрессии в виде статистических моделей.С помощью полученных расчетов установлено существенное влияние соотношения компонентов пиротехнических смесей и давления окружающей среды на температуру продуктов их сгорания и их содержание в высокотемпературном конденсате. Это позволило определить оптимальные диапазоны параметров изменения. Благодаря этому обеспечивается возможность получения новых результатов. Для сравнения взяты расчеты с полученными отдельными экспериментальными данными, для которых использовали вольфрамово-рениевые термопары со специальными экранами для предотвращения адгезии конденсированных продуктов и зонды для их отбора. Результаты показали, что разницы между ними не превышали 8–10 %.

The article shows the current state of postgraduate pedagogical development in Ukraine. The most important pedagogical and psychological challenges determining this process are revealed. Виявлено найважливіші педагогічні та психологічні проблеми, що визначають цей процес. Основні тенденції та перспективи модернізації освітньої галузі викладені в контексті створення Нової української школи. Обґрунтовано соціальну значимість післядипломної педагогічної освіти в умовах створення Нової української школи, визначено соціальну місію установ післядипломної педагогічної освіти як інноваційних центрів підготовки, перепідготовки та підвищення кваліфікації вчителів та керівників Нової української школи. Підкреслено унікальність досвіду професійного розвитку фахівців освітньої галузі на основі андрагогічних принципів, накопичених педагогічними працівниками закладів післядипломної педагогічної освіти.

This report assesses the ways in which the semi-presidential form of government can be best structured to promote stable, democratic and inclusive governance in Ukraine. Constitutional stability in Ukraine has faced four main challenges: (a) recurring institutional conflict among the president, legislature and government; (b) a presidency that has fallen prey to autocratic tendencies; (c) a fragmented and weak party system that has undermined the capacity of the legislature to act coherently; and (d) a weak constitutional culture and a weak Constitutional Court. The report presents comparative knowledge from other semi-presidential systems, and reflections on the Ukrainian context, which could benefit a wide range of stakeholders, such as legislators, policy advisors, think tanks and civil society. It is based on an earlier report, Semi-Presidentialism as Power Sharing: Constitutional Reform after the Arab Spring, co-published by International IDEA and the Center for Constitutional Transitions in 2014.

Мета і задачі дослідження. Ціль дослідження – розробити методичні підходи до кількісної оцінки мінливості врожайності гібридів соняшнику в умовах дуже високої температури повітря (жари).Матеріал і методика. Польові дослідження проведено в умовах помірно посушливої зони та зони недостатнього зволоження України, в п'яти географічних пунктах. Випробувано 99 простих і трилінійних гібридних комбінацій. Реакцію гібридів на умови вирощування оцінювали за показниками загальної та специфічної адаптивної здатності.Обговорення результатів. Доведено можливість диференціації гібридів за ефектами специфічної комбінаційної здатності, значення яких у середовищах с дуже високими температурами впродовж чутливих етапів розвитку соняшнику прийнято за показник «індекс жаростійкості генотипу» (Іж). В умовах дуже високих температур липня виділено гібридів комбінації з достовірно високими Іж. П'ять гібридних комбінацій (7,2 % від досліджених) поєднували високу загальну адаптивну здатність з високим Іж. В умовах дуже високих температур першої декади серпня виділено дві гібридні комбінації (5,9 % від досліджених)З високою загальною адаптивною здатністю та високим Іж.Висновки. Показник «індекс жаростійкості» придатний для виділення зразків, які в певній групі генотипів в умовах дуже високих температур повітря здатні зберігати врожайність на стабільному рівні, або зменшувати її у меншому ступені, ніж інші генотипи., Цели и задачи исследования. Цель исследования – разработать методические подходы к количественной оценке изменчивости урожайности гибридов подсолнечника в условиях очень высокой температуры воздуха (жары).Материал и методика. Полевые исследования проведены в условиях умеренно засушливой зоны и зоны недостаточного увлажнения Украины, в пяти географических пунктах. Испытаны 99 простых и трехлинейных гибридных комбинаций. Реакцию гибридов на условиях выращивания оценивали за показателями общей и специфической адаптивной способности.Обсуждение результатов. Доказана возможность дифференциации гибридов по эффектам специфической комбинационной способности, значения которых в средах с очень высокими температурами на протяжении чувствительных этапов развития подсолнечника приняты за показатель «индекс жаростойкости генотипа» (Иж). В условиях очень высоких температур июля выделены гибридные комбинации с достоверно высокими Иж. Пять гибридных комбинаций (7,2 % от испытанных) объединяли высокую общую адаптивную способность с высоким Иж. В условиях очень высоких температур первой декады августа выделены две гибридные комбинации (5,9 % от испытанных) с высокой общей адаптивной способностью и высокими Иж.Выводы. The purpose of the study was to develop methodological approaches to quantification of the yield variability of sunflower hybrids at very high air temperatures (heat).Materials and methods. The field investigations were conducted in the moderately arid zone and the insufficiently humidified zone of Ukraine, in five geographical locations. Ninety nine simple and three-line hybrid combinations were tested. The response of the hybrids to the growing conditions was evaluated by general and specific adaptability measures.Results and discussion. The possibility of differentiation of hybrids according to the specific combining ability effects was proved. The effect values in environments with very high temperatures during the susceptible stages of sunflower development were taken as the heat resistance indices of genotypes (Ih). At very high temperatures in July, hybrid combinations with significantly high Ih were detected. Five hybrid combinations (7.2% of the studied ones) combined a high general adaptability with a high Ih. At very high temperatures during the first 10 days of August, two hybrid combinations (5.9% of the studied ones) with a high general adaptability and a high Ih were singled out.Conclusions. The heat resistance index is suitable for detecting accessions that, in a certain group of genotypes, at very high air temperatures, are able to maintain stable yields, or reduce them less than other genotypes.

The symbiotic properties of soybean nodule bacteria, root nodules forming (nodulation ability), nitrogen-fixing activity and efficiency under the influence of monosaccharides (0.01 M glucose and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine) on rhizobium culture were investigated in greenhouse with sandy soils. Nodulation activity and efficiency was estimated by the number and weight of the nodules formed on the roots of plants; by the formation of vegetative mass and by the yield of soybean seeds. Nitrogenase activity was determined by acetylene-reductase method. The control variant was inoculated by monoculture of soybean rhizobium. A significant increase in the degree of realization of the nodulation ability of rhizobium has been established under the influence of glucose-containing monosaccharides on the culture of microorganisms. Adding glucose to bacteria led to increase the average number of nodules per plant by 1.6, 2.2, and 1.7 times respectively in the phase of development of two true leaves, flowering and active bean formation in soybean. At the same time the weight of the root nodules was increased by 1.4, 2.3, and 1.4 times respectively as compared to control. The number of root nodules was increased by 2.2, 2.3, and 1.4 times as compared to the control while of glucosamine was used; while the weight of these nodules were 2.1 and 1.9 times higher than control in the phase of development of two true leaves and flowering, while in the phase of active beans formation it did not differ from control.The functional activityof the soybean symbiotic system that was formed by rhizobial culture and modified by glucose, had the highest positive effect, since the nitrogen-fixing activity remained stable and was 2.1 and 1.7 times higher than control.Rhizobia, to suspension of which we added glucosamine, formed a symbiosis with activity that was 1.7 times higher than monoculture in the flowering phase, but later it was at the control level. We registered that inoculants on the basis of bac, У вегетаційних умовах із піщаною культурою досліджено симбіотичні властивості бульбочкових бактерій сої, зокрема бульбочкоутворюючу (нодуляційну) здатність, нітрогеназну активність і ефективність за впливу глюкозовмісних моноцукрів (0,01 М розчини глюкози і N-ацетил-D-глюкозаміну) на культуру ризобій. Нодуляційну активність визначали за кількістю та масою утворених на коренях рослин бульбочок, нітрогеназну активність – ацетиленредуктазним методом, ефективність – за формуванням вегетативної маси та урожаю насіння сої. Контрольний варіант – інокуляція насіння монокультурою ризобій сої. Встановлено достовірне підвищення ступеню реалізації нодуляційної здатності ризобій сої під впливом глюкозовмісних моноцукрів на культуру мікроорганізмів. За дії глюкози на бактерії середній показник кількості бульбочок на рослині збільшився в 1,6; 2,2 та 1,7 рази відповідно у фази розвитку двох справжніх листків, цвітіння й активного плодоутворення у сої. Маса бульбочок на рослині при цьому переважала контроль у 1,4; 2,3 та 1,4 рази відповідно. У варіанті із застосуванням глюкозаміну на коренях рослин утворювалось бульбочок в 2,2; 2,3 та 1,4 рази більше, ніж у контрольному варіанті. Маса цих бульбочок була більшою за контроль в 2,1 і 1,9 рази у фази розвитку двох справжніх листків та цвітіння, тоді як у фазу активного утворення бобів не відрізнялась від контролю. Функціональна активність симбіотичного апарату сої засвідчила максимально позитивний вплив глюкози на ризобіальну культуру, оскільки нітрогеназна активність залишалась стабільно високою і переважала контроль в 2,1 і 1,7 рази. За впливу глюкозаміну ризобії утворили симбіоз із активністю в 1,7 рази вищою, ніж монокультура у фазу цвітіння, але в подальшому – була на рівні контролю. Показано, що інокулянти на основі бактерій і глюкозовмісних цукрів активували вихід насіння зі стану спокою та його проростання. За дії інокулянту ризобій з глюкозою активно формувався перший справжній листок рослинами (до 3,5 рази більше за контроль)

The consumption of oral hypoglycemic agents (OHAs) for the period of 2008 – 2013 at the Ukrainian market has been analyzed. The increase in consumption of OHAs by 1.92 times in 2013 according to DDDS/1000/d value was found compared to 2008. The proportion of patients with type II DM (44.20%) consuming daily 1 DDD OHA has been determined, and discrepancy of the volumes of consumption with the registered morbidity has been found. The structure of consumption of OHAs has been considered: 98.95% of the total volume belongs to 2 groups – sulphonylurea derivatives (73.84%) and biguanides (25%), and only 1.16% – to other groups of OHAs. The comparative analysis of the volume and the structure of consumption in Ukraine with some European countries has been conducted. The consumption volumes of OHAs according to DDDS/1000/d value is higher by 4.88-2.68 times in European countries than in Ukraine. According to the structure of consumption in European countries, unlike Ukraine, biguanides are more consumed (with the share of 38.50 to 48.00% of the total volume). The difference in consumption determined indicates diagnosing at the stage of potential diabetes and at early stages of the disease development; it allows to compensate carbohydrate disorders by drug-free methods and biguanides. High consumption of sulphonylurea derivatives in Ukraine is due to the appropriate glycemic state of the Ukrainian diabetic population, late diagnosis, few educational and preventive measures and low compliance of patients. The need for developing national programmes for the early detection of disorders of the carbohydrate metabolism, early diagnosis to improve the quality of life of patients, prevention of early development of chronic complications of type II DM and reduction of the significant economic costs have been determined., Проанализированы объемы потребления пероральных сахароснижающих препаратов (ПСП) за период 2008-2013 гг. на рынке Украины. Установлено увеличение потребления ПСП в 1,92 раза в 2013 р. по показателю DDDS/1000/d по сравнению с 2008 г. Определена доля больных СД II типа (44,20%), которые ежедневно потребляют 1 DDD ПСП, и установлено несоответствие объемов потребления зарегистрированному уровню заболеваемости. Рассмотрена структура потребления ПСП: 98,95% от общего объема принадлежит 2 группам – производным сульфонилмочевины (73,84%) и бигуанидам (25%) и только 1,16% – иным группам ПСП. Проведен сравнительный анализ объемов и структуры потребления в Украине с отдельными европейскими странами. Объемы потребления ПСП по показателю DDDS/1000/d в европейских странах выше в 2,68-4,88 раза, чем в Украине. По данным структуры потребления в европейских странах в отличие от Украины в больших объемах используются бигуаниды (с долевым участием от 38,50 до 48,00% от общего объема). Отличие в потреблении указывает на проведение диагностики на стадии предиабета и на ранних стадиях развития заболевания, что и дает возможность осуществлять компенсацию углеводных нарушений немедикаментозными методами и бигуанидами. Высокий уровень потребления в Украине производных сульфонилмочевины объясняется соответствующим гликемическим состоянием украинской диабетической популяции, поздней диагностикой, малочисленностью образовательных, профилактических программ и низким комплаенсом больных. Определена необходимость разработки национальных программ по выявлению ранних нарушений углеводного обмена, проведения своевременной диагностики с целью повышения качества жизни пациентов, предупреждению раннего развития хронических осложнений СД II типа и уменьшения значительных экономических затрат., Проаналізовані обсяги споживання пероральних цукрознижувальних препаратів (ПЦП) за період 2008-2013 рр. на ринку України. Встановлено зростання споживання ПЦП в 1,92 рази в 2013 р. за показником DDDS/1000/d в порівнянні з 2008 р. Визначена частка хворих на ЦД ІІ типу (44,20%), яка щодня споживає 1 DDD ПЦП, та встановлена невідповідність об’ємів споживання зареєстрованому рівню захворюваності. Розглянуто структуру споживання ПЦП: 98,95% від загального обсягу належить 2 групам – похідним сульфонілсечовини (73,84%) та бігуанідам (25%) і лише 1,16% – іншим групам ПЦП. Проведено порівняльний аналіз обсягів та структури споживання в Україні з окремими європейськими країнами. Обсяг споживання ПЦП за показником DDDS/1000/d в європейських країнах вищий в 2,68-4,88 рази, ніж в Україні. За даними структури споживання в європейських країнах на відміну від України більше споживаються бігуаніди (з часткою від 38,50 до 48,00% від загального обсягу). Визначена відмінність у споживанні вказує на проведення діагностики на стадіях предіабету та ранніх стадіях розвитку хвороби, що дає можливість проводити компенсацію вуглеводних порушень немедикаментозними методами та бігуанідами. Високий рівень споживання в Україні похідних сульфонілсечовини пояснюється відповідним глікемічним станом української діабетичної популяції, пізньою діагностикою, малочисленністю освітніх та профілактичних заходів і низьким комплаєнсом хворих. Визначено необхідність розробки національних програм з виявлення ранніх порушень вуглеводного обміну, проведення своєчасної діагностики з метою підвищення якості життя пацієнтів, запобігання раннього розвитку хронічних ускладнень ЦД II типу та зменшення значних економічних витрат.
