Choosing a degree and courses is an important part of every student's education, providing the foundation for future success. Many students have difficulty deciding on a profession when they enter college, while some already know what they want to do. Due to the large number of courses offered, some students find themselves switching majors. Therefore, all students must understand what they truly want to do with their lives, which will guide them in choosing the proper career path. Their choices will greatly impact how they live for the rest of their lives. The researchers aim to discover factors influencing students' decisions to take BSHM as a course. They also aim to assist students in shaping their perceptions of this course and inspire them to choose it among other courses.   This study utilized the descriptive method of research to investigate and collect information about the motivational factors influencing senior high school students in choosing BSHM. The researchers used Google Forms to distribute survey questionnaires to fifty (50) specifically selected respondents at Bestlink College of the Philippines to collect data.   According to the survey's findings, the majority of respondents (30%) were from the home economics strand, were 21 years old on average (60%) and were equally split between men and women (25% each). Most respondents claimed that their economic status belonged to the middle class (54%). Most respondents agreed that "Percentage of employment is high after graduation" is one of their factors in choosing BSHM. The respondents strongly agreed that one of their perceived problems in choosing a BSHM degree is needing more motivation. However, they also agreed on the advantages of choosing BSHM as a field of study, such as global exposure and boosting self-esteem.    The primary goal of this study is to look into the motivational factors that influence students' decisions to pursue a BSHM degree. The methodology used for this research work is part of a documentary bibliographic review. The data collection technique is made up of electronic materials, the latter such as Google Scholar, PubMed, among others, relying on the use of descriptors in health sciences or MESH terminology. The infor-mation obtained here will be reviewed for further analysis. Given the continuous decline of the immune system of HIV-infected patients, they will always be exposed to a high health risk, in regards to contracting other types of diseases such as cancer, chronic diseases, opportunistic diseases that affect the central nervous system. Among the most prevalent opportunistic diseases in these patients are neurocryptococcosis, low CD4 lympho-cyte count, long evolution of HIV/AIDS infection and abandonment of antiretroviral therapy are high risk factors

The usage of public Wi-Fi and hotspots has witnessed a substantial increase in recent times, providing convenient connectivity in various public areas. Public wireless networks are now widely accessible, especially in smart cities. However, utilising public Wi-Fi exposes individuals to potential threats to their privacy and security. Hackers can exploit vulnerabilities present in public Wi-Fi networks, such as the "Evil Twin" attack, to deceive users and unlawfully obtain their personal information. The main objective of the research was to investigate people's awareness of the security risks associated with public Wi-Fi usage and to identify the factors that contribute to their willingness to take such risks. The research adopted a qualitative approach, utilising semi-structured interviews with 14 participants to gain valuable insights into their understanding and knowledge of the risks connected with public Wi-Fi. The majority of respondents employed public Wi-Fi for educational purposes, browsing the Internet, and engaging with social media platforms. Additionally, the findings of the study explored the motivations and influences that lead individuals to take risks when using public Wi-Fi. Factors such as convenience, cost-effectiveness, saving mobile data usage, limited mobile network coverage, and a lack of awareness concerning privacy and security risks emerged as the most significant reasons and influences behind the utilisation of public Wi-Fi.

In this article, a bibliographical review of some methodologies of design of experiments is carried out, focusing on its function and relevance within the experiments, where the importance of the designs of experiments within the investigation is highlighted using examples of the strategies and designs of experiments. In the first place, a review was carried out that would allow the introduction of the concept of design of experiments, how it was conceived, its principles and its relationship with the investigation, including the main elements of which designs of experiments are composed, and some assumptions to be considered at the time of apply an experimental design in research are included. In addition, different methodologies used by some authors in experiments are shown, what they are and a basic notion of the different methodologies used in the research, focusing on the differences between each one of them and why to use them according to the need of the experiment, then from this, different examples of the different experimental design methodologies used in research articles focused on polymeric materials were carried out, in these examples the different variables of the experiment were stood up, what was the purpose of the investigation and why they opted for the design of experiments they mention. Finally, after carrying out the bibliographical review, it was found that in most of the experimental design applied to the field of experimentation, it allows optimizing the resources without the need to make many attempts. In fact, depending on the type of experiment, it will be feasible to choose a design that is accommodate the needs of the researchers, according to the objectives set in the experiment., En este artículo se realiza una revisión bibliográfica de algunas metodologías del diseño de experimentos, enfocándose en su función y relevancia dentro de los experimentos con materiales, donde se resalta la importancia de los diseños de experimentos dentro de la investigación usando ejemplos de estrategias metodológicas, en primer lugar se realizó una revisión que permitiera introducir el concepto de diseño de experimentos, como este fue concebido, sus principios y su relación con la investigación, se incluyen los elementos principales de los cuales se compone un diseño de experimentos, y algunos supuestos a tener en cuenta en el momento de aplicar un diseño experimental en la investigación. Además, se muestran diferentes metodologías utilizas por algunos autores asociadas a los experimentos, se mencionan diferencias entre cada una de ellas y por qué emplearlas de acuerdo con la necesidad del experimento. Luego, se muestran distintos ejemplos de diseño de experimentos usadas en diferentes artículos de investigación enfocados en materiales poliméricos, en estos ejemplos se resaltan las distintas variables del experimento, cuál era el propósito de la investigación y porque se decantaron por el diseño de experimentos que mencionan. Por último, después de realizar la revisión bibliográfica se encontró que en la mayoría de los diseños experimentales aplicado al campo de la experimentación permite optimizar los recursos sin necesidad de realizar una gran cantidad de intentos, de hecho, dependiendo del tipo de experimento será factible elegir un diseño que se acomode a las necesidades de los investigadores, de acuerdo con los objetivos planteados en el experimento.

Purpose: This paper examines the impacts of gender, education, and age on consumer’s perception of digital banking service quality in the case of a branch of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam. Theoretical framework: Inspired by Parasuraman‘s five dimensions of service quality, this research defined four criteria measured digital banking service quality including the security, the ability, the convenience, and the supported policies for customers. Among different factors influencing consumers’ perception, the authors selected to analyzed impacts of education, gender, and age of consumers. Design/Methodology/Approach: Primary data was collected from 200 customers who were randomly selected, then analyzed by descriptive statistics. The T-test, Cronbach Alpha, and ANOVA were used to test the differences of consumers’ perception of digital banking service quality by their gender, age, and education. Findings: The analysis showed that consumers’ perception of digital banking service quality clearly differed by their gender and age. Nevertheless, there was not a clear correlation between educational levels and their perception of security, convenience, and promotion policies of digital banking services. Research, Practical & Social implications: The findings imply that Vietnamese commercial banks need to improve the quality of digital banking services by: cooperating with Fintech companies to increase security, improving human resource quality, innovating technology and promoting communication activities. Originality/Value: This study indicated the differences of consumers’ perception of digital banking service quality by their age, gender, and education. All the respondents of the survey are digital banking service users.

Purpose: This study came to analyze the impact of government intervention in the production of this important crop and to determine the extent of its global competition and whether it has a comparative advantage in its production or not. Theoretical framework: Dates are the most prominent representative of Iraq's foreign trade of commodities and agricultural products, which requires attention to that identity of Iraqi agriculture abroad. Interest in producing dates and improving their performance at the local and international levels is a necessity to revive the national economy and the agricultural economy alike. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research aimed to measure the impact of agricultural government intervention in the production and export of Iraqi dates through the study of the Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) and protection coefficients, and some macro policies related to the subject of the study. Findings: The key finding of this research was the results of the policy analysis matrix for one acre of dates both showed that the selling prices of dates at the local level are lower than their prices at the global level, and this is what prompts farmers to export dates. It appeared through the commodity system has the ability to compete locally, but at lower levels than what is achieved at the level of social prices. Research, practical and social implications: This study contributes to analysis the impact of government intervention in the production of IRAQI DATES crop and to determine the extent of its global competition. Originality/Value: The study recommends that the state should support the producers of dates and provides them with the necessary production requirements such as fertilizers, pesticides, fuel and others, and encourage the cultivation of high-quality and abundantly produced varieties and the introduction of modern technologies in this field. This maintains price stability.

In this sense, it is a characteristic disease of the helping relationship that encompasses and overcomes stress, where the loss of meaning in work occupies a prominent position. Nursing teachers must employ their skills and competencies to provide effective and high-quality care to carry out their assigned responsibilities. However, this efficacy can be impeded by arduous tasks and particularly ina demanding work environment. This study aims to shed light on the stressful conditions encountered by these professionals and to identify the factors that influence the onset of burnout at the level of Graduate Institutes of Nursing and Health Technology(ISPITS). In this way, significant actions can be taken to prevent this professional affliction and establish a salubrious work environment that fosters the professional developmentof teacher.

Engaging and retaining high-quality employees is critical to achieving an organization’s objectives. Employee turnover can cause a shortage of skilled manpower, ultimately leading to reduced innovation, lower labour productivity, etc. In the construction industry, employee turnover will cause project delays, project quality defects, client dissatisfaction, and profitability challenges. As the construction industry is critical to Malaysia’s development, organizations must ensure smooth operations by retaining their talents. This paper reports on the significant factors of talent retention in the Malaysian construction industry. The methodology adopted was literature review and quantitative method via a questionnaire survey. 12 predefined factors identified from literature review were presented to the respondents in the questionnaire. The target respondents for this study were construction professionals from G7 contractor, and a total of 77 responses were obtained. The significance of the factors was assessed and ranked using their average mean scores. The top five factors influencing talent retention are: 1) management and social support; 2) compensation and benefits; 3) work environment; 4) organizational commitment (employee loyalty); 5) nature of work (meaningfulness). This study would serve as a reference for employers to take necessary proactive action to retain employees and ensure the efficiency and survival of the industry.

Dentro de las enfermedades oportunistas más prevalecientes en estos pacientes se encuentran la neurocriptococosis, el bajo conteo de linfocitos CD4, larga evolución de la infección del VIH/SIDA y abandono de la terapia antirretroviral son altos factores de riesgo.

The aim of the present study was to develop a Ukrainian version of the Parental Burnout Assessment (PBA) and examine its psychometric properties among Ukrainian parents.We examined the factorial structure of the Ukrainian version of the PBA (PBA-UA) and its relation with other variables, both antecedents and consequences of PB, in a sample of 1896 parents including 1735 (91,5%) mothers and 161 (8,5%) fathers. The original four-factor model (exhaustion from parental role, emotional distancing from one’s child, feelings of being fed up with parenting and contrast with previous parental self) and second-order model with a global parental burnout as a second-order factor fit the data well. The results of both subscale and global scores were reliable. The PBA-UA showed a positive association with perfectionism and general stress and a negative association with resilience. The low association with socio-demographic factors (i.e., marital status, number of children, number of children living in the household, work status) was replicated in accordance with previous studies of parental burnout, nevertheless mothers had higher level of parental burnout than fathers. PBA-UA also predicted both parental neglect and parental violence, even beyond general stress. The good psychometric properties of the PBA-UA suggests that this questionnaire can be used to assess parental burnout among Ukrainian parents.

The purpose of this thesis is to systematically map the factors and tasks linked to drowning accidents and the rescue services response to drowning accidents that has the most influence on the outcome. To achieve this purpose, two methods have been used, a literature study and an interview study. The literature study aimed to map the current research on drowning and drowning response and to identify factors and tasks linked to drowning accidents that has the most influence on the outcome. The interview study aimed to gather the knowledge of experts on drowning and drowning response and identify factors and tasks linked to drowning accidents that has the most influence on the outcome. Through the studies the three most important factors were identified and the tasks were mapped and divided into three categories. The identified factors and mapped tasks were used to create a model to describe operational capability of the fire rescue service in the event of a drowning accident.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the use of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) in the Pagatan community. The method used in this research is using the Cross-Sectional method. Sampling using the consecutive sampling method with data analysis of the p-Value value generated after being entered into SPPS using the Chi-Square method. The results obtained can be seen from 50 respondents there are 36 people who use TOGA. Variables related to the use of TOGA in improving public health were age (p = 0.040) and income (p = 0.028), and those that were not related were education (p = 0.725) and information (p = 0.865). The results showed that there were 2 related factors, namely age, and income, while education and information had no relationship.

La metodología utilizada para el presente trabajo de investigación, se enfoca hacia una metodología orientada hacia la necesidad de indagar en forma precisa y coherente una situación. Enmarcada dentro de una revisión bibliográfica de tipo documental, ya que nos vamos a ocupar de temas planteados a nivel teórico como es Riesgos y consecuencias de los pacientes diagnosticados con tuberculosis pulmonar. La técnica para la recolección de datos está constituida por materiales impresos, audiovisuales y electrónicos, estos últimos como Google Académico, PubMed, entre otros. La información aquí obtenida será revisada para su posterior análisis. A pesar que los factores de riesgo aquí mencionados, puede creerse estar asociados solo a personas que tienen la probabilidad de contraer tuberculosis por primera vez, no es así, ya que, si estos se mantienen, las probabilidades de que un paciente que ya tuvo tuberculosis recaiga, son altas, por este padecer las mismas condiciones que lo enfermaron una primera vez.
