To enable effective control between the isolated primary and secondary sides in an inductive wireless power transfer (IWPT) system, reliable real-time communication is both essential and unavoidable. This article proposes a simultaneous wireless power and data transfer (SWPDT) system that adopts the frequency division multiplexing (FDM) technique and binary differential phase-shift keying (2DPSK) modulation. The system employs two carrier signals with different frequencies to enable the simultaneous transfer of power and data through a single pair of coils. The large frequency gap between the power signal and data signal results in negligible interference. 2DPSK is used for the first time in an SWPDT system, with stronger noise immunity and a simpler demodulation scheme. To confirm the theoretical analysis, the proposed SWPDT system was simulated at a 1 kW power level. Notably, the data transfer rate can reach up to 500 kbps, and all data bits can be exactly recovered on the secondary side. Meanwhile, the power transfer efficiency is as high as 95.5%. © 2023 IEEE.

A study is underway for the introduction of the Consultative Committee for Space Data System (CCSDS) system to NASDA's spacecraft such as the Japanese Experiment Module (JEM), Advanced Land Observation Satellite (ALOS), and Engineering Test Satellite (ETS)-8. A feasibility study of the overall system was conducted as conceptual design work with emphasis on clarification of specification requirements. In the conceptual design work of the CCSDS processing system, the following items were studied: (1) in study of the overall system, the communication protocols and data rates of Data Relay and Tracking Satellite (DRTS) user spacecraft which is anticipated presently were studied; (2) With respect to the expandability and general versatility, functions required of a low speed system for Tracking and Control Station (TACS) were studied for the possibility of conversion of high speed systems; and (3) development of the CCSDS processing system will be started in 1997FY., 宇宙データシステム諮問委員会(CCSDS)システムの導入について、NASDAは日本実験モジュール(JEM)、陸域観測衛星(ALOS)、および技術試験衛星(ETS)-8などの衛星について検討中である。全体システムの実行可能性調査を、要求仕様の明確化に重点を置いて概念設計を行った。CCSDS汎用処理システムの概念設計作業としては、以下の項目を検討した。(1)全体システムの研究では、現在予定されているデータ中継・追跡衛星(DRTS)ユーザの通信プロトコルとデータ転送速度を調査した。(2)拡張性と汎用性の調査については、追跡観測所における低速システムが要求する機能の、高速系システムの変換による可能性を検討した。および(3)CCSDS処理システムの開発については、設計作業を1997年度に開始する予定である。

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjami su duomenų perdavimo sparta susiję ryšio kanalo parametrai. Pirmojoje darbo dalyje apžvelgiami užsienio ir Lietuvos mokslininkų atliekami tyrimai kanalo parametrų, susietų su duomenų perdavimo sparta, tematika, analizuojama mobilaus tinklo kanalo parametrų matavimams skirta iranga. Kituose darbo skyriuose išskiriami konkretūs su duomenų pralaidumu sąveikaujantys parametrai. Naudojant šiuos parametrus darbe kuriami modeliai, skirti duomenų perdavimo spartai prognozuoti tikrinamas modelių tinkamumas bei tikslumas. Tiesinės prognozės atveju pasiektas 77,83%, o netiesinės prognozės atveju – 76,19% tikėtinos duomenų perdavimo spartos prognozės tikslumas. Atsižvelgiant į vartotojų interesus siūlomi jų įrangai pritaikyti prognozės modeliai. Darbo pabaigoje tikrinamas sukurtų modelių adekvatumas realiomis ryšio salygomis., This work analyzes communication channel settings of UMTS technology which are related with a data transfer throughput. Further course of study includes the most specific parameters selection, that arethe most crucial for data speed. Using these parameters it is developed the models suitable for data transfer throughput prediction. To build the model the linear and nonlinear forecasting methods are applied. The linear prediction is made by using linear regression, nonlinear – neural networks. Using linear prediction model 77.83% forecast accuracy has been achieved, while the nonlinear forecast expected transmission rate forecast accuracy is 76.19%.These prediction models accuracy obtained by using eight parameters of the communication channel. Finally in this paper are built the data throughput prediction models that allow to predict data speed using only standard terminal presented channel parameters. At the end all built prediction models are checked in real communication environment.

We present an analysis of the reading capability of a novel optical pickup consisting of a single-mode and a multi-mode rectangular waveguide. According to the simulations, if one has prior information about the structure of the disk, superresolution readout could be achieved. The proposed system has the advantage to be compact and should be straightforward to be extended to arrays. The working distance of this optical pickup can be adapted from near- to farfield by changing the length of the multi-mode waveguide., Optics Research Groep, Applied Sciences
