Die Wissenschaftskommission der Schweizer Charta für Psychotherapie (WiKo), ein Organ der Assoziation Schweizer Psychotherapeutinnen und Psychotherapeuten (ASP), hat mit dem AGUST-Projekt das Vorhaben umgesetzt, Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede in der Anwendung von psychotherapeutischen Interventionen zu untersuchen. Dafür wurden 24 Vertreter acht verschiedener Psychotherapieschulen zu einem APA-Lehrvideo befragt. In drei Forschungskolloquien, die zwischen September 2018 und Januar 2019 stattfanden, wurde das Video in Arbeitsgruppen von ihnen bewertet. Am Beispiel der Klientin des Videos wurden zudem alternative psychotherapeutische Interventionsvorschläge und Therapieziele in den Gruppen erarbeitet sowie deren Begründungen erfasst. Im Mittelpunkt des Forschungsinteresses stand dabei das konkrete Vorgehen der einzelnen Schulen. Dabei zeigten sich Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Arbeitsgruppen. Bei der Bewertung des Videos, der alternativen Reaktionsvorschläge und deren Zuordnung mittels PAP-S-Rating-Manual unterschieden sich die Gruppen weniger als bei der Begründung der alternativen Interventionen, ihrer Beschreibung der Probleme der Klientin des Videos und den Begrifflichkeiten zur Abbildung ihres schulspezifischen Hintergrundes.

Spyware has rapidly become a major security concern in government and corporate networks as well as for home computers. Spyware is able to circumvent common security practices, funneling information to remote parties and consuming system resources with impunity. This malicious software has infiltrated common search engines and Internet sectors generally considered "safe." Making use of browser vulnerabilities, spyware infection is wide-spread. This thesis considers common infection vectors and reviews current definitions in arriving at an improved definition of spyware. It identifies four common activities present in all spyware which lead to multiple behavioral capabilities. An empirical analysis of network drive-by-downloads shows the presence of spyware in bank, online travel, and real estate-related Internet sectors. In our master thesis “Fashionable strategies” we analyze the internationalization processof small and medium sized Nordic Fashion companies. In our study we conducted aquantitative survey and qualitative in-depths interviews to shed light on the topic. We usehereby an iterative research strategy through the triangulation analysis method as researchapproach. The combination of methodologies and perspectives allowed us to analyze ourtheoretical framework and the research questions in a favorable manner. The researchquestions we aim to investigate in our study were the following:· What are the reasons for the small and medium sized Nordic fashion companies wheninternationalizing, and what are the strategies the companies use hereby?· What influences the small and medium sized Nordic fashion companies in their choiceof strategy and market to enter?· Which barriers of entry and problems do the small and medium sized Nordic fashioncompanies see as critical in their internationalization process and how do theyovercome these issues?In the research we especially took a look at the following areas that we found mainlyimportant for fashion companies in their internationalization process: The reasons forexpanding, the choice of market, the entry modes that are used and barriers and problemsthat occur in the process. We take a view on the theoretical models of the Uppsala Model,Helsinki model, Revised Uppsala model and Born-Global Theory to explain the strategiesbehind the small and medium sized Nordic fashion companies.We see that the growth of the company and the profit increase are the main reasons for theNordic fashion companies when expanding their business. The entry modes used by thecompanies are agents and distributors, and when choosing the markets the fashioncompanies are contact-driven and focusing first on markets that have a rather smallerdistance to their own domestic market. The ability of spyware to circumvent common security practices, surreptitiously exporting confidential information to remote parties and illicitly consuming system resources, is a rising security concern in government, corporate, and home computing environments. While it is the common perception that spyware infection is the result of high risk Internet surfing behavior, our research shows main-stream web sites listed in popular search engines contribute to spyware infection irrespective of patch levels and despite "safe" Internet surfing practices. Experiments conducted in July of 2005 revealed the presence of spyware in several main-stream Internet sectors as evidenced in the considerable infection of both patched and unpatched Windows XP test beds. Although the experiment emulated conservative web surfing practices by not interacting with web page links, images, or banner advertisements, spyware infection of Internet Explorer based test beds occurred swiftly through cross-domain scripting and ActiveX exploits. As many as 71 different spyware programs were identified among 6 Internet sectors. Real estate and online travel-related web sites infected the test beds with, as many as 14 different spyware programs and one bank-related web site appeared to be the source of a resource consuming dialing program. Empirical analysis suggests that spyware infection via drive-by-download attacks has thus far been unabated by security patches or even prudent web surfing behavior.
