The possibility of using of para-aramid fibrids and pulp as a binder of para-aramid fibers during production of electrical insulation heat-resistant paper have been studied. It has confirmed by microscopy the presence branched structures in para-aramid pulp and fibrids, as well as presence of the film structure in fibrids. The Influence of consumption of fibrids and pulp on general indicators such as density, tensile strength, elongation, tear resistance, electric strength, capillary rise, air permeability of non calendered and calendered heat resistant insulating paper have been obtained. It have been determined that after calendering the density of para-aramid paper increases about by three times. Based on the obtained results the optimal consumption of a binder has been found. It has been showed that using para-aramid fibrids or pulp as a binder is possible during production of para-aramid electrical insulation paper. The using of fibrids (at the same consumption) more increases the main indicators of quality of para-aramid paper than pulp., Исследована возможность использования пара-арамидных фибридов и пульпы как связующего пара-арамидных волокон. The intensification of the clarification processes of sewage waters of paper production at local clearing plants is the urgent problem. The high performance of these plants provides the significant reduction of fresh water for the production of paper and paperboard, and leads to the significant reduction of amounts of sewage waters per tonne of paper and paperboard. Therefore there is a need to find highly efficient reagents for the intensification of clarification of sewage waters with high turbidity. In the first place, these reagents should include aluminum hydroxochloride. In the article we suggest a way to get 1/3 of aluminum hydroxochloride, based on the interaction of technical aluminum hydroxide with hydrochloric acid. To increase the basicity of the coagulants we suggested two alternative methods. The first method consists in heating of the obtained 1/3 of aluminum hydroxochloride in a vacuum. As a result, due to partial hydrolysis of 1/3 of aluminum hydroxochloride at 100 0С, the last turned into 2/3 of aluminum hydroxochloride, and at 140 0С in 5/6 of aluminum hydroxochloride. The alternative way to increase the basicity of 1/3 of aluminum hydroxochloride is the processing of obtained coagulant with basic reagents such as: CaO, MgO, CaCO3. To confirm the perspectives of application of the obtained coagulants the researches were conducted to determine their effectiveness in the clarification of sewage waters of high turbidity of paper and paperboard production., Приведены способы получения гидроксохлоридов алюминия из гидроксида алюминия с соляной кислотой с дальнейшей их обработкой для увеличения основности или в вакууме, или с помощью основных реагентов. The paper describes the development of technology of multicharged ion implantation for GaAs. This technology is essential to creating high-performance VLSI structures. The main advantage of ion implantation of GaAs is optimizing the doping profile for the active impact on the characteristics of Schottky field-effect transistors, namely reducing the surface influence on the stability of Schottky transistors and enhancing their performance by reducing the resistance of the source and drain regions. The first section of this paper presents the results of developing the GaAs-based structures with steep Schottky barrier. Next, the technology of multicharged ion implantation of P and B used to create doped pockets and security zones was described. This technology excludes thermal annealing and allows to create pockets and security zones simultaneously, which decreases the number of operations to ten and reduces the distance between the n and p transistors to 5.6 microns. Further, the characteristics of GaAs-based p+-n junctions were given, which allow to form complex structures with minimal defects, which in turn allows to create high-performance GaAs-based C-MOS transistors. Also, the paper considers the use of GaAs technology in solar cells, in which the charge carrier collection rate is increased by reducing the generation-recombination processes in the p-n junction, which greatly increases the efficiency of solar cells compared to monosilicon., Разработана технология изготовления ионно-легированных структур GaAs. In the present paper, the information on the process of enzymatic conversion of free fatty acids in fatty coriander oil (FCO) was considered. Enzymatic esterification was performed according to the following algorithm: FCO was treated with enzymes, purified by adsorbents with a variation of the basic process parameters, alcohols of a different nature were added. The quality of the samples of the purified FCO was determined by the basic physicochemical index - acid number.Ethanol (96 %) and glycerin (99.3 %) were used as reagents. Enzyme preparations (manufactured by «Novozymes» Denmark): Novozym 435, Lipozym TL IM were used as catalysts.Using the FCO fining methods, given in the paper, it was managed to reduce the acid number of oil from 17.0 mg KOH/g to 0.3 mg KOH/g. It was proved that using vacuum is an appropriate technological stage of enzymatic esterification of the FCO.Using molecular sieves for the FCO fining to reduce the content of water formed in the esterification and, thus, improve the conditions for the conversion reaction of free fatty acids - reduced acid number to less than 2.1 mg KOH/g was investigated. It was found that when adding molecular sieves in the FCO - reagent - enzyme system, water removal is not observed and their use does not decrease the acid number of oil at all.The fatty acid composition of the sample of the initial FCO was investigated by means of gas-liquid chromatography. It was found that in the initial FCO the percentage of the main fatty acids are the following: palmitic - 2.4 %, petroselinum - 71.3 %, oleic - 7.8 %, linoleic - 15.6 %.The authors have examined the process of adsorption of free fatty acids from the esterified FCO using the anionite EDE - 10P. It was found that the increase in the ratio of FCO to the adsorbent does not result in complete removal of free fatty acids and, accordingly, sufficient decrease in the acid number of the purified oil., Изучен процесс ферментативного превращения свободных жирных кислот в жирном кориандровом масле с использованием спиртов разной природы (процесс энзимной этерификации) и обоснованы его параметры и режимы. Statistical methods are widely used in solving problems of automatic management of industrial objects, as they enable us to determine the dynamic characteristics during normal operation of objects. The statistical correlation method for determining these dynamic characteristics is based on the solution of an integral equation that includes the correlation functions and of the input and output signals. It allows us to obtain the dynamic characteristics of an object without disturbing its regular operation mode.However, the application of these methods for constructing mathematical models of real-life industrial objects presents the following certain difficulty. Interferences and noises are imposed upon the useful signal, hindering the calculation of the estimates of their static characteristics. The paper presents one possible option of creating alternative methods and technologies for eliminating the error induced by noise during the formation of correlation matrices. The proposed general algorithms allow for reducing these matrices to the similar matrices of useful signals.Two presented alternative robust technologies enable one to solve these problems both in the absence of a correlation between the useful signal and the noise and in the presence of such. The validity of the result is controlled by duplication the obtained estimates of the elements of matrices by both methods. In many real-life industrial objects the need to apply the procedure of normalization of the estimates take place. This leads to an additional error, which also leads to the disruption of adequacy of the results. The paper deals with the issue of convergence of one of the generalizations of continued fractions - branched continued fraction (BCF) of the special form with two branches, which has been proposed by the Polish mathematician W. Siemaszko in solving the problem of compliance between the formal double power series and a sequence of rational approximations of the function of two variables.Unlike continued fractions, approximations of which are constructed unambiguously, there are many ways to construct approximations of BCF of the general and special form. The paper examines the conventional approximations of one of the structures of figured approximations of the studied BCF, which is associated with the problem of compliance. The formulas of difference between two approximations (two conventional, two figured, figured and conventional) were given.Using the majorant method and known results of the theory of convergence of continued fractions, the theorem on some sufficient conditions for absolute and absolute figured convergence of BCF of the special form with two branches towards the same border was proved. The relevance of measuring active and reactive immitance components for the quality assessment of non-electrical nature objects is substantiated in the paper. The authors have examined evaluation methods of the relative quality indicators of these objects. The analysis of immitance parameter measuring devices was performed in the paper, and it was found that there is a need for the implementation methods of serial devices for separate admittance parameter measurement in the frequency range. The methods that are implemented by serial measuring tools of the wide and special application were proposed. Analysis of these methods has shown that the active and reactive immitance components in comparison objects can be directly measured or determined by the measurement results of the module and the phase using appropriate available serial measuring tools. Measurement of these parameters of controlled and basic samples should be carried out by such tools using the replacement method. To build specialized immitance component measuring tools in a wide frequency range, combined methods, namely measuring one of the components (active or reactive) and module or phase angle with further calculation of another component are proposed.The component measurement results obtained by different methods can be considered identical within instrumental errors of measuring tools used, provided that the primary converter should be the same, the level of test sinusoidal signal must be the same, the connection of the primary converter is carried out by the same scheme, measurement conditions are the same.According to the proposed methods, specialized identification tools of non-electrical nature objects, using building block components can be developed., Охарактеризованы подходы к измерению параметров иммитанса для объектов неэлектрической природы с известными и неизвестными схемами замещения. The paper presents the research of the steam heating unit as the automation object. The heating unit is a complex engineering system with an increased exploitation risk, caused by using high-parameter water steam. The paper describes the synthesis procedure of the automatic control system from the problem statement and object study to a description of the simulation results.The list of the main system process variables with the factors that influence the process course in relation to the block diagram of the heating point was presented. The process features, which are typical for steam plants were indicated.The experimental transients, obtained during the commissioning by influencing on the main process variables on the part of related control bodies were given. The processed data are summarized in the form of mathematical models of individual heating unit sections and represented by transfer functions.Based on the data obtained, the structure of the automatic control system was proposed and settings of automatic controllers that ensure the preset quality parameters were calculated. The model of the tribological system using liquid crystals as anti-friction and anti-wear additives in the base oil was presented in the paper. The model takes into account functional dependences between input and output characteristics of the system through the functional dependence between input characteristics and characteristics of the internal state of the system. Further research in the paper is aimed at establishing the patterns that describe the impact of the internal state of the tribosystem on the main output characteristics - friction force and wear rate under various contact conditions. Dependence for determining the total specific friction force in tribosystems considering the molecular component of the specific friction force in boundary films of liquid crystals and mechanical friction component was given. Dependences for determining the linear wear rate at elastic and elastic-plastic contact in tribosystems were also presented. Such dependences were obtained taking into account the properties of liquid-crystal boundary film. The results of experimental studies of sliding tribosystems on friction machines using liquid crystals as additives to base oils were shown. In studies, the patterns of changes in specific friction force and wear rate in tribosystems depending on the main characteristics of the phase state of liquid-crystal additive were obtained., В статье приведена модель трибологической системы при использовании жидких кристаллов в качестве присадок. The research results of the effect of temperature and tensile stresses on the magnetic properties of structural steel 13CrMo4-5 were presented in the paper. Before the measurements, the cores of the test material were subjected to the step-cooling test, simulating the influence of the time flow and environmental conditions on the material. For the tests, three cores, each differing by the step-cooling test process duration were used. The paper also describes the step-cooling test process. Management of computer measurement system, designed specifically for research was described. Measurements results, which indicate that the temperature has little effect on the magnetic properties of the material under investigation were presented. However, a significant effect of tensile stress on the magnetic characteristics of the material, which indicates the possibility of using magnetoelastic phenomenon when studying non-destructive testing of structural steels was revealed., В статье представлены температурные и магнитоупругие характеристики стали 13CrMo4-5, полученые в результате исследований влияния температуры и напряжений на сердечники передварительно подвергнутые step-cooling test. Результати досліджень показали незначний вплив температури на досліджувані характеристики, а напруження розтягнення створило значні зміни характеристик.

An approach to identifying the ship motion mathematical model and disturbance parameters in voyage conditions is presented in the paper. The approach is intended for use under constraints during the voyage, i.e., under off-course restrictions and during the voyage in the appointed limited-width corridor. To determine the ship model parameters and static disturbance moment value, it was proposed to use spectral analysis of the angular velocity signal. The formulas and test procedure for identifying the model parameters, along with practical recommendations on the approach implementation were given in the paper. The simulation results show that the accuracy of parameters allows to use these data for the autopilot controller synthesis and adjustment. Thus, the rudder deviation angle may be of about one degree, so the ship deviates from the course only by a small angle during the identification process. Tests on the high seas have proved that the proposed approach can be practiced., В работе представлен подход к идентификации параметров математической модели движения судна и возмущений в условиях перехода. Для определения параметров модели и статического возмущающего момента предложено использовать спектральный анализ сигнала угловой скорости. Предложенный подход позволяет определить параметры модели судна и амплитуду статического возмущения с точностью, достаточной для синтеза и настройки регулятора авторулевого., В роботі представлено підхід до ідентифікації параметрів математичної моделі руху судна і збурень при русі в умовах переходу. Для визначення параметрів моделі і статичного збурюючого моменту запропоновано використати спектральний аналіз сигналу кутової швидкості. Запропонований підхід дозволяє визначити параметри моделі судна і амплітуду статичного збурення з точністю, достатньою для синтезу и налаштування регулятора автостернового.

This paper studies for the creation of intellectual control system for electric traction. The analysis was further developed methodology development of intelligent control systems for electric vehicles by developing a neural network systems using swarm intelligence for optimum traction rolling electrical complex that lets you set partial traction by means of electric transmission with minimum mean square error values. The paper presents the intellectual electric traction control system based on the following sequence: synthesis control system to provide the necessary connection between the parameters of the dynamics and traction characteristics necessary traction motors using Particle swarm optimization, which makes it impossible to establish a clear connection between the parameters of traction dynamics and the desired characteristics of traction motors; development of appropriate neural network technology to ensure the functioning of the developed system., Проведены исследования по созданию интеллектуальной системы управления тяговым электроприводом. Окрім того розроблено методику забезпечення функціонування створеної системи керування на основі нейронних технологій.

Taking into account the adaptation of Ukrainian technical regulations to European Directives, there is the need for timely implementation of harmonized international and European standards, participation of technical committees and specialized organizations in budget programs for standardization.The paper considers the actual problem of the lack of the state standard for quality management system of explosion-proof equipment manufacturer. As a result of the study, the scope of international standard was presented, the main differences in ISO/IEC 80079-34 and DSTU ISO 9001:2009 were highlighted, the use of the standard as an evidence base in assessing conformity with the Technical regulation was justified.The results have practical value and can be used for further adaptation of the Ukrainian technical regulation system to European requirements. The findings presented in the paper are of interest to government agencies, technical committees and organizations that deal with the above problem., Необходимость разработки государственного стандарта на систему управления качеством производителя взрывозащищенного оборудования обусловлена использованием такого оборудования во всех традиционно развитых отраслях промышленности Украины. In this paper, a study of non-homogeneous time series, as a special case of a class of non-stationary time series, which are not given to stationary by integrating the 1st and 2nd order was carried out. Because of the presence of non-homogeneous components, time series is characterized by a non-linear trend, periodic components with variable amplitude, as well as a non-permanent structure. A method for identifying the series of this class based on statistical characteristics, using statistical tests and criteria was proposed. This method allows reasonable approach to selecting a method for forecasting a number of changes with respect to all the hidden features of the original data, as well as the reasons and assumptions of various forecasting methods. For example, in the construction of forecasting models of the non-homogeneous time series using statistical forecasting methods, such as AR (p), MA (q), ARMA (p, q), AR (p) + linear trend, ARCH (p), GARCH (p, q), SV (p), is inadequate in view of violating the requirements for applying these methods, in particular time invariance. An adaptive approach for forecasting non-homogeneous time series based on the method of singular spectrum analysis and presentation of time series in several phase spaces is proposed in the paper.Another problem in forecasting the time series is a risk assessment in decision-making based on the forecasting model. A method for estimating the maximum level of losses in forecasting non-homogeneous time series with a given probability was developed in the paper. A confidence interval of forecasting non-homogeneous time series of exchange rates, which allows estimating the adoption of one or other solutions depending on the amount of the transaction was built.The results obtained in this paper can be used for a sound approach to the selection of a forecasting method in automated systems, as well as in the evaluation of making management decisions., В работе проведено исследование класса неоднородных временных рядов, как частного случая нестационарных рядов динамики, которые не приводятся к стационарным, характеризуются нелинейным трендом, сложными периодическими компонентами, высоким уровнем шума и изменяющейся структурой. Предложен подход к идентификации данного класса рядов на основании статистических характеристик и метод оценки максимального уровня потерь при прогнозировании., В роботі проведено дослідження класу неоднорідних часових рядів, як часткового випадку нестаціонарних рядів динаміки, які не наводяться до стаціонарних, характеризуються нелінійним трендом, складними періодичними компонентами, високим рівнем шуму та змінною структурою. Запропоновано підхід до ідентифікації даного класу рядів на підставі статистичних характеристик і метод оцінки максимального рівня втрат при прогнозуванні.

Despite a sufficiently large number of conducted studies, the analysis of literature sources has shown that the development of plastic deformation in whiskers has a number of problem-specific features. A literature review of the research problem has been proposed in the paper and such an important property of whiskers, as plastic deformation, has been studied more thoroughly. Herewith, on the basis of studying the results of previously conducted experiments the influence of this property on the fracture degree of crystals, and also on several other characteristics, has been shown.The research results from the point of view of the future use of whiskers have been analyzed in the paper, the principles of influence of deformation tests on the lattice structure and properties of whiskers have been considered in-depth., В статье рассмотрено такое достаточно важное свойство нитевидных кристаллов как пластическая деформация. One of the possible solutions of the evaluation problem of parameters of non-Gaussian random quantities at their moment-cumulant description at the correlated sample is considered in the paper. The analysis of the algorithm of the adapted polynomial maximization method for finding the estimates of scalar parameter of statistically dependent non-Gaussian random quantities is given. It is shown that using the correlation measures to describe statistically dependent random sequences allows to adapt the polynomial maximization method for the case of correlated quantities. The type of stochastic polynomial, on which the correlated random sequence is distributed, according to the polynomial maximization method, is formed taking into account correlationsUsing the polynomial maximization method, adapted to the correlation case for estimating the scalar parameter of asymmetric correlated random quantity is shown in the paper. It is shown that the variance of the obtained estimates at constant values of the sample volume is smaller than the variance of the estimates, obtained using the polynomial maximization method, unadapted on the correlation case. It should also be noted that taking into account the non-Gaussianity of the studied quantities in polynomial maximization method algorithms allows to obtain estimates with the best probabilistic features compared with classical algorithms of the method of moments., В статье рассматривается одно из возможных решений задачи по оценке параметров негауссовских случайных величин при их моментно-кумулянтном описании при коррелированной выборке. The problem of long-term knitting of bioactive glass-ceramic calcium silicate-phosphate coatings for titanium with a bone that constitutes about 6 months today, using foreign implants of this kind is considered in the paper. The solution to this problem by providing an appropriate resorption level of glass-ceramic coatings due to reproducing a certain ratio of phase-forming components is proposed.The purpose of this work was to study the effect of phase composition on resorption of glass-ceramic coatings for titanium. Bioactive calcium silicate-phosphate glass-ceramic coatings for titanium were synthesized; their crystallizability and solubility in the distilled water and physiological liquids were investigated in the paper. The resorption dependence on the calcium silicate-phosphate glass-ceramic coating structure and parabolic nature of the deposition kinetics of medium components on surfaces in the model liquid of the organism in vitro for a certain period were established. It is expedient to use the obtained results in the composition design of resorption bioactive glass-ceramic coatings for titanium in creating femoral endoprostheses with knitting terms from 3 months., Синтезированы биоактивные кальцийсиликофосфатные стеклокристаллические покрытия по титану на основе стекол системы R2О – RO – RO2 – R2O3 – P2O5 – SiO2 и исследована их кристаллизационная способность. Определено влияние фазового состава на резорбцию исследуемых стеклокристаллических покрытий в физиологических жидкостях. Полученные результаты целесообразно использовать при проектировании составов биоактивных стеклокристаллических покрытий по титану при создании эндопротезов для тазобедренногосустава., Синтезовано біоактивні кальційсилікофосфатні склокристалічні покриття по титану на основі стекол системи R2О – RO – RO2 – R2O3 – P2O5– SiO2 та досліджено їх кристалізаційну здатність. Визначено вплив фазового складу на резорбцію дослідних склокристалічних покриттів у фізіологічних рідинах. Одержані результати доцільно використовувати при проектуванні складів біоактивних склокристалічних покриттів по титану при створенні ендопротезів для кульшового суглобу.

When implementing variational methods for solving complex contact problems, there are difficulties, associated with non-convexity of minimized energy function of the system of interacting bodies and non-differentiability of this function at the desired point of its minimum. These difficulties do not allow to use gradient methods and convex analysis methods to minimize the energy function, therefore, numerical procedures for finding minimum points of such functions are cumbersome in program implementation and sometimes make it impossible to obtain the contact problem solution with sufficient accuracy. Non-variational method, based on using nonlinear operator equations with no difficulties during its implementation is proposed in the paper. Applying these equations allows to use modern achievements of nonlinear functional analysis, fixed-point theory of continuous mappings, theory of iterative methods for solving operator equations for both proving theorems of existence of solutions to contact problems, and developing effective iterative procedures for approximate solutions. Nonlinear boundary integral equations, used in this paper to simulate the contact interaction of elastic bodies, allow (unlike other similar equations) to take into account both the linkage and partial slip on the contact surface of bodies, and loading history of these bodies. Based on these equations, simple and efficient iterative procedures for approximate solutions to the contact problems are developed. A numerical solution of the contact problem on indenting the elastic sphere in the elastic half-space is obtained, and comparison of results with the known problem solution is made., Предложен метод приближенного решения пространственной задачи о контакте линейно-упругих тел с учетом кулонова трения и истории приложения внешней нагрузки. Отличительная особенность метода состоит в том, что рассматриваемая контактная задача сводится к последовательному решению нескольких систем граничных нелинейных интегральных уравнений, которые соответствуют различным шагам нагружения. Получено численное решение задачи о контактном взаимодействии упругого шара с упругим полупространством., Запропоновано метод наближеного розв’язування просторової задачі про контакт лінійно-пружних тіл з урахуванням тертя Кулона та історії прикладання зовнішнього навантаження. Відмітна особливість методу полягає в тому, що розглядувану контактну задачу зведено до послідовного розв’язання низки систем межових нелінійних інтегральних рівнянь, які відповідають різним крокам навантажування. The main trends of the science and technology development in the field of quantum physics and quantum calculations are considered in the paper. It has been shown that over the past few years plenty of new discoveries and achievements have been made in the field of quantum physics, all these events, anyway, had a great influence on the invention and production of quantum computers. Many communities around the world have been engaged in the development of quantum computers and some of them have achieved significant results in it by now.It is shown that using quantum algorithms of Shor and Grover, which can be fulfilled on a properly implemented quantum computer, can compromise some symmetric and asymmetric cryptosystems. The analysis results of endurance of the known block ciphers regarding the quantum cryptanalysis are given. It is also shown that some of them are not able to resist the quantum cryptanalysis method based on Grover's algorithm. The analysis of Shor's algorithm possibilities, which can significantly reduces computational costs for solving mathematical problems of endurance of modern asymmetric cryptoalgorithms, is given. Herewith, Shor's quantum algorithm diminishes the complexity of the cryptanalysis from exponential and subexponential to polynomial. In addition, the assessment of quantum computer resources is given in the paper, which are necessary for the quantum cryptanalysis concerning such cryptosystems as DSA, RSA, EC and NTRU., На основе использования доступных источников приводится обзор и анализ современных мировых достижений в области квантовых вычислений и построения квантового компьютера. Проводится анализ угроз безопасности относительно симметричных и асимметричных криптосистем в случае применения методов квантового криптоанализа. Проводиться аналіз загроз безпеки відносно симетричних та асиметричних криптосистем у разі застосування методів квантового криптоаналізу. The distribution of strains in a two-point mushroom tail connection of a steam turbine blade is examined, and some results of the studies in this field are given in the paper. The main objective of the study lies in identifying and analyzing the VAT of a two-point mushroom tail connection by using experimental and computational methods for determining areas of the greatest risk due to the force and geometric strain concentration. The study of stress - strain state of a two-point mushroom tail connection within elastic deformations using the ANSYS software package has been carried out in the paper, and a comparison between the results of experimental and calculated data has been made. The zones, posing the greatest danger caused by the force and geometric strain concentration, have been determined. The research results can be used in turbine construction, when designing and exploiting steam turbines. In view of recent events that occur in relations between the two countries, Ukraine and Russia, the issue of maintaining successful economic positions of Ukrainian manufacturers of explosion-proof equipment in Russian-Ukrainian relations is becoming very important.The paper deals with current problems in the field of technical regulation, standardization, conformity assessment of explosion-proof equipment and removal of technical barriers to mutual trade in this equipment with the neighboring CIS countries.As a result of the study, a comparative analysis of existing technical regulations of Ukraine (TR 898) and Russia (TR CU 012/2011) was conducted, the main contradictions of these documents were highlighted and a reasonable assessment of the effects of using TR CU 012/2011 on alternative or non-alternative basis by Ukrainian business entities was given.The results are of practical importance and can be used for further in-depth study of the impact of technical barriers on business entities of explosion-proof equipment in Ukraine when using technical regulations of the Customs Union. The approaches to estimating temporal properties of data structures without executing the program have been considered in the paper. Temporal properties of data structures take into account the total time of data access operations during the algorithm execution. The paper considers the following approaches: direct analysis of the algorithm and a probabilistic computation of operations.The method for determining the computational complexity of algorithms has been adapted in relation to data structures. The computational complexity of data structures is defined as the computational complexity of the combination of data processing algorithms (operations). This method should be used in programs with processing large amounts of data or with a repetitive processing.The example of the probabilistic method of calculating operations for solving problems of the development of efficient data structures is given. The performance evaluation of data access operations for alternative data structures is given in the paper. The evaluation of the computational complexity of the operations is carried out using combinatorial and probabilistic approaches. The obtained results are used for selecting optimal data structures., Для определения эффективных структур данных рассматриваются комбинаторно-вероятностные методы. Методы определения показателей вычислительной сложности алгоритмов адаптированы применительно к структурам данных. Показатели определяются для лучшего, среднего и худшего случаев. Указаны условия, при которых применимы показатели вычислительной сложности. Приведен пример применения метода вероятностного подсчета операций при решении задач разработки эффективных структур данных., Для визначення ефективних структур даних розглядаються комбінаторно-імовірнісні методи. Методи визначення показників обчислювальної складності алгоритмів адаптовані та застосовані щодо структур даних. Визначаються показники для найкращого, середнього та найгіршого випадків. Вказані умови застосування показників обчислювальної складності. Наведено приклад застосування методу імовірнісного підрахунку операцій при вирішені задач розробки ефективних структур даних.

Forming the correspondence matrix of passenger movements from a mathematical point of view is one of the most difficult tasks in researches related to significant structural or parametric changes of urban network traffic flows. The methods of forming the passenger correspondence matrices were considered in the paper, their advantages and disadvantages were identified. According to the analysis results, the basic requirements for models of calculating the volume of correspondences of residents’ movements in urban areas were established and using a fuzzy logic the models were properly selected. As for the models using the fuzzy logic theory it was found that one of the “weak” points is the correct definition of membership function parameters. For solving the problem of setting appropriate parameters of the membership functions and their correction during the model application, it was decided to use a mathematical tool of heuristics of genetic algorithms. The paper is an overview and is intended to organize information about currently developed methods and models of calculating the volume of movement correspondences in urban areas., В статье рассмотрены методы формирования матриц корреспонденций пассажирски хперемещений, определены их преимущества и недостатки. Установлено также основне требования к моделям расчета объема корреспонденций перемещений жителів городских территорий и выделены модели с применением нечеткой логики. Модели определения объемов корреспонденции перемещений на основе нечеткой логики оцінено как такие, что позволяют получать надежные результаты с минимальными входными данными., У статті розглянуто методи формування матриць кореспонденцій пасажирських переміщень, визначено їх переваги та недоліки. Встановлено також основні вимоги до моделей розрахунку обсягу кореспонденцій переміщень мешканців міських територій та виділено моделі із застосуванням нечіткої логіки. Моделі визначення обсягів кореспонденцій переміщень на основі нечіткої логіки оцінено як такі, що дозволяють отримувати надійні результати з мінімальними вхідними даними.

The problems of restoring the domestic compressor, Poltava, which is used in Ukrainian trolleybuses YuMZ (Southern Machine-Building Plant, Dnepropetrovsk) are considered in the paper. New technical documentation of the process of restoring the basic compressor assemblies, which affect the reliability and quality of the unit are developed.These studies are currently required as more and more rolling stock, operated at Ukrainian enterprises, is purchased at domestic enterprises. The trolleybus model YuMZ T-1, T-2 is also equipped with the domestic compressor. Since the compressor is a modern Ukrainian development, there is a need in the accompanying technical documentation for maintenance and repair.New technical documentation for the new domestic compressor are created and analyzed in the paper, which allows to improve the repair quality, operational reliability and safety of the trolleybus. The studies and the results are first obtained and important for both the enterprises, servicing this machinery, and the administrative board of the depot, which prioritize service quality improvement when using resource-saving technologies., В данной статье рассмотрены вопросы восстановления компрессора отечественного производства г. Полтава, который используется на троллейбусах Украинского производства марки ЮМЗ (Южного машиностроительного завода г. Днепропетровск). Разработаны новые технологические документы технологического процесса восстановления основных узлов компрессора, которые влияют на надежность и качество работы агрегата., В даній статті розглянуті питання відновлення компресора вітчизняного виробництва м. Полтава, який використовується на тролейбусах Українського виробництва марки ПМЗ (Південного машинобудівного заводу м. Дніпропетровськ). Розроблено нові технологічні документи технологічного процесу відновлення основних вузлів компресора, які впливають на надійність та якість роботи агрегату.

The paper is dedicated to the development of a procedure for calculating the actual interface values of contact phases in contact gas-liquid units of a drop type. Atomizing liquid into droplets was carried out by means of centrifugal atomizers.The developed principle motion circuit of liquid drops in a spray pattern of centrifugal atomizer was given in the paper. For determining the total surface of phase contacts, a volume-surface mean diameter of d3-2 liquid drops was used. For determining a volume-surface mean diameter of liquid drops, the special experimental studies were carried out. Basing on its results, the generalized dependence for the d3-2 value was obtained.As a result of the theoretical motion analysis of liquid drops in a spray pattern of a centrifugal atomizer and using the experimental data on a volume-surface mean diameter of drops, the procedure of calculating the actual interface of heat-mass exchange processes in the gas-liquid contact units of a drop type was proposed.The obtained results will be used in further studies of heat-mass exchange processes and the development of a general method of estimating such devices., Приведена разработанная принципиальная схема движения капель жидкости в факеле распыления центробежной форсунки. В результате теоретического анализа движения капель жидкости в факеле распыления центробежной форсунки и использования экспериментальных данных по средним объемно-поверхностным диаметрам капель предложена методика определения действительной межфазной поверхности процессов тепломассообмена в контактных газожидкостных аппаратах капельного типа., Наведено розроблену принципову схему руху крапель рідини в факелі розпилювання відцентрової форсунки. В результаті теоретичного аналізу руху крапель рідини в факелі розпилювання відцентрової форсунки і використання експериментальних даних щодо середнього об’ємно-поверхневого діаметра крапель запропоновано методику визначення дійсної міжфазної поверхні процесів тепломасообміну в контактних газорідинних апаратах крапельного типу.

Activity model of the labor safety engineer was developed in the paper using homogeneous Markov chains with discrete states and time. Management systems in the organizational-technical systems consist of individual processes and relationships among them. Forming a rational combination of parametric and structural system characteristics will allow to create new models, methods and tools to achieve the goals of these systems. The paper examines the activities of the labor safety engineer.When constructing Markov models, decomposition of the studied system into separate states with building multiple relations among the given states is the most difficult task. In the developed oriented graph, nodes correspond to states and edges of the graph form communication interaction channels, which transmit control actions. A directed graph can be represented by an adjacency matrix. Each row of the adjacency matrix displays transitions to other system states.Due to the fact that the transition probabilities of the system are related to the process execution time, it is possible to estimate the total workload of labor safety engineer. For that, the ratio of total state probabilities by groups of processes was found.The results indicate that there is some increase in the portion of time that is given to information processes to the detriment of other job duties. Markov model allows to obtain a quantitative description of the job strain of the labor safety engineer, which is regulated by the enterprise standards., Разработана марковская модель деятельности инженера по охране труда, включающая три группы процессов: исполнителя; работы в качестве соисполнителя; процессы получения информации в результате коммуникаций с другими системами управления. Марковская модель позволяет выполнить оценку загруженности инженера охраны труда и соотношение затрат времени по группам процессов при выполнении штатных обязанностей, регламентируемых должностной инструкцией., Розроблено марківську модель діяльності інженера з охорони праці, яка включає три групи процесів: виконавця; роботи співвиконавцем; процеси отримання інформації в результаті комунікацій з іншими системами управління. Марківська модель дозволяє виконати оцінку завантаженості інженера охорони праці та співвідношення витрат часу по групах процесів при виконанні штатних обов'язків, що регламентовані посадовою інструкцією.

This paper presents the results of experimental studies of the impact small cyclic loads on deformation characteristics laminated plates. The author using the original methodology for determining deformations in load small cycling set the main deformation characteristics laminated plates. In the presented paper we compare the effects of stress on small cycling different models of stoves, compared the deformation behaviour of layered slabs of reinforced concrete selected for the comparative sample.Experimental tests allowed to determine the maximum and residual deformations stretched layer steel fiber concrete, set the deformation characteristics laminated plates with steels fiber concrete, combined steels fiber ferroconcrete reinforced, double layer steels fiber ferroconcrete under small cyclic loads. The author has constructed a chart deformation stretched layer at small cyclic loads boards steels fiber ferroconcrete series and two-layer steels fiber ferroconcrete. The results of obtained the study revealed that a series of samples combined reinforced steels fiber ferroconcrete and double-layer steels fiber ferroconcrete much better perceive cyclic loading than the samples of ferroconcrete., В работе указаны результаты экспериментальных исследований влияния малоцикловой нагрузки на деформационные характеристики слоистых плит и проведено сравнение влияния малоцикловой нагрузки на разные модели плит. Установлены значения максимальных и остаточных деформаций растянутого слоя сталефибробетона, построено диаграммы деформирования растянутого слоя при малоцикловой нагрузке разных типов бетонных плит, У роботі наведені результати експериментальних досліджень впливу малоциклового навантаження на деформаційні характеристики шаруватих плит та проведено порівняння впливу малоциклового навантаження на різні моделі плит. Встановлені значення максимальних та залишкових деформацій розтягнутого шару сталефібробетону, побудовано діаграми деформування розтягнутого шару при малоцикловому навантаженні різних типів бетонних плит.

Despite numerous developments, it is impossible to obtain dehulled kernel when dehulling sunflower seeds by existing dehulling machines in a single pass. The need to reduce the amount of husks under existing process conditions (moisture-heat oil seed meal treatment, oil seed cooked meal pressing) dictates that fewer related substances, such as wax-like substances, free fatty acids, etc. transit in sunflower oil that improves its commodity and consumer properties. One of the main methods, ensuring kernel separation from the husk, is seeds preparation for dehulling, dehulling, separation of the obtained dehulled seeds. The dehulling method selection depends on several factors, the main among which are physicomechanical properties of seeds and their morphological parts. New dehulling technology is proposed in the paper, which includes seeds calibration (if further more thorough kernel and husk separation is necessary), drying in a fluidized bed dryer (if cooling temperature increase is necessary), cooling to subzero temperatures and dehulling at the same temperatures. The expediency of seeds pre-cooling before dehulling was proved in the paper. This, in turn, gives better dehulling results, provides higher kernel integrity and smaller chaff and oil dust amounts. The new method allows to obtain sunflower oil with low content of waxes and wax-like substances during further extraction. It follows that the obtained sunflower oil has higher quality., Исследовано влияние предварительной подготовки высокомасличных семян подсолнечника к обрушиванию на характеристики процесса обрушивания и качественные показатели масла. Определено влияние условий процесса обрушивания на переход восков и воскоподобных веществ в подсолнечное масло при прямой экстракции ядра. Визначено вплив умов процесу обрушення на перехід воску та воскоподібних речовин в соняшникову олію при прямій екстракції ядра. Встановлено параметри проведення процесу обрушення для отримання олії з мінімальним вмістом в ній воскоподібних речовин.

The paper describes developed by authors information-measuring system of diagnosing damping characteristics of rolling stock dampers. The system includes the hardware for gathering and digital processing of vibration accelerations and software for accelerometer sensor signal processing. It suggests testing procedure to determine the damping characteristics and algorithms to calculate damping parameters, namely the logarithmic decrement and natural oscillation frequency of the structure. It proposes to use an alternative error-correcting method, which lies in calculating the logarithmic decrement in the frequency domain.The advantage of this method is the high determination accuracy of damping parameters and the absence of high-frequency noise effect on the calculation result since the frequency and quality factor determination proceeds in the low frequency signal range and noise is of high-frequency nature. The paper also proposes software, developed in the LabVIEW graphical programming environment that implements the standard and the suggested algorithms and presents the comparative analysis of the experimental data processing results. It also shows the results of system approbation during testing the locomotive CHS-8 and passenger cars., В работе описана разработанная авторами информационно-измерительная система диагностики демпфирующих характеристик гасителей подвижного состава. Приведена методика проведения испытаний по определению демпфирующих характеристик и алгоритмы расчета параметров демпфирования. Представлены результаты апробации системы в ходе испытаний локомотива ЧС-8 и пассажирского вагона., В роботі описано розроблену авторами інформаційно-вимірювальну систему діагностики демпфірувальних характеристик гасників рухомого складу. Наведено методику проведення випробувань по визначенні демпфірувальних характеристик та алгоритми розрахунку параметрів демпфірування. Представлено результати апробації системи в ході випробувань локомотиву ЧС-8 та пасажирського вагону.

The paper considers forming interphase adsorption layers in emulsions and foams using a surfactant mixture and milk proteins. The main objective of the study is to substantiate using the surfactant mixture and milk proteins, which define the dispersed system stability. The emulsion formation process at temperatures above the fat crystallization temperature was carried out by determining the boundary shear stress, formed interphase adsorption layers, which was performed in 4×3600 s (interphase adsorption layer formation time that has the largest value of the boundary shear stress at a temperature of 20±1°C. Behavioral mechanisms of surfactants and milk proteins on the interphase surface were substantiated in the paper in order to determine their rational concentrations. The presented method allows to define the layer strength of the system without surfactants and, with introducing the surfactant mixture, determine the rational composition of the surfactant mixture, which allows to vary the strength of interphase adsorption layers and as a result produce foam-emulsion systems with the high foaming ability, stability and ductility. Research results can be applied by food technologists, as well as technologists specialized pastry shops to create foam-emulsion systems such as creams, souffle, ice-cream, etc. We propose to use milk proteins and surfactant mixture to control the stability of dispersed systems such as foams and emulsions, as well as stable foam-emulsion systems., Представлен анализ экспериментальных данных формирования межфазных адсорбционных слоев в пенах и эмульсиях. Определен вид и концентрации поверхностно-активных веществ, позволяющих регулировать прочность межфазных адсорбционных слоев в дисперсных системах на основе сухого обезжиренного молока. The method of leaks localization from underground water supply system on the basis of acoustic portraits pipelines comparison was proposed in the paper. The parameters of wavelet neuron network was suggested to use as the acoustic portraits, which was taught to approximate the acoustic signal, received on the soil surface above the place pipeline stowage.Forehanded search and elimination of underground water supply leakages is an urgent task, which shows a considerable practical interest. The most promising approach to the search leaks was the passive location method, which is based on the analysis of pipelines acoustic signals. The information in this acoustic signal is sufficient to make a conclusion on the present or absence of leaks. The author of previous research described the other way to search leaks, which is based on the signals’ classification with the help of artificial neuron network. The significant drawback of this approach is the necessity to study ANN (artificial neuron network), and it demands a great scope of training data and time consuming. There is an alternative way in this research, namely the leakage search method on the basis of acoustic portrait comparison.The acoustic portrait is the set of parameters, characterized the state of pipeline. The research results have shown that wavelet neuron network can be used as the acoustic portrait. The simplest criteria, the distance between parameter vectors, was used during the research to compare the acoustic portraits.The leak search method described in this paper is characterized by low computational complexity and requires a small amount of training data and that is the main advantage. The subject of future researches should be the development of more effective acoustic portrait matching criteria., Выполнен анализ подходов к поиску утечек подземных трубопроводов. Введено понятие акустического портрета подземного трубопровода водопроводной сети. В качестве акустических портретов трубопровода предложено использовать параметры вейвлет-нейронной сети, аппроксимирующей акустические сигналы трубопровода. Разработан метод локализации мест утечек из подземной водопроводной сети путем сопоставления акустических портретов трубопроводов. Предложен критерий для сопоставления акустических портретов., Виконано аналіз підходів до пошуку витоків підземних трубопроводів. Введено поняття акустичного портрета підземного трубопроводу водопровідної мережі. One of the ways of improving homogeneous catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane is the use of additives to industrial catalysts based on metals of variable valency. The analysis of literature sources has shown that alcohols that are formed in the process of oxidation and are able to form intermediate complexes with a catalyst have a significant impact. The effect of C2-C5 alcohol additives on the process of homogeneous catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane was studied in the paper. In the paper, the oxidation indices using binary catalytic systems of cobalt naphthenate – alcohol are given. The qualitative and quantitative effect of additives of monohydric and polyhydric alcohols on the process was defined, and their effects were compared. The dependences of the reaction rate on the nature of additives and the ratio between the components were determined. The optimal binary catalytic systems for the liquid-phase homogeneous catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane were selected, the use of which will allow improving the technical and economic production indices., Рассмотрено количественное и качественное влияние бинарных каталитических систем состоящих из нафтената кобальта и спиртов разной природы на жидкофазное гомогенно-каталитическое окисление циклогексана. Установлено зависимости скорости и качества накопления продуктов от природы добавок. Выполнено сравнение влияния катализаторов, и совершен выбор оптимальных каталитических систем для данного процесса., Розглянуто кількісний та якісний вплив бінарних каталітичних систем до складу яких входить нафтенат кобальту та спирти різної природи на рідиннофазне гомогенно-каталітичне окиснення циклогексану. Встановлено залежності швидкості та якості накопичення продуктів від природи добавки. Виконане порівняння впливу каталізаторів, та здійснено вибір оптимальних каталітичних систем для даного процесу.

The paper presents the information model of the regional development control through the prism of the integral indicators of strategic programs while involving the target program method of control aimed at balancing social and economic status of the region.The value of the research is based on the fact that the impact of the strategic regional development programs is evaluated by the expenses criterion (as an integral indicator) that helps control the regional budget expenditure.The results of the research are reflected in the paper that presents economic and mathematic models of optimizing expenses on implementing the range of regional programs, with respect to minimizing expenses on the selected multitude of the regional development indicators. The models facilitate optimal management for implementing the range of development programs. Matrix and integral equations of the suggested model help analyse the dynamic change in the regional welfare indices as well as accomplishments in the regional development programs.The paper presents the notion of optimal strategy of the regional development. Application of adaptive control systems, based on selftuning controllers with a test periodic signal is considered in the paper. The main purpose of the study is to develop a new adaptive control algorithm since the technological process maintenance quality directly affects the automatic control system profitability. To implement the control algorithm, digital controllers, based on microprocessors, allowing to realize complex mathematical processing of the input data can be used.The methods for implementing the adaptive control systems with harmonic input signal, using the method of frequency-division of control channels and self-tuning are discussed. The method of quick adaptive tuning of one-loop local automatic control systems using test harmonic signal is given in the paper. The considered control object must have self-regulation properties and medium persistence. To identify the control object, modern error estimate prediction method used.The method is based on analyzing the properties of the system output signal and calculating PI-controller settings, guaranteeing aperiodic transient of the set parameters. When optimizing the PI-controller settings, direct quality indicators of transient of closed-loop control system are estimated.The results of developing the adaptive control algorithm can be applied in one-loop control systems with simple local technological objects, and can also serve as a basis for further research of control systems, which use harmonic signals to obtain more information about the control object, В работе представлен метод быстрой адаптивной настройки одноконтурных локальных систем автоматического управления со статическими объектами управления с использованием пробного гармонического сигнала. One of the latest trends in the global market is frozen products. Taking into account this factor, the paper deals with studying the food industry that will allow to determine the thermal and physical characteristicsof ingredients, recommended for using in the technologies of producing frozen minced-meat semi-finished products for maintaining the quality of products as a result of the negative influence of low temperatures during freezing. That is why, the purpose of the research was to determine the temperature ranges of ice formation and melting, as well as the frozen moisture content in solutions of food ingredients of polysaccharide nature at different concentrations. The paper shows that the cryoscopy studies were carried out using a low-temperature calorimeter, the method of which is based on measuring the amount of heat, released during free moisture crystallization in food raw materials. The developed construction method of the intact surface of surgical accesses and its visualization for the problems of planning stereotactic interventions on the human brain is described in the paper. This representation allows to combine the surgery risk estimates with the patient's skull geometry, thereby ensuring a reasonable choice of surgical access by surgeon-specialist.The method consists of the reconstruction of the object, on which the surgeryrisk data is further directly applied. A distinctive feature of the reconstruction method, described in the paper is that the construction of a geometric object is made based on surgical accesses. Also, due to using connectivity of vertices obtained during reconstruction, filtration of the resulting geometry without the need for additional transformations is possible.The research results can be used to create the neurosurgery planning system that will allow to reduce the mortality rate of the human brain surgeries., В статье описывается способ построения интактной поверхности хирургических доступов и её визуализация. Despite the long-term production of induction motors with short-circuited rotor, the technology of rotor casting with aluminum is still being improved and worked out. Information on the type of defect, its nature, location in the rod, as well as the frequency of occurrence is valuable when making adjustments to the casting process.The calculation model for the secondary electromagnetic field, caused by the change in the rotor rod parameters and the calculation model for the rotor rod electromagnetic field from the next rod influence are proposed in the paper. Such fields are usually analyzed by finding the vector magnetic potential values, which satisfy the Helmholtz and Laplace’s equations, taking into account boundary conditions. The ratios for determining normal and tangential components of the electromagnetic field strength were obtained in the paper. Their use allows estimating the rotor rod thinning extent, choosing the optimum sensor height, as well as taking into account the influence of the near-located rods on each other. The diagrams, confirming the correctness of the obtained design ratios are given in the paper., Предложена расчетная модель полей рассеяния дефектов, обусловленных стержнем короткозамкнутого ротора, а также учтено взаимное влияние соседних стержней. The study of foaming capacity and stability of the foam, based on egg-white in the presence of fat have shown that fat is the antifoaming agent and leads to the foam destruction. Experimental investigations of the egg-white effect on foaming capacity and foam stability in the presence of fat, surfactants (GMS, LACTEM, lecithin’s, DATEM, SSL) with different NLB values are presented in the paper. The influence regularities of the surfactant concentration on foaming capacity and foam stability of systems, based on egg-white in the presence of fat were first defined in the paper. It was established that the surfactant concentration determines foaming capacity and stability of egg-white based foam systems, containing a fatty phase. It was determined that nonionic surfactants with low HLB increase foaming capacity and foam stability. The optimal ratio GMS: white was defined, which is 1:12,5. Surfactants with low HLB and presence of charge, namely anionic, amphoteric, lead to desorption of whites from the interphase surface aqueous solution-air that does not allow to obtain the system with the high foaming capacity and foam stability. It was established that reasonable concentration of DATEM and SSL in respect to providing high foaming capacity and stability of foam white systems, containing fat is the concentration up to 0.2 %. The obtained results allow to improve the air-nut semi-finished product technology by increasing stability due to introducing a certain surfactant concentration that allows to manufacture these products using industrial methods in catering establishments and confectionery shops., В статье представлено экспериментальные данные влияния поверхностно-активных веществ с разной величиной гидрофильно-липофильного баланса на пенообразующую способность и стойкость пены яичного белка в присутствии жира. Полученные результаты позволили стабилизировать структуру воздушно-орехового полуфабриката и усовершенствовать технологию их производства., В статті представлено експериментальні дані щодо впливу поверхнево-активних речовин з різною величиною гідрофільно-ліпофільного балансу на піноутворюючу здатність та стійкість піни яєчного білка за присутності жиру. Обґрунтовано вибір поверхнево-активних речовин, що дозволяють стабілізувати піноподібні системи, що містять жир. Отримані закономірності дозволили стабілізувати структуру повітряно-горіхових напівфабрикатів та удосконалити технологію їх виробництва.

The scale of production of surfactants as one of the most popular products of petrochemical synthesis are determined by a number of factors, among which the availability of accessible and commercially attractive materials is the most important. For a long time, oleochemical and petrochemical products were used as raw materials, but today, because of the instability in the global market of raw materials, the issues of finding new and diversification of existing sources of raw materials become particularly relevant. One of such sources may become production and consumption waste, produced in large quantities in every country. It is globally recognized that resource-oriented consumption waste treatment can be a powerful source of secondary material-energy raw materials for many industries, including the petrochemical.In the paper, the possibility of using a narrow fraction of pyrolysis condensate that boils at a temperature above 350 °C and contains more than 50 % of aromatic hydrocarbons to synthesis anion-active surfactants was experimentally confirmed. Pyrolysis condensate is obtained during thermal processing of waste tires of vehicles which, at significant accumulation in the environment is an important factor of environmental hazards in all regions of Ukraine. For the synthesis of surfactants, technology of processing the mentioned fraction by sulfonation at 50–60 °C using SO3 as sulfonating agent and extraction of sulfonates by aqueous isopropanol solution is recommended. Composition and properties of the resulting product depend on the sulfonation conditions. All samples obtained are water-soluble.In order to confirm the practical significance of the results, the paper gives the results of using the synthesized product in compositions for cleaning oil-contaminated soils. The cleaning efficiency of soils is 85–90 %, which is not inferior to surfactants, based on traditional raw materials., Разработана технология синтеза анионактивных поверхностно-активных веществ методом сульфирования фракции пироконденсата с температурой кипения выше 350 °С и содержанием ароматических углеводородов > 50%, который получают (пироконденсат) в процессе термической переработки изношенных шин транспортных средств. The paper deals with solving environmental problems of soda producing enterprises. A promising direction is developing low-waste technologies, which consist in processing wastes with obtaining products that are in great demand. As a commercial product, it is proposed to obtain chemically precipitated calcium carbonate, which is widely used as a filler to create various composite materials.The most bulky waste of soda ash production using ammonia process is distiller slurry, which is formed in an amount of 8-10 m3 per 1 ton of product and contains calcium ions. According to the results of complex theoretical and experimental studies, it is found that the best way to produce synthetic calcium carbonate is its precipitation from distiller liquid (clarified part of distiller slurry) using carbonate ion-containing solutions. Excessive mother liquor of purified sodium bicarbonate production or sodium carbonate solution with a predetermined concentration can be used as precipitant.The paper presents the results of studies of the dependence of precipitation degree and basic physicochemical characteristics of calcium carbonate on the process parameters. Process conditions (temperature, reaction time, the ratio of reactants), which allow to obtain a product that meets modern requirements for filler, are defined., Рассмотрена экологическая проблема содового производства. Предложен способ утилизации дистиллерной жидкости производства кальцинированной соды путем получения товарного продукта – химически осажденного карбоната кальция. Представлены результаты экспериментальных исследований по влиянию условий проведения процесса на степень осаждения и качественные характеристики продукта. Установленные параметры позволяют получить синтетический карбонат кальция, отвечающий современным требованиям., Розглянуто екологічну проблему содового виробництва. Запропоновано спосіб утилізації дистилерної рідини виробництва кальцинованої соди шляхом одержання товарного продукту – хімічно осадженого карбонату кальцію. Представлено результати експериментальних досліджень щодо впливу умов проведення процесу на ступінь осадження та якісні характеристики продукту. Встановлені параметри дозволяють одержати синтетичний карбонат кальцію, що відповідає сучасним вимогам.

The paper deals with developing views on the humidity of food raw materials and products from them that allow to predict and scientifically justify functional and technological role of a particular component of food raw materials or product in terms of its interaction with water.It is noted that despite the variety of humidity research methods and plenty of information, obtained using them, the content of the concepts of “free” and “bound” water is not clear enough, their role in the material, absolute and relative content is not investigated fully and accurately. The aim of the research was to obtain new scientific data about the condition and structure of water in various food products and raw materials, depending on their processing technologies; define correlation between the results of studies of humidity in food raw materials and products, obtained by different thermodynamic and molecular-kinetic methods.Within the main concept of the paper, the notion of “system water” was introduced, and expediency of calculating molar concentrations for the food system components was justified. Using different thermodynamic and molecular-kinetic methods, system water of different food raw materials and products was investigated. The patterns of changes in the condition and structure of water in food raw materials and products, occurring in their processing were determined by compiling information on the water condition and structure during interaction with the components that make up food raw materials and products.It is noted that the research results and obtained patterns for the system water of food raw materials and products allow to visualize the processes of humidity change under different external factors., Введено понятие «системная вода» и обоснована целесообразность расчета мольных концентраций для составляющих пищевой системы. Cluster analysis is relevant and widely used in information systems, medicine, psychology, chemistry, biology, public administration, philology, marketing, sociology and other disciplines. However, the wide use causes coherence and unambiguity problems of the mathematical apparatus for cluster analysis. In particular, taking into account that clustering data can have different physical meaning and that the objects similarity criteria are not universal and can be defined for different applied problems in different ways, building alternative (to the already known) similarity coefficients, which meet the emerging needs for grouping objects of new applied problems is relevant. Therefore, the purpose of the paper is to improve the efficiency of solving the cluster analysis problems by developing general methods and algorithms for clustering objects based on the "angular" and ''length" metrics and binary relations. General method for clustering objects based on fuzzy binary relations is developed in the paper. Semimetrics, characterizing the proximity degree of vectors of object features by the "angular" and "length" similarity are determined. Clustering algorithms, based on grouping objects by the introduced angular and length semimetrics are built. Software implementation of this method has shown its effectiveness in solving various applied problems and ease of use., В работе представлено общий метод кластеризации объектов, использующий нечеткие бинарные отношения для определения меры близости векторов признаков объектов по «угловой» полуметрике и полуметрике длины. Данный метод реализован в виде трех алгоритмов. Программная реализация данного метода показала его эффективность при решении различных прикладных задач и простоту в применении., В роботі представлено загальний метод кластеризації об’єктів, що використовує нечіткі бінарні відношення для визначення міри близькості векторів ознак об’єктів за «кутовою» та «довжинною» напівметриками. Даний метод реалізований у вигляді трьох алгоритмів. Програмна реалізація даного методу показала його ефективність при розв’язанні різних прикладних задач та простоту в застосуванні.

The paper presents the problem of determining the optimal vol­ume of ordering goods with the deferred delivery cost payment taking into account input control errors, the time factor when making finan­cial calculations and inflation. Solving this task is difficult non-trivial process that requires applying evolutionary optimization methods that do not depend on the choice of the starting point and do not need ad­ditional constrains on the objective function characteristics.The most efficient way to find the optimum of constrained problems using evolutionary algorithms is applying adaptive and problem-oriented penalty functions. However, the main problem that accompanies their use is the solution quality sensitivity to the choice of the individual parameters of penalty elements, calculation methods of which are not always known.The paper proposes using fuzzy penalty functions, the main idea of which is to replace the constraints as inequalities by a set of fuzzy vari­ables. The algorithm for implementing the method in full search space of possible solutions was explored. The aspects of software implemen­tation of the technology were examined. The experimental verification of the method was performed, and the results of a comparative analysis of the dynamic and adaptive penalty functions were given., В статье предложен метод штрафных функций, предназначенный для использования с эволюционными алгоритмами, который базируется на нечеткой логике. Виконано експериментальну верифікацію методу та наведено результати порівняльного аналізу з динамічними та адаптивними штрафними функціями.

The process of uncertified fuel combustion with a variable calorific value of gas at a petroleum refinery for generating steam is considered in the paper. The main purpose of the paper is to develop a mathematical model of three steam boilers, working for one steam pipe, for combustion of gas fuels of varying composition. Effective combustion of the uncertified fuel will allow reducing not only СО2 emissions to the environment, but also reducing the consumption of natural gas. In the proposed model, the incremental equations were considered to linearize them. The given mathematical model allows obtaining a predetermined steam rate for the gases under consideration. This model is applicable to gas fuel with a variable calorific value in a petroleum refinery. The next step for solving the problem is to automate the process of boiler control., Анализируя газы, которые поступают из газовых коллекторов на нефтеперерабатывающем заводе, была предложена математическую модель сжигания этих газов. This paper deals with the challenges related to self-management and evolution of massive knowledge collections. We can assume that a self-managed knowledge graph needs a kind of a hybrid of: an explicit declarative self-knowledge (as knowledge about own properties and capabilities) and an explicit procedural self-knowledge (as knowledge on how to utilize own properties and the capabilities for the self-management).We offer an extension to a traditional RDF model of describing knowledge graphs according to the Semantic Web standards so that it will also allow to a knowledge entity to autonomously perform or query from remote services different computational executions needed. We also introduce the concepts of executable knowledge and knowledge computing on the basis of adding an executable property to traditionally used (datatype and object) properties within the RDF model. The knowledge represented with such an extended model we call as an executable knowledge, or the one which contains explicit (executable) instructions on how to manage itself. The appropriate process of the executable knowledge (self-)management we call as a Knowledge Computing. Unlike the knowledge answering machines, where computations over knowledge are used just for addressing a user query, the knowledge computing in addition provides computations for various self-management purposes. The paper also presents some pilot (proof-of-concept) implementation of the executable knowledge as a plug-in to Protégé ontology development environment., Статья посвящена задачам, связанным с самоуправляемыми и эволюционирующими массивами знаний. The problems of decision-making under uncertainty are considered in the paper. Uncertainties are an integral part of decision-making processes in almost all organizational and technical systems. It is the practice to divide decision-making problems into well-structured, semi-structured and unstructured ones. The latter are the subject of the study in this paper. The methodology of a verbal decision analysis is regarded as the basis for unstructured decision-making problems.In combination with the known scientific approach in the decision theory MAUT (Multi-Attribute Utility Theory), the basis for implementing the verbal approach to decision-making serves the construction of a utility function, being axiomatically justified and providing a decision rule for any hypothetical alternatives.For decision-making, the mixed fuzzy evaluation method, which allows in contrast to the known methods avoiding a time-consuming procedure of pair-wise comparison of alternatives, is proposed in the paper. Since the method is based on a verbal analysis, it allows "communicating" in a natural language with an intelligent decision-making support system., Для принятия решений предложен метод смешанных нечетких оценок, позволяющая в отличие от известных методов избежать трудоемкой процедуры попарного сравнения альтернатив. В основе метода лежит вербальный анализ, позволяющий на естественном языке «общаться» с интеллектуальной СППР. Предложенный метод существенно снижает трудоемкость процедуры определения для ЛПР потенциально лучшей альтернативы., Для прийняття рішень запропоновано метод змішаних нечітких оцінок, що дозволяє на відміну від відомих методів уникнути трудомісткої процедури попарного порівняння альтернатив. В основі методу лежить вербальний аналіз, що дозволяє на природній мові «спілкуватися» з інтелектуальною СППР. Запропонований метод істотно знижує трудомісткість процедури визначення для ЛПР потенційно кращої альтернативи.

In order to ensure accuracy of depth measurements on small hydrographic ships in the paper an analysis of errors in depth measurements, taken with a one-beam echosounder under ship rolling and pitching is made, along with the comparison of methods used to decrease the impact of pitching and rolling on the accuracy of those measurements. Data obtained as a result of the analysis made indicate that depth measurement error induced by ship pitching and rolling depending on pitch and roll angles can take on a value up to 3,1% on a flat bottom; in order to ensure that error value is acceptable for precise measurements, the magnitude of pitching and rolling angles should be less than 2°. On a basis of the comparison of three basic methods used to decrease impact of pitching and rolling on depth measurements (i.e. using of ship stabilizers, gyrostabilization of echo sounder measurement head and electronic stabilization of an acoustic beam) it’s evident, that in the view of cost-effectiveness and acoustic noise reduction, use of a gyrostabilized echo sounder measurement head is optimal for small hydrographic ships. In the paper author proposes the scheme of mounting of such a head on the ship, and also recommends the method for gyrostabilizer synthesis., В работе выполнен анализ погрешности измерения глубины с помощью однолучевого эхолота в условиях качки и проведено сравнение методик уменьшения влияния качки на точность измерений глубины. Автором предложено на малых гидрографических судах использовать гиростабилизацию измерительной головки, приведено конструктивное решение ее установки на судне и рекомендована методика синтеза гиростабилизатора., В роботі виконано аналіз похибки вимірювання глибини за допомогою однопроменевого ехолота в умовах хитавиці та проведено порівняння методик зменшення впливу хитавиці на точність вимірювань глибини. Автором запропоновано на малих гідрографічних суднах застосовувати гідростабілізацію вимірювальної головки, наведено конструктивне рішення встановлення її на судні та рекомендовано методику синтезу гіростабілізатора.

Research of preventive maintenance effect on reliability of fault-tolerant uninterruptible power supply is important in determination of the requirements for maintenance. In this paper the objects under consideration are two variants of the fault-tolerant system for uninterruptible power supply with (N+M) and 2×(N+M) redundant configurations, which are provided by preventive maintenance. There are given reliability models for both configurations of faulttolerant system for uninterruptible power supplies, which allows investigating the dependence of their reliability on the frequency of preventive maintenance, in this paper. Reliability models for fault-tolerant systems are formed as graphs of states and transitions. Determination of the reliability parameters is associated with the solution of system of Kolmogorov Chapman differential equations, formed according to the developed graphs. These models are useful both at the design stage (to determine the structure of the fault-tolerant system) and during operation (to determine the requirements for maintenance) of uninterruptible power supply, designed as a fault-tolerant system., Объектами рассмотрения в статье являются две модификации отказоустойчивой системы для источников бесперебойного электропитания с конфигурациями (N+M) и 2×(N+M), для которых предусмотрено профилактическое техническое обслуживание. Представлены надежностные модели для обеих конфигураций отказоустойчивых систем источников бесперебойного электропитания, которые позволяют исследовать зависимость их надежности от периодичности профилактического технического обслуживания., Об’єктами розгляду в статті є дві модифікації відмовостійкої системи для джерел безперебійного електроживлення з конфігураціями (N+M) та 2×(N+M), для яких передбачено профілактичне технічне обслуговування. Подані надійнісні моделі для обох конфігурацій відмовостійких систем джерел безперебійного електроживлення, які дозволяють дослідити залежність їх надійності від періодичності профілактичного технічного обслуговування.

The paper deals with determining the stabilization characteristics of spray and niche-type burner units of using various gas feed schemes. Implementation and operational experience has shown the effectiveness of the spray and niche technology and is suggesting it as universal one. Today many fire engineering facilities, which consume natural gas, have been modernized based on SNT. Power engineering, metallurgy and food industry facilities are equipped with the new technology. Boilers yielded savings of boilers 5 to 15%, and in metallurgy they were up to 50%. Today, an important issue linked to low-cost modernization is identifying the possibilities of increasing the capacity of individual burner units, whilst retaining the main advantages of the spray and niche technology. The research considers the regularities of hydrodynamics and mass exchange in the spray and niche system with several rows of gas supply orifices. The largest diameter was in the first air flow row for organizing efficient fuel distribution in terms of oxidant volume. The relative spacing between orifices was the same in all rows. The paper gives the profiles of turbulence intensity and the line axial velocity components for the three gas supply schemes. Also, the paper gives the results of numerical analysis of mass exchange between the main flow and the backflow zone in a niche for all gas distribution schemes. The gas pressure differential in the SNT air path was defined for all gas feed options considered. Conclusions were made based on research results., Получены результаты экспериментальных исследований рабочего процесса струйно-нишевых систем (СНС) при раздаче топлива в поток окислителя однорядной системой перпендикулярних круглых струй в изотермических условиях. Проведены расчеты массообменных характеристик струйно-нишевых систем раздачей топлива одним и более рядами топливных отверстий., Отримані результати експериментальних досліджень робочого процесу струменево-нішевих систем (СНС) при роздачі палива в потік окисника однорядною системою перпендикулярних круглих струменів в ізотермічних умовах. Проведені числові розрахунки масообмінних характеристик струменево-нішових систем з роздачею палива через один та більше рядів отворів.

Deterministic methods of the attitude determination allow to determine the angular position of the aircraft based on the information on several reference directions, existing in space. The parameters, used for the attitude description in such methods are the attitude matrix, quaternion, Rodrigo-Hamilton parameters. However, in practice it is convenient to use Euler angles, which have a simple geometrical interpretation. The method, proposed in the paper allows to determine not the entire attitude matrix, but only its necessary part, on the basis of the accepted sequence of turns. The matrix, which is calculated on the basis of vectors in the coordinate reference system and is used for the calculation of the attitude angles during the certain time, can be considered invariable that allows to simplify calculations. Also, the paper proposes to apply the orthogonalization to the direct solution of the system of equations, which connects vectors of reference directions in two coordinate systems. The proposed methods are simple in implementation, but less accurate than existing methods, using the least squares criterion during the determination of attitude parameters. The indications of the measuring instrument with the lowest accuracy have the greatest influence on the accuracy of the obtained estimates, В статье предложен метод определения отдельных элементов матрицы ориентации, которые необходимы для получения углов ориентации, а также применение процедуры ортогонализации к решению матричного метода оценивания ориентации.
