Based on monthly economic data spanning from January 2015 to December 2022, we have established an analytical framework to examine the "Russia-Ukraine conflict-financial market pressure and energy market-China carbon emission trading prices." To achieve this objective, we developed indices for financial system pressure, the energy market, and investor sentiment, applying a mediation effects model to validate their transmission mechanisms. Subsequently, the TVP-SV-VAR model was employed to scrutinize the nonlinear impact of the Russia-Ukraine conflict on the valuation of China's carbon emission trading rights. This model integrates time-varying parameters (TVP) and stochastic volatility (SV), utilizing Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) technology for parameter estimation. Finally, various wavelet analysis techniques, including continuous wavelet transform, cross-wavelet transform, and wavelet coherence spectrum, were applied to decompose time series data into distinct time-frequency scales, facilitating an analysis of the lead-lag relationships within each time series. In order to promote the sustainable economic development, it is critical employ the digital economy to solve the mismatch dilemma of land and marine factors in coastal areas. It analyzed the influencing mechanisms between the digital economy, land and labor factor mismatch and coastal economic sustainable development using network development and new economic growth theories. The intermediary and regulating effect models were used for empirical tests using panel data from 11 Chinese coastal provinces (city or district) between 2009 and 2018. Results found that: (1) Digital economy promoted the sustainable development of land and marine binary economies in coastal areas; (2) Digital economy improved the factor mismatch of land and marine binary economies, which further affected the sustainable economic development; (3) Market integration is conducive to alleviating land and marine factor mismatch and strengthening the optimization effect of the digital economy on the factor mismatch. The legal status of marine fishery resources is analyzed from a spatial perspective: States have the right for their nationals to engage in fishing activities in the corresponding maritime areas based on the sovereignty, sovereign rights, the principle of freedom of the high seas as well as the principle of the common heritage of mankind of the Area under the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). Meanwhile, the legal status of marine fishery resources is analyzed from two aspects in terms of contents: the legal regime of exploitation and utilization of marine fishery resources and the legal regime of conservation and management of marine fishery resources. The transformation of marine fishery resources from natural resources to individual catches involves the regime of ownership. Social and organizational innovations are one of the most effective ways to gain social collaboration for effective, rapid, and coordinated interventions. An analysis of the relationship among organizational performance (OP), social innovations (SI) and organizational innovation (OI) in social organizations (SOs) is little discussed in the literature and much less with main component analysis. This paper is an effort to provide some empirical evidences about social and organizational innovations that social organizations in China have implemented to address the social issues of the society. A survey of Chinese SO's is conducted during beginning two months of 2022 in provinces of Jiangsu, Guangdong and Zhejiang to attain the statistics and assessing the insights of the executives of the SOs participating in this study with respect to organizational performance, social and organizational innovations. The technique used to select the sample is a non-probabilistic sampling and multiple linear regression model is applied to determine the partial impact of organizational innovations and social innovations on the organizational performance. The grouping of the variables is carried out through main components analysis. The empirical findings of the study highlight that Chinese SOs are innovative because they adopt management strategies to address the social issues associated with their institutional mission. There are four groups of derived components from organizational and social innovations based on the empirical evidence: SO's innovative activities to modify the environment; inside innovative measures to enhance SO's performance; innovative activities of SO's to enhance their relationships with outside actors; innovative measures to improve the management of SOs related to their mission and institutional projects. The findings of this study offer an efficient solution to government and policy makers for involving SOs in terms of planning of social development in China. Regionally coordinated green development has been widely documented in China. However, most previous studies have investigated it from the perspective of linearity, while the spatial correlation of green development is nonlinear. Based on 48 cities in Bohai Rim, this study used a social network analysis to measure the spatial network, with an emphasis on the internal structure of regional green development, and analyzed the driving factors of regionally coordinated green development from the perspective of nonlinearity. We found that large cities have formed a "siphon effect" and that the polarization of eco-efficiency has become increasingly serious. There are limited connections, some of which are redundant, in the spatial network of green development, while the stability of the network is strong. Additionally, reducing the differences in environmental regulation approaches among cities can have a positive impact on the spatial correlation and spillover effect of green development, thereby promoting regionally coordinated green development among cities in the Bohai Rim.
