Abstract: Thyroid sarcoidosis is a rare manifestation of sarcoidosis, an inflammatory disease characterized by the formation of noncaseating granulomas in various organs. The diagnosis of thyroid sarcoidosis is challenging because of its nonspecific symptoms and the absence of specific biomarkers. Here, we report the case of a 43-year-old woman who presented with a 2-year history of neck swelling, dysphonia, and dysphagia, and suspected nodule in her left thyroid., Competing Interests: Conflicts of interest and sources of funding: none declared., (Copyright © 2023 Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc.
