Breast cancer (BC) is the most commonly diagnosed cancer and the predominant cause of death in women. BC is a complex disorder, and the exploration of several types of BC omic data, highlighting genes, perturbations, signaling and cellular mechanisms, is needed. We collected mutational data from 9,555 BC samples using cBioPortal. We classified 1174 BC genes (mutated ≥ 40 samples) into five tiers (BCtier_I-V) and subjected them to pathway and protein‒protein network analyses using EnrichR and STRING 11, respectively. BCtier_I possesses 12 BC genes with mutational frequencies > 5%, with only 5 genes possessing > 10% frequencies, namely, PIK3CA (35.7%), TP53 (34.3%), GATA3 (11.5%), CDH1 (11.4%) and MUC16 (11%), and the next seven BC genes are KMT2C (8.8%), TTN (8%), MAP3K1 (8%), SYNE1 (7.2%), AHNAK2 (7%), USH2A (5.5%), and RYR2 (5.4%). Our pathway analyses revealed that the five top BC pathways were the PI3K-AKT, TP53, NOTCH, HIPPO, and RAS pathways. We found that BC panels share only seven genes. The pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has affected millions of people and claimed thousands of lives. Starting in China, it is arguably the most precipitous global health calamity of modern times. The entire world has rocked back to fight against the disease and the COVID-19 vaccine is the prime weapon. Even though the conventional vaccine development pipeline usually takes more than a decade, the escalating daily death rates due to COVID-19 infections have resulted in the development of fast-track strategies to bring in the vaccine under a year's time. Governments, companies, and universities have networked to pool resources and have come up with a number of vaccine candidates. Also, international consortia have emerged to address the distribution of successful candidates. Background: Yoga is known to contribute towards cardiovascular health. This paper describes the development of a need-based yoga program which is suitable to be integrated into the cardiac rehabilitation of post-myocardial infarction patients with left ventricular dysfunction., Materials and Methods: Based on the assessment of the need of the patients, literature review, and expert opinion, a yoga module was developed using the qualitative method of inquiry. The program included warm-up exercises, yogic asanas, pranayama, meditation and counseling sessions. A structured questionnaire eliciting comments on the contents was given independently to ten experts working in the field of health and yoga for validation. The final module was derived after incorporating the suggestions of the experts., Results: Using the raters' expertise in cardiology and yoga practice, the practices which constitute the module were optimized. Majority of the experts (raters) agreed with the duration of 1 h training for 1month under supervision as adequate for subsequent practice at home. There was a 0.786 inter-rater reliability estimated using the interclass coefficient (ICC) and 0.789 internal consistency of the questions, measured using Cronbach's alpha. Both values indicate "good" reliability and consistency of the yoga module., Conclusion: The developed yoga module was found to be acceptable. Future randomized control trials will be necessary to validate the effectiveness of this module and if the module demonstrates to be effective by clinical studies, it may add a therapeutic option in the rehabilitation of patients with heart failure following myocardial infarction, which can be applied in the hospitals and community level., (Copyright © 2018 Elsevier Ltd.
