The sulfur dioxide blower is a centrifugal blower that transports various gases in the process of acid production with flue gas. Accurate prediction of the outlet pressure of the sulfur dioxide blower is quite significant for the process of acid production with flue gas. Due to the internal structure of the sulfur dioxide blower being complex, its mechanism model is difficult to establish. A novel method combining one-dimensional convolution (Conv1D) and bidirectional gated recurrent unit (BiGRU) is proposed for short-term prediction of the outlet pressure of sulfur dioxide blower. Considering the external factors such as inlet pressure and inlet flow rate of the blower, the proposed method first uses Conv1D to extract periodic and local correlation features of these external factors and the blower's outlet pressure data. Then, BiGRU is used to overcome the complexity and nonlinearity in prediction. More importantly, genetic algorithm (GA) is used to optimize the important hyperparameters of the model. Experimental results show that the combined model of Conv1D and BiGRU optimized by GA can predict the outlet pressure of sulfur dioxide blower accurately in the short term, in which the root mean square error (RMSE) is 0.504, the mean absolute error (MAE) is 0.406, and R-square ( R 2 ) is 0.993. Spin-polarized charge endows conventional lasers with not only new functionalities but also reduced lasing thresholds thanks to the lifting of spin degeneracy. II-VI and III-V semiconductors have been extensively investigated as spin laser gain mediums; however, the degree of polarization is limited by the light hole and heavy hole degeneracy. Herein, we evaluate the potential of CsPbBr 3 nanocrystals─ones that are featured with low band-edge degeneracy and therefore a high degree of polarization as a result of inverted band structure and large spin-orbit coupling─as a gain medium for spin lasers. Our experiment and numerical modeling results reveal that, within the spin relaxation lifetime, the optical gain threshold can be depressed by polarizing the charge using circularly polarized photoexcitation. However, prolonging the spin relaxation lifetime is required to realize a spin laser.

Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of the pieces of honey-fried Radix Glycyrrhizae., Method: Using the reverse-performance liquid chromatography, method was performed on a Hyperclone ODS C18 column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 microm) and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid was selected as mobile phase gradient elution were adopted., Result: Established HPLC fingerprint of Radix et Rhizoma glycyrrhizae pieces were established, and the results of methodological study met the technical requirements for fingerprinting., Conclusion: The HPLC method is stable, accurate, and reliable to provide a scientific basis of quality control standard for the honey-fried Radix et Rhizoma glycyrrhizae.

Objective: To investigate the isoflavones from the vines of Pueraria lobata., Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography over silica gel and RP-C18, and purified by Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative TLC. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data., Result: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as: 3'-methoxydaidzein (1), formononetin (2), genistein (3), daidzein (4), daidzin (5), genistin (6), ononin (7), 5-hydroxyl ononin (8), calycosin (9), 6"-O-acetyl genistein (10), 6"-O-acetyl daidzin (11), puerarin (12)., Conclusion: For the first time, compounds 9-11 were isolated from the genus Pueraria plant, and compounds 1, 3, 6-8 were obtained from the vines of this plant.

Objective: To observe the effect of matrine on P170 expressed by multi-drug resistance gene, lung resistant protein (LRP), and boposomeras II., Methods: By the method of less dosage of chemotherapy PFC, the mouse model of multi-drug resistance of S180 tumour cell was set up. At the same time, matrine was administered to the mouse model for 4 weeks, and then P170 LRP, TOPO II were observed by flow cytometry., Results: Martine can obviously reduce the express of P170, LRP and the activity of TOPO II in multi-drug resistance tumour cell induced by chemotherapy., Conclusion: Matrine can intervene the occurrence of the multi-drug resitance of tumor cells induced by chemotherapy.

Objective: To compare the efficiency of montmorillonite (Mengtuoshi) and Smecta., Methods: The effects on the dysentery mice induced by MgSO4, rhubarb powder and castor oil, were observed by given respectively 15.6%, 31.2% Mengtuoshi and 31.2% Smecta. And the effects on the over-contracted rabbit intestines were also observed., Results: Both Mengtuoshi and Smecta could relieve the over pushing speeding of stomach and intestine, and reduce the times of dysentery., Conclusion: The anti-dysentery effect of Mengtuoshi was similar to Smecta from France and may be used as good anti-dysentery drug.
