Abstract

Results indicate that it is possible to change the ground-state energy level of InAs quantum dot systems from 1070 to 700 nanometer by changing the aluminum composition in the matrix.

Abstract

The various effects of supercritical carbon dioxide decaffeination on the volatile components and aroma-active compounds of green teas are analyzed. Decaffeination of these teas leads to a decrease in the aroma-active compounds and nonpolar components of the tea.
