The ARCH, as well as the GARCH models are employed to determine the investment risk and volatility properties associated with the house prices in the UK. The UK housing markets are shown to be relatively stable, as it does not demonstrate too many switches.

Abstract

A very large scale integration-oriented fast Fourier transform (FFT) algorithm eliminates the complex multiplier between the two pipeline stages of the FFT processor and decreases the number of twiddle factors to a minimum level. The algorithm allows the integration of the FFT processors at the pipelines onto one chip. The algorithm increases the effectiveness of the pipelined FFT processor.
