Abstract

The correlation between the human proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) and LDLR degradation is discussed. The analysis reveals that a mixture of PCSK9 monomers, dimers and trimers exhibit better LDLR-degrading activity than a single monomer.
