The Central Davis Sewer District (CDSD) in Kaysville, near Lake City-has a 9.9 MGD wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) with actual flows closer to 5.5 MGD uses oxidation ditch aerobic treatment and trickling filters with anaerobic digestion. Waste water treatment plant (WWTP) overseen by the officials of the governing believes they were there first and neighbors who move in should tolerate odors because they knew the plant was there when they built or purchased their homes.
