Abstract

Efficient multiphase green phosphors based on strontium thiogallate are prepared by solid state reaction with carbon as a reduction atmosphere. The study has shown that the multiphase green phosphor based on strontium thiogallate can be used for solid state lighting and display devices with higher intensity and better chromaticity coordinates in comparison with the known commercial phosphors.
