Abstract

The magnetic tweezers were used to measure the bond lifetime-force behavior of the interaction between immunoglobulin G (IgG) and proteinA. The strong and weak bonds generated during the interaction of protein A and heavy chain variable domain of IgG can be detected accurately by this method.
