This article discusses the use of hypertext in political sciences to create new computer programs for facilitating new understandings and creative new discourses. The hypertextual approach to the conceptual basis of political theory is done by: using political science dictionaries to select the concepts most frequently used; linking them to bibliographic and textual sources for analysis; and placing each concept in a matrix of consistent relationships in order to develop multi-dimensional links.
