Integrating behavioral health into primary care can improve access to behavioral health and patient health outcomes. We used 2017-2021 American Board of Family Medicine continuing certificate examination registration questionnaire responses to determine the characteristics of family physicians who work collaboratively with behavioral health professionals. With a 100% response rate, 38.8% of 25,222 family physicians reported working collaboratively with behavioral health professionals, with those working in independently owned practices and in the South having substantially lower rates. Future research exploring these differences could help develop strategies to support family physicians implement integrated behavioral health to improve care for patients in these communities. Freshwater biodiversity is declining from impacts associated with anthropogenic stressors. Here, we use carbon ([[delta].sup.13]C) and nitrogen ([[delta].sup.15]N) stable isotopes to assess food web effects following a coal mine spill that displaced biota and altered biophysical stream characteristics. We compared isotopic niche metrics of benthic macroinvertebrates and the fish community, including non-native brook trout (Salvelinus fontinalis) and endangered Athabasca rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), to infer spatial differences in site-specific resource use along a habitat disturbance gradient. Predatory benthic macroinvertebrate trophic position was elevated where impacts from the spill were most pronounced. Autochthonous carbon contribution to consumer diets was lowest in biota sampled at the most highly impacted site from the mine spill, leading to an unexpected expansion of the isotopic niche size of rainbow trout and the aquatic invertebrate community. Collectively, our results suggest variation in trophic resource assimilation across multiple levels of the food web, fueled by the allochthonous energy pathway in highly impacted study sites. We conclude this reflects a biotic response to altered basal aquatic resources following a major industrial disturbance. Nous utilisons les isotopes stables du carbone ([[delta].sup.13]C) et de l'azote ([[delta].sup.15]N) pour evaluer les effets sur les reseaux trophiques a la suite d'un deversement issu d'une mine de charbon qui a deplace des organismes et modifie les caracteristiques biophysiques de cours d'eau. Nous comparons des parametres de la niche isotopique de macroinvertebres benthiques et la communaute de poissons, dont l'omble de fontaine (Salvelinus fontinalis), non indigene, et la truite arc-en-ciel (Oncorhynchus mykiss) de l'Athabasca, une espece menacee, afin d'inferer les variations spatiales d'utilisation des ressources dans differents sites le long d'un gradient de perturbation de l'habitat. La position trophique de macroinvertebres benthiques predateurs est rehaussee la ou les impacts du deversement sont les plus prononces. La contribution du carbone autochtone aux regimes alimentaires de consommateurs est la plus faible chez les organismes preleves du site ayant subi les plus grands impacts du deversement minier, menant a une expansion inattendue de la taille de la niche isotopique de la truite arc-en-ciel et de la communaute d'invertebres aquatiques. Collectivement, nos resultats indiqueraient la presence de variations de l'assimilation des ressources trophiques a differents niveaux du reseau trophique, mues par la voie energetique allochtone dans les sites de l'etude ou les impacts sont grands. Nous concluons que cela reflete une reaction biotique a la modification des ressources aquatiques basales dans la foulee d'une importante perturbation d'origine industrielle. Compounds of the generic formula [PhPL][[OTf].sub.2] with L = bipyridine (bipy) and 4,4'-di(tert-butyl)-2,2'-bipyridine (Bbipy) and [[PhPL.sub.2]][[OTf].sub.2] with L = 4-dimethylaminopyridine (dmap), tricyclohexyl-thiophosphine, and tricyclohexyl-selenophosphine have been prepared by the reaction of dichlorophenylphosphine with two equivalents of trimethylsilyl triflate and the respective ligand. The new complexes of the phenylphosphine dication with this variety of ligands expands the scope of coordination complexes involving phosphorus as an acceptor. In a 10-year review of the utilization of continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH) for the treatment of neonatal hyperammonemia, 14 patients were identified with hyperammonemia due to either a urea cycle defect or an organic acidemia. Intensive care survival was 64%. The pretreatment level of serum ammonia and the rapidity of ammonia clearance did not differ between survivors and non-survivors (p=0.16 and p=0.93, respectively). Likewise, the duration of CVVH therapy did not differ between survivors and non-survivors (p=0.1). Indicators of pretreatment physiological stress showed either a correlation with non-survival [Pediatric Risk of Mortality (PRISM) score, p=0.006, cardioactive drug requirement, p=0.003], or demonstrated a trend to such a correlation (serum lactate, p=0.06). Complications associated with the CVVH technique were infrequent. Hypotension was seen in seven patients, but in only one patient did it arise de novo following the initiation of CVVH. In conclusion, neither the severity of the hyperammonemic state nor the efficacy of ammonia removal correlated with patient outcome. The pre-CVVH PRISM score and requirement for cardio-active medication were significantly greater in those patients who did not survive their acute illness. The pre-CVVH physiological condition of the neonates in this cohort was the main determinant of outcome. Convergence across the San Andreas fault (SAF) system is partitioned between strike-slip motion on the vertical SAF and oblique-slip motion on parallel dip-slip faults, as illustrated by the recent magnitude [M.sub.s] = 6.7 Coalinga, and [M.sub.s] = 7.1 Loma Prieta earthquakes. If the partitioning of slip minimizes the work done against friction, the direction of slip during these recent earthquakes depends primarily on fault dip and indicates that the normal stress coefficient (μ) vary among the faults.
