Objective: This research was conducted to determine students' opinions about taking the mental health and disease nursing course through distance education.Methods: The research, designed as a descriptive quantitative study, and conducted with students (n=243) taking the Mental Health and Disease Nursing course at the Nursing Department of a state university in Ankara. "Participant Information Form", " Assessment Form for Mental Health and Diseases Nursing Course Distance Education," created by the researchers, and the "Opinions About Distance Education Scale" were used to collect the data. In data analysis, content analysis was performed for open-ended questions, and the data were presented under themes, sub-themes, and categories. Number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, median, minimum, and maximum values were given for the scale scores.Results: The views of students on distance education were conceptualized under four themes: "Views on distance education", "Effectiveness of teaching methods used", ''Effectiveness of methods used in the practice skill courses, ''Preparedness for provide nursing care to patients followed up with a psychiatric diagnosis.' The total mean score of the participants for the opinions about the distance education scale was determined as 2.91±0.48.Conclusion: The students evaluated the education provided through distance education as moderately sufficient. The teaching methods used in the mental health and diseases nursing course taken through distance education and ensuring permanence through repeated access to courses were stated as positive aspects in theoretical terms, significant deficiencies were expressed in terms of contacting patients in the clinical environment and gaining professional roles.

Salgın hastalıkların tarihi insanlık tarihi kadar eskidir. İnsan var olduğu günden beri hastalıklar da var olmuş, bunların bazıları salgın hâline gelip, kıtalara hatta tüm dünyaya yayılarak pandemiye dönüşmüş ve milyonlarca insanın ölümüne yol açmıştır. Hastalıklar insanları sadece bedenen etkilemekle kalmayıp, günümüzde de deneyimlendiği üzere salgın hâline dönüştüklerinde ülke politikalarına, günlük hayata, eğitime, ekonomiye, insanlar arası ve hatta devletlerarası ilişkilere yön vermişlerdir. Pandemilerin tıbbın dışında tarihi, sosyolojik, psikolojik, ekonomik, eğitsel, siyasi vb. pek çok boyutu vardır. Ülkemiz de dünyada meydana gelen pandemilerin birçoğundan etkilenmiştir. Mevcut çalışmalara bakıldığında pandemilerin genellikle tıp tarihi açısından köken ve niceliksel olarak ele alındıkları, tarihsel bağlamda ele alınanların ise az ve sınırlı oldukları görülmüştür. Bu doğrultuda üzerinde yeterince durulmayan salgınlardan birisi de 1968 A(H3N2) Hong Kong Gribi pandemisidir. Salgın, dönemin basını tarafından yakından takip edilmiş ve Türkiye’deki serüvenine ışık tutulmuştur. Çalışmada 1968 Hong Kong Gribi pandemisinin genel seyri ve ülkemizdeki gelişimi tarihsel bağlamda ele alınmıştır. Pandemi dönemlerinin hemen hemen hepsinde benzer olayların yaşanması, benzer söylemlerin sarf edilmesi ve benzer kaosların yaşanmasından dolayı 1968 pandemisinin ortaya çıkışı, Türkiye’deki yayılımı, pandemi politikaları, kampanyalar, basında yer alan haberler, toplumsal hayat, eğitim vb. alanlara yansımaları ortaya konulmuş, karşılaştırmalar yapılıp, bundan sonraki benzer gelişmeler için yol gösterici çıkarımlar elde edilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Introduction: This study aimed to examine the patients who were consulted to psychiatry while receiving inpatient treatment due to COVID-19 infection based on sociodemographic data, medical history, diagnoses and treatments.Methods: This is a retrospective study in which the consultations were retrospectively reviewed using information obtained from electronic medical records. The consultant psychiatrists created a structured data collection form to evaluate the clinical and demographic features of the patients.Results: Ninety-nine of the psychiatry consultation results of patients were evaluated. The mean age of patients was 64.48 ± 18.82. The most common medical diagnoses are hypertension (n=32, 32.3%) and heart disease (n=21, 21.1%). The most common reason for consultation was agitation (n=27, 27.2%), and the most common diagnosis was delirium (n=25, 25.2%) and anxiety disorders (n=23, 23.2%). Increasing age, presence of hypertension and diabetes mellitus, and oxygen inhalation therapy were factors affecting the diagnosis of delirium. In contrast, the presence of heart disease or diabetes mellitus increased the risk of anxiety disorder, and antipsychotic use decreased this risk.Conclusion: It has been revealed that inpatients with COVID-19 were at risk of psychiatric disorders, especially delirium and anxiety disorders. Psychiatric conditions may notably influence the prognosis and treatment of COVID-19.

Bu araştırmada Covid-19 pandemi sürecinde okul öncesi dönem çocuğu olan ailelerin uzaktan eğitime yönelik görüşlerinin ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma deseninden durum çalışması kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2020- 2021 yılında aynı devlet kurumunda okul öncesi eğitim alan ve uzaktan eğitime devam eden çocuğa sahip, Gaziantep’te yaşayan, on beş anne oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada annelerin uzaktan eğitime yönelik görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla yarı yapılandırılmış sorulardan oluşan bir görüşme formu hazırlanmış, annelere dokuz adet görüşme sorusu yöneltilmiş ve veriler online ortamda görüşmeler yapılarak toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler, içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Analiz sürecinde; kategori ve kodlar oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın doğrulanabilirliğini sağlamak amacıyla veriler araştırmacılar tarafından ayrı ayrı kodlanmış ve kodlayıcılar arası uyuşma katsayısı .73 olarak belirlenmiştir. Uzaktan eğitimin çocuğa katkısı incelendiğinde ebeveynlerin çoğunluğu okulda yaptırılan etkinliklerin uzaktan eğitimde de devamlılığının sağlanmasının çocuklarının gelişimine katkı sağladığını, çocukların arkadaşları ve öğretmenleriyle ilişkilerinin devam etmesine bağlı olarak sosyal ilişkilerinin de geliştiğini ifade etmişlerdir. Sonuç olarak okul öncesi dönemde çocuğu olan veliler ile yapılan bu araştırma, çevrimiçi olarak çocukların öğretmenlerini ve arkadaşlarını görmelerinin, etkinlikler yapmalarının çocuklar üzerinde olumlu etkisi olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu açıdan çevrimiçi olarak yürütülen eğitimlerin okul öncesi dönemde uygulanmasının önemli olduğu ifade edilebilir. Her ne kadar veliler açısından bazı zorlukların olduğu görülse de, bu eğitimin çocuk açısından faydalı olduğu söylenebilmektedir.

Objective: The present study aimed to evaluate the knowledge level of health personnel working in pre-hospital emergency health services in the Konya province regarding the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during the pandemic. Material and Methods: A total of 410 health personnel working in emergency health services in the Konya province were included in the study. The data were collected through a questionnaire developed by the researcher inquiring about the demographic data, whether they contracted (COVID-19), knowledge about COVID-19, and knowledge and attitudes regarding the use of PPE. Results: The rate of individuals who experienced mild infection was 27.1% and the rate of individuals who experienced severe infection was 5.6%. Of the subjects who experienced COVID-19 infection, 73.8% had fatigue, 67.9% had bone and muscle ache, 47.7% had fever, 42.5% had a cough and 27% had loss of taste, smell, and gastrointestinal symptoms and 25.3% had dyspnea. Of the health personnel, 83.7% were detected to use PPE. The most commonly used PPE was seen to be gloves (90.8%) and the least was visors and eyeglasses (43.8%). When the symptom frequency was analyzed according to age, the symptoms were found to be most frequent in the age group of 40 years and above and the symptom frequency was seen to increase with age. Conclusion: It was concluded that the health personnel had received in-service training about COVID-19 and had sufficient knowledge. The rate of PPE use was found to be high. There was no difference between males and females in contracting COVID-19 infection.

Amaç: Araştırmada COVİD-19 pandemisi’nin gebeler üzerindeki fiziksel ve ruhsal etkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Kesitsel tipteki araştırmanın örneklemini, bir il merkezinde bulunan, 11 Aile Sağlığı Merkezi’nde takip edilen 183 gebe oluşturmuştur. Veriler Gebe Tanıtım Formu, Depresyon Anksiyete Stres Ölçeği (DASÖ) ve Gebelik Semptom Envanteri (GSE) ile toplanmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya alınan 183 gebenin yaş ortalaması 26,74±4,75’dir. DASÖ’nin alt boyutlarından depresyon 20,69±7,38, anksiyete 22,24±7,37, stres 25,06±7,99, GSE alt boyutlarından gebelikte yaşanan semptomların sıklığı 41,73±18,57, semptomların günlük aktiviteleri sınırlama durumu puan ortalaması 61,11±10,56 olarak bulunmuştur. Yaşanan semptomların sıklığı ile depresyon (r=0,307; p=0,001) arasında zayıf, anksiyete (r=0,414; p=0,001) ve stres (r=0,474; p= 0,001) puanları arasında orta düzeyde pozitif yönlü istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki saptanmıştır. Eğitim, gebeliğin planlı olma durumu, kontrollerin yapıldığı yer, beslenme ve uyku alışkanlığında değişime göre gebelik semptomları; aile tipine göre günlük aktivitelerin sınırlanma durumu; gebelik şekli ve gebeliğin planlı olma durumuna göre depresyon, anksiyete ve stres; gebelik haftasına göre depresyon ve anksiyete; kontrollerin yapıldığı yere göre anksiyete; uyku alışkanlığındaki değişime göre depresyon ve stres puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık saptanmıştır (p

Banyak faktor yang dapat menurunkan imunitas tubuh, di antaranya diet yang tidak sesuai, kurangnya olahraga serta stres baik fisik maupun psikologis. Selama masa pandemi ini kegiatan Kelompok Program Lansia (Prolanis) Puskesmas IV Denpasar Selatan menjadi menurun. Hal ini mengakibatkan kurangnya aktivitas fisik, motivasi, kualitas hidup serta menurunkan imunitas. Selain aktivitas fisik, imunitas juga dapat ditingkatkan dengan tetap menjaga pola makan (diet) yang sesuai dengan penyakit yang diderita serta mengombinasikannya dengan olahraga secara teratur. Mitra terdiri dari pasien lanjut usia yang menderita penyakit diabetes melitus yang memerlukan penerapan diet dan olahraga sehingga dapat meningkatkan imunitas selama pandemi COVID-19. Pemberdayaan mitra ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan menerapkan diet yang sesuai serta melakukan exercise agar dapat membantu pengendalian kadar gula darah khususnya bagi pasien diabetes melitus. Metode yang akan dipakai untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut di antaranya melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang diet, dan exercise berupa Resistance and Aerobic Exercise Combination (RabEC) bagi penderita diabetes melitus sampai dapat diterapkan secara mandiri oleh mitra. Kegiatan dilakukan di Puskesmas IV Denpasar Selatan, dengan melibatkan peserta sebanyak 17 orang peserta. Hasil program ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang dilihat dari hasil rerata postest (81,17) lebih tinggi dari hasil rerata pretest (58,23). Setelah diobservasi, didapatkan peningkatan kemampuan peserta untuk melakukan exercise kombinasi tersebut. Diharapkan dapat dilakukan kegiatan yang serupa sehingga meningkatkan keterampilan anggota Prolanis puskesmas IV Denpasar Selatan dalam exercise kombinasi RabEC.

Pandemi COVID-19 telah membuat perubahan bagi dunia. Perubahan yang memaksa Sinode Gereja Kristus Tuhan (GKT) untuk terjun dalam pelayanan digital. Bagi Sinode GKT, pelayanan digital merupakan model pelayanan yang baru dan belum terbiasa. Sebagai gereja yang menganut teologi Reformed, Sinode GKT perlu untuk merespons pelayanan digital ini dalam pemahaman eklesiologi Reformed. Karena itu, penelitian dalam artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman pimpinan Sinode GKT mengenai eklesiologi Reformed sebagai dasar kebijakan pelayanan digital gereja. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dasar. Dalam penelitian ini ada dua belas pimpinan Sinode GKT yang diwawancara. Mereka terdiri dari pejabat sinode dan gembala sidang yang melayani di GKT dari berbagai lokasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan empat temuan terkait kebijakan pelayanan digital yang ditinjau dari pemahaman eklesiologi Reformed. Kebijakan pelayanan digital yang ditinjau dari pemahaman eklesiologi Reformed yang ditemukan berkaitan dengan kegiatan ibadah Minggu, persekutuan, pelaksanaan sakramen Perjamuan Kudus, dan kebijakan misi penginjilan.

Meningkatnya emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) menjadi suatu ancaman bagi dunia setelah pandemi COVID-19 mulai terkendali. Dunia berkomitmen untuk menurunkan emisi karbon, tak terkecuali Indonesia. Komitmen tersebut diproyeksikan dalam kebijakan pajak karbon dalam Undang-Undang Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan sebagai instrumen ekonomi lingkungan hidup. Pajak karbon berfungsi regulerend yang dalam hal ini mengatur pola konsumsi terhadap energi tidak terbarukan yang menghasilkan emisi karbon. Fungsi lain pajak karbon adalah menambah penerimaan negara atau menjalankan fungsi budgeter. Pada praktiknya, upaya penerapan pajak karbon menemui suatu dilema. Dilema tersebut dianalisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan perbandingan yang mengkomparasi aturan pajak karbon di beberapa negara, dan pendekatan historis yang menelaah latar belakang dari munculnya peraturan mengenai pajak karbon. Hasil penelitian dalam penulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, masih ditemukan problem regulasi, struktural, dan kultur pada pengaturan pajak karbon di Indonesia saat ini. Kedua, pajak karbon potensial untuk menurunkan tingkat emisi karbon sekaligus memberikan sumber pendapatan bagi negara sehingga berperan bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan diproyeksikan dapat menjalankan misi penurunan emisi karbon pada agenda Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Günümüzde üniversite öğrencilerinin eğitime ve eğitim materyallerine internetten erişim oranları oldukça artmıştır. Eğitimde internetin kullanılması ve ders materyallerine erişimin artmasına bağlı olarak analiz edilebilecek veri setinde artış meydana gelmiştir. Bu veri setlerinden bir tanesi de (planlı veya acilen) uzaktan eğitim sürecine geçen üniversitelerin, uzaktan eğitim sistemlerinde biriken ödev, sınav, proje, performans, devam notları ve benzeridir. Yeni Korona Virüs (Covid-19) pandemisinde Yüksek Öğretim Kurumu’nun (YÖK) tavsiyesi ile üniversiteler eğitimlerine uzaktan Asenkron, Senkron ve Hibrit yöntemlerini kullanarak devam etmiş, hatta sınavları uzaktan eğitim sisteminde yapmak zorunda kalmışlardır. Bu araştırmada, Kayseri Üniversitesinin Uzaktan Eğitim Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi (KAYUZEM) sisteminden alınmış veriler kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında 8319 işlenmiş veri bulunmaktadır. Bu veriler üzerinde Veri Madenciliği (VM) alanında kullanılan RapidMiner programının otomatik modelleme özelliği kullanılarak varsayılan algoritmalarla geleceğe yönelik tahminleme işlemi yapılmıştır. Varsayılan algoritmalar arasından en iyi sonucu veren Derin Öğrenme, Naive Bayes, Gradient Boosted Trees, Lojistik Regresyon kullanılmış ve bu otomatik modelleme de yer almayan k-En Yakın Komşu (k-NN) algoritması da çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Bu 5 algoritmanın parametreleri üzerinde değişiklikler yapılarak daha iyi sonuçlar elde edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Öğrenci başarısına göre en iyi tahminleme sonucunu, Lojistik Regresyon ile kurulan model vermiştir. Derse katılma yöntemlerinin tümünün (Senkron, Asenkron ve Hibrit) öğrenci başarısına etkisi Karışıklık Matrisi yöntemiyle karşılaştırılmıştır ve en güvenilir yöntemin Hibrit olduğu görülmüştür. Bu çalışma ile üniversitelerde derse katılma yöntemlerinden hangisinin, öğrenciler açısından daha güvenilir olacağına yönelik çıkarımlarda bulunulmuştur. Dolayısıyla yapılan çıkarımlar ile birlikte bir dahaki akademik dönem için öğrenci başarı düzeyinin artması yönünde, derse katılma yöntemlerinden hangisinin daha güvenilir olduğu konusunda tahminleme mümkün olmuştur.

Denne artikkelen utfordrer den norske EU-debatten ved å sette søkelys på et oversett, men stadig viktigere politikkområde for europeisk samarbeid, nemlig helsepolitikk og mer spesifikt helseberedskap. EU har iverksatt store prosjekter knyttet til helseberedskap i kjølvannet av koronapandemien. Norge er omfattet av noen av disse gjennom EØS-avtalen, men står også utenfor viktige initiativer. Denne artikkelen tjener to formål: den kartlegger den pågående utviklingen i EU på helseberedskapsområdet og vurderer i hvilken grad nettopp dette området bør ta mer plass i den norske europadebatten og debatten om holdbarheten til dagens status quo. Artikkelen identifiserer videre to konkrete områder som er sentrale for Norge knyttet til helseberedskap. Det ene dreier seg om utviklingen av EUs helseunion og Norges politiske arbeid med å sikre formell tilgang til alle initiativene som nylig har blitt utviklet i EU. Det andre er virkningene EUs sterkt intensiverte arbeid med helseberedskap har for norsk helseindustri. Artikkelen konkluderer med at norske sårbarheter er særlig knyttet til det politiske utenforskapet, men at disse sårbarhetene må sees i sammenheng med eventuelle bidrag norsk helseindustri kan gjøre i det europeiske helsemarkedet dersom Norge blir tettere tilsluttet helseunionen.

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kompetensi kepada guru dan calon guru dalam mengembangkan video edukasi untuk mendukung pembelajaran jarak jauh di masa pandemi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 25 peserta guru dan calon guru di berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam 6 pertemuan dengan rincian materi: 1) Pengenalan Kinemaster; 2) Praktik Pembuatan background, intro, dan outro; 3) Praktik pembuatan bahan materi video; 4) Praktik pembuatan video pembelajaran dengan karakter guru; 5) Praktik pembuatan video greenscreen; 6) Upload Youtube. Output dari pelatihan ini peserta menghasilkan video pembelajaran yang diunggah di akun Youtube yang dapat diakses secara publik untuk dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Bu çalışma, pandemi sürecinin hemen öncesinde fiziksel bir kaza geçirerek yeti yitimine uğrayan M.F.’nin fizik tedaviye uyumunun bozulması ve depresif belirtiler göstermesi konusunda, “Sorun Yönetimi ve Fazlası” (SY+) görüşme tekniklerine göre uygulanan sosyal hizmet müdahalesinden yarar sağlama düzeyinin belirlenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada Sağlıklı Hayat Merkezi Ruh Sağlığı Birimi’ne başvuran erkek ve yetişkin müracaatçıya yapılan sosyal hizmet müdahalesi ele alınmıştır. “Sorun Yönetimi ve Fazlası” (SY+) görüşme tekniklerine göre yapılan 1 ön görüşme dâhil olmak üzere toplam 6 görüşme gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu görüşmeler tamamlandıktan 1,5 ay sonra ise izlem görüşmesi yapılmıştır. Görüşme sürecinde RUSOP anketi kullanılmış, WHODAS, Hasta Sağlığı Anketi ve İntihar Riski Değerlendirmesi ve Yaygın Anksiyete Bozukluğu Ölçeği ise görüşme öncesinde ve sonrasında ön test ve son test uygulanmış ve vakanın biyo-psiko-sosyal işlevselliğinde gelişme olduğu anlaşılmıştır. ABSTRACT: Individuals who are disabled may have to struggle with more challenging conditions compared to other members of the society, together with processes such as pandemics. This study aims to determine the level of benefit from the social work intervention applied according to the “Problem Management and Excess” (PM+) interview techniques, regarding the deterioration of physical therapy compliance and depressive symptoms of M.F., who suffered a physical accident just before the pandemic process. In the study, the social work intervention applied to the male and adult client who applied to the Healthy Life Center Mental Health Unit was discussed. A total of 6 interviews were conducted, including 1 preliminary interview, which was conducted according to the “Problem Management and More” (PM+) interview techniques. A follow-up interview was conducted 1.5 months after these interviews were completed. RUSOP questionnaire was used in the interview process, WHODAS, Patient Health Questionnaire and Suicide Risk Assessment and Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale were used before and after the interview, pretest and posttest were applied and it was understood that there was improvement in the bio-psycho-social functionality of the case.

Strenge restriksjoner under koronapandemien transformerte barnehagers hverdagsliv, noe som medførte endringer i handlings- og samhandlingsmønstre. Artikkelen presenterer deler av et forskningsprosjekt om konsekvensene av pandemien for barnehagesektoren gjennomført i 2020/2022. Studien hadde et mixed-method-design og inkluderte blant annet nærstudier i ni barnehager, informativ vlogg, hvor barnehagelærerne formidlet sine refleksjoner, fokussamtaler med barnehagelærerne, intervju med foreldre og samtaler med barna. Barnesamtalene ble gjennomført av barnehagelærerne i de deltakende barnehagene. Barnehagelærerne fungerte som medforskere i denne delen av studien. På grunn av restriksjonene ble nærstudiene gjennomført med digitale strategier. Vårt fokus her er på barnas opplevelser. Tre typer restriksjoner fremsto som betydningsfulle for barnas handlingsrom: territoriale restriksjoner (hvor barna kunne oppholde seg), materielle restriksjoner (tilgang til leketøy og materiell) og relasjonelle restriksjoner (hvem barna kunne være sammen med). For barna handlet det om å balansere kollektivt ansvar for fellesskapet opp mot individuelle rettigheter og ønsker. Barna i vår studie viste høy grad av lojalitet og tilpasset seg stadige endringer. Det kan muligens tilskrives den unisone formidlingen av alvoret i situasjonen og ansattes vilje og evne til å kommunisere med barna om årsakene til endrede rutiner og organiseringsmåter. Vi stiller spørsmål om hvilke valg og muligheter for innflytelse barna hadde i tilpassingen til den nye «normaliteten». English abstract “That’s the Way it Has to Be Now.” Children’s Agency in Kindergartens During the COVID-19 Pandemic Strict restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic changed daily life in kindergartens and led to changes in agency and interaction. The article presents parts of a research project concerning the consequences of the pandemic for the kindergarten sector conducted in 2020/2022. The study had a mixed-method design and included close studies in nine kindergartens and an informative vlog, where the kindergarten teachers communicated their reflections, focus conversations with the kindergarten teachers, interviews with parents, and conversations with children. The teachers in the participating kindergartens conducted the conversations with the children and served as co-researchers in this part of the study. Due to the restrictions, the studies were conducted using digital strategies. Our focus is on the children’s experiences. Three types of restrictions seemed to be significant for the children’s agency: territorial restrictions (where the children could stay), material restrictions (access to toys and materials), and relational restrictions (who the children could be with). For the children, it was a question about balancing collective responsibility for the community with individual rights and desires. The children in our study showed a high degree of loyalty and adapted to constant changes. This can possibly be attributed to the unanimous communication of the seriousness of the situation and the staff’s willingness and ability to communicate with the children about the reasons for changed routines and organizational methods. We ask what choices and opportunities for influence the children had in adapting to the new “normal.”

COVID-19-pandemien havde stor indflydelse på nordiske børn og unges temporalitet i hverdagen. De unge oplevede pandemien som en lang venten (”waiting”), hvor man var nødt til at ”få tiden til at gå” på helt nye måder. Nedlukningen medførte en deceleration af tiden i forhold til, hvordan den ellers føles/opleves i børns og unges aktive hverdagsliv. Hvad skal man gøre, når man pludselig befinder sig i en venteposition, der kan vare i et par dage, nogle uger eller flere år? Hvordan skal man organisere tiden og finde en rytme i livet? I denne artikel diskuterer jeg venten som et særligt temporalt fænomen og begreb i ungdomsforskningen. Formålet med bidraget er at videreudvikle idéer om ventetid med fokus på unges hverdagsliv, tidshorisonter/tempo og fremtidsperspektiver. I artiklen, der i sin redegørelse kombinerer antropologiske studier af tid/venten med empiriske studier af børn og unge under COVID-19-pandemien, analyseres urolige og turbulente tiders indflydelse på ungdomslivets temporale rytme. English abstract ‘Making Haste Slowly’: Youth, Waiting and the Pandemic The COVID-19 pandemic deeply impacted the temporalities of children’s and young people’s everyday lives in the Nordic countries. Young people experienced the COVID-19 pandemic as a long wait requiring new ways of passing the time. The lockdown resulted in temporal deceleration in relation to children’s and young people’s active everyday lives. What do you do when you suddenly find yourself in a waiting position that can last days, weeks or even years? How do you organize time and find a rhythm in life? This article discusses waiting as a special temporal phenomenon and concept in youth research. The aim of the article is to develop new perspectives on waiting, focusing on young people’s everyday lives, temporal horizons, and images of the future. The article draws on anthropological studies of time/waiting, as well as empirical studies of the lives of children and young people during the pandemic. It explores a turbulent societal era in relation to the rhythm of the lives of young people.

Artikkelen omhandler barnehagens hverdagsliv under covid-19-pandemien. Oppmerksomheten rettes mot hvordan barna ble berørt av de nasjonale smitteverntiltakene barnehagene ble pålagt. Det empiriske materialet som ligger til grunn for artikkelen, er dagboknotater fra barnehageansatte nedtegnet i april, mai og juni 2020. I diskusjonen av de empiriske funnene trekker vi veksler på Foucaults teori om biopolitikk, der hygiene betraktes som verktøy for sosial kontroll, og Nadesans forståelse av biopolitikk-begrepet, der barndom og oppvekst vies spesiell oppmerksomhet. Smitteverntiltakene i barnehagene ble innført «ovenfra», men måtte forvaltes og praktiseres «nedenfra». Resultatene viser at tiltakene både var disiplinerende (fjerning av leker, forbud mot å leke med bestemte andre) og selvdisiplinerende (barna ble opplært til å passe på egen og andres håndvask). Vi ser også hvordan en institusjon som er regulert i tid og rom, under pandemien i enda større grad ble regulert gjennom krav om «redusert kontakthyppighet» og segregering av barnegruppene. Tiltak som var motivert ut fra helse og sikkerhet for alle landets innbyggere, satte preg på barns hverdagsliv både gjennom konkrete begrensninger og ved at de måtte forholde seg til ekstraordinære hygienekrav og frykt for smitte. English abstract Infection Control, Biopolitics and Early Childhood Education and Care. How Children Were Directly Affected by Infection Prevention Measures in Kindergartens During Spring 2020 The article concerns everyday life in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Attention is focused on how children were affected by the infection control measures that kindergartens were required to implement. The empirical data that forms the basis of the article are diary notes from kindergarten staff recorded in April, May, and June 2020. In the discussion of the empirical findings, we draw on Foucault’s theory of biopolitics, where hygiene is considered as a tool for social control. The infection control measures in the kindergartens were introduced “from above”, but had to be managed and practiced “from below”. The measures were both about discipline (removal of toys, restrictions on allowed playmates) and dissemination of knowledge and self-discipline (the children were taught to take responsibility for their own hand-washing, as well as that of the other children). We also consider how an institution regulated in time and space was regulated to an even greater extent during the pandemic through requirements for reduced frequency of contact and segregation of smaller groups of children. Measures motivated by the protection of public health and safety affected children’s everyday lives, both through specific restrictions and due to the fact that they had to deal with extraordinary hygiene requirements and fear of infection.

Covid 19 pandemisinin birçok sektörü etkilediği söylenebilir. Turizm sektörü de bu pandeminin getirdiği kısıtlamaları doğrudan yaşamıştır. Turizm sektörünün kollarından biri olan seyahat acenteleri, şehirler arası etkileşimin üst safhada olduğu bir koldur. Bu nedenle pandemi sürecindeki seyahat kısıtlamalarından önemli ölçüde etkilendiği ifade edilebilir. Ancak pandemi süreçlerindeki müşterilerin görüşlerinin incelenmesinin, kapsamında seyahat hizmeti bulunan turizm işletmelerine özellikle benzer kısıtlama süreçlerinde yol gösterici bir nitelik taşıyacağı öngörülebilir. Bahsedilen önem doğrultusunda bu çalışmada Covid 19 sürecinde seyahat acentesi müşterilerinin, müşteri ilişkileri yönetimine, algılanan değere, tatmine ve sadakate yönelik görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırma grubunu kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen, Eskişehir ilindeki seyahat acentelerinden daha önce hizmet satın almış 208 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma bulguları incelendiğinde, pandemi sürecindeki alınan tedbirleri yeterli bulan ve etkinliklere katılım sayısı daha fazla olan müşterilerin faktör puanlarının anlamlı olarak daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Pandemi gibi süreçlerde alınacak önlemlerin turizm acenteleri açısından kritik önem taşıdığı ifade edilebilir. Ayrıca gelecekteki çalışmalarda derinlemesine görüşmeler kullanılarak elde edilen bulgulara katkı sağlanabilir.

Under covid-19-pandemien måtte kirker og religiøse grupper over hele landet samles på nye og kreative måter på grunn av smitteverntiltak. Å tilbe Gud ved å synge sammen er sentralt når kristne samles, enten samlingene formidles via digitale tjenester på nettet eller holdes offline i fysiske rom. I denne artikkelen undersøker jeg hvordan pandemien påvirket lovsangpraksiser, gjennom en autoetnografisk studie hvor jeg tar utgangspunkt i mine egne erfaringer med digitale gudstjenester som medlem av en evangelisk-luthersk forsamling. Teoretisk bygger jeg på Gibsons (2015) affordansebegrep for å analysere hvordan digitale gudstjenestearrangementer i ulik grad kunne tilby et lovsangfellesskap under pandemien. I artikkelen foreslår jeg at digitale lovsangkropper kan forstås som åpne lovsangpraksiser.

Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of the Coronavirus disease 2019 on sonographic optic nerve sheath diameter measurement and thus avoid possible misleading results in clinical practice. Material and Method: Each volunteer was first evaluated using carotid system color Doppler ultrasonography. Patients with a history of PCR-confirmed Coronavirus disease 2019 infection were classified as group 1 and patients without a history of Coronavirus disease 2019 infection were classified as group 2, and sonographic optic nerve sheath diameter values of both groups were analyzed. Results: Of the 123 patients included in the study, 70 (56.9%) were female and 58 (43.1%) were male. 83 (67.5%) of the patients included in the study were in group 1 and 40 (32.5%) were in group 2. The mean sonographic optic nerve sheath diameter values for the groups were 3.53 mm and 3.46 mm, respectively. The sonographic optic nerve sheath diameter differences between the two eyes for the groups were determined to be 0.203±0.139 mm and 0.282±0.2 mm. Conclusion: Due to the variable effects of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2, the use of sonographic optic nerve sheath diameter measurement in current standards for critical patient management may lead to false-positive or false-negative results.

Surveillance is one of the areas where digitalization is discussed intensely today. The phenomenon that can be called digital surveillance is generally discussed in the context of privacy, display, and access to personal information and around concepts such as synopticon, banopticon, and omnipticon. The relationship of digital surveillance with political economy and social movements is often neglected. When examined within the framework of the big data concept, it is seen that the individuals subjected to digital surveillance are categorized. Especially with the pandemic and the focusing of the states on surveillance technologies, the organizational opportunities of social movements are getting harder. The credit system in China is one of the most extreme examples of surveillance technologies. Investments in the metaverse universe add a dystopian fiction to the difficulties mentioned about social movements.

Amaç: Araştırma kadın doğum ve jinekoloji kliniklerinde çalışan hemşire ve ebelerin pandemi dönemindeki algılarını, deneyimlerini ve bu deneyimi etkileyen faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yöntem: Bu araştırma nitel yöntemle yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın, katılımcı grubunu bir ilde iki hastanenin kadın doğum ve jinekoloji kliniklerinde görev yapan 20 hemşire ve ebe oluşturmuştur. Veriler Eylül- Kasım 2020 tarihleri arasında kişisel bilgi formu ve yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile yüz-yüze ve derinlemesine bireysel görüşme yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesi için içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Katılımcıların yaş ortalaması 35,30 ±6,62 yıl, %80 (n=16)’i ebe ve %20 (n=4)’si ise hemşiredir. Araştırmada “pandemiyi algılama”, “pandemide bakım hizmetlerinde yaşanan değişimler”, “güçlükler” ve “kazanımlar” temaları ortaya çıkmıştır. Katılımcıların Covid 19’un kendilerine ve yakın aile üyelerine bulaşması ile ilgili endişe ve stres yaşadıkları, çalışma koşulları ve yönetimsel nedenlere bağlı yorgunluk, değersizlik ve öfke hissettikleri belirlenmiştir. Bu süreçte hemşire ve ebelerin izlem ve takiplerinin, hasta eğitimlerinin farklılaştığı görülmüştür. Pandemide hemşire ve ebelerin günlük yaşam aktiviteleri, yönetimsel, kişisel koruyucu ekipman kullanımına bağlı güçlükler yaşadıkları bununla beraber krizi yönetebilme becerisinden dolayı mesleki benlik saygılarının güçlendiği belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: Pandeminin aşılama öncesi döneminde gebe, yenidoğan ve jinekoloji hastasına yönelik bakım hizmetlerinde değişimler gerçekleşmiştir. Bu süreçte kadın doğum ve jinekoloji kliniklerinde çalışan hemşire ve ebeler fiziksel, psikolojik ve sosyal yönden etkilenmiştir.

The pandemic called Covid 19, which emerged in the last period of 2019, turned into a chaos that affected the whole world physically and psychologically. The pandemic period caused people's habits and communication styles to change. It has become a way of life for people to be unable to leave their homes due to restrictions. This situation has also caused a change in the way global brands reach consumers and the content of their advertising messages. In this study, two commercials prepared by the Coca Cola brand during the period when the effects of the pandemic were felt intensely and the effects of the pandemic were relatively alleviated were analyzed by semiotic analysis method. In this research, it is aimed to reveal how and for what purpose an international brand gives messages on a global scale in its advertisements, which intercultural codes it brings to the fore, to reveal the messages behind the visible messages and which elements in mass communication and for what purpose they are effective on people. The findings of the analysis carried out in the context of signifier-signified, denotation-connotation in the research overlap with the theoretical foundations of semiotics.

Social connectedness, an indicator of psychological well-being, requires social interaction and communication among individuals. Prior research usually examined the relationship between the use of online communication channels and the sense of social connectedness under the circumstances where face-to-face communication was readily available. Pandemic provided an excellent setting to study the sole effect of the use of online communication on social connectedness as online communication was not accompanied by in-person communication due to restrictions such as lockdowns. Seizing the opportunity, this study aims at investigating the relationship between the use of online communication platforms and social connectedness at a time when face-to-face communication was not an option and individuals employed online communication channels heavily. To this end, a survey was conducted online on 406 college students in Turkey in November- December 2022 to present retrospective analyses. The findings indicate while face-to-face communication is the prime component to build social connectedness, the use of online communication channels, particularly WhatsApp, social networking sites, video call helped to maintain social bonds among individuals when in-person communication was virtually absent. The research provides insights on how different communication channels can promote social connectedness with varying degrees depending on their social presence.

This descriptive survey study was conducted to determine the attitudes of pre-service pre-school teachers towards distance education. 181 pre-service teachers studying at Sinop University and Nigde Omer Halisdemir University Preschool Education Program in the 2020-2021 academic year participated in the study. The Personal Information Form and the Attitudes Towards Distance Education Scale were used as the data collection tools. The pre-service teachers to be included in the study were selected using the convenience sampling method. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the data on personal characteristics and pre-service pre-school teachers’ attitudes towards distance education. The t-test was used to determine whether the attitudes of the pre-service teachers towards distance education differ according to the university they study at, technological tool with which students follow the online lessons, and convenience of the environment in which students follow the online lessons; Mann Whitney U test to determine whether it differs according to gender and having internet connection at home; the ANOVA was used to determine whether it differs according to grade level. The results revealed that the attitudes of the pre-service pre-school teachers towards distance education were at a moderate level. As a result of the research, it was found that the technological tool with which students follow the online lessons, and the convenience of the environment in which students follow the online lessons showed a significant difference in the total attitude scores of the pre-service teachers towards distance education; ıt was found that the university they study at, gender, grade level and having an internet connection at home did not show a significant difference.

Aim: This study aimed to determine the professional experiences of nurses working in the emergency department in the Covid-19 pandemic. Materials and Methods: In this study, in which qualitative research method was used, focus group interviews were conducted with 12 nurses working in the emergency department. Data were collected using a sociodemographic form and a semi-structured Focus Group Interview form. The data obtained after the interviews were analysed using content analysis. Results: Three main themes (fear, exposure, and working conditions) related to nurses' experiences working in the emergency department in the Covid-19 pandemic were determined. The nurses spoke most of all about the fear of the unknown. Conclusion: This study demonstrated the importance of supporting emergency nurses' crisis management, psychosocial and professional needs working during a pandemic. It is thought that any improvement work to be carried out for healthcare workers during the pandemic process will directly affect all gains during the pandemic positively.

Latar belakang. Pandemi COVID-19 telah membuat pemerintah mengeluarkan peraturan untuk tetap berada di rumah. Kegiatan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh meningkatkan durasi aktivitas remaja di rumah dan menimbulkan faktor lain yang berkaitan dengan kejadian kekerasan. Setiap tahunnya, kekerasan terhadap remaja terus meningkat. Dengan dampak buruk yang diakibatkan oleh kekerasan, timbul kepentingan mendesak untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai kejadian kekerasan terhadap remaja dan faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan prevalensi kekerasan terhadap remaja di masa pandemi COVID-19 beserta faktor yang memengaruhi. Metode. Penelitian observasional menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan bivariat dengan metode desain studi potong-lintang dengan pengisian kuesioner secara daring. Dilaksanakan pada bulan oktober hingga November 2021, dengan metode total population sampling dengan kriteria inklusi setiap anak yang berusia 10-18 tahun, mampu memahami dan menguasai Bahasa Indonesia, dan berdomisili di Indonesia, dan memiliki ponsel/ gadget jenis apapun milik sendiri yang dapat dipakai untuk mengisi kuesioner. Kriteria eksklusi subjek adalah anak yang tidak memiliki gangguan kognitif serta gangguan komunikasi dan tidak bersedia berpartisipasi dalam penelitian. Hasil. Didapatkan total subjek yang diteliti yakni 106 subjek. dengan sebaran terbanyak berdasarkan usia 14-17 tahun 61,3%, jenis kelamin perempuan 66%, posisi anak terakhir 34%, dan mengikuti pembelajaran jarak jauh sebanyak 96,2%. Remaja yang taat pada protokol kesehatan 21,7% dan tidak taat 78,3%. Jenis keluarga terbanyak ialah keluarga inti 83% dan orang tua remaja yang bekerja sebanyak 91,5%. Pendidikan orang tua tertinggi adalah sarjana, ayah (47,2%) dan ibu (36,8%). Sebanyak 67,9% remaja mengalami kekerasan dengan jenis kekerasan tertinggi ialah penelantaran (50,9%). Seluruh faktor pada penelitian secara statistik tidak berhubungan bermakna. Kesimpulan. Kekerasan terhadap remaja tidak berhubungan secara statistik dengan faktor anak (usia, jenis kelamin, posisi anak, pembelajaran jarak jauh) dan faktor lingkungan (jenis keluarga, pendidikan dan pekerjaan orang tua, serta tingkat ketaatan terhadap protokol kesehatan)

Leadership in unknown terrain: A qualitative study of Norwegian Pentecostal pastors' experiences of leading during the corona pandemic When the COVID-19 pandemic hit Norway in March 2020, churches, akin to the broader society, were subject to closures. This qualitative study explores how the extensive upheavals and changes that ensued from the wave of COVID-19 affected leaders of independent Norwegian Pentecostal congregations. The article particularly addresses how the pandemic impacted pastors and the social dynamics within ecclesiastical organizations. Systematic text condensation of semi-structured lifeworld interviews shows that church leaders experienced uncertainty and disorientation in the face of the new reality they found themselves in. They felt a burden of responsibility for the people and the church they led, which also served as a driving force for innovation and learning. Complex issues and dilemmas necessitated contextual judgment on the part of church leaders to make informed decisions. However, the most challenging aspect for these leaders was the experience that relationships with their co-workers became more ambivalent and demanding than usual, which meant that many had to adjust or change their leadership style.

Introduction: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between MPV and disease prognosis in patients with COVID-19, the chronic diseases that affect the prognosis of COVID-19, and the laboratory data that can help diagnose this disease and provide information about the course of the disease during the treatment process. Methods: The study was conducted in a cross-sectional format. All participants gave written, informed consent to participate. A questionnaire consisting of two parts, including categorical (socio-demographic) data and laboratory data, was applied to people who had COVID-19 who applied to the internal medicine outpatient clinic of the hospital. The Pearson chi-squared test and Fisher exact test were used for comparing categorical variables. The Mann-Whitney U test, or Kruskal-Wallis test with Bonferroni post hoc comparisons, was used to compare numerical variables between the groups. All analyses were performed using the SPSS 25.0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, ‎USA) software package. Results: The participants' mean (±SD) age was 40.8±13.7 years (median: 40, range: 18 – 72). Almost half of the participants (48.0%, n=98) were male, the majority (76.0%, n=155) were married, and 24.0% (n=49) were single. Of the 204 patients, 28 (13.7%) were hospitalized, and five died (2.5%). Of the five patients who died, three had chronic lung disease, one had diabetes and chronic lung disease, and one had no chronic disease. Conclusion: Older age and the presence of chronic diseases are important factors affecting hospitalization in patients with COVID-19. LDH, CRP, and ferritin levels were high, and the mean platelet volume levels were significantly higher in hospitalized patients. Keywords: COVID -19, pandemics, prognosis of COVID -19

Aim: The aim of the study was to evaluate personal protective behaviors after COVID-19 vaccination in healthcare workers. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted with healthcare workers (physician, dentist, midwife, nurse, health officer or emergency medicine technician) in Bursa City Hospital between September 1, 2021 and September 1, 2022. Data was collected with a questionnaire form which was sent to participants via WhatsApp or email. The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has had the most significant impact on human life in this century and has become the subject of study for various disciplines. However, a discussion on the existence of the pandemic from the perspective of Islamic theology has not been adequately addressed. This article aims to discuss how Islamic theological discourse interprets the COVID-19 pandemic and the influence of theological beliefs in responding to the pandemic mitigation efforts. This study uses a descriptive analytical method to examine the phenomenon within the framework of Islamic theology. The study shows that Islam theologically views disasters from two perspectives; first, as an absolute decree of God believed to have wisdom and education for human beings, and secondly, as part of the sunnatullah that can be explored scientifically. The study also reveals that three theological patterns have emerged in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. First, the fatalistic pattern (Jabariah) that entirely surrenders to the will of Allah SWT without attempting to resist it. Second, the freewill pattern (Qadariyah) that believes that humans have the full ability to resist and eliminate COVID-19. Third, the Ahlusunah Wal Jamaah pattern that regards COVID-19 as sunnatullah; thus, in addition to accepting it as part of fate, humans need to perfect their efforts to avoid this deadly epidemic. Abstrak: Munculnya pandemi covid-19 telah memberi dampak terdahsyat bagi kehidupan manusia di abad ini dan telah menjadi objek kajian dari berbagai disiplin keilmuan, Namun kajian dari perspektif teologi Islam terkait keberadaan pandemi belum terdiskusikan secara memadai. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendiskusikan tentang bagaimana diskursus teologi Islam dalam memaknai pandemi covid-19 dan bagaimana pengaruh corak keyakinan teologis dalam merespons upaya mitigasi pandemi ini. Kajian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dalam melihat fenomena ini dalam kerangka pikir teologi Islam. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara teologis Islam memandang bencana dari dua sisi; yaitu sebagai sebuah ketetapan Tuhan yang mutlak yang diyakini memiliki hikmah dan edukasi bagi manusia, serta dipahami sebagai bagian dari sunnatullah yang dapat dieksplorasi secara saintifik. Kajian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa tiga corak teologi muncul dalam konteks merespons pandemi Covid-19; Pertama, corak fatalisme (Jabariah) yang menyerahkan sepenuhnya kepada kehendak Allah SWT tanpa harus berusaha untuk melawannya. Kedua, corak freewill (Qadariyah) yang menganggap bahwa manusia memiliki kemampuan penuh untuk melakukan perlawanan dan membasmi Covid-19. Ketiga, corak Ahlusunah Wal Jamaah yang memandang bahwa Covid-19 ini adalah sunnatullah, karenanya selain manusia harus menerimanya sebagai bagian dari takdir tetapi juga manusia perlu menyempurnakan ikhtiar untuk menghindari wabah yang mematikan ini.

Nedstengingen 12 mars 2020 førte med seg drastiske endringer i hverdagsliv og mediebruk. Basert på en kvalitativ undersøkelse med 552 respondenter, analyserer artikkelen endringer i medierepertoar i de første dramatiske månedene av koronaepidemien i Norge. Medierepertoar handler om personers helhetlige mediebruk og hvordan bruken flettes inn i hverdagsaktiviteter, men også om hvordan medier vurderes og rangeres, og hvordan nye og gamle medier spiller sammen. Krisesituasjoner synliggjør dagligdagse repertoarer, men bidrar også til å utfordre og utvide disse, og her ser artikkelen norske erfaringer i lys av internasjonal forskning. Artikkelen etablerer to kvalitative typologier: over strategier som brukes for å tilpasse medierepertoaret i løpet av nedstengingen, og forklaringer respondentene framhever som grunnlag for ulike valg. Underveis trekker vi inn sentrale dimensjoner som tid/rom, rangering i hierarkier og behov for frakobling. Artikkelen viser glede og mestring over nye plattformer og medierepertoar, men også spenning, ambivalens og forskjeller mellom personer og grupper. Analysen bidrar til kunnskap om medieerfaringer i en dramatisk og spesiell periode i norsk hverdags- og samfunnsliv, gir innsikt i hvordan medievaner forandres under press, og presenterer refleksjoner og erfaringer som utfyller endringer dokumentert i statistiske undersøkelser.

Wabah COVID-19 adalah darurat kesehatan masyarakat global yang menjadi perhatian internasional. Kasus COVID-19 menyebar di banyak negara di seluruh benua dan ditandai sebagai pandemi. COVID-19 berkembang pesat, mengharuskan rumah sakit untuk mempersiapkan langkah-langkah kesiapsiagaan terkait penanganan pandemi sambil terus memberikan layanan penting kepada pasien lain yang membutuhkan perawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai daya tahan RSUD Haji Abdoel Madjid Batoe Batang Hari Jambi terhadap pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Penilaian menggunakan Daftar Periksa Kesiapan Rumah Sakit N-COV. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19 menunjukkan capaian sebesar 95,6% yang berarti RS HAMBA siap menghadapi bencana pandemi COVID-19. RS HAMBA telah mengambil langkah kesiapsiagaan sesuai dengan pedoman dari World Health Organization (WHO) dalam penanganannya.

Bakgrunn: I mars 2020 erklærte Verdens helseorganisasjon utbruddet av covid-19 som en global pandemi. Anestesisykepleiere har blant annet spesialkompetanse innen luftveishåndtering, og ble raskt flyttet til frontlinjen blant annet ved intensivavdelingene for å ivareta håndteringen av smittede pasienter. Hensikt: Hensikten med denne studien var å få en dypere forståelse for anestesisykepleiernes erfaringer med midlertidig å bli omplassert fra en anestesiavdeling og/eller å få tildelt andre arbeidsoppgaver under covid-19-pandemien i Norge. Metode: Det er anvendt en kvalitativ metode med eksplorerende design og induktiv tilnærmelse. Datainnsamling ble gjort via individuelle dybdeintervju av seks anestesisykepleiere ved et universitetssykehus i Norge. Dataanalysen ble utført ved hjelp av kvalitativ innholdsanalyse. Resultat: Dataanalysen resulterte i ett overordnet tema: Fra trussel til kontroll, og fire kategorier: Å stå i front i ukjent terreng; Sammen er vi sterke; Moralsk plikt til å bidra; Med ledelsen i ryggen. Hver kategori ble også utdypet med sub-kategorier. Konklusjon: Innledningsvis var omplasseringen forbundet med usikkerhet, engstelse og uforutsigbarhet, samtidig som anestesisykepleierne opplevde en sterk moralsk plikt til å bidra i front. Etter hvert ble følelsene erstattet med yrkesstolthet, opplevelsen av å være en ressurs, ny læring og opplevelsen av kontroll. Ledelsen har et særlig ansvar for at det er tilstrekkelig personale, tilrettelegge for medvirkning, opplæring og kompensasjonsordninger ved eventuell lignende situasjon i fremtiden. ENGLISH ABSTRACT From threat to control – nurse anesthetists’ experiences of being redeployed or assigned new tasks during the Covid-19 pandemic in Norway Background: In March 2020, the World Health Organization declared the outbreak of Covid-19 a global pandemic. Nurse anesthetists have, among other things, advanced expertise in airway management, and were quickly moved to the front line, including the intensive care units to care for infected patients. Aim: The aim of this study was to gain a deeper understanding of nurse anesthetists’ experience of being temporarily relocated from an anesthesia department and/or being assigned other work tasks during the Covid-19 pandemic in Norway. Method: A qualitative method with exploratory design and inductive approach has been used. Data collection was done via individual in-depth interviews with six nurse anesthetists at a university hospital in Norway. The data analysis was carried out using qualitative content analysis. Results: The data analysis resulted in one overarching theme, From threat to control, and four categories: To stand in front in unfamiliar terrain; Together we are strong; Moral duty to contribute; Supportive management. Each category was also elaborated with sub-categories. Conclusion: Initially, the relocation was associated with uncertainty, anxiety and unpredictability, while at the same time they experienced a strong moral duty to contribute to the front. Gradually, the feelings were replaced with professional pride, the experience of being a resource, new learning, and the experience of control. Having a supportive management was absolutely crucial. The management has a particular responsibility in ensuring that there are sufficient staff, facilitating participation, training and compensatory arrangements in the event of a similar situation in the future.

Moderasi beragama ditengah pandemi merupakan suatu tindakan yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam situasi pandemi covid-19 supaya tidak terjebak dalam suatu perilaku beragama yang berlebihan dan ekstrim. Meluasnya virus corona mewajibkan kita untuk menjaga jarak serta melaksanakan segala kegiatan beribadah tidak seperti kebiasaan sebelumnya seperti melaksanakan sholat berjamaah di masjid. Artikel ini dibuat dengan bertujuan supaya kita dapat memahami moderasi beragama di tengah pandemi covid-19.

Latar Belakang: Konstipasi sering terjadi dan mempengaruhi 15% populasi di seluruh dunia. Konstipasi dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien dan dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, termasuk stres. Stres juga umum, terutama pada siswa, menyebabkan tingkat kecenderungan bunuh diri yang lebih tinggi dan gangguan dari berbagai aspek. Saat ini, di masa pandemi COVID-19, stres lebih sering terjadi karena berbagai penyebab. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah belajar online di masa pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres belajar online pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dengan konstipasi pada mahasiswa kedokteran USU angkatan 2018 tahun 2021. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 112 mahasiswa kedokteran USU angkatan 2018 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode consecutive sampling. Data primer diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner online-shared di google form dan diajukan oleh responden. Kemudian dilakukan analisis univariat dan bivariat pada data menggunakan SPSS, yang terakhir menggunakan Fisher's Exact Test. Hasil: Pada penelitian ini 78 siswa (69,6%) mengalami stres dan 8 siswa (7,1%) mengalami konstipasi. Analisis antara kedua variabel menggunakan Fisher's Exact Test menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0,431, yang dapat diartikan tidak ada hubungan antara stres belajar online pada pandemi COVID-19 dengan konstipasi. Kesimpulan: Stres belajar online pada pandemi COVID-19 tidak terkait dengan sembelit. Constipation can decrease the quality of life of the patients and may be affected by many factors, including stress. Stress too, is general, especially in students, causing higher rates in suicidal tendency and impairments from various aspects. Today, in COVID-19 pandemic, stress is more common due to numerous causes. One of the causes is online studying in COVID-19 pandemic, which might trigger stress in students. Objectives: To determine the relationship between online study stress in COVID-19 pandemic with constipation in the year 2018 medical students of USU in 2021. Method: This study is an analytical observational study using a cross-sectional design. Samples in this study were 112-year 2018 medical students of USU who satisfied the inclusion criteria and gathered by using a consecutive sampling method. Primary data were acquired by using an online- shared questionnaire in the google form and submitted by the respondents. Then, univariate, and bivariate analyses were performed on the data using SPSS, with the latter using fisher’s exact test. Results: In this study, 78 students (69,6%) were stressed and 8 students (7,1%) were constipated. The analysis between the two variables using fisher’s exact test shown the p value about 0,431, which can be interpreted as no association found between online study stress in COVID-19 pandemic with constipation. Abstract: The uncertain job vacancy presents substantial influence on job seekers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The anxiety concerning their future career emerges as a new and deteriorating issue for fresh graduates. On the other hand, self-efficacy serves as a crucial element in facing a shift in the situation. The self-efficacy being adopted in overcoming career anxiety is known as career self-efficacy. Therefore, this study aims to identify the correlation between career self-efficacy and future career anxiety in Indonesian fresh graduate. This study used a quantitative method with a correlational study approach. For the research sample, the final-year students participated in this study and were selected using random sampling. The data were collected through Career Self-Efficacy and Future Career Anxiety instruments and analyzed using data product moment analysis. Our results suggested a negative correlation between career self-efficacy and future career anxiety. Therefore, someone with higher self-efficacy presents a low rate of future career anxiety. Abstrak:Kondisi tidak menentu terkait lapangan pekerjaan menjadi salah satu hal yang berdampak pada pencari kerja sebagai akibat pandemi COVID-19. Kecemasan terhadap karier di masa depan tampaknya menjadi masalah baru dan semakin memburuk pada fresh graduate. Di sisi lain, self-efficacy merupakan hal penting dalam menghadapi perubahan, termasuk kecemasan karier, dalam hal ini disebut dengan career self-efficacy. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara career self-efficacy dengan future career anxiety pada fresh graduate di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan studi korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah career self-efficacy dan future career anxiety dan menggunakan teknik analisis data product moment. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif antara career self-efficacy dengan future career anxiety. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi career self-efficacy seseorang, semakin rendah tingkat future career anxiety yang dialaminya.

Beboere med covid-19-sykdom på norske sykehjem hadde høy risiko for alvorlig forløp og død. Hensikten med denne studien var å utforske sykehjemslegers erfaringer med å ivareta behandlingsansvaret for beboere med covid-19 og hvordan de samarbeidet med pårørende og sykepleiere. Denne intervjustudien inkluderte ti sykehjemsleger med erfaring fra covid-19 i sykehjem fra tre av de fire helseregionene i Norge. Vi gjorde en kvalitativ innholdsanalyse av de transkriberte intervjuene. Analysen identifiserte følgende tre hovedfunn: 1) Krevende ansvar for medisinskfaglige vurderinger og avgjørelser, 2) Kommunikasjon og samarbeid med pårørende – viktig og tidkrevende, og 3) Sykepleierne – en viktig samarbeidspartner. Sykehjemslegene opplevde et krevende ansvar og utfordringer med å ivareta multimorbide og skrøpelige beboere under pandemien. Dette illustrerer behovet for gode rutiner samt lokale og nasjonale retningslinjer. Samarbeidet med erfarne og rutinerte sykepleiere ga trygghet. Sykehjemslegenes beskrivelse av følelsesmessige utfordringer under covid-19-pandemien understreker behovet for faste, kollegiale og faglige nettverk.

Covid-19 pandemisi işgücü piyasalarında esneklik temelli bir dizi değişikliğe yol açmıştır. Nitekim çalışma hayatının hızlı bir şekilde dijitalleştiği, geleneksel yerinde çalışmanın yerine tamamen uzaktan veya hibrit çalışma modellerinin getirilmesinin tartışıldığı bir dönemde, pandemi bu geçişi kimi işkolları için kolaylaştırmış ve hızlandırmıştır. Ancak her hızlı dönüşüm gibi bu geçiş de bazı sorunları beraberinde getirmiştir. Bunların başında da iş-yaşam dengesinin yeniden kurgulanması ihtiyacı gelmektedir. İş-yaşam dengesi geleneksel çalışma düzeninde bile tam olarak sağlanamamışken, iş yaşamıyla iş dışı yaşamın fiziki ve zamansal sınırlarının daha da bulanıklaştığı hibrit veya tamamen uzaktan çalışma düzeninde bu dengeyi sağlamak daha da güç bir hal almıştır. Üstelik pandeminin bir gün mutlaka tamamen sona ereceği kesinken, pandemi döneminde hızla yaygınlaşan “yeni normal” çalışma düzeninin pandemi öncesi döneme geri dönmesi düşük bir olasılıktır. Bu makale, hibrit ve uzaktan çalışmanın pandemi sonrası dönemde dijital tabanlı işler için daha popüler olacağını, ancak bunun “herkese uyan tek bir çözüm” olmayacağını savunmaktadır.

Pandemiler başta politik, ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel ve çevresel olmak üzere pek çok açıdan toplumların değişim sergilemelerine neden olmaktadırlar. Bu değişimlerin muhtemel etkileri üretim ve tüketimin gerilemesi, gelirin azalması, işsizliğin artması, ticaretin düşmesi, enerji talebi ve çevre kirliliğinin azalmasıdır. COVID-19 pandemisi de küresel ekonomiyi anlamlı bir şekilde etkilemiştir. Ülkeler, gelişmişlik düzeylerine göre bu gelişmelerden farklı şekilde etkilenmiştir. COVID-19 pandemisi Türkiye ekonomisini de etkilemeye devam etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, COVID-19 pandemisinin Türkiye’nin OECD karşısındaki yeşil büyüme performansında bir etkiye yol açıp açmadığını kümeleme analizi uygulayarak belirlemektir. 46 yeşil büyüme göstergesi kullanılarak uygulanan kümeleme analizi bulguları, Türkiye’nin dahil olduğu ülke grubunun COVID-19 pandemisi sonrasında değiştiğini göstermiştir. Türkiye pandemi öncesinde Şili ve Kolombiya gibi ülkeler ile aynı grupta yer alırken, pandemi sonrasında çevresel kalitenin iyileştirilmesine katkı sunan önemli yenilenebilir enerji potansiyeline sahip Danimarka, İsveç, Norveç, Avustralya, Lüksemburg ve Finlandiya gibi ülkeler ile aynı grupta yer almaya başlamıştır.

Abstract Around 2020 the world was hit by an outbreak of the COVID-19 virus disease, all countries including Indonesia were affected by this outbreak. The COVID-19 outbreak has had major impacts on several aspects of people's lives in Indonesia, one of which is education. Education in Indonesia, which was originally conducted face-to-face, has been transformed into online learning from home. This of course aims to break the chain of spread of COVID-19. The existence of an online learning system from home certainly brings good and bad impacts for students in Indonesia, one of which is that some students find it difficult or even unable to master the material taught by the teacher during the learning process. Such cases were also found in children in Batursari village, Mranggen sub-district, Demak district. An effective method to overcome this problem is by way of mentoring children's learning by adults. This mentoring method is quite effective if it is combined with existing technological developments because the use of this technology can have a positive impact on children's learning regarding general knowledge as long as it is carried out accompanied by adults. Learning is not only related to school, and the subjects taught but learning for children can be done by playing. In the midst of technological advances, now gadgets as a communication tool can also be used by children to play games, it can hone children's creativity with notes when playing games, children must be accompanied by adults so that they use gadgets correctly and not abused. Keywords : Pandemic, Education, Learning Assistance Abstrak Pada sekitar tahun 2020 dunia dilanda dengan wabah penyakit virus COVID-19, seluruh negara termasuk Indonesia terdampak oleh wabah ini. Wabah COVID-19 ini membawa berbagai dampak yang besar bagi beberapa aspek kehidupan masyarakat di Indonesia, salah satunya yaitu Pendidikan. Pendidikan di Indonesia yang awalnya dilakukan dengan tatap muka secara langsung diubah menjadi pembelajaran online dari rumah. Hal ini tentunya bertujuan untuk memutus rantai penyebaran COVID-19. Adanya sistem pembelajaran secara online dari rumah tentunya membawa dampak baik dan buruk bagi para pelajar di Indonesia, salah satunya yaitu beberapa siswa sulit bahkan tidak bisa untuk menguasai materi yang diajarkan oleh guru pada saat proses pembelajaran. Kasus seperti itu juga ditemukan pada anak-anak di desa Batursari, Kecamatan Mranggen, Kabupaten Demak. Metode yang cukup efektif untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut yaitu dengan cara pendampingan belajar anak oleh orang dewasa. Metode pendampingan ini cukup efektif jika diigabungkan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada karena penggunaan teknologi tersebut dapat membawa dampak positif bagi pembelajaran anak terkait pengetahuan umum selama hal tersebut dilakukan dengan didampingi oleh orang dewasa. Pembelajaran tidak hanya terkait dengan sekolah, dan mata pelajaran yang diajarkan tetapi pembelajaran terhadap anak dapat dilakukan dengan cara bermain. Di tengah kemajuan teknologi sekarang gadget sebagai alat komunikasi juga dapat digunakan oleh anak untuk bermain game, hal tersebut dapat mengasah kreativitas anak dengan catatan pada saat bermain game, anak harus didampingi oleh orang dewasa supaya menggunakan gadget dengan benar dan tidak disalahgunakan. Climate change is an international problem that adversely affects human life in many ways. Especially in the last 40 years, the increase in the frequency and severity of natural disasters in the world has brought climate change to the international agenda. With the redefinition of security threats as a result of the break in the international system with the end of the Cold War, climate change was considered as a security concern and became the subject of an international negotiation that aims to reduce its negative effects. As a security problem, climate change brings many problems with significant environmental impacts. Within this framework, when considering the climate change-security connection, a multidimensional perspective is required beyond the security perceptions of states, in other words, beyond national security. The climate change-security link requires assessing this issue through migration, energy and the Covid-19 pandemic. Within this context, the main purpose of this article is to discuss how the structure of the international system affects the emergence of climate change, which is a multidimensional issue. The main argument of this study is that climate change, which has started to be considered as a security problem especially in the post-Cold War period, is not only an environmental problem, but also has a multidimensional, multi-layered character.

With the concepts of online teaching, the study examines online teaching in light of the COVID 19 pandemic effects. Online teaching is a new and different alternative to traditional teaching which was enforced by most governments and education systems in several developing countries due to the pandemic, which in turn raised several questions for teachers, students, and their parents. To this end, the study's primary goal was to learn about the perception of teachers as well as students and parents regarding the satisfaction, merit, and challenges of online teaching. Teachers, students, and parents were all polled in this study. The findings of this study revealed that there is a difference in satisfaction with online teaching, as well as the perceptions of teachers, parents, and students, depending on gender. Along with the merits and challenges of online teaching the current study also examines the perceptions of teachers regarding the difficulties associated with online learning, which in major cases was related to the technology.

Amaç: Ülkemizde COVID-19 pandemisinde; inkübasyon periyodu, başlangıç semptomları ve izolasyon sürecine yönelik yaygın ve kapsamlı bilinçlendirme çalışmaları yürütülmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı; pandemi sürecinde edinilen bilgilerin hastalarımız ve yakınları tarafından yorumlanma ve davranışa dönüşme oranının araştırılmasıdır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Anket, COVID-19 pandemisi boyunca diş hastanesine başvuran 292 gönüllü hasta ve yakınlarına yüz yüze uygulandı. Veriler tek değişkenli ve çok değişkenli regresyon analizleri ile değerlendirildi. Anket değişkenleri, demografik veriler, komorbiditeler, koronavirüs enfeksiyonu durumunda hastalık şiddetinin tahmini, yakınında koronavirüs enfeksiyonunun varlığı ve inkübasyon dönemi, semptomların başlangıcı ve izolasyon dönemine yönelik somut klinik senaryoları içermekteydi. Bulgular: Katılımcıların % 85,6’sı inkübasyon periyodunu yanlış yorumladığı ve semptomlar ortaya çıktığında % 68,1’ inin hastaneye başvurmaktan kaçındığı görüldü. İzolasyon sürecinde ise katılımcıların çoğunluğunun doğru davranış sergilediği (% 60,6), önemli bir kesimin ise hekime telefonla danışma ihtiyacı duyduğu (% 23,6) görüldü. İleri yaş, eğitim seviyesi düşük ve komorbid katılımcıların doğru yorum ve davranış oranı genel olarak düşüktü. COVID-19 pozitif yakını olanlar inkübasyon dönemini daha doğru yorumlasa da semptom varlığında hastaneye başvurmaktan kaçındıkları görüldü. Sonuç: Yoğun bilgilendirmelere rağmen toplumun büyük çoğunluğunun inkübasyon dönemini yanlış yorumladığı ve semptom varlığında hastaneye başvurmaktan kaçındığı açıkça görülmüştür. Yakınında COVID-19’a şahit olma durumu ise beklenen şekilde bilgi düzeyi ve davranış değişikliği oluşturmamıştır. Toplumun bilinç ve doğru davranış düzeyinin artırılması amacıyla düzenlenecek bilgilendirme faaliyetlerinde hedef kitleye ileri yaş, komorbiditesi olan ve eğitim düzeyi düşük bireylerin dahil edilmesinin faydalı olacağı düşünülmektedir.

Masalah gizi di Indonesia saat pandemi Covid-19 meningkat kembali. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah keterbatasan yang dimiliki masyarakat untuk mengakses ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dibutuhkan alternatif yang dapat digunakan sebagai wahana mengedukasi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mencoba membantu mencegah semakin meningkatnya masalah gizi pada masyarakat saat pademi melalui konsultasi gizi online. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama sepekan dengan 11 orang konsultan gizi. Klien/masyarakat pengguna aplikasi merasa puas dan terbantu dengan adanya kegiatan ini terutama dalam mengatasi masalah gizi. Tidak ada kendala selama pelaksanaan kegiatan, namun butuh waktu untuk dapat memperkenalkan aplikasi konsultasi gizi online kepada masyarakat. Metode ini penting dilakukan oleh petugas kesehatan, khususnya ahli gizi agar dapat terus memberikan pelayanan dan memperhatikan status kesehatan masyarakat.

Covid-19 salgını gıda ve hayvancılık sektörünün önemini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Hayvancılık sektöründe üretimin devam etmesi olası gıda krizini önlemiştir. Covid 19 salgını ülkemizde hayvancılık üzerinde bazı etkiler yaratmıştır ve küresel piyasalarla birlikte maliyetlerde artış olmuştur. Ne yazık ki maliyetlerdeki artış halen devam etmekte ve üreticiyi zor duruma sokmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, pandemi sürecinin Türkiye’de hayvancılığı üzerine olan etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Bu konu ile ilgili ulaşılabilen kaynaklar incelenerek mevcut durum ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca, COVID-19 etkeninin özelliği ile hayvan türleri arasındaki farklılıklara ait bilgiler verilmiş ve çiftlik hayvanları sayıları incelenerek büyükbaş, küçükbaş, kanatlı ve arı ürünleri üretimleri incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma, COVID- 19’un hayvancılık sektöründe ve çiftlik hayvanlarında görülen etkileri ile ilgili veriler derlenerek literatüre katkı sağlamak üzere hazırlanmıştır.

Latar belakang. Pandemi coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) yang disebabkan severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS CoV-2) telah memengaruhi pelayanan kesehatan. Hal ini dapat berdampak pada keterlambatan diagnosis dan terapi termasuk pelayanan kesehatan pada anak dengan epilepsi. Hal ini menimbulkan risiko anak dengan epilepsi tidak mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal yang dapat menyebabkan kambuhnya kejang dan penurunan kualitas hidup anak dengan epilepsi. Tujuan. Untuk mengetahui dampak COVID-19 terhadap pelayanan kesehatan anak dengan epilepsi dari perspektif orangtua atau pengasuh. Metode. Penelitian deskriptif dilakukan dengan metode potong lintang. Sampel diperoleh dengan metode survei wawancara langsung menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 23 pertanyaan pada bulan Februari-April 2022 kepada 252 orangtua/pengasuh yang berasal dari beberapa rumah sakit besar dan klinik di Jakarta. Hasil. Sebagian besar pasien tidak memiliki masalah perilaku (58,3%), tidak terdapat gangguan tidur (59,1%) serta tidak terdapat perubahan kepatuhan berobat (63,1%).Mayoritas pasien tidak pernah mendapat terapi diazepam rektal untuk mengatasi kekambuhan kejang (61,9%) selama pandemi. Masalah terbesar bagi orang tua dan pengasuh adalah rasa takut mengunjungi rumah sakit (27,4%%) dan lebih memilih untuk berkonsultasi secara langsung (86,9%) dibandingkan telekonsultasi atau tidak kontrol. Manfaat telekonsultasi bervariasi, antara lain, penurunan kebutuhan pergi keluar rumah (24,7%), hemat waktu (28,6%), dan menurunkan biaya transportasi (28,6%). Terdapat beberapa kekurangan telekonsultasi, yaitu miskomunikasi antara dokter dan pasien (39,4%). Kualitas pelayanan poliklinik neurologi masih cukup baik (68,3%), dengan pelayanan elektroensefalografi dan perawatan rehabilitasi selama pandemi masih berjalan seperti biasa (96% dan 46%). Sekitar 45,2% orang tua dan pengasuh setuju bahwa anak perlu divaksinasi, meskipun baru 22,2% dari seluruh subyek telah memperoleh vaksinasi. Kesimpulan. Pandemi COVID-19 tidak hanya berdampak pada manusia, melainkan juga pada sistem pelayanan kesehatan khususnya anak dengan epilepsi. Oleh karena itu, modifikasi pelayanan kesehatan selama pandemi COVID-19 merupakan kunci untuk mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan anak dengan epilepsi seperti, telekonsultasi.

Covid-19, 2019 yılının son aylarında Çin’de ortaya çıkmış bir salgın hastalıktır. Tarih boyunca insanlar bu tür salgın hastalıklara maruz kalmış ve bu gibi hastalıklar, insanların toplumsal yaşamlarında birçok değişikliklere sebebiyet vermiştir. Covid-19 salgını da birçok alanı etkilemiş ve toplumsal faaliyetleri kısıtlamıştır. İbadet alanında da Covid-19 nedeniyle bir dizi değişiklik yaşanmıştır. Çalışmamızda genel olarak Covid-19 pandemisi sürecinde ibadet hayatında yaşanan değişimler ele alınmıştır. Öncelikle temel kavramlar açıklanmış olup sonrasında ise Covid-19 salgını sürecinde dini pratik ve ibadetler alanında süreç içerisinde alınan kararlar ve bu bağlamda yaşanan değişimlere değinilmiştir. Ortaya çıktığı günden beri birçok insanın ölümüne neden olan, kolay ve çabuk bir şekilde yayılma özelliğine sahip olan Covid-19 virüsü, hayatımızda birçok değişikliklere yol açmıştır. İbadetler de bu alanlardan biridir. Buna binaen covid-19 pandemisi sürecinde ibadetler alanında yaşanan kimi değişim ve dönüşümler araştırmamızın konusunu oluşturmaktadır.

I denne studien undersøkes betydningen av den koronarelaterte nedstengningen av norsk arbeidsliv for opplevelsen av jobbfellesskap. Dette gjøres ved å undersøke 1) om det har vært noen endring i opplevd jobbfellesskap fra tiden like før nedstengningen 12. mars 2020 til slutten av juni 2021 og 2) betydningen av koronarelaterte endringer i arbeidssituasjonen. I analysene av endring over tid benyttes data fra spørreskjemaundersøkelsene Medbestemmelsesbarometeret 2020 (N=3575) og Pandemiundersøkelsen 2021 (N=3067). Endringene i arbeidssituasjonen studeres i pandemiutvalget, og vi ser mer konkret på betydningen av hjemmekontor, permitteringer, endringer i arbeidsoppgaver og arbeidstid. Resultatene viste ingen endring i opplevelsen av jobbfellesskap fra før pandemien til juni 2021. Utviklingen over tid var imidlertid forskjellig på Sør- og Vestlandet sammenliknet med i Oslo og omegn. Når det gjelder endringene i arbeidssituasjonen, fant vi ingen sammenheng for hjemmekontor eller permitteringer. Sammenhengen mellom endring i arbeidsoppgaver og opplevd jobbfellesskap kunne heller ikke påvises med sikkerhet. Analysen viste videre at både reduksjon og økning i arbeidstid var negativt korrelert med opplevelsen av jobbfellesskap. Funnene diskuteres opp imot ulike perspektiver på fellesskapsdannelse og organisatoriske endringer. Studien bidrar til å belyse hvordan opplevelsen av jobbfellesskap kan være på det samme nivået til tross for store endringer i sosiale og materielle strukturer.

Aim: This research was conducted to examine the views of nursing students on fear of COVID-19 and clinical practice training during the pandemic process. Methods: It is a descriptive study. Students studying in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades of a university providing undergraduate nursing education in Turkey were included in the study. Subjects were recruited from a population of 235 students. The data of the research; the data were collected using the Introductory Information Form prepared by the researchers by scanning the literature and the "COVID-19 Fear Scale". Data analysis was done with SPSS 23.0. Number, percentage and Kruskal Wallis H test were used to evaluate the data. Results: The mean age of the students participating in the study was found to be 20.65 ± 1.36 and the mean score of COVID-19 was 15.43 ± 16.14.
