Introduction. The Russian Phlebological Register began work in 2016 under the patronage of the Association of Phlebologists of Russia. The creation of a phlebological register in a separate municipal center of the country complements and enriches national plans. Aim. Тo investigate the trends in the organization of medical care to the population with chronic venous diseases (CVD) of a large industrial center using the phlebological register over the past 20 years. Materials and methods. The data of municipal and private medical institutions of Ekaterinburg from 2003 to 2022 are analyzed. Data on municipal hospitals (MHs) are provided by the TFOMS of the Sverdlovsk region. Data on private medical centers (PMCs) are obtained by exporting them from the electronic databases of each center. The statistics of phlebectomies (PhE), outpatient minimally invasive interventions and procedures are summarized. Results. Over the entire period of time, the number of classical phlebectomies in MHs decreased by 4 times – from 2300 (2003) to 587 (2022). At the same time, the development of minimally invasive procedures on the main veins in the PMCs increased from 313 (2003) to 4364 (2022). This made it possible to double the coverage of patients suffering from CVD with specialized medical care. In the structure of patients operated in MHs, the proportion of persons with severe chronic venous insufficiency (CVD C4–6) significantly decreased. The number of patients with superficial thrombophlebitis had a steady downward trend: the first 5 years (2003–2007) – about 200 PhE/year, then 5 years (2008–2012) – about 120 PhE/year, and from 2013 to 2022 < 100 PhE/year. Discussion. Private medical centers have consistently introduced the latest technologies, but endovasal laser coagulation remains the leader. Conclusion. The analysis of the register revealed a number of systemic changes in the organization of phlebological care.

This study examines the scientific and theoretical foundations of the concept of medical tourism, and current trends in its development in the Republic of Kazakhstan and within the territory of Central Kazakhstan, which is of great importance in improving the professional health of the population since Central Kazakhstan is the largest industrial center. The purpose of the study is a scientific justification for the development of new directions of medical tourism in the field of occupational pathology with visits to healthcare facilities within Central Kazakhstan. The main method of research is a spatial analysis of the location of industrial regions with geoecological influence and priority healthcare organizations for developing new medical and health tourism routes for occupational pathology patients. The results of the study showed that the city of Karaganda has an absolute advantage for the further development of medical tourism in the contingent with production-related pathology.

Research was carried out at the Ufa Industrial Center on the territory of recreational zone. Morphological changes in birch leaves (Betula pendula Roth) during the growing season of 2019 are shown. Model birch trees grow on a permanent trial plot. On the trees, 10 leaves were numbered. During the growing season (June - September) photographs of each leaf were taken. The integral indicator of the stability of leaf development is calculated on five grounds. Statistical processing of the data obtained. It has been established that there are deviations in the morphological development of birch leaves. It is shown that an individual trajectory of morphological development is characteristic of leaves. The phenomenon of adaptive polymorphism of birch leaves is noted. Moreover, the morphological and functional features of the leaf are inextricably linked.

The transport interchange hubs development (TIH) has recently become an important urban issue. In our country, this problem being quite new is determined by urban planning approaches aimed at solving it. The transport hub includes a complex of several transport modes performing operations for servicing transit, local and urban transportation of goods and passengers.

The problem of contamination of the lower layer of the atmosphere in Western Siberia remains relevant more than half a century. The territory of the city of Kemerovo, a major industrial center with well-developed coal-chemical complex is an obvious example of antropotechnogenous burden on the environment and the health of the population with its climatic and geographical, weather and economic features. The aim of the study was to evaluate the structure of chemical contamination during 2005-2011 years, their interaction and the allocation of the factors that determine the ecological zoning on the example of the city of Kemerovo to identify the role of chemical pollution on the health of the population. Factor analysis revealed two latentfactors that determine the structuring of chemical pollution of the city of Kemerovo, in accordance with the wind rose and the chemical nature of the contaminants. The research shows the negative influence of chemical pollution on the health of the population of the city of Kemerovo.
