Pension provision in our country has undergone many reform processes directly and as part of the financial and social system of the state. The relative stability of the pension system is successfully tested even during martial law. The pension system of Ukraine is historically complex, three-level, regulated by many laws and instructions, and divides citizens into certain categories. One of the three levels is a voluntary accumulation system, which is represented by non-state pension funds (NPF) with different structures. The article examines the accumulation model with historical data on a typical example, builds regression models, and uses econometric analysis to extrapolate data for the next decade. According to the results of the study, it was found that regularly saving 10% of the average salary can preserve the standard of living of a retired citizen compared to the period of work, especially when using the tax credit mechanism.
