Abstract Non-self recognition is a fundamental aspect of life, serving as a crucial mechanism for mitigating proliferation of molecular parasites within fungal populations. However, studies investigating the potential interference of plants with fungal non-self recognition mechanisms are limited. Here, we demonstrate a pronounced increase in the efficiency of horizontal mycovirus transmission between vegetatively incompatible Sclerotinia sclerotiorum strains in planta as compared to in vitro. This increased efficiency is associated with elevated proline concentration in plants following S. sclerotiorum infection. This surge in proline levels attenuates the non-self recognition reaction among fungi by inhibition of cell death, thereby facilitating mycovirus transmission. Furthermore, our field experiments reveal that the combined deployment of hypovirulent S. sclerotiorum strains harboring hypovirulence-associated mycoviruses (HAVs) together with exogenous proline confers substantial protection to oilseed rape plants against virulent S. sclerotiorum. This unprecedented discovery illuminates a novel pathway by which plants can counteract S. sclerotiorum infection, leveraging the weakening of fungal non-self recognition and promotion of HAVs spread. These promising insights provide an avenue to explore for developing innovative biological control strategies aimed at mitigating fungal diseases in plants by enhancing the efficacy of horizontal HAV transmission.

Sclerotinia sclerotiorum is a notorious phytopathogenic fungus that harbors diverse mycoviruses. A novel positive-sense single-stranded RNA virus, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum alphaflexivirus 2 (SsAFV2), was isolated from the hypovirulent strain 32–9 of S. sclerotiorum, and its complete genome was determined. The SsAFV2 genome contains 7,162 nucleotides (nt), excluding the poly (A) structure, and is composed of four open reading frames (ORF1–4). ORF1 encodes a polyprotein that contains three conserved domains: methyltransferase, helicase, and RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp). The ORF3 putative encodes coat proteins (CP), with ORF2 and ORF4 encoding hypothetical proteins of unknown functions. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that SsAFV2 clustered with Botrytis virus X (BVX) based on multiple alignments of helicase, RdRp, and CP, but the methyltransferase of SsAFV2 was most closely related to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum alphaflexivirus 1, suggesting that SsAFV2 is a new member of the Botrexvirus genus within the Alphaflexiviridae family, and also revealed the occurrence of potential inter-species horizontal gene transfer events within the Botrexvirus genus during the evolutionary process. Our results contribute to the current knowledge regarding the evolution and divergence of Botrexviruses.

In a boundary layer ingestion (BLI) propulsion system, the compressor rotor operates under the condition of a severe inflow distortion because the boundary layers on the surface of aircraft have been ingested. In this situation, the low-momentum fluid would inevitably raise the blade load and aggravate the local aerodynamic losses, thus severely deteriorating the compressor overall aerodynamic performance. The paper has applied a sweep optimization design based on surrogate model and genetic algorithm to a transonic axial-flow compressor at the condition of total pressure distorted inflow. The optimization objective is to improve the compressor efficiency. The sweep design has been implemented through controlling the shape of the blade stacking line and the time-saving steady numerical simulations are mainly utilized in the optimization process. Then, the full-annulus unsteady CFD calculations have been conducted for validating the optimized design and further analyzing the flow mechanisms of performance improvements. The computational results show that the inflow distortion has led to non-uniform distributions of the tip leakage loss and the hub flow separation loss along the circumferential direction. It is found that the rotor blade has suffered from the highest tip leakage losses and hub separation losses during the blade leaving the distorted region. After rotor sweep optimization, both tip leakage and hub separation losses have been notably reduced along the full circumferential direction. Moreover, for different pitchwise locations, the optimized rotor sweep design has achieved more aerodynamic performance improvements in the process of the rotor blade leaving the distorted region than those in the processes of the rotor blade moving out of, moving towards and entering the distorted region. Overall, the optimized design performs better than the baseline design in terms of adiabatic efficiency in the entire operating range. In the meanwhile, the total pressure ratio has been maintained. Specifically, an approximately 0.5% increment of efficiency has been achieved by the optimized design at the optimization point. For this paper, the major purpose is to offer useful guidelines for fan/compressor design strategy to achieve high aerodynamic performances under distorted inflow working condition.

Sclerotinia sclerotiorum is an ascomycetous fungus and hosts various mycoviruses. In this study, a novel fungal alphaflexivirus with a special genomic structure, named Sclerotinia sclerotiorum alphaflexivirus 1 (SsAFV1), was cloned from a hypovirulent strain, AHS31. Strain AHS31 was also co-infected with two botourmiaviruses and two mitoviruses. The complete genome of SsAFV1 comprised 6939 bases with four open reading frames (ORFs), a conserved 5′-untranslated region (UTR), and a poly(A) tail in the 3′ terminal; the ORF1 and ORF3 encoded a replicase and a coat protein (CP), respectively, while the function of the proteins encoded by ORF2 and ORF4 was unknown. The virion of SsAFV1 was flexuous filamentous 480–510 nm in length and 9–10 nm in diameter. The results of the alignment and the phylogenetic analysis showed that SsAFV1 is related to allexivirus and botrexvirus, such as Garlic virus X of the genus Allexivirus and Botrytis virus X of the genus Botrevirus, both with 44% amino-acid (aa) identity of replicase. Thus, SsAFV1 is a novel virus and a new genus, Sclerotexvirus, is proposed to accommodate this novel alphaflexivirus.

The airborne hydraulic system products experience the test of low temperature environment in the whole flight envelope, so it is important to study the low temperature test schemes. Two design schemes of low temperature test are compared and analyzed to fully verify the reliability of aircraft hydraulic system products in the low temperature environment. The types of tests are identified to be adapted, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two various schemes are compared. A new scheme with long time, low power consumption and large flow rate is proposed for the low temperature test of aircraft hydraulic system. The results show that the proposed scheme can meet the test requirements, and achieve the efficient and energy-saving purpose.

Mycoviruses are ubiquitous in pathogenic fungi including Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. Using RNA sequencing, more mycoviruses have been identified in individual strains, which were previously reported to be infected by a single mycovirus. A hypovirulent strain of S. sclerotiorum, HC025, was previously thought to harbor a single mitovirus, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum mitovirus 1 (SsMV1), based on the analysis of the conventional dsRNA extraction method. We found HC025 to be co-infected by five mycoviruses. In addition to SsMV1, four mycoviruses were identified: Sclerotinia sclerotiorum narnavirus 4 (SsNV4), Sclerotinia sclerotiorum negative-stranded RNA virus 1 (SsNSRV1), Sclerotinia sclerotiorum ourmia-like virus 14 (SsOLV14), and SsOLV22. Three mycoviruses including SsNV4, SsNSRV1, and SsOLV14 share high replicase identities (more than 95%) with the previously reported corresponding mycoviruses, and SsOLV22 shows lower identity to the known viruses. The complete genome of SsOLV22 is 3987 nt long and contains a single ORF-encoded RdRp, which shares 24.84% identity with the RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) of Hubei narna-like virus 10 (query coverage: 26%; e-value: 8 × 10−19). The phylogenetic tree of RdRp suggests that SsOLV22 is a new member within the family Botourmiaviridae. All of the mycoviruses except for SsNSRV1 could horizontally co-transfer from HC025 to the virulent strain Ep-1PNA367 with hypovirulent phenotypes, and converted a later strain into a hypovirulent strain. In summary, we molecularly characterized the hypovirulent strain HC025 and identified five RNA mycoviruses including a new member within Botourmiaviridae.

Owing to the high measuring speed and requirement of less or even no sample preparation, spectroscopic technologies have been increasingly applied in areas of food technology, agriculture, and pharmaceutics where heterogeneous samples are more frequently encountered than homogeneous ones. For heterogeneous samples, the potential uncontrolled variations in optical path length due to the physical variations such as particle size and distribution, shape and sample packing may cause dominant multiplicative light scattering perturbations which will mask the spectral variations related to the content differences of chemical compounds in samples and hence deteriorate the accuracy and reliability of quantitative spectroscopic analysis. Consequently, with a view to improve the accuracy and reliability of spectroscopic analysis for heterogeneous samples, a number of chemometric techniques have been developed to correct for the effects of multiplicative light scattering. This paper reviews currently available correction techniques for absorption spectroscopy with emphasis on their theories, limitations, and suitability for practical applications.

Abstract Background The MYB superfamily constitutes one of the most abundant groups of transcription factors described in plants. Nevertheless, their functions appear to be highly diverse and remain rather unclear. To date, no genome-wide characterization of this gene family has been conducted in a legume species. Here we report the first genome-wide analysis of the whole MYB superfamily in a legume species, soybean (Glycine max), including the gene structures, phylogeny, chromosome locations, conserved motifs, and expression patterns, as well as a comparative genomic analysis with Arabidopsis. Results A total of 244 R2R3-MYB genes were identified and further classified into 48 subfamilies based on a phylogenetic comparative analysis with their putative orthologs, showed both gene loss and duplication events. The phylogenetic analysis showed that most characterized MYB genes with similar functions are clustered in the same subfamily, together with the identification of orthologs by synteny analysis, functional conservation among subgroups of MYB genes was strongly indicated. The phylogenetic relationships of each subgroup of MYB genes were well supported by the highly conserved intron/exon structures and motifs outside the MYB domain. Synonymous nucleotide substitution (dN/dS) analysis showed that the soybean MYB DNA-binding domain is under strong negative selection. The chromosome distribution pattern strongly indicated that genome-wide segmental and tandem duplication contribute to the expansion of soybean MYB genes. In addition, we found that ~ 4% of soybean R2R3-MYB genes had undergone alternative splicing events, producing a variety of transcripts from a single gene, which illustrated the extremely high complexity of transcriptome regulation. Comparative expression profile analysis of R2R3-MYB genes in soybean and Arabidopsis revealed that MYB genes play conserved and various roles in plants, which is indicative of a divergence in function. Conclusions In this study we identified the largest MYB gene family in plants known to date. Our findings indicate that members of this large gene family may be involved in different plant biological processes, some of which may be potentially involved in legume-specific nodulation. Our comparative genomics analysis provides a solid foundation for future functional dissection of this family gene.

Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a severe critical respiratory disease characterized by refractory hypoxemia, which is caused by intrapulmonary and extrapulmonary factors. It has a rapid onset, and high morbidity and mortality. With the global prevalence and mutation of respiratory viruses, the diagnosis and treatment of ARDS have become more complicated, requiring exploration into the molecular mechanisms and effective therapeutic methods of the occurrence and development of ARDS in clinical practice. Researchers have found that the pathogenesis of ARDS involves the interaction of multiple factors, including imbalances in inflammatory responses and redox reactions, dysregulation of endothelial cells, disruption of alveolar-capillary barrier and abnormalities in coagulation function. Although advancements in molecular biology techniques such as genomics and proteomics have provided new insights into the pathogenesis of ARDS, there is still a lack of early diagnostic biomarker and effective drugs targeted for ARDS. At present, more comprehensive and in-depth basic and clinical research is still needed. Increasing evidence suggests that transient receptor potential vanilloid-1 (TRPV1), also known as the capsaicin receptor, plays a crucial role in respiratory system diseases. TRPV1 is widely distributed in the upper respiratory tract, airway smooth muscle, alveoli and pulmonary blood vessels, participating in mediating airway dilation and constriction, cough reflex, and release of inflammatory mediators related to inflammation and pain, as well as sensing and transmitting various biological signals related to temperature, chemical substances and mechanical stress stimuli in the respiratory system. The widespread distribution and diverse physiological functions of TRPV1 make it a research hotspot in the occurrence and development of respiratory system diseases such as pneumonia, pulmonary edema, cough, asthma and acute lung injury. This article reviews the correlation and molecular mechanisms between ARDS caused by sepsis, traumatic brain injury and respiratory viruses with TRPV1, aiming to summarize the positive effects of regulating TRPV1 expression on the pathogenesis of ARDS and provide reference for strengthening early diagnosis and effective intervention measures for ARDS.

Objective: The primary objective of this study is to investigate the chemical composition, volatile components, and biological activity of pickled bamboo shoots in the Guangxi and Guangdong regions, as well as the regional characteristics and flavor formation mechanisms of these pickled bamboo shoots. Methods: Physical and chemical experiments were used to analyze the major components in fermented bamboo shoots and their extracts. The volatile flavor components in fermented bamboo shoots were identified and analyzed using headspace solid-phase microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （HS-SPME-GC-MS）. The antioxidant activity of fermented bamboo shoot extracts was evaluated using in vitro antioxidant activity methods （ABTS free radical scavenging method, DPPH free radical scavenging method, and FRAP method）. Results: There were no significant differences in moisture, pH, total soluble sugars, fats, amino acid nitrogen, and nitrite content between the pickled bamboo shoots from Guangxi Liuzhou Tianyi Agricultural Technology Co Ltd （hereinafter referred to as GXLZTY） and those from the Shaoguan Nanxiong Agricultural Trade Market in Northern Guangdong （hereinafter referred to as GDYBNX）. However, there were significant differences between the two in terms of chloride, total acids, proteins, dietary fibers, total flavonoids, total polyphenols, and mineral element content. Analysis of volatile components indicated that the main constituents in GXLZTY fermented bamboo shoots were P-cresol, hexanoic acid, octanoic acid, 2-ethylhexanol, and sulfur dioxide, while the primary components in fermented bamboo shoots from GDYBNX were p-cresol, acetic acid, and serinol. Antioxidant activity test results showed that the GXLZTY sour bamboo shoot extracts were superior in terms of clearing ABTS free radicals, DPPH free radicals, and FRAP activity compared to the extracts from GDYBNX. Conclusion: GXLZTY fermented bamboo shoots have higher nutritional value and antioxidant activity. These research results provide a theoretical basis for the fermentation process and industrial production of fermented bamboo shoots.

Boron nitride nanotubes were prepared by ball milling and annealing method using boron oxide and ammonia as raw materials and iron or magnesium powder as catalyst. The effect of iron or magnesium content on morphology and yield of boron nitride nanotubes was studied. The results show that uniform fine boron nitride nanotubes can be obtained by annealing process when the precursor of boron oxide does not contain catalyst, but the yield is very low. Appropriate iron can play a good catalytic role, a large number of boron nitride nanotubes with uniform size can be obtained. With the increase of iron content, the productivity of the product decreases and the morphology of the annealed products changes from boron nitride nanotubes with uniform size to boron nitride nanotubes with uneven diameter and length. When the molar ratio of boron oxide and iron content reaches 1∶1, the productivity of the product increases and the morphology of them changes from smooth boron nitride nanotubes to coral-like boron nitride micro-nanostructures with a large number of boron nitride nanosheets growing vertically on the surface of boron nitride nanotubes, and the diameter of the product increases obviously. The change of magnesium content only affects the size, uniformity and productivity of the product, no effect on morphology was observed. Changes in morphology and yield of boron nitride nanotubes can be explained by gas-liquid-solid growth mechanism.

Abstract Background Mirror dextrocardia (MDC) is a condition in which the heart is located in a mirror-image position on the right side of the chest compared to the normal position in individuals with physiological variations. Patients with MDC and chronic total occlusion (CTO) of the left circumflex branch (LCX) are extremely rare in clinical practice. The treatment of MDC-CTO-LCX differs significantly from patients without mirror dextrocardia and the same condition in terms of instrument selection and procedural techniques. In this article, we report a successful case of interventional treatment in a patient with MDC-CTO-LCX. We summarize the anatomical and electrocardiographic variations in patients with MDC-CTO-LCX, and discuss the selection of interventional instruments and techniques that can be useful for interventionists as well as the diagnostic and therapeutic considerations that can be helpful for clinical physicians. Case presentation A male Han Chinese patient, 51, was admitted, presenting recurrent chest pain for a year and recent onset of exertional fatigue over the past week.He reported episodes of chest pain following physical activities over the past year, lasting between 5 and 20 min.Despite these symptoms, the patient did not seek immediate medical attention, and the occurrence of his chest pain has progressively lessened within the year.A week prior, the patient developed exertional dyspnea after brief walks, though without any episodes of nocturnal paroxysmal dyspnea.Upon arrival at our hospital for evaluation, he was initially diagnosed with chronic coronary syndrome, previous inferior myocardial infarction, atrial arrhythmia, and classified under the New York Heart Association functional class III.Following his admission, a chest X-ray and coronary angiography were conducted.The results indicated mirror dextrocardia and total occlusion of the left circumflex branch. Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) was performed on the left circumflex branch. Subsequent angiography demonstrated optimal stent positioning without evidence of hematoma or dissection.Following the procedure, the patient's symptoms of chest pain and exertional dyspnea were resolved, which led to his subsequent discharge.A follow-up electrocardiogram, 10 months post-procedure, displayed a slow and regular atrial rhythm. Conclusions The incidence of dextrocardia is very low, and it may appear normal on an electrocardiogram; however, careful diagnosis is required when there is an abnormal direction of the P wave in limb leads. During the operation for chronic occlusive lesions of the right-sided coronary artery, the anomalous anatomical structure necessitates specific requirements for instrument selection and operative techniques. After revascularization of chronic occlusive vessels in dextrocardia, routine electrocardiographic examination may show false normalization, requiring caution in interpretation.

Cervical cancer is a typical cancer characterized by abnormal cell growth in the cervical area. Ginkgo biloba L. is a deciduous tree of the genus Ginkgo, possessing anti-cancer effects. The aim of this study was to explore the effect of strain J1 from Ginkgo biloba L. on apoptosis of cervical cancer cells. Bacteriostatic activity test, MTT assay and Flow cytometry were used in this study. Crude extract of J1 fermentation reduced cell growth in cervical cancer. The crude extract of the fermentation broth of strain J1 had a good inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus. The crude extract of the J1 fermentation had no toxic effect on normal WISH cells in the range of anti-cervical cancer concentration. Crude extract of J1 fermentation induced apoptosis and regulated cell cycle in cervical cancer. The active compounds were separated and identified by preparative chromatography, and more than ten compounds were obtained. Our study suggests that the crude extract of J1 fermentation from Endophytic fungi of Ginkgo biloba reduced cell growth, and promoted apoptosis of cervical cancer, and is a potential therapeutic strategy for the treatment of cervical carcinoma.

The Folin-Wu method is one of the classic methods for blood glucose determination. It is the representative scientific research achievement of Hsien Wu, one of the most celebrated biochemists in China. This study focuses on the invention process of the Folin-Wu method by referring to the original papers of Folin and Hsien Wu and relevant second-hand historical materials. The implication of competition and cooperation in scientific community on further improvement of the Folin-Wu method is also discussed. The purpose is to evaluate the influence of the Folin-Wu method based on historical data, and to further clarify the academic contribution of Hsien Wu in the research process of this method.

Corrosion map is the most direct form of environmental corrosion, which can provide data support for the anti-corrosion design, construction and operation and maintenance of engineering equipment intuitively and quickly. The research advancements in environmental corrosivity mapping techniques are reviewed here. It delineates the atmospheric and soil corrosivity classification methods through qualitative and quantitative analysis. The merits and constraints of these classification methods and interpolation methods when applied to corrosion mapping are critically assessed.

BackgroundAccurately calculating the borehole size and standoff between the tool and borehole wall is the premise for correcting the effect of the borehole environment and improving measurement precision in logging while drilling (LWD).PurposeThis study aims to obtain an accurate calculation method for the standoff size of LWD.MethodsFirstly, the theoretical relationship of the standoff was derived based on the broad-beam γ-ray attenuation model for azimuth density LWD. Then, Monte Carlo N-Particle transport code (MCNP) was employed for simulation, and results were benchmarked according to experimental tool data. By analyzing the influence of standoff, mud and formation density, and other factors on the detector response, an accurate standoff calculation formula was derived. Finally, logging curves were drawn using the CIFLog platform and the calculated standoff results were compared with the measured ultrasonic results, hence to verify the accuracy of the proposed standoff calculation method.ResultsThe calculated standoff results in the simulation are fundamentally consistent with the theoretical value. The calculation result using measured data processing is in approximate agreement with the ultrasonic standoff, and the calculated calipers have good correspondence with the wireline well diameter. The proposed method provides accurate measurement even when the standoff is small and ultrasonic standoff measurement is abnormal. The applicable range of standoff calculation based on azimuthal density LWD is 0~3.81 cm.ConclusionsThe broad-beam γ-ray attenuation based standoff calculation method for density LWD complements to larger range ultrasonic measurements to provide key parameters for borehole correction for LWD tools.

Large carnivores maintain the balance of ecosystems. Understanding distribution and population changes are necessary prerequisites for scientific conservation strategy. The east of Jilin Province is the habitat of endangered Amur tiger (Panthera tigris altaica). The Chinese government has focused the monitoring on protecting the Amur tiger. However, little is known about Asiatic black bear (ABB, Ursus thibetanus) distribution, population dynamics in the wild, and protection awareness of local residents in Jilin Province, China. We conducted a integrative survey in mountain areas of eastern Jilin to determine ABB distribution. We explored the drivers of the distribution of ABB in Jilin using logstic regression, we further predicted the habitat suitability and potential suitable habitat of the ABB. Totally, we surveyed 112 grids (15 km × 15 km) from November 2015 to January 2019. Logistic regression analysis revealed that the main factors driving ABB distribution in Jilin are forest coverage, distance from protected areas, distance from main roads (railways and highways), and distance from water bodies. The results of questionnaire survey showed that the local residents’ understanding of ABB distribution is congruent with our field research. They believed that the number of ABBs has gradually increased in the past ten years. Nevertheless, the local residents have a negative attitude toward the ABBs, which may adversely affect efforts to protect them, possibly leading to more conflicts between humans and bears. Therefore, there is a need to consider ways to change the attitude of the locals through the strengthening of the protection propaganda and advocating management as being critical for the protection of ABBs. Our research provides a scientific basis for future conservation planning. We recommend taking local people’s attitude into consideration during conservation management strategy making to reduce human-bear conflicts and promote the coexistence of humans and bears.

For the characteristics of the two empty lanes which are parallel empty roadways in front of 3311 fully mechanized caving face in Chengzhuang Mine and empty roadway in roof, and the problems that overhanging support pressure overlaps, the mine pressure appears severely and the roof collapses, etc, filling empty lane is a reasonable way to pass empty lane. The numerical simulation is used to compare and analyze the damage of surrounding rock under the support of different strength filling bodies. It is determined that the filling body strength of the empty road filling to meet the supporting conditions is not less than 2 MPa, and the water-cement ratio of the high water material is determined to be 3∶1. In combination with the actual situation on the site, a reasonable empty road grouting replacement scheme was designed for working face continuously through two roof empty lanes, and industrial tests were carried out. The results show that there is no significant difference between the working face over-the-airway stage and the normal mining stage, and there is no obvious phenomenon of rib spalling and roof caving.

This paper aims to explore the key role of the property industry in China’s low-carbon transition, and analyze the opportunities and challenges of its dual-carbon development. Firstly, the urgency of global greenhouse gas emissions and the importance of property industry in carbon emissions are introduced, then the definition and significance of carbon neutral and dual carbon goals are analyzed, and the international and domestic dual carbon policies and commitments are reviewed. Then it lists the main sources and components of carbon emissions of the property industry in detail, and evaluates the carbon footprint of the property industry. Next, it discusses the opportunities of new technology and innovation, renewable energy, carbon finance and carbon market for the dual-carbon development of the property industry. At the same time, it also discusses the challenges of technical constraints and cost pressures, the uncertainty and landing problems of policies and regulations, and the difficulty and constraints of landlord and tenant participation. Finally, the paper puts forward policy suggestions to promote the dual-carbon development of the property industry, including setting clear carbon reduction targets and schedules, providing policy support and financial incentives, and establishing industry cooperation and sharing mechanism.

In the context of China’s strategy to promote carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, the construction industry has come under the spotlight for its higher carbon emissions. Property’ management plays an important role in the operation phase of buildings. Therefore, it is of great significance to innovate property’ management paths and strategies for energy saving and emission reduction in the property sector. In this paper, we will first discuss the concept and connotation of “dual-carbon” strategy, as well as the relationship between property’ management and carbon emissions. Secondly, it discusses the challenges faced by property’ management under the “dual-carbon” strategy and the benefits of accomplishing the transformation, in order to explain the necessity and value of innovative property’ management. Then, the three innovative paths of property’ management, namely intelligent building and energy’ management, application and promotion of renewable energy’, and carbon footprint monitoring and assessment, are discussed and the key strategies are proposed from certain perspectives. Then, successfill case of property’ management is introduced, and the experiences for their success are summarized. Finally, based on the above innovation paths, key strategies and successful cases, suggestions are made from three perspectives: policies and regulations, enterprises and owners, and technology’ and talents.

In recent years, breast cancer incidence has increased year by year, which makes research on treatment methods critical. Intervention surgery is a new development in breast cancer treatment. However, the operation is complicated and lasts for a long time. The doctor’s operation can no longer meet clinical needs. The breast intervention robot has the characteristics of minimal invasiveness, operability, and high flexibility so that it can compensate for the shortcomings of traditional interventional surgery. The combination of the robotic system and medical imaging technology is an important means to determine the lesion location and plan the puncture path. This article mainly reviews the breast intervention robot under image navigation. Based on existing literature, image navigation methods are divided into MRI, ultrasound, and CT for the introduction. First, we summarized the principles and technologies associated with materials, sensors, and actuators used in the MRI-guided breast intervention robot. In particular, the actuation is analyzed and compared in detail. Subsequently, the ultrasound-guided and CT-guided breast intervention robots are introduced. After that, we discuss the image-guided positioning technology. Finally, we summarize the research progress and trends in the future development of breast intervention robots under image navigation.

The temperature of the working environment is one of the key factors in determining the properties of semiconductor detectors, and it affects the absolute accuracy and stability of the standard detector. In order to determine the temperature coefficient of CdTe detector used for X-rays detection, a precise temperature control system was designed. In this experiment, detectors and radiographic source were set inside a thermostat with temperature of 0~40°C, so that the temperature can be regulated for the test of the temperature coefficient of CdTe detector. Studies had shown that, with the increase of the temperature, the energy resolution and detection efficiency of the CdTe detector would deteriorate, and under 10°C the detectors have better performance with the 8 keV X-rays.

Based on the input-output method, using the latest input-output data of 42 industries, this paper constructs the quantitative relationship between investment and GDP increment, investment and employment added value, and carries out quantitative analysis on the pulling effect of investment on the economy of various industries and the role of employment growth, so as to provide quantitative reference for power grid investment decision-making and social responsibility performance.

Through the analysis of internal and external management requirements, this paper constructs an auxiliary decision-making model of power grid investment to support the determination of investment scale, structure and time sequence, to realize the reasonable investment scale calculation of provincial companies, the calculation of investment structure of different voltage levels and the optimization of project delivery under the condition of given investment scale, which comprehensively considers the external supervision, economic development and internal management objectives, so as to assist the prior investment decision-making, improve the input-output efficiency, effectively improve the Advisory decision-making ability of investment data, and meet the company’s investment decision-making needs.
