Food is an essential requirement for humans in carrying out their lives. Indonesia is an agrarian country, but in reality, food security is apparently still very fragile. The evidence is evident from the large number of people's food imported from abroad. There is still a lot of wrong food management which causes Indonesia to not have food sovereignty. This study aims to examine the verses of the al-Qur’an which analyze economic resilience by taking idea from Muslim figures, namely Muhammad Abid Al-Jabiri. This study uses qualitative method with documentation techniques, namely recording, collecting and recording all found data in documents. This study focused on searching various literature and manuscripts, both primary and secondary, which are closely related to the theme to be discussed. This research also uses analytical-descriptive method where this method is used to get an in-depth picture of the interpretation of the verses on resilience from Muhammad Abid Al-Jabiri's perspective. The results of this research are that Al-Jabiri's economic resilience strategy can be implemented in the form of practical policies such as those in the food productivity resilience sector implemented by mapping economic areas.

Meningkatnya keberhasilan suatu perekonomian daerah dapat diukur dari pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Produk Domestik Bruto terjadi jika suatu derah memiliki sektor unggulan/potensial atau sektor dasar laju pertumbuhannya relatif cepat dan memiliki daya saing yang kuat. Berpeluang menjadi sektor dasar jika pemerintah daerah mampu mengkondisikan peluang yang ada menjadi hasil yang optimal. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sektor unggulan/ potensial dikota Banda Aceh agar pemerintah daerah dapat mengembangkan daerahnya. Pendekatan Static Location Quotient (SLQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) digunakan dalam menganalisa sektor Kota Banda Aceh. Sehingga didapat kesimpulan, sektor potensial Kota Banda Aceh adalah Sektor Pengadaan Listrik dan Gas, Sektor Pengadaan Air, Pengelolaan Sampah, Limbah dan Daur Ulang, Sektor Transportasi dan Pergudangan, Seektor Penyediaan Akomodasi dan Makan Minum, Sektor Informasi dan Komunikasi, Sektor Jasa Keuangan dan Asuransi, Sektor Real Estate, Sektor Jasa Perusahaan, Sektor Administrasi Pemerintah, Pertahanan dan Jaminan Sosial Wajib, Sektor Jasa Pendidikan, Jasa Kesehatan dan Kegiatan Sosial dan Sektor Jasa Lainnya.

The objective of this research is to describe the construction of claims in the strategies used in the coffee discourse. The claim in the argument can show cognition about coffee that is implanted by the producer. his research takes data from the online discourse of Indonesian coffee. The data of this research are statements that are contextually interpreted as claims and then examined from the Toulmin concept. By studying the types of claims, types of claims and its strategy to connect claims and ground, the researcher describes the arguments in the coffee discourse. From the results of the qualitative study, it is obtained that there are three types of claims, namely fact-based claims, judgment and value claims, and claim-based policies. From the three types of claims it can be concluded that there are. From the results and discussion it can be stated that there are subjective and objective claims formed in the coffee discourse. Objective claims are proven by geographical location, research, knowledge and environmental conservation in industrial agriculture (future knowledge). Subjective claims are shown by personality and support quality. Regarding history, as an aspect of judgment and value claims, it is subjective and objective. From these claims, it can be seen that the coffee discourse contains cognitions about coffee companies with historical authority, personality, and taste; future knowledge and research references; taste, packaging, and good process.

Analysis of earnings management is carried out to achieve profit targets applied in financial statements management. This study analyzes the difference between earnings management in the consumer goods industry sector, Islamic and conventional stocks. Data is on financial statements and annual reports of manufacturing companies on IDX in 2016-2019 as many as 19 sharia and 10 non-sharia issuers. This research uses analysis of the independent samples test of earnings management, current tax burden, firm size, managerial ownership, and leverage both Islamic and Conventional stocks. The results show a significant difference in several variables in earnings management between two markets, i.e., Islamic and Conventional Stocks, which are current tax burden, managerial ownership, and leverage in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry in Indonesia in the period of 2016-2019

Starting from 2015, the ministry of religions and affairs of Indonesia has developed a type of formal education service, specially for pesantren by announcing Pendidikan Diniyah Formal (PDF). Some pesantren in Indonesia have implemented this kind of curriculum, so that it is necessary to conduct a study related to its implementation in order to acquire the whole description of its actualization in pesantren. This study aims to describe the implementation of PDF at APIK (Asrama Pendidikan Islam Kaliwungu), one of pesantren in Kaliwungu. This study belongs to case study and uses qualitative approach. The data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation in order to know the planning, implementation, and evaluation process of PDF. This study uses the model of Miles and Huberman which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing in analyzing the data. The research result shows the implementation of PDF at APIK including its learning objectives, materials, sources, time allotment, as well as the evaluation system has been appropriate with the basic rule of PDF established by the government. However, it still remains the specific characteristics of pesantren, including its local content, classroom management, as well as the learning strategy used such as bandongan and sorogan. The result of this study can be used as reference for other pesantren applying PDF and to facilitate some pesantren which have applied PDF in spreading its existence among Indonesian people, so that their graduates can be accepted in higher education institution as well as other formal institutions.

Abstract The preliminary research of this research showed that the students had problems with reading comprehension known from their score. The students got 55 as their reading comprehension score where as the score of the student’s report card was 68. Therefore, this present study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) which involves four stages of research. They were (1) Planning, (2) Implementing, (3) Observing, and (4) Reflecting. The instruments used to collect data in this research are field note, observation checklist, and reading comprehension test. This research was done in one cycle which consists of three meeting and it set score 63 in average as the criterion of success based on the researcher and the English teacher discussion. This criterion of success considered the students’ reading comprehension ability and the classroom circumstance. The result of this study above draws us into the conclusion that the graphic organizer Method improves the student’s reading comprehension. This proved by the increasing of their score and behavior during the implementation of the method. Thus, graphic organizer method is an effective method in improving student’s reading comprehension. Para siswa mendapat 55 sebagai skor pemahaman bacaan mereka sedangkan skor kartu laporan siswa adalah 68. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang melibatkan empat tahap penelitian. Mereka adalah (1) Perencanaan, (2) Implementing, (3) Observing, dan (4) Reflecting. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah catatan lapangan, daftar observasi, dan tes membaca pemahaman. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam satu siklus yang terdiri dari tiga pertemuan dan menetapkan skor rata-rata 63 sebagai kriteria keberhasilan berdasarkan pada peneliti dan diskusi guru bahasa Inggris. Kriteria keberhasilan ini mempertimbangkan kemampuan pemahaman membaca siswa dan keadaan kelas. Hasil penelitian ini di atas menarik kita ke kesimpulan bahwa Metode grafik organizer meningkatkan pemahaman membaca siswa. Ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya skor dan perilaku mereka selama implementasi metode. Dengan demikian, metode grafik organizer adalah metode yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman membaca siswa. Augmented Reality (AR) is an optical technology that combines virtual objects or worlds into real worlds like in real time and increases user perceptions and interactions with the real world. Information conveyed by virtual objects helps users carry out activities (tasks) in the real world. The convenience offered makes AR technology can be used for various fields, including education, such as the development of materials or learning media. Augmented reality in its development is more comfortable, cheaper, and can be widely implemented in various multimedia needs. This research is a study of the development of multimedia based on augmented reality to produce dynamic learning materials or media in supporting the concept of smart learning. This research provides multimedia models of mathematics for circles, ellipses, parabola, and hyperbole based on augmented reality to create more dynamic learning as smart learning. Multimedia is produced according to operational standards and meets content standards based on media experts, content, and users. Multimedia-based augmented reality math is easy to operate, helps, and increases understanding and increases student motivation.

The method used is a survey with a correlational study involving 112 sample people. There are three instruments that measure performance (rel. 936), organizational culture (rail. 790), and locus of control (rel. 912). Data has been analyzed by two-way ANOVA. The results revealed that there were positive and significant correlations between these variables, even though they were controlled by second-order correlations, still significant between them. Therefore it can be concluded that if the performance will be improved, the Organizational Culture and Locus of Control employees must be considered. Telah difabrikan Dye-sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC) berbasis nanopartikel ZnO dengan variasi metode preparasi pasta sesuai dengan Yonekawa dan Gratzel dan temperatur fabrikasi. Nanopartikel ZnO dibuat dengan metode kopresipitasi yaitu dengan mereaksikan prekursor Zinc Asetat dengan DEG (diethylene glycol). Prepararasi fotoelektroda ZnO dilakukan dengan memvariasikan komposisi pasta berdasarkan metode yang dilakukan oleh Gratzel dan Yonekawa untuk mendapatkan efisiensi yang besar. Selain itu, dilakukan variasi temperatur pada proses anil fotoelektroda. Fabrikasi DSSC menggunakan pewarna manggis sebagai pewarna alami. DSSC difabrikasi dalam bentuk struktur sandwich dengan menggunakan pasangan redoks I3-/I- dan elektroda pembanding platina/karbon. Hasil karakterisasi ZnO menunjukkan ZnO berdispersi tunggal dengan ukuran agregat dan partikel sebesar ~300nm dan 13,93 nm. Energi band gap yang dihasilkan dari nanopartikel ZnO adalah 3,29 eV. Berdasarkan karakteristik kurva I-V dan IPCE, diperoleh bahwa efisiensi terbaik berada pada suhu 200°C dengan menggunakan metode Yonekawa sebesar 0,11% dengan IPCE 0,0005%, FF 61,41%, Isc 2,79µA, Voc 232,4 mV).
