Madrasah Aliyah Al-Irsyad in Demak district in Central Java is one of the madrasahs that conducts skills-based programs. Good educational administration may be an essential component of the school. School management may be effective when it combines numerous traits, such as organizational leadership, curriculum leadership, supervisory leadership, and management. It is envisaged that establishing a skills program would help students develop their human resources while also improving the quality of education in general. Skills education that is well executed will become a particular attraction and will have value for the community to enrol their children in MA. Gajah al-Irsyad.

An unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) mortar was applied to repair the damage to the tension zone's one-way reinforced concrete (RC) slabs. The load carrying capacity of the patched RC slab is of interest to justify the effectiveness of the repair. The Yield Line Theory (YLT) may be used to estimate the load carrying capacity of patched RC slabs under concentrated load. The results of the YLT are compared with the experimental results to evaluate the validity of the YLT method. The results confirm that patching alters the yield line formation, mainly when the concentrated load is applied close to the patching zone. Subsequently, the YLT method provides a higher load carrying capacity estimation deviation for slabs with a loading point near the patching zone. On the other hand, the YLT method estimates load carrying capacity accurately when the loading point is away from the patching zone.

Developing the relationships with students during teaching and learning was by the teaching method. As a result, teaching approaches made a significant contribution to teaching and learning activities. Learning examples that are not examples was one example of a media-based learning methodology. The media in learning was our problem in the teaching and learning process because the media was the component that will give an effect on student learning outcomes because learning messages can be delivered according to the learning objectives through media. To maximize learning and teaching effectiveness, pay attention to how learning messages were arranged so that students were engaged in learning. This research had two objectives: (1) How does the Examples-Non-Examples technique in fiqh at MI Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Banyuputih Situbondo work? (2) Can the Examples-Non-Examples technique be used to boost students' learning creativity in Fiqh at Salafiyah Syafi'iyah, Sukorejo Banyuputih, and Situbondo? The classroom action research approach was used with two cycles to get a good result. Before doing research utilizing the examples-without-examples technique, the researcher conducted an initial test (pre-test) in the pre-cycle, whereas in cycles I and 2, one meeting was held with a time allocation of 1 x 40 minutes. The research findings were acquired in four stages: planning, execution, observation, and reflection. For the findings: (1) The example-non-examples approach was successfully used. This can be observed in the percentage scores of research activities and student activities, which climbed each cycle after adopting the Example-Non-Examples technique in cycle I, which began at 66% and increased to 75%. Student participation in cycle II grew from 62% to 81%. (2) When the Examples-Non-Examples approach was used, student learning creativity rises. This appears in the pre-test, where the proportion of learning completion was 14%, it increased to 45% in the post-test cycle I, and 93% in the post-test cycle II.

Damage occurring on a reinforced concrete beam (e.g. spalling) can reduce beam’s capacity to withstand external loads. The damage becomes more critical if it is occurred in the shear span since it may lead to shear failure. Patching to the damage zone by suitable patch repair material could be the best option in restoring the shear capacity of the beam. This research investigates the shear recovery of patched reinforced concrete beams with web reinforcement. The patching material used is unsaturated polyester resin mortar. The shear recovery is assessed on the basis of the patched beam’s behavior under flexure-shear load in comparison with those of normal beams. The behavior observed include cracking failure mode, strains of the reinforcements, and load-deflection behavior. The results indicate that the UPR mortar is capable to restore the strength of the damage reinforced concrete beam. The characteristic of UPR mortar (low elastic modulus and high strength) can be the origin of the overall behavior of the patched reinforced concrete beams.

Background and Aims: Follitropin delta is the third recombinant FSH (rFSH) preparation developed with an individualized dosing regimen based on patient’s body weight and AMH level. According to the existing report, a daily dose of follitropin delta provides an equivalent ovarian response to that of follitropin alfa. However, the effect of follitropin delta on the resulting embryo and biochemical pregnancy remains to be elucidated. Hence, the present study aims to evaluate the effect of follitropin delta on embryo quality and biochemical pregnancy rates compared with that of follitropin alfa in an in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI) cycle. Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted between January and December 2022 at Melati Clinic, Harapan Kita Women and Children Hospital. A total of 59 IVF/ICSI cycles stimulated with follitropin alfa and 26 IVF/ICSI cycles treated with follitropin delta were subsequently analyzed. Results: After analysis, no significant difference was observed regarding the embryo quality of both treatments (P>0.05). The median of the good, moderate, and poor embryos in the follitropin alfa and follitropin delta group was 2 vs. 3, 1 vs. 2, and 2 vs. 2, respectively. Similarly, the biochemical pregnancy rate between the follitropin alfa and follitropin delta group was comparable (25% vs. 15%, P>0.05). Conclusions: In conclusion, our study suggests that stimulation with follitropin delta in IVF/ICSI cycles yields a similar embryo quality and biochemical pregnancy rates to those of follitropin alfa.

Background and Aims: Due to the coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) pandemic, assisted reproductive techniqueservices across Indonesia have been suspended. With an unpredictable duration, the suspension is affecting particular groups of women who want to achieve pregnancy, including advanced aged women whose fertility has declined significantly. Here we present a 44-year-old woman with primary infertility and nulliparous with unexplained indication who underwent an in vitro fertilization procedure while confirmed positive for COVID-19. The goal of this study was to investigate SARS-CoV-2 transmission through the embryo and its effect on the embryo survival rate. Method: The IVF procedure was carried out following standard methods. Controlled ovarian stimulation was done by giving growth hormone and exogenous gonadotropin on the first day of the cycle, gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist on day 7 of the cycle, and human chorionic gonadotropin 36 hours before ovum pick up. Then, ovum pick up was carried out with COVID-19 standard safety procedures and the follicles were sent to the IVF laboratory with a heating stage. The oocytes were obtained from the follicular fluid analysis, following intracytoplasmic sperm injection. The zygotes were cultured for 48 hours and tested negative for SARS-CoV-2. Afterward, the entire embryos were vitrified for 30 days until the patient’s RT-PCR test confirmed negative for SARS-CoV-2 infection. Thereafter, an endometrial thickness examination was done, followed by embryo transfer on the same day. Results: Six oocytes in metaphase-II were retrieved while the patient was confirmed positive with COVID-19. After fertilization, 6 embryos were obtained, tested negative for COVID-19, and were later vitrified. Conclusion: Two of the embryos survived vitrification and both were successfully transferred. IVF with standard procedures is safe to proceed on COVID-19 positive women.

Abstract This study aimed to develop a conceptual model of the relationship between competence, compensation, and employee performance hammering training on the performance of employees of public health centres in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Model (SEM) Smart PLS. The main findings in this study are competency and compensation which affect the employee performance. Training plays a role in mediating the effect of competence and compensation on employee performance. The acceptance of the hypothesis that claimed the role of mediation from training shows the importance of training as one of the strategies in improving employee performance. Temuan utama pada penelitian ini adalah kompetensi dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diklat berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diterimanya hipotesis yang menyatakan peran mediasi dari diklat memperlihatkan pentingnya diklat sebagai salah satu strategi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Objectives: To investigate the relationshipxbetween gonadotropins which are used in the process of controlled ovarian stimulation, rFSH and hMG, and the in vitro fertilization outcomes, which are oocyte number, embryo number, and fertilization rate during the period of 2013 to 2019. Methods: This research was a cross sectional study. Data from medical record of patients who underwent the in vitro fertilization procedure at Melati Clinic, Harapan Kita Child and Mother Hospital were obtained. This research collected the oocyte number, embryo number, and fertilization rate of eligible patients who received rFSH or hMG stimulation. Results: Four hundred and fifty four patients were eligible for the research, further divided into 309 patients who received rFSH and 145 patients who received hMG. Non-parametric test revealed that patients who belong to the rFSH group had a statistically significant higher oocyte number, embryo number, and fertilization rate compared to hMG group with p < 0.05. Conclusion: Significant difference of oocyte number, embryo number, and fertilization rate exists between rFSH and hMG group (p < 0.05) with the mean oocyte number, embryo number, and fertilization rate are consistently observed higher in the rFSH group compared to hMG group. Keywords: controlled ovarian stimulation, hMG, infertility, in vitro fertilization, rFSH Abstrak Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan stimulasi ovarium terkendali yang mendapatkan sediaan gonadotropin berupa rFSH dan hMG dengan luaran FIV berupa jumlah oosit, jumlah embrio, dan tingkat pembuahan pada periode 2013– 2019 Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang menggunakan data rekam medis yang menjalani program FIV di Klinik Melati Harapan Kita tahun 2013 – 2019. Data yang digunakan adalah data pasien yang menjalani program dengan protokol rFSH dan hMG dibandingkan dengan luaran jumlah oosit, fertilization rate, dan jumlah embrio. Hasil: Dari 454 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria, 309 pasien menggunakan rFSH sebagai obat stimulasi ovarium dan 145 pasien menggunakan hMG sebagai obat stimulasi ovarium. Hasil uji non parametrik lebih tinggi pada kelompok pengguna rFSH dengan ketiga variabel yang diteliti ditemukan bermakna secara signifikan dengan hasil p < 0,05. Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara jumlah oosit, tingkat pembuahan, dan jumlah embrio pada kelompok rFSH dan hMG (P < 0,05) dengan rata-rata oosit, tingkat pembuahan, dan jumlah embrio kelompok rFSH lebih besar daripada kelompok hMG Kata kunci: hMG, infertilitas, fertilisasi in vitro, rFSH, stimulasi ovarium

In response to governance shift in Indonesia, a heavy burden of responsibility is placed on local authorities to act in the best interest of its citizenry. This study examined evidence of local government policy, economic structure, and economic growth in the new autonomous city of Banjar Municipality, West Java Province, Indonesia and assessed determinants of regional transformation. The methodology used location quotient, analysis, shift-share analysis, and ordinary least square regression analysis. The findings revealed in the ten-year period of the study on agriculture, business trade, accommodation, other sectors and public service dominated the structure of the economy. In terms of the authority, the Municipality’s policy of sustainability is aimed at protecting the traditional market and developing local road infrastructure—contributing to its economic growth. Sustainability-oriented policies are designed to stress order, control, and accelerate economic activities which regional authorities sometimes considering them as challenging due to transitional requirements and demands

Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka memberi hak bak belajar tiga semester kepada mahasiswa untuk memilih materi dan perguruan tinggi yang diminati. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan strategi menulis proposl hibah yang baik. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Maluku Utara. Metode pengabdian yaitu ceramah atau paparan singkat dan diskusi atau tanya jawab mendalam. Hasil yang dicapai adalah terpenuhinya pemahaman cara menulis proposal hibah yang baik.

Listening is one of the most basic language skills in a second language learning. The various obstacles in language learning can be overcome through the use of learning models and cognitive styles that are appropriate with the characteristics of the students. The objective of this research is to find the effect of learning models and cognitive style toward the students’ English Listening Skill. This research is an experimental study with a treatment by level design and analyzed using two-way ANOVA at a significance level of 0.05. The sample of the study consisted of 56 students that divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The data obtained through the listening tests and cognitive style tests. The results showed that the students who were taught with integrative learning models is better than those taught with experimental learning models. There is an influence of interaction between learning models and cognitive styles on listening skills. The listening skills of the student students who have the cognitive style of field independent that is taught with integrative learning models are higher than those taught with experimental learning models.

PG XYZ as one of the sugar industries that have the potential for waste pollution needs to make improvements both in the production process and in the management of its environment. With various existing waste conditions such as in industrial wastewater. Therefore, a systematic application is needed to minimize the possibility of environmental risks. so that identification, assessment and analysis of environmental risk based on the concept of environmental risk management using qualitative methods, semi-quantitative methods and the significance of aspects. followed by EPI calculation to support the implementation of green productivity. the objectives of this study are to identify and analyze environmental risks in the sugar processing industry wastewater based on the concept of environmental risk management. Evaluate the factors that influence the productivity of environmental performance to support the implementation of green productivity. The result of this study is that installation of wastewater treatment has a low risk with a total risk value of 77 which means that management is carried out by routine procedures. Whereas the results of the environmental risk assessment of production activities which have the most environmental impact are turbine oil lubrication at the boiler station with a score of 1701, at the "blotong" process purification station with a score of 729. Factors that influence environmental performance productivity are the performance of the boiler station and oil from the turbine steam that is carried into liquid waste. EPI index measurement results have a positive value of 35.24%, this indicates that the environmental performance of the sugar mills studied is good enough

Deteriorated concrete cover, e.g., spalling or delamination, especially when it occurs at the web of a reinforced concrete (RC) beam within the shear span, can reduce the shear capacity of the beam. Patching of this deteriorated area may be the best option to recover the shear capacity of the beam affected. For this purpose, unsaturated polyester resin mortar (UPR mortar) has been formulated. This research aims to investigate the efficacy of UPR mortar in limiting the shear cracking and so restoring the shear capacity of the deteriorated RC beam. The investigation is carried out by an experimental and numerical study. Two types of beams with a size of 150 × 250 × 1000 mm were prepared. The first type of beams was assigned as a normal beam. The other was a beam with a cut off in the non-stirrup shear span, which was eventually patched with UPR mortar. Two reinforcement ratios were assigned for each type of beams. The results show that UPR mortar is effective to hamper the propagation of diagonal cracks leading to increase the shear failure load by 15–20% compared to the reference (normal) beam. The increase of shear strength with the use of UPR mortar is consistently confirmed at various reinforcement ratios.

Nineteensubjects were excluded, leaving 374 subjects for this analysis, and 35.8% of subjects had menstrualduration disorder. Job stress, flight type and age were dominant risk factors for menstrual duration disorder.Subjects with job stress and long haul flight within three months had higher risk for having menstrualduration disorder by 58% [adjusted relative risk (RRa) = 1.58; confidence interval (CI) = 0.96-2.62; P =0.071] and 69% (RRa = 1.69; CI = 1.17-2.43) respectively. The purpose of the “Made in China 2025” strategy is to enhance the innovation capabilities of the local manufacturing industry and achieve green and sustainable development. The role of innovation in the development of manufacturing is a hotspot in academic research, though only a few studies have analyzed the interaction between green technology manufacturing efficiency and its external innovation capabilities. This study used the 2011–2017 Chinese A-share listed manufacturing companies as samples to discuss whether regional innovation capabilities can promote the improvement of green technology manufacturing efficiency. The results showed that a significant spatial correlation between regional innovation capability and green technology manufacturing efficiency was prevalent within spatial heterogeneous bounds. In addition, regional innovation capability directly promoted the effective manufacturing of green technology efficiency, which was strongest in the eastern region of the country. Regional innovation capabilities also had a positive effect on human capital and government revenue, thereby further enhancing the green technology efficiency of manufacturing through the intermediary effect. Based on the above conclusions, some policy recommendations are put forward to facilitate the improvement of China’s regional innovation capabilities in terms of green technology efficiency in manufacturing.

The urban network is an important method of spatial optimization, and measuring the development level of the urban network is a prerequisite for spatial optimization. Combining geographic information system (GIS) spatial analysis, social network analysis, and multidimensional scaling models, we explored the evolution of the urban network spatial structure in the Yangtze River Delta from 1990 to 2017 and proposed corresponding optimization measures. The results showed that the urban network spatial structure of the Yangtze River Delta has evolved from a single-center cluster with Shanghai as its core to a multi-center network with Shanghai as its core and Nanjing, Hangzhou, and Hefei as secondary cores. The density of the urban network has gradually expanded, but the strength of the connection between edge cities such as Chizhou, Suqian, and Quzhou and the core cities needs to be further improved. We found that the evolution of the urban network spatial structure has been driven by preferential attachment, path dependence, and differences in economic and industrial development. Finally, we propose optimizing the urban network spatial structure by strengthening the driving ability of the core cities, clarifying urban functions and development directions, and establishing a unified coordination mechanism. This paper enriches and deepens our understanding of the characteristics of the city network in the Yangtze River Delta, and provides a reference for the optimization of the urban network spatial structure.

One of the ingredients that are popular now is titanium, but titanium is a material that is difficult to process using conventional milling machining because of the poor thermal conductivity of the material so that the high-temperature machining process produced in the cutting zone causes plastic deformation in cutting tools and increased chemical reactivity in titanium. High-speed micro-milling machining can be used for micromachining of hard metals or alloys that are difficult to achieve at low speeds. Micro milling machining in titanium material 6Al-4V ELI with variations in milling knife diameter 1 and 2 mm, spindle speed 10.000 and 15.000 rpm, feed 0,001 and 0,005 mm / rev, depth of cut 100 and 150 μm, which then do data processing using the method Taguchi full factorial and theoretical analysis. The results showed that the diameter of the tool and into the cut had the greatest effect on burr formation, the greater the diameter of the milling blade resulted in the formation of shorter and smaller burrs, the use of a 1 mm diameter milling blade and a 150 μm depth cut gave rise to long burr formations and tight, while the use of a 2 mm diameter milling blade and a cutting depth of 100 μm give rise to a short and slight burr formation.
