Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activities in reducing the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with orbital wall fracture. Methods The problem-solving QCC method was adopted to investigate the current status and factors of postoperative complications in patients with orbital wall fracture. Targeted nursing interventions were carried out as follows: A modified method ophthalmic pressure bandaging had been used; the three-dimensional teaching management model consisting of precision teaching, precision management; fine nursing and exquisite technique; A multipurpose ice pack had been designed to relieve the swelling; A multipurpose semi-reclining position non-slip pad had been designed. Results The incidence of postoperative complications was decreased after implementation of QCC activities. Conclusion The QCC activity is effective to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with orbital wall fracture. (目的 探讨品管圈降活动低眶壁骨折患者术后并发症发生率的效果。方法 开展问题解决型品管圈活动, 通过现状分析、原因分析、制定了针对性对策并予以实施, 包括: ①设计一种新型眼科加压包扎装置; ②开展3D全方位教学管理模式, 做到精准教学、精确管理、精细护理、精湛技术等四个“精”; ③运用冷疗法制作一种眼科多用冰敷包, 减轻肿胀; ④设计一款多功能半卧位防滑护垫等。结果 实施品管圈活动后, 眶壁骨折患者术后并发症的发生率较实施前下降。结论 品管圈活动能有效降低眶壁骨折患者术后并发症的发生率。)

This paper summarized the rehabilitation nursing management of a patient with severe traumatic brain injury complicated with multiple rupture of thoracic-abdominal organs based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery. Based on the enhanced recovery after surgery, a multidisciplinary team for rehabilitation management was set up. Comprehensive treatment and nursing interventions including postoperative management of intracranial pressure, management of traumatic liver injuries, exercise rehabilitation, postoperative thromboembolism prevention, enteral nutrition support and management of antiepileptic drug were carried out to prevent postoperative complications and improve the rehabilitation. (本文总结1例基于加速康复外科(ERAS)理念的重型颅脑创伤伴肝脾破裂、肋骨骨折、肺、肾挫裂伤危重症患者的康复护理经验。基于ERAS理念, 组建多学科康复管理团队, 制定全面的康复治疗方案, 包括术后颅内压管理、创伤性肝损伤康复、运动康复管理、术后血栓预防管理、术后肠内营养管理、术后抗癫痫等详细的康复方案, 有效预防相关并发症, 促进患者康复。)

采用不同硅铝比的HZSM-5催化剂，在不同条件下（超临界、亚超临界、非超临界乙醇）催化提质生物油中的高沸点组分(HBF)，应用磷核磁共振(31P-NMR)定量检测了提质前后生物油中醇、酚和羧酸类羟基的质量比（羟基质量/生物油质量）变化，研究和评价了催化剂和超临界条件对生物油催化提质的效果.研究表明，超临界条件有利于生物油中脂肪族羟基的转化，但是不利于非缩合羟基的转化；使用不同酸强度的HZSM-5都能使生物油中的羧基完全转化，增加催化剂的酸强度可以促进脂肪族羟基的转化，而只有酸性较弱的催化剂才能顺利转化非缩合酚羟基.
