Postoperative barium meal angiography and gastroscopy showed that the esophagus had no stenosis (Figure 3B,D). A contrast-enhanced chest computed tomography (CT) scan showed a homogeneous esophageal soft tissue mass located from the seventh cervical vertebra to the sixth thoracic vertebra with a maximal cross-sectional area of 5.5 cm × 4.8 cm and no calcification (Figure 1A,B). With a range of 11.4 cm × 4.6 cm, barium meal angiography showed deviation of the upper-middle part of the esophagus to the right side, and the esophageal lining was soft without breakage (Figure 3A). SP 2 sp Here we presented a rare case of a giant primary esophageal follicular lymphoma which was surgically resected I en bloc i . [Extracted from the article]
