It is significant to investigate the calcium carbonate (CaCO3) precipitation mechanism during the carbon capture process; nevertheless, CaCO3 precipitation is not clearly understood yet. Understanding the carbonation mechanism at the atomic level can contribute to the mineralization capture and utilization of carbon dioxide, as well as the development of new cementitious materials with high-performance. There are many factors, such as temperature and CO2 concentration, that can influence the carbonation reaction. In order to achieve better carbonation efficiency, the reaction conditions of carbonation should be fully verified. Therefore, based on molecular dynamics simulations, this paper investigates the atomic-scale mechanism of carbonation. We investigate the effect of carbonation factors, including temperature and concentration, on the kinetics of carbonation (polymerization rate and activation energy), the early nucleation of calcium carbonate, etc. Then, we analyze the local stresses of atoms to reveal the driving force of early stage carbonate nucleation and the reasons for the evolution of polymerization rate and activation energy. Results show that the higher the calcium concentration or temperature, the higher the polymerization rate of calcium carbonate. Dominant species occupy a pivotal role in plant community, influencing the structure and function of the ecosystem. The spatial distributions of dominant species can react to the effect of different grazing intensities, thereby reflecting their tolerance and adaptive strategies toward grazing. In this study, geostatistical methods were mainly used to study the spatial distribution characteristics of Stipa krylovii Roshev. and Leymus chinensis (Trin.) Tzvel. species at two interval scales (quadrat size 5 m × 5 m, 10 m × 10 m) and two treatments (free grazing, FG, 1.66 sheep·ha− 1·a− 1; control, CK, 0 sheep·ha− 1·a− 1) in typical steppe of Inner Mongolia. A systematic sampling method was used in each 100 m × 100 m representative sample plots to obtain the height, coverage, and density of all species in the community. The results showed that grazing altered the concentrated distribution of S. krylovii and the spatial mosaic distribution pattern of S. krylovii and L. chinensis while having no effect on the spatial clumped distribution of L. chinensis. It also found that the spatial distributions of dominant species are primarily affected by structural factors, and random factors such as long-term grazing led to a transition of S. krylovii from a concentrated distribution to a small patchy random pattern should not be overlooked. Our findings suggest that long-term grazing alters the spatial distribution pattern of dominant species and that adaptive strategies may be the key for maintaining the dominant role of structural factors. In order to tackle the problem of reducing the transmission delay of multi-data acquisition source nodes in wireless sensor networks, we propose a cooperative method based on decode-and-forward (DF) and physical-layer network coding. In this proposed method, the two source nodes simultaneously transmit the respective information to the relay node and the data sink node using the orthogonal carriers. The relay node demodulates the received information separately from two source nodes and employs quadrature phase shift keying to modulate these information before forwarding them. The data sink node decodes the information of two source nodes using log likelihood ratio based on the signals received from the direct link and the relay link. Simulation results of bit error rate and system throughput show that the cooperative method can effectively improve the performance of the cooperative system compared with the traditional DF. Background: posterior pedicle screw fixation is common method, one of the most severe complications is iatrogenic vascular damage, no report investigated association of different introversion angles (INTAs) and length of pedicle screw. The aims were to investigate the optimal introversion angle and length of pedicle screw for improving the safety of the operation, and to analyze the differences of vascular damage types at L1-S1. Methods: Lumbar CT imaging data from110 patients were analyzed by DICOM software, and all parameters were measured by new Cartesian coordinate system, INTAs (L1-L5:5°,10°,15°,S1: 0°, 5°,10°,15°), DO−AVC (the distance between the origin (O) with anterior vertebral cortex (AVC)), DAVC−PGVs (the distance between AVC and the prevertebral great vessels (PGVs)), DO−PGVs (the distance between the O and PGVs). At different INTAs, DAVC−PGVs were divided into four grades: Grade III: DAVC−PGVs ≤ 3 mm, Grade II: 3 mm < DAVC−PGVs ≤ 5 mm, Grade I: DAVC−PGVs > 5 mm, and N: the not touching PGVs. Results: The optimal INTA was 5° at L1-L3, the left was 5° and the right was 15° at L4, and screw length was less than 50 mm at L1-L4. At L5, the left optimal INTA was 5° and the right was 10°, and screw length was less than 45 mm. The optimal INTA was 15° at S1, and screw length was less than 50 mm. However, screw length was less than 40 mm when the INTA was 0° or 5° at S1. Conclusions: At L5-S1, the risk of vascular injury is the highest. Purpose: Previous studies have reported the potential impact of immune cells on kidney stone disease (KSD), but definitive causal relationships have yet to be established. The purpose of this paper is to elucidate the potential causal association between immune cells and KSD by Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis. Methods: In our study, a thorough two-sample Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis was performed by us to determine the potential causal relationship between immune cell traits and kidney stone disease. We included a total of four immune traits (median fluorescence intensity (MFI), relative cellular (RC), absolute cellular (AC), and morphological parameters (MP)), which are publicly available data. GWAS summary data related to KSD (9713 cases and 366,693 controls) were obtained from the FinnGen consortium. The primary MR analysis method was Inverse variance weighted. Cochran's Q test, MR Egger, and MR-Pleiotropy RESidual Sum and Outlier (MR-PRESSO) were used to assess the stability of the results. Results: After FDR correction, the CD8 on HLA DR + CD8br (OR = 0.95, 95% CI = 0.93–0.98, p-value = 7.20 × 10− 4, q-value = 0.088) was determined to be distinctly associated with KSD, and we also found other 25 suggestive associations between immune cells and KSD, of which 13 associations were suggested as protective factors and 12 associations were suggested as risk factors. There was no horizontal pleiotropy or significant heterogeneity in our MR analysis, as determined by the p-value results of our Cochrane Q-test, MR Egger's intercept test, and MR-PRESSO, which were all > 0.05. Conclusions: Our study has explored the potential causal connection between immune cells and KSD by Mendelian randomization analysis, thus providing some insights for future clinical studies. While it is established that parental wh -questions, as a high-quality language input, are associated with child language outcome, less is known about the role of children's wh -questions in their language development. This study examines whether children's wh -questions during a dinnertime conversation are associated with their receptive and expressive language skills. The sample consists of a unique group of bilingual children: 32 Chinese preschoolers (aged 3–5 years) in Norway. At the onset of the study, parents self-recorded a dinnertime conversation with the target child and other family members present. Over the following year, we assessed children's receptive vocabulary, expressive vocabulary, and narrative skills in Chinese three times. Individual growth modeling revealed that concurrently, the density of children's wh -questions was associated with children's expressive vocabulary and narrative skills, but the association faded when controlling for family demographics. Significantly, even when accounting for all control variables, children's wh -questions predicted their receptive vocabulary growth across one year. These findings underline children's active role in shaping their language learning and development. This study also contributes to our understanding of bilingual children's home language development. We report the wavelength dependencies of the two-photon absorption coefficients β as well as the nonlinear refractive index n2 of undoped β-Ga2O3 single crystal in the spectral range 350–515 nm (0.51 < Ephoto/Eg < 0.75). Femtosecond Z-scan measurements show that n2 decreases monotonically toward the shortwave side, while the maximum value of n2 is 5.0 × 10−19 m2/W near half of the bandgap, Eg. Interestingly, a second upward trend in β was observed when the incident photon energy is larger than 0.6Eg, indicating the impact of additional inter-band transitions with higher energy. A higher-energy band-to-band transition around 6.0 eV was determined by both femtosecond nondegenerate two-photon absorption spectroscopy and ab initio calculations. In this paper, the tracking problem is concerned for a class of nonlinear system. The primary objective is to achieve fixed‐time control performance in the presence of nonvanishing mismatched uncertainties and nonparametric external disturbance. Firstly, in order to estimate disturbance, a fixed‐time extended state observer with fractional power term is developed, the order of which is reduced to alleviate peaking value phenomenon. By reasonably switching among different estimation patterns, both transient and steady‐state performances are balanced. Secondly, by means of fuzzy logic system theory, an ESO‐based adaptive fuzzy control strategy with time‐varying gains is presented, and thus the mismatched nonlinearities are approximated, and the external disturbance is compensated in real time simultaneously. Moreover, by constructing a mixed barrier and quadratic type of Lyapunov function, the fixed‐time stability analysis is put forward for tracking error dynamics based on backstepping methodology. Finally, the advantages and effectiveness are illustrated by a numerical example on wheeled mobile robot. The main characteristic of this paper is to integrate ESO methodology into fuzzy control architecture in fixed‐time sense. Objectives: To introduce a novel hydrodynamic design for a flexible ureteroscope that can increase stone debris clearance. Methods: Based on hydrodynamics, the new design allowed the ureteroscope to have six water jets. Fluid gushed from the six jets and would ultimately converge into an eddy. The safety and stone debris clearance efficiency were tested in a 3D-printed kidney model. Stone fragments between 0.5 and 1 mm were used to mimic the debris. A ureteroscope already approved for marketing was used as a control. Results: The new design did not change the local renal pressure and did not raise the whole renal pressure under irrigation at 80 or 100 mL/min but slightly raised it under irrigation at 120 mL/min. The pressures in the 2 g stone clearance procedures were 26.0, 33.1, and 37.5 cmH2O for the new design and 25.1, 30.2, and 39.3 cmH2O for the current design; in the 4 g stone clearance procedures, the pressures were 30.1, 37.2, and 40.0 cmH2O for the new design and 26.9, 30.8, and 39.8 cmH2O for the current design, all under conditions of 80, 100, and 120 mL/min irrigation, respectively. The new design significantly improved the stone clearance rate by ∼10-fold. It effectively cleared 2 and 4 g stones within 900 seconds under the three irrigation rates. In contrast, the current design cleared <10% of the stone debris in all tests. Conclusion: The new hydrodynamic design significantly improved the stone debris clearance rate without causing obviously increased renal pressure, and the improvement was maintained under different irrigation pressures and stone burdens. Kidney stone is a common and highly recurrent disease in urology, and its pathogenesis is associated with various factors. However, its precise pathogenesis is still unknown. Ferroptosis describes a form of regulated cell death that is driven by unrestricted lipid peroxidation, which does not require the activation of caspase and can be suppressed by iron chelators, lipophilic antioxidants, inhibitors of lipid peroxidation, and depletion of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Recent studies have shown that ferroptosis plays a crucial role in kidney stone formation. An increasing number of studies have shown that calcium oxalate, urate, phosphate, and selenium deficiency induce ferroptosis and promote kidney stone formation through mechanisms such as oxidative stress, endoplasmic reticulum stress, and autophagy. We also offered a new direction for the downstream mechanism of ferroptosis in kidney stone formation based on the "death wave" phenomenon. The substitution of heteroatoms and the expansion of π‐conjugated units have significant effects on the photoelectric properties of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). In this study, based on the experimental molecule PBC, 10 acene derivatives containing the pyrrole group were designed by three strategies: (1) changing the connection position of the pyrrole group, (2) exchanging the position of the N atom, and (3) increasing the length of the π‐linker. Density functional theory (DFT) was used to optimize the molecular geometric structure. Time‐dependent density functional theory (TD‐DFT) was used to calculate the relevant parameters of the excited states. The results show that both of the pyrrole group and the N atom in the para‐position, and the addition of the π‐linker can reduce the energy gap, cause redshift of the linear absorption peak, and increase the two photon absorption (TPA) cross‐section. The analyses of the charge density difference (CDD) and the charge‐transfer matrix (CTM) proved that the electron transfer is mainly concentrated in the π‐linker. Moreover, the participation of the multi‐ring skeleton on both sides decreases gradually with the increase of the length of the π‐linker. The length of the π‐linker changes the dominant transition channel and intramolecular charge‐transfer (ICT) characteristics of TPA, thus affecting the transition dipole moments and nonlinear absorption properties. The second hyperpolarizability of the designed molecule PBI5‐p5 is also significantly superior to that of similar materials reported. It is expected that the above molecular design strategies and comprehensive analysis of nonlinear optical (NLO) properties could provide theoretical support for the research on acene derivatives. With the advancement of information technology, energy consumption prediction models are widely used for various types of buildings (office, residential, and commercial buildings) as guidance during the design and management stages. This article will establish an efficient building energy consumption prediction model for hotel buildings. To achieve this, we collected 78 architectural drawings of high-rise hotel buildings to establish 6 kinds of typical energy consumption models in 2 standard floor layouts and 3 public area levels. Then, on this basis, we used the total energy consumption calculated by EnergyPlus as an indicator to conduct sensitivity analysis on geometric feature parameters, internal heat source parameters, and thermal parameters, respectively. Finally, we generated a building database with 5000 samples through the R programming language to calculate and verify the energy consumption. As a result, it was proved that the energy consumption of hotel buildings can be predicted accurately, and that quadratic polynomial regression, with the best accuracy and stability, is the most suitable optimization model for hotel energy consumption prediction in Guangzhou. It is important to marine ecology research that plankton samples are collected without damage, especially for time series samples. Usually, most fixed-point plankton samplers are made using a pump with paddle blades in order to increase the flow rate. But it can easily injure soft plankton. In this paper, a shaftless hollow sampling pump is designed, which can provide a highly efficient driving component for the plankton sampler. The numerical model of the sampling pump is established, and the flow rate of the sampling pump at different rotational speeds is simulated by the computational fluid dynamics method. In order to obtain a higher flow rate, the influence of internal and external cavity size, blade angle, and blade number on the flow rate of the sampling pump with a constant rotational speed of the blade was simulated and discussed. The results show that the flow rate at the internal cavity is positively correlated with the inlet and outlet pressure differences of the internal cavity, and the greater the negative pressure at the outlet of the internal cavity, the greater the flow rate. When the internal and external cavity sizes are h = 14 mm, d = 52 mm, blade angle θ = 45°, and number of blades s = 5, the flow rate of the sampling pump internal cavity reaches the maximum. Finally, the feasibility of the shaftless hollow sampling pump is verified by experiments. The shaftless hollow sampling pump can realize non-destructive sampling of plankton. This paper presents a theoretical design foundation for a new non-destructive siphon sampling method for marine plankton, which is of great significance for marine plankton sampling and subsequent research. Aerial recovery and redeployment can effectively increase the operating radius and the endurance of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). However, the challenge lies in the effect of the aerodynamic force on the recovery system, and the existing road-based and sea-based UAV recovery methods are no longer applicable. Inspired by the predatory behavior of net-casting spiders, this study introduces a cable-driven parallel robot (CDPR) for UAV aerial recovery, which utilizes an end-effector camera to detect the UAV's flight trajectory, and the CDPR dynamically adjusts its spatial position to intercept and recover the UAV. This paper establishes a comprehensive cable model, simultaneously considering the elasticity, mass, and aerodynamic force, and the static equilibrium equation for the CDPR is derived. The effects of the aerodynamic force and cable tension on the spatial configuration of the cable are analyzed. Numerical computations yield the CDPR's end-effector position error and cable-driven power consumption at discrete spatial points, and the results show that the position error decreases but the power consumption increases with the increase in the cable tension lower limit (CTLL). To improve the comprehensive performance of the recovery system, a multi-objective optimization method is proposed, considering the error distribution, power consumption distribution, and safety distance. The optimized CTLL and interception space position coordinates are determined through simulation, and comparative analysis with the initial condition indicates an 83% reduction in error, a 62.3% decrease in power consumption, and a 1.2 m increase in safety distance. Decapterus maruadsi is one of the representative offshore fish in the Western Pacific. Since the last century, it has become a commercially valuable marine fishery species in the Western Pacific region. Despite its high economic value, there is still a lack of high-quality reference genome of D. maruadsi in germplasm resource evaluation research. Here we report a chromosome-level reference genome of D. maruadsi based on Nanopore sequencing and Hi-C technologies. The whole genome was assembled through 169 contigs with a total length of 723.69 Mb and a contig N50 length of 24.67 Mb. By chromosome scaffolding, 23 chromosomes with a total length of 713.58 Mb were constructed. In addition, a total of 199.49 Mb repetitive elements, 33,515 protein-coding genes, and 6,431 ncRNAs were annotated in the reference genome. This reference genome of D. maruadsi will provide a solid theoretical basis not only for the subsequent development of genomic resources of D. maruadsi but also for the formulation of policies related to the protection of D. maruadsi. Downwelling aeration has become a widely applied approach to cope with the water eutrophication in stratified reservoirs, rivers and lakes. The aeration parameters involving flow rate, flow locations and working periodicity and their impacts on the temperature and dissolved oxygen (DO) distributions of water have been largely unclarified, causing extra time and energy consumptions in practice. In this study, a home-built water tank and an aeration pump are used to model the downwelling aeration processes in stratified water. Temporal influences of aeration parameters on the water stratifications and eutrophicated elements are systemically investigated, with the purpose of searching parametric configurations to enhance the anti-eutrophication efficiency. It is found that the variation rates of temperature destratification and DO distribution in the water body could be saturated and strongly correlated with the flow rate. Based on such experimental saturation rates, we find an optimized working condition from the aspect of energy saving: a 300 rpm pump speed and a 15 cm distance between the flow exit and the sediment surface. In such conditions, the total nitrogen and phosphorus dissolved in the bottom layer of water decrease exponentially with aeration time, and can be reduced by 53.8 and 86% in the first 6 h of aerations, respectively, taking full advantage of the microbial bonding to the sedimentations. Analysis of the relationships among ecosystem services (ESs) can help ensure that benefits from ecosystems are consistent over time. This study explored the spatial and temporal patterns of water supply (WS), grain supply (GS), carbon storage (CS), water conservation (WC), soil conservation (SC), and habitat quality (HQ) in the Wujiang River Basin (WJRB) from 2000 to 2020 and the trade-off/synergy relationships of ESs. The ESs in the WJRB are downstream > midstream > upstream in space, with the greatest increase and decrease in the upstream and midstream temporal dimensions, respectively. The WS, WC, and SC underwent a trend shift in 2005 due to climatic influences, whereas GS and HQ underwent a trend shift in 2010 due to human social development. GS formed a trade-off with other ESs in the spatial pattern, whereas WS formed a trade-off with CS and WC in the temporal dimension. Adjusting the GS spatial pattern reduces the trade-off between ESs in the spatial pattern, allowing for focusing on monitoring soil and water erosion-prone areas to prevent extensive soil erosion during heavy precipitation years; this reduces the trade-off between ESs in the time dimension in the WJRB. Genome selection is mainly used in disease-resistant traits of aquatic species; however, its implementation is hindered by a high cost of genotype and phenotype data collection. Single-step genomic best linear unbiased prediction (SSGBLUP) can integrate phenotypes, genetic markers, and pedigree records into simultaneous prediction without increasing genotyping costs. The objective of this study is to investigate the performance of SSGBLUP in large yellow croaker and to evaluate the effects of the number of phenotypic records and genotyping per family on the predictive ability of SSGBLUP. A large yellow croaker population consists of 6898 individuals from 14 families with survival time resistant against Cryptocaryon irritans (C. irritans), body weight (BW), and body length (BL) traits were collected, of which 669 individuals were genotyped. Results showed that the mean predictive ability of all traits in the individuals randomly sampling for SSGBLUP, GBLUP, and BLUP was 0.738, 0.738, and 0.736, respectively. Moreover, the predictive ability of SSGBLUP and BLUP models did not increase with the extra phenotypic records per family, in which the predictive ability of SSGBLUP and BLUP in survival time was 0.853 and 0.851 for only genotyped data (N = 0) used, and 0.852, 0.845 for all phenotypic records (N = 600) used, respectively. However, with the increase in the genotype number of training set, the prediction ability of SSGBLUP and GBLUP model was increased and the highest predictive ability was gained when the genotype number per family was 40 or 45. In addition, the prediction ability of SSGBLUP model was higher than that of GBLUP. Our study showed that the SSGBLUP model still has great potential and advantages in genomic breeding of large yellow croakers. It is recommended that each family provide 100 phenotypic individuals, of which 40 individuals with genotyping data for SSGBLUP model prediction and family resistance evaluation. The effect of Fe defects on carrier recombination and two-photon induced ultrafast exciton dynamics in GaN crystals were investigated using femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy. The absorption kinetics exhibited completely different characteristics under different nonequilibrium carrier concentrations and distributions. The carrier recombination mechanisms under different excitation conditions can be interpreted by the model of Fe defect-related energy level. The absorption under one-photon excitation originates from the intraband transition of free holes, and the capture of holes by Fe2+ leads to the decay of the absorption. The ultrafast excitonic state [Fe2+,hVB] formation time under two-photon excitation results in a rapid absorption decay (<20 ps), while the long tail of the absorption response could be attributed to long-lived excitonic state (>100 ns). Melanoma is considered as the most common metastatic skin cancer with increasing incidence and high mortality globally. The vital roles of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in the tumorigenesis of melanoma are elucidated by emerging evidence. The lncRNA cervical carcinoma high-expressed 1 (CCHE1) was overexpressed and acted as an oncogene in a variety of cancers, while the function of CCHE1 in melanoma remains unclear. Here, we found that CCHE1 was highly expressed in melanoma and correlated with the poorer survival of melanoma patients. Depletion of CCHE1 inhibited the proliferation, induced cell apoptosis and suppressed in vivo tumor growth. To further understand the functional mechanism of CCHE1, the interacting partners of CCHE1 were identified via RNA pull-down assay followed by mass spectrometry. CCHE1 was found to bind lactate dehydrogenase A (LDHA) and acted as a scaffold to enhance the interaction of LDHA with the fibroblast growth factor receptor type 1 (FGFR1), which consequently enhanced LDHA phosphorylation and activity of LDHA. Inhibiting CCHE1 strikingly suppressed the glycolytic flux of melanoma cells and lactate generation in vivo. Further study demonstrated that CCHE1 desensitized melanoma cells to dacarbazine and inhibition of glycolysis reversed CCHE1-induced chemoresistance. To overcome the challenges posed by the underwater environment and restore the true colors of marine objects' surfaces, a novel underwater image illumination estimation model, termed the iterative chaotic improved arithmetic optimization algorithm for deep extreme learning machines (IAOA-DELM), is proposed. In this study, the gray edge framework is utilized to extract color features from underwater images, which are employed as input vectors. To address the issue of unstable prediction results caused by the random selection of parameters in DELM, the arithmetic optimization algorithm (AOA) is integrated, and the search segment mapping method is optimized by using hidden layer biases and input layer weights. Furthermore, an iterative chaotic mapping initialization strategy is incorporated to provide AOA with a better initial search proxy. The IAOA-DELM model computes illumination information based on the input color vectors. Experimental evaluations conducted on actual underwater images demonstrate that the proposed IAOA-DELM illumination correction model achieves an accuracy of 96.07%. When compared to the ORELM, ELM, RVFL, and BP models, the IAOA-DELM model exhibits improvements of 6.96%, 7.54%, 8.00%, and 8.89%, respectively, making it the most effective among the compared illumination correction models. Antiferromagnetic (AFM) iridates are recently discovered to be a fertile playground for exploring emergent phenomena relevant to the intriguing interplay among multiple degrees of freedom, such as strong spin–orbit coupling, electron correlation, and the crystal field effect. These phenomena offer interesting routes for probing as well as controlling AFM order in iridate, which is essential in AFM spintronics. In this perspective, we will briefly review recent studies on AFM iridates that host large potential for advancing the reading (anisotropic magnetoresistance effect, etc.) and writing (magnetic field control of AFM order, etc.) functionalities of AFM spintronics. We will also discuss promising directions for expanding the research of AFM iridate based spintronics from the perspectives of material growth, manipulation protocol, and characterization technique. In this paper, the numerical models are selected to simulate the hydrothermal plume based on the water temperature observation data of the Longqi hydrothermal field in the Southwest Indian Ridge (SWIR). Then, the unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes equations are solved to evaluate the performance of the Realizable k-ε (rke) model and the SST k-ω (sst) model in hydrothermal plume simulation. By comparing the calculated results with the Conductivity Temperature Depth (CTD) observation data and the literature results, the difference in prediction performance between the two models is evaluated. Before the numerical simulation, the optimal mesh parameters are determined by considering the grid independence test. The results show that the relative difference of the maximum plume height calculated by the two models is within 5%. Compared with the CTD 05-2, the rke model calculates the root mean square error of the velocity is 0.5081, which is smaller than that of the sst model. In terms of turbulent viscosity, the rke model is in good agreement with reference value in predicting turbulent viscosity. Therefore, the turbulent viscosity distribution calculated by the rke model is more consistent with the plume development process than that calculated by the sst model. Due to the complexity of the underwater environment, tracking underwater targets via traditional particle filters is a challenging task. To resolve the problem that the tracking accuracy of a traditional particle filter is low due to the sample impoverishment caused by resampling, in this paper, a new tracking algorithm using Harris-hawks-optimized particle filters (HHOPF) is proposed. At the same time, the problem of particle filter underwater target feature construction and underwater target scale transformation is addressed, the corrected background-weighted histogram method is introduced into underwater target feature recognition, and the scale filter is combined to realize target scaling transformation during tracking. In addition, to enhance the computational speed of underwater target tracking, this paper constructs a nonlinear escape energy using the Harris hawks algorithm in order to balance the exploration and exploitation processes. Based on the proposed HHOPF tracker, we performed detection and evaluation using the Underwater Object Tracking (UOT100) vision database. The proposed method is compared with evolution-based tracking algorithms and particle filters, as well as with recent tracker-based correlation filters and some other state-of-the-art tracking methods. By comparing the results of tracking using the test data sets, it is determined that the presented algorithm improves the overlap accuracy and tracking accuracy by 11% compared with other algorithms. Leymus chinensis is a widely distributed species of Eurasian grasslands that is well adapted to a range of environmental conditions. In this study, we measured soil and plant chemical elements to examine the basis of the ecological adaptations of L. chinensis to temperate steppe. We sampled leaves of L. chinensis and soil layers at different latitudes in temperate steppe for three consecutive years from 2012 to 2014. One-way analysis of variance and linear regression were used to analyze the variation in foliar nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) contents and the N:P ratio in L. chinensis. The correlations between the foliar N:P ratio and the variation in soil total nitrogen (TN) and total P contents with latitudinal gradient were measured to explore the homeostasis stoichiometry of foliar N and P in L. chinensis. With increasing latitude, both the foliar N and P contents of L. chinensis showed parabolic trends with significant negative correlations. The population of L. chinensis was limited by N, and the soil TN content showed a significant increasing trend with the increase in the foliar N:P ratio. The variation in the foliar N:P ratio of L. chinensis was determined through the variation in the soil N content. In different latitude intervals, the foliar N, P, and N:P ratio of L. chinensis showed absolute stability and strong internal stability, and the values of HN:P were high and similar in different latitudes. In conclusion, the population of L. chinensis in the temperate steppe is highly adaptable; and, thus, can maintain a dominant position in the variable environment and has a wide distribution range. The present study aimed to determine the capsular serotype distribution and antimicrobial drug resistance patterns of Haemophilus influenzae from children in the Kunming region of China. This information could guide policymakers in clinical treatment. In the present study, H. influenzae isolates were tested for their serotypes, antimicrobial susceptibility pattern, and presence of β-lactamases. One-hundred forty-eight H. influenzae strains isolated from children 0–2 years old were investigated for capsular types by glass slide agglutination and molecular methods, and biotyped by the biochemical reactions. The drug resistance-encoding genes TEM-1, ROB-1, and the ftsI gene mutations PBP3-3, and PBP3-BLN were detected with real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR). The prevalence of β-lactamase-producing strains (60.3%) was significantly higher (p < 0.05) than non-enzyme-producing strains. β-Lactamase-producing strains were multidrug resistant to various antibiotics such as ampicillin, tetracycline, sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim, chloramphenicol, cefuroxime, and cefaclor. Among β-lactamase-producing strains, the detection rates of the TEM-1, PBP3-BLN, PBP3-s, and ROB-1 were 54.1%, 18.9%, 11.8%, and 6.9%, respectively. The biotyping results show that most H. influenzae strains were of type II and III. Non-typeable H. influenzae (NTHi) accounted for 89.3% of the strains. NTHi strains were the most prevalent in this region; most belonged to biological types II and III. β-Lactamase-positive ampi-cillin-resistant (BLPAR) strains were prevalent among H. influenzae isolates in this region. Leuciscus waleckii is widely distributed in Northeast Asia and has high economic value. The population in Lake Dali Nur can adapt to extremely alkaline–saline water with bicarbonate over 50 mmol/L (pH 9.6), thus providing an exceptional model for exploring the mechanisms of adaptive evolution under extreme alkaline environments. Here, we assembled a high-quality chromosome-level reference genome for L. waleckii from Lake Dali Nur. Based on the resequencing of 85 individuals from divergent populations, the historical population size of L. waleckii in Lake Dali Nur dramatically expanded in a thousand years approximately 13,000 years ago and experienced a cliff recession in the process of adapting to the alkaline environment of Lake Dali Nur approximately 6,000 years ago. Genome scans between freshwater and alkaline populations further revealed the significant selective sweep regions from Lake Dali Nur, which harbor a set of candidate genes involved in hypoxia tolerance, ion transport, acid–base regulation, and nitrogen metabolism. 5 alkali population–specific nonsynonymous mutations were identified in CA15 gene copies. In addition, two sites with convergent amino acid mutation were detected in the RHCG-a gene among several alkali environment–adapted Cypriniformes fish. Background: Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a common chronic condition among men aged 50 or older, causing voiding and obstructive lower urinary tract symptoms. Water vapor thermal therapy (WVTT) using the Rezūm® system is a new minimally invasive surgical technique that is increasingly reported as a treatment for BPH. Methods: The protocol was submitted to the PROSPERO registry. We searched PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane Library and ClinicalTrials.gov up to July 29, 2022. Quality assessment was carried out by a 20-item checklist form prepared by the Institute of Health Economics (IHE). Double arcsine transformation was performed to stabilize the variance of the original ratio. When I2 > 50%, the random effect model was used to calculate the pooled parameters. Otherwise, the fixed effect model was used. 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated. A leave-one-out sensitivity analysis was performed to evaluate the impact of each study on the pooled outcomes, and finally, Egger's test was used to assess publication bias. Results: A total of seven single-arm observational studies and one random controlled trial, including 1015 patients, were included. One year after WVTT, the International Prostate Symptom Score decreased by 11.37 (95% CI: -12.53, -10.21), the IPSS Quality of Life scale decreased by 2.59 (95% CI: -2.92, -2.26), the maximum urine flow rate increased by 5.26 ml/s (95% CI: 4.53, 5.99), and the postvoid residual decreased by 13.18 ml (95% CI: -24.32, -2.03). The most common complication was dysuria, with a pooled incidence of 21% (95% CI: 14%, 29%), and the second most common complication was hematuria, with a pooled incidence of 14% (95% CI: 10%, 18%). The pooled incidence of retreatment was 3% (95% CI: 2%, 5%). Aim: The aim of the study was to examine the relationships among nurses' shift work disorder, mental health and burnout to inform efforts to alleviate shift work disorder. Design: This cross‐sectional study was conducted in China using a web‐based platform for questionnaire. Methods: The study was comprised of a convenience sample of 1,268 Registered Nurses from 21 public hospitals in mainland China from June 2019–July 2019. Participants completed a web‐based survey designed to collect demographic and other self‐reported data. An independent sample t test and Pearson correlation were performed to analyse the relationship between shift work disorder, mental health and burnout. Results: The vast majority (98.2%) of the participants were women between the ages of 20–59 years. The participants exhibited a higher incidence of mental health problems (58.1%) and burnout (65.5%) and those with shift work disorder exhibited a higher risk of mental health problems and burnout than those who did not have shift work disorder. Our research demonstrated that shift work disorder, combined with other variables, accounted for 40.5% of the variance in mental health (R2 =.405, adjusted R2 =.401, F = 107.214, p <.001) and 36.5% in burnout (R2 =.365, adjusted R2 =.361, F = 90.323, p <.001). Moreover, burnout negatively regulated the relationship between shift work disorder and mental health. Seismological observations suggest that Earth's inner core (IC) is heterogeneous and anisotropic. Increasing seismological observations make the understanding of the mineralogy and mechanism for the complex IC texture extremely challenging, and the driving force for the anisotropic texture remains unclear. Under IC conditions, hydrogen becomes highly diffusive like liquid in the hexagonal-close-packed (hcp) solid Fe lattice, which is known as the superionic state. Here, we reveal that H-ion diffusion in superionic Fe-H alloy is anisotropic with the lowest barrier energy along the c-axis. In the presence of an external electric field, the alignment of the Fe-H lattice with the c-axis pointing to the field direction is energetically favorable. Due to this effect, Fe-H alloys are aligned with the c-axis parallel to the equatorial plane by the diffusion of the north–south dipole geomagnetic field into the inner core. The aligned texture driven by the geomagnetic field presents significant seismic anisotropy, which explains the anisotropic seismic velocities in the IC, suggesting a strong coupling between the IC structure and geomagnetic field. Earth's inner core is heterogeneous and anisotropic. A new study based on computational simulation reveals the presence of ionic hydrogen flux in iron crystals, driven by the dipole geomagnetic field, which promotes the formation of observed inner core structure. To overcome the limitations of the traditional sliding mode control (SMC) method, including steady-state errors, low tracking accuracy, external disturbances, and difficulties in estimating uncertain parameters, a nonlinear integral SMC method with an adaptive extreme learning machine (ELM) and a robust control term is developed. First, the ELM is used to approximate the uncertain parameters in the manipulator dynamics model to improve the tracking accuracy of the manipulator. In this process of using an ELM to approximate uncertain parameters, a method of adaptively updating the output weight is applied to improve the stability and closed-loop tracking accuracy of the system and ensure the real-time performance of manipulator control. A new nonlinear integral sliding mode function is designed to reduce the steady-state error of the system, avoid the issue of system instability caused by large initial errors of the system, and enable the system to track the desired trajectory quickly. Moreover, a robust control term is added to the SMC law to compensate for the error of ELM approximation, which increases the robustness of the manipulator and reduces the fluctuation amplitude of the control input in the presence of external disturbances. In this study, a novel optical limiting (OL) experimental setup is proposed for evaluating laser-induced damage thresholds (LIDTs) of materials. This technique is based on the pump–probe method, and the damage can be measured using a probe beam with a delay adjusted according to experimental conditions. Moreover, the probe beam is controlled to reach the sample before the pump beam, and the pump beam waist is larger than the probe beam waist to facilitate measurement. In particular, using this probe beam, nonlinear effects of the material can be ignored. Compared with other traditional technologies, the proposed method allows direct observation of the OL threshold of the material as well as measurement of in situ and laser damage of the material. This technique can quantify the in situ damage and LIDTs of materials effectively and conveniently. The validity of this approach is demonstrated by measuring the LIDT of ZnSe. Neuroticism is a personality trait that reflects emotional instability and is related to negative emotions, such as sensitivity to negative information and negative appraisal. Existing studies on the neural basis of the neuroticism personality trait have focused on explicit emotion processing and neglected to acknowledge the potentially important role of implicit emotion processing, especially using an fMRI (functional magnetic resonance imaging) task with a Chinese sample. Therefore, in the present study, we aimed to investigate differences in brain activation in an implicit negative emotion processing fMRI task between individuals with high and low neuroticism scores within a Chinese sample. To this end, the revised NEO-PI-R (Neuroticism-Extraversion-Openness Personality Inventory) was used to identify 82 high-neuroticism participants and 82 low-neuroticism participants, who were then scanned during an implicit negative emotion processing fMRI task. Compared to the participants with low neuroticism scores, those with high neuroticism scores showed significantly decreased brain activation in the mPFC (medial prefrontal cortex), which plays a pivotal role in implicit emotion processing; these data might suggest that individuals with high neuroticism have deficits in implicit negative emotion processing, which may be related to their emotional instability, emotional regulation and attention-related spontaneous activity. This study examined how parental expectations were associated with Chinese-Norwegian dual language learners' Chinese language skills. A total of 118 Chinese parents in Norway completed a questionnaire in which they reported their expectations for their children's Chinese language development, characteristics of the home literacy environment (resources and practices), and children's Chinese language skills. The children were ages 1;6–14;0 (M = 6;2, SD = 2;6) and spoke Chinese at home while learning Norwegian in preschool and school. We found that parental expectations positively linked to parent-reported Chinese language skills. Moreover, this link was partially a factor of children's Chinese home literacy environment. The results suggest that parents who manifested their expectations by facilitating a rich home literacy environment (i.e., children's books and activities like shared reading, storytelling, listening to songs, online chatting with Chinese relatives, and playing with Chinese friends) supported their children's Chinese language skills. By documenting parents' efforts and their association with improved language outcomes, this study adds nuance to our understanding of the high expectations set by Chinese immigrant parents, and provides implications for parents, teachers, and researchers. Transient absorption spectroscopy was utilized to monitor ultrafast carrier dynamics in conductive and semi-insulating 6H-SiC wafers. By tuning the excitation wavelength around the bandgap of 6H-SiC (365–400 nm), the surface and bulk recombination processes could be accordingly distinguished. Simultaneously, the locations of surface and defect states in the bandgap were inferred by investigating the evolution of transient absorption spectra for different photoexcited carrier distributions. Vanadium (V) doping had a notable modulation on transient absorption in semi-insulating 6H-SiC, resulting from an additional decay process induced by carrier capturing of V deep levels. The carrier lifetimes induced by various recombination mechanisms were determined and interpreted unequivocally by global analysis and simplified model. The time constant via bulk capturing (∼400 ps) was three orders of magnitude faster than that via inherent defects. Surface wettability has a crucial impact on drop splashing, emulsion dynamics, slip flow for drag reduction, fluid–fluid displacement, and various microfluidic applications. Targeting enhanced oil recovery (EOR) applications, we experimentally investigate the effect of matrix wettability on the invasion morphology and sweep efficiency of viscous oil displaced by different aqueous floods using microfluidics, whose porous network mimics a sandstone structure. For comparison, systematic experiments of the same oil–flood pair are done in both hydrophilic and hydrophobic microfluidic chips. The results show that the hydrophilic microfluidic rock has a remarkable increase in oil recovery by a factor of ≈1.44, compared to the hydrophobic case. In addition, we observe a more pronounced lateral growth of the displacing pattern of aqueous flood for the hydrophilic surface. Finally, we quantitatively explain the increasing factor in the recovery rate and finger width for the hydrophilic vs. hydrophobic rock-liked porous networks by incorporating the contact angle into a scaling analysis. Optical nonlinearities of two all-carbon twistacenes, DPyA and DPyN, with the different π-conjugated central bridges were investigated. The nonlinear absorption properties of these compounds were measured using the femtosecond Z-scan with wavelengths between 650 and 900 nm. It has been found that the nonlinear absorption originated from two-photon absorption (TPA) and TPA-induced excited state absorption (ESA), wherein DPyA demonstrates higher performance than DPyN. The TPA cross section of DPyA (4300 GM) is nearly 4.3 times larger than that of DPyN at 650 nm. Moreover, the different central structures modulate the intensity of ESA at 532 nm, and DPyA exhibits an excellent ESA at 532 nm with multi-pulse excitation. Meanwhile, the result of data fitting and quantum chemistry calculation shows that the enhancement of nonlinear absorption in DPyA is due to the extended π- conjugated bridge and improved delocalization of π-electrons. Creativity incorporates both domain-general and domain-specific ideas. While previous studies have explored the impact of emotional intelligence (EI) on creativity in both domains, a consensus has not been reached, and the mechanism is currently unclear. In the present study, we examined which aspect of creativity EI was most strongly associated with in a group of undergraduates. Moreover, we explored the moderated mediation effect between EI and domain-specific creativity. In Study 1, 532 undergraduates completed questionnaires measuring EI, convergent and divergent creative thinking, and creative achievement. The results revealed that the most reliable positive correlations were between EI and domain-specific creativity. In Study 2, 926 undergraduates completed measurements of EI, resilience, gratitude, and creative achievement. The results revealed that resilience mediates the relationship between EI and creative achievement. Furthermore, gratitude moderated the indirect effect of EI on creative achievement through resilience. The indirect effect of EI on creative achievement was stronger for high-gratitude individuals than for low-gratitude individuals. This orientation and other results are discussed. Overall, our findings add further nuance to the relationship between EI and creativity in different domains. This study serves as a basis for other contributions aligned with these concepts. In order to deal with the target recognition in the complex underwater environment, we carried out experimental research. This includes filtering noise in the feature extraction stage of underwater images rich in noise, or with complex backgrounds, and improving the accuracy of target classification in the recognition process. This paper discusses our contribution to improving the accuracy of underwater target classification. This paper proposes an underwater target classification algorithm based on the improved flow direction algorithm (FDA) and search agent strategy, which can simultaneously optimize the weight parameters, bias parameters, and super parameters of the extreme learning machine (ELM). As a new underwater target classifier, it replaces the full connection layer in the traditional classification network to build a classification network. In the first stage of the network, the DenseNet201 network pre-trained by ImageNet is used to extract features and reduce dimensions of underwater images. In the second stage, the optimized ELM classifier is trained and predicted. In order to weaken the uncertainty caused by the random input weight and offset of the introduced ELM, the fuzzy logic, chaos initialization, and multi population strategy-based flow direction algorithm (FCMFDA) is used to adjust the input weight and offset of the ELM and optimize the super parameters with the search agent strategy at the same time. We tested and verified the FCMFDA-ELM classifier on Fish4Knowledge and underwater robot professional competition 2018 (URPC 2018) datasets, and achieved 99.4% and 97.5% accuracy, respectively. The experimental analysis shows that the FCMFDA-ELM underwater image classifier proposed in this paper has a greater improvement in classification accuracy, stronger stability, and faster convergence. We report two-photon excited ultrafast carrier trapping and recombination in n-type β-Ga2O3 crystals by using femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy. The broadband absorption spectra arising from the defect are polarization dependent, especially, two absorption peaks can be observed by subtracting the absorption transients under two probe polarizations. We attribute these observed defect-related absorption features to optical transitions from the valence band to different charge states of a native defect (such as gallium vacancies). A model for carrier capture by multilevel of a single defect is proposed to interpret the data, wherein holes are captured more efficiently than electrons by the defects, and the absorption cross sections for the defects are at least ten times larger than that for free carriers. Carbon-based composites have been proven to be strong candidates for microwave absorbers in recent years. However, as an important member, magnetic hard carbon (HC)-based composites have rarely been studied in the field of microwave absorption. In this study, HC embedded with FeSiAl (FeSiAl@HC) was synthesized by pyrolyzing a mixture of FeSiAl flakes and phenolic resin (PR). The as-synthesized HC-FeSiAl exhibited a layered structure, and the detailed microstructures were modified by changing the mass ratio of FeSiAl flakes and PR. Thus, the as-synthesized HC-FeSiAl exhibited tunable magnetic properties, wealthy functional groups, excellent thermal stability, and enhanced microwave absorption properties. The optimal minimum reflection loss is lower up to −36.1 dB, and the effective absorption bandwidth is wider up to 11.7 GHz. These results indicated that HC-FeSiAl should be a strong candidate for practical applications of microwave absorption, which may provide new insight into the synthesis of magnetic HC-based composites. Olanzapine (OLZ) is one of the most effective antipsychotic agents, however, its clinical utility has been limited by weight gain. Samidorphan (SAM) is a μ-opioid receptor antagonist and it can reduce the weight gain associated with OLZ. A combination of OLZ and SAM (OLZ/SAM) has been developed to provide the antipsychotic efficacy of OLZ, while mitigating OLZ-associated weight gain. A comprehensive literature search was conducted in PubMed. Key search terms included SAM and weight gain associated with OLZ. The pharmacological action, clinical efficacy, and safety of SAM were reviewed. OLZ can lead to weight gain. SAM is a new drug that acts as an opioid receptor antagonist that can decrease weight gain. SAM mitigates OLZ-associated weight gain while preserving the antipsychotic efficacy of OLZ. Clinical trials have confirmed that OLZ/SAM significantly improved psychotic symptoms, and resulted in significantly less weight gain than OLZ. OLZ/SAM was well tolerated. Diabetic patients are prone to hypoglycemia when treated with insulin. Dasiglucagon is a water-soluble and ready-to-use glucagon analog developed for treating hypoglycemia in patients with diabetes. A comprehensive literature search was conducted in PubMed. Key search terms included dasiglucagon and hypoglycemia. The pharmacological characteristics, clinical evidence, and place in therapy of dasiglucagon were reviewed. Dasiglucagon is a glucagon analog that is stable in water-soluble formulation. It can increase plasma glucose in a dose-dependent manner. Clinical studies have shown that dasiglucagon rapidly and effectively improved insulin-induced hypoglycemia in patients with diabetes. Aiming at the problem of poor image illumination correction accuracy, a kernel extreme learning machine optimized based on the differential evolution‐improved marine predators algorithm is proposed to estimate the scene illumination information and restore the image. First, in order to solve the problem of randomization of the initial population of the marine predators algorithm, differential evolutions is used to provide a set of suitable initial populations to the algorithm. Then, an improved algorithm is used to optimize the weight and bias of the kernel extreme learning machine to solve the problem of the randomness of the weight and bias, so that the learning machine converges to the global optimal value and avoids the unstable predictions. Finally, after obtaining the predicted illumination information, the image model is corrected to the image effect under standard illumination through diagonal transformation. It can be seen from the experimental results that the best predictive value of the differential evolution marine predator algorithm learning machine is 0.0135915, and the quasi‐bias is only 0.001687. Compared with traditional illumination estimation algorithms such as random vector functional link and extreme learning machine, the differential evolution marine predator algorithm learning machine algorithm proposed in this article has better stability, higher accuracy of calculated predicted values, and better image restoration effect. Trans‐ferulic acid‐4‐β‐glucoside (FAG) is a monomer extracted from Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, which is a potential candidate for the prevention and treatment of cold injury. To determine the concentration of FAG in rats, it is essential to develop an ultra‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with MS/MS method. Chromatographic separation was achieved by an Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 × 50 mm, 1.7 μm). A Xevo triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer was used to quantitatively determine FAG in the negative‐ion mode. The standard calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 0.1–100 μg/mL and 0.0626–31.28 μg/g for rat plasma and liver tissue homogenate samples, respectively. The inter‐ and intra‐batch precision (% relative standard deviation) of the assay was ≤8.29%, and accuracy (% relative error) ranged from −7.41 to 10.99%. The matrix effect was between 92.99 and 102.39%. The oral absolute bioavailability of FAG was obtained as 1.80%. The results of tissue distribution suggested that FAG spread rarely in the liver and brown adipose, which was not propitious to exert its ability to treat cold injury. Highly stretchable and conductive composites have gained tremendous research interests due to the imperative demands in the fields of stretchable electronics and soft robotics. However, it is challenging to maintain the original performance of the composites under complex external deformations. Here, a one‐step dual‐material 3D printing technique is developed to rationally assemble liquid metal (LM) into an elastomer lattice. The 3D interconnected and deformable liquid conductive network is supported by a highly ordered and robust polydimethylsiloxane lattice skeleton, yielding the resultant composites high electrical conductivity (1.98 × 106 S m−1), stretchability (180%), and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding effectiveness (72 dB). Unlike those composites with dispersed fillers, the LM/elastomer lattice composites deliver negligible electromechanical coupling, showing a negative resistance change of only −2% at a large tensile strain of 100%. The composites also exhibit strain‐invariant EMI shielding performance in a strain range of 0–100%, and present exceptional stability over 1000 rigorous cycles of stretching and releasing. The applications of the composites in flexible display circuits, microwave shielding layer, and EMI shields in wireless power transmission systems are demonstrated. The color of an object appears different from its true color when illuminated with light sources of different hues. To solve this problem, this article proposes a combination algorithm (SCA‐GWO‐LSSVR) based on the sine‐cosine algorithm (SCA) and the gray wolf optimization (GWO) algorithm to optimize the regression prediction model of the least‐squares support vector regression (LSSVR) algorithm. The performance of the traditional LSSVR is significantly affected by the penalty parameter (gamma) and the sig2 kernel function parameter. The proposed method uses the improved GWO algorithm to search the population to find the best LSSVR parameter solution. The proposed algorithm uses the SCA to create multiple random candidate solutions in population initialization to avoid blind initialization of the GWO algorithm. In the process of iterative optimization, the SCA is infiltrated, and its sine‐cosine wave mathematical model is used to quickly identify the best outward or inward position of the gray wolf. Finally, the LSSVR combines the optimal sig2 kernel function parameters and penalty parameters (gamma) to obtain a highly versatile illumination correction model. The experimental results show that the fitting accuracy of the proposed method reaches 86.8%, which is 5% higher than that of the LSSVR algorithm alone. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
