3. Diagnosis and prognosis prediction of gastric cancer by high-performance serum lipidome fingerprints.

- Abstract
Early detection is warranted to improve prognosis of gastric cancer (GC) but remains challenging. Liquid biopsy combined with machine learning will provide new insights into diagnostic strategies of GC. Lipid metabolism reprogramming plays a crucial role in the initiation and development of tumors. Here, we integrated the lipidomics data of three cohorts (n = 944) to develop the lipid metabolic landscape of GC. We further constructed the serum lipid metabolic signature (SLMS) by machine learning, which showed great performance in distinguishing GC patients from healthy donors. Notably, the SLMS also held high efficacy in the diagnosis of early-stage GC. Besides, by performing unsupervised consensus clustering analysis on the lipid metabolic matrix of patients with GC, we generated the gastric cancer prognostic subtypes (GCPSs) with significantly different overall survival. Furthermore, the lipid metabolic disturbance in GC tissues was demonstrated by multi-omics analysis, which showed partially consistent with that in GC serums. Collectively, this study revealed an innovative strategy of liquid biopsy for the diagnosis of GC on the basis of the serum lipid metabolic fingerprints. Synopsis: Novel liquid biopsy tools allowing for diagnosis and prognostic prediction for gastric cancer (GC) patients are urgently needed. In this study, the serum lipid metabolic signature and gastric cancer prognostic subtypes were identified for early detection and risk stratification of GC, respectively. The serum lipid profile of GC patients was different from that of healthy donors. The proposed serum lipid metabolic signature (SLMS) could act as a screening tool to recognize potential patients with gastric cancer. The gastric cancer prognostic subtypes (GCPSs) could be applied in evaluating the survival of patients with gastric cancer and making postoperative treatment regimen as an assistant to pTNM staging. Multi-omics analysis revealed the lipid disturbance in gastric cancer tissues and demonstrated the reliability of the SLMS and GCPS. 4. Neuropsychiatric comorbidities and associated factors in 182 Chinese children with tic disorders.

- Abstract
Objective: Tic disorders (TD) often present with associated neuropsychiatric comorbidities. This study aims to examine the clinical manifestations of TD in pediatric patients and explore the spectrum and features of neuropsychiatric comorbidities among Chinese children diagnosed with TD. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on pediatric TD cases newly diagnosed at our institution, using the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview for Children and Adolescents 5.0 to screen for comorbidities. Furthermore, a statistical analysis of clinical features was undertaken. Results: The study enrolled 182 patients, comprising 140 males and 42 females. The diagnoses were distributed as follows: 65 cases of provisional TD, 29 cases of chronic TD, and 88 cases of Tourette syndrome. 94 (51.65%) patients presented with at least a single neuropsychiatric comorbid, while 40 (21.98%) patients exhibited two or more such comorbidities. TD is most frequently comorbid with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (33.52%, 61/182), oppositional defiant disorder (11.00%, 20/182) and current/previous manic/hypomanic episode (7.69%, 14/182). Children with comorbidities, compared to those without, experienced delayed diagnosis (P = 0.039), were more prone to developing vocal tics (simple vocal tics P = 0.030, complex vocal tics P < 0.001), lacked sibling companionship (P = 0.030), and exhibited more severe tics (P = 0.008). The prevalence of comorbidities was notably higher in children from single-parent households (93.3%) compared to those in two-parent families (P = 0.006). Individuals with multiple comorbidities had delayed diagnosis (P = 0.013), and notably experienced more triggering psychological factors such as pressure, anxiety, and anger. Sex, parents' educational backgrounds and severity of tics significantly related to specific comorbidity occurrence. Conclusion: We identified several factors associated with comorbidities in children with TD, which aiding doctors in recognizing the comorbidities that require attention. Background: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) derived from gestational tissues offer a promising avenue for prenatal intervention in congenital malformations although their application is hampered by concerns related to cellular plasticity and the need for invasive, high-risk surgical procedures. Here, we present naturally occurring exosomes (EXOs) isolated from amniotic fluid-derived MSCs (AF-MSCs) and their mimetic analogs (MIMs) as viable, reproducible, and stable alternatives. These nanovesicles present a minimally invasive therapeutic option, addressing the limitations of MSC-based treatments while retaining therapeutic efficacy. Methods: MIMs were generated from AF-MSCs by combining sequential filtration steps through filter membranes with different porosity and size exclusion chromatography columns. A physicochemical, structural, and molecular comparison was conducted with exosomes (EXOs) released from the same batch of cells. Additionally, their distribution patterns in female mice were evaluated following in vivo administration, along with an assessment of their safety profile throughout gestation in a mouse strain predisposed to neural tube defects (NTDs). The possibility to exploit both formulations as mRNA-therapeutics was explored by evaluating cell uptake in two different cell types(fibroblasts, and macrophages) and mRNA functionality overtime in an in vitro experimental setting as well as in an ex vivo, whole embryo culture using pregnant C57BL6 dams. Results: Molecular and physiochemical characterization showed no differences between EXOs and MIMs, with MIMs determining a threefold greater yield. Biodistribution patterns following intraperitoneal administration were comparable between the two particle types, with the uterus being among targeted organs. No toxic effects were observed in the dams during gestation, nor were there any malformations or significant differences in the number of viable versus dead fetuses detected. MIMs delivered a more intense and prolonged expression of mRNA encoding for green fluorescent protein in macrophages and fibroblasts. An ex-vivo whole embryo culture demonstrated that MIMs mainly accumulate at the level of the yolk sac, while EXOs reach the embryo. Conclusions: The present data confirms the potential application of EXOs and MIMs as suitable tools for prevention and treatment of NTDs and proposes MIMs as prospective vehicles to prevent congenital malformations caused by in utero exposure to drugs. 6. Effects of triple semicircular canal plugging on hearing in patients with Meniere's disease: A systematic review and meta-analysis.

Introduction: Triple semicircular canal plugging is effective in controlling vertigo in patients with Meniere's disease, however, whether the rate of causing hearing loss during treatment is still not uniform. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of Triple semicircular canal plugging (TSCP) on hearing in Meniere's disease (MD) patients. Methods: Databases Reviewed were PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, Clinical Trials, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP. The study reported on the duration, follow-up time, hearing loss, and vertigo control outcomes in MD patients evaluated by TSCP. Stata 17 software was used for data analysis and assessing the risk of bias. Results: This meta-analysis included 367 MD patients from 7 studies. TSCP efficiently alleviated vertigo with a rate of 99% (95% CI: 0.97, 1.00) and had a hearing loss rate of 22% (95% CI: 0.16, 0.28). Subgroup analysis revealed that for hearing loss, the proportion of patients with disease duration more than or less than 12 months was 14% (95% CI: 0.05, 0.26) and 24% (95% CI: 0.19, 0.29), respectively. For vertigo control, the rates were 100% (95% CI: 0.96, 1.00) and 99% (95% CI: 0.97, 1.00), respectively. For hearing loss, the follow-up time of MD patients more than or less than 24 months was 20% (95% CI: 0.07, 0.38) and 23% (95% CI: 0.18, 0.29), respectively. For vertigo control, the rates were 99% (95% CI: 0.95, 1.00) and 99% (95% CI: 0.97, 1.00), respectively. The duration of the disease and follow-up time had no significant impact on hearing loss and vertigo control rates. Conclusions: TSCP was efficient for vertigo control but with a risk of hearing loss. It could be used as a surgical method for hearing preservation in advanced MD patients. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

8. MXene Anchored with Platinum Cobalt Alloy as an Efficient and Stable Electrocatalyst for Hydrogen Evolution.

- Abstract
It is a great challenge to prepare efficient and stable electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution (HER) using non-precious metals. In this study, a series of PtCo/Ti
3 C2 Tx -Y (Y: 16, 32, and 320, Y indicates the quality of Co(NO3 )2 ) catalysts were synthesized by loading PtCo alloy on Ti3 C2 Tx . The PtCo/Ti3 C2 Tx -32 catalyst showed the best HER performance, reaching a current density of 10 mA cm−2 with low overpotential (36 and 101 mV) and small Tafel slopes (66.37 and 105.17 mV dec−1 ) in 0.5 mol L−1 H2 SO4 and 1 mol L−1 KOH solution. The excellent HER activity of PtCo/Ti3 C2 Tx -32 can be attributed as follows: Ti3 C2 Tx has a unique two-dimensional structure, which can provide a large number of attachment sites for the PtCo alloy, hence exposing more active sites; on the other hand, it can also provide a fast and efficient conductive network for electron transport during electrocatalytic processes, thus enhancing the connectivity between electrolyte and catalyst. PtCo alloy makes the PtCo/Ti3 C2 Tx catalyst more hydrophilic, accelerating the release rate of bubbles. The DFT calculation results showed that the energy barrier of HER is reduced because the charge around Pt is redistributed by Co after alloying Pt and Co, so that the PtCo/Ti3 C2 Tx catalyst has a suitable ΔGH* value. This study can be expected to provide some references for the design and synthesis of Ti3 C2 Tx -supported alloy electrocatalysts with high activity and stability for HER. 9. Efficient aerodynamic shape optimization by using unsupervised manifold learning to filter geometric features.

- Abstract
Many aerodynamic shape optimization methods often focus on utilizing the end-to-end relationship between design variables and aerodynamic performance to find the optimal design, while overlooking the exploration of geometric knowledge of the shape itself. To fully use geometric knowledge to improve optimization efficiency, this paper proposes an efficient method by exploring the potential correlation between geometric features and aerodynamic performance at a low cost. We use unsupervised isometric feature mapping in manifold learning to capture geometric features that can distinguish the aerodynamic performance of different airfoils without embedding any tags. Then a filter criterion is establish based on the geometric features. During the optimization process, airfoils that deliver poor aerodynamic performance can be filtered out with a high probability before being precisely evaluated through computational fluid dynamics simulations. This helps improve samples quality to enhance the optimization efficiency. We applied the proposed method to the unconstrained and constrained optimizations of the Royal Aircraft Establishment (RAE) 2822 airfoil to validate its performance. The results demonstrate that the proposed method can improve the efficiency of optimization by over 50% compared with the original evolutionary optimization algorithm. Lipoprotein glomerulopathy (LPG) is a rare disorder characterized by the development of glomerular lipoprotein thrombosis. LPG exhibits familial aggregation, with mutations in the apolipoprotein E (APOE) gene identified as the leading cause of this disease. This study aimed to investigate APOE gene mutations and the clinicopathological features in eleven LPG patients. Clinicopathological and follow-up data were obtained by extracting DNA, followed by APOE coding region sequencing analysis. This study analyzed clinical and pathological manifestations, gene mutations, treatment and prognosis. The mean age of the eleven patients was 33.82 years. Among them, five had a positive family history for LPG, ten presented with proteinuria, four exhibited nephrotic syndrome, and six presented with microscopic hematuria. Dyslipidemia was identified in ten patients. In all renal specimens, there was evident dilation of glomerular capillary lumens containing lipoprotein thrombi, and positive oil red O staining was observed in frozen sections of all samples. APOE gene testing revealed that one patient had no mutations, while the remaining ten patients exhibited mutations in the APOE gene, with three patients presenting with multiple mutations simultaneously. Following the confirmation of LPG diagnosis, treatment with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI)/angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) was initiated, and the disease progressed slowly. LPG is histologically characterized by lamellated lipoprotein thrombi in glomeruli, and kidney biopsy is essential for diagnosis. Mutations in the APOE gene are the leading cause of LPG. Adjusting the interfacial transport efficiency of photogenerated electrons and the free energy of hydrogen adsorption through interface engineering is an effective means of improving the photocatalytic activity of semiconductor photocatalysts. Herein, hollow ZnS/NiS nanocages with ohmic contacts containing Zn vacancy (V
Zn -ZnS/NiS) are synthesized using ZIF-8 as templates. An internal electric field is constructed by Fermi level flattening to form ohmic contacts, which increase donor density and accelerate electron transport at the VZn -ZnS/NiS interface. The experimental and DFT results show that the tight interface and VZn can rearrange electrons, resulting in a higher charge density at the interface, and optimizing the Gibbs free energy of hydrogen adsorption. The optimal hydrogen production activity of VZn -ZnS/NiS is 10,636 mmol h-1 g-1 , which is 31.9 times that of VZn -ZnS. 14. Emotion Dysregulation in Adolescents Exhibiting Depression with Elevated Anxiety: Prevalence and Associated Factors.

This study investigates the prevalence and contributing factors of emotion dysregulation among adolescents characterized by high depression tendency and significant anxiety levels. Utilizing a sample of 7422 participants, assessments were conducted via the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS-16), Negative Cognitive Processing Bias Questionnaire (NCPBQ), and the Behavior Inhibition System/Behavior Activation System (BIS/BAS) scales. Results indicate that 21.14% of adolescents with comorbid high depression tendency and anxiety exhibit emotion dysregulation. Notably, negative cognitive processing bias—including memory, attention, and interpretive biases—and higher BIS scores significantly correlate with emotion dysregulation. Specifically, negative attention and interpretive biases, along with BIS scores, emerge as distinctive indicators in adolescents with emotion dysregulation. Additionally, negative cognitive processing and memory biases are significantly associated with the severity of emotion dysregulation. These findings underscore the notable prevalence of emotion dysregulation within this group, emphasizing the critical need for targeted intervention strategies and further investigation into negative cognitive biases and BIS scores as potential predictive markers. 15. How does green strategy orientation promote substantive green innovation? Evidence from Chinese manufacturing enterprises.

Amidst the global shift toward green development, enterprises are increasingly compelled to undertake substantial green innovation (SGI) to facilitate their transformation into environmentally sustainable entities. Based on the resource-based view (RBV) and upper echelons theory, the study empirically analyzes the impact of green strategy orientation (GSO) on enterprise SGI. It reveals the mediating mechanism of environmental investment (EI) and human capital investment (HC), as well as the moderating role of CEO green experience (Green) and environmental uncertainty (EU). It uses data from 1,745 listed manufacturing enterprises in China from 2011 to 2022 as our sample. The study finds that: (1) GSO significantly impacts SGI, the finding that passes the instrumental variable method, Heckman two-stage method, PSM method, and a series of robustness tests. (2) EI and HC significantly mediate the GSO–SGI relationship. (3) Green and EU positively moderate the GSO–SGI relationship. (4) Heterogeneity analysis shows that enterprises with green investors’ attention and those with high regional market competition intensity are more likely to enhance SGI through GSO guidance. (5) Further analysis shows that GSO can enhance enterprise ESG performance by promoting SGI. Objective: To explore the effect and mechanism of Dahuang Zhechong Pill (DHZCP) on liver fibrosis. Methods: Liver fibrosis cell model was induced by transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) in hepatic stellate cells (HSC-T6). DHZCP medicated serum (DMS) was prepared in rats. HSC-T6 cells were divided into the control (15% normal blank serum culture), TGF-β (15% normal blank serum + 5 ng/mL TGF-β), DHZCP (15% DMS + 5 ng/mL TGF-β), DHZCP+PDTC [15% DMS + 4 mmol/L ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (PDTC)+ 5 ng/mL TGF-β], and PDTC groups (4 mmol/L PDTC + 5 ng/mL TGF-β). Cell activity was detected by cell counting kit 8 and levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in the cell supernatant were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbnent assay. Western blot was used to measure the expressions of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase/nuclear factor kappa B/transforming growth factor-β1 (p38 MAPK/NF-κ B/TGF-β1) pathway related proteins, and the localization and expressions of these proteins were observed by immunofluorescence staining. Results: DHZCP improves the viability of cells damaged by TGF-β and reduces inflammatory cytokines and ALT and AST levels in the supernatant of HSC-T6 cells induced with TGF-β (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with the TGF-β group, NF-κ B p65 levels in the DHZCP group were decreased (P<0.05). p38 MAPK and NF-κ B p65 levels in the DHZCP+PDTC were also reduced (P<0.01). Compared with the TGF-β group, the protein expression of Smad2 showed a downward trend in the DHZCP, DHZCP+PDTC, and PDTC groups (all P<0.01), and the decreasing trend of Samd3 was statistically significant only in DHZCP+PDTC group (P<0.01), whereas Smad7 was increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: DHZCP can inhibit the process of HSC-T6 cell fibrosis by down-regulating the expression of p38 MAPK/NF-κ B/TGF-β1 pathway. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this work, it was found that organotin-functionalized tungstophosphates PW
9 -TM-SnRCOO and P2 W15 -TM-SnRCOO (PW9 = [PW9 O34 ]9− ; P2 W15 = [P2 W15 O56 ]12− ; TM = Mn, Co, Zn; R = CH2 CH2 ) exhibited mimicking horseradish peroxidase (HRP) activity, with the catalytic activity of PW9 -TM-SnRCOO being higher than that of P2 W15 -TM-SnRCOO. Among the polyoxometalates (POMs), those containing Zn ions demonstrated the highest catalytic activity. Furthermore, a recyclable POM-based ZIF-nanocomposite, Na8 K2 [Zn2 {Sn(CH2 )2 COO}2 (B-α-PW9 O34 )2 ]·13H2 O@ZIF-67 (PW9 -Zn-SnRCOO@ZIF-67), was designed and synthesized using a convenient one-step method at room temperature. As a mimic enzyme of HRP for the catalytic oxidation of o-phenylenediamine (OPD), PW9 -Zn-SnRCOO@ZIF-67 exhibited enhanced catalytic activity and anti-interference ability. Moreover, the introduction of the POM-estertin derivative significantly improved the acid resistance of ZIF-67. PW9 -Zn-SnRCOO@ZIF-67 can be further used as a colorimetric sensor material for the detection of acetone with a wide linear range (0.01–4.0 mM), a low detection limit (0.0074 mM), and good reusability. These results demonstrate that organotin-functionalized POMs@ZIFs, as a new class of non-enzymatic sensor materials, have wide application prospects for the detection of acetone in real water samples. Background: Development of anti-drug antibodies (ADAs) and neutralizing antibodies (NAbs) to monoclonal antibodies may adversely impact pharmacokinetics, efficacy, and/or safety. Objective: To describe incidence, titer, and persistence of dupilumab ADAs and NAbs, and their effects on pharmacokinetics, efficacy, and safety in patients with atopic dermatitis (AD). Methods: This analysis included seven phase 3 randomized, placebo-controlled (N=2,992) and two long-term open-label extension (N=2,287) trials of subcutaneous dupilumab in adults and pediatric patients with moderate-to-severe AD. ADA, NAb, and dupilumab concentration in serum were assessed using validated immunoassays. ADA impacts on efficacy (EASI) and safety were assessed. Results: Treatment-emergent ADAs were observed in up to 8.6% (aged ≥18 years), 16.0% (12-17 years), 5.3% (6-11 years), and 2.0% (6 months to 5 years) dupilumab-treated patients. Among dupilumab-treated patients, ≤3.7% had persistent responses, <1% had high titers (≥10,000), and ≤5.1% were NAb-positive. NAbs were more common in patients with moderate- and high-titer ADA responses. High-titer ADAs, while infrequent, were the variable most associated with lower dupilumab concentrations in serum and loss of efficacy, independent of NAb status. Efficacy was generally similar in ADA-positive and -negative patients. For most patients with high- or moderate-titer ADAs, titers decreased and efficacy improved over time with continued dupilumab treatment. ADA-positive and -negative patients had similar incidences of treatment-emergent and serious treatment-emergent adverse events. One patient with high-titer ADAs developed serum sickness. Conclusion: In patients with AD, ADAs and NAbs had minimal impact on dupilumab concentration, efficacy, and safety, except for high-titer ADAs in a small number of patients. Hole‐transporting material (HTMs) are crucial for obtaining the stability and high efficiency of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). However, the current state‐of‐the‐art n‐i‐p PSCs relied on the use of 2,2′,7,7′‐tetrakis(N,N‐di‐p‐methoxyphenylamine)‐9,9′‐spirobifluorene (spiro‐OMeTAD) exhibit inferior intrinsic and ambient stability due to the p‐dopant and hydrophilic Li‐TFSI additive. In this study, a new spiro‐type HTM with a critical quasi‐planar core (Z‐W‐03) is developed to improve both the thermal and ambient stability of PSCs. The results suggest that the planar carbazole structure effectively passivates the trap states compared to the triphenylamine with a propeller‐like conformation in spiro‐OMeTAD. This passivation effect leads to the shallower trap states when the quasi‐planar HTMs interact with the Pb‐dimer. Consequently, the device using Z‐W‐03 achieves a higher Voc of 1.178 V compared to the spiro‐OMeTAD's 1.155 V, resulting in an enhanced efficiency of 24.02 %. In addition, the double‐column π–π stacking of Z‐W‐03 results in high hole mobility (~10−4 cm2 V−1 s−1) even without p‐dopant. Moreover, when the surface interface is modified, the undoped Z‐W‐03 device can achieve an efficiency of nearly 23 %. Compared to the PSCs using spiro‐OMeTAD, those with Z‐W‐03 exhibit enhanced stability under N2 and ambient conditions. This superior performance is attributed to the quasi‐planar core structure and the presence of multiple CH/π and π–π intermolecular stacking in Z‐W‐03. The multiple CH/π and π–π intermolecular contacts of HTMs can improve the hole hopping transport. Therefore, it is imperative to focus on further molecular structure design and optimization of spiro‐type HTMs incorporating quasi‐planar cores and carbazole moieties for the commercialization of PSCs. A phosphonate-functionalized Zr@FMA material was prepared in this work as an adsorbent for the efficient recovery and enrichment of Th(IV) from aqueous solutions. The adsorbent, prepared by functionalizing Zr@FMA with alendronate sodium (ALS), a well-known active bisphosphonate, demonstrates good water stability and a large surface area, making it suitable for the separation and enrichment of Th(IV) in aqueous solutions. A comparison of the adsorption behavior of Th(IV) on Zr@FMA-ALS with the unfunctionalized Zr@FMA reveals that the introduction of phosphonate groups significantly enhances the maximum adsorption capacity and rate of Zr@FMA-ALS. The adsorption data aligns well with the Langmuir isotherm model, suggesting a uniform distribution of Th(IV) on the adsorbent surface in a monolayer coverage. Thermodynamic analysis indicates an endothermic and spontaneous adsorption process. Zr@FMA-ALS also shows excellent selectivity for Th(IV) over other metal ions in mixed solutions. Insights into the adsorption mechanism are provided through SEM, XPS, and FT-IR analyses, indicating that ALS molecules play a crucial role in capturing Th(IV) on the surface of Zr@FMA-ALS. The tuning of the Mott–Schottky barrier for obtaining superior separation and transfer efficiency of photogenerated carriers is significant for metallic co-catalyst-modified photocatalytic materials. Metallic cobalt phosphide (CoP) has been regarded as a promising co-catalyst for replacing Pt in the photocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). However, it is still challenging to enhance the kinetics of CoP for the HER while lowering the Schottky barrier and improving electron transport properties. Herein, Mo metal was introduced into CoP and graphite carbon nitride (g-C
3 N4 ) as a bridge of electron transfer channels for synchronous tuning of the Schottky barrier. The analyses showed that the original Schottky contact between CoP and g-C3 N4 was transformed into an ohmic contact by the introduction of metallic Mo, which caused a decrease in the Schottky barrier and even improved the charge transfer, lowered the HER potential, and accelerated the HER kinetics process of CoP. After rational assembly, the optimum photocatalyst (Mo-CoP@CN-1.0) showed a remarkable photocatalytic HER rate of 1.47 mmol g−1 h−1 under visible light irradiation, which was about twice as high as that of the optimal Pt modified g-C3 N4 . Background: Although stem cell transplantation is a promising approach for the treatment of myocardial infarction (MI), there are still some problems faced such as the low survival rate of stem cells. Here, we investigated the role of Notoginsenoside R1 (NGR1) pretreatment in improving the effects of neonatal rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) transplantation for treatment of MI. Methods: Cardiac functions were detected by echocardiography and the myocardial infarct size was determined by Masson's trichrome staining in a rat model of MI. The cardioprotective effects of NGR1/LY294002 co-pretreated MSCs was evaluated to explore the underlying mechanism. The angiogenesis was determined by vWF and α-SMA immunofluorescence staining and cell apoptosis was detected by TUNEL. In vitro, the effects of NGR1 on stem cell proliferation was examined by CCK-8 and levels of P-Akt, P-CREB, P-FoxO1 were detected by western blot. Apoptosis, ROS content, and cytokine levels were examined by DAPI and TUNEL staining, a ROS assay kit, and ELISA, respectively. Results: NGR1 elevated the therapeutic effect of MSC transplantation on infarction by preserving cardiac function, increasing angiogenesis and expressions of IGF-1, VEGF, and SDF-1, and reducing cell apoptosis, whereas the addition of LY294002 prior to NGR1 treatment significantly counteracted the foregoing effects of NGR1. NGR1 pretreatment and SC79 pretreatment were similar in that both significantly increased P-Akt and P-FoxO1 levels in MSC and did not affect P-CREB levels. Besides, both NGR1 and SC79 promoted VEGF, SCF and bFGF levels in MSC cultures, and significantly reduced ROS accumulation and the attenuated cell apoptosis in MSC triggered by H
2 O2 . Similarly, addition of LY294002 before NGR1 treatment significantly counteracted the aforementioned effects of NGR1 in vitro. Conclusions: NGR1 pretreatment enhances the effect of MSC transplantation for treatment of MI through paracrine signaling, and the mechanism underlying this effect may be associated with PI3K/Akt/FoxO1 signaling pathways. Radiative cooling without using electricity is a green way for air-conditioning. However, most previously reported radiative cooling materials persist in cooling at low temperatures, resulting in added heating demand. This study presents a dual-layer porous superhydrophobic thermoplastic polyurethane/SiO
2 (S-TPU/SiO2 ) sponge with a synergistic effect of radiative cooling and heat insulation. The S-TPU/SiO2 sponge exhibits an average reflectance of 94.5% in the solar band (0.3–2.5 μm), average emissivity of 96.8% in the atmospheric transparent window (8–13 μm), low thermal conductivity of 0.066 W/(mK) and excellent superhydrophobicity with contact angle of 153.4°. During summer, the S-TPU/SiO2 sponge achieves daytime cooling of up to 12.4 °C, maintaining excellent cooling. While in winter, it provides warming of 0.4 °C at night, effectively mitigating overcooling in cold environment. Additionally, the dual-layer porous structure made the sponge superior to common porous materials in mechanical properties with exceptional resilience, which opens up great potential applications in areas such as outdoor seat cushions and building envelope structures. Background: CNSLBP accounts for 85% of all LBP cases and impairs physical health, quality of life, and work productivity, posing a significant health and economic burden. Baduanjin (BDJ) exercises are traditional Chinese Qi Gong mind-body exercises that have been practiced for over 1,000 years. However, the standard BDJ protocol established by the State Sports General Administration does not stimulate core muscles, limiting the effectiveness of low back pain rehabilitation. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the original BDJ protocol. Methods: This 24-week single-center, single-blind, parallel-group randomized control superiority trial will allocate 100 patients into two groups (control and intervention) at a 1:1 ratio. The patients in the control group will perform the standard BDJ protocol established by the State Sports General Administration. The patients in the patients in the control group will perform the standard BDJ protocol established by the State Sports General Administration. The intervention group will perform intervention. The primary outcomes will be Quebec back pain disability scale. Secondary outcomes will include visual analog scale pain scores, Surface electromyography. Background: In evolutionary biology, identifying and quantifying inter-lineage genome size variation and elucidating the underlying causes of that variation have long been goals. Repetitive elements (REs) have been proposed and confirmed as being among the most important contributors to genome size variation. However, the evolutionary implications of genome size variation and RE dynamics are not well understood. Results: A total of 35 Ensifera insects were collected from different areas in China, including nine species of crickets and 26 species of katydids. The genome sizes of seven species were then determined using flow cytometry. The RepeatExplorer2 pipeline was employed to retrieve the repeated sequences for each species, based on low-coverage (0.1 X) high-throughput Illumina unassembled short reads. The genome sizes of the 35 Ensifera insects exhibited a considerable degree of variation, ranging from 1.00 to 18.34 pg. This variation was more than 18-fold. Similarly, the RE abundances exhibited considerable variation, ranging from 13.66 to 61.16%. In addition, the Tettigonioidea had larger genomes and contained significantly more REs than did the Grylloidea genomes. Analysis of the correlation between RE abundance and the genome size of 35 Ensifera insects revealed that the abundance of REs, transposable elements (TEs), long terminal repeats (LTRs), and long interspersed nuclear elements (LINEs) are significantly correlated with genome size. Notably, there is an inflection point in this correlation, where species with increasingly large genomes (e.g., > 5–10 pg) have repeats that contribute less to genome expansion than expected. Furthermore, this study revealed contrasting evolutionary directions between the Tettigonioidea and Grylloidea clades in terms of the expansion of REs. Tettigonioidea species exhibit a gradual increase in ancestral genome size and RE abundance as they diverge, while Grylloidea species experience sustained genome contraction. Conclusions: This study reveals extensive variation in genome size and RE abundance in Ensifera insects, with distinct evolutionary patterns across two major groups, Tettigonioidea and Grylloidea. 27. Financial capability and financial anxiety: comparison before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Purpose: This paper aims to examine and compare the associations between financial capability and financial anxiety (FA) before and during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Specifically, financial capability is measured by three indicators: financial knowledge, financial behavior and financial confidence. This study also examines and compares the association among different income groups before and during the pandemic. Design/methodology/approach: Data are from 2018 to 2021 National Financial Capability Study (NFCS). Structural equation modeling (SEM) is employed to examine the direct and indirect associations between financial capability factors and FA. Furthermore, this paper also conducts multi-group SEM for three income groups to examine the heterogeneous effects of household income. Findings: Both before and during the pandemic, financial knowledge is directly positively and financial behavior is directly negatively associated with FA. In addition, both financial knowledge and financial behavior are positively associated with financial confidence, which in turn is negatively associated with FA. However, when taking the indirect effects into consideration, the total effects of financial capability factors on FA are all negative. Furthermore, the pandemic has intensified the negative association between financial behavior and FA rather than financial knowledge or financial confidence. Multi-group SEM shows that the positive direct effects of financial knowledge are only significant in the low-income group, while the negative direct effects of financial behavior are only significant in the low- and middle-income groups before the pandemic. However, direct effects of financial knowledge and financial behavior are significant in all income groups during the pandemic. Originality/value: First, this study specifies a construct, financial confidence, to proxy perceived financial capability. Second, it examines the mediating role of financial confidence in the association between the other two financial capability factors (financial knowledge and financial behaviors) and FA. Temporal Knowledge Graph Completion (TKGC) aims to infer missing facts in Temporal Knowledge Graphs (TKGs), where facts are stored along with significant temporal information. However, existing TKGC methods only consider message passing on pairwise relations and fail to capture the complex temporal structural dependencies at the levels of time, predicate and entity in TKGs. To fill this gap, we collect high-frequency patterns in TKGs using mathematical statistics and propose a Temporal-Structural Adaptation Network that is equipped with three specific components, time-component, pred-component, and ent-component, as well as one general component, res-component. Concretely, specific components utilize the time consistency pattern to capture facts with significant regularity in time, and complex structural dependencies in TKGs are handled through predicate concurrency and entity collaboration. Moreover, considering low-frequency and nonoccurrence facts, an additional general component is introduced to make predictions on all entities. The outputs of different components are adaptively fused to vote for the final result. Extensive experiments on six benchmarks demonstrate that our method outperforms state-of-the-art baselines. 30. One-Year Risk Prediction of Elevated Serum Uric Acid Levels in Older Adults: A Longitudinal Cohort Study.

To develop and externally validate a nomogram to predict elevated serum uric acid (SUA) levels in older adults. Study Design: This is a longitudinal Chinese cohort study. Methods: A cohort of 2788 older adults was established at Huadong Hospital, followed-up for at least one year, and screened for risk factors for elevated SUA levels. A logistic regression model was built to predict elevated SUA, and its performance was validated. Results: The risk prediction model showed good discrimination ability in both the development cohort (area under the curve (AUC) = 0.82; 95% confidence interval (CI) =0.79~0.86) and the external validation cohort (AUC=0.76; 95% CI=0.70~0.82). The model was adequately calibrated, and the predictions correlated with the observed outcome (χ
2 = 6.36, P = 0.607). Men were more prone to elevated SUA levels than women were, and a baseline SUA level ≥ 360 μmol/L was a common risk factor for both males and females. Proteinuria status was an additional risk factor for males, whereas a baseline estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR)< 60 mL/min· 1.73 m2 and diabetes status were additional risk factors for females. Conclusion: The externally validated nomogram, which is predictive of elevated SUA in older adults, might aid in the detection of individual diseases, the development of preventive interventions and clinical decision-making. 31. Artificial Intelligence and Enterprise Green Innovation: Intrinsic Mechanisms and Heterogeneous Effects.

- Abstract
Enterprise green innovation (EGI) has become an essential measure for manufacturing enterprises to achieve sustainable development, and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) may become a new driving solution. This study empirically analyzes the impact and internal transmission mechanism of AI on EGI of Chinese manufacturing listed enterprises from 2010 to 2022. Research has found that (1) AI significantly impacts EGI, and this basic conclusion has passed various endogeneity and robustness tests. (2) The mechanism test results indicate that enterprise technological capability, innovation investment, and executives' environmental awareness significantly mediate between AI and EGI. (3) Heterogeneity analysis shows that the significant positive impact of AI on EGI is only established in enterprises with overseas backgrounds, large-scale, highly competitive regional markets, and low-carbon pilot cities. Background: Fat mass index (FMI) is a body composition indicator that reflects body fat content. Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) is widely performed in patients with obesity. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the value of the FMI in predicting weight loss effect and quality of life early after LSG. Material and Methods: From January 2014 to July 2022, the clinical data and computed tomography (CT) images of patients who underwent LSG at a tertiary referral teaching hospital were analyzed. Body composition indicators were calculated using the SliceOmatic software. Achieving initial body mass index within 6 months postoperatively was defined as early eligible weight loss (EEWL). The relationship between body composition and EEWL was analyzed. Results: A total of 243 patients were included. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis showed that the predictive value of the FMI for EEWL in patients after LSG was higher than that of other indicators (all P < 0.05; area under the curve = 0.813). The best FMI cut-off point was 13.662. Accordingly, the patients were divided into the high-FMI group and low-FMI group. The %EWL and BMI of patients in the low-FMI group at 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, and 24 months after surgery were better than those in the high-FMI group (all P < 0.001). Patients in the low-FMI group had higher BAROS (Bariatric Analysis and Reporting Outcome System) scores than those in the high-FMI group (P < 0.001). 34. Research on Pressure Buffer Structure of Swash Plate Plunger Hydraulic Transformer.

The phenomenon of pressure shock is experienced in the operation of hydraulic transformers. A valve plate featuring a triangular groove buffer structure is designed in this paper to mitigate this phenomenon. The differential equation of oil pressure in the plunger cavity with buffer structure is established and transformed into the pressure increment equation of the plunger cavity, thereby obtaining the relation curves between the size of the buffer structure and the pressure change of the plunger cavity, as well as the influence law of the buffer structure on the pressure change of the plunger cavity. The optimal size of the triangular groove buffer structure for each distribution window is determined. The fluid model with the above buffer structure is subjected to a transient simulation using ANSYS, and the pressure distribution cloud diagram of the plunger is obtained. The Gamma-ray Transient Monitor (GTM) is an all-sky monitor onboard the Distant Retrograde Orbit-A (DRO-A) satellite with the scientific objective of detecting gamma-ray transients ranging from 20 keV to 1 MeV. The GTM was equipped with five Gamma-ray Transient Probe (GTP) detector modules utilizing a NaI(Tl) scintillator coupled with a SiPM array. To reduce the SiPM noise, GTP uses a dedicated dual-channel coincident readout design. In this work, we first studied the impact of different coincidence times on the detection efficiency and ultimately selected a 0.5 µs time coincidence window for offline data processing. To test the performance of the GTPs and validate the Monte-Carlo-simulated energy response, we conducted comprehensive ground calibration tests using the Hard X-ray Calibration Facility (HXCF) and radioactive sources, including the energy response, detection efficiency, spatial response, bias-voltage response, and temperature dependence. We extensively present the ground calibration results and validate the design and mass model of the GTP detector, thus providing the foundation for in-flight observations and scientific data analysis. 36. ICG-r15 predicts esophageal varices in compensated liver cirrhosis: a noninvasive approach.

Objective: The aim of our study was to evaluate the indocyanine green (ICG) retention test as a noninvasive marker of esophageal varices(EV). Methods: The clinical data of patients diagnosed with compensated liver cirrhosis in Tianjin Second People's Hospital between January 2018 and January 2021 were analysed with SPSS 23.0. Result: A total of 144 patients (88 M/56 F, 51.7 ± 11.06 years) were enrolled. The ICG retention at 15 min(ICG-r15), PVD, TBIL, Cholinesterase(CHE), AST to ALT ratio(ARR), APRI, splenic area, Lok index, Park index and liver stiffness measurement in the absent or small EV group were lower than those in the medium or large EV group, while the ICG disappareance rate(ICG-K), Effective hepatic blood flow(EHBF), ALB, PLT, and Platelet to Spleen Diameter Ratio(PSDR) were higher, and the differences were significant (P < 0.05). ICG-r15, splenic area, APRI and PLT were independent predictors for medium or large esophageal varices (OR = 1.115, 1.025, 0.281, and 0.987, respectively,P < 0.05). The predictive value of ICG-r15 for medium or large varices was 17.95%, the specificity was 0.849, and the sensitivity was 0.662, the AUROC was 0.815. The cut-off value of PLT for M/L EV was 113.5, and the specificity and sensitivity were 0.616 and 0.887, the AUROC was 0.759. The AUROC of ICG-r15 combined with PLT was 0.866, which was more superior than others. Conclusion: Although we are far from the replacement of endoscopy, ICG-r15 combined with PLT seems to be able to identify patients with medium or large EV in patients with compensated liver cirrhosis. 39. Nomogram based on multimodal ultrasound features for evaluating breast nonmass lesions: a single center study.

Background: It is challenging to correctly identify and diagnose breast nonmass lesions. This study aimed to explore the multimodal ultrasound features associated with malignant breast nonmass lesions (NMLs), and evaluate their combined diagnostic performance. Methods: This retrospective analysis was conducted on 573 breast NMLs, including 309 were benign and 264 were malignant, their multimodal ultrasound features (B-mode, color Doppler and strain elastography) were assessed by two experienced radiologists. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysises were used to explore multimodal ultrasound features associated with malignancy, and a nomogram was developed. Diagnostic performance and clinical utility were evaluated and validated by the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, calibration curve and decision curve in the training and validation cohorts. Results: Multimodal ultrasound features including linear (odds ratio [OR] = 4.69) or segmental distribution (OR = 7.67), posterior shadowing (OR = 3.14), calcification (OR = 7.40), hypovascularity (OR = 0.38), elasticity scored 4 (OR = 7.00) and 5 (OR = 15.77) were independent factors associated with malignant breast NMLs. The nomogram based on these features exhibited diagnostic performance in the training and validation cohorts were comparable to that of experienced radiologists, with superior specificity (89.4%, 89.5% vs. 81.2%) and positive predictive value (PPV) (89.2%, 90.4% vs. 82.4%). The nomogram also demonstrated good calibration in both training and validation cohorts (all P > 0.05). Decision curve analysis indicated that interventions guided by the nomogram would be beneficial across a wide range of threshold probabilities (0.05-1 in the training cohort and 0.05–0.93 in the validation cohort). Conclusions: The combined use of linear or segmental distribution, posterior shadowing, calcification, hypervascularity and high elasticity score, displayed as a nomogram, demonstrated satisfied diagnostic performance for malignant breast NMLs, which may contribute to the imaging interpretation and clinical management of tumors. Despite their advantages, creating sustainable ionogel membranes with high IL contents poses challenges due to limited mechanical strength, leakage risks, and poor recyclability. Herein, we leverage copolymerized and supramolecularly bound ILs to develop ionogel membranes with high mechanical strength, zero leakage, and excellent self‐healing and recycling capabilities. These membranes exhibit superior ideal selectivity for gas separation compared to other reported ionogel membranes, achieving a CO2/nitrogen selectivity of 61.7 and a CO2/methane selectivity of 24.6, coupled with an acceptable CO2 permeability of 186.4 Barrer. Additionally, these gas separation ionogel membranes can be upcycled into ionic skins for sensing applications, further enhancing their utility. This research outlines a strategic approach to molecularly engineer ionogel membranes, offering a promising pathway for developing sustainable, high‐performance materials for advanced gas separation technologies. Background: Ferroptosis, a newly identified form of regulated cell death triggered by small molecules or specific conditions, plays a significant role in virus-associated carcinogenesis. However, whether tumours arising after high-risk HPV integration are associated with ferroptosis is unexplored and remains enigmatic. Methods: High-risk HPV16 integration was analysed by high-throughput viral integration detection (HIVID). Ferroptosis was induced by erastin, and the levels of ferroptosis were assessed through the measurement of lipid-reactive oxygen species (ROS), malondialdehyde (MDA), intracellular Fe2
+ level and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Additionally, clinical cervical specimens and an in vivo xenograft model were utilized for the study. Results: Expression of HPV16 integration hot spot c-Myc negatively correlates with ferroptosis during the progression of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC). Further investigation revealed that the upregulated oncogene miR-142-5p in HPV16-integrated CSCC cells served as a critical downstream effector of c-Myc in its target network. Inhibiting miR-142-5p significantly decreased the ferroptosis-suppressing effect mediated by c-Myc. Through a combination of computational and experimental approaches, HOXA5 was identified as a key downstream target gene of miR-142-5p. Overexpression of miR-142-5p suppressed HOXA5 expression, leading to decreased accumulation of intracellular Fe2+ and lipid peroxides (ROS and MDA). HOXA5 increased the sensitivity of CSCC cells to erastin-induced ferroptosis via transcriptional downregulation of SLC7A11, a negative regulator of ferroptosis. Importantly, c-Myc knockdown increased the anti-tumour activity of erastin by promoting ferroptosis both in vitro and in vivo. Conclusions: Collectively, these data indicate that HPV16 integration hot spot c-Myc plays a novel and indispensable role in ferroptosis resistance by regulating the miR-142-5p/HOXA5/SLC7A11 signalling axis and suggest a potential therapeutic approach for HPV16 integration-related CSCC. The development of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in sepsis is associated with substantial morbidity and mortality. However, the molecular pathogenesis underlying sepsis‐induced ARDS remains elusive. Neutrophil heterogeneity and dysfunction contribute to uncontrolled inflammation in patients with ARDS. A specific subset of neutrophils undergoing reverse transendothelial migration (rTEM), which is characterized by an activated phenotype, is implicated in the systemic dissemination of inflammation. Using single‐cell RNA sequencing (scRNA‐seq), it identified functionally activated neutrophils exhibiting the rTEM phenotype in the lung of a sepsis mouse model using cecal ligation and puncture. The prevalence of neutrophils with the rTEM phenotype is elevated in the blood of patients with sepsis‐associated ARDS and is positively correlated with disease severity. Mechanically, scRNA‐seq and proteomic analys revealed that inflamed endothelial cell (EC) released extracellular vesicles (EVs) enriched in karyopherin subunit beta‐1 (KPNB1), promoting abluminal‐to‐luminal neutrophil rTEM. Additionally, EC‐derived EVs are elevated and positively correlated with the proportion of rTEM neutrophils in clinical sepsis. Collectively, EC‐derived EV is identified as a critical regulator of neutrophil rTEM, providing insights into the contribution of rTEM neutrophils to sepsis‐associated lung injury. 44. Balancing Environmental Impact and Practicality: A Case Study on the Cement-Stabilized Rammed Earth Construction in Southeast Rural China.

Construction using earth materials demonstrates ecological sustainability using locally sourced natural materials and environmentally friendly demolition methods. In this study, the environmental impact of adding cement to soil materials for rammed earth farmhouse construction in rural China was investigated and comparatively simulated using the One Click LCA database, focusing on the conflict between sustainability objectives and the practical aspects of cement addition. By analyzing how the addition of cement aligns with local construction practices and addressing the debate surrounding the inclusion of cement in rammed-earth construction, our objective is to provide insights into achieving a balance between the environmental impact and the pragmatic considerations of using cement in earthen building practices. Three local structure scenarios are evaluated via simulations: cement-stabilized rammed earth wall, fired brick wall, and a localized reinforced concrete frame structure. The quantitative environmental impacts are assessed, and the qualitative differences in adaptation, economic sustainability, and other factors are examined in the context of present-day development in rural China. The results show that the use of cement-stabilized rammed earth wall-supported structures is associated with higher embodied carbon emissions compared to structures supported by reinforced concrete frames and enclosed by brick walls; however, these emissions are lower than those for brick wall-supported structures while effectively meeting the structural requirements. In addition, the use of cement-stabilized earth for perimeter walls simplifies material management and disposal throughout the building's life cycle, and the cost-effectiveness of cement has been found to be substantially greater than that of reinforced concrete frames and brick structures, improving economic viability and social acceptability, especially among low-income communities in rural areas [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A non-contact slip ring is proposed in this paper. The bidirectional simultaneous wireless power and data transfer (BD-SWPDT) technology is utilized to transfer power and data bidirectionally. A bidirectional constant-voltage LC hybrid compensation topology is proposed, which utilizes the LC series parallel structure to have different equivalent models at different frequencies. By using different operating frequencies for forward and reverse power transfer, the system's forward and reverse transfer can be equivalent to different constant-voltage output compensation topologies. The resonant parameters of the system are designed to achieve consistent voltage gain for forward and reverse power transfer. And based on this topology, a data carrier injection method is designed to achieve high Signal Noise Ratio (SNR) simultaneous data transfer. To improve the flexibility of non-contact slip ring installation, a caliper-type coupling structure is proposed. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed method is verified through experiments, achieving a forward and reverse output power of 200 W and half duplex communication with a data rate of 19.2 kbps. The brown planthopper (Nilaparvata lugens, BPH) is a serious insect pest responsible for causing immense economic losses to rice growers around the globe. The development of high-throughput sequencing technologies has significantly improved the research on this pest, and its genome structure, gene expression profiles, and host–plant interactions are being unveiled. The integration of genomic sequencing, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics has greatly increased our understanding of the biological characteristics of planthoppers, which will benefit the identification of resistant rice varieties and strategies for their control. Strategies like more optimal genome assembly and single-cell RNA-seq help to update our knowledge of gene control structure and cell type-specific usage, shedding light on how planthoppers adjust as well. However, to date, a comprehensive genome-wide investigation of the genetic interactions and population dynamics of BPHs has yet to be exhaustively performed using these next-generation omics technologies. This review summarizes the recent advances and new perspectives regarding the use of omics data for the BPH, with specific emphasis on the integration of both fields to help develop more sustainable pest management strategies. These findings, in combination with those of post-transcriptional and translational modifications involving non-coding RNAs as well as epigenetic variations, further detail intricate host–brown planthopper interaction dynamics, especially regarding resistant rice varieties. Finally, the symbiogenesis of the symbiotic microbial community in a planthopper can be characterized through metagenomic approaches, and its importance in enhancing virulence traits would offer novel opportunities for plant protection by manipulating host–microbe interactions. The concerted diverse omics approaches collectively identified the holistic and complex mechanisms of virulence variation in BPHs, which enables efficient deployment into rice resistance breeding as well as sustainable pest management. This study addresses a gap in the literature by exploring the longitudinal effects of hassles in mediating the relationship between neuroticism and the tripartite model of depression and anxiety. The research investigates these associations in a large sample of university students, utilising baseline and 6‐month follow‐up data. Initial assessments involved participants completing measures for neuroticism, depression and anxiety symptoms, and the occurrence of stress, followed by monthly assessments of stress, anxiety symptom and mood symptoms over a 6‐month period. Our results illuminate the mediating role of daily hassles in the relationship between neuroticism and various dimensions of anxiety and depression, including general distress, specific depression, and anxiety symptoms. These findings underscore the significant impact of neuroticism and hassles on a broad spectrum of mood symptoms, offering valuable insights for both research and clinical practice.
