Malignant transformation (MT) is commonly seen in IDH-mutant gliomas. There has been a growing research interest in revealing its underlying mechanisms and intervening prior to MT at the early stages of the transforming process. Here we established a unique pair of matched 3D cell models: 403L, derived from a low-grade glioma (LGG), and 403H, derived from a high-grade glioma (HGG), by utilizing IDH-mutant astrocytoma samples from the same patient when the tumor was diagnosed as WHO grade 2 (tumor mutational burden (TMB) of 3.96/Mb) and later as grade 4 (TMB of 70.07/Mb), respectively. Both cell models were authenticated to a patient's sample retaining endogenous expression of IDH1 R132H. DNA methylation profiles of the parental tumors referred to LGG and HGG IDH-mutant glioma clusters. The immunopositivity of SOX2, NESTIN, GFAP, OLIG2, and beta 3-Tubulin suggested the multilineage potential of both models. 403H was more prompt to cell invasion and developed infiltrative HGG in vivo. The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) from the RNA sequencing analysis revealed the tumor invasion and aggressiveness related genes exclusively upregulated in the 403H model. Pathway analysis showcased an enrichment of genes associated with epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and Notch signaling pathways in 403H and 403L, respectively. Mass spectrometry-based targeted metabolomics and hyperpolarized (HP) 1-13C pyruvate in-cell NMR analyses demonstrated significant alterations in the TCA cycle and fatty acid metabolism. Citrate, glutamine, and 2-HG levels were significantly higher in 403H. To our knowledge, this is the first report describing the development of a matched pair of 3D patient-derived cell models representative of MT and temozolomide (TMZ)-induced hypermutator phenotype (HMP) in IDH-mutant glioma, providing insights into genetic and metabolic changes during MT/HMP. With climate warming and economic globalization, insect–microbe assemblages are becoming increasingly responsible for various devastating forest diseases worldwide. Japanese larch (Larix kaempferi) is extensively cultivated in China because of its high survival rate, rapid maturation and robust mechanical properties. Endoconidiophora fujiensis , an ophiostomatoid fungus associated with Ips subelongatus , has been identified as a lethal pathogen of L. kaempferi in Japan. However, there is a dearth of research on the pathogenicity of E. fujiensis in larches in China. Therefore, we investigated the pathogenicity of E. fujiensis in introduced L. kaempferi and indigenous larch (Larix olgensis) trees and compared the induced resistance responses to the pathogen in both tree species in terms of physiology and gene expression. Five-year-old saplings and 25-year-old adult trees of L. olgensis and L. kaempferi were inoculated in parallel during the same growing season. Endoconidiophora fujiensis exhibited high pathogenicity in both larch species, but particularly in L. kaempferi compared with L. olgensis adult trees; adult L. olgensis was more resistant to E. fujiensis than adult L. kaempferi , which was reflected in higher accumulation of defensive monoterpenes, such as myrcene, 3-carene and limonene and the earlier induction of defense genes catalase (CAT) and pathogenesis-related protein 1 (PR1). This study contributes to our understanding of the interactions between bark beetle-associated ophiostomatoid fungi and host larches, from phenotypic responses to alterations in secondary metabolites via defense- and metabolism-related gene activation, providing a valuable foundation for the management of larch diseases and pests in the future. The microbial communities associated with alkaline–surfactant–polymer (ASP)-flooded reservoirs have rarely been investigated. In this study, high-throughput sequencing was used to analyse the indigenous microbial communities in two different blocks, the water flooding after the alkaline–surfactant–polymer flooding block and the alkaline–surfactant–polymer flooding block, and to ascertain the optimal stage for the implementation of indigenous microbial oil recovery technology. The different displacement blocks had significant effects on the indigenous microbial community at the genus level according to an alpha diversity analysis and community composition. In water flooding after alkaline–surfactant–polymer flooding, the dominant genus of Pseudomonas exceeded 30%, increasing to 52.1% in alkaline–surfactant–polymer flooding, but alpha diversity decreased. Through a co-occurrence network analysis, it was found that the complexity of the water flooding after alkaline–surfactant–polymer flooding was higher than that of alkaline–surfactant–polymer flooding. This means that the water flooding ecosystem after alkaline–surfactant–polymer flooding was more stable and less susceptible to external environmental influences. In addition, there were significant differences in the functional redundancy of microbial communities in different blocks. The aim of this paper is to study the changing law of filter media properties under high-pressure conditions, and for this purpose, an experimental setup was established to measure the properties of filter materials at a maximum pressure of 5 MPa. By observing the experimental phenomena produced under different pressures, combining the experimental data and experimental phenomena for qualitative and quantitative analyses, the filter media performance change pattern under different pressures was obtained. The experiments were carried out at a pressure of 1–5 MPa, and the detailed experiments were conducted on the pressure drop, saturation and the liquid distribution pattern of the first and last layers of the filter material. The experimental results show that the liquid film on the surface of the filter media becomes progressively thinner with increasing pressure, and the jump pressure drop becomes smaller while the saturation increases. The saturation of the first layer of the oleophilic filter media increased by 30% and the saturation of the last layer of the oleophobic filter media increased by 80% when the pressure was increased from 1 to 5 MPa. In addition, the results show that with increasing pressure, the surface tension of the droplets decreases and the surface tension of the DEHS decreases from 28.72 to 25.26 mN/m. The capillary force of filter media B was reduced from 0.20 to 0.13 mN, a 35% reduction in capillary force which changed the distribution of droplets on the fibres and enhanced the wettability of the filter material. This discovery is of great significance for understand ding the variation pattern of filter media performance under high-pressure conditions, and provides a basis for the design and manufacture of filter elements for high-pressure occasions. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is a prevalent reactive oxygen species (ROS) found in cells and takes a central role in plant development and stress adaptation. The root apical meristem (RAM) has evolved strong plasticity to adapt to complex and changing environmental conditions. Recent advances have made great progress in explaining the mechanism of key factors, such as auxin, WUSCHEL-RELATED HOMEOBOX 5 (WOX5), PLETHORA (PLT), SHORTROOT (SHR), and SCARECROW (SCR), in the regulation of RAM activity maintenance. H2O2 functions as an emerging signaling molecule to control the quiescent center (QC) specification and stem cell niche (SCN) activity. Auxin is a key signal for the regulation of RAM maintenance, which largely depends on the formation of auxin regional gradients. H2O2 regulates the auxin gradients by the modulation of intercellular transport. H2O2 also modulates the expression of WOX5, PLTs, SHR, and SCR to maintain RAM activity. The present review is dedicated to summarizing the key factors in the regulation of RAM activity and discussing the signaling transduction of H2O2 in the maintenance of RAM activity. Further exploitation of the residual oil underground in post-polymer flooded reservoirs is attractive and challenging. Microbial-enhanced oil recovery (MEOR) is a promising strategy to enhance the recovery of residual oil in post-polymer flooded reservoirs. Identifying and selectively activating indigenous microorganisms with oil displacement capabilities is an urgent requirement in the current design of efficient microbial-enhanced oil recovery technologies. This study combines high-throughput sequencing with functional network analysis to identify the core functional microbes within the reservoirs. Concurrently, it devises targeted activation strategies tailored to oligotrophic conditions through an analysis of environmental factor influences. The feasibility of these strategies is then validated through physical simulation experiments. With nutrient stimulation, the overall diversity of microorganisms decreases while the abundance of functional microorganisms increases. The core displacement results showed that the oil recovery factor increased by 3.82% on the basis of polymer flooding. In summary, this research has established a system for the efficient activation of functional microorganisms under oligotrophic conditions by utilizing bioinformatics, network analysis, and indoor simulation systems. Hair is an advantageous biological sample due to its recordable, collectable, and storable nature. Hair's primary components are keratin and keratin-associated proteins. Owing to its abundance of cystine, keratin possesses impressive mechanical strength and chemical stability, formed by creating disulfide bonds as crosslinks within the protein peptide chain. Furthermore, keratin is cross-linked with keratin-associated proteins to create a complex network structure that provides the hair with strength and rigidity. Protein extraction serves as the foundation for hair analysis research. Bleaching hair causes damage to the structure between keratin and keratin-associated proteins, resulting in texture issues and hair breakage. This article outlines various physical treatment methods and lysate analysis that enhance the efficiency of hair protein extraction. The PLEE method achieves a three-fold increase in hair protein extraction efficiency when using a lysis solution containing SDS and combining high temperatures with intense shaking, compared to previous methods found in literature. We utilized the PLEE method to extract hair from both normal and damaged groups. Normal samples identified 156–157 proteins, including 51 keratin and keratin-associated proteins. The damaged group consisted of 155–158 identified proteins, of which 48–50 were keratin and keratin-associated proteins. Bleaching did not cause any notable difference in the protein identification of hair. However, it did reduce coverage of keratin and keratin-associated proteins significantly. Our hair protein extraction method provides extensive coverage of the hair proteome. Our findings indicate that bleaching damage results in subpar hair quality due to reduced coverage of protein primary sequences in keratin and keratin-associated proteins. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The research of plant seeds has always been a focus of agricultural and forestry research, and seed identification is an indispensable part of it. With the continuous application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of agriculture, seed identification through computer vision can effectively promote the development of agricultural and forestry wisdom. Data is the foundation of computer vision, but there is a lack of suitable datasets in the agricultural field. In this paper, a seed dataset named LZUPSD is established. A device based on mobile phones and macro lenses was established to acquire images. The dataset contains 4496 images of 88 different seeds. This dataset can not only be used as data for training deep learning models in the computer field, but also provide important data support for agricultural and forestry research. Drought-induced osmotic stress severely affects the growth and yield of maize. However, the mechanisms underlying the different responses of young and old maize leaves to osmotic stress remain unclear. To gain a systematic understanding of age-related stress responses, we compared osmotic-stress-induced changes in maize leaves of different ages using multi-omics approaches. After short-term osmotic stress, old leaves suffered more severe water deficits than young leaves. The adjustments of transcriptomes, proteomes, and hormones in response to osmotic stress were more dynamic in old leaves. Metabolic activities, stress signaling pathways, and hormones (especially abscisic acid) responded to osmotic stress in an age-dependent manner. We identified multiple functional clusters of genes and proteins with potential roles in stress adaptation. Old leaves significantly accumulated stress proteins such as dehydrin, aquaporin, and chaperones to cope with osmotic stress, accompanied by senescence-like cellular events, whereas young leaves exhibited an effective water conservation strategy mainly by hydrolyzing transitory starch and increasing proline production. The stress responses of individual leaves are primarily determined by their intracellular water status, resulting in differential transcriptomes, proteomes, and hormones. Background: Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion surgery (ACDF) is a common technique in treating degenerative cervical spondylosis. This study is to evaluate the changes of cervical muscles after ACDF and analyze the correlation between related muscle changes and clinical efficacy. Methods: Sixty-five postoperative patients (single-level ACDF) with cervical spondylotic myelopathy from January 2013 to December 2022 were analyzed. The measured parameters include: the axial section of longus colli cross-sectional area (AxCSA), the volume of cervical longus, the ratio of long and short diameter line (RLS), the cervical extensor cross-sectional area (CESA), the vertebral body area (VBA), and the CESA/VBA. The visual analog scale (VAS), modified Japanese Orthopedic Association score (mJOA), and neck disability index (NDI) were evaluated. The changes in muscle morphology were analyzed, and the correlation analysis was conducted between morphological changes and function scores. Results: The postoperative AxCSA of surgical segment (3rd month, 12th month, and the last follow-up) was decreased compared to preoperative (141.62 ± 19.78), and the differences were significant (P < 0.05). The corresponding data reduced to (119.42 ± 20.08) mm2, (117.59 ± 19.69) mm2, and (117.41 ± 19.19) mm2, respectively (P < 0.05). The RLS increased, and the volume of cervical longus decreased significantly after surgery (P < 0.05). Negative correlation was found between postoperative volume of cervical longus and VAS at the 3rd month (r = − 0.412), 12th month (r = − 0.272), and last follow-up (r = − 0.391) (P < 0.05). Negative correlation existed between postoperative volume of cervical longus and NDI at the 3rd month (r = − 0.552), 12th month (r = − 0.293), and last follow-up (r = − 0.459) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The volume of cervical longus decreased and its morphology changed after ACDF surgery. The mainly affected muscle was the cervical longus closing to the surgical segment. Purpose: The knowledge, attitude, and practices (KAP) concerning antibiotics by healthcare students have the potential impact on controlling antibiotic abuse and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) growth. This study aims to evaluate the levels and explore the associated factors with KAP on antibiotic use and AMR in Chinese nursing students. Methods: A cross-sectional survey using a self-administered questionnaire consisting of demographics and selected features and KAP on antibiotic use and AMR was conducted to measure KAP levels among nursing students at various universities in Hubei Province, China. The logistic regression analyses were performed to analyze the potential factors associated with the KAP. Results: The survey eventually included a total of 1959 nursing students. The mean scores for KAP were 57.89 ± 26.32, 55.00 ± 12.50, and 71.88 ± 15.63, respectively. Regarding knowledge, 54.3% of participants were unaware that antibiotic was ineffective against viral infections. Regarding attitude, 36% of participants agreed that current antibiotic abuse existed; 96.2% of participants thought it necessary to set up a special course on antibiotics. Regarding practice, only 48.4% of participants usually purchased antibiotics with a prescription. Multivariable analyses indicated that lack of discussion on AMR in school courses was an independent risk factor against KAP, respectively. The main knowledge sources of antibiotic being outside the classroom was an independent risk factor related to knowledge and practice. The average score > 80 points was an independent protective factor related to knowledge and practice. Conclusion: The KAP level on antibiotic use and AMR among Hubei nursing students was general and required further strengthening. Nursing students with risk factors should be prioritized in educational interventions. Objective: This study aims to compare the clinical effects and imaging data of patients who underwent endoscopic transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (Endo-TLIF) with those who received unilateral biportal endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion (ULIF). Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 69 patients presenting with typical intermittent claudication and signs and symptoms indicative of unilateral lower extremity nerve root compression, meeting inclusion criteria between April 2022 and June 2022. Among the cohort, 35 patients underwent ULIF group, while 34 patients underwent Endo-TLIF group. We compared perioperative parameters, including intraoperative blood loss, duration of hospital stay, and operation time between the two groups. Pre-operative and post-operative changes in the height and cross-sectional area of the target intervertebral space were also compared between the groups. Finally, we evaluated bone graft size and interbody fusion rates at 6 and 12 months post-surgery using the Brantigan scoring system. Results: The ULIF group had significantly shorter operative times compared to the Endo-TLIF group (P < 0.05). Conversely, the Endo-TLIF group exhibited significantly shorter hospital stays compared to the ULIF group (P < 0.05). However, there were no significant differences in intraoperative bleeding between the two groups (P > 0.05). Furthermore, both groups exhibited postoperative increases in vertebral canal volume compared to baseline (P < 0.05), with no significant difference in the change in the cross-sectional area of the target intervertebral space between the two surgical methods (P > 0.05). Interbody fusion rates were comparable between the two groups at both 6 and 12 months after surgery (P > 0.05). Lastly, the ULIF group had a significantly larger area of bone graft than the Endo-TLIF group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In summary, the ULIF technique, as a novel spinal endoscopy approach, is a safer and more effective minimally invasive surgical method for addressing lumbar spinal stenosis and intervertebral disc herniation in patients. Both surgical methods have their own advantages and drawbacks. With the development of technology and related instruments, the limitations of both techniques can be mitigated for to a certain extent, and they can be applied by more doctors in diverse medical fields in the future. Sepsis is a major global health problem, causing a significant burden of disease and death worldwide. Risk stratification of sepsis patients, identification of severe patients and timely initiation of treatment can effectively improve the prognosis of sepsis patients. We procured gene expression datasets for sepsis (GSE54514, GSE65682, GSE95233) from the Gene Expression Omnibus and performed normalization to mitigate batch effects. Subsequently, we applied weighted gene co-expression network analysis to categorize genes into modules that exhibit correlation with macrophage activity. To pinpoint macrophage-associated genes (MAAGs), we executed differential expression analysis and single sample gene set enrichment analysis. We then established a prognostic model derived from four MAAGs that were significantly differentially expressed. Functional enrichment analysis and immune infiltration assessments were instrumental in deciphering the biological mechanisms involved. Furthermore, we employed principal component analysis and conducted survival outcome analyses to delineate molecular subgroups within sepsis. Four novel MAAGs—CD160, CX3CR1, DENND2D, and FAM43A—were validated and used to create a prognostic model. Subgroup classification revealed distinct molecular profiles and a correlation with 28-day survival outcomes. The MAAGs risk score was developed through univariate Cox, LASSO, and multivariate Cox analyses to predict patient prognosis. Validation of the risk score upheld its prognostic significance. Functional enrichment implicated ribonucleoprotein complex biogenesis, mitochondrial matrix, and transcription coregulator activity in sepsis, with an immune infiltration analysis indicating an association between MAAGs risk score and immune cell populations. The four MAAGs exhibited strong diagnostic capabilities for sepsis. The research successfully developed a MAAG-based prognostic model for sepsis, demonstrating that such genes can significantly stratify risk and reflect immune status. Atherosclerosis is one of the leading causes of death worldwide. miR-26 is a potential biomarker of atherosclerosis. Standardized diagnostic tests for miR-26 (MIR26-DX) have been developed, but the fastest progress has been in predicting the efficacy of IFN-α therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC, phase 3). MiR-26 slows atherosclerosis development by suppressing ACC1/2, ACLY, ACSL3/4, ALDH3A2, ALPL, BMP2, CD36, COL1A1, CPT1A, CTGF, DGAT2, EHHADH, FAS, FBP1, GATA4, GSK3β, G6PC, Gys2, HMGA1, HMGB1, LDLR, LIPC, IL-1β, IL-6, JAG2, KCNJ2, MALT1, β-MHC, NF-κB, PCK1, PLCβ1, PYGL, RUNX2, SCD1, SMAD1/4/5/7, SREBF1, TAB3, TAK1, TCF7L2, and TNF-α expression. Many agents targeting these genes, such as the ACC1/2 inhibitors GS-0976, PF-05221304, and MK-4074; the DGAT2 inhibitors IONIS-DGAT2Rx, PF-06427878, PF-0685571, and PF-07202954; the COL1A1 inhibitor HT-100; the stimulants 68Ga-CBP8 and RCT-01; the CPT1A inhibitors etomoxir, perhexiline, and teglicar; the FBP1 inhibitors CS-917 and MB07803; and the SMAD7 inhibitor mongersen, have been investigated in clinical trials. Interestingly, miR-26 better reduced intima-media thickness (IMT) than PCSK9 or CT-1 knockout. Many PCSK9 inhibitors, including alirocumab, evolocumab, inclisiran, AZD8233, Civi-007, MK-0616, and LIB003, have been investigated in clinical trials. Recombinant CT-1 was also investigated in clinical trials. Therefore, miR-26 is a promising target for agent development. miR-26 promotes foam cell formation by reducing ABCA1 and ARL4C expression. Multiple materials can be used to deliver miR-26, but it is unclear which material is most suitable for mass production and clinical applications. Although various new biomaterials have enriched the methods for peri-implant inflammation treatment, their efficacy is still debated, and secondary operations on the implant area have also caused pain for patients. Recently, strategies that regulate macrophage polarization to prevent or even treat peri-implantitis have attracted increasing attention. Here, we prepared a laser-drilled and covered with metal organic framework-miR-27a agomir nanomembrane (L-MOF-agomir) implant, which could load and sustain the release of miR-27a agomir. In vitro, the L-MOF-agomir titanium plate promoted the repolarization of LPS-stimulated macrophages from M1 to M2, and the macrophage culture supernatant promoted BMSCs osteogenesis. In a ligation-induced rat peri-implantitis model, the L-MOF-agomir implants featured strong immunomodulatory activity of macrophage polarization and alleviated ligation-induced bone resorption. The mechanism of repolarization function may be that the L-MOF-agomir implants promote the macrophage mitochondrial function and metabolism reprogramming from glycolysis to oxidative phosphorylation. Our study demonstrates the feasibility of targeting cell metabolism to regulate macrophage immunity for peri-implantitis inhibition and provides a new perspective for the development of novel multifunctional implants. Purpose: Intraventricular blood flow dynamics are associated with cardiac function. Accurate, noninvasive, and easy assessments of hemodynamic quantities (such as velocity, vortex, and pressure) could be an important addition to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of heart diseases. However, the complex time-varying flow brings many challenges to the existing noninvasive image-based hemodynamic assessments. The development of reliable techniques and analysis tools is essential for the application of hemodynamic biomarkers in clinical practice. Methods: In this study, a time-resolved particle tracking method, Shake-the-Box, was applied to reconstruct the flow in a realistic left ventricle (LV) silicone model with biological valves. Based on the obtained velocity, 4D pressure field was calculated using a Poisson equation-based pressure solver. Furthermore, flow analysis by proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) of the 4D velocity field has been performed. Results: As a result of the Shake-the-Box algorithm, we have extracted: (i) particle positions, (ii) particle tracks, and finally, (iii) 4D velocity fields. From the latter, the temporal evolution of the 3D pressure field during the full cardiac cycle was obtained. The obtained maximal pressure difference extracted along the base-to-apex was about 2.7 mmHg, which is in good agreement with those reported in vivo. The POD analysis results showed a clear picture of different scale of vortices in the pulsatile LV flow, together with their time-varying information and corresponding kinetic energy content. To reconstruct 95% of the kinetic energy of the LV flow, only the first six POD modes would be required, leading to significant data reduction. Conclusions: This work demonstrated Shake-the-Box is a promising technique to accurately reconstruct the left ventricle flow field in vitro. The good spatial and temporal resolutions of the velocity measurements enabled a 4D reconstruction of the pressure field in the left ventricle. The application of POD analysis showed its potential in reducing the complexity of the high-resolution left ventricle flow measurements. We presented a 47-year old male diagnosed as a discal cyst with concurrent isthmic lumbar spondylolisthesis, which was not reported in the literature previously. A cystectomy with two-segmental transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion and instruments was performed. The association between concurrent discal cyst and isthmic spondylolisthesis may be illuminated by excessive strain and focal degeneration of the disc. Ningxiang pigs are a renowned indigenous pig breed in China, known for their meat quality, disease resistance, and environmental adaptability. In recent decades, consumer demand for meats from indigenous breeds has grown significantly, fueling the selection and crossbreeding of Ningxiang pigs (NXP). The latter has raised concerns about the conservation and sustainable use of Ningxiang pigs as an important genetic resource. To address these concerns, we conducted a comprehensive genomic study using 2242 geographically identified Ningxiang pigs. The estimated genomic breed composition (GBC) suggested 2077 pigs as purebred Ningxiang pigs based on a ≥ 94% NXP-GBC cut-off. The remaining 165 pigs were claimed to be crosses, including those between Duroc and Ningxiang pigs and between Ningxiang and Shaziling pigs, and non-Ningxiang pigs. Runs of homozygosity (ROH) were identified in the 2077 purebred Ningxiang pigs. The number and length of ROH varied between individuals, with an average of 32.14 ROH per animal and an average total length of 202.4 Mb per animal. Short ROH (1–5 Mb) was the most abundant, representing 66.5% of all ROH and 32.6% of total ROH coverage. The genomic inbreeding estimate was low (0.089) in purebred Ningxiang pigs compared to imported western pig breeds. Nine ROH islands were identified, pinpointing candidate genes and QTLs associated with economic traits of interest, such as reproduction, carcass and growth traits, lipid metabolism, and fat deposition. Backgrounds: The role of cytoreductive radical prostatectomy (cRP) for bone‐metastatic prostate cancer (bmPCa) remains controversial. We aimed to figure out whether cRP and lymph node dissection (LND) can benefit bmPCa. Methods: 11,271 PCa patients with bone metastatic burden from 2010 to 2019 were identified using SEER‐Medicare. Overall survival (OS) and cancer‐specific survival (CSS) rates were visualized using Kaplan–Meier plots. Multivariable Cox regression analyses were constructed to examine the effects of cRP and LND on survival, after stratifying to age, prostate specific antigen (PSA), clinical stages, Gleason score, metastatic burden, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy status. Results: 317 PCa patients underwent cRP and cRP was increasingly performed for bmPCa from 2010 (2.2%) to 2019 (3.0%) (p < 0.05). In multi analyses, cRP was predisposed to a better OS or CSS in patients with age < 75, PSA < 98 ng/mL, bone‐only metastatic sites or patients not receiving chemotherapy (all p < 0.05). For the patients undergoing cRP, LND especially extended LND was associated with a better OS or CSS (all p < 0.05). Conclusions: cRP might benefit OS or CSS in young patients with low PSA and bone‐only metastatic sites not receiving chemotherapy. Background: Complete mesocolic excision (CME) or D3 lymphadenectomy led to survival benefits for locally advanced right colon cancer, but with vague definitions in anatomy and debated surgical hazard in clinic. Aiming to achieve a precise definition of it in anatomy, we proposed laparoscopic right hemicolectomy (D3 + CME) as a novel procedure for colon cancer. However, the surgical and oncological results of this procedure in clinic were uncertain. Methods: We performed a cohort study involving prospective data collected from a single-center in China. Data from all patients who underwent right hemicolectomy between January 2014 and December 2018 were included. We compared the surgical and oncological outcomes between D3 + CME and conventional CME. Results: After implementation of exclusion criteria, a total of 442 patients were included. D3 + CME group performed better in lymph nodes harvested (25.0 [17.0, 33.8] vs. 18.0 [14.0, 25.0], P < 0.001) and the proportion of intraoperative blood loss ≥ 50 mL (31.7% vs. 51.8%, P < 0.001); no significant difference was observed in the complication rates between two groups. Kaplan–Meier analysis demonstrated that a better cumulative 5-year disease-free survival (91.3% vs. 82.2%, P = 0.026) and a better cumulative 5-year overall survival (95.2% vs. 86.1%, P = 0.012) were obtained in the D3 + CME group. Multivariate COX regression revealed that D3 + CME was an independent protective factor for disease-free survival (P = 0.026). Conclusion: D3 + CME could improve surgical and oncological outcomes simultaneously for right colon cancer compared to conventional CME. Background: Ilicis chinensis folium extract (ICFE) is a powder extracted and processed with Ilex chinensis Sims (ICS) which has numerous bioactivities and is conventionally used in traditional Chinese medicine. Nonetheless, there has been no definitive study evaluating ICFE's application as a feed supplement for broilers. This research sought to determine the chemical composition and evaluate how dietary ICFE supplementation affects the growth performance, serum metrics, intestinal structure, and antioxidant capacity of broilers. Methods: A total of 360 one-day-old broiler chicks were assigned to four treatments (with 9 replicates of 10 chicks, each) of dietary supplementation with ICFE at 0, 250, 500, and 1,000 mg /kg for 42 days. Results: Ten polyphenolic compounds and two triterpenoid glycosides were detected by HPLC. In the grower stage and overall, broilers supplemented with 500 and 1,000 mg/kg ICFE exhibited a higher ADFI (P < 0.05) than the controls. Additionally, compared to the controls, broilers receiving low, medium, or high dosages of ICFE exhibited higher average daily gains (P < 0.05) throughout the starter stage and overall. Organ indices showed no significant variation, suggesting that ICFE was non-toxic. ICFE supplementation increased the height of villi in the duodenum and jejunum, reduced crypt depth, and increased the villus/crypt ratio in the duodenum (P < 0.05). Serum concentrations of IL-4 and IgA were increased in ICFE-supplemented broilers. The serum malondialdehyde concentration was reduced, whereas superoxide dismutase activity and total antioxidant capacity increased through supplementation with ICFE. Conclusion: ICFE supplementation can improve intestinal morphology, antioxidant capacity, and growth performance of broilers. There is no effective treatment for peripheral nerve injury-induced chronic neuropathic pain (NP), which profoundly impacts the quality of life of those affected. Transmembraneprotein100 (TMEM100) is considered to be a pain regulatory protein and is expressed in the dorsal root ganglion (DRG) of rats. However, the mechanism of pain regulation and the expression of TMEM100 following various peripheral nerve injuries are unclear. In this study, we constructed two pain models of peripheral nerve injury: tibial nerve injury (TNI) and chronic constriction injury (CCI). This study found that the Paw Withdrawal Mechanical Threshold (PWMT) and Paw Withdraw Thermal Latency (PWTL) of the rats in the two pain models decreased significantly, and the expression of TMEM100 in the DRG of two groups also decreased significantly. Furthermore, the decrease in the CCI group was more obvious than in the TNI group. There was no significant statistical significance (P > 0.05). We constructed an adeno-associated virus 6 (AAV6) vector expressing recombinant fluorescent TMEM100 protein and injected it into the sciatic nerve (SN) of two pain models: CCI and TNI. PWMT and PWTL were significantly increased in the two groups, along with the expression of TMEM100 in the spinal cord and DRG. It also significantly inhibited the activation of microglia, astrocytes, and several inflammatory mediators (TNF- α, IL-1 β, and IL-6). In summary, the results of this study suggested that TMEM100 might be a promising molecular strategy for the treatment of NP, and its anti-inflammatory effects might play an important role in pain relief. The size of seeds is particularly important for agricultural development, as it is a key trait that determines yield. It is controlled by the coordinated development of the integument, endosperm, and embryo. Large seeds are an important way of improving the ultimate "sink strength" of crops, providing more nutrients for early plant growth and showing certain tolerance to abiotic stresses. Objective: Kawasaki disease (KD) can lead to permanent damage to coronary structures, the pathogenesis of which remains unknown. This experiment was designed to investigate whether miR‐223‐3p secreted in the serum of KD patients affects the proliferation and apoptosis of HCAECs in KD by regulating FOXP3. Methods: Blood samples were collected in acute febrile phase of KD, after IVIG treatment, and from healthy controls. Transfected into HCAECs cells by synthetic FOXP3 siRNA/NC. A co‐culture system was established between HCAECs cells transfected with FOXP3 siRNA/NC and THP1 cells added with three sera. Results: Compared with the control group, the expressions of miR‐223‐3p, RORγt, and Th17 in serum of KD patients were significantly upregulated, and the expressions of TGF‐β1, FOXP3 and Treg were significantly downregulated. At the same time, the levels of IL‐6, IL‐17, and IL‐23 were significantly increased, and the levels of IL‐10 and FOXP3 were significantly decreased. After IVIG treatment, the patient's above results were reversed. The serum of KD patients increased the expression of miR‐223‐3p and inhibited the expression of FOXP3 in HCAECs cells. IVIG serum is the opposite. Overexpression of miR‐223‐3p also promoted the apoptosis of HCAECs. In addition, serum from KD patients promoted apoptosis, whereas serum after IVIG treatment inhibited apoptosis. KD patient serum downregulated the expression of FOXP3, Bcl2, TGF‐β1 and IL‐10 in cells, and upregulated the expression of caspase3, Bax, IL‐17, IL‐6, and IL‐23. The opposite results were obtained with IVIG‐treated sera. Exploring the spatial correlation network and its structural characteristics of China's industrial green technology innovation efficiency is significant for promoting the coordinated development of inter-regional industrial green transformation. Based on the innovation value chain, this paper divides China's industrial green technology innovation system into three interrelated sub-stages: technology research and development, achievement transformation, and commercialization. The NSBM model is used to measure the efficiency of industrial green technology innovation in 30 provinces and cities in mainland China from 2011 to 2020. The modified gravity model and social network analysis method are introduced to explore its spatial correlation network's structural characteristics and evolution rules. The results show that the spatial network correlation intensity of the three stages of green technology innovation efficiency in regional industry has gradually strengthened. There is no strict hierarchical structure, and the spatial network tends to be stable. The network shows an apparent "core–edge" distribution in all three stages, with the eastern coastal and central more developed regions at the network's core. Meanwhile, the northeastern and western remote areas are at the network's edge and less connected with other regions' provinces and cities. The distribution of network blocks in the three stages of green technology innovation efficiency is similar. The net benefit block mainly includes the eastern coastal and surrounding developed areas. The net spillover block mainly consists of the economically backward northwest region. The broker block is primarily distributed in the surrounding provinces and cities of the Bohai Rim. The bidirectional spillover block is mainly located in the southwest region. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated improvement of regional industrial green technology innovation efficiency from the perspective of integrity, individuality, and agglomeration. In the paper, a UWB-MIMO antenna with quintuple notched-band ability is proposed. Four CCSRR slots and a couple of C-like stub are engraved to avoid five frequency bands at 3.4–4 GHz, 5.2–5.7 GHz, 5.9–6.3 GHz, 7.5–7.9 GHz and 8.3–8.9 GHz. Thus the system has refusal ability at WiMAX, lower WLAN, upper WLAN, low side band of X-band and upside band of X-band. Mutual coupling was suppressed and the isolation was more than 20 dB by means of three decoupling methods(cutting a triangular shape on upper patch, etching a ground slot and adding a candied haws shaped stub). The entire UWB-MIMO antenna has a smart size of 30 × 44 mm2 and works in 3–11 GHz band. Design principles, parameter analysis are further studied. The result data of S-parameters, far-field E-plane and H-plane patterns, ECC, DG, gain, and efficiency indicate that the proposed antenna is a satisfactory candidate in practical use of UWB. Objectives. Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease, with alterations in coagulability suspected as the mediating factor. This study explored blood coagulability and breathing-related parameters during sleep in patients with OSA. Design. Cross-sectional observational study. Setting. Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital. Participants. 903 patients diagnosed by standard polysomnography. Main Outcome and Measures. The relationships between coagulation markers and OSA were evaluated using Pearson's correlation, binary logistic regression, and restricted cubic spline (RCS) analyses. Results. The platelet distribution width (PDW) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) decreased significantly with increasing OSA severity (both p < 0.001). PDW was positively associated with the apnoea-hypopnea index (AHI), oxygen desaturation index (ODI), and microarousal index (MAI) (ß = 0.136, p < 0.001 ; ß = 0.155, p < 0.001 ; and ß = 0.091, p = 0.008 , respectively). APTT was negatively correlated with AHI (ß = −0.128, p < 0.001) and ODI (ß = −0.123, p = 0.001). PDW was negatively correlated with percentage of sleep time with oxygen saturation below 90%(CT90) (ß = −0.092, p = 0.009). The minimum arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2) correlated with PDW (ß = −0.098, p = 0.004), APTT (ß = 0.088, p = 0.013), and prothrombin time (PT) (ß = 0.106, p = 0.0003). ODI was risk factors for PDW abnormalities (odds ratio (OR) = 1.009, p = 0.009) after model adjustment. In the RCS, a nonlinear dose-effect relationship was demonstrated between OSA and the risk of PDW and APTT abnormalities. Conclusion. Our study revealed nonlinear relationships between PDW and APTT, and AHI and ODI, in OSA, with AHI and ODI increasing the risk of an abnormal PDW and thus also the cardiovascular risk. Background: With better patient selection and the increasing experience in patients undergoing hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) combined surgery, the rate of severe postoperative complications and mortality decreased significantly. However, leukopenia and neutropenia were still a particular concern, and their relation to sarcopenia was not clarified. Methods: Data of consecutive patients who underwent HIPEC for gastrointestinal cancer were collected and analyzed retrospectively between September 2020 and August 2022. Sarcopenia was assessed using psoas muscle index (PMI) at the L3 level on preoperative computed tomography (CT). Results: Among 103 patients enrolled, 37 (35.9%) were classified as sarcopenic. Most leukopenia and neutropenia occurred during the hospital leaving period after HIPEC and surgery. Before the first time of postoperative chemotherapy, the blood tests revealed 11 (29.73%) and 6 (9.09%) patients were diagnosed with neutropenia in sarcopenia and no sarcopenia groups, respectively. Logistic regression analysis revealed sarcopenia was independently associated with the increased risk of neutropenia (OR 5.58, 95% CI 1.70–18.29, p = 0.005). An incremental albumin level was protective against the occurrence of leukopenia and neutropenia. Conclusions: Sarcopenia and low albumin level were significantly associated with an increased rate of delayed neutropenia after HIPEC in that disease setting and could be the preoperative risk predictors. Maize accumulates large amounts of starch in seeds which have been used as food for human and animals. Maize starch is an importantly industrial raw material for bioethanol production. One critical step in bioethanol production is degrading starch to oligosaccharides and glucose by α-amylase and glucoamylase. This step usually requires high temperature and additional equipment, leading to an increased production cost. Currently, there remains a lack of specially designed maize cultivars with optimized starch (amylose and amylopectin) compositions for bioethanol production. We discussed the features of starch granules suitable for efficient enzymatic digestion. Thus far, great advances have been made in molecular characterization of the key proteins involved in starch metabolism in maize seeds. The review explores how these proteins affect starch metabolism pathway, especially in controlling the composition, size and features of starch. We highlight the roles of key enzymes in controlling amylose/amylopectin ratio and granules architecture. Based on current technological process of bioethanol production using maize starch, we propose that several key enzymes can be modified in abundance or activities via genetic engineering to synthesize easily degraded starch granules in maize seeds. Background: It is well established that discogenic low back pain (DLBP) is often caused by the inflammatory response during intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD). However, it remains unclear how inflammatory mediators such as Interleukin-6 (IL-6) are involved in discogenic pain caused by degeneration and intervertebral disc (IVD) metabolism. The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between IL-6 and Transmembrane protein 100 (TMEM100), and to analyze the different metabolites and metabolic pathways in various rat intervertebral discs by metabonomics. Methods: We established a rat model of IDD-DLBP by disc punctures and PBS infusion to examine the rat pain behaviors. Intervertebral disc tissues were harvested for molecular biology experiments to explore the relationship between IL-6 and TMEM100. High-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) was performed for untargeted metabolomics, and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy metabolomics (MRS) for differential metabolites and metabolic pathways. Results: The results showed a significant decrease in vonFrey test, hot plate test and acetone test (P < 0.05). The expression of IL-6 and TMEM100 in DLBP model was significantly higher than that in sham control group and IDD discs without PBS infusion group (P < 0.05). There were 15 major contributing metabolites identified in the DLBP intervertebral discs through metabolomic studies, involving 6 major metabolic pathways. The main differential metabolites included nitric oxide (NO), ammonia, and lactic acid as the metabolic endpoints; and the differential metabolic pathways included the glycine-serine-threonine (Gly-Ser-Thr), which is gradually weakened with the progression of inflammation. Semantic segmentation for urban remote sensing images is one of the most-crucial tasks in the field of remote sensing. Remote sensing images contain rich information on ground objects, such as shape, location, and boundary and can be found in high-resolution remote sensing images. It is exceedingly challenging to identify remote sensing images because of the large intraclass variance and low interclass variance caused by these objects. In this article, we propose a multiscale hierarchical channel attention fusion network model based on a transformer and CNN, which we name the multiscale channel attention fusion network (MCAFNet). MCAFNet uses ResNet-50 and Vit-B/16 to learn the global–local context, and this strengthens the semantic feature representation. Specifically, a global–local transformer block (GLTB) is deployed in the encoder stage. This design handles image details at low resolution and extracts global image features better than previous methods. In the decoder module, a channel attention optimization module and a fusion module are added to better integrate high- and low-dimensional feature maps, which enhances the network's ability to obtain small-scale semantic information. The proposed method is conducted on the ISPRS Vaihingen and Potsdam datasets. Both quantitative and qualitative evaluations show the competitive performance of MCAFNet in comparison to the performance of the mainstream methods. In the current study, we assessed the relationship between mutations and the blood cell counts and early progression of patients with diffuse large-B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). A total of 109 patients with newly diagnosed DLBCL were included in this study. UBE2A mutation was only found in patients with bone marrow involvement. The mutations of ZNF608, SF3B1, DTX1, and NCOR2 were related to blood cell counts. NCOR2 mutations were only detected in patients of the noncomplete response group (PR + SD + PD). In addition, the mutations of ATM, BTG2, TBL1XR1, and TP53 were linked to lower PFS/OS rate, while SGK1, SCOS1, and NFKBIE were related to higher PFS/OS rate. Importantly, we identified that Ann Arbor stage (III–IV), B symptoms, absolute lymphocyte count (ALC) abnormity, and MTOR mutation were the four independent influencing factors of the 12-month progression of DLBCL patients. Bone marrow biopsy, the gold standard for the diagnosis of multiple myeloma (MM), has main limitation of the invasiveness. Here, we explored the diagnostic and prognostic values of circulating miR-1246 in patients with MM. Ninety MM patients and 30 healthy donors (control group) were recruited in this study. The expression of miR-1246 in the peripheral blood samples was detected using qPCR. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to assess the diagnostic value of miR-1246 in MM. The Kaplan–Meier survival analyze was performed to evaluate the prognostic value of miR-1246. The expression level of serum miR-1246 from newly diagnosed MM patients was significantly higher than that of the control group. Circulating miR-1246 level was decreased after treatment in remission patients, but remained high levels in relapsed patients (P < 0.05). ROC analysis demonstrated that miR-1246 showed a high diagnostic value in MM with an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.952, the sensitivity of 87%, and the specificity of 95% [95% confidence interval (CI) 0.902-1.007; P < 0.001]. Kaplan–Meier analysis showed that the progression-free survival (PFS) (14.0 months vs. 26.5 months, P = 0.045) and overall survival (OS) (20.5 months vs. 55.5 months, P = 0.014) were significantly shorter in patients with high miR-1246 expression as compared with those in patients with miR-1246 low expression. Multiple Cox regression model analysis showed that circulating miR-1246 was an independent prognostic factor for PFS (HR 2.786, 95% CI: 1.420–5.467, P = 0.003) and OS (HR 2.995, 95% CI: 1.166–7.689, P = 0.023) in MM patients. Purpose: To explore the trends and correlation between antibiotics consumption and antimicrobial resistance in children in a specialist hospital from 2016– 2021 in China. Patients and Methods: This retrospective study investigated data on the consumption of antibiotics and antimicrobial resistance in children. Antibiotics consumption was expressed as defined daily doses (DDDs)/1000 patient-days based on the Guidelines for Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical. The trends in antibiotics consumption and antimicrobial resistance rates were analyzed by linear regression, while Spearman correlation analysis was employed to evaluate their correlations. Results: An increasing trend in the annual consumption of carbapenems and monobactams was detected (all P< 0.05). A significant upward trend was detected in the annual resistance rates of Enterococcus faecium to ciprofloxacin, Streptococcus pneumonia to ceftriaxone, Acinetobacter baumannii to carbapenems, Enterobacter cloacae to carbapenems, Pseudomonas aeruginosa to ceftazidime, and Escherichia coli to cefepime, while the annual resistance rates of Escherichia coli to carbapenems had a significant downward trend (all P< 0.05). The consumption of cephalosporin/β-lactamase inhibitor (C/BLI) combinations and carbapenems had significant positive correlations with the resistance rates of Acinetobacter baumannii to carbapenems (r=0.763, P< 0.001; r=0.806, P< 0.001), Enterobacter cloacae to carbapenems (r=0.675, P< 0.001; r=0.417, P=0.043), and Pseudomonas aeruginosa to ceftazidime (r=0.625, P=0.001; r=0.753, P< 0.001), respectively. Also, increasing consumption of monobactams was related to the upward resistance rates of Acinetobacter baumannii to carbapenems (r=0.557, P=0.005) and Enterobacter cloacae to carbapenems (r=0.507, P= 0.011). Conclusion: This study demonstrated significant positive associations between antibiotics consumption and specific antimicrobial resistance rates. Although combination antiretroviral therapy (ART) blocks HIV replication, it is not curative because infected CD4+ T cells that carry intact, infectious proviruses persist. Understanding the behavior of clones of infected T cells is important for understanding the stability of the reservoir; however, the stabilities of clones of infected T cells in persons on long-term ART are not well defined. We determined the relative stabilities of clones of infected and uninfected CD4+ T cells over time intervals of one to four years in three individuals who had been on ART for 9–19 years. The largest clones of uninfected T cells were larger than the largest clones of infected T cells. Clones of infected CD4+ T cells were more stable than clones of uninfected CD4+ T cells of a similar size. Individual clones of CD4+ T cells carrying intact, infectious proviruses can expand, contract, or remain stable over time. Author summary: In HIV infected individuals, infected T cells can clonally expand and persist for many years, which is one of the primary reasons current anti-retroviral therapy (ART), which blocks viral replication, does not cure HIV infections. The clones of infected T cells were much more stable than similar-sized clones of uninfected T cells. We were initially surprised by this result but, because ART blocks viral replication, we realized that all of the infected clones must be "old" and must have originated before ART was initiated. Primary breast lymphoma (PBL) is a rare subtype of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) with rapid progression and high risk of central nervous system metastasis. We have investigated 40 PBL patients retrospectively, and 16 of them were sequenced by a target panel of 112 genes related with lymphoma. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) identified 203 mutations spanning 35 genes and revealed seven potential protein-changing genes (PIM1, MYD88, DTX1, CD79B, KMT2D, TNFAIP3, and ITPKB) with high frequency, referring crucial roles in lymphomagenesis. Our result suggested that PIM1 mutation is correlated with the age and pathological type of PBL patients. Gene TNFAIP3 and KMT2D mutation is only related to the pathological type and primary site, respectively. These high-mutant genes detected in PBL indicated a tendency to shorten overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS), which may lead to poor prognosis. Background: Currently, mechanical maize kernel harvesting has not been fully utilized in developing countries including China, partly due to the absence of suitable cultivars capable of rapid desiccation during seed maturation. The initiation of rapid desiccation during seed maturation is regulated by abscisic acid (ABA). For further characterization of ABA-regulated key genes and cellular events, it is necessary to perform transcriptome analysis of maize developing embryos. The ABA synthesis-deficient mutant (vp5) and normal maize (Vp5) seeds are suitable materials for such purpose. Results: In the present work, developing vp5 and Vp5 embryos were compared by ABA content and transcriptome analyses. Quantitative analysis revealed the significant difference in ABA synthesis between both genotypes. From 29 days after pollination (DAP), ABA content increased rapidly in Vp5 embryos, but decreased gradually in vp5 embryos. At 36 DAP, ABA level in vp5 decreased to 1/4 that of Vp5, suggesting that the differential ABA levels would affect seed maturation. Comparative transcriptomic analysis has found 1019 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between both genotypes, with the most DEGs (818) at 36 DAP. Further, weighted correlation network analysis (WGCNA) revealed eight DEGs co-expression modules. Particularly, a module was negatively correlated with ABA content in vp5 embryos. The module was mainly involved in metabolic and cellular processes, and its hub genes encoded thiamine, NPF proteins, calmodulin, metallothionein etc. Moreover, the expression of a set of key genes regulated by ABA was further verified by RT-qPCR. The results of the present work suggested that because of ABA deficiency, the vp5 seeds maintained strong metabolic activities and lacked dormancy initiation during seed maturation. Conclusion: Transcriptome and WGCNA analyses revealed significant ABA-related changes in metabolic pathways and DEGs between vp5 and Vp5 during seed maturation. The water vapor-related microphysical processes (WVRMPs) in cloud microphysics schemes are crucial to the formation and dissipation of clouds, which have a significant impact on the quantitative precipitation forecasting of numerical weather prediction models. In this study, a well physics-based parallel-split transition approach (PSTA) to compute the WVRMPs from the same temperature and humidity state is developed and compared with the original sequential-update transition approach (SUTA) in a double-moment cloud microphysics scheme. Case study and batch experiments were carried out to investigate their different impacts on the clouds and precipitation simulated by the Global/Regional Assimilation and Prediction System (GRAPES) regional 3 km high-resolution model of the China Meteorological Administration (CMA), named CMA-MESO. The results show that the PSTA experiment tends to simulate a narrower and more concentrated precipitation area with a higher-intensity center compared to those of the SUTA experiment, which is more consistent with the observations. In the cold region, the net transition rates of WVRMPs from the PSTA experiment with more ice-phase hydrometeors are higher than those from the SUTA experiment. While in the warm region, the condensation and evaporation rates with violent fluctuation simulated by the SUTA are significantly larger than those from the PSTA experiment, resulting in less precipitation. The batch experiments indicate that the equitable threat scores (ETSs) of 24-h precipitation simulated by the PSTA are just slightly better than those of the SUTA, yet its ETSs of 48-h precipitation have been systematically improved for all magnitude levels against the SUTA. In order to explore new approaches of training postgraduates of taught postgraduate programs, this paper proposed an analysis method to discuss the supply-side influencing factors of "vocational master of education" using the interpretative structural model (ISM). The research results showed that the quality of postgraduates, recruitment plan and the number of graduated students are the direct influencing factors of the supply side of "vocational master of education". Teaching with practices, dissertation, postgraduate management, employment policy and the actual recruitment are the necessary influencing factors. Training program and courses, faculty, basic environment, entrance examination, program promotion, professional direction and planned enrolment are the indirect influencing factors. The strategic environment, the profession of secondary vocational schools and the demand of teachers in these schools are the fundamental influencing factors. Therefore, when studying the supply side of "vocational master of education", we analysed top-down with specific emphasis on its hierarchy to strengthen the synergy effect of the subject. The performance of deep learning based image super-resolution (SR) methods depend on how accurately the paired low and high resolution images for training characterize the sampling process of real cameras. Low and high resolution (LR $\sim $ HR) image pairs synthesized by degradation models (e.g., bicubic downsampling) deviate from those in reality; thus the synthetically-trained DCNN SR models work disappointingly when being applied to real-world images. To address this issue, we propose a novel data acquisition process to shoot a large set of LR $\sim $ HR image pairs using real cameras. The images are displayed on an ultra-high quality screen and captured at different resolutions. The resulting LR $\sim $ HR image pairs can be aligned at very high sub-pixel precision by a novel spatial-frequency dual-domain registration method, and hence they provide more appropriate training data for the learning task of super-resolution. Moreover, the captured HR image and the original digital image offer dual references to strengthen supervised learning. Experimental results show that training a super-resolution DCNN by our LR $\sim $ HR dataset achieves higher image quality than training it by other datasets in the literature. Moreover, the proposed screen-capturing data collection process can be automated; it can be carried out for any target camera with ease and low cost, offering a practical way of tailoring the training of a DCNN SR model separately to each of the given cameras. Relative permeability of polymer flooding plays a very important role in oil field development. This paper aimed to measure and calculate the relative permeability curves of polymer flooding more accurately. First, viscosity variation law of polymer in porous media was studied. Rock particles of different diameters and cementing agent were used to make artificial cores and hydrophobically associating polymer solutions were prepared for experiments. Polymer solutions were injected into the cores filled with crude oil and irreducible water. In the process of polymer flooding, produced fluid was collected at different water saturations and locations of the core. Polymer solutions were separated and their viscosities were measured. With the experimental data, the viscosity variation rule of polymer transporting in porous media was explored. The result indicates that the viscosity retention rate of polymer solutions transporting in porous media has power function relationship with the water saturation and the dimensionless distance from the core inlet. Finally, the relative permeability curves of polymer flooding were measured by unsteady state method and the viscosity variation rule was applied to the calculation of the relative permeability curves.
