Abstract

This cadaveric study describes a dorsal wrist transverse elliptical cutaneous flap, based on radial artery cutaneous perforators in the region of the snuffbox. The flap was then successfully used in a child with thumb hypoplasia and severe first-web contracture. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
