Single-layer isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) are one of the most popular self-healing microcapsules but suffers from low shell strength, poor heat resistance, stability and aging properties. In this paper, IPDI microcapsules were encapsulated into double-layer phenolic (PF)/polyurethane (PU) by a two-step process involving interfacial polymerization and in-situ polymerization. The prepared microcapsule composites were comprehensively characterized for their physical and chemical properties using optical microanalysis, scanning electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis and depth-sensing indentation analysis. Compared with the single-layer PU-IPDI microcapsule counterpart, the mechanical performance, thermal resistance, aging property and environmental stability of double-layer PF/PU-IPDI microcapsules were significantly improved. The epoxy coating was enhanced with the incorporation of 10 wt.% PF/PU-IPDI microcapsules, whose self-healing performance was evaluated by scratch corrosion test. The results demonstrated successful repair of coating scratches, along with the absence of corrosion on the coated steel substrate soaked in a 10 wt.% NaCl solution for 7 days. By comparing the tensile strength of epoxy coating before and after crack formation, it could be found that the self-healing efficiency was 57.9% when loaded with 10 wt.% of PF/PU-IPDI microcapsules in coating. This study highlights that the rational design of double-layer microcapsules integrated into the epoxy coating matrix could provide excellent anti-corrosion and self-healing properties. Aims: This study aimed to investigate the association between diarrhea or constipation and urinary incontinence (UI) in adults. Methods: Data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey for 2009–2010 was used to include 4686 adults aged 20 and over in the analysis. Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and urgency urinary incontinence (UUI) were used as outcome variables, with diarrhea and constipation as exposure factors. We first compared the baseline characteristics of those with and without SUI, as well as those with and without UUI. The impact of diarrhea or constipation on SUI and UUI was assessed using multivariate logistic regression models. To ensure the stability of the results, subgroup and stratified analyses were conducted. Results: The prevalence rates of UUI and SUI were 22.49% and 23.39%, respectively. Adjusted multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that the risk of UUI was increased by either diarrhea (OR 1.66, 95% CI 1.36–2.04) or constipation (OR 1.42, 95% CI 1.11–1.83). The risk of SUI was also elevated by either diarrhea (OR 1.36, 95% CI 1.11–1.67) or constipation (OR 1.32, 95% CI 1.06–1.63). Subgroup analysis revealed no significant differences in the interaction tests between constipation or diarrhea and UI. Background: The relationship between waist circumference and nocturia has not been previously studied. This study investigated the association between waist circumference and the occurrence of nocturia in adults. Methods: We analyzed data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey covering 2005–2020, encompassing 6287 adults aged ≥20. Nocturia was defined as the need to urinate two or more times during the night. First, we compared baseline characteristics between the nocturia and non‐nocturia groups. Subsequently, we used multivariate logistic regression analysis to investigate the relationship between waist circumference and nocturia prevalence. We also employed restricted cubic spline analysis to study the potential nonlinear correlation between waist circumference and the prevalence of nocturia. Recognizing the baseline data's heterogeneity based on nocturia prevalence, we conducted subgroup analyses according to age, sex, body mass index (BMI), and ethnicity. Results: Our findings indicated that females, individuals aged ≥50, citizens, Non‐Hispanic Black, those with lower education levels (high school or less), higher BMIs, lower family income‐to‐poverty ratios, higher waist circumference, hypertension, and diabetes were more likely to experience nocturia. Compared with individuals in the lowest waist circumference quartile (Q1), those in the higher quartiles (Q4) exhibited an increased risk of nocturia in Model 1 (Q4, OR:2.00, 95% CI:1.64, 2.45, p < 0.0001). These results remained consistent after adjusting for covariates in models 2 and 3. A restricted cubic spline analysis suggested a linear association between waist circumference and nocturia (P for nonlinearity = 0.066). Subgroup analyses based on age, sex, BMI, and ethnicity revealed no significant differences in the interaction tests between waist circumference and nocturia (P for interaction = 0.437, 0.331, 0.121, and 0.889, respectively), indicating that these baseline characteristics did not influence the association. Conclusions: Our findings indicated an association between increased waist circumference and a higher prevalence of nocturia. Knowledge of this association reinforces the importance of lifestyle modifications in maintaining a healthy waist circumference and informs public health strategies to address other potential risk factors for nocturia. Online product pricing is an important research field in the platform economy, and a two‐stage mixed presale is a mainstream mode of online sales. In the process of online consumption, the payment method and presale mode have an important impact on consumer behaviour and product pricing. Based on the two‐stage mixed presale mode, this study considers the impact of anchoring and the payment pain reduction effect on consumer behaviour, establishes the corresponding product pricing model and obtains the optimal presale price, sales and profit. It sheds light on the influence mechanism of anchoring and the payment pain reduction effect on consumer behaviour and online product pricing. Theoretical and numerical analyses reveal that the payment pain reduction effect can help to raise the product price, stimulate market vitality and bring higher profits for online retailers, and the anchoring effect and consumers' loss aversion psychology can enhance the profits and sales of online retailers, but they will discourage setting high prices for products. The research results will further enrich the relevant research on customer behaviour and product pricing in the platform economy and will provide decision bases for platform enterprises and online retailers to participate in presale activities and formulate product pricing strategies. Nucleoli are fundamentally essential sites for ribosome biogenesis in cells and formed by liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS) for a multilayer condensate structure. How the nucleoli integrity is maintained remains poorly understood. Here, we reveal that METTL3/METTL14, the typical methyltransferase complex catalyzing N6-methyladnosine (m6A) on mRNAs maintain nucleoli integrity in human embryonic stem cells (hESCs). METTL3/METTL14 deficiency impairs nucleoli and leads to the complete loss of self-renewal in hESCs. We further show that SUV39H1/H2 protein, the methyltransferases catalyzing H3K9me3 were dramatically elevated in METTL3/METTL14 deficient cells, which causes an accumulation and infiltration of H3K9me3 across the whole nucleolus and impairs the LLPS. Mechanistically, METTL3/METTL14 complex serves as an essential adapter for CRL4 E3 ubiquitin ligase targeting SUV39H1/H2 for polyubiquitination and proteasomal degradation and therefore prevents H3K9me3 accumulation in nucleoli. Together, these findings uncover a previously unknown role of METTL3/METTL14 to maintain nucleoli integrity by facilitating SUV39H1/H2 degradation in human cells. For the efficient utilization of CO2 into valuable product, the attractive carbon nitride catalysts have been widely studied. In this work, heptazine‐related materials with varying degree of polymerization were designed by an intrinsically modification strategy and employed in the cycloaddition of CO2 with the bisepoxide 1, 4‐butanediol diglycidyl ether (BDODGE). We initially figured out that the sample prepared at 450 °C contained more melem hydrate, exhibiting the best performance. The epoxides conversion and corresponding cyclic carbonates selectivity could achieve 93.1 % and 99.3 % at 140 °C for 20 h without any cocatalyst and solvent, respectively. Results of the catalytic tests suggested that the high catalytic activity was dependent on big size porous structure and the synergetic effect of active amino groups and −OH groups. The role of water in maintaining the specific structure and providing active site has been proved. Moreover, the CN‐450‐W catalyst exhibited outstanding recycling stability. Based on the analysis of survey data of left-behind children in rural areas of Guizhou Province, this paper studies the happiness of left-behind children and explores its interaction and impact with Internet usage behavior and social support. This study uses a sample size of 336 to study the relationship between Internet use, social support and subjective well-being of left-behind children through descriptive statistical analysis. The findings show that economic status has a statistically significant impact on financial well-being, and that the impact of life satisfaction on well-being increases as satisfaction levels increase. However, the frequency and duration of Internet use did not have a significant impact on subjective well-being. On the contrary, research found that content preferences have a positive impact on social support and subjective well-being of left-behind children. Information-based network use can bring more social support, thus improving the life satisfaction of left-behind children. Finally, family support had a significant predictive effect on left-behind children's subjective well-being. Future research can further explore the complex relationship between left-behind children's Internet use, social support and subjective well-being, especially comparative studies in different regions and different cultural backgrounds, to comprehensively understand the formation mechanism of left-behind children's well-being. Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the leading cause of cancer‐related death globally. Circular RNA circCOL5A1 plays an oncogene function in a variety of tumors. However, the function of circCOL5A1 in CRC is still unknown. Here, we aimed to elucidate the function and mechanism of circCOL5A1 in CRC. The correlation between circCOL5A1 and CRC clinicopathological was assessed through chi‐square. The relevance between circCOL5A1 and CRC patient survival time was evaluated by Kaplan–Meier analysis. The expressions of circCOL5A1 in CRC were determined via quantitative real‐time PCR. The function of circCOL5A1 in CRC was analyzed with Cell Counting Kit‐8, EdU assay, Transwell, detection of reactive oxygen species and Fe2+ levels, and Western blot analysis. Moreover, the mechanism of circCOL5A1 was determined by dual‐luciferase reporter assay, RNA immunoprecipitation, and RNA pull‐down. Finally, the role of circCOL5A1 in vivo was elucidated through a mouse xenograft model, hematoxylin–eosin staining, and immunohistochemistry. CircCOL5A1 expression was increased in CRC, and increased circCOL5A1 levels were related to TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, and tumor differentiation in CRC patients, and CRC patients with high circCOL5A1 levels had a low overall survival rate. For the circCOL5A1 function in CRC, we found that circCOL5A1 knockdown weakened CRC cell proliferation and invasion, and enhanced cell ferroptosis. For the circCOL5A1 mechanism in CRC, we further confirmed that circCOL5A1 bound to miR‐1287‐5p, miR‐1287‐5p bound to SLC7A11. SLC7A11 was negatively interrelated to miR‐1287‐5p and was positively interrelated to circCOL5A1 in CRC tissues. Furthermore, interfering circCOL5A1 decreased SLC7A11 expression, and this trend was abolished through miR‐1287‐5p cotransfection. Rescue assays further demonstrated that circCOL5A1 knockdown alleviated CRC cell malignant phenotype via miR‐1287‐5p/SLC7A11. Moreover, interference with circCOL5A1 reduced CRC growth in vivo. The natural sunlight‐driven conversion of CO2 into valuable C2+ products is urgently being pursued at ambient pressure, yet it poses a substantial challenge. Herein, a bifunctional Cu‐promoted CoFe alloy catalyst is designed for the natural light‐driven CO2 hydrogenation into light olefins. Under a weak solar‐irradiation intensity of 0.45 kW m−2 (0.45 sun), the optimal catalyst exhibits excellent activity and selectivity, with an impressive 73.7% selectivity for C2+ hydrocarbons and an outstanding 56.5% selectivity for C2‐4 olefins, which is the best catalyst for C2+ hydrocarbons photosynthesis from natural sunlight to date. The bifunctional design of the catalyst combines the advantages of both metallic Cu and CoFe alloy components, providing a synergistic effect that enhances the CO2 hydrogenation performance. The Cu promoter plays a crucial role in enhancing the adsorption of CO2 and hydrogen spillover, while the CoFe alloy provides a stable coupling site of the C1 intermediate for promoting the C2‐4 olefins. This study provides new insights into the design of bifunctional catalysts for CO2 hydrogenation and opens up new possibilities for sustainable production of light olefins from renewable resources. To tackle the complexity and limited applicability of high-precision segmentation models for damaged road markings, this study proposes a Multi-level Adaptive Lightweight Network (MALNet) based on knowledge distillation. By incorporating multi-scale dilated convolution and adaptive spatial channel attention fusion modules, the MALNet model significantly enhances the precision, integrity, and robustness of its segmentation branch. Furthermore, it employs an intricate knowledge distillation strategy, channeling rich, layered insights from a teacher model to a student model, thus elevating the latter's segmentation ability. Concurrently, it streamlines the student model by markedly reducing its parameter count and computational demands, culminating in a segmentation network that is both high-performing and pragmatic. Rigorous testing on three distinct data sets for damaged road marking detection—CDM_P (Collective Damaged road Marking—Public), CDM_H (Collective Damaged road Marking—Highways), and CDM_C (Collective Damaged road Marking—Cityroad)—underscores the MALNet model's superior segmentation abilities across all damage types, outperforming competing models in accuracy and completeness. Notably, the MALNet model excels in parameter efficiency, computational economy, and throughput. After distillation, the student model's parameters and computational load decrease to only 31.78% and 27.40% of the teacher model's, respectively, while processing speeds increase to 1.9 times, demonstrating a significant improvement in lightweight design. In recent years, recycling of numerous spent lithium-ion battery cathode materials has received increasing attention in order to protect the environment as well as to conserve resources, and the recovery of spent LiFePO4 (LFP) by direct regeneration has been widely studied. A considerable body of literature has delved into the failure mechanism of LFP. The mechanism is characterized by an irreversible phase change, which is primarily attributed to the sluggish diffusion of lithium ions (Li+) during cycling. Additionally, the migration of iron (Fe) ions to occupy Li+ sites further impedes Li+ diffusion. Consequently, the electrochemical performance of directly regenerated LFP is diminished by the phenomenon of Li defects. Here, a method of direct regeneration of LFP based on a doping strategy using environmentally friendly and economically efficient natural biomass amino acids has been developed, which inhibits Fe ion migration and improves the diffusion kinetics of Li+ and electrons by constructing a nitrogen-doped carbon coating. The regenerated LFP cathode exhibits excellent cycling stability and rate performance (98.7% capacity retention over 100 cycles at 1C current density and a high capacity retention of 87.9% after 500 cycles at 1C). As the dynamics of the membrane are governed by its lipid components, a fluorescent probe that can sense spatiotemporal alterations in the lipid properties of the IMM over long periods of time is required to understand mitochondrial physiological functions in detail. Herein, we report a red‐emissive IMM‐labeling reagent with excellent photostability and sensitivity to its environment, which enables the visualization of the IMM ultrastructure using super‐resolution microscopy as well as of the lipid heterogeneity based on the fluorescence lifetime at the single mitochondrion level. Main conclusion: Trace amounts of epibrassinolide (EpiBL) could partially rescue wheat root length inhibition in salt-stressed situation by scavenging ROS, and ectopic expression of TaDWF4 or TaBAK1 enhances root salt tolerance in Arabidopsis by balancing ROS level. Salt stress often leads to ion toxicity and oxidative stress, causing cell structure damage and root development inhibition in plants. While prior research indicated the involvement of exogenous brassinosteroid (BR) in plant responses to salt stress, the precise cytological role and the function of BR in wheat root development under salt stress remain elusive. Our study demonstrates that 100 mM NaCl solution inhibits wheat root development, but 5 nM EpiBL partially rescues root length inhibition by decreasing H2O2 content, oxygen free radical (OFR) content, along with increasing the peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activities in salt-stressed roots. The qRT-PCR experiment also shows that expression of the ROS-scavenging genes (GPX2 and CAT2) increased in roots after applying BR, especially during salt stress situation. Transcriptional analysis reveals decreased expression of BR synthesis and root meristem development genes under salt stress in wheat roots. Differential expression gene (DEG) enrichment analysis highlights the significant impact of salt stress on various biological processes, particularly “hydrogen peroxide catabolic process” and “response to oxidative stress”. Additionally, the BR biosynthesis pathway is enriched under salt stress conditions. Therefore, we investigated the involvement of wheat BR synthesis gene TaDWF4 and BR signaling gene TaBAK1 in salt stress responses in roots. To quickly manufacture multi-variety and low-volume products, manufacturing factories are increasingly sharing resources on collaborative production networks. However, the reliability of communication between factories cannot be fully guaranteed using traditional centralised approaches. Emerging blockchain technology can solve this problem due to its characteristics such as decentralisation and security. In this context, an integrated optimisation problem of multi-factory production and blockchain-secured collaborative maintenance is studied in this paper. Two scenarios are introduced with respective Q learning-based solution frameworks to solve the integrated problem. In the simulation scenario, preventive maintenance (PM) with flexible time windows is integrated with multi-factory production scheduling for reducing the probability of machine failures, and an initial integrated optimisation scheme is obtained. To make it more realistic, inevitable failures are considered in the actual production scenario, and the proposed collaborative maintenance strategy is triggered. Specifically, a corrective maintenance (CM) strategy is carried out immediately on the failed machine in case of a failure, followed by the PM on machines of the same type as the failed machine in other factories and the rescheduling of unprocessed jobs. Through a series of numerical studies, the effectiveness of the proposed optimisation approach and maintenance strategy is validated, and some interesting managerial implications also rise. Objective: This study aims to investigate the antioxidant stress effect of HK-2 cells by Huaiqihuang (HQH) through highglucose-induced HK-2 and its Nrf2/HO-1 pathway. Methods: The cells were randomly divided into five groups; normal group, osmotic control group, high-glucose group, HQH group, and captopril group. The cell viability was detected by CCK-8; the level of ROS was detected by fluorescence probe; the activities of SOD, MDA, and GSH content were tested by as- say kits; the expression of Nrf2 was detected by immunofluorescence staining; the mRNA expression levels of IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α, and Nrf2/HO-1 were detected by qRT-PCR; the expression of Nrf2/HO-1 pathway was detected by Western blotting. Results; Compared with the normal group, the cell viability of the high-glucose group was significantly decreased (P< 0.000 1); the levels of ROS and MDA in the cells were increased (P<0.000 1), and the activities of SOD and GSH were decreased (P< 0.000 1); The expression of Nrf2 was decreased. the mRNA expression levels of IL-6, IL-1β, and TNF-α were significantly reduced (P<0.001); the protein and mRNA expression levels of Nrf2/HO-1 were significantly decreased (P<0.001), Compared with the high-glucose group, the cell viability of the HQH groups were significantly increased (P<0.05); the levels of ROS and MDA in the cells were significantly decreased (P<0.000 1), and the activities of SOD and GSH were increased (P<0.01); The expression of Nrf2 was increased. the mRNA expression levels of TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β were significantly decreased (P< 0.01); the protein and mRNA expression levels of Nrf2/HO-1 were significantly increased (P<0.01). Summary: Increased planting densities boost crop yields. A compact plant architecture facilitates dense planting. However, the mechanisms regulating compact plant architecture in cucurbits remain unclear. In this study, we identified a cucumber (Cucumis sativus) compact plant architecture (cpa1) mutant from an ethyl methane sulfonate (EMS)‐mutagenized library that exhibited distinctive phenotypic traits, including reduced leaf petiole angle and leaf size. The candidate mutation causes a premature stop codon in CsaV3_1G036420, which shares similarity to Arabidopsis HOOKLESS 1 (HLS1) encoding putative histone N‐acetyltransferase (HAT) protein and was named CsHLS1. Consistent with the mutant phenotype, CsHLS1 was predominantly expressed in leaf petiole bases and leaves. Constitutive overexpressing CsHLS1 in cpa1 restored the wild‐type plant architecture. Knockout of CsHLS1 resulted in reduces leaf petiole angle and leaf size and as well as decreased acetylation levels. Furthermore, CsHLS1 directly interacted with CsSCL28 and negatively regulated compact plant architecture in cucumber. Importantly, CsHLS1 knockout increased the photosynthesis rate and leaf nitrogen in cucumbers, thereby maintaining cucumber yield at normal density. This paper introduces a novel type of connection that integrates unbonded prestressed strands (UPS) and mortise-tenon in an assembly frame structure (UPS-MTF). First, the damage process and failure modes of the joints under reciprocating horizontal loads were systematically analyzed using refined numerical models. The recommended values of the design parameters of the joints were derived from the parametric analysis results. Refined numerical modeling results reveal the diagonal compression strut mechanism within the core region of the joint. The diagonal compression struts model assists in establishing the theoretical calculation formula for the skeleton curve of shear stress–strain in the core region. Second, a genetic algorithm (GA) parameter was identified for the restoring force model of the core region to determine the parameters of the hysteresis rules. Finally, a macro-simplified analytical model of the joint was created based on the restoring force model of the core region, and parameter analysis was conducted to verify the applicability of this macro-simplified analytical model. The research results prove that the damaged form of the joint proposed in this paper originates from the shear and relative slip damage between the components in the core region. The axial compression ratio significantly affects the hysteretic performance of the joints, and the upper and lower limit values were identified for the axial compression ratio of the joints. The area and initial effective stress of the UPS exert a minimal effect on the hysteretic performance of the joint. Based on the method proposed in this paper for determining the restoring force model in the core region of the joints, the hysteresis curves obtained from the macro-simplified analytical model closely match the refined numerical analysis model results. The Tibetan plateau, with complex and diverse ecosystems, is an important ecological security barrier to China. However, climate change and the spread of invasive plant species have imperiled the once pristine and diverse ecosystem of the region. To prevent the further spread and control of invasive plants, it is important to delineate the potential distribution patterns of alien invasive plants at the regional scale across Tibet and understand their responses to climate change. Galinsoga parviflora Cav., a member of the family Asteraceae, is an annual herbaceous plant distributed globally as an invasive weed and possesses characteristics that make it highly invasive, such as a strong ability to proliferate and disperse. The species is also known to have an allelopathic effect. There has been no report on the spatial distribution of G. parviflora in Tibet. Using field survey data, we investigated the risk of G. parviflora invasion and its impacts on the ecological safety of Tibet. We employed the MaxEnt model using the R language and SPSS software to optimize and select model parameters and data. We acquired various environmental variables along with current and future climate change scenarios (two carbon emission scenarios, SSP126 and SSP585, for the years 2050 and 2090) to predict the geographic distribution and potential risk areas in Tibet that G. parviflora can invade. The MaxEnt model accurately predicted the distribution of G. parviflora in Tibet with an average AUC of 0.985. The most suitable environmental conditions in which G. parviflora performed the best in Tibet included a mean annual temperature of 6.2–10.0 °C and an elevation range of 2672–3744 m above sea level. Our results indicate that low precipitation during the coldest quarter of the year (mean temperature −2–3 °C) was the most important variable predicting G. parviflora distribution. The results also showed that the species was hardly found when precipitation in the coldest quarter exceeded 155 mm. The current potential invasion risk areas for G. parviflora included the river valleys of central, southeastern, and eastern Tibet. With future climate change scenarios (i.e., SSP126, SSP585), the suitable habitats for G. parviflora distribution will likely shift to northwest regions from the southeast. Particularly under the highest carbon emission scenario (i.e., SSP585), the potential risk area expands more rapidly, and the center of distribution shifts to northwest regions. These findings provide useful information about the current and future changes in G. parviflora distribution in Tibet, which is crucial for the comprehensive and proactive management and control of G. parviflora under future climate change. It is a challenging task to accurately segment damaged road markings from images, mainly due to their fragmented, dense, small-scale, and blurry nature. This study proposes a multi-scale spatial kernel selection net named M-SKSNet, a novel model that integrates a transformer and a multi-dilated large kernel convolutional neural network (MLKC) block to address these issues. Through integrating multiple scales of information, the model can extract high-quality and semantically rich features while generating damage-specific representations. This is achieved by leveraging both the local and global contexts, as well as self-attention mechanisms. The performance of M-SKSNet is evaluated both quantitatively and qualitatively, and the results show that M-SKSNet achieved the highest improvement in F1 by 3.77% and in IOU by 4.6%, when compared to existing models. Additionally, the effectiveness of M-SKSNet in accurately extracting damaged road markings from images in various complex scenarios (including city roads and highways) is demonstrated. Building information modeling (BIM) and finite element method (FEM) models have a wide range of applications in underground engineering design, construction, and operation and maintenance. This study employs a BIM-FEM framework to numerically simulate the impact of excavation on existing subway stations, using the Yanjiang New City Station TOD project as a case study. This framework simplifies the smooth integration of BIM and FEM models, automating functions such as assigning material properties, conducting construction simulations, and generating high-quality meshes. Simulation results reveal significant horizontal and vertical displacements in diaphragm walls, support structures, and subway station structures, with the greatest impacts occurring closest to the excavation site. The BIM-FEM framework is validated as an effective tool for designing foundation pit support structures, enhancing numerical modeling accuracy and efficiency in underground engineering. The findings contribute to a better understanding of the dynamic interactions between excavation and underground structures, informing the development of construction strategies and protective measures to ensure structural safety. Human hematopoiesis starts at early yolk sac and undergoes site- and stage-specific changes over development. The intrinsic mechanism underlying property changes in hematopoiesis ontogeny remains poorly understood. Here, we analyzed single-cell transcriptome of human primary hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs) at different developmental stages, including yolk-sac (YS), AGM, fetal liver (FL), umbilical cord blood (UCB) and adult peripheral blood (PB) mobilized HSPCs. These stage-specific HSPCs display differential intrinsic properties, such as metabolism, self-renewal, differentiating potentialities etc. We then generated highly co-related gene regulatory network (GRNs) modules underlying the differential HSC key properties. Particularly, we identified GRNs and key regulators controlling lymphoid potentiality, self-renewal as well as aerobic respiration in human HSCs. Introducing selected regulators promotes key HSC functions in HSPCs derived from human pluripotent stem cells. The purpose of online games is to enjoy, and several teenagers find this type of online activity to be very enjoyable. Studies show that those with online gaming issues are more likely to display violent, depressed, and anxious behaviors. The primary cause of those disorders is their inability to control and control their own emotions, including their aggression, depression, stress, and other emotional states. This study quantitatively examines the effect of online game exercise interaction sustainability on flow experience, enhancing players' flow experience by using online game exercise interaction as an explanatory variable. Even detrimental outcomes like bond slave, isolation, and indifference may result from the flow experience. For analysis, this study uses both quantitative research and a questionnaire. However, the length of online games had an inverted U-shaped modulator effect on how much flow experience was influenced by game interaction. Playing video games for an excessive amount of time can diminish the efficiency of game interaction and possibly have psychological effects including Internet bond slave, loneliness, and carelessness. The research summarizes the psychological factors influenced due to online games. The policy implications of this finding are that while acknowledging the positive impact of online game exercise interaction on traffic experience. The performance of the extended state observer (ESO) in an Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) is limited by the operational load in stepper motor control, which has high real-time requirements and may cause delays. Additionally, the complexity of parameter tuning, especially in high-order systems, further limits the ESO's performance. This paper proposes a composite ADRC (LTDRO-ADRC) based on a load torque dimensionality reduction observer (LTDRO). Firstly, the LTDRO is designed to estimate abrupt load disturbances that are difficult to compensate for using the ESO. Secondly, the transfer function under the double-closed loop is deduced. Additionally, the LTDRO uses a magnetic encoder to gather the system state and calculate the load torque. It then outputs a compensating current feedforward to the current loop input. This method reduces the delay and complexity of the ESO, improving the response speed of the ADRC speed ring and the overall response of the system to load changes. Simulation and experimental results demonstrate that it significantly enhances dynamic control performance and steady-state errors. LTDRO-ADRC can stabilize the speed again within 49 ms and 17 ms, respectively, in the face of sudden load increase and sudden load removal. At the same time, in terms of steady-state error, compared with ADRC and CADRC, they have increased by 94% and 88%, respectively. Photocatalytic water splitting is a promising route to alleviate energy crises and provide clean renewable energy. However, finding the right materials for photocatalytic water splitting is challenging owing to its multilevel complexity. Herein, transition metal sulfide and selenide (TMSS) monolayers were screened to find the best possible monolayers for overall water splitting. Properties such as suitable band edges, oxidation and reduction potential, catalytic activities and solar to hydrogen (STH) efficiency were considered. Among various TMSS monolayers, MoS2, WS2, PtSe2, PdSe2, and NiSe2 have suitable conduction and valence band edges to trigger the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) simultaneously in acidic media. Moreover, the MoS2, PtSe2, PdSe2 and NiSe2 monolayers can effectively resist oxidative and reductive photo-corrosion in acidic and WS2 monolayers in neutral environments during water splitting. All monolayers have robust catalytic activities in the predicted electrolytes with HER overpotential near zero, and OERs are 0.53, 1.01 and 0.99 V for PtSe2, PdSe2 and NiSe2 monolayers, respectively. The STH efficiencies were also found to be high for MoS2 (10.4%), PtSe2 (22.2%), PdSe2 (19.6%), NiSe2 (20.1%) in acidic medium and WS2 (11.1%) in neutral medium. CNPz and DCNPz can be obtained via only one‐step reaction and three‐step reactions from cheap raw materials, respectively. Based on CNPz and DCNPz, two acceptor–acceptor (A–A) polymers, P(DPP‐CNPz) and P(DPP‐DCNPz) are successfully developed, featuring deep‐positioned lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy levels, which are beneficial to n‐type organic thin‐film transistors (OTFTs) and OTEs performance. An optimal unipolar electron mobility of 0.85 and 1.85 cm2 V−1 s−1 is obtained for P(DPP‐CNPz) and P(DPP‐DCNPz), respectively. The scarcity of n-type polymers with high electrical conductivity (σ) and power factor (PF) is the major challenge for organic thermoelectrics (OTEs). By integrating cyano functionalities and an intramolecular conformation lock, we herein synthesize a new electron-deficient building block, CNg4T2, bearing long 1,4,7,10-tetraoxahendecyl side chains, and then further develop two n-type polythiophene derivatives, CNg4T2-2FT and CNg4T2-CNT2, with 3,4-difluorothiophene and 3,3′-dicyano-2,2′-bithiophene as co-units, respectively. Compared with CNg4T2-2FT, CNg4T2-CNT2 features a deeper-positioned lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) while maintaining a high degree of backbone coplanarity. As a consequence, the CNg4T2-CNT2 film with molecular dopant N-DMBI delivered an impressive σ of 13.2 S cm−1 and a high PF of up to 10.84 μW m−1 K−2, significantly outperforming CNg4T2-2FT and benchmark n-type polymer N2200 films. To the best of our knowledge, this PF of CNg4T2-CNT2 devices is the highest value for n-type polythiophenes in OTEs. Further characterizations indicate that the high performance of CNg4T2-CNT2-based devices is attributed to the high doping efficiency and ordered packing of polymer chains. Our study demonstrates that CNg4T2 is a highly appealing electron-deficient building block for n-type OTE polymers and also suggests that fine-tuning of the polymer backbone is a powerful approach to accessing high-performance n-type polymers for OTE devices. Aims: This study aimed to examine the correlation between television (TV) and/or video viewing time and the occurrence of nocturia in adults. Methods: An analysis of data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey for 2011–2016 was conducted, involving 13 294 adults aged 20 and older. The main outcome was specified as nocturia, which refers to the requirement of urinating two or more times during the night. Initially, baseline characteristics were contrasted between individuals with and without nocturia. The effects of TV and/or video viewing time on nocturia were further explored using multivariable logistic regression models. To acknowledge the variation in baseline data regarding the prevalence of nocturia, subgroup analyses were performed. Results: Adjusted multivariate analysis revealed that individuals in the group with the longest TV and/or video viewing time had a significantly 48% higher risk of experiencing nocturia compared to those with the shortest TV and/or video viewing time. The results of subgroup analyses revealed no significant differences in the interaction tests between TV and/or video viewing time and nocturia. Hyperspectral target detection (HTD) is a crucial aspect of remote sensing applications, aiming to identify targets in hyperspectral images (HSIs) based on their known prior spectral signatures. However, the spectral variability resulting from various imaging conditions in multi-temporal hyperspectral images poses a challenge to both classical and deep learning (DL) methods. To overcome the limitations imposed by spectral variability, an implicit contrastive learning-based target detector (ICLTD) is proposed to exploit in-scene spectra in an unsupervised way. First, only prior spectra are utilized for explicit supervision, while an implicit contrastive learning module (ICLM) is designed to normalize the feature distributions of prior and in-scene spectra. This paper theoretically demonstrates that the ICLM can transfer the gradients from prior spectral features to those of in-scene spectra based on their feature similarities and differences. Because of transferred gradient signals, the ICLTD is regularized to extract similar representations for the prior and in-scene target spectra, while augmenting feature differences between the target and background spectra. Additionally, a local spectral similarity constraint (LSSC) is proposed to enhance the capability of scene adaptation by leveraging the spectral similarities among in-scene targets. To validate the performance of the ICLTD under spectral variability, multi-temporal HSIs captured under various imaging conditions are collected to generate prior spectra and in-scene spectra. Comparative evaluations against several DL detectors and classical methods reveal the superior performance of the ICLTD in achieving a balance between target detectability and background suppressibility under spectral variability. Microcapsules with polydopamine composite shell layer were successfully synthesized by functionalizing silica‐modified microcapsules containing isophorone diisocyanate. The components and micromorphology of silica‐modified microcapsules at different reaction periods were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy. The structure of different microcapsules was characterized by FTIR, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance and x‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The mechanical performances of different microcapsules were analyzed by nanoindentation technique. The compatibility and self‐healing efficiency of different microcapsules with the substrate were also investigated by the tensile tests. The results showed that the density of the silica‐modified microcapsule shell gradually increased and the mechanical performances were enhanced with the silica source. The hardness and elastic modulus of silica‐modified microcapsules in suitable core fraction (76.5 wt%) were 139.9 MPa and 2.2 GPa, which are 2.3 times and 4.8 times higher than those of untreated microcapsules, respectively. The functionalized modified microcapsules had excellent compatibility with the elastomeric substrate (PU‐PPG2000). At the same time, the self‐healing efficiency of the functionalized modified microcapsules in PU‐PPG2000 was 69.8%, which was 48.9% higher than that of the untreated microcapsules prepared under the same conditions. Silicon modification improved the density of microcapsules, enhancing their mechanical strength. At the same time, functionalization modification improved the interfacial bonding strength of microcapsules, further improving the compatibility with the polymer matrix. Aging in mammals is accompanied by an imbalance of intestinal homeostasis and accumulation of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) mutations. However, little is known about how accumulated mtDNA mutations modulate intestinal homeostasis. We observe the accumulation of mtDNA mutations in the small intestine of aged male mice, suggesting an association with physiological intestinal aging. Using polymerase gamma (POLG) mutator mice and wild-type mice, we generate male mice with progressive mtDNA mutation burdens. Investigation utilizing organoid technology and in vivo intestinal stem cell labeling reveals decreased colony formation efficiency of intestinal crypts and LGR5-expressing intestinal stem cells in response to a threshold mtDNA mutation burden. Mechanistically, increased mtDNA mutation burden exacerbates the aging phenotype of the small intestine through ATF5 dependent mitochondrial unfolded protein response (UPRmt) activation. This aging phenotype is reversed by supplementation with the NAD+ precursor, NMN. Thus, we uncover a NAD+ dependent UPRmt triggered by mtDNA mutations that regulates the intestinal aging. Online product pricing is an important factor that affects the purchase of customers and the earnings of e‐commerce platform enterprises. It has an increasingly prominent influence on consumers' purchasing decisions. To study the influence of customers' anchoring psychology and product pricing on customers' purchasing behaviors, this paper proposes a pricing model that considers online consumers to be anchored by the product price and sales. The cognitive bias of online consumers is described by a utility function based on an anchoring‐adjustment heuristic, and consumer choice behavior and an online product pricing strategy are studied with a multinomial logit model. Then, it studies the influence of the anchoring point and anchoring degree on optimal pricing, sales and profit. In particular, when consumers are anchored only by sales of goods, the optimal solution is monotonic with respect to the anchoring degree. However, when consumers are anchored by both price and sales, both factors affect consumer behaviors and produce more complex results. This paper provides a flexible pricing mechanism for platform enterprises, and it can provide a theoretical basis and decision support for dynamic pricing of platform enterprises based on historical consumption data. Background: Cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) plays a crucial role in hybrid production. K-type CMS, a cytoplasmic male sterile line of wheat with the cytoplasms of Aegilops kotschyi, is widely used due to its excellent characteristics of agronomic performance, easy maintenance and easy restoration. However, the mechanism of its pollen abortion is not yet clear. Results: In this study, wheat K-type CMS MS(KOTS)-90-110 (MS line) and it's fertile near-isogenic line MR (KOTS)-90-110 (MR line) were investigated. Cytological analysis indicated that the anthers of MS line microspore nucleus failed to divide normally into two sperm nucleus and lacked starch in mature pollen grains, and the key abortive period was the uninucleate stage to dinuclear stage. Then, we compared the transcriptome of MS line and MR line anthers at these two stages. 11,360 and 5182 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified between the MS and MR lines in the early uninucleate and binucleate stages, respectively. Based on GO enrichment and KEGG pathways analysis, it was evident that significant transcriptomic differences were "plant hormone signal transduction", "MAPK signaling pathway" and "spliceosome". We identified 17 and 10 DEGs associated with the IAA and ABA signal transduction pathways, respectively. DEGs related to IAA signal transduction pathway were downregulated in the early uninucleate stage of MS line. The expression level of DEGs related to ABA pathway was significantly upregulated in MS line at the binucleate stage compared to MR line. The determination of plant hormone content and qRT-PCR further confirmed that hormone imbalance in MS lines. Meanwhile, 1 and 2 DEGs involved in ABA and Ethylene metabolism were also identified in the MAPK cascade pathway, respectively; the significant up regulation of spliceosome related genes in MS line may be another important factor leading to pollen abortion. Conclusions: We proposed a transcriptome-mediated pollen abortion network for K-type CMS in wheat. In this work, the potassium promoted Fe–Ce composite oxides supported on the monolithic three-dimensional (3D) macroporous nickel foam substrates (KFeCe@NF) were synthesized by sequential wetness impregnation method and used for catalytic soot combustion. The best catalytic performance was obtained over K(0.1)FeCe@NF catalyst under 10%H2O/800ppmNO/20%O2/N2 atmosphere using a wet contact mode and the lowest T10, T50 and T90 values could reduce to 274 ℃, 313 ℃ and 353 ℃, respectively. A detailed comparison of the structural properties for the samples before and after potassium loading was conducted by XRD, FESEM, EDS and XPS. The addition of K could lead to reduction of partial Fe2O3 to FeO and make the Fe2O3 nanosheets transform into agglomerated nanoparticles. Moreover, the enhanced catalytic performance of KFeCe@NF for soot combustion is main due to the abundant active oxygen species inspired by the strong interaction between potassium and transition metal oxides. Polythiophenes, built on head‐to‐head (HH) linked 3,3′‐oligomer ethylene glycol‐2,2′‐bithiophene (gT2), have simple chemical structure, good backbone planarity, and relatively high‐lying the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy levels, hence showing excellent p‐type performance in organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) with µC* of several hundred F cm−1 V−1 s−1. In this study, sequential cyano substitution is utilized to enable transformation of charge carrier polarity from p‐type to n‐type in OECTs, based on the parent polythiophene g4T2‐T2. With the increase of cyano group number, the polythiophenes exhibit gradually lowered LUMO levels from −2.55 to −3.90 eV. As a result, from g4T2‐T2 to CNg4T2‐CNT2, the p‐type performance dramatically diminishes accomplished by the enhancement of n‐type one when applied in OECTs. To the authors' delight, polymer CNg4T2‐CNT2 with the highest content of cyano groups exhibits a remarkable n‐type µC* of 27.01 F cm−1 V−1 s−1 and high gm,norm of 6.75 S cm−1 with negligible p‐type character. Background: Podocyte apoptosis is one of the important pathological mechanisms of diabetic kidney disease (DKD). Acteoside (Act), a major active component of Rehmannia glutinosa leaves total glycoside, has a strong renoprotective action. Our study aims to demonstrate Act's renoprotective actions in db/db mice. Methods: We adopted C57BLKS/J db/db mice as DKD animal models. After 8 weeks of Act administration, the 24-hour urine albumin, renal function index, and blood lipid levels were quantified using matching kits. Renal pathology was evaluated by HE and PAS staining. The podocyte damage and apoptosis-related signaling pathway were observed by using immunohistochemistry, western blot, and TUNEL staining. Results: The albuminuria of db/db mice was reduced from 391 ug/24 h to 152 ug/24 h, and renal pathology changes were alleviated after Act administration. The western blot and immunohistochemistry showed that Act treatment upregulated the synaptopodin and podocin expression compared with db/db mice, while the TUNEL staining indicated podocyte apoptosis was inhibited. The B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) level was upregulated in the Act group, but cleaved caspase-3 and Bcl-2 associated X protein (Bax) expression declined, while the protein kinase B/glycogen synthase kinase-3β (AKT/GSK-3β) signaling pathway was repressed. Conclusions: By inhibiting the AKT/GSK-3β signaling pathway, Act protected podocytes from apoptosis, decreasing the urine albumin of db/db mice and delaying the course of DKD. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Satellite-based PM2.5 estimation is an effective means to achieve large-scale and long-term PM2.5 monitoring and investigation. Currently, most of methods retrieve PM2.5 from satellite-derived aerosol optical depth (AOD) or top-of-atmosphere reflectance (TOAR) during daytime. A few algorithms are also developed to retrieve nighttime PM2.5 from the satellite day–night band and the accuracy is greatly limited by moonlight and artificial light sources. In this study, we utilize the properties of absorption pollutants in infrared spectrum to estimate PM2.5 concentrations from satellite infrared data, thus achieve the PM2.5 estimation in both day and night. Himawari-8 infrared bands data are used for PM2.5 estimation by a specifically designed neural network and loss function. Quantitative results show the satellite derived PM2.5 concentrations correlates with ground-based data well with R2 of 0.79 and RMSE of 15.43 μg · m−3 for hourly PM2.5 estimation. Spatiotemporal distributions of model-estimated PM2.5 over China are also analyzed, and exhibit a highly consistent with ground-based measurements. Dust storms, heavy air pollution and fire smoke events are examined to further demonstrate the efficacy of our model. Our method not only circumvents the intermediate retrievals of AOD, but also enables consistent estimation of PM2.5 concentrations during daytime and nighttime in real-time monitoring. Chlorophyll is an indispensable photoreceptor in plant photosynthesis. Its anabolic imbalance is detrimental to individual growth and development. As an essential epigenetic modification, DNA methylation can induce phenotypic variations, such as leaf color transformation, by regulating gene expression. Albino line XN1376B is a natural mutation of winter wheat cultivar XN1376; however, the regulatory mechanism of its albinism is still unclear. In this study, we found that low temperatures induced albinism in XN1376B. The number of chloroplasts decreased as the phenomenon of bleaching intensified and the fence tissue and sponge tissue slowly dissolved. We identified six distinct TaPOR (protochlorophyllide oxidoreductase) genes in the wheat genome, and TaPOR2D was deemed to be related to the phenomenon of albinism based on the expression in different color leaves (green leaves, white leaves and returned green leaves) and the analysis of promoters' cis-acting elements. TaPOR2D was localized to chloroplasts. TaPOR2D overexpression (TaPOR2D-OE) enhanced the chlorophyll significantly in Arabidopsis, especially at two weeks; the amount of chlorophyll was 6.46 mg/L higher than in WT. The methylation rate of the TaPOR2D promoter in low-temperature albino leaves is as high as 93%, whereas there was no methylation in green leaves. Correspondingly, three DNA methyltransferase genes (TaMET1, TaDRM and TaCMT) were up-regulated in white leaves. Our study clarified that the expression of TaPOR2D is associated with its promoter methylation at a low temperature; it affects the level of chlorophyll accumulation, which probably causes the abnormal development of plant chloroplasts in albino wheat XN1376B. The results provide a theoretical basis for in-depth analysis of the regulation of development of plant chloroplasts and color variation in wheat XN1376B leaves. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
