Ancient Platycladus orientalis holds significant ecological, landscape, historical, and cultural value. In northern China, leaf blight has significantly impacted the growth and ornamental value of ancient P. orientalis. In this study, 26 blight leaf samples of ancient P. orientalis were collected in Beijing, China. Phylogenetic analysis based on the concatenated internal transcribed spacer (ITS), β-tubulin (tub2), and RNA polymerase second largest subunit (rpb2) DNA sequence data combined with fungal morphological characteristics revealed three taxa of Nothophoma, i.e. N. platycladus, N. spiraeae, and N. juglandis. Of which, N. platycladus is a species new to science. Koch's postulates indicated that all these three species of Nothophoma could cause leaf blight of P. orientalis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Potato is the most widely grown non-grain crop and ranks as the third most significant global food crop following rice and wheat. Despite its long history of cultivation over vast areas, slow breeding progress and environmental stress have led to a scarcity of high-yielding potato varieties. Enhancing the quality and yield of potato tubers remains the ultimate objective of potato breeding. However, conventional breeding has faced challenges due to tetrasomic inheritance, high genomic heterozygosity, and inbreeding depression. Recent advancements in molecular biology and functional genomic studies of potato have provided valuable insights into the regulatory network of physiological processes and facilitated trait improvement. In this review, we present a summary of identified factors and genes governing potato growth and development, along with progress in potato genomics and the adoption of new breeding technologies for improvement. Summary: In this study, we investigated whether matched and mismatched multidrug resistance gene (MDR1) genotypes (G2677TA, C1236T and C3435T) were associated with prognosis in patients after allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo‐HSCT). One hundred patients after transplantation and their donors were enrolled. Matched MDR1 G2677TA donor–recipient was associated with an increased risk of non‐relapse mortality (NRM) (29.5% vs. 6.2%, p = 0.002), poor overall survival (OS) (51.7% vs. 63.8%, p = 0.024) and disease‐free survival (DFS) (38.6% vs. 67%, p = 0.005). There were no differences in OS, DFS or NRM between MDR1 C1236T‐ and C3435T‐matched and ‐mismatched groups. Subgroup analysis suggested that within the matched MDR1 G2677TA group, male gender, haematopoietic cell transplantation‐specific comorbidity index ≥1, serum creatinine >137.2 μmol/L and post‐transplantation thrombocytopenia were associated with poor survival. Our results demonstrated that patients receiving matched MDR1 G2677TA allo‐HSCT experienced a poorer prognosis compared with the mismatched group. The potential mechanism may involve increased expression of P‐glycoprotein, leading to decreased accumulation of antimicrobial agents and ultimately contributing to the progression of inflammation. The stator wire rod end is prone to corona discharge phenomenon due to localized concentration of electric stress, causing insulation failure and reducing the working life of the motor. At present, the effective measure to solve the corona discharge is coating the stator bar end with nonlinear corona paint to realize the material conductivity characteristics and the distortion of the electric field strength of the adaptive matching, which reduces or eliminates the surface of the bar end of the phenomenon of electron accumulation to play the effect of anti-corona. In this paper, SiC/EP, ZnO/SiC/EP, and SiO2/SiC/EP micro- and nanocomposites were prepared by water bath heat blending method. The effect of ZnO nanoparticles and SiO2 nanoparticles on the nonlinear conductivity properties, and thus on the corona-proof properties, was investigated. The results show that both surface conductivity and nonlinear coefficient can be enhanced by adding appropriate amounts of nano-ZnO and nano-SiO2 into SiC/EP composites; the electric field on the surface of the wire rod is the smallest after using 1-ZnO, and the temperature on the surface of the wire rod is the highest after using 1-SiO2. The accumulation of snow is one of the essential reasons for the significant decrease in the power generation efficiency of PV stations in winter. For this reason, this paper firstly provides a detailed review of the current research into the physical processes and shedding reasons for the natural melting of snow on PV module surfaces. Then, several common techniques to promote snow and ice melting on PV surfaces are discussed, and the feasibility and shortcoming of ultrasonic technology in removing high‐density snow and ice are analyzed in detail. Finally, this paper proposes two snow sensing technologies for PV modules, namely, image processing method and interdigital capacitance method. Among them, the image method based on fixed camera and UAV detection is more suitable for wide area PV power stations, while the interdigital capacitance method is helpful in obtaining snow characteristic parameters, such as icing type and LWC. Multimode luminescence is usually stimulated by various external stimuli in response to photon emission and is applied in various anti‐counterfeiting and encryption fields. However, integrating multimode luminescence into a single stable material, and how to quantitatively evaluate the relationship between temperature light and force light remains a challenge. In this work, LiNbO3:Er3+/Pr3+ microcrystals that can respond to X‐ray, UV light, temperature, and stress stimuli are developed. The temperature‐dependent upconversion emission spectra show a maximum relative sensitivity of 0.889% K−1 based on the intensity ratio. Meanwhile, the mechanoluminescence around 618 nm with a linear relationship is observed with the increase of force. These materials illustrate strong static and dynamic luminescence that can be manipulated in space and time dimensions, which provides new ideas in the field of anti‐counterfeiting and information encryption. Basal‐like breast cancer (BLBC) is the most aggressive molecular subtype of breast cancer with worse prognosis and fewer treatment options. The underlying mechanisms upon BLBC transcriptional dysregulation and its upstream transcription factors (TFs) remain unclear. Here, among the hyperactive candidate TFs of BLBC identified by bioinformatic analysis, POU4F1 is uniquely upregulated in BLBC and is associated with poor prognosis. POU4F1 is necessary for the tumor growth and malignant phenotypes of BLBC through regulating G1/S transition by direct binding at the promoter of CDK2 and CCND1. More importantly, POU4F1 maintains BLBC identity by repressing ERα expression through CDK2‐mediated EZH2 phosphorylation and subsequent H3K27me3 modification in ESR1 promoter. Knocking out POU4F1 in BLBC cells reactivates functional ERα expression, rendering BLBC sensitive to tamoxifen treatment. In‐depth epigenetic analysis reveals that the subtype‐specific re‐configuration and activation of the bivalent chromatin in the POU4F1 promoter contributes to its unique expression in BLBC, which is maintained by DNA demethylase TET1. Together, these results reveal a subtype‐specific epigenetically activated TF with critical role in promoting and maintaining BLBC, suggesting that POU4F1 is a potential therapeutic target for BLBC. Cholesterol metabolism is vital for multiple cancer progression, while how cholesterol affects lung, a low-cholesterol tissue, for cancer metastasis and the underlying mechanism remain unclear. In this study, we found that metastatic lung adenocarcinoma cells acquire cellular dehydrocholesterol and cholesterol by endogenous cholesterol biosynthesis, instead of uptake upon cholesterol treatment. Besides, we demonstrated that exogenous cholesterol functions as signaling molecule to induce FOXA3, a key transcription factor for lipid metabolism via GLI2. Subsequently, ChIP-seq analysis and molecular studies revealed that FOXA3 transcriptionally activated Hmgcs1, an essential enzyme of cholesterol biosynthesis, to induce endogenous dehydrocholesterol and cholesterol level for membrane composition change and cell migration. Conversely, FOXA3 knockdown or knockout blocked cholesterol biosynthesis and lung adenocarcinoma metastasis in mice. In addition, the potent FOXA3 inhibitor magnolol suppressed metastatic gene programs in lung adenocarcinoma patient-derived organoids (PDOs). Altogether, our findings shed light onto unique cholesterol metabolism and FOXA3 contribution to lung adenocarcinoma metastasis. Cholesterol is important for cancer progression, yet its levels are low in the lung. How is this overcome during lung cancer? Parental experiences can affect the phenotypic plasticity of offspring. In locusts, the population density that adults experience regulates the number and hatching synchrony of their eggs, contributing to locust outbreaks. However, the pathway of signal transmission from parents to offspring remains unclear. Here, we find that transcription factor Forkhead box protein N1 (FOXN1) responds to high population density and activates the polypyrimidine tract-binding protein 1 (Ptbp1) in locusts. FOXN1–PTBP1 serves as an upstream regulator of miR-276, a miRNA to control egg-hatching synchrony. PTBP1 boosts the nucleo-cytoplasmic transport of pre-miR-276 in a "CU motif"-dependent manner, by collaborating with the primary exportin protein exportin 5 (XPO5). Enhanced nuclear export of pre-miR-276 elevates miR-276 expression in terminal oocytes, where FOXN1 activates Ptbp1 and leads to egg-hatching synchrony in response to high population density. Additionally, PTBP1-prompted nuclear export of pre-miR-276 is conserved in insects, implying a ubiquitous mechanism to mediate transgenerational effects. Thyroid cancer (TC) is a common endocrine malignancy with an increasing incidence worldwide. Early diagnosis is particularly important for TC patients, because it allows patients to receive treatment as early as possible. Artificial intelligence (AI) provides great advantages for complex healthcare systems by analyzing big data based on machine learning. Nowadays, AI is widely used in the early diagnosis of cancer such as TC. Ultrasound detection and fine needle aspiration biopsy are the main methods for early diagnosis of TC. AI has been widely used in the detection of malignancy in thyroid nodules by ultrasound images, cytopathology images and molecular markers. It shows great potential in auxiliary medical diagnosis. The latest clinical trial has shown that the performance of AI models matches with the diagnostic efficiency of experienced clinicians, and more efficient AI tools will be developed in the future. Therefore, in this review, we summarized the recent advances in the application of AI algorithms in assessing the risk of malignancy in thyroid nodules. The objective of this review was to provide a data base for the clinical use of AI-assisted diagnosis in TC, as well as to provide new ideas for the next generation of AI-assisted diagnosis in TC. Levodopa (LD) has been the most efficacious medication and the gold standard therapy for Parkinson's disease (PD) for decades. However, its long-term administration is usually associated with motor complications, which are believed to be the result of the fluctuating pharmacokinetics of LD following oral administration. Duodopa® is the current option to offer a continuous delivery of LD and its decarboxylase inhibitor carbidopa (CD); however, its administration involves invasive surgical procedures, which could potentially lead to lifelong complications, such as infection. Recently, dissolving microarray patches (MAPs) have come to the fore as an alternative that can bypass the oral administration route in a minimally invasive way. This work explored the potential of using dissolving MAPs to deliver LD and CD across the skin. An acidic polymer poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) was used in the MAP fabrication to prevent the potential oxidation of LD at neutral pH. The drug contents of LD and CD in the formulated dissolving MAPs were 1.82 ± 0.24 and 0.47 ± 0.04 mg/patch, respectively. The in vivo pharmacokinetic study using female Sprague–Dawley® rats (Envigo RMS Holding Corp, Bicester, UK) demonstrated a simultaneous delivery of LD and CD and comparable AUC values between the dissolving MAPs and the oral LD/CD suspension. The relative bioavailability for the dissolving MAPs was calculated to be approximately 37.22%. Accordingly, this work highlights the use of dissolving MAPs as a minimally invasive approach which could potentially bypass the gastrointestinal pathway and deliver both drugs continuously without surgery. In recent years, the phenomenal development and application of technology have given rise to new means and forms of international commercial dispute resolution. In particular, in the post-COVID era, the demand for efficient, flexible and cost-saving dispute resolution methods has increased significantly. Therefore, technology-enabled digital methods such as online arbitration, have become more widely accepted and applied. At the same time, globalisation has turned international commercial disputes increasingly complex, which often involves the interests of third parties. According to data released by arbitral institutes, about 40% of arbitration cases worldwide involve more than two parties. As there is an increasing number of multi-party arbitration cases, multi-party dispute resolution mechanisms have played a more prominent role in such circumstances. Digitalisation and globalisation have facilitated multi-party projects, but they have also inevitably increased risks in multi-party disputes. For instance, arbitration is a business-friendly process, but the consensual nature of arbitration does not easily accommodate multi-party disputes. Although digitalisation in the conduction of arbitrations has made it more efficient and increased the access of multi-party commercial disputes to resolution, it still has not helped arbitration overcome the basis of party's consent. This paper will examine the joinder mechanism in international commercial arbitration, focusing on its interaction with traditional theories and principles of arbitration, the joinder provisions in the rules of several leading arbitral institutions (e.g. ICC, LCIA, HKIAC and SCAI), and the value of the joinder mechanism in the context of digitalisation. The travel time reliability (TTR) is crucial for evaluating the reliability of road networks, but real traffic data is often incomplete and sparse. This study validates that road network TTR conforms to a normal distribution and devises a quantification approach for road network TTR. Two reliability estimation methods are tailored for two data sources: section detectors and mobile detectors. Simulation experiments have confirmed the effectiveness of these methods. The study emphasizes that the TTR estimation method using traffic section data (S-TTR), which is based on the verified normal distribution assumption, maintains average absolute errors below 10%. On the other hand, the TTR estimation method that utilizes sparse trajectory data (T-TTR), which relies on tensor decomposition, proficiently fills in all missing data with an average error of 0.0059. Simple Summary: Probiotics, beneficial bacteria that contribute to the health of both humans and animals, play a crucial role in aquaculture by enhancing digestion and bolstering disease resistance in fish. However, the efficacy of probiotics can vary significantly, even among strains of the same species, based on their origin. This study focused on evaluating the effects of three different Bacillus subtilis strains, derived either from the host fish or external sources, on fish growth and disease resilience. Our findings indicate that the host-derived strain, 6-3-1, offered superior benefits in terms of growth enhancement and health improvement compared to the externally-derived strains. This research underscores the importance of the probiotic source, demonstrating that origin can significantly influence effectiveness. The outcomes suggest the potential for customized probiotic applications to advance aquaculture practices substantially. In the realm of modern aquaculture, the utilization of probiotics has gained prominence, primarily due to their ability to enhance growth, boost immunity, and prevent diseases in aquatic species. This study primarily investigates the efficacy of Bacillus subtilis strains, both host-derived and from other sources, in influencing fish growth, immunity, lipid metabolism, and disease resistance. Employing a 42-day feeding trial, we divided hybrid grouper into four distinct groups: a control group on a basal diet and three experimental groups supplemented with 1 × 108 CFU/g of different Bacillus subtilis strains-BS, 6-3-1, and HAINUP40. Remarkably, the study demonstrated that the 6-3-1 and HAINUP40 groups exhibited significant enhancements across key growth parameters: final body weight (FBW), weight gain rate (WGR), feed intake (FI), feed efficiency ratio (FER), and feed conversion ratio (FCR). The investigation into lipid metabolism revealed that the 6-3-1 strain upregulated seven metabolism-related genes, HAINUP40 affected four metabolism-related genes, and the BS strain influenced two metabolism-related genes, indicating diverse metabolic impacts by different strains. Further, a notable reduction in liver enzymes AST and ALT was observed across all supplemented groups, implying improved liver health. Noteworthy was the BS strain's superior antioxidative capabilities, positively affecting all four measured parameters (CAT, GSH-Px, MDA). In the sphere of immune-related gene expression, the BS strain significantly decreased the expression of both inflammation and apoptosis-related genes, whereas the HAINUP40 strain demonstrated an upregulation in these genes. The challenge test results were particularly telling, showcasing improved survival rates against Vibrio harveyi infection in the BS and 6-3-1 groups, unlike the HAINUP40 group. These outcomes highlight the strain-specific nature of probiotics and their varying mechanisms of action within the host. The Ningdong coalfield has played a pivotal role in advancing local economic development and meeting national energy. Nevertheless, mining operations have engendered ecological challenges encompassing subterranean water depletion, land desertification, and ground subsidence, primarily stemming from the disruption of coal seam roof strata. Consequently, the local ecosystem has incurred substantial harm. Water-preserved coal mining presently constitutes the pivotal technology in mitigating this problem. The primary challenge of this technique lies in identifying critical aquifer layers and understanding the heights of water-conducting fracture zones. To obtain a precise comprehension of the seepage patterns within the upper coal seam aquifer during mining, delineate the extent of water-conducting fracture zones, non-invasive geophysical techniques such as time-lapse electrical resistivity tomography (TL-ERT), magnetic resonance sounding (MRS), and spontaneous potential (SP) have been employed to monitor alterations within the shallow coalfield's aquifer throughout the mining process in the Ningdong coalfield. By conducting meticulous examinations of fluctuations in resistivity, moisture content, and self-potential within the superjacent strata during coal seam extraction, the predominant underground water infiltration strata were ascertained, concurrently enabling the estimation of the development elevation of water-conducting fracture zones. Anxiety and depression are common among adolescents in China, and evidence shows that subthreshold depression has a strong relationship with depression. This study uses network analysis to investigate comorbid anxiety and depression and their associations with response styles among Chinese adolescents with subthreshold depression. 371 Participants completed measures of assessing the anxious and depressvie symptoms, and the response styles. Bridge symptoms were calculated to identify, respectively, anxiety and depression networks' main symptoms. A flow network of response styles was used as we investigated specific relationships among anxiety, depression, and response style. Network analysis revealed physiological and affective symptoms, where affect may be positive or depressed, were central. The most noticeable bridge symptoms were physical and somatic. Depressed affect and physical symptoms were positively correlated with rumination, while harm avoidance had a weak positive correlation with distraction. Timely interventions targeting both sets of symptoms are needed for the alleviation and prevention of depressive symptoms and anxiety. Depressed affect and harm avoidance have links to rumination and distraction, which increases comprehension of how response styles are related to depression as well as anxiety. In the dynamic field of intensive aquaculture, the strategic application of probiotics has become increasingly crucial, particularly for enhancing resistance to environmental stressors such as ammonia-nitrogen. Over a 42-day period, this study investigated the effects of different probiotic strains—Bacillus subtilis (BS, 6-3-1, and HAINUP40)—on the health and resilience of hybrid groupers. Each strain, distinct in its origin, was assessed for its influence on growth performance, antioxidant capacity, immune gene expressions, and ammonia-nitrogen stress response in the hybrid grouper. The experimental design included a control group and three experimental groups, each supplemented with 1 × 108 CFU/g of the respective probiotic strains, respectively. Our results demonstrated notable differences in growth parameters, including final body weight (FBW) and feed conversion ratio (FCR). The 6-3-1 strain, originating from grouper, exhibited significant improvements in growth, oxidative capacity, and intestinal health. Conversely, the BS strain achieved the highest survival rates under ammonia-nitrogen stress, indicating its superior ability to regulate inflammatory responses despite its less pronounced growth-promoting effects. The HAINUP40 strain was distinguished for its growth enhancement and improvements in intestinal health, though it also showed significant activation of inflammatory genes and decreased resistance to ammonia-nitrogen stress after extended feeding. The uniqueness of this study lies in its detailed examination of the strain-specific effects of probiotics on fish in the context of ammonia-nitrogen stress, a significant challenge in contemporary aquaculture. The research revealed that host-derived probiotics, particularly the 6-3-1 strain, provided more comprehensive benefits for growth performance and stress resilience. In contrast, the BS and HAINUP40 strains exhibited varying efficiencies, with BS excelling in stress resistance and HAINUP40 promoting growth and gut health. Background/objective: Cervical cancer is the major cause of cancer-related mortalities in women globally. It constitutes one of the life-threatening conditions for women in developing countries. The popularization of cervical cancer screening and the improvement of treatment levels has caused the mortality rate of cervical cancer to decrease gradually, but pelvic floor dysfunction before and after cervical cancer treatment has become prominent and attracted more and more attention. Bibliometric analysis has been carried out in this research. The main goal of this research is to provide a comprehensive insight into the knowledge structure and global research hotspots about pelvic floor dysfunction in cervical cancer. Methods: Literature related to cervical cancer and pelvic floor dysfunction as of May 2023 was searched on the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC). The visualization and bibliometric analyses of the number and contents of publications were performed to analyze the temporal trends, spatial distribution, collaborative networks, influential references, keyword co-occurrence, and clustering. Results: There were 870 publications from 74 countries or regions, with the U.S. publications in a leading position. Since 2020, the number of publications has rapidly increased with the emphasis on the quality of life of cervical cancer patients. Although pelvic floor dysfunction in cervical cancer mainly occurs in developing countries, developed countries have made great contributions to this disease. However, in developing countries such as China and India, the quality of publications needs to be improved. In this field, the studies focused on the sexual dysfunction or urinary incontinence of cervical cancer patients, and the most cited papers discussed the effect of cervical cancer treatment on the sexual activities of females. The frontier keywords were represented by pelvic radiotherapy and risk factors. Conclusion: This study provides an objective and comprehensive analysis of the literature available on pelvic floor dysfunction in cervical cancer and identifies future trends and current hotspots. Purpose: Postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) is a central nervous system complication that occurs after anesthesia, particularly among the elderly. However, the neurological pathogenesis of postoperative cognitive dysfunction remains unclear. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of sevoflurane exposure on serum metabolites and hippocampal gene expression in elderly patients and aging mice by metabolomics and transcriptomic analysis and to explore the pathogenesis of sevoflurane induced POCD. Patients and Methods: Human serum samples from five patients over 60 years old were collected before sevoflurane anesthesia and 1 hour after anesthesia. Besides, mice aged at 12 months (n=6 per group) were anesthetized with sevoflurane for 2 hours or with sham procedure. Subsequently, serum and hippocampal tissues were harvested for analysis. Further investigation into the relationship between isatin and neuroinflammation was conducted using BV2 microglial cells. Results: Sevoflurane anesthesia led to the activation of inflammatory pathways, an increased presence of hippocampal astrocytes and microglia, and elevated expression of neuroinflammatory cytokines. Comparative analysis identified 12 differential metabolites that exhibited changes in both human and mouse serum post-sevoflurane anesthesia. Notably, isatin levels were significantly decreased after anesthesia. Notably, isatin levels significantly decreased after anesthesia, a factor known to stimulate proliferation and proinflammatory gene expression in microglia—the pivotal cell type in inflammatory responses. Bacillus subtilis HNDF2-3 can produce a variety of lipopeptide antibiotics with lower production. To improve its lipopeptide production, three genetically engineered strains were constructed. The results of real-time PCR showed that the highest transcriptional levels of the sfp gene in F2-3sfp, F2-3comA and F2-3sfp-comA were 29.01, 6.65 and 17.50 times of the original strain, respectively, while the highest transcriptional levels of the comA gene in F2-3comA and F2-3sfp-comA were 10.44 and 4.13 times of the original strain, respectively. The results of ELISA showed that the malonyl-CoA transacylase activity of F2-3comA was the highest, reaching 18.53 IU/L at 24 h, the data was 32.74% higher than that of the original strain. The highest total lipopeptide production of F2-3sfp, F2-3comA and F2-3sfp-comA induced by IPTG at optimal concentration were 33.51, 46.05 and 38.96% higher than that of the original strain, respectively. The results of HPLC showed that iturin A production of F2-3sfp-comA was the highest, which was 63.16% higher than that of the original strain. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is closely linked to the homeostasis of the intestinal environment, and exosomes can be used to treat IBD due to their high biocompatibility and ability to be effectively absorbed by the intestinal tract. However, Ginseng-derived nanoparticles (GDNPs) have not been studied in this context and their mechanism of action remains unclear. Here, we investigated GDNPs ability to mediate intercellular communication in a complex inflammatory microenvironment in order to treat IBD. We found that GDNPs scavenge reactive oxygen species from immune cells and intestinal epithelial cells, inhibit the expression of pro-inflammatory factors, promote the proliferation and differentiation of intestinal stem cells, as well as enhancing the diversity of the intestinal flora. GDNPs significantly stabilise the intestinal barrier thereby promoting tissue repair. Overall, we proved that GDNPs can ameliorate inflammation and oxidative stress in vivo and in vitro, acting on the TLR4/MAPK and p62/Keap1/Nrf2 pathways, and exerting an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect. GDNPs mitigated IBD in mice by reducing inflammatory factors and improving the intestinal environment. This study offers new evidence of the potential therapeutic effects of GDNPs in the context of IBD, providing the conceptual ground for an alternative therapeutic strategy. Pure red cell aplasia (PRCA) is a rare bone marrow (BM) disorder characterized by ineffective erythropoiesis, reduced reticulocyte count, normocytic anemia, and the absence of erythroid precursors. Here, we present a rare instance of PRCA occurring after ABO-matched allo-HSCT in a refractory/relapsed acute myeloid leukemia (R/R AML) patient. In this case, the patient received a combination treatment of Gilteritinib, Venetoclax, and Azacitidine. Emerging data have shown that previously defined noncoding genomes might encode peptides that bind human leukocyte antigen (HLA) as cryptic antigens to stimulate adaptive immunity1,2. However, the significance and mechanisms of action of cryptic antigens in anti-tumour immunity remain unclear. Here mass spectrometry of the HLA class I (HLA-I) peptidome coupled with ribosome sequencing of human breast cancer samples identified HLA-I-binding cryptic antigenic peptides that were noncanonically translated by a tumour-specific circular RNA (circRNA): circFAM53B. The cryptic peptides efficiently primed naive CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in an antigen-specific manner and induced anti-tumour immunity. Clinically, the expression of circFAM53B and its encoded peptides was associated with substantial infiltration of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells and better survival in patients with breast cancer and patients with melanoma. Mechanistically, circFAM53B-encoded peptides had strong binding affinity to both HLA-I and HLA-II molecules. In vivo, administration of vaccines consisting of tumour-specific circRNA or its encoded peptides in mice bearing breast cancer tumours or melanoma induced enhanced infiltration of tumour-antigen-specific cytotoxic T cells, which led to effective tumour control. Background: Chronic cerebral hypoperfusion‐induced demyelination causes progressive white matter injury, although the pathogenic pathways are unknown. Methods: The Single Cell Portal and PanglaoDB databases were used to analyze single‐cell RNA sequencing experiments to determine the pattern of EAAT3 expression in CNS cells. Immunofluorescence (IF) was used to detect EAAT3 expression in oligodendrocytes and oligodendrocyte progenitor cells (OPCs). EAAT3 levels in mouse brains were measured using a western blot at various phases of development, as well as in traumatic brain injury (TBI) and intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) mouse models. The mouse bilateral carotid artery stenosis (BCAS) model was used to create white matter injury. IF, Luxol Fast Blue staining, and electron microscopy were used to investigate the effect of remyelination. 5‐Ethynyl‐2‐Deoxy Uridine staining, transwell chamber assays, and IF were used to examine the effects of OPCs' proliferation, migration, and differentiation in vivo and in vitro. The novel object recognition test, the Y‐maze test, the rotarod test, and the grid walking test were used to examine the impact of behavioral modifications. Results: A considerable amount of EAAT3 was expressed in OPCs and mature oligodendrocytes, according to single‐cell RNA sequencing data. During multiple critical phases of mouse brain development, there were no substantial changes in EAAT3 levels in the hippocampus, cerebral cortex, or white matter. Furthermore, neither the TBI nor ICH models significantly affected the levels of EAAT3 in the aforementioned brain areas. The chronic white matter injury caused by BCAS, on the other hand, resulted in a strikingly high level of EAAT3 expression in the oligodendroglia and white matter. Correspondingly, blocking EAAT3 assisted in the recovery of cognitive and motor impairment as well as the restoration of cerebral blood flow following BCAS. Furthermore, EAAT3 suppression was connected to improved OPCs' survival and proliferation in vivo as well as faster OPCs' proliferation, migration, and differentiation in vitro. Furthermore, this study revealed that the mTOR pathway is implicated in EAAT3‐mediated remyelination. Conclusions: Our findings provide the first evidence that abnormally high levels of oligodendroglial EAAT3 in chronic cerebral hypoperfusion impair OPCs' pro‐remyelination actions, hence impeding white matter repair and functional recovery. Cognitive impairment is increasingly recognized as an important comorbidity of diabetes progression; however, the underlying molecular mechanism is unclear. Dapagliflozin, an inhibitor of sodium‐glucose co‐transporter 2 (SGLT2), has shown promising effects against diabetes in rodent experiments and human clinical assays. This study aimed to determine the underlying mechanism and examine the effect of dapagliflozin on diabetic cognitive impairment. To create an in vivo model of diabetic cognitive impairment, streptozotocin (STZ)‐induced diabetic mice were used. Dapagliflozin was administered to mice for 8 weeks. The context fear condition and Morris water maze test was used to evaluate mice's behavioral change. Western blotting was used to evaluate protein expression. Hematoxylin and eosin (HE) and Nissl staining were applied to monitor morphological and structural changes. Congo red staining was performed to identify the formation of senile plaques. Mitochondria morphology was examined using a transmission electron microscope, and blood flow in the mouse cerebral cortex was measured using a laser Doppler imaging assay. Comparison to the diabetes mellitus (DM) group, the dapagliflozin group had lower glucose levels. Behavioral studies have shown that dapagliflozin can restore memory deficits in diabetic mice. The murky cell membrane edges and Nissl bodies more difficult to identify in the DM group were revealed by HE and Nissl staining, which were both improved by dapagliflozin treatment. Dapagliflozin inhibited the progression of Aβ generation and the reduced cerebral blood flow in the DM group was rescued. After dapagliflozin treatment, damaged mitochondria and lack of SGLT2 in the hippocampus and cortex of diabetic mice were repaired. Background: This study aimed to evaluate the potential role of the Geriatric Nutritional Risk Index (GNRI) in predicting oncological outcomes and postoperative complications in UTUC patients undergoing radical nephroureterectomy (RNU) and to develop a nomogram incorporating GNRI to predict outcomes. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 458 consecutive patients who underwent RNU in our center. According to nutritional scores, patients were divided into the following groups: low GNRI (GNRI ≤ 98) and high GNRI (GNRI > 98). Univariable and multivariable logistic regression were performed to investigate the role of GNRI in predicting the perioperative complications. The survival was compared with Kaplan − Meier curve, and test by log-rank tests. Risk factors associated with cancer-specific survival (CSS) and overall survival (OS) were evaluated using Cox proportional hazards regression model and were integrated into a nomogram for individualized risk prediction. The calibration and discrimination ability of the model were evaluated by concordance index (C-index) and risk group stratification. Results: When compared with high GNRI, low GNRI had significantly lower survival (CSS, p < 0.001; OS, p < 0.001). Across all patients, multivariable analyses revealed that low GNRI was an independent prognostic factor (CSS, p = 0.007; OS, p = 0.005). Nomograms for 1-, 3-, and 5 years of CSS and OS had good performance. Patients can be stratified into different groups based on the nomogram, with significant differences in OS and CSS. Further, GNRI was also found to be an independent risk factor for postoperative complications. The complication − prediction nomogram based on GNRI was also internally validated and showed good performance. Conclusions: The GNRI score is an independent predictor for the prognosis and postoperative complications of UTUC following RNU. Low cardiac output syndrome (LCOS) is a severe complication after valve surgery, with no uniform standard for early identification. We developed interpretative machine learning (ML) models for predicting LCOS risk preoperatively and 0.5 h postoperatively for intervention in advance. A total of 2218 patients undergoing valve surgery from June 2019 to Dec 2021 were finally enrolled to construct preoperative and postoperative models. Logistic regression, support vector machine (SVM), random forest classifier, extreme gradient boosting, and deep neural network were executed for model construction, and the performance of models was evaluated by area under the curve (AUC) of the receiver operating characteristic and calibration curves. Our models were interpreted through SHapley Additive exPlanations, and presented as an online tool to improve clinical operability. The SVM algorithm was chosen for modeling due to better AUC and calibration capability. The AUCs of the preoperative and postoperative models were 0.786 (95% CI 0.729–0.843) and 0.863 (95% CI 0.824–0.902), and the Brier scores were 0.123 and 0.107. Our models have higher timeliness and interpretability, and wider coverage than the vasoactive-inotropic score, and the AUC of the postoperative model was significantly higher. Based on micro data from industrial enterprises, this study conducts a statistical measurement on the indicators of high-quality product development. Taking the Baidu Index as the proxy variable for attention allocation, the influence of attention allocation on high-quality development of products is systematically examined both theoretically and empirically; Additionally, it seeks to ascertain whether factor stock adjustment has a mediating effect. The findings are as follows: 1. Within the full sample, 63.63% of the attention allocation process to promote high-quality development of products is achieved by optimizing the factor stock adjustment channels. 2. Capital stock and labor stock adjustment have a partial mediating effect on the high-quality development of products in capital-intensive industries, while labor stock adjustment has a partial mediating effect on labor-intensive industries. 3. The regional results show that the adjustment of capital and labor stock has a partial mediating effect in the eastern region. Background: Oxidative stress plays an important role in the occurrence and development of malignancy. However, the relationship between oxidative stress and upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) prognosis remains elusive. This study aimed to evaluate the prognostic value of systematic oxidative stress indices as a predictor of patient outcomes in UTUC after radical nephroureterectomy. Methods: Clinical data for 483 patients with UTUC who underwent radical nephroureterectomy were analyzed. Patients were categorized according to an optimal value of systematic oxidative stress indices (SOSIs), including fibrinogen (Fib), gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GGT), creatinine (CRE), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and albumin (ALB). Kaplan–Meier analyses were used to investigate associations of SOSIs with overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS). Moreover, associations between SOSIs and OS and PFS were assessed with univariate and multivariate analyses. Results: High values of Fib, γ-GGT, CRE, and LDH, and low values of ALB were associated with reduced OS. SOSIs status correlated with age, tumor site, surgical approach, hydronephrosis, tumor size, T stage, and lymph node status. The Kaplan–Meier survival analysis showed a significant discriminatory ability for death and progression risks in the two groups based on SOSIs. Multivariate Cox proportional hazards models showed that SOSIs were an independent prognostic indicator for OS (p = 0.007) and PFS (p = 0.021). SOSIs and clinical variables were selected to establish a nomogram for OS. The 1-, 3-, and 5-year AUC values were 0.77, 0.78, and 0.81, respectively. Calibration curves of the nomogram showed high consistencies between the predicted and observed survival probability. Decision curve analysis curves showed that the nomogram could well predict the 1‐year, 3-year, and 5‐year OS. Conclusions: SOSIs are an independent unfavorable predictor of OS and PFS in patients diagnosed with UTUC undergoing RNU. As a high-tech, energy-efficient mode of economic development, the digital economy has a strong impact on regional carbon emissions and sustainable development. With a sample of panel data from 30 provinces in China ranging from 2011 to 2021, this study employs an expanded STIRPAT model to examine the impact of the digital economy on regional carbon emissions. The results reveal that the digital economy significantly inhibits regional carbon emissions, and specifically, a 1% increase in the level of digital economy development leads to a decline of approximately 1.09% in total carbon emissions. The heterogeneity analysis indicates that the digital economy has a more significant inhibitory effect on carbon emissions in the eastern region and areas with a higher level of development of the digital economy. The mechanism analysis shows that the digital economy can inhibit regional carbon emissions by affecting energy efficiency and changing the energy structure. A further study shows that the digital economy has a spatial spillover effect on the reduction in carbon emissions. Therefore, the government should fully leverage the potential of the digital economy to promote carbon emission reduction, promote the development and innovation of carbon emission reduction technology, continuously improve energy utilization efficiency, and achieve the mutually beneficial goal of economic benefits and emission reduction. Diagnosing water infiltration is imperative to assess the integrity and operation performance of sewer networks, which is challenging and costly due to the complex nature of these networks. This study proposes a simple approach to evaluate the extent of groundwater infiltration via a fluorescence spectroscopy method, i.e., the identification and quantification of the fluorescent signature components of the dissolved organic matter sewage. A newly built sewer network in Shantou, Southern China, was selected for the case study, and a mass balance method based on water quality characteristic factors (total phosphorus and NH4+-N) was applied in parallel for comparison. The results showed that the mass balance method was substantially influenced by fluctuations in sewage and external water concentrations, rendering it unreliable due to the extensive data and calculations required. Conversely, three-dimensional excitation–emission matrix–parallel factor analysis enabled the identification of terrestrial humus compounds as the signatures of underground water sources. The estimation indicates that the groundwater proportion across the four surveyed inspection wells along the pipeline network ranged from 10.8 ± 2.5% to 9.6 ± 3.5%, conforming to the allowable groundwater infiltration limits set for municipal sewage pipelines (10–15%). This study presents a simple method for the in-depth analysis of groundwater infiltration in urban sewage networks, providing valuable insights into maintaining water quality and network integrity. Background: Phloretin (Phl) is a flavonoid compound that contains multiple phenolic hydroxyl groups. It is found in many plants, such as apple leaves, lychee pericarp, and begonia, and has various biological activities, such as antioxidant and anticancer effects. The strong hydrogen bonding between Phl molecules results in poor water solubility and low bioavailability, and thus the scope of the clinical application of Phl is limited. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the water solubility of Phl for its use to further combat or alleviate skin aging and oxidative damage and develop antioxidant products for the skin. The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a phloretin transfersome gel (PTG) preparation for transdermal drug delivery to improve the bioavailability of the drug and delay aging. Methods: Phloretin transfersomes (Phl-TFs) were prepared and optimized by the thin-film dispersion–ultrasonication method. Phl-TFs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The Log P method was used to determine the solubility of the Phl-TFs. The skin penetration ability of the prepared PTG was evaluated using the Franz diffusion cell method. In addition, the in vivo pharmacokinetics of PTG were studied in rats, and an antioxidant activity investigation was conducted using a D-gal rat model. Results: Phl-TFs were successfully prepared with a Soybean Phosphatidylcholine (SPC)/CHOL ratio of 2.7:1 w/v, a phloretin concentration of 1.3 mg/mL, a hydration time of 46 min, an ultrasound time of 5 min, and an ultrasound power of 180 W. The Log P was 2.26, which was significantly higher than that of phloretin (p < 0.05, paired t test). The results of the in vitro penetration test demonstrated that the cumulative skin penetration of the Phl-TFs after 24 h was 842.73 ± 20.86 μg/cm2. The data from an in vivo pharmacokinetic study showed that the Cmax and AUC of PTG were 1.39- and 1.97-fold higher than those of the phloretin solution gel (PSG), respectively (p < 0.05, paired t test). The experimental results in aging rats showed that PTG had a better antioxidant effect. Conclusions: Phl-TFs and PTG preparations with a good shape, safety, and stability were successfully prepared. In vivo pharmacokinetics and preliminary antioxidant experiments further verified the transdermal penetration and antioxidant activity of the phloretin transdermal drug delivery preparation, providing an experimental basis for its further development. Robot arm motion control is a fundamental aspect of robot capabilities, with arm reaching ability serving as the foundation for complex arm manipulation tasks. However, traditional inverse kinematics-based methods for robot arm reaching struggle to cope with the increasing complexity and diversity of robot environments, as they heavily rely on the accuracy of physical models. In this paper, we introduce an innovative approach to robot arm motion control, inspired by the cognitive mechanism of inner rehearsal observed in humans. The core concept revolves around the robot's ability to predict or evaluate the outcomes of motion commands before execution. This approach enhances the learning efficiency of models and reduces the mechanical wear on robots caused by excessive physical executions. We conduct experiments using the Baxter robot in simulation and the humanoid robot PKU-HR6.0 II in a real environment to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of our proposed approach for robot arm reaching across different platforms. Background: This study aimed to evaluate the clinical significance of a novel immune and nutritional score combining prognostic values of the controlling nutritional status (CONUT) score and prognostic immune and nutritional index (PINI) on long-term outcomes in patients with upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) after radical nephroureterectomy (RNU). Methods: This study analyzed 437 consecutive patients with UTUC treated by RNU. Restricted cubic splines were used to visualize the relation of PINI with Survival in patients with UTUC. The PINI was stratified into low- (1) and high-PINI (0) categories. The CONUT score was divided into three groups: Normal (1), Light (2), and Moderate/severe (3). Subsequently, patients were grouped according to CONUT-PINI score (CPS) (CPS group 1; CPS group 2; CPS group 3; and CPS group 4). Survival curves were plotted using the Kaplan–Meier method and log-rank test. The Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to determine the risk factors associated with overall Survival (OS) and cancer-specific Survival (CSS). By comprising independent prognostic factors, a predictive nomogram was constructed. Results: PINI and CONUT score were identified as independent prognostic factors for OS and CSS. Kaplan–Meier survival analysis showed that the high CPS group was associated with worse OS and CSS than the low CPS group. Multivariate Cox regression and competing risk analyses showed that CPS, LVI, T stage, margin, and pN were independent factors associated with OS and CSS. Based on these five significant factors, we constructed a prognostic model for predicting clinical outcomes. The receiver operating characteristic curve indicated that the model had excellent predictive abilities for survival. The C-index of this model for OS and CSS were 0.773, and 0.789, respectively. The nomogram for OS and CSS showed good discrimination and calibration. Decision curve analysis (DCA) showed that this nomogram has a higher net benefit. Conclusion: The CPS combined the prognostic capacity of PINI and CONUT score and was able to predict patient outcomes in our cohort of UTUC patients. Background: Acquired radio-resistance and the undesired normal tissue radiation injuries seriously discount the therapeutic effect of lung cancer radiotherapy. In this study, we aimed to explore the role and potential mechanism of polydatin in simultaneously decreasing radioresistance and radiation injuries. Methods: The tumor-bearing model of nude mice was used to investigate the tumor inhibition of polydatin on lung cancer and its effect on radiosensitivity, and the effect of polydatin on B cell infiltration in cancerous tissue was investigated. In addition, we performed systemic radiotherapy on BABL/C mice and evaluated the protective effect of polydatin on radiation injury by the Kaplan–Meier survival curve. Moreover, the regulation of polydatin on proliferation and apoptosis of A549 cells was also investigated in vitro. Results: In this study, it is first found that polydatin inhibits the growth and promotes the radiosensitivity of lung cancer while reducing the radiation damage of the healthy tissue. Further, it is evidenced that the major mechanism relies on its regulation on body's immune function, and in particular, the inhibition of radiation-induced B cell infiltration in tumor tissue. Conclusion: These findings show that in addition to tumor inhibition, polydatin also promotes the sensitivity and reduces the adverse reactions of radiotherapy, making itself a promising candidate for boosting lung cancer radiotherapy efficacy. Two reversible furan–maleimide resins, in which there are rigid -Ph-CH2-Ph- structures and flexible -(CH2)6- structures in bismaleimides, were synthesized from furfuryl glycidyl ethers (FGE), 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA), N,N'-4,4′-diphenylmethane-bismaleimide (DBMI), and N,N′-hexamethylene-bismaleimide (HBMI). The structures of the resins were confirmed using Fourier transform infrared analysis, and the thermoreversibility was evidenced using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis, as well as the sol-gel transformation process. Mechanical properties and recyclability of the resins were preliminarily evaluated using the flexural test. The results show the Diels–Alder (DA) reaction occurs at about 90 °C and the reversible DA reaction occurs at 130–140 °C for the furan–maleimide resin. Thermally reversible furan–maleimide resins have high mechanical properties. The flexural strength of cured FGE-ODA-HBMI resin arrives at 141 MPa. The resins have a repair efficiency of over 75%. Background: Neuroblastoma is one of the common extracranial tumors in children (infants to 2 years), accounting for 8 ~ 10% of all malignant tumors. Few special drugs have been used for clinical treatment currently. At a low cocultured concentration (50 µg·mL− 1) of ginsenosides carbon nanodots, the inhibition rate and apoptosis rate of SH-SY5Y cells reached ~ 45.00% and ~ 59.66%. The in vivo experiments showed tumor volume and weight of mice in ginsenosides carbon nanodots group were ~ 49.81% and ~ 34.14% to mice in model group. Since ginsenosides were used as sole reactant, ginsenosides carbon nanodots showed low toxicity and good animal response. Conclusion: Low-cost ginsenosides carbon nanodots as a new type of nanomedicine with good curative effect and little toxicity show application prospects for clinical treatment of neuroblastoma. Background: Microbes constitute almost the entire biological community in subsurface groundwater and play an important role in ecological evolution and global biogeochemical cycles. Ecological baseline as a fundamental reference with less human interference has been investigated in surface ecosystems such as soils, rivers, and ocean, but the existence of groundwater microbial ecological baseline (GMEB) is still an open question so far. Results: Based on high-throughput sequencing information derived from national monitoring of 733 newly constructed wells, we find that bacterial communities in pristine groundwater exhibit a significant lateral diversity gradient and gradually approach the topsoil microbial latitudinal diversity gradient with decreasing burial depth of phreatic water. Among 74 phyla dominated by Proteobacteria in groundwater, Patescibacteria act as keystone taxa that harmonize microbes in shallower aquifers and accelerate decline in bacterial diversity with increasing well-depth. Decreasing habitat niche breadth with increasing well-depth suggests a general change in the relationship among key microbes from closer cooperation in shallow to stronger competition in deep groundwater. Unlike surface-water microbes, microbial communities in pristine groundwater are predominantly shaped by deterministic processes, potentially associated with nutrient sequestration under dark and anoxic environments in aquifers. Conclusions: By unveiling the biogeographic patterns and mechanisms controlling the community assembly of microbes in pristine groundwater throughout China, we firstly confirm the existence of GMEB in shallower aquifers and propose Groundwater Microbial Community Index (GMCI) to evaluate anthropogenic impact, which highlights the importance of GMEB in groundwater water security and health diagnosis. Purpose: This study aimed to investigate whether N6-methyladenosine (m6A)-related long non-coding RNAs (m6ARelncRNAs) could provide novel tools to predict overall survival of renal clear cell carcinoma. Methods: The transcriptomic data and clinical information of patients with renal clear cell carcinoma from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) were analysed. Distinct m6A modification patterns were systemically analysed via consensus clustering analysis. An m6ARelncRNA signature was constructed in the training cohort using the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) analysis and validated in the test cohort. Potential predictive accuracy of the signature was further assessed via Kaplan–Meier survival, univariate and multivariate Cox regression and subgroup analyses. The Tumour Immune Dysfunction and Exclusion (TIDE) algorithm was used to investigate the role of m6ARelncRNAs in guiding immunotherapy for patients with renal carcinoma. Results: An m6ARelncRNA signature based on only six lncRNAs was successfully constructed. The high-risk group derived from this signature had significantly poorer overall survival in both training and test cohorts (p < 0.001). Independent prognostic analysis further revealed that m6ARelncRNA risk (p < 0.01) was an independent risk factor for survival outcomes of renal carcinoma. TIDE algorithm revealed that immunotherapy response was poorer in the high-risk group than in the low-risk group. Drug sensitivity analysis based on IC50 revealed that high-risk patients were potentially sensitive to various anti-tumour drugs, including bortezomib, cisplatin, docetaxel, etoposide and sunitinib. Background: Yungui Plateau in Southwest China is characterized by multi-language and multi-ethnic communities and is one of the regions with the wealthiest ethnolinguistic, cultural and genetic diversity in East Asia. There are numerous Tai-Kadai (TK)-speaking populations, but their detailed evolutionary history and biological adaptations are still unclear. Results: Here, we genotyped genome-wide SNP data of 77 unrelated TK-speaking Zhuang and Dong individuals from the Yungui Plateau and explored their detailed admixture history and adaptive features using clustering patterns, allele frequency differentiation and sharing haplotype patterns. TK-speaking Zhuang and Dong people in Guizhou are closely related to geographically close TK and Hmong-Mien (HM)-speaking populations. Besides, we identified that Guizhou TK-speaking people have a close genetic relationship with Austronesian (AN)-speaking Atayal and Paiwan people, which is supported by the common origin of the ancient Baiyue tribe. We additionally found subtle genetic differences among the newly studied TK people and previously reported Dais via the fine-scale genetic substructure analysis based on the shared haplotype chunks. Finally, we identified specific selection candidate signatures associated with several essential human immune systems and neurological disorders, which could provide evolutionary evidence for the allele frequency distribution pattern of genetic risk loci. Conclusions: Our comprehensive genetic characterization of TK people suggested the strong genetic affinity within TK groups and extensive gene flow with geographically close HM and Han people. We also provided genetic evidence that supported the common origin hypothesis of TK and AN people. The best-fitted admixture models further suggested that ancestral sources from northern millet farmers and southern inland and coastal people contributed to the formation of the gene pool of the Zhuang and Dong people. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the characteristics of the gut microbiota in Chinese patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and healthy controls in Quanzhou aiming to explore the correlation between microbiome changes and AS activities. Patients and methods: In this study, high-throughput sequencing of the gene of 16S ribosomal RNA (16S rRNA) in fecal samples from 40 AS patients and 40 healthy controls, for a total of 80 participants (70 males, 10 females; mean age 33.7±10.7 years; range, 15 to 58 years), was conducted between January 2018 and January 2019. Alpha and beta diversity were analyzed using the QIIME (Quantitative Insights Into Microbial Ecology) software, and differences were analyzed using Student's t-test, linear discriminant analysis coupled with effect size and Metastats. Finally, a correlation network was constructed using Pearson's analysis. Results: The alpha index values of the AS group were not significantly different from those of the control group. At the genus level, eight genera, Ruminiclostridium_9, Fusicatenibacter, Adlercreutzia, CAG-56, Intestinimonas, Lachnospira, Bacteroides, and Pseudoflavonifractor, were significantly enriched in patients with AS, whereas the abundance of uncultured_bacterium_f_Saccharimonadaceae, Prevotella_7, uncultured_bacterium_f_ Enterobacteriaceae, Cronobacter, Prevotellaceae_NK3B31_group, and Weissella were significantly decreased in patients with AS. In addition, diseaserelated gut microbial communities were detected in patients with AS.
