Purpose: In the present study, we aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of camrelizumab combined with oxaliplatin plus S‐1 in patients with resectable gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer. Methods: In this single‐arm, phase II clinical trial, patients with locally advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma were enrolled to receive three cycles of neoadjuvant camrelizumab and oxaliplatin plus S‐1 every 3 weeks, followed by surgical resection and adjuvant therapy with the same regimen. The primary endpoint was pathological complete response (pCR) (ypT0) rate and secondary endpoints were R0 resection rate, total pCR (tpCR, ypT0N0) rate, major pathological response (MPR) rate, downstaging, objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), event‐free survival (EFS), overall survival (OS), and safety. Results: Between September, 2020 and January, 2022, a total of 29 patients were enrolled in the present study, all of whom completed neoadjuvant therapy and underwent surgery. Three (10.3%) (95% CI: 2.2–27.4) patients achieved pCR as well as tpCR, 20 (69.0%) patients had MPR and 28 (96.6%) patients achieved R0 resection. Treatment‐emergent adverse events (AEs) of any grade were observed in 24 (82.8%) patients. Immune‐related adverse events of any grade were reported in 13 (44.8%) patients, whereas no grade 3 or higher adverse events occurred. Conclusion: The neoadjuvant therapy with camrelizumab in combination with oxaliplatin and S‐1 showed a modest pCR rate, and favorable MPR rate and safety profile in patients with gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer. We introduce a new order, the so-called q -larger order, and show that under certain conditions, the q -larger order between the scale vectors can imply the likelihood ratio order of parallel systems. It has been already noticed that the classical Greenwood formula may not be an unbiased estimator for the variance of the Kaplan–Meier Product Limit estimator (PLE). However, a rigorous proof for such a suggestion has not been available. In this paper, we investigate some small-sample properties of the PLE and show that the Greenwood formula strictly underestimates the variance of the PLE. The simple weighted estimator of the survival function of quality adjusted lifetime is a consistent estimator and a proper survival function. It is considerably less efficient than many estimators that are not monotonic and therefore are not proper survival functions. The non monotonic estimators can be modified to be monotonic, but additional work is required to determine the effect of the modification on their consistency and efficiency. As a prelude to the main results, we introduce a new non monotonic estimator and study the positive and negative mass jump points of three estimators. This article proposes several classes of monotonic estimators for the survival function of quality adjusted life. All proposed estimators are shown to be consistent. The bivariate exponential (BVE) model, defined and explained by Marshall and Olkin (Marshall, A.W. and Olkin, I., 1967, J. Am. Stat. Assoc., 62, 30-44.), is a well-motivated model derived from practical failure process. Edwardes (Edwardes, M.D., 1993, Stat Prob. Lett., 17, 415-419.) further studied BVE model and proved that under BVE model, Kendall's τ and correlation coefficient are equal. In this article, a more general bivariate model, referred to as bivariate homogeneous shock (BHS) model, is introduced and some of its dependency measures are investigated. Despite the singularity feature of BHS model, these dependency measures are found to be of simple forms with mathematical elegance.
