Abstract

The article presents a study of the non-peptidic small molecule TBC3486 alternative α4 inhibitor. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) (LAX7R) cells and murine calvaria-derived OP9 stromal cells were co-cultured which permit in vitro studies to study human leukemia drug sensitivity. TBC3486 with vincristine, dexamethasone, L-asparaginase (VDL) treatment lessened the cell viability of human leukemia LAX7R, SFO3 and ICN3.
