The concept of sustainable tourism development is derived from sustainable development. Building tourism with the framework of sustainable development has become a necessary effective way. This study examined the abstracts and titles of 1783 sustainable development and 692 sustainable tourism development related papers from 2012 to 2021 as textual data sources through the Web of Science core database. Using text mining and semantic network as analysis methods, this paper summarizes eight main clusters of sustainable development and sustainable tourism development in the past 10 years. Based on this, this paper compares the differences between the two researches and explores four potential research areas in sustainable tourism development: (1) threats to sustainability; (2) ecology and health; (3) stakeholder cooperation and roles; and (4) tourism development planning. In addition, the visual network knowledge structure intuitively captures the relationship between the different keywords in the clustering, which provides an important reference value for broadening the future research direction of sustainable tourism development. Accordingly, the abstract of 110 papers related to overtourism from 2018 to 2021 was reviewed through text mining using Python. Afterwards, clusters derived through semantic network analysis were found to be Positive/Negative Impact of Tourism Development , Economic Causes , Efforts for Sustainability ," and Necessity of Policy. Through this, it was intended to present countermeasures against overtourism and directions for establishing policies. In addition, by deriving the main keywords for each cluster, basic data that can examine the relationship between overtourism phenomena in more detail were provided and contributed to the literature. This study explores the antecedents and consequences of environmental, social and governance (ESG) execution in the case of Starbucks. Eco-friendliness, quarantining, food healthiness, and ethical governance are the elements of ESG implementation. The antecedents are hygiene, food healthiness, and the use of organic ingredients. The ESG execution attributes explained in this study are brand trust and repurchase intentions. Survey participants were recruited using Amazon Mechanical Turk to collect US market data. The resulting number of observations for the data analysis was 438. Structural equation modeling was used for statistical inference. The results indicate that food healthiness is positively influenced by hygiene and perceptions of organic food use. Brand trust is positively affected by eco-friendliness, quarantining, food healthiness, and ethical governance. Moreover, quarantining and brand trust positively impact repurchase intentions. Purpose: This study explores food delivery app users and technology acceptance model as a theoretical underpinning. This study thus investigated the determinants of usefulness, ease of use and intention to use for food delivery app service. Design/methodology/approach: The variables of delivery time, diverse menu, quarantine, review quality and ease of use are employed as determinants of usefulness. The antecedents of ease of use are easy registration and easy payment. This study also examined the association between ease of use, usefulness and intention to use. This study collected data using Amazon Mechanical Turk, and the number of valid observations for statistical analysis was 484. A structural equation model was used to test the hypotheses. Findings: Regarding the results, usefulness was positively affected by delivery time, quarantine, review quality and ease of use. Additionally, ease of use was positively impacted by easy registration and easy payment. Finally, this study showed that ease of use positively affects both usefulness and intention to use, and usefulness is positively associated with intention to use. Using indigenous minorities in Xijian Miao Village in China as a case research, this research examined how residents' perceptions of tourism development could influence their affective commitment, altruistic behavior, and civic virtue. A total of 449 residents took part in the survey. Using structural equation modeling (SEM), this study found that affective commitment was significantly influenced by perceptions of tourism development. It also found that altruistic behavior and civic virtue had a positive relationship with residents' affective commitment. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
