We perform the experimental investigation of the specific features of deformation of a straight segment of a Du-200 pipeline made of 20 steel under the conditions of cyclic loading by internal pressure. The tests were carried out on a pneumohydraulic test bench under the conditions close to the plane stressed state with recording circular and axial elastoplastic deformations. The experimental program includes the application of block cyclic loading of a pipe with variable amplitudes and a constant average stress in a cycle. The stress-strain diagrams are obtained for the case of cyclic creep (ratcheting) of the pipe in the circular and axial directions after 100 cycles in each of the three blocks of loading. It is shown that an increase in the loading amplitude (as compared with the load applied in the previous block) strengthens the effect of cyclic creep. Moreover, as a result of returning to the lower level of loading, this effect is neutralized. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
