Despite the many counselling theories that have been developed thus far, none sufficiently capture and facilitate a complex understanding of existence and the purpose of human life with respect to humans and their relationship with the creator. Thus, religious counselling theory offers a solution to overcome these shortcomings. This research was conducted in Indonesia with the aim of producing a comprehensive religious counselling theory. The theory resulting from this study includes the basic assumptions of religious counselling, its key concepts and, objectives, the process or relationship of religious counselling, its approaches, techniques, and procedures, as well as its main applications. This study also addresses the limitations and contributions of religious counselling theory, and the attitudes and personality of counsellors from the perspective of religious counselling. This article explores Quebec's recent transition from the "Ethics and Religious Culture" (ERC) program to the "Culture and Citizenship in Quebec" (CCQ) program, emphasizing the role of religious literacy in secular societies. We investigate the rationale behind the shift, and examine the ERC's focus on fostering understanding of diverse religious and ethical perspectives as well as CCQ's broader mandate to integrate cultural and civic education and its aim at the development of a shared and common public Quebecois culture. The case study highlights the pedagogical and societal implications of this change, discussing how the CCQ program aims to enhance civic engagement, cultural awareness, and social cohesion. Furthermore, the article identifies opportunities for educators to address pressing global challenges, such as polarization, reconciliation, and the climate crisis, within the new curriculum framework. By promoting critical thinking, inclusivity, and active citizenship, fostering religious literacy in such programs presents a unique opportunity for educators and youth to contribute to a more resilient and harmonious society. Aim: This study was conducted to examine the mediating role of psychological resilience in the effect of strength of religious faith on coping with stress in people with type 2 diabetes. Design: This study has a cross‐sectional descriptive‐analytical study. Methods: It was conducted with 184 people with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to a family health centre in Erzurum, the east of Turkey. The data were collected by using the 'Santa Clara Strength of Religious Faith Questionnaire', 'Brief Resilience Scale (BRS)' and 'Scale of Ways of Coping With Stress (SWCS)'. The study was reported by following the STROBE recommendations. Structural equation modelling and bootstrapping method were used to analyse the data. This study was reported following the STROBE recommendations. Results: In the study, according to the model, the direct effect of strength of religious faith on SWCS (β = 0.564; p < 0.01) and BRS (β = 0.545; p < 0.01) was moderate, positive and significant. In addition, the effect of resilience on coping with stress (β = 0.320; p < 0.01) was also found to be moderate, positive and significant. The total effect of strength of religious faith on coping with stress mediated by resilience (β = 0.738; p < 0.01) was found to be highly positive and significant. The model explains 61.7% of the variance in coping with stress. Fit index values according to the model were found as χ2 = 2368.02, df: 980, χ2/df 2.368, RMSEA 0.088, CFI 0.773, TLI 0.760 and SRMR 0.083. It was found that strength of religious faith had a positive effect on coping with stress in people with type‐2 diabetes, and this effect was strengthened by the mediating role of psychological resilience. Patient or Public Contribution: This study shows the effect of religious belief and psychological resilience in increasing the coping skills of people with type‐2 diabetes. Papua, Indonesia, is a region of cultural and religious diversity. However, in facing social challenges, the development of youth character has become a critical issue. The Research and Development Centre for Religion, Ministry of Religious Affairs, Republic of Indonesia, conducted a survey of secondary schools. In 2021, the high school student index in Papua Province was below the national average. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship and level of correlation between religiosity and integrity among youth in Papua. We employed Christian biblical figures as models to illustrate their methods of developing and maintaining moral and ethical attributes. The method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive and correlational techniques. The findings indicate a significant positive correlation (0.629) between the religious dimension and the integrity dimension. This demonstrates a strong relationship between these two dimensions. The conclusion of this study essentially implies that there is a beneficial and strong relationship between religious discipline and integrity. Current trends within both religious and secular communities suggest that contemporary times mean that people spend more time alone than with others. Community engagement in general has been declining, while religious and spiritual community engagement in particular has dropped off significantly in recent decades, and most especially following the COVID-19 global pandemic. Although humans are social beings and benefit from community engagement, we tend to avoid or minimize our affiliations and associations, including our religious and spiritual ones today. Religious and spiritual communities must adapt to changing times or risk becoming irrelevant, diminishing further, and losing their sustainability to continue with their activities and services. Religious communities might wish to consider the best state-of-the-art evidence-based practices to engage their members, as well as appeal to those who might be interested in joining with them. There are many mental and physical health benefits to active engagement with spiritual religious practices and communities. Religious tourism is one of the oldest forms of mobility for travel. This study aims at validating the motivational dimensions of demand in religious tourism. The present research was carried out with tourists who had attended the pilgrimage of the Virgin of Montserrat in the city of Montecristi (Ecuador), an important tourist destination that stands out for its culture and intangible heritage. This quantitative study had a sample of 298 valid questionnaires that were analyzed through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The results identified five motivational dimensions: experience belief, experience religion, social exploration, escape, and shopping. The results will serve as a guide for private companies to develop products from religious tourism. Since the founding of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, the Minang people have played a significant role and contributed to building and fulfilling the independence of the Unitary State. However, in the last few decades, the position of the Minang people has faded in the national arena, both in the fields of education, religion, politics, economics, and other fields. Therefore, these roles and contributions need to be realized again, but producing figures with strengths in specific fields is challenging. Based on several existing theories, education is a strategic step in building competent individuals. In line with that, this article will analyze how innovative planning and development of religious education is based on local wisdom as an effort to mambangkik Batang Tarandam. The research was carried out using library research. Namely, data was collected from various books and articles published by multiple publishers. The data was analyzed using comparative techniques. For example, the researcher conducted a study by comparing several opinions to find the researcher's statement. The results of the analysis conclude that religious education based on local wisdom can potentially help develop Batang Tarandam. During a 2-year period, the depictions of religious figures and their interactions with secular individuals in urban daily life became an integral feature of Turkish soap operas that gained popularity in the world after the 1990s. While previous studies have explored the portrayal of various actors in them in terms of age, gender, socio-economic status, and historical perspectives, there is a lack of analysis regarding the interaction between secular and religious urban representations. This research aims to investigate the differences in everyday cosmopolitan perspectives in terms of spatiality and temporality between the two groups. To examine this, the soap opera Kızılcık Şerbeti (One Love) was analysed. Research has shown that when two groups develop their identities in opposition to one another, it leads to the emergence of different temporal and spatial dimensions within the same urban setting. While it seems unfeasible to reconcile the daily routines of both groups in the same place, age, gender, education, and class make negotiation possible in shared spaces. This draws attention to the intersectional approach rather than the binary positions of identities in the placemaking process. The main contribution of this research is to integrate religion, which has been forgotten in human geography, into geographical and sociological discussions by focusing on an intersectional approach in an urban context. The uniqueness of each place needs to be preserved; therefore, this research will explore determining the relationship between the physical and social aspects that create the sense of place. The focus was on two corridors functioning as the primary access to the Grand Mosque of Kampong Ampel and the nodes of the religious and commercial area of Surabaya City, Indonesia. One hundred visitors in each corridor, 200 respondents in total, were surveyed, and data were collected using questionnaires, documentation processes, and interviews with local visitors and pilgrims and analyzed with the multiple linear regression method. The independent variables used were physical and social aspects, while the dependent variable was the sense of place. The results showed that, on average, both physical and social aspects contributed almost the same values to the sense of place in the researched areas. The aspects of the first corridor at the Grand Mosque were found to provide a medium relationship estimated to be 55.0%. In contrast, the second corridor at the Ampel Suci had a higher result, approximately 58.6%, with the social aspect discovered to be higher than the physical aspects of the sense of place. The summary shows that the two corridors have an averagely influence the concept of a sense of place. Based on the finding in this study, it is recommended that both corridors preserve the physical and social aspects of the sense of place, while others should be improved. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In the present descriptive study, we aimed to examine the relationship between the levels of religious attitude, compassion and spiritual care perception among nursing students. Data were obtained from 135 nursing students using the Socio-Demographic Diagnosis Form, the Ok-Religious Attitude Scale, the Compassion Scale, and the Spiritual Care-Giving Scale. The data were analyzed using the Kruskal–Wallis H test, the Spearman correlation test, and the Mann–Whitney U test. A positive correlation was found between the scores of the Ok-religious attitude scale and cognition sub-dimension, emotion sub-dimension, behavior sub-dimension, god sub-dimension and compassion scale and spiritual care-giving scale scores. Furthermore, we observed that some socio-demographic, and nursing profession and spiritual care characteristics of the students affected their religious attitudes, compassion and spiritual care perception. The sub-dimension scores of compassion and awareness of sharing among female students and the mindfulness scores of students with nuclear families were high. Our data suggest that the course contents for spiritual care, which is an integral part of holistic nursing care, should be included in the nursing curriculum. Moreover, we recommend that efforts be made to maintain a high level of compassion while considering the socio-demographics of the students and their opinions on the nursing profession. Finally, the data presented here has the potential to serve as a valuable resource for the development of novel approaches to the provision of spiritual care within nursing education programs. Religion, as an inherent part of individuals' identity, is intricately interwoven into the fabric of their lives, shaping their values, beliefs, knowledge, attitudes, and practices, and influencing their interactions within the broader societal context. With this, the study guided by a descriptive research design and a quantitative research approach aimed to investigate people’s perspectives towards selected practices that go against Catholicism in the Philippines being the only catholic country in Asia and the third largest in the world. A survey was conducted among Catholic Filipinos, and the results revealed that the majority do not adhere to all the teachings and beliefs of Catholicism. Despite being the dominant religion in the country, the practice has become selective. Mostdonot see cohabitation, extramarital sex,the punishment of death penalty for heinous crimes, and premarital sex as unfavorable, despite being sins in Catholicism. However, they had a negative perspective towards prostitution. The study also found that younger, male, and single individuals tend to be more accepting of cohabitation, premarital sex, and extramarital affairs. The study suggests that there is a need for the Catholic Church to reassess its teachings and find ways to better connect with the younger generation, while addressing the issue of selective adherence to its principles. This study proposes and analyzes a deterministic mathematical model to describe the dynamics of corruption transmission. We began by proving that the solution to the model is bounded and positive. The next-generation matrix approach is used to compute the basic reproduction number (TZQ) in relation to corruption-free equilibrium. The Jacobian and Lyapunov functions are used to show that corruption-free equilibrium is asymptotically stable in both locally and globally when TZQ < 1, and otherwise, an endemic corruption equilibrium develops. Furthermore, the sensitivity of the model's parameters was investigated. The findings demonstrate that religious precepts govern public education. The two sectors most susceptible to corruption controlare education and corrections. The study recommends investing more in the provision of public education to citizens by creating awareness among all and including it in the education curriculum and religious leaders to teach their followers seriously about the impact of corruption as well as the use of jail as punishment. The following pages represent an endeavor to explain why Dewey’s understanding of democracy, education, and religion implies great relevance for understanding the present ArabIslamic crisis. The historicism of Abdallah Laroui, the social theory of Hisham Sharabi, and the political anthropology of Abdellah Hammoudi emphasize that the persistence of political authoritarianism in the Arab world reflects a malaise in the culture or society and above all a crisis of education — an education that remains patriarchal or neo-patriarchal, emphasizing the communal and undermining the individual. The thinkers mentioned above explain that a reform of Demos cannot come about without a reform of Culture. This is another reason John Dewey’s meditations on democracy and education, or democracy as a way of life, are of great importance for today’s Arab societies. Basically, this paper deals with the relevance of Dewey’s work and shows why we cannot achieve a democratic transition without a cultural transition, which includes an education strategy regarding democracy. Science learning today refers to the STEM approach from both primary education to higher education. Teaching materials are the second important part besides the role of creative and innovative teachers in the learning process. Teaching materials are used as learning resources that can be created and developed by the teacher according to the characteristics and needs of students and integrate other disciplines and values in it. The integration of several disciplines has a significant impact on learning outcomes. This study aims to understand the teacher's perception of the need for STEM-PjBL-based digital teaching materials integrated with local religion and wisdom. This research is the basis of development research conducted to develop digital science teaching materials based on STEM-PjBL integrated with religion and local wisdom. Respondents who participated in this study were 101 teachers from various islands in Indonesia. The technique used is a questionnaire by filling out ten questions on the questionnaire distributed via google form. The results showed that the teaching materials used by teachers in teaching science 55.45% came from the government in the form of teacher-student handbooks. The rest of the teachers use teaching materials sourced from publishers (39.60%) the rest use sources from the internet. There has not been found data on teachers using their own teaching materials or collaborating with the Teacher Working Group. While learning science as a whole without integrating other disciplines is 8.91%. Only 25.74% of teachers integrate technology and machines. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Religiosity is the attitude and behavior of a person who is obedient in carrying out the teachings of the religion they adhere to. It is inherent in the person, fostering tolerance and harmony with followers of other religions. It serves as a reflection of their obedience to the teachings of the religion they follow. This research aims to determine how teachers perceive implementing religious character education in elementary schools. This type of research employs a descriptive qualitative method. The results of this research indicate the implementation of religious character education in elementary schools, achieved by integrating religious values into the school curriculum. In addition, schools conduct spiritual activities, and teachers serve as role models by exemplifying positive behaviors such as doing good deeds, helping others, maintaining discipline, and engaging in religious activities. Background: Understanding of the material of the book is difficult, it is not surprising to question whether the understanding of the material has become neglected. Therefore, the religious understanding of students must be developed by the ustāẓ in the Islamic boarding school through the learning process. This can be done using the formulation of the discovery learning model which contains a comprehensive learning procedure design. Purpose: This study aims to determine the application of the discovery learning model, and the religious understanding of students using discovery learning and non-discovery learning models, as well as increasing the religious understanding of students after using discovery learning and non-discovery learning models in Class 1 Aliyah Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School and Al-Mukhtariyah Islamic Boarding School West Bandung Method: The research approach used is an experimental study with a quasiexperimental type in the form of a nonequivalent pre-test and post-test control group design. The research population was students of Class 1 Aliyah Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School and Al-Mukhtariyah Islamic Boarding School, West Bandung with a sample of 106 students consisting of experimental and control classes. The research instrument used was a 38-item questionnaire, providing 20 multiple-choice questions and 5 description questions. Data were analyzed using statistical tests Results: The results of the research show that the discovery learning model is very suitable to be applied to the Al-Taufīq Sulam Book lesson, at the Darul Falah Islamic boarding school it got an average score of 93.65% which shows a very good interpretation value, and at the Al-Mukhtariyah Islamic boarding school, it got an average score of 93.65%. an average of 90.42% which shows a very good interpretation value. The religious understanding of students using the discovery learning model at the Darul Falah Islamic boarding school is at high criteria with an average pretest score of 52.39 and posttest 82.85 which has increased by 30.46%, at Al-Mukhtariyah Islamic boarding school it is at sufficient criteria. The average pretest score was 43.57 and posttest 75.87, which was an increase of 32.3%. Conclusion: Meanwhile, non-discovery learning at the Darul Falah Islamic boarding school is at sufficient criteria with an average pretest score of 58.44 and posttest of 70.22, an increase of 11.78%, at the Al-Mukhtariyah Islamic boarding school it is at sufficient criteria with an average score -average pretest 51.22 and posttest 60.65, an increase of 9.43% [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This research aims to examine the dynamic meaning of ’the best interests of the child’ in Indonesia’s phenomenon of marrying unwanted pregnant girls. Using normative legal research, the data compiled on the parent’s reason and the judges’ considerations in granting child marriage at Wonosari Religious Court in four latest years (2019-2022). The results indicate that parents and partners tend to propose child marriage dispensation rather than preventing it, in case the partner is already pregnant. The primary reasons of the parent, such as religious principles, protecting the fetus, and the family’s good name, dominantly color the meaning of ’the best interest of the child’. These reasons were well supported by the judges.. In the midst of the Corona virus pandemic, pilgrims cannot perform their pilgrimage. Places with multiple temples remain without pilgrims. Three different temples, such as the Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, Bhadra Maruti Mandir and Kachner Chintamani Parashwanath Jain Temple, have been studied empirically. Data on tourism and pilgrimages were also collected. During the first six months of the pandemic, religious tourism and temple pilgrimages fell by 85.95 percent. Temples in the Aurangabad area were closed for a few months around the time of the pandemic. The pandemic is affecting pilgrimage, so the number of pilgrims has decreased over the past ten years. There were other changes in the motives for expeditions to selected temples. Temple guardians and pilgrimage organizers ensure the safety of the pilgrims and the temple itself. The temples of Aurangabad have encouraged pilgrims through online prayer services, spiritual pilgrimages and virtual pilgrimages to strengthen their ties with temples, which shows how pilgrimages and religious tourism have developed. In her recent book, Kierkegaard and Religion: Personality, Character, and Virtue, Sylvia Walsh argues that Kierkegaard is not a virtue ethicist in the most common senses associated with eudaimonism, which he understands as enlightened self-interest. However, recent disputes about whether the aspects of "character" that Kierkegaard praises are virtues rely partly on whether the "ethical stage" in Kierkegaard's moral psychology remains important within Christian faith, even when most strictly conceived in his late works. This in turn depends on how we understand the difficult works–grace relation in Kierkegaard's conception of Christian faith. In this essay, I argue that the ethical existence sphere remains important even though, in works like Practice in Christianity and Judge for Yourself!, Kierkegaard argues that Christian faith is not a mere outgrowth or natural "development" of ethical earnestness or care—hardening the break with immanence that he introduced in earlier works. While he emphasizes a total transformation, a break from natural moral consciousness, and describes Christian qualities as a reversal of ordinary human expectations, there remains an underlying continuity with the attitudes and stances constitutive of the ethical and religiousness A (as existence spheres). This becomes visible when we identify three aspects found across the aesthetic, ethical, and Christian religious versions of major concepts in Kierkegaard's work, including positive character terms. I use "sobriety" as discussed in Judge for Yourself! as my main example. This analysis confirms several important points advanced by Lee Barrett on the works–grace relation. The paradoxical standoff between ethical effort and grace is bridged to some extent by the continuing significance of the ethical "sphere" as a part of the "religious", even in Kierkegaard's late works and journal entries. Religious tourism is not a new phenomenon or new practice. It has recently received considerable attention in both academia and the public at large. However, even though Ethiopia is endowed with a variety of religious tourism activities, its contemporary issues, and future prospects haven't been utilised, outlined and managed. In the Amhara region, in the South Gondar zone, Tana Chirkos and Kirstos Semra are among the outstanding sites where lots of religious travellers are going and religious tourism activities are held. Thus, this study stands with the general objective of investigating the issues and future prospects of religious tourism development at Tana Chirkos and Kirstos Semra. To study this, a descriptive design is employed. Respondents were selected using the non-probability sampling method through convenience and purposive sampling methods and content analysis was undertaken. The findings prove that acculturation and modernisation, looting and elicit trafficking problems, dependability, poor management ability, and commercialisation are current issues whereas increasing the level of awareness, widespread institutions, government policies, untouched treasures at the sites, and technology advancement are future prospects. The objective of this research is to present the primary results of a study on generations and generational relationships in Braga, Portugal, specifically in the spheres of family, school, work, leisure and consumption, and religion. For this purpose, three generational cohorts were differentiated, belonging to those born in the decades 1940–1950, 1965–1975, and 1990–2000. This work will focus on the first of these generations, 1940–1950. To carry out this research, each generation was structured based on gender and social class, and qualitative (Life Stories) and quantitative (questionnaires) techniques were used. We started from the hypotheses suggested by previous research (blinded for review) and confirmed by the one being developed that it is possible to observe certain generational connections, despite the divisions related to gender and social class that exist within them (a division that gains greater visibility in the qualitative dimension), and that relationships between generations cannot be approached from theoretical models based on mere reproduction or opposition. Instead, we must grasp these relationships through more complex and dynamic processes, through which they will reconfigure and rework what is transmitted and what is received by each generation, resulting in a unique outcome that will be explored in this work. The religious dimension, which was previously a naturally assumed and lived tradition, ceased to be recognised as an identity determinant by the younger generations. As a result, the cultural heritage is no longer passed down as tradition. In this sense, there is a whole "integral ecology" (LS 159), in its broadest sense, recovering that is capable of cementing principles and values that unite generations and give meaning to life. To carry out this research, a theoretical and analytical framework has been established based on the following dimensions: transmissions (concerning the narratives and the people who appear as their referents); temporalities that articulate both the relationships within each generation and between generations; spaces, structures, and rituals that make up and give meaning to the transmissions; recognised debts, obligations, and interdependencies; expectations and achievements; and tensions between the expected and the achieved. Whistling was one of the early auditory and ideographic means of humans. As a unique cultural phenomenon, whistling had been spreading in China for a long time, and was once called 'xiao'. It had even become an early religious magic and a way of keeping fit for alchemists and Taoists. This study will further elaborate that as a primitive form of musical expression, whistling has unique significance in its development process. Whistling is a casual and joyful art of music, and this pleasure comes from the pursuit of the spiritual realm triggered by whistling. On the one hand, whistling has the function of expressing personal emotions and lifting the mood; on the other hand, it can create a realm that is the unity of heaven and humanity. The development of information technology in the digital era has resulted in various changes in human life. The ease of internet access makes it easy for children to access various shows, which can affect their development. Schools and parents have an important role in managing student character. One of the main characteristics that students must have is a religious character. This study aimed to determine the management of character education in the digital era, which schools and parents can carry out, and the collaborative role of schools and parents in character education management. By employing the library method, this study analyzed as many as 40 articles per research objective to obtain the appropriate formulation. The results showed that character education in the digital era has several opportunities and challenges. Religious character education in the digital era can be carried out by schools, for example, through learning, extracurriculars, school programs, and habituation. Parents also play an important role in character education by supervising, educating, and setting an example. Parents can collaborate with schools in character education management by participating in the management process. The principal plays a crucial role in the collaborative process between parents and schools. Based on the discussion that has been carried out, it can be interpreted that the management of character education in the digital era of collaboration between schools and parents can be carried out by involving parents in managing character education, where the principal plays an essential role. One of the impacts of global warming is that it occurs due to an imbalance in natural systems and does not occur by itself. Humans, as the bearers of the mandate to care for the earth, are responsible for non-natural changes on earth. This literature review aims to determine the factors that influence changes in human thinking and behavior in responding to climate change as a result of human behavior, taking into account the factors of adherence to local wisdom, leader policies, and religious intervention. Themethod used was the library research approach. This method explores deeply through documents, journals, books, and others. The data in this study were obtained from library materials. This literature study discusses global warming and its causes from the perspectives of natural, social, and religious sciences. First, to preserve the environment and to remember the human mandate to maintain this grace of Allah that needs to be inherited as a culture of clean and healthy living. Second, human behavior is also influenced by social factors. Third, the legality factor from the government and religious fatwas with the issuance of various decrees related to environmental control is certainly a reinforcement. To assess the prevalence of positive religious coping and associated factors among people with severe mental illness attending outpatient service at Felege Hiwot Comprehensive Specialized Hospital, Bahir Dar, northwest Ethiopia, 2021.Methods: A cross-sectional institution-based study was conducted and systematic random sampling was applied to select participants. Data were collected through a face-to-face interview. The collected data were entered into EpiData version 3.1 and exported to SPSS version 20 for processing and analysis. Multivariable logistic regression was used to identify independent factors associated with religious coping. P-value < 0.05 was declared a statistically significant association with a 95% confidence interval.Results: The prevalence of positive religious coping among severe mental illness was 72.4% (95% CI= 68.2, 76.4). Having no comorbid medical illness, good quality of life, good medication adherence, and mild subjective severity scale were associated with positive religious coping.Conclusion: The magnitude of positive religious coping among severe mental illness was relatively high. Not having a comorbid medical illness, good medication adherence, good quality of life, and mild subjective severity scale were factors associated with it. Patients report different factors that affect practicing positive religious coping factors. In the other direction, positive religious coping was reported to contribute to symptom alleviating and increasing a sense of well-being. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aims to reveal the phenomenon of cyberbullying in Indonesia targeted group of people and its legal impact based on pragmatics analysis. It mainly focused on issues that are related with ethnicity, religion, race, and intergroup on social media activities. The lingual data are the expressions by defendants on social media. They were collected from the copies of six court verdicts for such cases that have been settled between 2018 and 2020. The study employed a qualitative method with a forensic linguistic approach as a framework to reveal, trace, and show the phenomenon of cyberbullying on social media and the legal impact caused by the action. The results show that cyberbullying on social media in Indonesia not only targets individuals but it also targets certain group of people. Based on the pragmatics analysis, the illocutionary speech acts by defendants includes expressive, directive, assertive, and commissive. The utterances of cyberbullying aim to insult, humiliate, harass, slander, threaten/warn, accuse, and spread hatred on certain groups of community based on Ethnicity, Religious, Racial, and Primordial issues. The legal implication of cyberbullying is that the defendants can be charged based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia, Article 28 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 45A paragraph (2) Law Number 19 of 2016 on Information and Electronic Transactions. The article begins by considering priesthood as a family pastoral care vocation in the local Catholic Church, South Africa. For most priests the priesthood is the superlative gift, a particular calling to participate in the mystery of Christ, a calling which confers on priests the inspiring possibility of speaking and acting in God's holy name. Pope John Paul II stated that the church prays continuously for new priestly callings and celebrates at the increase in such vocations. Priest make promises relating to the sacrament of the priesthood and these all have great implications. What is essentially in the balance is the word priests ultimately give to Jesus Christ himself. Loyalty to the vocation builds up the holy church, and when there is an act of unfaithfulness this indeed a painful wound to the mystical body of Our Lord. This work deliberates upon the vocation of the priesthood as a career, and it briefly examines and assesses the challenges encountered in promoting the priestly vocation. This includes the manageable number of young people who decide to become priests. Various causes are linked, such as for example the departure from the spiritual life, the disappointment of the missionaries, the induction of young men, the need for participation and commitment. It's an issue that requires important internal and external collaboration. A critical analysis of the social milieu of local South African Catholic Church serves as a methodology. This paper analyzes the social processes that have led to the consolidation of a technocratic secular order and the type of cultural struggle that has made this possible. To this end, it first proposes a reconstruction of the technocratic consciousness in the course of the secularization process that culminates in the technological determinism or technological solutionism of the social present; then, the analysis focuses on the neo-immanentist tendency of techno-functionalism, in which the secular context and the text of secularization become one and deplete a social explanation; thirdly, it reflects on and deals with the open nature of secular life, in which context does not determine social texts (inter-actions) and opens the way to the existence of different life options that compete with each other and even turn on—rebel against—institutional design. This reflection, then, focuses on the specific features of the culture wars in Western Judeo-Christian culture and its globalizing tendency. This article focuses on the variety of ways pious Muslim women exercise their agency to navigate between religion, gender, and human rights in the dynamic post-Soviet Baltic societies. It shows that these women primarily find agency not in human rights but in Islam as a religion that provides instruction on aspects of life related to human rights. They are empowered as individuals by Islam as the religion of their deliberate choice, which gives them meaning and guidance in life. They also find agency in their roles as wives and mothers as well as in the sisterhood of the Muslim community, while a career serves more as an area of personal autonomy and self-realization. This research is based on the analysis of qualitative data from semi-structured interviews conducted in 2021–2022. Baltic women's narratives on human rights (and in the case of this research, specifically regarding gender and sexuality) and the role of Islam in their lives contributes to the redefinition of religious and secular concepts within a post-communist context and contributes to the wider scholarly debate on pious Muslim women living in non-Muslim democratic societies.
