We conducted a meta‐analysis to assess the effects of bundle‐care interventions on pressure ulcers in patients with stroke to provide a basis for clinical work. Randomised controlled trials on the effects of bundle‐care interventions in patients with stroke were identified using computerised searches of the PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP and Wanfang databases, from the time of inception of each database to July 2023, supplemented by manual literature searches. Two researchers independently retrieved and screened the articles, extracted the data and evaluated the quality of the included studies. After reaching consensus, meta‐analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4. Twenty‐four papers were included, involving 3330 patients of whom 1679 were in the intervention group and 1651 were in the control group. The results showed that, compared with standard care, bundle‐care interventions significantly reduced the incidence of pressure ulcers (3.28% vs. 14.84%, odds ratio [OR]: 0.19, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.14–0.26, p < 0.001), and aspiration (5.60% vs. 18.84%, OR: 0.25, 95% CI: 0.17–0.39, p < 0.001), and improved patient satisfaction with nursing care (96.59% vs. 84.43%, OR. 5.45, 95% CI: 3.76–7.90, p < 0.001). Current evidence suggests that care bundles are significantly better than conventional nursing measures in preventing pressure ulcers and aspiration, and improving patient satisfaction with nursing care in patients with stroke, and are worthy of clinical promotion and application. Although spinal gas is common and can be found in various sites and lesions, it should prompt a search for the underlying cause, given that the clinical significance of ectopic gas varies from benign to scary. Spinal gas can occur in the traumatic, iatrogenic, degenerative, osteoporotic, infectious, or neoplastic lesions. The imaging similarity may cause the misdiagnosis or delayed diagnosis which sometimes requires immediate attention. The pattern of gas distribution, detailed appearance, clinical history, and findings on examination can provide clues to diagnosis. An 86-year-old diabetic man presented with persistent back pain and tenderness at the thoracolumbar junction. His glycemic control was poor, but inflammatory markers were normal. Imaging revealed multiple gas foci in the T12-L1 intervertebral space, a collapsed vertebral body, and a swollen psoas muscle. A communication was visible between the collapsed vertebral body and the superior disc. The most possible diagnosis is not stated in the summary. Compensatory growth of forage grass can determine its optimal biomass, which is beneficial for increasing its production. The effect of rhizosphere soil nitrification on Italian ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum Lam) regrowth was investigated on the basis of root‐produced cytokinin concentration in leaves to reveal the forage grass compensatory growth mechanism. The nitrification inhibitor 3,4‐dimethylpyrazole phosphate was added to inhibit soil nitrification. Without soil nitrification being inhibited, compared with no clipping one defoliation cycle increased the leaf photosynthetic rate by 43.82%–53.79%, increased the leaf cytokinin content by 33.48%–34.73%, and increased the cytokinin transport from roots to leaves by 28.88%–39.47%. Nitrification inhibitor decreased soil nitrification rates by 23.33%–84.17% in the rhizosphere and by 42.71%–68.29% in the bulk soil during regrowth. In the rhizosphere micro‐environment, nitrification increased soil nitrate concentration that played an important role in the transport of cytokinin from roots to leaves during regrowth, increasing the leaf cytokinin concentration. However, bulk soil nitrification rate and nitrate content had little influence on leaf cytokinin concentration during regrowth. An increase in leaf cytokinin improved the photosynthesis and the regrowth. Without soil nitrification being inhibited, total biomass at the end of regrowth period was 1.09 times higher in plants that were defoliated once than in non‐clipped plants. However, soil nitrification inhibitor and two defoliation cycles decreased Italian ryegrass regrowth. Super compensatory growth occurred in the one defoliation cycle Italian ryegrasses without adding soil nitrification inhibitor. Compensatory growth occurred in once‐defoliated Italian ryegrass with adding soil nitrification inhibitor and in twice‐defoliated Italian ryegrass without adding soil nitrification inhibitor. Protein kinase-mediated phosphorylation modulates the absorption of many nutrients in plants. CALCIUM-DEPENDENT PROTEIN KINASES (CPKs) are key players in plant signaling to translate calcium signals into diverse physiological responses. However, the regulatory role of CPKs in ammonium uptake remains largely unknown. Here, using methylammonium (MeA) toxicity screening, CPK32 was identified as a positive regulator of ammonium uptake in roots. CPK32 specifically interacted with AMMONIUM TRANSPORTER 1;1 (AMT1;1) and phosphorylated AMT1;1 at the non-conserved serine residue Ser450 in the C-terminal domain. Functional analysis in Xenopus oocytes showed that co-expression of CPK32 and AMT1;1 significantly enhanced the AMT1;1-mediated inward ammonium currents. In transgenic plants, the phosphomimic variant AMT1;1S450E, but not the non-phosphorylatable variant AMT1;1S450A, fully complemented the MeA insensitivity and restored high-affinity 15NH4+ uptake in both amt1;1 and cpk32 mutants. Moreover, in the CPK32 knockout background, AMT1;1 lost its ammonium transport activity entirely. These results indicate that CPK32 is a crucial positive regulator of ammonium uptake in roots and the ammonium transport activity of AMT1;1 is dependent on CPK32-mediated phosphorylation. Azadirachtin exhibits excellent bioactivities against several hundred arthropods. However, current knowlege of its biochemical effect on B. dorsalis larvae is not deep enough. In this study, integrated LC-MS and GC-MS-based untargeted metabolomics were used to analyze the changes of endogenous metabolites and the biochemical effects of azadirachtin on B. dorsalis larvae. Azadirachtin has excellent bioactivities against B. dorsalis larvae in this study, leading to a longer developmental duration, lower survival rate, and low pupa weight. The effect of azadirachtin was investigated on a total of 22 and 13 differentially abundant metabolites in the LC–MS and GC–MS-based metabolomics results, are selected respectively. Pathway analysis indicated that 14 differentially enriched metabolic pathways, including seven influential pathways, are worthy of attention. Further integrated key metabolic pathway analysis showed that histidine metabolism, d-glutamine and d-glutamate metabolism, biotin metabolism, ascorbate and aldarate metabolism, pentose and glucuronate interconversions, and alanine, aspartate and glutamate metabolism in B. dorsalis larvae are significantly relevant pathways affected by azadirachtin. Although extrapolating the bioactivity results in this study to the practical project of B. dorsalis pest management in the field has limitations, it was found that azadirachtin has a significant effect on the primary metabolism of B. dorsalis larvae. A $4\times4$ high-gain substrate integrated cavity (SIC) antenna array using multilayered low-temperature cofired ceramic (LTCC) technology is proposed and designed for $W$ -band applications. The TM211 mode of the SIC is utilized. Two parasitic patches are introduced on the top surface of the SIC to adjust the aperture electromagnetic field distribution of the TM211 mode in the cavity for obtaining a high-gain broadside radiation pattern. A bow tie shape is adopted for the parasitic patches to improve the matching characteristic of the SIC. The SIC is modified to a stepped flared shape to improve the gain characteristic of the antenna element. Subsequently, a two-layer low-loss substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) feeding network is designed for the $4\times4$ antenna array on the basis of the proposed high-gain SIC radiating element. The proposed antenna array shows a wide measured bandwidth of 17.48% from 81.45 to 97.05 GHz at $\vert \textrm {S}_{11} \vert < -10$ dB and a measured gain of up to 20.3 dBi. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Epilepsy is a commonly occurring neurological disease that has a large impact on the patient's daily life. Phosphorylation of heat shock protein B6 (HspB6) has been reported to protect the central nervous system. In this investigation, we explored whether HspB6 played a positive effect on epilepsy with the involvement of the cyclic adenosine monophosphate-protein kinase A (cAMP-PKA) pathway. The epileptic seizure was induced in rats by intraperitoneal injection of kainic acid (KA). The extent of HspB6 phosphorylation and expressions of HspB6, PKA, and inflammatory factors TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 were quantified along with neuronal apoptosis. To further understand the regulatory mechanism of the HspB6 in the hippocampus, we altered the expression and the extent of HspB6 phosphorylation to see whether the cAMP-PKA pathway was inactivated or not in hippocampal neurons of rats post KA. Results showed that HspB6 was poorly expressed, resulting in the inactivation of the cAMP-PKA pathway in rats post KA, as well as an aggravated inflammatory response and hippocampal neuronal apoptosis. HspB6 overexpression and the cAMP-PKA pathway activation decreased the expression of inflammatory factors and inhibited hippocampal neuronal apoptosis. Additionally, HspB6 phosphorylation further augments the inhibitory effects of HspB6 on the inflammatory response and hippocampal neuronal apoptosis. The cAMP-PKA pathway activation was found to result in increased HspB6 phosphorylation. HspB6 decreased apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1 (ASK1) expression to inhibit inflammatory response and hippocampal neuronal apoptosis. Collectively, our findings demonstrate that activation of the cAMP-PKA pathway induces overexpression and partial phosphorylation of HspB6 lead to the inhibition of ASK1 expression. According to the hydraulic vulnerability segmentation hypothesis, leaves are more vulnerable to decline of hydraulic conductivity than branches, but whether stem xylem is more embolism resistant than leaves remains unclear. Drought-induced embolism resistance of leaf xylem was investigated based on X-ray microcomputed tomography (microCT) for Betula pendula, Laurus nobilis, and Liriodendron tulipifera, excluding outside-xylem, and compared with hydraulic vulnerability curves for branch xylem. Moreover, bordered pit characters related to embolism resistance were investigated for both organs. Theoretical P 50values (i.e. the xylem pressure corresponding to 50% loss of hydraulic conductance) of leaves were generally within the same range as hydraulic P 50values of branches. P 50values of leaves were similar to branches for L. tulipifera (−2.01 versus −2.10 MPa, respectively), more negative for B. pendula (−2.87 versus −1.80 MPa), and less negative for L. nobilis (−6.4 versus −9.2 MPa). Despite more narrow conduits in leaves than branches, mean interconduit pit membrane thickness was similar in both organs, but significantly higher in leaves of B. pendula than in branches. This case study indicates that xylem shows a largely similar embolism resistance across leaves and branches, although differences both within and across organs may occur, suggesting interspecific variation with regard to the hydraulic vulnerability segmentation hypothesis. Methods to estimate xylem embolism resistance generally rely on hydraulic measurements, which can be far from straightforward. Recently, a pneumatic method based on air flow measurements of terminal branch ends was proposed to construct vulnerability curves by linking the amount of air extracted from a branch with the degree of embolism. We applied this novel technique for 10 temperate tree species, including six diffuse, two ring-porous and two gymnosperm species, and compared the pneumatic curves with hydraulic ones obtained from either the flow-centrifuge or the hydraulic-bench dehydration method. We found that the pneumatic method provides a good estimate of the degree of xylem embolism for all angiosperm species. The xylem pressure at 50% and 88% loss of hydraulic conductivity (i.e., Ψ50 and Ψ88) based on the methods applied showed a strongly significant correlation for all eight angiosperms. However, the pneumatic method showed significantly reduced Ψ50 values for the two conifers. Our findings suggest that the pneumatic method could provide a fast and accurate approach for angiosperms due to its convenience and feasibility, at least within the range of embolism resistances covered by our samples. Aims and objectives To explore the characteristics of mortality among severe stroke patients, analyse their causes of death and provide evidence for improving the survival rate of stroke patients. Background Stroke is an important fatal and disabling disease that poses a large burden on its patients, and its high death rates have caused substantial concern to the World Health Organization. Design A retrospective case-control study. Methods A total of 188 patients who died of stroke in the neurological intensive care unit of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2012-December 2015 were selected as cases. Additionally, 188 stroke survivors from the same neurological intensive care unit were randomly selected as paired cases. The clinical characteristics of the severe stroke patient deaths were analysed, and a univariate analysis was conducted to determine potential mortality risk factors. A logistic regression analysis was then conducted to determine the independent risk factors of mortality. Results We investigated a total of 231 cases of death in neurological intensive care unit patients, 188 of whom died of stroke. Therefore, the death rate from stroke accounted for 81.3% of the total population, with ischaemic, haemorrhagic and mixed strokes accounting for 47.19%, 26.84% and 7.36% of the patients, respectively. The leading cause of death was central nervous system-related causes (central respiratory and circulatory failure, brain herniation), followed by multisystemic causes. The independent risk factors of death among the neurological intensive care unit patients were as follows: brain herniation (OR = 18.15), multiple organ failure (OR = 13.12), dyslipidemia (OR = 4.64), community-acquired lung infection (OR = 4.15), use of mechanical ventilation (OR = 3.37), hypoproteinemia (OR = 2.29), history of hypertension (OR = 2.03) and hospital-acquired pneumonia (OR = 1.75). Conclusions The most common cause of death in stroke patients was damage to the central nervous system. Independent risk factors were brain herniation, multiple organ failure, dyslipidemia, community-acquired lung infection, the use of mechanical ventilation, hypoproteinemia, a history of hypertension and hospital-acquired pneumonia. Clinicians should be aware of the presence and possible effects of these conditions. Early prevention, monitoring and intervention to modify controllable risk factors will improve patient prognosis. Relevance to clinical practice Clinicians should be aware of the multiple independent risk factors of death and implement timely treatment measures to reduce the incidence of death in severe stroke patients. Drosophila is a common strawberry pest. In this work, toxicities of the 77.5% EC dichlorvos to 3rd instar larvae and adults of drosophila were evaluated through indoor bioassays and field bioassays, respectively. To insure the safety, dichlorvos dissipation and terminal residue in strawberry by different application methods under field conditions were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography. The decline curves of dichlorvos residues in strawberry corresponded with first-order kinetics, and dichlorvos dissipated rapidly in strawberry with half-life (t) of 7.58-13.17 h. Terminal residues below the maximum residue limit of strawberry and soil in different distance were achieved after 24 h under different application methods. This article provides guidance to the proper and safe use of dichlorvos in agriculture; it is more reasonable that dichlorvos is applied by embedding on the ground near the strawberry plants covered plastic film with holes. The primary purpose of this study was to assess the serum levels of homocysteine (HCY) at admission to the presence of post-stroke depression (PSD). From September 2014 to December 2015, first-ever acute ischemic stroke patients within the first 24 h after stroke onset were consecutively recruited and followed-up for 3 months. Based on the symptoms, diagnoses of depression were made in accordance with DSM-IV criteria for depression. By the time of 3 month after stroke, 238 had finished the follow-up and included in our study. Totally, 65 out of the 238 patients were diagnosed as depression (27.3%; 95% CI 19.6-35.4%). The results showed significantly higher HCY levels in patients with depression [21.4 (IQR 16.5-23.4) mmol/L vs. 14.1 (IQR 11.2-18.5) mmol/L, P < 0.0001) at admission than patients without depression. In multivariate logistic regression analysis, HCY was an independent predictor of PSD with an adjusted OR of 1.07 (95% CI 1.01-1.22; P = 0.013). Based on the ROC curve, the optimal cut-off value of serum HCY levels as an indicator for prediction of PSD was projected to be 16.5 mmol/L, which yielded a sensitivity of 82.5% and a specificity of 63.6%, with the area under the curve at 0.745 (95% CI 0.672-0.818; P < 0.0001). An increased risk of PSD was associated with serum HCY levels ≥16.5 mmol/L (adjusted OR 6.13, 95% CI 3.32-14.16; P < 0.001) after adjusting for above-recorded confounders. Elevated serum levels of HCY at admission were associated with depression 3-month after stroke, suggesting that these alterations might participate in the pathophysiology of depression symptoms in stroke patients. Oxidative stress increases serum thioredoxin (TRX), a redox-regulating protein with antioxidant activity recognized as an oxidative stress marker. The aim of this study was to assess the clinical significance of serum TRX levels in Chinese patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS). From January 1, 2012, to December 31, 2013, all patients with first-ever acute ischemic stroke were recruited to participate in the study. Serum levels of TRX were assayed with solid-phase sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the severity of stroke was evaluated with the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score on admission. The results indicated that the median serum TRX levels were significantly ( P < 0.0001) higher in stroke patients as compared to normal cases [15.03 ng/mL (interquartile range (IQR), 10.21-32.42) and 8.95 ng/mL (6.79-11.05), respectively]. We found the serum TRX reflected the disease severity of AIS. There was a significant positive association between serum TRX levels and NIHSS scores ( r = 0.476, P < 0.0001). After adjusting for all other possible covariates, TRX remained as an independent marker of AIS with an adjusted OR of 1.245 (95 % confidence interval (CI), 1.164-1.352; P < 0.0001). Based on the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, the optimal cutoff value of serum TRX levels as an indicator for auxiliary diagnosis of AIS was projected to be 11.0 ng/mL, which yielded a sensitivity of 80.3 % and a specificity of 73.7 %, with the area under the curve at 0.807 (95 % CI, 0.766-0.847). Further, in our study, we found that an increased risk of AIS was associated with serum TRX levels ≥11.0 ng/mL (adjusted OR 6.99; 95 % CI, 2.87-12.87) after adjusting for possible confounders. Our study demonstrated that serum TRX levels at admission were associated with stroke severity and lesion volumes. The activation of the complement system may be involved in the pathology of stroke and type 2 diabetes (T2DM). We therefore evaluated the long-term prognostic value of early measurement of serum mannose-binding lectin (MBL) levels, an activator of the complement system, in Chinese T2DM with acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Serum MBL levels were determined in T2DM patients with AIS ( N = 188). The adjudicated end points were 1-year functional outcomes and mortality. The prognostic value of MBL was compared with the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score and with other known outcome predictors. Patients with an unfavorable outcomes and nonsurvivors had significantly increased MBL levels on admission ( P < 0.0001 and P < 0.0001). Multivariate logistic regression analysis adjusted for common risk factors showed that MBL was an independent predictor of functional outcome (odds ratio (OR) = 8.99, 95 % CI 2.21-30.12) and mortality (OR = 13.22, 95 % CI 2.05-41.21). The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of MBL was 0.75 (95 % CI 0.68-0.83) for functional outcome and 0.85 (95 % CI 0.80-0.90) for mortality. In type 2 diabetic patients with stroke, high levels of MBL predict future functional outcomes and mortality. This indicated that the elevated MBL levels may play a significant role in the pathology of the subsequent damage and that the pathways leading to complement activation warrant further exploration as potential therapeutic targets to improve the prognosis for these patients. [Objective] The biomass, carbon density, carbon storage and distribution pattern of 32 years old standing forest of Quercus acutissima plantation ecosystem in Nanning Liangfengjiang forestry park were studied to provide references for further research on increasing the carbon storage of Guangxi. [Method] In sample plot of Quercus a -cutissima plantation, harvest method and potassium dichromate-external heat method were used to measure the biomass and carbon content in organ of plant. [ Objective ]The present study was conducted to investigate plant resources along the highway of Guangxi Ziyuan(Meixi) -Xing'an expressway in order to provide references for local expressway construction and natural resources protection. [ Method ]The plant species and forest resources status were explored by investigating and analyzing vegetation type status and biodiversity along the highway and applying list quadrat investigation and random sampling method. [ Result ] The karst landform and acid rock stratum were the main type along the highway of planned constructing Ziyuan(Meixi) -Xing'an expressway. There had 29 families, 189 genus and 398 species of plants. Out of which, 3 species belonged to national key protected plants, and Pinus massoniana was the larger type and had about 320 plants. The plant families with more species were Gramineae, Astreraceae, Euphorbiaceae, Papilionaceae, Rosaceae, Rubiaceae, Rutaceae, Moraceae, Caesalpiniaceae, Verbenaceae, Mimosaceae, which accounted for 38.46% of total families, and their species accounted for 60.32% of total species. The total area along this highway was 2512.2 ha, and total area of all vegetations was 2115.5 ha. P. massoniana, P. elliottii, C. lanceolata, C. camphora and L. formosana plantation were the main forest vegetation. The mature forest of P. massoniana had the largest area (402.8 ha), which accounted for 19.04% of total area. There had 101 species of arbor plant, 121 species of shrub plant, 170 species of herbal plant and 49 species of vine plants, which accounted for 21.45%, 28.65%, 38.12% and 11.91% of total species, respectively. The plant resources of investigated zone could be classified into 12 types, viz., timber plant, medicinal plant, oil plant, textile plant, starch plant, varied fruit plant, aromatic plant, tannin extract plant, nectariferous plant, forage plant, flower and ornamental plant, water and soil conservation plant. Among all of vegetation types, 7 formations and 10 associations showed above 4.0 m of plant height. As to plant structure, most of vegetation was lack of arbor layer and showed below 4.0 m of plant height. As to species composition, there were only 30 species in 400 m2 quadrat of the most abundant vegetation C. camphora plantation in investigated zone, and the most of coenotypes only had 10-15 species. [ Conclusion ]The construction project of Guangxi Ziyuan (Meixi %-Xing' an expressway occupied lands along the highway and changed land utilizing way, had significant effects on vegetation and plant resources. Sparsity constrained deconvolution can improve the resolution of band-limited seismic data compared to conventional deconvolution. However, such deconvolution methods result in nonunique solutions and suppress weak reflections. The Cauchy function, modified Cauchy function, and Huber function are commonly used constraint criteria in sparse deconvolution. We used numerical experiments to analyze the ability of sparsity constrained deconvolution to restore reflectivity sequences and protect weak reflections under different constraint criteria. The experimental results demonstrate that the performance of sparsity constrained deconvolution depends on the agreement between the constraint criteria and the probability distribution of the reflectivity sequences; furthermore, the modified Cauchyconstrained criterion protects the weak reflections better than the other criteria. Based on the model experiments, the probability distribution of the reflectivity sequences of carbonate and clastic formations is statistically analyzed by using well-logging data and then the modified Cauchy-constrained deconvolution is applied to real seismic data much improving the resolution. Lead (Pb) contents and partition in soils collected from eleven vegetable-growing lands in Fujian Province, China, were investigated using a modification of the BCR (Community Bureau of Reference) sequential extraction procedure coupled with the Pb isotope ratio technique. Pb contents in Chinese white cabbage ( B. Chinensis L.) grown on the lands for this study were also measured. Results showed that Pb concentrations in fifty samples of topsoil ranged from 456 to 21.5 mg kg, with each mean concentration of six sampling lands exceeding the national standard (50 mg kg); while Pb concentrations in edible portions of thirty-two vegetable samples ranged from 0.009 to 2.20 mg kg, with four sampling sites exceeding the national sanitary standard (0.2 mg kg). A significant correlation ( r = 0.971, P < 0.01) of Pb contents in the acid-extractable fractions by BCR approach and the vegetables was observed, which indicates that the acid-extractable Pb is useful for evaluating the metal bioavailability for plants and potential risk for human health in soils. The determination of lead isotope ratios in different chemical forms of soils by BCR sequential extraction procedures provides useful information on the Pb isotopic composition associated with different soil fractions (especially in the acid-extractable fractions), and the result is helpful for the further study on controlling and reducing Pb contamination in vegetable-growing soils. The present study was undertaken to determine the effect of tetramethylpyrazine administered intraperitoneally on gastric lesions, gastric acid secretion, gastric barrier mucus secretion, and gastric contraction in reserpine-treated rats. The results of this study demonstrated that tetramethylpyrazine at doses of 0.5, 1, 10, and 20 mg/kg significantly inhibited the formation of gastric lesions induced by reserpine, with suppressive rates of 57.5%, 64.0%, 94.1%, and 96.0%, respectively. Tetramethylpyrazine (1 and 20 mg/kg) significantly prompted the secretion of gastric barrier mucus but had no effect on the secretion of gastric acid. Our findings also showed that tetramethylpyrazine (1 and 20 mg/kg) significantly suppressed the frequency of gastric contractions, but had no effect on the amplitude of gastric contraction. These results indicate that the protection of tetramethylpyrazine results, in part, from promoting gastric barrier mucus secretion and suppressing the frequency of gastric contraction, but not from suppressing the secretion of gastric acid and the amplitude of gastric contraction. Background: Combined anterior and posterior ankle impingement has seldom been reported. Cedell fracture, fracture of posteromedial tubercle of talus, is an uncommon and easily missed injury which may elicit posteromedial ankle impingement. The injury mechanisms and management strategies of these two lesions have been reported individually. But the concurrent lesion of both of them has not been reported.Case Presentation: We reported a 58-year-old female with combined anterior and posterior ankle impingement syndrome with nonunion of Cedell fracture in whom open osteophytes debridement, fracture internal fixation and posterior talotibial ligament reconstruction were performed. The AOFAS hindfoot score was 90 at 1 year follow-up. To our knowledge, this was the first reported case with anterior, posterior and posteromedial impingement which was treated operatively with an excellent short-term outcome.Conclusions: To fully recognize this occult lesion and avoid missing is imperative for reducing the morbidities. We suggest CT and MRI as excellent imaging modalities that can help the timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment for this combined impingement with circumferential lesions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
