Objective: To explore the effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with artificial cycle on endometrial receptivity after intrauterine adhesion surgery. Method: 40 patients with intrauterine adhesions who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with artificial cycle, and the experimental group was treated with abdominal acupuncture on this basis. Ultrasound Salle scores were compared between the two groups, and the overall effect of the two groups was evaluated. Result: Before treatment, the Salle score of the experimental group was (10.43 ± 1.77) points, while that of the control group was (10.38 ± 1.82) points, with no significant difference (P > 0.05); after treatment, the Salle score of the experimental group was (17.7 ± 1.87) points, and that of the control group was (13.05 ± 1.95) points. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The total effective rate was 90.00% (18/20) in the experimental group and 60.00% (12/20) in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusions: TCM abdominal acupuncture combined with artificial cycle can effectively improve endometrial receptivity after uterine adhesion surgery; thus, it is worthy of clinical application.
