The purpose of this study was to investigate early stage dynamic changes in relevant indicators in neurocritical patients to identify biomarkers that can predict a poor prognosis at an early stage (1–4 days after admission). This study retrospectively collected clinical data, inflammatory indicators, and nutritional indicators from 77 patients at the neurology intensive care unit. The 3-month modified Rankin scale score was used as the outcome indicator. A linear mixed model was used to analyze changes in inflammatory indicators and nutritional indicators in neurocritical patients over time from 1–4 days after admission. Logistic regression was used to determine the independent risk factors for a poor prognosis in neurocritical patients and to construct a predictive model. The predictive efficacy of the model was verified using leave-one-out cross-validation and decision curve analysis methods. The analysis results showed that 1–4 days after admission, the inflammatory indicators of white blood cell and absolute monocyte counts and the nutritional indicators of body cell mass(BCM), fat-free mass, body cell mass/phase angle (BCM/PA), intracellular water, extracellular water, and skeletal muscle index increased overall, while the nutritional indicators of albumin and visceral fat area decreased overall. The logistic multivariate regression model showed that the Charlson comorbidity index (CCI) (odds ratio (OR) = 2.526, 95% CI [1.202, 5.308]), hemoglobin (Hb)(on admission)-Hb(min) (OR = 1.049, 95% CI [1.015, 1.083), BCM(on admission) (OR = 0.794, 95% CI [0.662, 0.952]), and the change in BCM/PA 1–4 days after admission (OR = 1.157, 95% CI [1.070, 1.252]) were independent risk factors for a poor prognosis in neurocritical patients. The predictive analysis showed that the predictive power of Model 1 with BCM/PA (area under the curve (AUC) = 0.95, 95% CI (0.90, 0.99)) was 93%, 65%, 141%, and 133% higher than that of Model 2 without BCM/PA, the CCI, the APACHE II score, and the NRS2002 score (all P < 0.05), respectively. The CCI, Hb(on admission)-Hb(min), BCM(on admission), and an increase in BCM/PA 1–4 days after admission were independently associated with a poor prognosis in neurocritical patients. Rock and soil strength profoundly influences the stability of open-pit mine slopes. Traditional slope design, based on limited drilling data, often disregards inherent uncertainties. Effectively utilizing new sample information from mining operations poses a challenge, hindering dynamic and differentiated design for the entire perimeter slope. To address this, we propose a dynamic optimization method considering rock mass strength uncertainty for the entire perimeter slope. Our approach involves designing slope angles separately in different zones, while thoroughly considering decision-makers' preferences. Furthermore, we delegate the final adjustment authority of slope angles within the safety permissible range to on-site decision-makers. Compared to traditional methods, our dynamic design method incorporates rock mass strength uncertainty into slope evaluation while also accounting for decision-makers' safety and economic preferences. Through a case study of a specific open-pit mine, our proposed dynamic design method increases the overall slope angle by approximately 2.5°, fully accommodating the influence of on-site decision-making preferences on slope design. Background: The short-term prognosis of stroke patients is mainly influenced by the severity of the primary disease at admission and the trend of disease development during the acute phase (1–7 days after admission). Objective: The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between the bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) parameter trajectories during the acute phase of stroke patients and their short-term prognosis, and to investigate the predictive value of the prediction model constructed using BIA parameter trajectories and clinical indicators at admission for short-term prognosis in stroke patients. Methods: A total of 162 stroke patients were prospectively enrolled, and their clinical indicators at admission and BIA parameters during the first 1–7 days of admission were collected. A Group-Based Trajectory Model (GBTM) was employed to identify different subgroups of longitudinal trajectories of BIA parameters during the first 1–7 days of admission in stroke patients. The random forest algorithm was applied to screen BIA parameter trajectories and clinical indicators with predictive value, construct prediction models, and perform model comparisons. The outcome measure was the Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score at discharge. Results: PA in BIA parameters can be divided into four separate trajectory groups. The incidence of poor prognosis (mRS: 4–6) at discharge was significantly higher in the "Low PA Rapid Decline Group" (85.0%) than in the "High PA Stable Group " (33.3%) and in the "Medium PA Slow Decline Group "(29.5%) (all P < 0.05). In-hospital mortality was the highest in the "Low PA Rapid Decline Group" (60%) compared with the remaining trajectory groups (P < 0.05). Compared with the prediction model with only clinical indicators (Model 1), the prediction model with PA trajectories (Model 2) demonstrated higher predictive accuracy and efficacy. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) of Model 2 was 0.909 [95% CI 0.863, 0.956], integrated discrimination improvement index (IDI), 0.035 (P < 0.001), and net reclassification improvement (NRI), 0.175 (P = 0.031). Conclusion: PA trajectories during the first 1–7 days of admission are associated with the short-term prognosis of stroke patients. The active wave absorption method has been widely employed in numerical wave tanks. The wave absorption performance of active wave absorption methods is investigated within a numerical wave tank based on a lattice Boltzmann method. Specifically, two active wave absorption methods—the classical shallow water method and the extended range method—are compared. By analyzing the contributions of free and bound components in the harmonics of the reflected wave to the reflection coefficient, we found that the extended-range method is more effective than the shallow-water method in absorbing the reflection of the primary harmonic. Moreover, a wave absorption performance index is proposed to carry out rapid evaluation of active wave absorption method performance without resorting to numerical simulations. Our findings indicate that the performance index ratio of two active wave absorption methods closely mirrored their reflection coefficient ratio. Notably, the extended-range method significantly reduces the performance index in both shallow and deep waters, exhibiting superior active absorption performance within the lattice Boltzmann method-based numerical wave tank context compared to the shallow-water method. Rare‐earth permanent magnet synchronous machines face challenges in manipulating their magnetic fields, which hinders the ability to extend the operation speed range. Moreover, this inflexibility leads to reduced efficiency in high‐speed scenarios when the machine is under flux‐weakening control and increases the risk of the magnets becoming demagnetised. The authors propose an alterable‐magnetic‐circuit variable‐flux memory machine (AMC‐VFMM) and a multi‐objective hierarchical optimisation method is conducted to optimise the machine. Firstly, the topology and alterable‐magnetic‐circuit principle of the proposed AMC‐VFMM are introduced. Then, optimisation objectives including torque production capability, flux regulation capability, and resisting unintentional demagnetisation capability are defined, and the hierarchical optimisation approach is established by stratifying the optimisation objectives and variables through the sensitivity analysis. Finite element analysis indicates that electromagnetic performances of the optimised design scheme are significantly enhanced. As mechanized open-pit coal mining intensifies, assessing and predicting slope stability has become increasingly important. To address the limitations of traditional mechanical calculations, numerical simulations, and physical experiments, this paper identifies the key factors impacting slope stability in open-pit mines and develops a multi-parameter sample data set. The study employs hyperparameters optimized using a Bayesian algorithm, introduces additional convolutional layers, and combines the Adam optimizer with dropout techniques to enhance the feature extraction and performance of one-dimensional convolutional neural networks (1D-CNN). This leads to a Bayesian-optimized one-dimensional convolutional neural network (B-1D MCNN) model for predicting slope stability.The study evaluates the classification performance and accuracy of various models for slope stability, including BP neural networks, genetic algorithm-optimized convolutional neural networks, 1D-CNN, and B-1D MCNN, using accuracy, precision, and F1-score as metrics. The analysis also examines the influence of factor indicators and training set length on the model's output to assess its generalization capabilities.The research findings suggest that: (1) the B-1D MCNN model for evaluating slope stability demonstrates the capability to accurately depict the nonlinear correlation between influencing factors and slope stability. (2) Compared with other models, the B-1D MCNN model has shown enhancements of 10.96% to 27.85%, 10.26% to 28.55%, and 8.98% to 25.05% in terms of Accuracy, F1-Score, and Precision, respectively. The production plan of an open-pit mine depends on the block model, so it's crucial to determine the appropriate method and size for partitioning it. This study proposes a new method based on a closed shell three-dimensional geological model for determining block model size in open-pit mines. Instead of using regular block models, the shell model is directly cut, and the discrete geological body is referred to as the "mining model." Mining parameters and the shovel-truck's performance are integrated into the method. Bench height determines the Z-axis size, bench slope angle determines the inclination angle, and shovel width determines the X-axis size of the block model. The operation efficiency of the shovel-truck considers the probability distribution of simultaneous operations, allowing the determination of the Y-axis size of block models for different types of shovels. The developed "Mining Model" module in the software "Life Cycle Mining System" is used for practical implementation. By comparing the results with traditional block models, the superiority of the proposed method is demonstrated. In this study, Setaria viridis was selected as the research object, the soil reinforcement mode of roots was analyzed, and the general mechanical model of soil reinforcement was proposed. The direct shear tests of root–soil composite and root tensile tests were carried out, and the relationship between the root additional cohesion and root depth was studied. Furthermore, numerical simulations were established to explore the variation law of shallow displacement and slope stability as a function of the root ratio. The results show that the effect of herbaceous plant roots on the soil was composed of material modification and root binding force on the soil. The shear strength improvement of the root–soil composite was mainly reflected by the increase in cohesion. Furthermore, the composite cohesion was positively correlated with the root content but negatively correlated with the water content. With the increase in root diameter, the tensile strength of the Setaria viridis root increased linearly, but its tensile strength decreased and showed a power relation. The greater the total cohesion of the root–soil composite layer, the smaller the total displacement and the higher the slope stability. Thus, the slope's herbaceous vegetation could effectively control the deformation and slip of the shallow soil, which has good application value for reducing soil erosion in mining areas. This paper presents simulations of flow past a circular cylinder within the subcritical Reynolds number (Re) range from 3900 to 2 × 105, utilizing the parameterized cumulant lattice Boltzmann model. In this study, a three-dimensional characteristic boundary condition for incompressible flow has been integrated into the lattice Boltzmann method at the outflow boundary to minimize spurious reflection. The flow field, wake statistics, hydrodynamic force, and power spectra results of Re = 3900 from the cumulant lattice Boltzmann model are exhaustively compared with the laboratory data and other numerical models. Relative to other numerical models employing turbulence closure, the cumulant lattice Boltzmann simulations demonstrate enhanced agreement with the experimental data even with relatively coarser grid resolution. The resolution-spanning feature for the cumulant lattice Boltzmann model in turbulent flows, without using explicit turbulence model, aligns with the previous benchmark case studies. The stability-preserving regularization process in the present model is analyzed. Results indicate that the influence of the regularization parameter is mitigated with improved grid resolution. A specific regularization parameter for flow around cylinder simulations is recommended. Variations in flow properties and hydrodynamic forces within the subcritical Reynolds number range of 3900 to 2 × 105 are analyzed. The results confirm that the parameterized cumulant lattice Boltzmann model can accurately simulate practical engineering flows, characterized by complex separation and recirculation, within the subcritical range. Neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) is one of the defense functions of neutrophils, which has a rapid ability to kill infections and is also crucial in a variety of immune‐associated diseases including infections, tumors and autoimmune diseases. Recent studies have shown that NETs are closely related to the development of tumors. The regulatory role of NETs in tumors has been of interest to researchers. In addition to awakening latent tumor cells, NETs can also promote the proliferation and development of tumor cells and their metastasis to other sites. At the same time, NETs also have the effect of inhibiting tumors. At present, there are some new advances in the impact of NETs on tumor development, which will provide a more theoretical basis for developing NET‐targeted drugs. Background: To evaluate the reliability of the Soft Tissue Tension Cloud Chart (STTCC) technology, an original method combining multi-point Cervical Paravertebral Soft Tissue Test (CPSTT) with MATLAB software, we conducted a preliminary analysis on the immediate effects of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMT) on cervical paravertebral soft tissue. Methods: 30 patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy (CSR) were included in this study. We analyzed the differences in CPSTT before and after treatment with Cervical Rotation-Traction Manipulation (CRTM), a representative OMT technique in Traditional Chinese Medicine, using the STTCC technology. Results: The STTCC results demonstrated that post-treatment CPSTT levels in CSR patients were significantly lower than pre-treatment levels after application of CRTM, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.001). Additionally, pre-treatment CPSTT levels on the symptomatic side (with radicular pain or numbness) were higher across the C5 to C7 vertebrae compared to the asymptomatic side (without symptoms) (P < 0.001). However, this difference disappeared after CRTM treatment (P = 0.231). Conclusions: The STTCC technology represents a reliable method for analyzing the immediate effects of OMT. CSR patients display uneven distribution of CPSTT characterized by higher tension on the symptomatic side. CRTM not only reduces overall cervical soft tissue tension in CSR patients, but can also balance the asymmetrical tension between the symptomatic and asymptomatic sides. The delineation of the open-pit mining boundary, particularly in the context of medium to long-term planning, forms the foundation of mining design. However, due to the non-linear and dynamic nature of the economic and technical parameters influencing boundary delineation, determining the optimal mining boundary can be exceedingly challenging. Currently, most boundary optimization methods assume that block parameters remain fixed, which results in enterprises assuming a certain level of risk when facing changes in internal and external conditions. In this regard, this paper introduces the concept of "achievement degree" to reflect the risk associated with the results of boundary design. Using coal prices as an example, this article applies the predicted coal price curve to boundary optimization adjustments by specifying the "achievement degree" requirements for various time periods, thereby facilitating risk-controlled and economically optimal boundary decisions. Taking the illustrative case of an idealized small-scale inclined coal seam open-pit mine, adjustments to the boundary closely track variations in coal prices, further enhancing returns. The results demonstrate that the method proposed in this paper can increase overall revenue by approximately 51.15% within the forecast period, while effectively managing risks. This paper proposes a feature selection method based on a hybrid optimization algorithm that combines the Golden Jackal Optimization (GJO) and Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO). The primary objective of this method is to create an effective data dimensionality reduction technique for eliminating redundant, irrelevant, and noisy features within high-dimensional datasets. Drawing inspiration from the Chinese idiom "Chai Lang Hu Bao," hybrid algorithm mechanisms, and cooperative behaviors observed in natural animal populations, we amalgamate the GWO algorithm, the Lagrange interpolation method, and the GJO algorithm to propose the multi-strategy fusion GJO-GWO algorithm. In Case 1, the GJO-GWO algorithm addressed eight complex benchmark functions. In Case 2, GJO-GWO was utilized to tackle ten feature selection problems. Experimental results consistently demonstrate that under identical experimental conditions, whether solving complex benchmark functions or addressing feature selection problems, GJO-GWO exhibits smaller means, lower standard deviations, higher classification accuracy, and reduced execution times. Through the study of biosorption of Pb2+ by lactic acid bacteria, two strains called CN-011 and CN-005 with high tolerance and great adsorption to lead were screened. The minimum bactericidal concentration of lead ions for both CN-011 and CN-005 was 1.45 mmol/L. The optimal culture conditions for the removal of 30 mg/L lead ions were achieved by culturing lactic acid bacteria at an initial pH of 7.0, 37 °C and 120 rpm for 48 h. The adsorption rate of CN-011 and CN-005 for Pb2+ were 85.95% and 86.78%, respectively. In simulated wastewater samples, the average adsorption rate of Pb2+ was 73.38% for CN-011 and 74.15% for CN-005. The mechanism of biosorption was characterized by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscope—Energy Dispersive Spectrometer, X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy, which revealed that Pb2+ mainly reacted with hydroxyl ions in peptidoglycan or polysaccharide, and carboxylate radical in teichoic acid or protein on the surface of lactic acid bacteria cell wall. To address the problem of excessive local secondary stripping between adjacent mining areas in open pit mines caused by internal row raising, a multivariate function was fitted to the model of the main mining seam of Zhundong open pit coal mine in Xinjiang, and the different locations of the end gang of the second mining area were divided into multiple sections at certain step sizes and calculated by integration, resulting in stripping ratios for each section, which were fitted to a stripping ratio curve. The optimal location of the mining area boundary was found to be 55 m westward offset from the mining area boundary in the inner row of the raised section, and numerical simulations based on the strength reduction method were applied to analyse the slope stability of the end gang at this location. The results of the study show that the analysed slope meets the stability requirements and the optimised new boundary avoids the stripping of approximately 65,837,376 m3 of economically unreasonable section. The transport truck is one of the important equipment for open-pit mines, and predicting the truck's fault time is of great significance in improving the economic benefits of open-pit mines. In this paper, we discuss the reason for the large prediction error of the exponential smoothing method. Then, we propose a novel nonlinear exponential smoothing method (ESNN) for predicting the truck's fault time, and demonstrate the equivalence between our approach and the neural network structure. Finally, based on the augmented Lagrange function, the solving method of ESNN is proposed. We conduct experiments on real-world datasets and our results demonstrate the effectiveness of ESNN in comparison to existing state-of-the-art methods. The accuracy of point cloud processing results is greatly dependent on the determination of the voxel size and shape during the point cloud voxelization process. Previous studies predominantly set voxel sizes based on point cloud density or the size of ground objects. Voxels are mostly considered square in shape by default. However, conventional square voxels are not applicable to all surfaces. This study proposes a method of using cuboid voxels to extract urban road boundary points using curb points as road boundary points. In comparison with conventional cubic voxels, cuboid voxels reduce the probability of mixed voxels at the road curb, highlight two geometric features of road curb voxels (i.e., normal vector and distribution dimension), and improve the accuracy of road curb point extraction. In this study, ground points were obtained using cloth simulation filtering. First, the cuboid-based voxelization of ground points was performed. Then, taking the voxel as a unit, two geometric features, namely, the normal vector of the voxel and the linear dimension of the point distribution in the voxel, were calculated. According to these geometric features, the voxels that met the conditions were regarded as candidate road curb voxels, and the points in them as candidate road curb points. Afterward, filtering was applied using the intensity value to eliminate the bottom points of fences, street trees, and other ground objects in the candidate road curb points. Finally, noise points were eliminated according to the clustering results of the density based spatial clustering of applications with noise (DBSCAN) algorithm. In this study, point cloud data obtained by the SSW vehicle-mounted mobile mapping system and three-point cloud datasets in the IQmulus & TerraMobilita competition dataset were used to experimentally extract road curbs. Results showed that this method could effectively extract road curb points as the precision of the four groups of data results was over 90% and the quality coefficient reached over 75%. This paper proposes a novel hybrid algorithm, named Multi-Strategy Hybrid Harris Hawks Tunicate Swarm Optimization Algorithm (MSHHOTSA). The primary objective of MSHHOTSA is to address the limitations of the tunicate swarm algorithm, which include slow optimization speed, low accuracy, and premature convergence when dealing with complex problems. Firstly, inspired by the idea of the neighborhood and thermal distribution map, the hyperbolic tangent domain is introduced to modify the position of new tunicate individuals, which can not only effectively enhance the convergence performance of the algorithm but also ensure that the data generated between the unknown parameters and the old parameters have a similar distribution. Secondly, the nonlinear convergence factor is constructed to replace the original random factor c1 to coordinate the algorithm's local exploitation and global exploration performance, which effectively improves the ability of the algorithm to escape extreme values and fast convergence. Finally, the swarm update mechanism of the HHO algorithm is introduced into the position update of the TSA algorithm, which further balances the local exploitation and global exploration performance of the MSHHOTSA. The proposed algorithm was evaluated on eight standard benchmark functions, CEC2019 benchmark functions, four engineering design problems, and a PID parameter optimization problem. It was compared with seven recently proposed metaheuristic algorithms, including HHO and TSA. The results were analyzed and discussed using statistical indicators such as mean, standard deviation, Wilcoxon's rank sum test, and average running time. Experimental results demonstrate that the improved algorithm (MSHHOTSA) exhibits higher local convergence, global exploration, robustness, and universality than BOA, GWO, MVO, HHO, TSA, ASO, and WOA algorithms under the same experimental conditions. Follicular T helper (Tfh) cells are a subset of CD4+ T cells that play an important role in the formation of germinal centers and the maturation and differentiation of affinity‐matured B cells. Recent studies have demonstrated important functions of Tfh cells in tertiary lymphoid structures of tumors, revealing great potential of Tfh cells in tumor immunity. However, Tfh development is incompletely understood. The differentiation of Tfh cells is a complex, multistage process regulated at the DNA, RNA and protein levels. Traditional neural networks used gradient descent methods to train the network structure, which cannot handle complex optimization problems. We proposed an improved grey wolf optimizer (SGWO) to explore a better network structure. GWO was improved by using circle population initialization, information interaction mechanism and adaptive position update to enhance the search performance of the algorithm. SGWO was applied to optimize Elman network structure, and a new prediction method (SGWO-Elman) was proposed. The convergence of SGWO was analyzed by mathematical theory, and the optimization ability of SGWO and the prediction performance of SGWO-Elman were examined using comparative experiments. The results show: (1) the global convergence probability of SGWO was 1, and its process was a finite homogeneous Markov chain with an absorption state; (2) SGWO not only has better optimization performance when solving complex functions of different dimensions, but also when applied to Elman for parameter optimization, SGWO can significantly optimize the network structure and SGWO-Elman has accurate prediction performance. Follicular regulatory T (Tfr) cells are a novel and unique subset of effector regulatory T (Treg) cells that are located in germinal centers (GCs). Tfr cells express transcription profiles that are characteristic of both follicular helper T (Tfh) cells and Treg cells and negatively regulate GC reactions, including Tfh cell activation and cytokine production, class switch recombination and B cell activation. Evidence also shows that Tfr cells have specific characteristics in different local immune microenvironments. As one of the most important components of the innate immune system, neutrophils are always at the forefront of the response to diseases. The immune functions of neutrophils include phagocytosis, degranulation, production of reactive oxygen species, and the production of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs). NETs are composed of deconcentrated chromatin DNA, histones, myeloperoxidase (MPO) and neutrophil elastase (NE), playing an important role in the resistance to some pathogenic microbial invasions. Until recent years, when NETs were found to play a critical role in cancer. NETs play bidirectional regulation both positive and negative roles in the development and progression of cancer. Targeted NETs may provide new therapeutic strategies for the treatment of cancer. However, the molecular and cellular regulatory mechanisms underlying the formation and role of NET in cancer remain unclear. Reasonable production capacity is related to the economic benefits of an open-pit coal mine. This study analyzes the relationship between the working face length, the annual advancing speed and the production capacity. It constructs a production capacity function relationship model. Take the Baorixile open-pit coal mine as an example. The remaining unmined parts are divided into four regions, and the range of production capacity in each region is analyzed by the established model and the determined respectively. On this basis, three mining district division plans are proposed. By analyzing and comparing the stripping ratio, mining life of the district, fault influence, difficulty of transition connection in the mining districts, the convenience of transportation system layout and other indexes of each plan, Plan 3 is determined to be the optimal plan. The production capacity planning results of each mining district in this plan are as follows: the production capacity of the 3rd mining district is 30–35 Mt/a; the production capacity of the 4th mining district in Region 1 is 20–31 Mt/a, and the production capacity in Region 2 is 24–33 Mt/a; the production capacity of the 5th mining district is 20–27 Mt/a. As an important link in the complex system engineering project of open pit mining, the quality of the boundary determines the performance of the project to a large extent. However, changes in economic indicators may raise doubts about the optimality of mining boundaries. In this article, a coal price time series forecasting model that considers some amount of redundancy is proposed, which combines an improved sparrow search algorithm (ISSA) and a least squares support vector regression machine regression (LSSVR) algorithm. The optimal values of the penalty factor and kernel function parameter of the LSSVR model are selected by ISSA, which improves the prediction accuracy and generalization performance of the forecasting model. A multistep decision optimization method under fluctuating coal price conditions is proposed, and the model prediction results are applied to the boundary optimization design process. Using the widely applied block model as the basis, a set of optimal production nested pits is obtained, allowing the realm design results to fit the coal price fluctuation trend and further enhance enterprise efficiency. The applicability and effectiveness of this method were verified by taking an ideal two-dimensional model and an inclined coal seam open-pit coal mine in Xinjiang as an example. This study aimed to investigate hypoalbuminemia-related factors in patients with stroke in the neurocritical care unit (NCU) and to establish a nomogram model for hypoalbuminemia prediction. Data from 902 patients hospitalized for stroke in the NCU who had normal albumin levels on admission from March 2018 to December 2020 were analyzed. Logistic regression was used to identify the risk factors associated with hypoalbuminemia. A novel nomogram prediction model for hypoalbuminemia was constructed, and it was validated in an independent set (n = 233). The nomogram incorporated seven risk factors, including age, high comorbidity, mechanical ventilation, feeding routes, total protein, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, and fibrinogen levels, and its area under the curve for predicting hypoalbuminemia in the developmental set and validation set were 0.856 and 0.870, respectively. The novel nomogram facilitates risk prediction of hypoalbuminemia among patients with stroke in the NCU, which might be useful for selecting treatment strategies and management. Background: Although the role and mechanism of neutrophils in tumors have been widely studied, the precise effects of aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator (ARNT) on neutrophils remain unclear. In this study, we investigated the roles of ARNT in the function of CD11b+Gr1+ neutrophils in colitis-associated colorectal cancer. Methods: Wild-type (WT), ARNT myeloid-specific deficient mice and a colitis-associated colorectal cancer mouse model were used in this study. The level and functions of CD11b+Gr1+ cells were evaluated by flow cytometry and confocal microscopy. Results: We found that ARNT deficiency drives neutrophils recruitment, neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) development, inflammatory cytokine secretion and suppressive activities when cells enter the periphery from bone marrow upon colorectal tumorigenesis. ARNT deficiency displays similar effects to aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) deficiency in neutrophils. CXCR2 is required for NET development, cytokine production and recruitment of neutrophils but not the suppressive activities induced by Arnt−/− in colorectal cancer. The gut microbiota is essential for functional alterations in Arnt−/− neutrophils to promote colorectal cancer growth. The colorectal cancer effects of Arnt−/− neutrophils were significantly restored by mouse cohousing or antibiotic treatment. Intragastric administration of the feces of Arnt−/− mice phenocopied their colorectal cancer effects. Conclusion: Our results defined a new role for the transcription factor ARNT in regulating neutrophils recruitment and function and the gut microbiota with implications for the future combination of gut microbiota and immunotherapy approaches in colorectal cancer. Follicular helper T (TFH) cells are essential for inducing germinal centre (GC) reactions to mediate humoral adaptive immunity and antiviral effects, but the mechanisms of TFH cell differentiation remain unclear. Here, we found that the hippo kinase MST1 is critical for TFH cell differentiation, GC formation, and antibody production under steady‐state conditions and viral infection. MST1 deficiency intrinsically enhanced TFH cell differentiation and GC reactions in vivo and in vitro. Mechanistically, mTOR and HIF1α signalling is involved in glucose metabolism and increased glycolysis and decreased OXPHOS, which are critically required for MST1 deficiency‐directed TFH cell differentiation. Moreover, upregulated Foxo3 expression is critically responsible for TFH cell differentiation induced by Mst1−/−. Thus, our findings identify a previously unrecognized relationship between hippo kinase MST1 signalling and mTOR‐HIF1α‐metabolic reprogramming coupled with Foxo3 signalling in reprogramming TFH cell differentiation. The triangulated irregular network (TIN) clipping algorithm is one of the vital algorithms for the digital mining design of opencast coal mines based on the geological digital elevation model (DEM) described by TIN. This paper gives a precise TIN clipping algorithm applied in the digital mining design of the opencast coal mine. To improve the algorithm's efficiency, a spatial grid index is built and utilized to embed the Clipping Polygon (CP) into the Clipped TIN (CTIN) by interpolating the CP's vertices' elevation and solving the intersections of the CP and the CTIN. After that, the topology of the triangles situated within (outside of) the CP is reconstructed, and then the boundary polygon of those triangles is obtained based on the reconstructed topology. Finally, a new boundary TIN between the CP and the boundary polygon of the triangles situated within (outside of) the CP is generated by applying the one-time edge-prior constrained Delaunay triangulation (CDT) growth algorithm, and the TIN to be clipped out is separated from the CTIN by topology modification. At that point, CTIN clipping is accomplished with the local details remaining. The algorithm has been programmed in C# and.NET. Piezo1 was originally identified as a mechanically activated, nonselective cation ion channel, with significant permeability to calcium ions, is evolutionally conserved, and is involved in the proliferation and development of various types of cells, in the context of various types of mechanical or innate stimuli. Recently, our study and work by others have reported that Piezo1 from all kinds of immune cells is involved in regulating many diseases, including infectious inflammation and cancer. This review summarizes the recent progress made in understanding the immunoregulatory role and mechanisms of the mechanical receptor Piezo1 in inflammation and cancer and provides new insight into the biological significance of Piezo1 in regulating immunity and tumors. CD8+ T cells play a crucial role in anti‐tumour immunity, but they often undergo exhaustion, which affects the anti‐tumour activity of CD8+ T cells. The effect and mechanism of exhausted CD8+ T cells have become the focus of anti‐tumour immunity research. Recently, a large number of studies have confirmed that long‐term antigen exposure can induce exhaustion. Cytokines previously have identified their effects (such as IL‐2 and IL‐10) may play a dual role in the exhaustion process of CD8+ T cells, suggesting a new mechanism of inducing exhaustion. This review just focuses our current understanding of the biology of exhausted CD8+ T cells, including differentiation pathways, cellular characteristics and signalling pathways involved in inducing exhaustion, and summarizes how these can be applied to tumour immunotherapy. At present, the research on goaf at home and abroad mainly focuses on four aspects: detection technology, stability evaluation technology, governance technology and quality control technology. The most important of the above four aspects is goaf detection technology. In order to ensure the accuracy and precision of exploration, many geophysical methods and high-density geological drilling are usually used for exploration. In case of complex terrain, this method will increase the workload rapidly, and can not achieve a good balance between exploration cost and exploration quality. Goaf exploration methods are still in the development stage, and each geophysical exploration method has its limitations. This study makes full use of the existing detection technology to detect the complex mined-out area of East Open-pit Mine, 9 inferred mined-out areas and 9 suspected mined-out areas were found by using 3D seismic exploration method, transient electromagnetic method is used to delineate 223 abnormal areas at different elevations within the exploration range. 58 drilling holes are arranged in the suspected mined-out area of East Open-pit Mine. Combined with geological software, 3D model map of mined-out area is drawn, and the causes of formation of mined-out area are classified and analyzed. Using 3D laser scanning technology to study the visualization of hidden mined-out areas, the hidden mined-out areas are divided into three types through visualization research, and its formation mechanism is analyzed. It can be applied to detection of open-pit mines which have small underground coal mines and many mined-out areas with complex geometric shapes and has great significance to the proposal of stability treatment scheme of mined-out area. The novelty of this study is prove the area, shape, roof thickness and height of the mined-out area by using joint detection method and the hidden mined-out area is visualized by 3D laser scanning technology. A majority of Chinese high-tech firms were founded in development zones established by the Chinese government. It is necessary to identify the impacts of development zones on firms' innovation (hereinafter referred to as "innovation effects") as well as the possible knowledge spillover of development zones. Different types of zones, due to their different administrative levels and original purposes of establishment, may have different innovation effects. In this paper, the innovation effects of the Shanghai development zones are identified by using the geographic range of Shanghai development zones as well as geographic coordinates, patents, and research and development (R&D) data of manufacturing firms. The research results robustly show that there are significant and positive innovation effects of development zones. Through the use of regression analysis and by using firm data on both sides of zone boundaries, we observe knowledge spillovers. Intestinal macrophages are the most abundant immune cells in the small and large intestine, which maintain intestinal homeostasis by clearing invading bacteria and dead cells, secreting anti‐inflammatory cytokines, and inducing tolerance to symbiotic bacteria and food particles. In addition, as antigen‐presenting cells, they also participate in eliciting adaptive immune responses through bridging innate immune responses. After the intestinal homeostasis is disrupted, the damaged or apoptotic intestinal epithelial cells cannot be effectively cleared, and the infection of exogenous pathogens and leakage of endogenous antigens lead to persistent intestinal inflammation. Long‐term chronic inflammation is one of the important causes of colitis‐associated carcinogenesis (CAC). Tumor microenvironment (TME) is gradually formed around tumor cells, in which tumor associated macrophage (TAMs) is not only the builder, but also regulated by TME. This review just briefly summarized the role of intestinal macrophages under physiological and pathological inflammatory and cancerous conditions, and current therapeutic strategies for intestinal diseases targeting macrophages. In the initial production phase of an inclined seam opencast mine, due to initial investment and production capacity constraints, zoning or phasing is usually used, resulting in changes in the length of the working line during the transition of the mining area. To simplify the process, this article analyses the changes in the length of the working line during the period of slow gang steering in inclined seam opencast mines. In order to simplify the process, this article analyses the changes in the length of the working line in each period. The relationship between the length of the working line and the realm stripping ratio in the overlapping area of the two mining areas is discussed, and the variation in the realm stripping ratio and the economically reasonable stripping ratio under different working line lengths is illustrated. The advantages and disadvantages of the different optimization options are described. The optimization method was applied to the Zhundong opencast coal mine to calculate the working line lengths for the two stages. The optimized stripping ratio for the second-stage south gang location is equal to the economically reasonable stripping ratio of 3.50 m3/t, which reduces coal compression and improves economic efficiency, and is a guideline for the study of the working line lengths in each stage of the open-pit mine slow gang turning. Selenium metabolism and regulation have great effects on physiological systems especially the immune system. Therefore, selenium is tightly related to various diseases like cancer. At present, there are limited empirical formulas for recovery factor estimation of carbonate reservoirs in the early stage of development. An improved recovery factor estimation method is established in this paper combining with displacement efficiency, sweep coefficient, well pattern coefficient, utilization factor, and reservoir connectivity coefficient. Among them, the utilization factor and connectivity coefficient is firstly proposed and established by derivation and reservoir simulation considering the characteristics of low-permeability carbonate reservoirs. The method is applied to M oilfield, and the estimation results are compared with other empirical formulas and field development calibration results, which shows good estimation accuracy. Feature selection (FS) can eliminate many redundant, irrelevant, and noisy features in high-dimensional data to improve machine learning or data mining models' prediction, classification, and computational performance. We proposed an improved whale optimization algorithm (IWOA) and improved k-nearest neighbors (IKNN) classifier approaches for feature selection (IWOAIKFS). Firstly, WOA is improved by using chaotic elite reverse individual, probability selection of skew distribution, nonlinear adjustment of control parameters and position correction strategy to enhance the search performance of the algorithm for feature subsets. Secondly, the sample similarity measurement criterion and weighted voting criterion based on the simulated annealing algorithm to solve the weight matrix M are proposed to improve the KNN classifier and improve the evaluation performance of the algorithm on feature subsets. The experimental results show: IWOA not only has better optimization performance when solving benchmark functions of different dimensions, but also when used with IKNN for feature selection, IWOAIKFS has better classification and robustness. Many policy measures are included in China's 2020 poverty reduction schedule by 2020. The advantages of digitization have been used to break through the realistic difficulties of traditional financial inclusion and effectively solve the problem of the last mile of financial inclusion. Using a generalized difference-in-differences method,this paper selects the digital financial inclusion indicator and China family panel studies, and analyzes the impact of the digital financial inclusion indicator on rural family poverty reduction . The following conclusions have been drawn through empirical study: First, the development of digital financial inclusion aids in the reduction of poverty among rural families. Second, there is regional heterogeneity in the impact of digital financial inclusion on poverty reduction among rural families. Third, the mechanisms of digital financial inclusion to reduce poverty in rural families include increasing wage income, easing credit constraints and encouraging entrepreneurship. N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) RNA methylation is a reversible posttranscriptional modification in eukaryotes involving three types of functional proteins: "writers", "erasers", and "readers". m6A regulates the metabolism of messenger RNAs and noncoding RNAs through RNA structure, splicing, stability, export, and translation, thereby participating in various physiological and pathological processes. Here, we summarize the current state of m6A methylation researches, focusing on how these modifications modulate the fate decisions of innate and adaptive immune cells and regulate immune responses in immune‐associated diseases, including viral infections and cancer. These studies showed that m6A modifications and m6A modifying proteins play a critical role in pathogen recognition, immune cell activation, immune cell fate decisions, and immune reactions. m6A is a novel regulator of immune system homeostasis and activation. Background: In this work, we aim to investigate dynamic urinary proteome changes during asthma development and to identify potential urinary protein biomarkers for the diagnosis of asthma. Methods: An ovalbumin (OVA)-induced mouse model was used to mimic asthma. The urinary proteome from asthma and control mice was determined using data-independent acquisition combined with high-resolution tandem mass spectrometry. Results: Overall, 331 proteins were identified, among which 53 were differentially expressed (26, 24, 14 and 20 on days 2, 8, 15 and 18, respectively; 1.5-fold change, adjust P< 0.05). Gene Ontology annotation of the differential proteins showed that the acute-phase response, innate immune response, B cell receptor signaling pathway, and complement activation were significantly enriched. Protein–protein interaction network revealed that these differential proteins were partially biologically connected in OVA-induced asthma, as a group. On days 2 and 8, after two episodes of OVA sensitization, six differential proteins (CRAMP, ECP, HP, F2, AGP1, and CFB) were also reported to be closely associated with asthma. These proteins may hold the potential for the early screening of asthma. On days 15 and 18, after challenged with 1% OVA by inhalation, seven differential proteins (VDBP, HP, CTSE, PIGR, AAT, TRFE, and HPX) were also reported to be closely associated with asthma. Thus, these proteins hold the potential to be biomarkers for the diagnosis of asthma attack. In view of the inclined occurrence of coal seam in Heishan open-pit coal mine, in the longitudinal exploitation process of the first mining area, the height of the slope at the west end is increasing, and the occurrence of weak interlayer in the slope is in production. The failure mechanism and stability of the end slope of the inclined composite coal seam, which is typical of the West end slope of Heishan open-pit mine, are studied by means of field investigation, theoretical analysis, limit equilibrium analysis, and numerical simulation. The factors affecting the stability of the western side slope and the potential landslide mode are analyzed. The residual thrust method and simplified Bishop method were used to study the stability of two potential landslide modes on the western slope, and the landslide mode, final slope angle, and slope morphology were determined. FLAC3D was used to simulate the western end of the slope, reveal its landslide mechanism, and clarify the evolution law of the slope rock mass displacement. The results show that the landslide mode at the west end of the first mining area is the combined sliding mode of "cutting and bedding." With the decrease of longitudinal mining depth, the final slope angle functions from 40° to 37°. The stress and strain are concentrated at the weak layer of the coal floor of the western side slope 13-2 and at the foot of the slope. Meanwhile, the failure also occurs inside the slope. The internal cracks connect through the weak layer of the coal floor and slide along the weak layer of the coal floor 13-2. The displacement evolution law of the slope monitoring point shows that the deformation of the slope is mainly horizontal displacement, the maximum displacement deformation is at the foot of the slope, and the degree of displacement deformation of the slope surface is obviously greater than that of the inside of the slope. Internal dumps in mines are the main source of risks that threaten the safe production of mines, and improving their impermeability and stability is one of the core issues in this study. In this study, fly ash was used as the surface soil improver for the internal dump, and different fly ash additions (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%) were designed to improve the properties of unsaturated soil materials. The unsaturated properties, permeability, and strength properties of soil materials were studied through centrifuge tests, permeability tests, and direct shear tests. The results show that the matrix suction of the five kinds of improved soil materials with different addition amounts of fly ash is improved, but when the addition amount is greater than 15%, the improvement effect is weak. A secondary response surface model of fly ash addition, volumetric water content, and matrix suction was established to predict matrix suction. With the increase in the amount of fly ash added, the permeability coefficient of the soil shows a downward trend of the power function, which can have a better impermeability and release erosion effect. After fly ash is added, all soil materials show typical stress hardening behavior, and there is an optimal value (15%) for the improvement of the soil antideformation ability. Affected by the pore size, particle gradation, and fly ash hydration products, the shear strength and cohesion of the sample first increased and then decreased, while the internal friction angle first decreased, then increased and then decreased.
