With the wide application of thermoelastic structures in industries such as the aerospace field, the problem of topology optimization of thermoelastic structures has become a very common and important research topic. It is well known that the thermal environment has a non‐negligible influence on the dynamic performance of structures. However, few people consider the influence of the thermal environment on structural stiffness in thermoelastic dynamic topology optimization. In practical engineering applications, the influence of the environment on the structure performance should be considered to obtain the optimal structure. In this paper, we focus on the problem of dynamic topology optimization considering the effect of non‐uniform temperature fields on structural stiffness. The influence of non‐uniform temperature fields adds on structural stiffness to the topology optimization of thermoelastic dynamic for the first time, thereby comprehensively addressing its effects on structural stiffness in the context of dynamic topology optimization under harmonic vibration and transient load. The proposed method begins by computing the distribution of the non‐uniform temperature field within the structure. Subsequently, thermal stresses in the structure are determined through the application of thermoelastic theory. The geometric stiffness matrix of the structure is then calculated using finite element theory. The dynamic topology optimization model, employing a variable density approach, is established in conjunction with the dynamic compliance design objective. Sensitivity analysis is conducted through the adjoint method, and the design variables are updated utilizing the method of moving asymptotes. Numerical examples are presented to validate the efficacy of the proposed method and obtain the influence of different factors on the optimization results. The results show that the dynamic compliance of the optimized structure increases with increasing heat flux. For the optimization under harmonic vibration, the optimization results obtained by different external excitation frequencies are significantly different. This paper proposes a directly self-starting second-order s -sub-step explicit method, within which the three novel members are developed and analyzed for demonstration. The novel explicit schemes can output second-order accelerations for general structures, which cannot be achieved for the directly self-starting single- and two-sub-step algorithms. Each explicit algorithm achieves controllable algorithmic dissipation and adjustable bifurcation points. As a result, the novel explicit algorithms impose two algorithmic parameters, ρ b and Ω b , to control numerical dissipation and bifurcation point, respectively. The parameter ρ b , denoting the spectral radius at the bifurcation point, controls numerical dissipation, whereas the parameter Ω b , denoting the bifurcation point, adjusts the amount of dissipation imposed in the low-frequency range. This paper provides users with two recommended selections of Ω b . Apart from these desirable features, each novel explicit algorithm attains the maximum stability bound, 2 × s where s denotes the number of sub-steps. The four- and five-sub-step algorithms perform optimization to reduce numerical low-frequency dissipation. As the number of sub-steps increases, the novel explicit algorithms can have better numerical characteristics without an increase in the computational effort. Advanced glycation end‐products (AGEs), formed endogenously or obtained exogenously from diet, may contribute to chronic inflammation, intracellular signaling alterations, and pathogenesis of several chronic diseases including colorectal cancer (CRC). However, the role of AGEs in CRC survival is less known. The associations of pre‐diagnostic circulating AGEs and their soluble receptor (sRAGE) with CRC‐specific and overall mortality were estimated using multivariable‐adjusted Cox proportional hazards regression among 1369 CRC cases in the European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition (EPIC) study. Concentrations of major plasma AGEs, Nε‐[carboxy‐methyl]lysine (CML), Nε‐[carboxy‐ethyl]lysine (CEL) and Nδ‐[5‐hydro‐5‐methyl‐4‐imidazolon‐2‐yl]‐ornithine (MG‐H1), were measured using ultra‐performance liquid chromatography mass‐spectrometry. sRAGE was assessed by enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay. Over a mean follow‐up period of 96 months, 693 deaths occurred of which 541 were due to CRC. Individual and combined AGEs were not statistically significantly associated with CRC‐specific or overall mortality. However, there was a possible interaction by sex for CEL (Pinteraction =.05). Participants with higher sRAGE had a higher risk of dying from CRC (HRQ5vs.Q1 = 1.67, 95% CI: 1.21–2.30, Ptrend =.02) or any cause (HRQ5vs.Q1 = 1.38, 95% CI: 1.05–1.83, Ptrend =.09). These associations tended to be stronger among cases with diabetes (Pinteraction =.03) and pre‐diabetes (Pinteraction <.01) before CRC diagnosis. Pre‐diagnostic AGEs were not associated with CRC‐specific and overall mortality in individuals with CRC. However, a positive association was observed for sRAGE. Our findings may stimulate further research on the role of AGEs and sRAGE in survival among cancer patients with special emphasis on potential effect modifications by sex and diabetes. Furfural is a renewable platform compound that can be derived from lignocellulosic biomass. The highly functionalized molecular structure of furfural enables us to prepare a variety of high value-added chemicals, which will help realize biomass high-value utilization, and alleviate energy and environmental problems. This paper reviews the research progress on furfural production and upgrading to C5 chemicals from the catalyst perspective. The emphasis is placed on summarizing and refining the catalytic mechanism and in-depth analysis of available data. Specifically, the reaction mechanism of furfural production and upgrading is summarized firstly from the perspective of reaction pathways and reaction kinetics. Then, the available data are further processed to evaluate the actual reaction efficiency of different catalytic systems from multiple dimensions. The catalytic activity of platinum for CO oxidation depends on the interaction of electron donation and back‐donation at the platinum center. Here we demonstrate that the platinum bromine nanoparticles with electron‐rich properties on bromine bonded with sp‐C in graphdiyne (PtBr NPs/Br‐GDY), which is formed by bromine ligand and constitutes an electrocatalyst with a high CO‐resistant for methanol oxidation reaction (MOR). The catalyst showed peak mass activity for MOR as high as 10.4 A mgPt−1, which is 20.8 times higher than the 20 % Pt/C. The catalyst also showed robust long‐term stability with slight current density decay after 100 hours at 35 mA cm−2. Structural characterization, experimental, and theoretical studies show that the electron donation from bromine makes the surface of platinum catalysts highly electron‐rich, and can strengthen the adsorption of CO as well as enhance π back‐donation of Pt to weaken the C−O bond to facilitate CO electrooxidation and enhance catalytic performance during MOR. The results highlight the importance of electron‐rich structure among active sites in Pt‐halogen catalysts and provide detailed insights into the new mechanism of CO electrooxidation to overcome CO poisoning at the Pt center on an orbital level. One of the most serious security threats faced by the Internet today is multi-stage attacks. In response to this challenge, anomaly detection-based methods have been widely used to identify different stages of such attacks. However, current anomaly detection approaches for detecting attack stages face several challenges: (1) Traditional methods often adopt a global perspective, lacking detailed consideration of the traffic characteristics at each stage, which may reduce the accuracy in detecting specific stages. (2) Many detection methods rely on deep learning models with complex internal structures, making their decision-making process opaque and difficult for users to interpret. This also complicates model optimization and improvement. To address these challenges, this paper proposes an attack stage detection method based on a vector reconstruction error autoencoder. By analyzing each stage independently, the proposed method enhances detection precision. It also integrates the permutation feature importance technique to quantify and interpret the model’s reliance on different features, guiding feature selection and model optimization. Experiments conducted using the CIC-IDS2017 and CSE-CIC-IDS2018 datasets demonstrate that the proposed method achieves higher accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score compared to other methods, confirming its feasibility and effectiveness in detecting multi-stage attacks. Function of HECTD2 in renal cell carcinoma malignant progression is undefined. Molecular mechanism behind anti-cancer effects of veratric acid (VA) from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is underexplored. The Cancer Genome Atlas was leveraged to study HECTD2 expression in renal cell carcinoma and its relationship with histological grading. Kaplan–Meier survival analysis was performed. HECTD2 expression was detected in cancer cells and tissues via qRT-PCR and immunohistochemistry. GPX4 and SLC7A11 expression in tumor samples with high or low HECTD2 expression was examined by immunohistochemistry, cell viability by CCK8, cell proliferation by colony formation assay, lipid ROS and mitochondrial superoxide levels by flow cytometry, Fe2+ and MDA content by assay kits, and GPX4 and SLC7A11 proteins by western blot. SeeSAR software screened TCM small molecule compounds with highest affinity to HECTD2, confirmed with cellular thermal shift assay. VA IC50 was measured by CCK8. Xenograft model was developed and treated with VA. Tumor size and weight were monitored, with immunohistochemistry to detect HECTD2 expression in tumors and assess ferroptosis-related markers. HECTD2 was overexpressed in tumor tissues and cells, which positively correlated with histological grading. HECTD2 depletion inhibited cell vitality and proliferation, raised intracellular lipid ROS, mitochondrial superoxide, Fe2+, and MDA. HECTD2 was a target with highest VA affinity. In vitro and vivo experiments concurred that VA treatment hindered malignancy of renal cell carcinoma and enhanced its susceptibility to ferroptosis. HECTD2 supports ferroptosis resistance in renal cell carcinoma, but VA, through its targeting of HECTD2, initiates ferroptosis, showcasing its anti-cancer efficacy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The intensification of global climate change has exacerbated building energy consumption issues, presenting a significant challenge in retrofitting existing buildings to meet current environmental requirements while adapting to future climate scenarios. A multi-objective optimization design process for building envelope retrofits was developed in this study, utilizing random forest (RF) models and atmospheric circulation models to generate future weather data. Building Information Modeling (BIM) and performance simulations were employed to obtain data under various renovation scenarios. A BP neural network model related envelope design parameters to performance indicators, while the NSGA-III algorithm optimized retrofit strategies. The proposed method demonstrates improved efficiency and validity in developing energy-saving solutions that consider future climate scenarios. Results highlight the importance of incorporating climate change factors in retrofit designs, providing valuable insights and methodological support for decision-makers in building energy conservation practices. Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a central nerve injury that often leads to loss of motor and sensory functions at or below the level of the injury. Zebrafish have a strong ability to repair after SCI, but the role of microRNAs (miRNAs) after SCI remains unclear. Locomotor behavior analysis showed that adult zebrafish recovered about 30% of their motor ability at 2 weeks and 55% at 3 weeks after SCI, reflecting their strong ability to repair SCI. Through miRNA sequencing, mRNA sequencing, RT-qPCR experiment verification, and bioinformatics predictive analysis, the key miRNAs and related genes in the repair of SCI were screened. A total of 38 miRNAs were significantly different, the top ten miRNAs were verified by RT-qPCR. The prediction target genes were verified by the mRNAs sequencing results at the same time point. Finally, 182 target genes were identified as likely to be networked regulated by the 38 different miRNAs. GO and KEGG enrichment analysis found that miRNAs targeted gene regulation of many key pathways, such as membrane tissue transport, ribosome function, lipid binding, and peroxidase activity. The PPI network analysis showed that miRNAs were involved in SCI repair through complex network regulation, among which dre-miR-21 may enhance cell reversibility through nop56, and that dre-miR-125c regulates axon growth through kpnb1 to repair SCI. miRNAs promote neuronal survival and axon growth after SCI. The expression of dre-miR-21 was increased after SCI. Dre-miR-21 targets nop56 mRNA, which causes the Nop56 expression level to reduce, thus reducing the nuclei of ribosomal RNA methylation level, increasing the resistance of neurons, and promoting neuronal cell survival. The level of dre-miR-125c is increased after SCI, and dre-miR-125c targets kpnb1 mRNA and reduces the concentration of Kpnb1 at the axon site, thereby promoting axon outgrowth. At the same time, Kpnb1 is a retrograde signal protein of nerve injury, and reducing the expression level of Kpnb1 can inhibit cell death caused by excessive stress response. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background and aims: Evaluation of the programmed cell death ligand‐1 (PD‐L1) combined positive score (CPS) is vital to predict the efficacy of the immunotherapy in triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC), but pathologists show substantial variability in the consistency and accuracy of the interpretation. It is of great importance to establish an objective and effective method which is highly repeatable. Methods: We proposed a model in a deep learning‐based framework, which at the patch level incorporated cell analysis and tissue region analysis, followed by the whole‐slide level fusion of patch results. Three rounds of ring studies (RSs) were conducted. Twenty‐one pathologists of different levels from four institutions evaluated the PD‐L1 CPS in TNBC specimens as continuous scores by visual assessment and our artificial intelligence (AI)‐assisted method. Results: In the visual assessment, the interpretation results of PD‐L1 (Dako 22C3) CPS by different levels of pathologists have significant differences and showed weak consistency. Using AI‐assisted interpretation, there were no significant differences between all pathologists (P = 0.43), and the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) value was increased from 0.618 [95% confidence interval (CI) = 0.524–0.719] to 0.931 (95% CI = 0.902–0.955). The accuracy of interpretation result is further improved to 0.919 (95% CI = 0.886–0.947). Acceptance of AI results by junior pathologists was the highest among all levels, and 80% of the AI results were accepted overall. Conclusion: With the help of the AI‐assisted diagnostic method, different levels of pathologists achieved excellent consistency and repeatability in the interpretation of PD‐L1 (Dako 22C3) CPS. Simple Summary: Dengue fever is one of the major public health issues in tropical and subtropical regions. To prevent infection by the Dengue Virus, the World Health Organization has approved two dengue vaccines, Dengvaxia and TV003/TV005. But, unfortunately, the vaccines face challenges such as lower effectiveness and antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE). To address these concerns, we have designed a new vaccine, PSDV-2, with optimized B- and T-cell epitopes using an in silico approach. This design prioritizes high antigenicity and immunogenicity while minimizing risks such as allergenicity, toxicity, and ADE. In simulations, PSDV-2 bound strongly to immune receptors TLRs 4 and 2 and triggered a strong immune response. Although further testing is needed to confirm the effectiveness and safety of PSDV-2, our design offers a promising alternative option for dengue fever prevention, potentially contributing to an improvement in global health. Dengue virus poses a significant global health challenge, particularly in tropical and subtropical regions. Despite the urgent demand for vaccines in the control of the disease, the two approved vaccines, Dengvaxia and TV003/TV005, there are current questions regarding their effectiveness due to an increased risk of antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) and reduced protection. These challenges have underscored the need for further development of improved vaccines for Dengue Virus. This study presents a new design using an in silico approach to generate a more effective dengue vaccine. Initially, our design process began with the collection of Dengue polyprotein sequences from 10 representative countries worldwide. And then conserved fragments of viral proteins were retrieved as the bases for epitope screening. The selection of epitopes was then carried out with criteria such as antigenicity, immunogenicity, and binding affinity with MHC molecules, while the exclusion criteria were according to their allergenicity, toxicity, and potential for antibody-dependent enhancement. We then constructed a core antigen with the selected epitopes and linked the outcomes with distinct adjuvant proteins, resulting in three candidate vaccines: PSDV-1, PSDV-2, and PSDV-3. Among these, PSDV-2 was selected for further validation due to its superior physicochemical and structural properties. Extensive simulations demonstrated that PSDV-2 exhibited strong binding to pattern recognition receptors, high stability, and robust immune induction, confirming its potential as a high-quality vaccine candidate. For its recombinant expression, a plasmid was subsequently designed. Our new vaccine design offers a promising additional option for Dengue virus protection. This paper proposes an implicit family of sub-step integration algorithms grounded in the explicit singly diagonally implicit Runge–Kutta (ESDIRK) method. The proposed methods achieve third-order consistency per sub-step, and thus, the trapezoidal rule is always employed in the first sub-step. This paper demonstrates for the first time that the proposed s-sub-step implicit method with s ≤ 6 can reach sth-order accuracy when achieving dissipation control and unconditional stability simultaneously. Hence, this paper develops, analyzes, and compares four cost-optimal high-order implicit algorithms within the present s-sub-step method using three, four, five, and six sub-steps. Each high-order implicit algorithm shares identical effective stiffness matrices to achieve optimal spectral properties. Unlike the published algorithms, the proposed high-order methods do not suffer from the order reduction for solving forced vibrations. Moreover, the novel methods overcome the defect that the authors' previous algorithms require an additional solution to obtain accurate accelerations. Active oxygen highly affects the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) owing to the capacity to either passivate defects or decompose perovskite lattice. To better understand the in‐depth interaction, we demonstrate for the first time that photooxidation mechanism in all‐inorganic perovskite film dominates the phase deterioration kinetics by forming superoxide species in the presence of light and oxygen, which is significantly different from that in organic‒inorganic hybrid and even tin‐based perovskites. In all‐inorganic perovskites, the superoxide species prefer to oxidize longer and weaker Pb‒I bond to PbO and I2, leaving the much stable CsPbBr3 phase. From this chemical proof‐of‐concept, we employ an organic bioactive factor, Tanshinone IIA, as a superoxide sweeper to enhance the environmental tolerance of inorganic perovskite, serving as a "skincare" agent for anti‐aging organisms. Combined with another key point on healing defective lattice, the best carbon‐based all‐inorganic CsPbI2Br solar cell delivers an efficiency as high as 15.12% and superior stability against oxygen, light, humidity, and heat attacks. This method is also applicable to enhance the efficiency of p‒i‒n inverted (Cs0.05MA0.05FA0.9)Pb(I0.93Br0.07)3 cell to 23.46%. Super-resolution structured illumination microscopy (SR-SIM) is one of the important techniques that are most suitable for live-cell imaging. The reconstructed SR-SIM images are noisy once the raw images are recorded with low-light exposure. Here, we propose a new network (entitled the ND-SIM network) to denoise the SR images reconstructed using frequency-domain algorithms (FDAs). We demonstrate that ND-SIM can yield artifact-free SR images using raw images with an average photon count down to 20 per pixel while achieving comparable resolution to the ground truth (GT) obtained with high-light exposure. It is still a challenge to develop electrocatalyst for the efficient adsorption and conversion of organic molecule in aqueous media. Herein, a hetero‐interface structure based on CuO@Ni(OH)2 is rationally designed to enhance the performance of benzyl alcohol oxidation to benzoic acid. A high Faradaic efficiency of 99% and the yield of 3.09 mmol cm−2 h−1 are achieved at 1.70 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode, outperforming the previously reported electrocatalysts. Furthermore, a membrane‐free flow electrolyzer was assembled based on CuO@Ni(OH)2 hetero‐interface, exhibiting a much high yielding of benzoic acid (6.73 mmol cm−2 h−1) and hydrogen (0.35 L cm−2 h−1) with excellent stability. Both experimental data and density functional theory calculations verify that the electron is tend to accumulate at the hetero‐interface, thus accelerating the adsorption of reactant and intermediate and reducing the energy barrier of the conversion of benzyl alcohol to benzoic acid. A finely controlled concentration polarization environment was deliberately created to fabricate a three-dimensional ordered Zn metal anode with (002)-dominated planes, which enabled a high-rate aqueous Ni–Zn pouch cell with a high discharge capacity of 187.3 mA h g−1 at 50 C, and a capacity retention of 94.7% and an average Coulombic efficiency of 99.8% for 500 charge/discharge cycles. The electrochemical oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) to produce hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is appealing due to its sustainability. However, its efficiency is compromised by the competing 4e− ORR pathway. In this work, we report a hierarchical carbon nanosheet array electrode with a single-atom Ni catalyst synthesized using organic molecule-intercalated layered double hydroxides as precursors. The electrode exhibits excellent 2e− ORR performance under alkaline conditions and achieves H2O2 yield rates of 0.73 mol gcat−1 h−1 in the H-cell and 5.48 mol gcat−1 h−1 in the flow cell, outperforming most reported catalysts. The experimental results show that the Ni atoms selectively adsorb O2, while carbon nanosheets generate reactive hydrogen species, synergistically enhancing H2O2 production. Furthermore, a coupling reaction system integrating the 2e− ORR with ethylene glycol oxidation significantly enhances H2O2 yield rate to 7.30 mol gcat−1 h−1 while producing valuable glycolic acid. Moreover, we convert alkaline electrolyte containing H2O2 directly into the downstream product sodium perborate to reduce the separation cost further. Techno-economic analysis validates the economic viability of this system. Electrochemical oxygen reduction is a promising method for H2O2 production but suffers from poor activity and low yield. In this paper, a highly sensitive surface plasmon resonance-based photonic crystal fiber sensor for low refractive index (RI) sensing and detection is proposed. To excite the surface plasmon polariton (SPP) mode, Au and TiO2 were coated on the top and bottom of the sensor in the shape of notched rings. The utilization of TiO2 has the potential to augment the interplay between the core and surface SPP modes, leading to an enhancement of the sensitivity of the sensor. The finite element method was applied for evaluating the sensor's performance. The attainment of optimal wavelength sensitivity of 21,500 nm/RIU and matching resolution of 4.65 × 10–6 RIU was achieved through the refinement of structural parameters within the low RI detection range of 1.18–1.28. The membrane-delimited receptor for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2), which is expressed in the intestine, collaborates with broad neutral amino acid transporter 1 (B0AT1). Tryptophan (Trp) is transported into intestinal epithelial cells by ACE2 and B0AT1. However, whether ACE2 and its binding protein B0AT1 are involved in Trp-mediated alleviation of intestinal injury is largely unknown. Here, we used weaned piglets and IPEC-J2 cells as models and found that ACE2/B0AT1 alleviated lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced diarrhea and promoted intestinal barrier recovery via transport of Trp. The levels of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) and mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathways were altered by ACE2. Dietary Trp supplementation in LPS-treated weaned piglets revealed that Trp alleviated diarrhea by promoting ACE2/B0AT1 expression, and examination of intestinal morphology revealed that the damage to the intestinal barrier was repaired. Due to its low calorific value, abnormal phenomena such as incomplete combustion and flameout may occur during the combustion process of biomass syngas. The applicability of adding hydrogen can assist in the combustion of biomass syngas in boilers to overcome the above defects, and the effects need to be investigated. In this study, a multi-mechanism model is employed to numerically simulate the flow and combustion of a horizontal boiler burning biomass syngas. The reliability verification of the model is conducted by comparing it with the experimental results of combustion in a domestic boiler with biomass syngas. From the views of multi-fields and synergy, the effects of hydrogen addition on the thermal performance and emissions of biomass syngas are further expounded. Two scenarios are taken into consideration: hydrogen addition at a constant fuel volume flow rate and constant heat input. The result indicates that hydrogen addition significantly affects the multi-field synergy, which is advantageous for improving the heat transfer performance and combustion efficiency of biomass syngas. However, when the hydrogen addition ratio exceeds 20% at a constant fuel volume flow rate and 25% at constant heat input, its impact may be reduced. When the hydrogen content increases, the outlet temperature of the combustion chamber decreases, and pollutant emissions are effectively controlled. The turbulent kinetic energy at the reversal section decreases, and the uniformity of the flow field improves. Background: Culex pipiens pallens is a well-known mosquito vector for several diseases. Deltamethrin, a commonly used pyrethroid insecticide, has been frequently applied to manage adult Cx. pipiens pallens. However, mosquitoes can develop resistance to these insecticides as a result of insecticide misuse and, therefore, it is crucial to identify novel methods to control insecticide resistance. The relationship between commensal bacteria and vector resistance has been recently recognized. Bacteriophages (= phages) are effective tools by which to control insect commensal bacteria, but there have as yet been no studies using phages on adult mosquitoes. In this study, we isolated an Aeromonas phage vB AhM-LH that specifically targets resistance-associated symbiotic bacteria in mosquitoes. We investigated the impact of Aeromonas phage vB AhM-LH in an abundance of Aeromonas hydrophila in the gut of Cx. pipiens pallens and its effect on the status of deltamethrin resistance. Methods: Phages were isolated on double-layer agar plates and their biological properties analyzed. Phage morphology was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) after negative staining. The phage was then introduced into the mosquito intestines via oral feeding. The inhibitory effect of Aeromonas phage vB AhM-LH on Aeromonas hydrophila in mosquito intestines was assessed through quantitative real-time PCR analysis. Deltamethrin resistance of mosquitoes was assessed using WHO bottle bioassays. Results: An Aeromonas phage vB AhM-LH was isolated from sewage and identified as belonging to the Myoviridae family in the order Caudovirales using TEM. Based on biological characteristics analysis and in vitro antibacterial experiments, Aeromonas phage vB AhM-LH was observed to exhibit excellent stability and effective bactericidal activity. Sequencing revealed that the Aeromonas phage vB AhM-LH genome comprises 43,663 bp (51.6% CG content) with 81 predicted open reading frames. No integrase-related gene was detected in the vB AH-LH genome, which marked it as a potential biological antibacterial. Finally, we found that Aeromonas phage vB AhM-LH could significantly reduce deltamethrin resistance in Cx. pipiens pallens, in both the laboratory and field settings, by decreasing the abundance of Aeromonas hydrophila in their midgut. The digital polymerase chain reaction (dPCR) is a new and developing nucleic acid detection technology with high sensitivity that can realize the absolute quantitative analysis of samples. In order to improve the accuracy of quantitative results, real-time digital PCR emphasizes the kinetic information during amplification to identify prominent abnormal data. However, it is challenging to use a unified standard to accurately classify the amplification curve of each well as negative and positive, due to the interference caused by various factors in the experiment. In this work, a normal distribution–based cycle threshold value self-correcting model (NCSM) was established, which focused on the feature of the cycle threshold values in amplification curves and conducted continuous detection and correction on the whole. The cycle threshold value distribution was closer to the ideal normal distribution to avoid the influence of interference. Thus, the model achieves a more accurate classification between positive and negative results. The corrective process was applied to plasmid samples and resulted in an accuracy improvement from 92 to 99%. The coefficient of variation was below 5% when considering the quantitation of a range between 100 and 10,000 copies. At the same time, by utilizing this model, the distribution of cycle threshold values at the endpoint can be predicted with fewer thermal cycles, which can reduce the cycling time by around 25% while maintaining a consistency of more than 98%. A novel photonic crystal fiber (PCF) sensor for refractive index detection based on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) is presented in this research, as well as designs for single-channel and dual-channel structures for this PDMS-PCF sensor. The proposed structures can be used to develop sensors with biocompatible polymers. The performance of the single-channel PDMS-PCF sensor was studied, and it was found that adjusting parameters such as pore diameter, lattice constant, distance between the D-shaped structure and the fiber core, and the radius of gold nanoparticles can optimize the sensor's performance. The findings indicate that the detection range of the single-channel photonic crystal is 1.21–1.27. The maximum wavelength sensitivity is 10,000 nm/RIU with a resolution of 1 × 10 − 5 RIU, which is gained when the refractive index is set to 1.27. Based on the results of the single-channel PCF, a dual-channel PDMS-PCF sensor is designed. The refractive index detection range of the proposed sensor is 1.2–1.28. The proposed sensor has a maximum wavelength sensitivity of 13,000 nm/RIU and a maximum resolution of 7.69 × 10 − 6 RIU at a refractive index of 1.28. With the in-depth study of solid-state batteries (SSBs), various in situ and ex situ characterization technologies have been widely used to study them. The performance and reliability of SSBs are limited by the formation and evolution of lithium dendrites at the interfaces between solid electrodes and solid electrolytes. We propose a new method based on optical coherence tomography (OCT) for in situ characterization of the internal state of solid-state batteries. OCT is a low-loss, high-resolution, non-invasive imaging technique that can provide real-time monitoring of cross-sectional images of internal structures of SSBs. The morphology, growth, and evolution of lithium dendrites at different stages of cycling under various conditions can be visualized and quantified by OCT. Furthermore, we validate and correlate the OCT results with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and XPS, proving the accuracy and effectiveness of the OCT characterization method. We reveal the interfacial phenomena and challenges in SSBs and demonstrate the feasibility and advantages of OCT as a powerful tool for in situ and operando imaging of battery interfaces. This study provides new insights into the mechanisms and factors that affect SSB performance, safety, and lifetime, and suggests possible solutions for improvement and application in the field of applied energy. BACKGROUND: Mosquitoes are vectors of various diseases, posing significant health threats worldwide. Chemical pesticides, particularly pyrethroids like deltamethrin, are commonly used for mosquito control, but the emergence of resistant mosquito populations has become a concern. In the deltamethrin‐resistant (DR) strain of Culex pipiens pallens, the highly expressed cytochrome P450 9 J34 (CYP9J34) gene is believed to play a role in resistance, yet the underlying mechanism remains unclear. RESULTS: Quantitative polymerase chain reaction with reverse transcription (qRT–PCR) analysis revealed that the expression of CYP9J34 was 14.6‐fold higher in DR strains than in deltamethrin‐susceptible (DS) strains. The recombinant production of CYP9J34 protein of Cx. pipiens pallens showed that the protein could directly metabolize deltamethrin, yielding the major metabolite 4′‐OH deltamethrin. Through dual luciferase reporter assays and RNA interference, the transcription factor homeobox protein B‐H2‐like (B‐H2) was identified to modulate the expression of the CYP9J34 gene, contributing to mosquito resistance to deltamethrin. Ischemic stroke produces the highest adult disability. Despite successful recanalization, no-reflow, or the futile restoration of the cerebral perfusion after ischemia, is a major cause of brain lesion expansion. However, the vascular mechanism underlying this hypoperfusion is largely unknown, and no approach is available to actively promote optimal reperfusion to treat no-reflow. Here, by combining two-photon laser scanning microscopy (2PLSM) and a mouse middle cerebral arteriolar occlusion (MCAO) model, we find myogenic vasomotion deficits correlated with post-ischemic cerebral circulation interruptions and no-reflow. Transient occlusion-induced transient loss of mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔΨm) permanently impairs mitochondria-endoplasmic reticulum (ER) contacts and abolish Ca2+ oscillation in smooth muscle cells (SMCs), the driving force of myogenic spontaneous vasomotion. Furthermore, tethering mitochondria and ER by specific overexpression of ME-Linker in SMCs restores cytosolic Ca2+ homeostasis, remotivates myogenic spontaneous vasomotion, achieves optimal reperfusion, and ameliorates neurological injury. Collectively, the maintaining of arteriolar myogenic vasomotion and mitochondria-ER contacts in SMCs, are of critical importance in preventing post-ischemic no-reflow. The no-reflow phenomenon after stroke is attributed to damaged spontaneous vasomotion of cerebral arterioles, which can be alleviated by maintaining mitochondria-ER contact-dependent Ca2+ oscillation. Herein, wheat straw residue and pulping waste liquid were collected from pulping mill and mixed to prepare bio-based granular fuels by using compression molding technology, and to explore the comprehensive utilization of the industrial waste of pulping and papermaking. The effects of pulping waste liquid on granular fuel properties were analyzed systemically. Further study of the function of pulping waste liquid, cellulose and hemicellulose was used to replace wheat straw residue and avoid the interference factors. Therefore, the prediction models of granular fuels were established with influencing factors that included cellulose, hemicellulose and pulping waste liquid. The granular fuels had the best performance with 18.30% solid content of pulping waste liquid. The highest transverse compressive strength of granular fuel was 102.61 MPa, and the activation energy was 81.71 KJ·mol−1. A series of curve fitting prediction models were established to clarify the forming process of granular fuel, and it turned out that the pulping waste liquid could improve the adhesion between solid particles and increase their compression resistance. Background: Our study aimed to investigate the impact of urinary concentrations of personal care products (PCPs)-related phenols (PNs) and parabens (PBs), including Triclosan (TCS), Bisphenol A (BPA), Benzophenone-3 (BP-3), Butylparaben (BPB), Ethylparaben (EPB), Methylparaben (MPB), and Propylparaben (PPB), on urinary incontinence (UI) occurrence. Method: We conducted a cross-sectional analysis using data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) spanning the years 2007 to 2016. Regression analysis was employed to investigate the relationship between exposure to PCPs-related substances, various levels of exposure, and UI within both the general population and the female demographic. Additionally, the Bayesian Kernel Machine Regression (BKMR) model was used to assess the effects of mixtures on UI. Results: Our analysis comprised 7,690 participants who self-reported their diagnosis. Among them, 12.80% experienced stress urinary incontinence (SUI), 11.80% reported urge urinary incontinence (UUI), and 10.22% exhibited mixed urinary incontinence (MUI). In our fully adjusted multivariable models, BP-3 exposure exhibited a positive association with SUI (OR 1.07, 95% CI 1.02–1.14, p = 0.045). BPA exposure correlated with an increased risk of UUI (OR 1.21, 95% CI 1.01–1.44, p = 0.046) and MUI (OR 1.26, 95% CI 1.02–1.54, p = 0.029). TCS exposure displayed a negative correlation with the incidence of MUI (OR 0.87, 95% CI 0.79–0.97, p = 0.009). No significant links were observed between parabens and urinary incontinence. Notably, among the female population, our investigation revealed that BPA exposure heightened the risk of MUI (OR 1.28, 95% CI 1.01–1.63, p = 0.043). Participants in the highest tertile of BP-3 exposure demonstrated elevated likelihoods of SUI and MUI compared to those in the lowest tertile. In the BKMR analysis, negative trends were observed between the mixture and the risks of UUI and MUI when the mixture ranged from the 25th to the 40th and 35th to the 40th percentiles or above, respectively. Additionally, a positive trend was identified between the mixture and MUI when it was in the 40th to 55th percentile. Objective: Given real-world limitations in programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) testing, concordance studies between PD-L1 assays are needed. We undertook comparisons of PD-L1 assays (DAKO22C3, Ventana SP263, Ventana SP142, E1L3N) among observers in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) to provide information on the analytical and clinical comparability of four PD-L1 IHC assays. Methods: Paraffin embedded samples of 50 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were obtained, satined with all four PD-L1 assays. PD-L1 was evaluated by 68 pathologists from 19 different hospitals. PD-L1 expression was assessed for combined positive score (CPS). Results: The expression sensitivity of SP263 was the highest in ESCC, followed by 22C3, E1L3N and SP142. Taking CPS 10 as the critical value, inter-observer concordance for CPS scores among 68 physicians was assessed for the 22C3, SP263, SP142, and E1L3N assays, yielding values of 0.777, 0.790, 0.758, and 0.782, respectively. In the comparison between assays, the overall CPS scores concordance rates between 22C3 and SP263, SP142, and E1L3N were 0.896, 0.833, and 0.853, respectively. 22C3 and SP263 have high concordance, with OPA of 0.896, while E1L3N and SP142 have the highest concordance, with OPA of 0.908. Conclusion: In ESCC, the concordance of PD-L1 evaluation among observers is good, and the immune cell score is still an important factor affecting the concordance of interpretation among observers. Cases near the specific threshold are still the difficult problem of interpretation. SP263 had the highest CPS score of the four assays. Micro-sieving is an effective way to prevent organic pollutants enter the main biological process and reduce aeration intensity and sludge production. However, few researchers quantified the effect of micro-sieving on meat processing wastewater treatment. The current study developed Excel-based models to compare the energy consumption and production of historical, conventional and innovative systems. Historical and conventional systems employ activated sludge (AS), nitrification, and denitrification as the main biological processes. Innovative systems are designed by using up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) and partial nitrification/Anammox (PN/A) as the main treatment processes. Results show that the CH4/O2 energy ratios of the innovative treatment system are as high as 10 times of the historical and conventional systems. Therefore, innovative system can achieve electrical self-sufficiency. Micro-sieving reduces 5% of aeration demand. Furthermore, the impact of micro-sieving on the innovative treatment systemis assessed by cost-benefit analysis. System with micro-sieving has the shortest payback time of 2.1 years and reduces cost of the innovative treatment system. An excel-based model was developed to quantify the impact of micro-sieving on energy and cost of innovative treatment system, thereby providing a valuable reference for future sustainable engineering design of meat processing wastewater treatment. The growing demand from the extended reality and wearable electronics market has led to an increased focus on the development of flexible human-machine interfaces (HMI). These interfaces require efficient user input acquisition modules that can realize touch operation, handwriting input, and motion sensing functions. In this paper, we present a systematic review of triboelectric-based contact localization electronics (TCLE) which play a crucial role in enabling the lightweight and long-endurance designs of flexible HMI. We begin by summarizing the mainstream working principles utilized in the design of TCLE, highlighting their respective strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, we discuss the implementation methods of TCLE in realizing advanced functions such as sliding motion detection, handwriting trajectory detection, and artificial intelligence-based user recognition. Furthermore, we review recent works on the applications of TCLE in HMI devices, which provide valuable insights for guiding the design of application scene-specified TCLE devices. SpCas9 and AsCas12a are widely utilized as genome editing tools in human cells, but their applications are largely limited by their bulky size. Recently, AsCas12f1 protein, with a small size (422 amino acids), has been demonstrated to be capable of cleaving double-stranded DNA protospacer adjacent motif (PAM). However, low editing efficiency and large differences in activity against different genomic loci have been a limitation in its application. Here, we show that engineered AsCas12f1 sgRNA has significantly improved the editing efficiency in human cells and mouse embryos. Moreover, we successfully generated three stable mouse mutant disease models using the engineered CRISPR-AsCas12f1 system in this study. We aim to explore the association between nutrient supply and the incidence of prostate cancer globally. We utilized national nutrient supply data from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations for 150 countries, including the average supply of total protein (APS), animal protein (AAPS), fat (AFS), animal protein/total protein ratio (ATR), and share of dietary energy supply derived from cereals, roots, and tubers (CR). Prostate cancer incidence data were sourced from the Global Burden Disease 2019 (GBD2019). Correlation, regression analyses, and subgroup analysis were conducted. Our findings imply that incidence of prostate cancer is significantly correlated to APS (ρ = 0.394, p < 0.01), AAPS (ρ = 0.560, p < 0.01), AFS (ρ = 0.522, p < 0.01), ATR (ρ = 0.592, p < 0.01), and CR (ρ = −0.667, p < 0.01). After adjusting for confounders, regression analysis showed linear relationships between the AAPS (β = 0.605, p = 0.006), ATR (β = 70.76, p = 0.005), CR (β = −1.4451, p < 0.01), and age-standardized incidence rates (ASIRs) of prostate cancer, while no association was observed with APS (β = 0.030, p = 0.483) or AFS (β = 0.237, p = 0.405). Subgroup analysis suggested that dietary supply indicators were associated with ASIR in middle, middle-high, and high SDI, but not in countries with low and middle-low SDI. In summary, prostate cancer rates globally correlate significantly with AAPS, ATR, and CR, but not with APS and AFS. Hilber and Hughes gave several competitive demands on the implicit methods in 1978. However, there are no such integration methods in the traditional algorithm design. Via imposing subsidiary variables, this article proposes two novel implicit methods to splendidly achieve these competitive demands without increasing computational costs. The two novel methods are self‐starting, unconditionally stable, single‐solve, identically second‐order accurate, controllably dissipative, and non‐overshooting. The novel methods achieve the maximal dissipation of auxiliary variables in the high‐frequency limit, although such the design is not a must. The first novel method uses auxiliary velocity and acceleration variables, whereas the second one employs two auxiliary acceleration variables. After embedding desired numerical characteristics, the novel methods employ four eigenvalues of amplification matrices in the high‐frequency limit as user‐specified parameters to flexibly control numerical high‐frequency dissipation. To reduce the number of use‐specified parameters, this article gives some recommended sub‐families of algorithms, such as optimal low‐frequency dissipation schemes. The article further refines the error analysis to analytically calculate amplitude and phase errors for some implicit methods. The error analysis technique can be applied to almost all direct time integration methods. Comparisons of amplitude and phase errors highlight the superiority of the novel methods over the published algorithms. In addition, some classical measures, such as numerical damping ratios and relative period errors, are analyzed and compared. Numerical examples are solved to show the novel methods' superiority. Background: Female mosquitoes need a blood meal after mating for their eggs to develop, and this behavior leads to the spread of pathogens. Therefore, understanding the molecular regulation of reproduction in female mosquitoes is essential to control mosquito vector populations. In this study, we reported that microRNA-989 (miR-989), which targets 5-HTR1 (encoding secreted 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor1), is essential for mosquito reproduction. Methods: The spatiotemporal expression profile of miR-989 was detected using quantitative real-time reverse transcription PCR (RT-qPCR). miR-989 antagomirs and antagomir-negative control (NC) were designed and synthesized to knock down the expression of endogenous miR-989 in female mosquitoes. RNA sequencing was used to analyze the ovarian response to miR-989 deletion. The targets of miR-989 were predicted and confirmed using RNAhybrid and dual-luciferase assays. Results: miR-989 is exclusively expressed in female mosquito ovaries and responds to blood feeding. Injection of the miR-989 antagomir resulted in smaller ovaries and reduced egg production. 5-HTR1 was demonstrated as a target of miR-989. The deletion of miR-989 contributed to the upregulation of 5-HTR1 expression. Knockdown of 5-HTR1 rescued the adverse egg production caused by miR-989 silencing. Thus, miR-989 might play an essential role in female reproduction by targeting 5-HTR1. Conclusions: We found that miR-989 targets 5-HTR1 and participates in the regulation of reproduction in female mosquitoes. Background: Nme2ABE8e has been constructed and characterized as a compact, accurate adenine base editor with a less restrictive dinucleotide protospacer-adjacent motif (PAM: N4CC) but low editing efficiency at challenging loci in human cells. Here, we engineered a subset of domain-inlaid Nme2Cas9 base editors to bring the deaminase domain closer to the nontarget strand to improve editing efficiency. Results: Our results demonstrated that Nme2ABE8e-797 with adenine deaminase inserted between amino acids 797 and 798 has a significantly increased editing efficiency with a wide editing window ranging from 4 to 18 bases in mammalian cells, especially at the sites that were difficult to edit by Nme2ABE8e. In addition, by swapping the PAM-interacting domain of Nme2ABE8e-797 with that of SmuCas9 or introducing point mutations of eNme2-C in Nme2ABE8e-797, we created Nme2ABE8e-797Smu and Nme2ABE8e-797−C, respectively, which exhibited robust activities at a wide range of sites with N4CN PAMs in human cells. Moreover, the modified domain-inlaid Nme2ABE8e can efficiently restore or install disease-related loci in Neuro-2a cells and mice. Background: Intravenous fluid therapy is important for pediatric and adult patients in intensive care units (ICUs). However, medical professionals continue to struggle to determine the most appropriate fluids to obtain the best possible outcomes for each patient. Objective: We conducted a meta-analysis involving cohort studies and randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to compare the influence of balanced crystalloid solutions and normal saline among patients in ICUs. Patients and methods: Studies that compared balanced crystalloid solutions and saline in ICU patients from databases including PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library were systematically searched up to July 25, 2022. The primary outcomes were mortality and renal-related outcomes, which included major adverse kidney events within 30 days (MAKE30), acute kidney injury (AKI), new receipt of renal replacement therapy (RRT), maximum creatinine increasing, maximum creatinine level, and final creatinine level ≥ 200% of baseline. Service utilization including length of hospital stay, ICU stay, ICU-free days and ventilator-free days were also reported. Results: A total of 13 studies (10 RCTs and 3 cohort studies) involving 38,798 patients in ICUs met the selection criteria. Our analysis revealed that each subgroup had no significant difference in mortality outcomes among ICU patients between balanced crystalloid solutions and normal saline. A significant difference was detected between the adult groups (odds ratio [OR], 0.92; 95% confidence interval [CI], [0.86, 1.00]; p = 0.04) indicating that the AKI in the balanced crystalloid solutions group was lower than that in the normal saline group. Other renal-related outcomes, such as MAKE30, RRT, maximum creatinine increasing, maximum creatinine level, and final creatinine level ≥ 200% of baseline showed no significant difference between the two groups. Regarding secondary outcomes, the balanced crystalloid solution group had a longer ICU stay time (WMD, 0.02; 95% CI, [0.01, 0.03]; p = 0.0004 and I2 = 0%; p = 0.96) than the normal saline group among adult patients. Furthermore, children treated with balanced crystalloid solution had a shorter hospital stay time (WMD, − 1.10; 95% CI, [− 2.10, − 0.10]; p = 0.03 and I2 = 17%; p = 0.30) than those treated with saline. Conclusions: Compared with saline, balanced crystalloid solutions could not reduce the risk of mortality and renal-related outcomes, including MAKE30, RRT, maximum creatinine increasing, maximum creatinine level, and final creatinine level ≥ 200% of baseline, but the solutions may reduce total AKI incidence among adult patients in ICUs. For service utilization outcomes, balanced crystalloid solutions were associated with a longer length of ICU stay in the adult group and shorter length of hospital stay in the pediatric group. The recently developed prime-editing (PE) technique is more precise than previously available techniques and permits base-to-base conversion, replacement, and insertions and deletions in the genome. However, previous reports show that the efficiency of prime editing is insufficient to produce genome-edited animals. In fact, prime-guide RNA (pegRNA) designs have posed a challenge in achieving favorable editing efficiency. Here, we designed prime binding sites (PBS) with a melting temperature (Tm) of 42 °C, leading to optimal performance in cells, and we found that the optimal Tm was affected by the culture temperature. In addition, the ePE3max system was developed by updating the PE architecture to PEmax and expressing engineered pegRNA (epegRNA) based on the original PE3 system. The updated ePE3max system can efficiently induce gene editing in mouse and rabbit embryos. Furthermore, we successfully generated a Hoxd13 (c. 671 G > T) mutation in mice and a Tyr (c. 572 del) mutation in rabbits by ePE3max. Overall, the editing efficiency of modified ePE3max systems is superior to that of the original PE3 system in producing genome-edited animals, which can serve as an effective and versatile genome-editing tool for precise genome modification in animal models. Background: Primary breast lymphoma (PBL) is a very rare form of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). A primary T-cell lymphoma in the breast with no previously identified lymphomatous lesions is an even rarer form of this malignancy.Case Presentation: A biopsy of a breast mass in a 60-year-old Caucasian man showed a morphologic-immunophenotypic profile with features characteristic of an ALK-positive (AKT+), anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) analysis of fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue of this lesion was performed at our institution for IRF4/DUSP22 gene rearrangement. No rearrangement was detected. The patient presented with mutations in the following genes; BCOR_p.Q600X, DNMT3A_p.F609fs, NOTCH1_p.P2320fs, and IDH2_p.R140Q. However, the patient's consultation was complicated by the fact that he had been diagnosed with breast cancer at a local hospital and had come to our institution for further consultation. The histology findings were confirmed by immunohistochemistry and FISH. Computed tomography and positron emission tomography did not reveal nodules elsewhere in the body, which allowed the staging of the patient to be completed. However, although the patient had previously received the chemotherapy CCOP regimen (ie, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisolone acetate) he did not go into remission in a timely manner and relapsed after six months, followed by a drastic deterioration in his condition after four months, resulting in his death in less than one month.Conclusion: This report of a male patient describes a case of a rare T-cell lymphoma of the breast that occurs considerably more frequently in female patients. The differential diagnosis of the histology of this tumor showed mutations that occur more often in lymphoblastic lymphoma or leukemia. Background and purpose: Malignant brain edema (MBE) occurring after mechanical thrombectomy (MT) in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) could lead to severe disability and mortality. We aimed to investigate the incidence, predictors, and clinical outcomes of MBE in patients with AIS after MT. Methods: The clinical and imaging data of 155 patients with AIS of anterior circulation after MT were studied. Standard non-contrast CT was used to evaluate baseline imaging characteristics at admission. Clinical outcomes were measured using the 90-day modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score. Based on the follow-up CT scans performed within 72 h after MT, the patients were classified into MBE and non-MBE group. MBE was defined as a midline shift of ≥ 5 mm with signs of local brain swelling. Univariate and multivariate regression analyses were used to analyze the relationship between MBE and clinical outcomes and identify the predictors that correlate with MBE. Results: MBE was observed in 19.4% of the patients who underwent MT and was associated with a lower rate of favorable 90-day clinical outcomes. Significant differences were observed in both MBE and non-MBE groups: baseline Alberta Stroke Program Early CT (ASPECT) score, hyperdense middle cerebral artery sign (HMCAS), baseline signs of early infarct, angiographic favorable collaterals, number of retrieval attempts, and revascularization rate. Multivariate analysis indicated that low baseline ASPECT score, absent HMCAS, angiographic poor collaterals, more retrieval attempt count, and poor revascularization independently influenced the occurrence of MBE in AIS patients with anterior circulation after MT. Conclusion: MBE was associated with a lower rate of favorable 90-day clinical outcomes. Controlling the structure and properties of catalysts through atomic arrangement is the source of producing a new generation of advanced catalysts. A highly active and stable catalyst in catalytic reactions strongly depends on an ideal arrangement structure of metal atoms. We demonstrated that the introduction of the defect‐rich structures, low coordination number (CN), and tensile strain in three‐dimensional (3D) urchin‐like palladium nanoparticles through chlorine bonded with sp‐C in graphdiyne (Pd‐UNs/Cl‐GDY) can regulate the arrangement of metal atoms in the palladium nanoparticles to form a special structure. In situ Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and theoretical calculation results show that Pd‐UNs/Cl‐GDY catalyst is beneficial to the oxidation and removal of CO intermediates. The Pd‐UNs/Cl‐GDY for methanol oxidation reaction (MOR) that display high current density (363.6 mA cm−2) and mass activity (3.6 A mgPd−1), 12.0 and 10.9 times higher than Pd nanoparticles, respectively. The Pd‐UNs/Cl‐GDY catalyst also exhibited robust stability with still retained 95 % activity after 2000 cycles. A defects libraries of the face‐centered cubic and hexagonal close‐packed crystal catalysts (FH‐NPs) were synthesized by introducing chlorine in graphdiyne.
