In carrying out the work of bored pile and secant pile, it was often faced risks, which can result in increased construction delay if it occurs. Risks in the execution of bored and secant piles often arise due to invisible dangers in the ground. Therefore, risk identification and response are required. This research aims to identify risks and analyze impacts that build the risk responses. Qualitative methods using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) are used in this research. The dominant risk factor factors und concrete does not meet specifications, limited road access to the project site, lack of coordination with the surrounding community, wrong method statement, and the accuracy of the surveyor team. Therefore, the risk response is replacing the concrete according to the requirement, managing the access and schedule for transportation, especially equipment and materials to the project site, community engagement, evaluating and determining the more appropriate method, and estimating re-calculating design. Execution guidelines based on risk are expected to be used by specialist contractors to minimize the negative impact on the construction of bored pile and secant pile works. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Based on the 2015-2019 RPJMN data, the realization of toll road infrastructure development in Indonesia experienced a delay of 49% or 904 km of the total plan. One of the major causes of delays in development is caused by institutional factors. The case study taken in this research is the construction of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS). The purpose of this research is to identify the institutional forms, functions, roles, duties, and responsibilities of each stakeholder and the risks that occur in the Trans Sumatra Toll Road Infrastructure Development. Risk analysis is implemented on functions, roles, duties, responsibilities of each existing stakeholder and is carried out at the Funding Stage, Technical Planning Stage, and Construction Implementation Stage in JTTS. This research is conducted by collecting data through a questionnaire survey, then processed using statistical methods, such as homogeneity, data adequacy, validity, and reliability test, continued with risk assessment based on a risk matrix. The results of this study are the evaluation and development of institutional functions in risk-based JTTS development can improve time performance and minimize delays in the construction process. The Indonesian government is accelerating road and bridge infrastructure to connect regions in the last 10 years. In the construction of the bridge, the latest technology used is to use precast box girders as the main girder. The main problem in the implementation of the construction is delays due to delays in production time at the precast factory. So, it is very important to know what factors affect the delay. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that affect the delay in the production time of precast box girders. This method of research is designed as mix method. The data collection technique used are the Delphi method, survey, and focus group discussion. While the data analysis technique used is quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, 7 main factors affect the delay in the production time of precast box girders, namely aspects of human resources, material aspects, equipment aspects, financial aspects, design aspects, document completeness aspects, and force majeure aspects. By knowing the factors that affect the delay in the production time of precast box girders, corrective actions can be planned to intervene in these influencing factors to minimize delays. Maintenance and turnaround projects are carried out regularly at fertilizer plants, which, will not only incur large costs and consume resources, but also result in lost sales figures from non-operation of the plant during the turnaround maintenance project work. This study aims to identify the current turnaround maintenance planning process that may contribute to the extension of the turnaround maintenance work duration, to rank the risks that have the potential to hinder turnaround project time performance and determine a risk response based strategy to improve project time performance. The research identifies several activities in the project that have an influence on project time performance. The risks in each of these activities are identified using qualitative methods and are assessed and ranked to obtain high-ranking risks. The risk response based strategy is determined with expert validation to improve project time performance. Several strategies relate to managing contractors as an integral part of turnaround maintenance projects. In addition to the contractor management strategy, the long delivery item procurement management strategy and spare parts procurement management are important strategies to maintain the turnaround maintenance project time performance. This project is divided into two phases and has experienced several extensions of the implementation time which has resulted in delays in the project completion schedule. Delays in completion schedule will certainly have an impact on a number of things, both in terms of project financing, assessment of the performance of institutions / ministries, achievements felt directly by the community, can even lead to changes in the pattern of railway operations as a form of adjustment to the development process. This paper was created to identify risk factors that causing delays in the completion schedule in the case study of the Double-Double Track Development Project (Package A) from Manggarai to Jatinegara. The research process is carried out by making a questionnaire addressed to the respondents, by first validating every risk variable by the experts. The questionnaire consists of two main parts; risk impact intensity assessment and risk probability assessment. The results of the assessment by the respondents were then processed so that valid risk factors were obtained as an answer to the causes of delays in the completion schedule of the project case study. By identifying risk factors that have a potential to occur, it is hoped that there will be improvements in project implementation, especially in the preparation of schedules and processes for controlling and mitigating risks. This population density encouraged change in green open space to be roads and high-rise buildings, as well as increased exhaust emissions from motorized vehicles. As a result, urban heat island phenomenon has emerged in several locations such as the Jagorawi Toll Road, Cempaka Putih, and Kemayoran. Efforts have been made to reduce and mitigate these impacts by implementing vertical greening system at the flyover structure in DKI Jakarta. However, the temperature in DKI Jakarta continued to rise reaching >41°C in 2019 as the highest record. The continuous increase in temperature proved that the implementation has not been maximized. This study was conducted for the purpose of identifying the benefits and challenges of the application of vertical greening system at the flyover structure and analyzed existing condition of the implemented vertical greening system at the flyover structure in DKI Jakarta. The method used to achieve those purposes was survey by questionnaire and interview, conducted to the provincial government of DKI Jakarta and vertical greening system contractors. The results of this study pointed that the government and contractors most agree on the aesthetic benefits from the social aspect and the challenges of the initial investment from the cost aspect. The construction industry has a very high risk of danger, and the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) industry is no exception. An EPC Company in Indonesia has a TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate) below 1 (one) but has a high record of near miss and unsafe conditions. This has an impact on the safety culture level based on Bradley Curve of DuPont which currently on "independent" level and plans to reach "interdependent" level in 2023. The purpose of this study is to identify the indicators of OHSMS (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) based on Indonesian Government Regulation Number 50 Year 2012 and ISO 45001:2018 on Safety Culture in EPC Projects. The study is conducted by validating sub-variables and indicators by experts. Results show that there are 12 sub-variables and 39 indicators of OHSMS based on Indonesian Government Regulation Number 50 Year 2012, 9 sub-variables and 38 indicators of OHSMS based on ISO 45001:2018, and 4 sub-variables and 7 indicators on safety culture. There is always uncertainty when implementing a project using an EPC contract, as the projects involved are very complex and risk affecting the performance of the project. The Coal-Fired Steam Power Plant development project has a crucial role in encouraging economic growth. The Coal- Fired Steam Power Plant is a complex EPC project that often experiences delays in its completion. One of the factors influencing delays is scope changes. The delay of this Coal-Fired Steam Power Plant project can be overcome with a clear scope through the approach of project management tools, called WBS. This study aims to the development of risk-based standardized WBS for civil and structural works of Coal-Fired Steam Power Plant construction projects in Indonesia to improve time performance. Work Breakdown Structure is a decomposition of activities so that the project is easier to manage, and it can increase the probability of project success. The development of WBS standards using expert surveying and validation methods includes the highest risks affecting project time performance. The standard WBS for civil and structural works of the CFSPP project consists of 9 levels and 14 dominant risks to time performance. The construction of a Coal-Fired Steam Power Plant in Indonesia has a high urgency to be realized in a short period. However, many significant factors arise during mechanical and electrical works that cause delays. Therefore, contractors need to plan the project carefully by anticipating all possibilities to minimize potential delays. With WBS, delay risks can be identified in smaller elements up to the resources level to avoid project time overrun effectively. This study aims to develop a risk-based WBS standard to improve mechanical and electrical works' time performance in Coal-Fired Steam Power Plant Construction Projects. Data was collected using questionnaire surveys from contractors involved in Coal-Fired Steam Power Plant Construction Projects and analyzed using the Delphi method and qualitative risk analysis. The result of this study is a WBS standard for mechanical and electrical works of a Coal-Fired Steam Power Plant Construction Project that contains the scope of works up to 8 levels. This study also identifies 47 responses of the 13 highest risks which affect project time performance as input for risk-based standardized WBS development to prevent, reduce, or eliminate possible events that can delay the completion of the Construction Project. Therefore, the planning for air side facilities in airport construction works should be built detailed to make the job assignments become more structured and clear in fulfilling various criteria that have determined by breaking down the work into important work elements by using a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). This research aims to development of dictionary and checklist based on WBS and to know dominant risk factors that influence on project quality performance. The methodology used was expert validation with interviewed using questionnaire and then analyzed using descriptive statistics with mode data characteristics and non-parametric inference statistics (Kendall's Tau Method). The proper Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is very important in project planning so that deliverables and project work can be broken down into smaller components, more easily to construct and costs can be better controlled. Construction of concrete precast bridges is the dominant type of bridge construction used in Indonesia because it provides many advantages over the other types of construction. Although the project is unique, the works on the construction of Precast bridges and their elements are relatively similar, so they can be standardized and used as a basis for project control. This study aims to create WBS Precast Bridge construction standards and identify risk variables on the work packages, activities and resources on the construction of concrete precast bridges for improved project cost performance. This study provides results that the WBS standard of concrete precast bridge construction consists of 6 levels, with 13 dominant risk variables and 5 risk response recommendation groups against project cost estimates as the development of WBS standards.
